Speaker 2 (01:18):
Well, good evening, good evening, good evening. That music always
put me in the mood. It's so smooth, it's so nice,
it's so cool. Welcome to another segment of setting it
Straight with Missus Gray and her fabulous co hosts. Oh, well,
there we go. We're coming in and out. We're playing
musical pictures there, musical pictures there. Let's pray. Let's take

(01:39):
it to the throne room. Jesus, we thank you, We
praise your Holy Spirit. We praise you Lord, for you
alone are worthy. You're worthy to be praised. There's not
enough words to praise you and to give you glory.
If I had ten thousand tons, it still would not
be enough. You are such a good God. You're such

(02:01):
a good father, You're such a good comforter. You're such
a good brother, You're such a good intercessor, you're such
a good prayer warrior. We just thank you because we
don't deserve it at all. Please forgive us of all
of our sins, known and unknown, those that are in
the subconscious, those that we've not forgiven that we conduct

(02:25):
every day, even though we repent every day. But give
us Lord for not talking to you today. But give
us for not searching out your word today. Just a
scripture doesn't take long at all. We love you so much,
and thank you for, along with my family and everybody else,
to go from point A to point B and back

(02:46):
to point A. We thank you, Father God. We know
that there were many that did not wake up this morning.
There were many in this whole galaxy of the worlds
they did not and will not see November twenty four,
twenty twenty five. Although we just ask, this is your
this is your time to talk to your people. We
get behind the cross. Were forever giving you all the praise,

(03:09):
all the glory, all the honor, and the mighty manthless
magnificent name of Jesus Christ. Amen and ain'mmen. You just
got to take it there. You just got to take
it there. Well, Happy Thanksgiving to everybody. It's here, it's here.
There's no turning around if you don't celebrate the even

(03:30):
they' misty. Come on this do roll call everybody, say amen,
come on, tap in, tap in, whoever you are, just
tap in.

Speaker 3 (03:37):
Amen.

Speaker 2 (03:39):
It's here. December first is a week from today. It's
a week from today. There's no turning it around. Bills
are due, banks be closed Thursday, so please go get
your money, go pay your bills. No more excuses. Go
do what you gotta do.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
It's here.

Speaker 2 (03:55):
We're here. December first is in one week. Thank you, mickey.
It's here. So whatever your plans are, get to the
stores tomorrow. I know some of you are gonna wait
till Wednesday. I don't know why you do that, because
you already even if you cook it for one, get
to this grocery stores that get what you need to get.
Public's down here is doing buy one, get ones free,

(04:15):
and all that good stuff. All the stores are doing
Black Friday. So don't think you don't get at four
o'clock in the morning on Friday, and think you're gonna
get some deals. The deals have already been happening for
almost a week now, almost all of them. I mean,
everybody Macy's Black Friday, Black Friday everywhere. So you don't
have to bother getting up early Friday morning because it's

(04:36):
all gready done. It's already going on. It's already happening.
It's been a week. It's been a week. How's it?
How are things up there?

Speaker 4 (04:44):
Trade?

Speaker 2 (04:45):
All right? What's the climate? What's the not the temperature,
but what's the climate of the people up there right now?

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Uh? Okay, you know folks uh thinking, you know, donations
and stuff. You know, a lot of laid off workers
that have just started back to work, so there's a
lot of of people passing out things.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
Well here in Orlando, as always a mayor, the city mayor,
it's the city mayor has already started with his toy drive,
and it's going to be out the whole community, Orange County,
all over in central Florida. Here, he's got Orange County,
he's got and it's already going up. People already asking
for stuff, toys for toads, all that my bank already

(05:24):
got the display up and everything else. And you know
next to that is a food display, food drive, another
food bank. And you know I'm not checked in with
It's been a week so far and it's only started. Yes,
hey Charles, yes sir, yes sir, but some surprising news.
I'm surprising news. Thank you all for praying. Continue to

(05:48):
pray until the distribution occurs. Right now, we're hoing at
a solid two thousand dollars. I'm believing God for more,
but I don't. It doesn't matter whatever your will is, Lord,
but no less than two thousand per person, her family household, y'all.
If you got a family five in there, good evening.
I believe I'm prepared, all right, Elda, Kay, Yeah, because
you know you're gonna have to cook. You know you

(06:10):
have to cook. But the grand children you know that.
You know that, but you know, thank you continue to pray,
you and you continue to pray until it manifests. Heystasia,
you continue to pray until you see it happen. And
in this regard, we got to continue to pray until
the check is deposited in your account. Okay, so we November,

(06:32):
we only got a few more days. I'm believing God
is gonna land in November. It's not the first. It's
not gonna land. It's not coming. We will not accept it.
That's not that's not now. In twenty twenty six. We
need it now. In twenty twenty five, we need it now.
And that's it. We need it now. As far as
property taxes here in Florida, the governor has gone from

(06:54):
he's gonna probably give us seven hundred to one thousand
dollars each homesteader. But also he's gonna put on the
ballot to do away with property taxes. He's putting in
on the ballot before he exits left. So it's gonna
be interesting. Yeah. Another thing I just heard I wanted
to check on it. The labor market is not rebounding.

(07:15):
So the Feds are gonna do a point twenty five
point five type of cut. They're gonna decrease the then
the interest rates, they're gonna decrease it. So it's already
out there to do that, and they're saying the labor
market is not rebounding, the labor market looks weaker. They're
using these words they're waiting to see. But so far

(07:35):
the reports have been rolled out. Nobody people ain't you know,
people are not working. You know, there's the market is
not stimulating at all. It's not coming back, even though
folks have gone been released to go back to work.
EBT stuff is back at you know, in the flow,
but it still didn't trigger the market. So inflations are
what inflation and the interest rate is what prayer. Change

(07:58):
is the thing, Amen and a men. So we have
to stay on it and continue to do what we
have to do. You continue to pray, and you pray
without ceasing, which means you pray. You should be praying
throughout the day. Even if you're praying, Lord, please let
me get to work. Look at this crap, Look at
this car. The traffic's all backed up. Lord, Please, I
gotta get to work on top you're praying, Lord, Please,

(08:20):
I hope I have a good day to day. I
hope all the clients that need help we got all
the resources. You're praying, so there's never a time that
you don't pray. And if you find yourself at the
evening and by the evening time and you're getting ready
to lay down and all of a sudden, you're like,
oh God, I didn't say one prayer today, you repent
and pray because prayer change his things. Prayer changes things.

(08:40):
Another little thing that came up today, people are you
know the news commentary, Facebook commentary, Instagram commentary. These things
that you're mentioning are in good, good, favor bad? Yeah,
the things? What do you mean? Yeah, prayers always going out?
Thank you? Missing yeah, under station. This is this is
I mean, the you know, interest rate, it's going They're

(09:03):
not going up, it's going down. And they're gonna cut
it again before the end of the year. So they're
already talking about it. Yes, ma'am. But you need to pray.
And that's the importance of everything here. Pray without ceasing
because it will change a thing. What I learned was
listening to one of the prophets that I follow, and
it was like an aha moment. I know this stuff.

(09:23):
I know these things, but sometimes you get distracted. See
I got I'm looking at all these people, you know,
all these books popping up on my feed all of
a sudden, and with all this stuff, and it will
sound like a theory of conspiracy theory type nonsense. I
rebuke it all, but I'm listening for the information and
I'm like, God, what do I need to take away
from this? And I was listening to one of the

(09:44):
prophets yesterday and he said something that about timing God's timing.
Now I know this, I know this, but you know what,
we forget because you put into the thicker things, you
get it to your feelings and you forget. But it
is about God's timing. And I look back over some
certain periods in my life where I didn't think I

(10:05):
was going to get out of a situation where I
didn't think the money. How am I gonna pay my bills?
I had goose, but I can't go and get a loan.
I can't go in on my jewelry. I can't. You know,
I have nobody I could count on. I mean, I
know people, but they're not gonna help me. Oh no,
I ain't gonna have you know. So now, because you
think you know that, I need to know how to

(10:26):
word the prayer, so I pray correctly. So I pray
for rates to keep going down, yes, ma'am, Yes, ma'am, Yes, ma'am,
despite the job market, despite with the markets say, despite
with the people of the Wall Street people say, yes,
keep the rates going because that's interest rates. Those are
sales tax rates, you know, interest rates and things like that.
So it all plays a part. So as long as

(10:47):
it keeps going down because people, you don't want eighteen percent,
You're welcome, thank you. This is this is what we want.
Talk it out, listen, and you got a question, put
it out there, amen if I can, If I know
the answer, I will let you know. But as far
as God's timing, we all pray with expectation. Right, we

(11:07):
have to be honest with yourself because you really wanted
to happen, like right now, I want to check. I
wanted to two thousand dollars in my account tomorrow. Okay,
a period, all right, Okay, not tomorrow. God, you know
you could do it on a Thursday, when the bags
are clothes. Nobody should be doing any interaction, any interaction
anything business. And you check your account and.

Speaker 4 (11:29):
There it is.

Speaker 2 (11:30):
You've done that. You have done that thing. I've gotten
directed posits on a Saturday. He can do a thing.
But God is waiting. He'll continue to wait on us.
He'll continue to have mercy on us as long as
he sees that we are striving, we're really trying to
develop that relationship with him. We're really trying to believe

(11:50):
in him and to believe on him. He will give
us time. The prayers have already reached the third room.
The prayers have already reached Jesus to speak and in
time and his timing, because he knows us, it will
manifest it up, it will manifest itself into I'm praying
every day in the hospital. First of all, I'm like, oh,

(12:12):
what happened to me? What happened? Why is this going? Oh?
I can't do anything. Then I got to deal with
the nursing staff and medical staff, and the cafeteria staff
and the housekeeping staff. And I'm still I got to
stand and know and I got to you know, being
through my kids and everything. Is when I'm still complaining
and I'm still pro when am I going home? What's
what is this? I can't get my head around And
guys like you and't got to get your head around it.

(12:33):
I need you to rest And I'm like, oh, okay,
and then it's the next you need to get to
that chair and stay in it for fifteen minutes extra
every day until you go home. So I'm going home.
I'm going to be discharged. Yeah, because you got to
finish the book. Wait, wait all, I'm only going home
to finish the book. And God, you don't answer stuff
like that, You just totally silent. You just be sitting

(12:55):
there like I'm so sorry for timing and me staying
there every single day. What's going to be I would
be awarded and rewarded later on because a distress because
of the different things happening in my body and all
kinds of stuff. You gotta read the book anyway, But
it's all about his timing. I just want you to

(13:15):
have enough faith to know that he heard the prayer
and he's going to answer it one way or the other.
You just don't quantify it. You don't put it in
a nice bowl. And okay, now, God, if you can
hear me, if you could do this for me, I
really would appreciate.

Speaker 3 (13:31):
You.

Speaker 2 (13:32):
Don't bargain with God. You just let him know I'm here,
and I surrender. I surrender. Now we're supposed to be
thankful this week because as we land, as you get
close to the Thursday, we're supposed to be thankful Thanksgiving.
It's not about you know, Parl making her favorite you
know raspberry Keishai extreme being Castle Leed, which, yeah, family

(13:56):
is going to be coming together. People already traveling, people
are already off from work. They already on taking the place.
The airport here was already getting full, people flying out three.

Speaker 4 (14:06):
Days in Avance.

Speaker 2 (14:07):
I hope you've told the people you're grumming wherever you're going.
They continue to me to get there Wednesday. You go
get there at night. You gotta talk to people and
have these conversations. Have the conversations. Everybody's sitting around the table.
Everybody got a play talk about God and it's goodness.
Look at Pearl and say, you know what, And Pearl,

(14:28):
I'm just glad to see you. You're seventy nine years
old and you're still here. Thank you. Alice, you're ten
years old. Wow, you're getting bigger. I'm just glad you're here.
Try to let me talk about what's happening in the world.
But check on each other. How are y'all doing? Everybody's okay? Well,
you know, okay. I'm just checking to make sure you're.
Oh hey, let me define that. Are you okay? What

(14:51):
does it okay mean? I made it here, got a
bill's a dew on Monday, but I made it here
today to be with y'all. Continue to check on each other.
We're not out of the waters yet. We're not going
to be for a minute. Continue to check on each other.
Any words of encouragement, ladies, about Thanksgiving, about this week,
about ending this month, this week.

Speaker 3 (15:15):
I want to go, cake, you could go.

Speaker 4 (15:17):
I need to think a little bit.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
Okay, that's awesome.

Speaker 2 (15:23):
That's awesome.

Speaker 3 (15:25):
So yeah, good good job. That's a good job. So
let me see words of encouragement this week, words of
the Kurt, being couraged, being couraged, And sometimes things are
not always what they appear to be. And always try
to find the the the good in a bad situation

(15:47):
or not so comfortable situation. And you know it could
be worse. You know, thanks thanks to be a whole
lot worse, especially during the time. There are a lot
of people who are not gonna have family, or not
going to have food to eat, or not going to
have a job. We're going to be separated from their families.
It's a lot, it's a lot going on. But being curt,

(16:09):
I just say being curt. Moving to Thanksgiving and to
the beginning of the month.

Speaker 4 (16:15):
I don't say, just stay positive and just enjoy your
time with your family and everything like that. Lean on God.
Just lean on Him in these times because that's the
only thing that's going to get you through for real.
No man, no person, no hobby, know anything, Just leaning
on God.

Speaker 3 (16:33):
In this time.

Speaker 2 (16:34):
Amen. Amen, Thank you ladies. If anybody out there and
audience land want to share something and if for your requests,
we can put that out there as well before I
go into the onto the next subject.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
Thank you. Okay, I just know just to piggyback to,
you know, maybe find your own tradition, you know, if
you know, maybe instead of might not have family that's there,
but maybe you have some friends coworkers that're kind of
cool with, and you know, maybe somebody else is going
through something and maybe a tradition where you go get
something to eat or took something or just something to

(17:10):
break them or not. But you know that that might
be something as well, because everyone does not have family
that's close by or close so maybe just to by
something that will make you happy and make a tradition.

Speaker 2 (17:23):
Amen, and create new ones too. Go ahead.

Speaker 4 (17:27):
Then they call that like a friends giving. Usually it's
done before Thanksgiving, but you could do it anytime.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
The Apples family that lost to missus and it's been difficult.
Thank you, Mickey. We got her, we got them, thank you.
Thank you now and you can still add your comments, guys,
but I want to bring this up over the weekend.
There's this list going around and all of a sudden,
the commentary going around, possibly the President Trump said it

(17:54):
out of his mouth, I don't even know, but saying
that next year, your degrees, you know, are not going
to mean anything and all that that's nothing but fluff.
Because you can't take away my degree. You didn't pay
for it, you can't take it away my experiences. Everything
my life has been centered around by academic journey. You

(18:18):
can't do nothing. You're not God. You're not God. So
you're crossing in the line. Now you're sold to stay
on that side. But don't start saying stupid stuff, because
that's stupid. Cut it out because we got students right now.
People are trying to get their degrees and things like that,
and you're making them feel like they're nothing. Now I'm
gonna tell you something. We have a car, a little
of different clothes size post for donations ready for delivering

(18:40):
this week. Yay, misty, all right, all right, woo cut
it out. We don't need that commentary. Stop the lines
about the EBT is back online. Yes, you're gonna have
to get a photo of it, have your photographed taken.
So what, and guess what next year you got to
be working on to qualify for it. You have to reapply,
So what? Reapply? So what if you need it? If

(19:03):
you need it, keep looking for God to allow him
to lead and guide you. Kindred Family, brother Passing and
Raymond Mac okay, the Kindred Family okay, and the Mac family,
mister mac Passing. Oh wow. Yeah, people are not sticking around.
They're gone.

Speaker 4 (19:18):
They're gone.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
But you know, don't don't worry about the don't get
don't get lost in the conversations and the opinions. Please don't. Don't.
Don't get lost in that. Because people got to have
something newsworthy on their podcast. They have to have something
newsworthy even on the news. Just just silly stuff. And
what's its purpose? To get us anxious, to make us fearful,

(19:43):
to create her annoying, to create you know, depression. We
have seasonal effective disorder happening next month. Awareness we don't
need anymore because people lose it. We don't know how
people are going to react to stuff, So stop outing
to it. It's over the world has opened back up.
Now find your new normal. And about these robots, Yeah,

(20:06):
they can make all the robots they want. They haven't
hit the United States that much. There are other countries
doing whatever. But we are still America, Land of the
Free and home of the brave. And if we don't
want computers, I mean robots, we don't have to have them.
If you believe in the power of friend.

Speaker 3 (20:27):
Yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 2 (20:28):
Now I'm gonna say you're not taking my job. I'm retiring.
You have to be y'all. Ain't nobody coming. I have
not heard about the robots. When is this about? That about? Yeah,
you know what, y'alls. You have heard it. You know,
robots are taking over. There's a there's a Elon Musk
had something a little commercial. Well, there's a uh uh
in Las Vegas. There's a well, I don't know if

(20:50):
he's in Las Vegas. But these robots are doing the
Russian roulette table and the thing even does this to
the camera and stuff like that. Yeah, it's alid. Yeah,
you've heard about it. Apparently as other countries got them
in the auto when they're making the cars, and it's
nothing being made but by robots. Okay, well somebody got
the program the robots. And if you throw some water,

(21:10):
oh that kind of stuff, think at your all, that's yes,
that's right, that kind of stuff. Now you throw some
water on these things. Okay, what they're gonna do, then
go ahead.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
In the past few years, it's almost like trying to
dumb me down, is like, don't don't want to take
the history away. We don't want you to know about that.
We want to take writing cursive away. We don't want
you to know about that. I'll be able to read that.
I understand correctly. The constituence the United States cursive. The

(21:49):
majority of decorations independent some of the cursive, so it's
a different type of cursive. But my thing is something
as simple as that. And I just want to reach
out to the audience just because if stuff is not
offered in the traditional of foods or where they institutions
or stuff, don't let that stop you. Go after the knowledge.

(22:10):
Go after the knowledge. If you don't know how to
write cursive or read cursive, try to go on YouTube
and figure out their places now that are offered. I
think it's a nonprofit that's putting out there. Don't sett
off for beings lack of a better word, dummy down.
You know how you're going to write your check? You
know your cursing. How if you able to sign your check,

(22:31):
That's what we look forward to being able to put
because your handwriting is different. Anyone you know you can
kind of put. Your handwriting or your signature is your
piece that that identifies you. But I would, I would,
I would encourage folks to if you don't know history,
read on it, read it, read about some things, because

(22:53):
here is when you don't know something. Here comes when
you are not aware of something. And if you don't
know something, history is doing to repeat itself. And so
I see some things that are trying to come back
and to repeat itself, which is not good. I see
some signs of it, and those of that who have
a little age that saw this pre civil rights can

(23:15):
see it. It's coming back, and before you know, we'll
be right in the middle of it saying how do
we get here? We saw the sign, We're seeing the sign.
So please, people get your knowledge, learn about other folks,
befriend of the people, learn about different cultures so you
won't be afraid of it. I'm not saying you have
to agree with it so you won't be afraid of it.

(23:37):
That's how you build report, that's how you understand folks.
I don't have to like you. I don't have to
like what you believe in, but I can respect you.
And I think we've lost respect for a lot of things.
And that's where we are with the fear, the hatred,
the discourse. So I want to be over here over there.
I don't want this go over here where I am,
and you're separate. And God did not do that, Not

(24:00):
to God, I know he did not do that. And
so I just want to put that out there. Because
is banned doesn't mean they still it's the information is somewhere.
It's somewhere. Just read about it and understand it. And
if you don't know something, ask somebody. But don't be
so closed minded on them, because we're going to need
each other more than any in, more more than ever.

(24:23):
And God would be someone from out of space come
and wants to tack me. We have to. We're going
to come together to fight those forces. Why are we
fighting each other now? I don't understand that, So I
just that's my my thing.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
That's so fine, that's fine trade, and that's this is
what we're talking about. And you said it so eloquently.
Why are we fighting each other? And you can go
to the Dollar store. They have cursive writing paths and
little comic books and things like that. They have them.
And I was going to take a picture for you
all because they had the Thanksgiving I was at CBS
and as amen, I tell my grandchildren other children cursive writing,

(24:58):
reading at old school clock and praying yes, yes, old
school clock. I got you, yes. And there there's there's
those those books, and you can, like Trey say, you
can go online and just you know, get some of
those sheets on how to write and curse it and
practice it for yourself. Next thing. You know, it's easy,
it's you do it, just practice it. Knowledge will always

(25:18):
be power, k I P. Knowledge is power, knowledge, knowing things,
knowing how to navigate. Unfortunately, you know, with the world
of having uh the phone, your phone and stuff, fitness
stuff on your watch, you know, you don't have to
go to the gym, you know, because you got the
fitness stuff all on your watch and stuff like that,

(25:40):
and it got to remind you, you know, it's time
to work out and all that, and we have to
look back over history. We have to keep moving forward
because people were we were getting better at things technology, uh,
the train age, the civil rights, the civil age, the
industrial age. It was moving the young people put off

(26:00):
the farm into the city. Then the armies and the
navies came. You had to be recruited and you got
on the train. Then the railroad industry, that whole thing,
and then that opened up the car industry. I mean,
so we had to get better and there was some
nastiness and that we didn't it didn't affect too much,
or maybe it did take, you know effect, Like Drey said,
we know about some stuff that happened free too, you know,

(26:23):
and some of that is trying to come back because
people trying to take control. But you have to stand
sure footed and say you're not taking control over me.
You are not God, you're not the end all, you're
not the end game. You could die tomorrow and you
can't be replaced. So listen in on what you need
to listen in to so you'll be aware. Just like
you listen to the news every now and then, whether

(26:45):
it's on radio, whether it's on Facebook, or social media
or the real TV. Oh there's a storm coming now
to day they said, oh, there's no rain, but it
clouded up and it looked like there's gonna pour. Nothing
totally drop. And if it keep this up by where
said about to put my sprinkless on because you know,
I got play with my grass. Now I'm not replaceing
by grass. So I had to put my sprinklers on

(27:07):
in the middle of the night. You ain't gonna charge
me too much. Oh, I knowledge is power.

Speaker 3 (27:13):
I just wanted to ask. So when when I say
pre civil rights, I do want to put a disclaimer
because some people think it's just a matter of black
and white. Civil rights means that you are entitled to
live where you want to live. Civil rights means you're
able to vote. And I don't know if a lot
of people remember your pre civil rights women were not
allowed to vote. So there civil rights entitle us as

(27:36):
women to be able to vote. It allows us as
black people to be able to vote. It allows people
to be able to go to the school. You know,
that's all people be able to go to school, Uh,
to go to school with each other. So when you're
talking about civil rights, it's not just black and white,
simple as that. It's other stuff that when people were

(27:59):
deprived of based on rape, gender, religion, ethnicity, all these
other things. And so sometimes when people want to do
all this civil rights stuff, but it's not just a
black and white issue. It's other stuff. And when you
take history away, people don't understand that. If you listen

(28:21):
to one source, it's saying, oh, it's just black and
that's that's what. No, it's other stuff. Women women were
not able to do certain things. They weren't the workers
in the families. At one point, the husband did that.
The women took care of the house, the other went
out work, and he disciplined the children. It was a
whole different ball game. So when you learn that's that's

(28:42):
what you go back and learn some of this stuff
and don't let it go where you're not knowledgeable about.
To let me tell you something, I see stuff that's
happening right now that I'm fearful of. I'm kind of
nervous about because I see a lot of history trying
to repeat itself. And when people don't stand up and
you realize that what rights they are given, they're going

(29:04):
to have a back. It's going to be a dictatorship.
And let me tell you, folks in England because of
that to come to you in the United States, because
of that, that's in history. But if you don't know that,
correct me if i'm mom, because I want the best history.
But I do remember some stuff when they're coming to
selling in the Virginia and stuff like that. You've got

(29:25):
to know that that we the people.

Speaker 2 (29:28):
Amen.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
I was saying.

Speaker 4 (29:32):
Knowledge is powering. It is very important to know what's
going on right now and watch the little news, look
at a few things on social media. Don't try to
take it to heart because again, you don't want to
be distracted. You know what I'm saying. It's so like
you know in your feelings to where like you're not
prepared for when it comes. And that's why it's important

(29:53):
to know what's going on and kind of like plan
and ask God, Okay, what do I need to be doing,
what do I need to get in so that would
make me successful in these times when whatever happens or
whatever shift happens, You've got to ask God because you
don't want it to be two last men and boom,
everything happening. You don't know what to do and you're
affected hugely by everything that's going on. So again, knowledge

(30:16):
is really power, like you have to know, and I
know it's you know, scary for most Like nobody around
my age is really paying attention. Nobody knows going nobody
know at all. Everybody's just focused on making money, you know,
trying to get by, trying to find living, whatever the
case may be. Nobody is kind of in tune with
what you know, Trump is doing any of that. I

(30:37):
have my ear open to make sure I'm listening and
aware some things. You know, it's hard to not you know,
not focus on it because you know, as a young adult,
we have a lot going on, school, working, et cetera
set of balancing life. So as speaking from a young
person perspective, my people don't nobody, Yeah, we ain't got

(30:58):
nothing going on for it, but it's just very important
to you know, just be prepared because it may look
like this today, but probably in a couple of weeks,
maybe even days, it's not gonna be the same because.

Speaker 2 (31:11):
They're making moves behind closed doors. They're making they're having
conversations in the wee hours of the night. They are
the whoever that they are, the policymakers, the influential families.
And now that that man's Epstein's stuff is coming out
and it is getting ready to come out, it's gonna
be redacted. Yeah, because he's gonna he's gonna cover up
some names. But you're gonna be surprised. It's gonna be surprised.

(31:34):
You're gonna be like, oh no, Ted all this time,
you know, So be careful with they go ahead track
and I want to add something.

Speaker 3 (31:41):
I just want to people and I hear you, miss kay,
because I know some of them are removed from what's
going on. But the question that I would have if
I if I were to ask a younger group, what
is the most important thing to you now? And what
is the most important what are you working towards what
you're working? Hi? Everyone? Amen? Yes, God, focus on Starlotte. Yes, okay,

(32:06):
so yeah, so what is important to them now and
what's going to be important to them five years from
now when when they're a little older. Then I would
have a conversation. Okay, if this is important to you,
who in the decision making realm aligns with what you
agree with?

Speaker 2 (32:25):
Ooh nice finks.

Speaker 3 (32:27):
With what you agree with? You keep an eye on
that person and see if it's consistent, and then you
move towards that. But you have to you need to
do that locally, you need to do that federally, and
you need to do it on different levels to find
out what they're aligning with because if what you like
is happening locally, if you like that person, then you

(32:48):
need to see, Okay, who's doing that on a federal
level that's aligned with what you're trying to do. Because
if you're trying to with the student loans and stuff
like that, because people that say, okay, they're working harder,
no money, who aligned with you know, it would be
nice when I get out of college that I don't
have to pay all this back right now? You know what?
What is it? Who aligned with that? And who aligned

(33:08):
with allowing me to be able to say, well, who
aligns with me be able to write some stuff off,
or who aligns with me being able to have access
to loans you know, to buy in vast or make
or make a person finding out what's important because that's
going to drive them. But it counts with a vote

(33:28):
at your local level. But it starts there. You can't
be oblivious to it because if you get the wrong
person in it's not gonna align with what you want.
And so that's what I would say if I had
a group of young people in front of me, because
it's all about now, what's important to you and what
you're working for. When I was coming out, I want
to we want to work and so we can be
able to retire. It's a different thing now, it's a

(33:49):
different Boggain the beast. You're going to be an entrepreneur
and it's no, it's no late time to do that.
But that's what I would say if I were in
front of a group of young people.

Speaker 4 (34:00):
Yeah, it's kind of like, you know, I don't want
to say my generation doesn't care, but in a way
until it affects them, truly, they don't care, which will
be last minute. So you know that's the problem. And
we don't necessarily have the best well I don't want
to say we because I'm different, but as a generation

(34:22):
doesn't have the best role models and stuff. So I
know that's what I tell my students, you know, to
be aware because my twins that our tutor we had
a prompt or whatever about you know, I believe it
was like, oh, women's rights and stuff like that. And
segregation and when blacks were allowed to vote and stuff,
so they didn't know. I was surprised to even see

(34:44):
it in the prompt honestly, the passage, because I was like,
you know, one of my students is telling me, like, yeah,
they're not letting us really like we don't know about that.
I'm like, well, I learned it when I was in school.
You know, our history, but we all know. But of
course they've been taking it out of school and everything
like that. So I made sure, you know, to tell them,
you know, this is what happened, like, this is how
it was.

Speaker 2 (35:04):
You don't want to be like that, but they're so.

Speaker 4 (35:09):
Yeah, it's just.

Speaker 3 (35:10):
It's not just your generation miscase, So don't don't don't
even feel bad about it. It's generation that.

Speaker 4 (35:18):
I mean, it's either you know.

Speaker 2 (35:19):
Or you don't know.

Speaker 4 (35:19):
And if you care, you don't, Like, you can't force
nobody to feel anyway until it affects them. That's when
they're truly going to be like, oh my gosh, like
you know, I need to take heed, but it's too late,
you know, to do.

Speaker 3 (35:30):
Anything about it.

Speaker 4 (35:30):
So you know, I just hope that you know, my friends,
we we got to just get on one accord, and
I hope and pray for the rest to just know.
I haven't felt led to post anything on social media
or be very vocal about it. So therefore I'm just
laying lower till God does what he does.

Speaker 3 (35:51):
I think. I remember, we didn't have a lot of
the black history. I didn't get it, not not going
through elementary school. But what I did would say is
my parents equipped us with books and puzzles and games
that were affiliated that we learned about black history. Because
in the elementary school that I went to, we didn't

(36:11):
get it. As my rest of the elementary school that
my sisters went to, they learned a lot of other things,
you know, they learned less every voice and sing at
the school, the elementary school they went to, the one
that I went to, we were singing. I wish I
were in the land of Cotton. Totally different things. So
we did. We did. Like my younger sister and I

(36:32):
did not get the same upbringing on different history. It
was through my parents and my great aunts and uncles
and grandparents and stuff and books and stuff that were
out that taught us different things. And they gravitated said, wow,
we did do something. You know, because it wasn't feeling
good that all we were claims that it did not

(36:52):
feel good growing up until I learned, oh wow, we
did this, we did that, And you know, it empowers
you to say, okay, if they can do that, then
when the odds will definitely get them, get them, there's
no issue for me not to get them that. And
I feel that question.

Speaker 4 (37:09):
Yeah, I feel like that's how it's going to be again,
like how you mentioned about the civil rights and everything,
like how we're kind of seeing that peak and everything
like that, and it's all about like lo Hambursy, it's
about Jesus also thought, but for the civil rights movement,
it's just all about knowing and just kind of being

(37:32):
prepared for that because it's just not going to look good.
And that's why I feel like, you know, when God
has to selected and you really like established that relationship
with God, he will tell you what to do in
those times and how we can be successful. No matter
what everybody went through in that Bible, they were successful
in the end. God had the victory in the end regardless.

(37:54):
So it's just like, I really hope people really get
it right now because.

Speaker 2 (38:00):
Yeah, yeah, and let me tell you a little trick.

Speaker 3 (38:03):
I learned.

Speaker 2 (38:04):
There's another trick. But I'm looking at these speeds are
popping up on my feed. You know, these stories, these
commentary stuff, and did you know type of stuff it's
popping up on my feed right. So I'm like, wait
a minute, what are they talking about? This is not
being disgusted news. So I went to the comments section
to see how old the comments are. Some of these
comments are seven weeks old. Thirty six weeks.

Speaker 4 (38:26):
Oh.

Speaker 2 (38:26):
I'm like, what then, And you're making it sound like
this is something that just happened. So go in to
commented comments, okay, and look at the date that the week,
the frequency, and this is so mad.

Speaker 4 (38:38):
No offense people, Yes, like my mom said, please share
the comments because most of that stuff, like how the
algorithm works, old stuff will appear always, especially on Facebook,
especially on Facebook, and they're supposed to.

Speaker 2 (38:52):
Be so fancy and so computed. Old robot forward and
computer forward and look at you. You could bring it
up stuff from eighteen years ago. Give me a break,
Give me a break. Yeah, there's there's something there's there's
there's something in the water.

Speaker 4 (39:05):
That's what they do. It's all about the algorithm.

Speaker 2 (39:09):
I got your algorithms. You're just gonna have to rhythm.

Speaker 4 (39:13):
Don't want to see that stuff. Just refresh your screen
like you scroll down five times, go back up, refresh
your screen. Don't just keep flicking around like you be
doing nothing. Watch a love cop videos and stuff.

Speaker 2 (39:25):
Because go down. Now they're doing all kinds of stuff.
You take it. I mean, you're getting so involved and
absorbed in technology and anime and and all that stuff.
I mean, you can't even watch natural animals if somebody
took over that. Now that the lions, the cheetah came

(39:46):
and got the baby, and it's all fake and it's
like you can't get up on a lion like that,
you know, I mean, come on, come on, people, let's
keep it real. Keep it real, or you're gonna not
You're gonna be stopped in the spirit, You're gonna be stopped.
I'm sick of I can't address this. I'm trying to watch.
I'm saying, oh Lord, the hyena took the little come

(40:08):
and then and then then the tiger walks over to
a tour bus and handing the cub to a stranger.
Come on, nine, huh.

Speaker 4 (40:18):
There's always a glare in those videos like it's.

Speaker 2 (40:21):
Glare that faith, you know, and then you get on YouTube.
Then on YouTube, you got this man who's been dead
and I like to see people, but you ain't letting.
We're just hearing the voice and you're mimicking his voice,
and you're making people feel old. You watch this and
this the twenty third, you're old the blessing. You better stop.

Speaker 4 (40:40):
That's a celebrity sing somebody for that, because they've been
using their face for videos and doing those good good and.

Speaker 2 (40:50):
It's gonna be more of that. You stop, you stop
doing this. God is speaking in real time and there
are live profits and they're also Miles Monroe, the greatest
teacher of all time. He died in a plane accident
years ago, so but his son sounds just lik him.
I don't need to hear you doing stuff. Let your dad.

(41:11):
You got a million of his videos live Lit's hear those.
I like it, And those are the ones I said,
I feel so bad because I send people stop and
they rely on me. They're like, oh, if it's coming
from her, you know, I got to look at it.
And because I know you you're full of it, cut
it out. We got enough going on in this world.
We don't need you play cating and embellishing and lying

(41:33):
to try to pull people.

Speaker 4 (41:35):
Stop it, especially with these Camlo Wow scam messages as well,
So just be aware. Don't click on the random links.
Please you get a message, please, So I'm picking up
pase attack classage people.

Speaker 2 (41:51):
You are all my prayer pointless. I'm coming for you
in the spirit and it's not preci Oh my, lets say,
oh my, we really do need to watch what we're
looking at them.

Speaker 4 (42:00):
Yes, you do, because when you do that as well,
when you're looking at certain stuff and you don't want
to repeat itself, that's why you got to stop, you know,
repetitively looking at the same things, because more of it, it's
gonna generate.

Speaker 2 (42:12):
It's gonna come your way.

Speaker 4 (42:13):
You watch one video, you're gonna see multiple videos on
that thing. So just be careful again of what you're watching.
Ignore its, delete block please, And if you do have
a young person in your life, show on a message,
whatever case may be, if you believe it's real or fake,
do not click no links, don't click nothing, because all
these people want to do is scam older people. No offense,

(42:36):
because those are the quopors like that y'all are easy
to kind of get so because you don't know, and
it's okay to not know, but you know, you're thinking
like it's the real dealing stuff like that. It's really
not so no clicking on links, oh, sharing codes. You
don't pick up your phone scam likely it's just block it.

Speaker 2 (42:54):
Don't pick it up.

Speaker 4 (42:55):
It's no point, you know, especially if your iPhone it
tells you straight up that it's a scam. So therefore
let's not pick up that phone call. And if you
don't recognize number, just block it anyway, because still.

Speaker 2 (43:05):
Am messaging is all about. That's what voice messaging is
all about. You don't have to pick up nothing. No,
you go to slide it to the left, leave a
message exact dare you leave a message? But be careful people,
because it's stupid out here, especially people trying to sell
your big coin and trying to sell your goal because
the other powers that be the Facebook, people who want

(43:26):
to who's supposed to be trolling and looking out for
they're not looking out for you. All kinds of scam stuff.
It's coming out there. It's coming across Android phones and
it's in the iPhone. All that kind of stuff. Ain't
nobody monitoring because they like, I don't know, if you're
getting off on people being scammed, you can pull that
because you're coming after me saying because I report I

(43:47):
repeated something Medea said, and Facebook came after me like,
oh no, I said that. But Tyler Perry said that
in this character with media. I quoted him exactly skinning
a catfish or something. I don't know. Anyway, Yeah, I'm like,
but that's other stuff that your other people you need
to go after instead of coming after me. Well there

(44:07):
we go. Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Thanksgiving. Be smooth
with this. Get you some rest, get you some rest,
and and and and come out on the other side
of this thing. Friday, you got to go back to
work unless you took the day off. Then we got
the weekend, and then December is here. You'll be safe
out here. We love you. We'll see you next week,
