our heads whispering doubts about ourselves. Yep, we're talking about

even when you're crushing it. You know that feeling when
you get a promotion but your inner critic screams they
must have made a mistake. Well, let me tell you
are not alone. This is something almost everyone experiences. But
the good news is we can totally overcome it. Think

of it like this, self doubt is like that annoying
mosquito buzzing around your ear. It might be annoying, but
it doesn't have to control your whole summer vibe. We're
going to swat that thing away and get back to
enjoying the sunshine. Here are five key takeaways to help
