She comes to the podcast from Calgary, Alberta, Canada (along with her beautiful dog). :) Jessica is probably the only person in the world with a letter from her doctor saying she has officially beaten MS! For the past 18 years, she has lived with and overcome MS, and now, she has turned her journey into a story of resilience and inspiration. 
Jessica is an expert in nutrition, holding two science degrees—a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Nutrition and Dietetic Sciences. She is also a certified holistic nutrition coach, specializing in plant-based living. Her lived experience has allowed her to become an expert in MS management, women’s health, and self-advocacy.
Jessica's life purpose is to help people.
