No meu trabalho com pais e educadores falamos muito sobre ambas as coisas, porque se queremos promover a colaboração e a conexão temos de dar espaço à autenticidade, respeitar a integridade da criança e promover o igual valor (sim....) mesmo enquanto pais e educadores.
Se soubesses a quantidade de obstáculos à comunicação existem já não dizias que a criança nunca te ouve 🤭
