It’s time to eat faces. Figuratively speaking.

This week, Coach Jason is joined by fellow business coach and podcaster Jason Tracey, founder of Roar Consulting and host of the Coffee and Grit podcast. Jason Tracey helps leaders find the confidence they need to sell effectively and ethically, and helps create systems around those leaders’ strengths. After being saddled with bad sales advice early in his career, Jason quickly discovered that his natural skill as a listener trumped any flashy sales tactic. From there, he would later found Roar Consulting with his wife, Gracie, and begin Coffee and Grit, a podcast about the entrepreneurs who hustle every day to build businesses. Together, both Jasons tackle some of the biggest questions around sales, including:
  • Is there a “prototype” for a good salesperson?
  • How can you turn authenticity into your secret weapon?
  • How do you know if you really need a coach?
  • Why is your perspective so important to your sales success? Jason Tracey shares his “eat faces” mentality.
