Curioso que grande maioria das pessoas acham mais simples a observação do que na verdade é (eu também achava), claro que julgamos mas talvez não tenhamos a consciência da quantidade de vezes que avaliamos ou julgamos.
Assim, que aprendemos a comunicar a partir de um lugar de OBSERVADOR vamos conseguir 2 coisas fantásticas, conectar connosco e com o outro.
Para eu observar vou ligar-me aquilo que sinto com o que observo (a minha emoção) e depois vou conseguir começar a identificar a necessidade.
Ao observar eu não acuso / julgo o outro e por isso a comunicação tenderá a fluir de outra forma.
