So I think now I just gottabe a listen to my comments. Okay,
yeah they are, there are mycomments. I got Bonnie, Sarah,
Hey, Sarah, Hey everybody.I feel like I keep locking up,
but I hope not. So thenI want to talk a little bit

about the astrology because I'm actually goingto tie it in to anxiety for all
of us. I have a reallydog delay on the screen, kind of
distracted, all right. So we'vegot a lot of fixed energy coming in
this week, and I fixed energy. I mean we've got rist energy where
we've got a new moves coming inon their on Friday, and we've got

a lot of planets in Taurus.We also have Mars changing signs and going
into Leo this week at the endof the week, which is also fixed
fire. Taurus of course is fixedEarth, and we've got Jupiter going into
Taurus this week, which is goingto stay there twenty four and Jupiter expands
everything, so that's expanding that fixedEarth energy. And then if that isn't

enough, we have Pluto headed backto Capricorn, which is also an Earth
sign. So we've got a lotof energy in play this week. I
wish I had my graphics to showyou, but I'll do a separate video.
Obviously can see the charts because we'renot going to go do that tonight,
but a lot of fixed energy.So what's gonna happen is today you

probably felt pretty Goodertay. It's actuallya really good day, especially for creativity.
And we come Tuesday and later inthe week, things are going to
feel like they came to a grindingoff and we're almost gonna feel like we
have a slowan It's going to bealmost everything's going, going, going,
and then all of a sudden,we've got just like the train stops.

It's an energy that really makes usfeel like things are slowed down and not
going anywhere, and it can bevery frustrating, which is why I wanted
to bring anxiety and in a littlebit. But we've got something happening in
the sky this week that's known asa T square, and that T square
is actually going to involve get tune. I'm sorry, it's gonna involve Pluto

(04:30):
Mars going into Leo picture of acrossthe sky from each other like this.
I'm gonna try and to do myown graphics. You've got to go a
graphics like this. And then righton a T is Jupiter, which just
went into that torres. So we'vegot an actual tea square in the sky
and a T square is a veryopposing energy, which normally can cause a
little bit of conflict depending on whatthe planets are. But now because we

have all this fixed type of energythat's just not moving right now, we've
got the Lion there, fixed fire, we've got the bold trust that fixed
Earth, and then we've got otherEarth with Capricorn in guitart and Pluto being
there, who's very slow moving becausePluto doesn't retrograde. So we've got old
is fixed energy. And so whenthis T square comes in on the nineteen

twentieth around that new moon, it'sgoing to just make everything be like ah.
And what you'll find is people willreally be stuck in their ways.
They won't want to move anything forward, they're going to become very immobile,
almost frozen in things. Decisions aregoing to be really hard to make.
It's gonna be hard to move theenergy for it. And then if you
take the nodes of the Moon,which we usually use I use them as

a trilog and not old strologers too, that's directly across the sky now from
Jupiter. So what happens is inthe sky by the end of the week,
we actually have what's called a grandcross, and this particular grand cross
is in Earth. So everything isvery fixed. It's almost like the planets
are intersected in this way, andwe've got Pluto up here, we've got

Mars down here in opposition, andPluto and Mars in opposition is a very
tough energy. It's a warlike energy. And then we've got the nodes of
the move and Jupiter across from eachother, Jupiter actually in conjunction with the
North node and opposition in the south. Then, so it creates what with
those an intersection in the sky.Well, think about if you are and

(06:25):
the new mood is in tourists too, So we've got all this earth fixed
Earth energy. So think about theidea of an intersection in the sky right
across the intersection, and we've gotPluto and Mars and Jupiter and the north
node and the south node. Allthe supposing energy is moving. It's just
stuck there. Think about how youfeel when you come to an intersection and

you come to that four way southsign or that four way traffic light right,
and everyone's there, and you're inyour car and you're looking through the
windfield and you're seeing somebody there andsomebody here and somebody here, and sometimes
I gets it's a little bit ofanxiety, right, because it's like a
little immediately we have a feeling oflike, oh what if we should who
should? What should house is goingto work? Where should I go?

(07:13):
Maybe have some hesitation, maybe you'relike really extra careful, we're cautious,
right, But sometimes when things intersectin our life and we have problems,
right, the energy causes across ofconflict and we immediately go into anxiety.
It's normal. It's almost like ourprimitive senses take over. Right. But
now picture yourself at that same intersectionand instead of being at the wheel and

(07:40):
looking through the windshield and be like, okay, who's going first? Am
I supposed to go first, Theygo first. What if I start to
go and somebody else starts to gowith the question to me, how am
I gonna make this decision? Ia lot of stress, here's a lot
of choices to make, and Ihave to worry about this guy, have
to worry about that guy. Ifthis guy my life? Right? But
now, what if you weren't infront of the intersection at the wheel,

(08:01):
What if you were above it andyou could see clearly this four paths?
Right, you have a completely differentperspective of what that is. That's the
energy this week, and that's whata grand cross is. Grand crosses intersections
choices in our lives, big decisionswhere we have a lot of choices.

(08:24):
To me, what they really requireis us to step out of too much
reality right, too much thinking,drop down into our heart, what the
desire is, what's the goal.But mostly what they ask us to do
is rise above it instead of thinkingwith our reptilian brain and our three D
way of working things. What ifwe stepped out of that and look above

(08:48):
our higher consciousness, our higher levelof being, then the intersection doesn't look
so scary. If I showed youa picture of that same intersection, the
same cross gran Us in the skyright that we have with Pluto, who
is the transformation, and a transformationMars, which is our ambition, can

(09:09):
also be our aggression, the SouthMide, which is our past, the
things we need to let go of, the North node, which is where
we should be headed, and Jupiter, which expands all this energy. If
we're in it, it's really turbulentand chaotic, and we don't know which
we would go first. We haveto worry about all these people. Are
they going to move when I move? And if I move this way,
will move it that way? AndI call it the rub extreme of life.

(09:33):
But if we look at that samesituation from above and saw each person
as a lane in the highway,and they have their lane and I have
my lane, and they have explainedand this person is this person, but
I'm just me, you would clearlysee your path in that intersection, in
that chaotic energy. Because our higherself and our higherest higher consciousness always knows

(09:56):
the solution. Because we go intoa place of compassion, we go into
a place of understanding love, andthen what happens is we're able to see
clearly, so what I'm going toask everybody to do and I've been trying
to do this and I'm not alwayssuccessful, but I really do try a
lot because whenever I'm faced with thatcross piece, right, the cross scares

(10:18):
of life, whenever I'm faced withthe decision, the chaos that the three
lanes coming at me, it wasand what am I going to do?
I don't stay in it. Itake some time to rise above it and
look at it, and I havea completely different perspective. And in those
moments when we've maybe focused on breathand look at what this really is,

(10:39):
and we're not reactive, right,we're always reactive when we're through the windshield
of the car, We're always reactivethere. What if we were flying above
it? Right? What if wewere always reactive when we're in the argument
it or we're in the chaos whenwe're in the conflict. But what if
we rose above it and we sawit from an observation act and we saw

(11:01):
it as observers and we saw itas not so much a three dimensional energy
but from a higher perspective, thenwe can deal with it and it's unpackable.
Then it's resolvable because we're not reactingfrom that white knuckling of the steering
wheel. Right, How am Igoing to navigate this? How'm gonna get
through this? This is a littlebit tricky here. From a higher perspective,

(11:22):
we have more confidence in ourselves.We believe in ourselves better. And
that brings me to kind of whatI wanted to talk about. With anxiety.
I've had anxiety all my life.I've had no anxiety and sometimes in
my life and a lot of anxiety. Other times, you know, we
can pinpoint it and you can goto therapy and talk about it. But

(11:43):
when I look back at my fiftyplus person of anxiety, to me,
anxiety always comes, thank you forthe beautiful hearts. Anxiety always comes when
I'm disconnected, and we get disconnectedwhen we're looking through the windshield of the

(12:03):
car and we're wandering about all theall the planes coming at us, and
we're eating it where it's so turbulentand it's so churning, and so that's
anxiety. So what happens when you'reprone to anxiety is you kind of have
to not live in that driver's seatthat's panicking. You've got to find a
higher perch to deal with life.From and that's where spirituality came in for

(12:28):
me. I find when I lookback on the times of my life when
I was most disconnected, and ofcourse there was times in my life that
caused this. I had PTSD asa child because where I lived, and
a lot of things that were traumain the body. But at the end
of the day, all those things, although I know they're real, and

(12:48):
you can disgrate bulk which I'll giveit to the end of the show that
you can read that really makes itunderstood for you. But at the end
of the day, anxiety is disconnectionwhen we take a moment and just center,
and we're afraid to do that alot of times when we're really anxious,
for like Araid, to even seethe chair and be quiet. We've
got to be a cost emotion,you know. But it's not good motion.

(13:11):
It's not motion that's expelling the anxietyand expelling the energy and transmuse the
energy. It's a motion that's keepingelse in the frenetic pace. And so
we have to come to a placewhere we're doing that any longer. And
the way we do that is toconnect with ourselves, and sometimes, like
I said, that's scary in thebeginning. It's scary, you know in

(13:31):
the beginning. You know, Iremember being in my twenties and you know,
trying to even sit in a chairin a quiet place, no noise
or anything, and I would justimmediately have anxiety attack. That's how Prona
I was too. The stimulus ofanxiety. It's a road. It's a
long road, and believing I feelfor everybody to suffers to do it because

(13:54):
the only way through it is throughit. You can't run from it.
The more you run, the moreanxious to be. The move shouldn't pretend
you're really good, you're actually creatingmore anxiety because it makes us very anxious
when we can't be our truth self. It's going to make you very anxious
not to be able to be whoyou really are. And that's a big
part of why we're all that disconnection. So just trying to practice what um

(14:22):
every way am I in and outsomeone that I'm in and out. I'm
hoping that because this is UH showfor me. If I'm in and out,
somebody else tell me I might haveto move everything. So anxiety is
definitely disconnection, and everyone's given mea thumbstup and so maybe it's just moving

(14:43):
closer. Maybe I don't know ifyou guys can hear me, Bobby,

(15:26):
are you in the in the studio? Can you hear me? For a
second? We lost you, butnow you're good. I don't know where
you're pressed, but you're good togo. You can hear that, you
can hear me, because they're sayingthey can't hear me. No, now
now we can hear you. Butwe did lead you for like thirty seconds.
Oh okay, all right, guys, okay, I'll let you know.

(15:48):
Thanks so um so getting back tookay. So the disconnection is what
really makes ansiou so like I decidedsomewhere and I decided instead of being anxious
all the time about what people wantedme to say and what I should be
doing, I just said I'm supposingwhat I need to say, and I
took my pain and uncomfortable. Imaybe didn't agree with me, or maybe

(16:10):
they wanted to go into some kindof an argument. It was actually better
than having like weeks and years oflike having to go into situations it was
so uncomfortable, like saying, sofind your voice. I know a lot
of us out there are anxious becausewe are squashing the goal. So that's
the first give you it is findyour voice and a lot of your anxiety
will go away. We get soanxious to see what we need and what

(16:34):
we say, we do it ina healthy way, you know, don't
just say things like I'm really uncomfortablewith this. Um, I want to
tell you this, and I'm sayingthis with love, but I have to
get this one protest and keep yourvoice. And it's at level you know
you don't want to make itself moreangient. But that's that's the first thing
I found authentic and that's for years. It took years to feel like find

(16:59):
the authentically, but that's when theanxiety started to level off. The other
thing that really helped me with anxietywas finding a sense of purpose. Well,
we're anxious, we stay little,we isolate, we don't want to
do anything, we're afraid to dothings. We start to like close in
the box, right, it becomessmaller and smaller. You have to have
a sense of purpose. When youhave a sense of self and you a

(17:23):
little bit more active and you're notinactive, you'd be surprised how much the
anxiety lessons because when we don't haveany activity in our life or something purposeful.
But that's you know, maybe evenjust watching a yoga on YouTube.
If you're able to put the houseokay, or maybe it's a ritual that

(17:45):
you have every day going out withyour dog or whatever it might be.
You have to have some sense ofpurpose because if you don't, you're going
to rum it the anxiety, andit's just going to keep growing and growing
and growing and growing and growth,and then it becomes self worth issue,
and that's where a lot of anxietystimes from. It's that self worth,
It's that unworthiness. It's that whydo I feel like this? Everyone else

(18:08):
is able to go to the party, everyone else is able to go to
a restaurant. Everyone else, youknow, can fly on our plane and
I can't. I must they mustbe really something wrong with me. And
that's like the worst thing that youcan do. Because if you are in

(18:30):
a sense of place where every dayyou wake up, even if it's making
your bed. There's actually a bookout that says make my bed or something
like that, they make my bedor make your bed every day. Look
it up. That's a great bookfor anxiety. You have to do something
purposeful that makes you feel like youare worthwhile in doing something. When I
was very, very very anxiety written. This is back when I was a

(18:51):
teenager. As a child a longperiod of time when I actually did not
go to a regular school and Iwas homeschooled because of an anxiety issue,
and I remember reading. I usedto read a lot, and I would
give myself goals of like I'm goingto read a book a week, or
I'm going to read like five chaptersof this book by Friday, And just

(19:12):
that little thing made me feel likeI had a purpose, a goal of
meaning. And when I accomplished it, I just you know, I was
like twelve or thirteen, and whenI accomplished it, it made me feel
like, oh see, I cando something. So you only you know
what that thing will be for you. All I can tell you is you

(19:34):
need that sense of worthiness, nomatter how it comes. I recently had
an injury over the wintertime. Ihad very very bad I don't know how
to say, a trick and terrastpsite ter pitis in both hips and I
actually had fluid on my hips.It was very frightening and I had a
really hard time walking. I couldnot do stairs, and it finally passed.

(19:59):
I had physical therapy and I doall this healing work and a pit
pass. But I remember I becamereally house found. I haven't seen friends
even now because I could end upin training for something else. But what
I started to do was I wouldgo out of the house and I would
like walk literally like two houses andafter go home. So every day I

(20:19):
tried to just add a little bitto it. And it was really I'm
embarrassed almost to tell you guys thisbecause it's almost like, Okay, I'm
going to add five steps today.That's how bad it was for like about
six weeks. And I don't notwant to go on Facebook or social media
and tell you ailments and things likethat. I just I feel it like
it gives more energy to the wound. So literally just doing that made me

(20:41):
feel like, Okay, I'm gonnaget well. I'm look, I walked
two houses today, right, Ididn't have so much anxiety because I was
in action. So definitely take somekind of action. Another thing about anxiety
is you've got to break through theresistance. Anxiety is just connection and anximtle.

(21:02):
When we're in anxiety, we resisteverything. And I know I still
have a tendency to do that.I'm very much afraid of doctors and things.
I hate having you go. Youknow, I'm a cancer survivor,
so you can't imagine how I gotthrough that. I used to tell my
gynecologists when I was young, asyou say, um, okay, well,
if I get pregnant, you know, because I was trying at one
time, you're gonna have to knockme out for eighteen years and wake me

(21:23):
up by the kids eighteen. Itwas a joke. We step so um.
So I never worked out for meanyway. I probably would have gladly
loved a child. But but Iused to have anxiety about anything medical.
And I remember every time like Iwould have even you know, a strep
throat or something, and I wouldbe very m frightened about medications and I
would go to the doctor and they'dbe like, um, okay, we're

(21:45):
gonna give you this antimatic and thisno, I don't want it. And
I had like this horrible sort ofthroat and be like, no, I
don't want I'm not taking anything.Like when you're in anxiety, you have
restriction and resistance. You resist everythingbecause your inner fear moat, so you
have to try to break through thatresistance. One of the ways I found
of doing that. And for somebodywho don't use this yet, it may

(22:07):
sound very simplistic, but I urgeyou to really try it because for those
of us who have tried it anduse it, it works. Breath work.
I even do that now for thefirst time my entire life. Just
recently, I was able to havea dental procedure done just by actually being
in the chair and not resisting,not tensing up the body and breathing and
relaxing and letting it flow. AndI use those types of breathwork type of

(22:34):
strategies when also when I was undergoingtreatment for cancer told years about and it
really helps because the more we resistand the more we restrict the physical of
our body tense up, the worseis for us. When we relax and
flow and again higher consciousness, higherperspective, give ourselves over to a higher

(22:57):
power angels us Kwanye in crystals,old crystals in your hands. If you
have to go through anything like that, really as hell because we're not in
the body so much. And justlike I wish I had, like slides,
but I'll do it another video withthem. I'll do it short for
you guys. But just like wehad this intersection like I described right,

(23:18):
your car comes at at dissection,you're like, oh my gosh, is
like, what are we gonna dohere? Energy comes into the body through
our energy lines. And if youthink of standing up, if you have
something like you can stand up,I can't get the camera angle now and
putting your arms out and your legsout like a big beautiful star. Right,
we have star posts in yoga.Energy comes through the body like that

(23:42):
like an intersection, and the headalso we are as we live five pointed
stars, and that's how the energycomes into our body. So next time
you're feeling anxious, try to actuallythink about just close your eyes for a
few minutes and think about where arethe subtle sensations coming from in your body?

(24:03):
Where are they coming in from?You know, are you feeling anxiety
in the shoulders? Are you feelinganxiety in your crown of your head?
Are your legs your issue? Isit the center of your body? Do
you feel anxiety in the heart space? Do you feel it in your sower
classes or your lower root chakra?Start to identify what energy line that physicality

(24:26):
is coming in through, because that'sgoing to give you a really big clue
as to how to heal your anxiety. For instance, when I was going
through my horse my lowered chakras likeI used to think I was going to
get diarrhea constantly, have pain likemy lower active in all the time.
And then I went to some chakrahealers and I took some chakra training classes,

(24:47):
and I realized, it's my rootchakra, it's my stability. My
life is unstable right now. Idon't know what's going to be happening,
and it's all coming out in thatarea of my body. I dropped weight.
I actually you went down. Lookso low. The doctors like,
you've got to eat that kind ofstuff because it was all my digestive track
and root chakra. And while Iwasn't like actually getting diarrhea and those things,

(25:11):
I felt like that because I wasso out of balance. Same thing
with people in heart conditions. There'ssomething in the heart chakra. So think
about where anxiety is coming into yourbody, as that five pointed start is
the energy coming up into your lowerabdomen, into your digestion, your bathroom
muscles from your legs and the rootsof the earth. Is it coming up

(25:32):
from your crown chakra? Does yourmind race? You know, where is
the energy coming in? Just likewhen you're at that intersection, you've got
four ladies coming at you. Right, where is the energy comparding you?
Do things seem louder? Is cominginto the ears? Did your fingers get
numb? And when you start tothink about that, now your anxiety you

(25:55):
can actually attach it to the physicalbody. And when you come above that,
right, you're going to be theobserver going to your higher power,
maybe prayer or chanting, or listeningto music for music or meditation or yoga,
or just to walk in the park. And when you're not so anxious,
you're gonna think about that, andyou're gonna be like, why do

(26:17):
I always get that like hiky hands? Like where is that from? Maybe
it's because you're afraid to grasp something. Maybe you're afraid to reach out and
grasp the truth, or maybe you'reafraid to grasp love, so it will
come to you. It may sounda little abstract now, but you'll be
surprised you take some time connecting toyour observation tower, right, look at

(26:41):
the situation from above, really observeit, even to find exactly what the
cause is. And you have manyroot causes. I know there are many
different root causes throughout my life.I created my anxiety. I'll give you
one example that's more recent. Irecently was I trained agents. I'm a

(27:06):
real turn I trained agents for myjob, and now I'm fine doing that.
I don't have an anxiety about thatat all. But the place I
went before and then before COVID,I used to always have to do in
person classes with quite a large amountof people. And I also would have
to present at quarterly meetings where theywere like three hundred agents or something.

(27:26):
And I never got super nervous atthe quarterly meetings where there were three hundred
agents, And I always got nervouswhen I had to teach a class of
thirty agents, and I was like, this is really weird. I got
to look at this, What amI really feeling? Like? Why am
I anxious to go into my officeand teach a class? So I'm not
anxious to thank at the stage andyou know, give my thing. And

(27:47):
I realized after I really thought aboutit, and I went into the body
and I said, okay, whereis the energy coming in from? It
was totally my solar plexus, andthe solar plexus ofttimes is where we feel
judgment. And so in a smallergroup I felt bolderable to judgment. But
in a bigger group, when itwas happy and it was an event and

(28:07):
people were joyous and or you know, relaxed, I didn't feel that.
And so once I identified it,I couldn't work through it, and I
wasn't anxious to give those smaller classesanymore. So you see how we want
to, you know, ruminate aboutthe anxiety. And for you know,
a few weeks, I was like, why am I so nervous about this?
What's wrong with me? And wholeclass I do this whole time until

(28:33):
I identified it, went above itto observe it, and then I could
read it it away, you know, And sometimes I still do get a
little bit nervous, but now Iknow what it is, and that awareness,
that lightning bolt that shows us wherethings are allows us to space for
healing, the space to overcome it. And you know, there's always other

(28:55):
things. You can never really fullydo these things alone. You could probably
need you maybe get some healing workor do some processes, or do something
so that your brain, you're helpingit to be rewired, because anxiety really
does need the brain to be rewired. We have we hold trauma in our
body, etc. But those aresome things that really really helped me.

(29:18):
Another thing that really helped me waswhen you think about that intersection, right,
And I keep using that analogy becausethat's really the way I see the
energy of anxiety. It's like across section and we're like in the middle,
like, oh my god, it'sall coming happy. So what I
kind of in my mind that I'mworking on a workshop now to do for

(29:40):
everybody, is I kind of thinkof it as you have to realize you
need to move the energy. Likewhen you're in that intersection in all four
cars, never move that. Itwill always stay that way, and you're
just simply in a status quo.You're never going to get anywhere. You're
not going to move anywhere, you'renot going to get to your errands,
you're not going to do anything right. Well, when we're at those cross

(30:03):
roads of life, when the anxietystagnates us, restricts us and restrains us,
we're not moving forward with our lives. And the one thing you guys
know I believe and why I foundit the Xecudar community, It's because I
believe we are all here to liveour divine potential. Anxiety stops us from
doing that, but we can't helpit sometimes, right, So think about

(30:26):
that intersection being across roads of stagnation. And I know you guys don't want
to be a stagnant. I don't. I don't. I want to move
forward and join my life, havefun, to do things, be in
love, etc. But think ofit as something is blocked in those four
ways. Is it physical? Isit mental? Is it emotional? Is

(30:48):
it spiritual? Because there's something that'skeeping you blocked and disconnecting you from being.
Is that full potential of who youare? That's anxiety and only you
can decide which layer traffic has gotyou blocked. So think about that and

into battle and walk through it tosee what it is. And you know,
make sure you have a support system. Something that keeps you comfortable.
For me, writing is that Iwrite, and it really when after I
write, I feel cleansed, evenif no one's ever going to read it.
Also, nature is very important forme when I'm in anxiety. When

I go into nature and I canground in the earth and I can see
beautiful things, it reminds me thatthere's something higher than this interception intersection in
my life. There's something higher thanmy anxiety. I am not my anxiety.
I am part of a beautiful worldthat an energy created, far more

(31:55):
beautiful than anything I can ever imagine. So I'm going to take my space
in that I get, you know, you get your fighting moan on a
little bit, so you can't resistit away. You can't pretend it's not
here. You've got to work fromit. We find from whence it's coming,
and that's what really helped me alot. Anybody has any questions,
if you want to put them inthe chat, I'll certainly answer them.

(32:17):
I wanted to do this tonight becausewith that grand Cross coming in, this
is energy. We're all challenged.We're all going to be an anxiety a
little bit. You know, it'sdifferent for all of us. But what
that really is, it's a classroom. It's a place where we can go
to actually learn how to overcome it. You know, It's like maybe you've

had a cold for like the fifthtime in your life, and now it's
the fifth time you've had this sillycold and you get it every season,
and now you know how to takecare of it. You know what it
is. It's not so scary anymore. And now you know I'm gonna,
you know, do my ginger teahere, I'm gonna do my hot lemon.
You have you have a solution.If you keep having anxiety over the
same things and we keep squashing itdown, you don't find your remedy.

And there's medicine in that anxiety.There's medicine in there. We just have
to be brave enough to do it. And when I look at the sky
and the planets right now, Plutois the energy of transformation. Pluto is
also feater because Pluto lets us godown and bring it up. It's like
a volcano. The South node,which is a more fixed energy that is

(33:24):
also our insecurities coming into surface.We've got Jupiter expanding that because it wants
to show us that North mide theway home, the arc of our development
to get to where we're supposed tobe. And then we're giving this cross
sectioned intersection the next highway is Marsand Leo, which is fire that we

have the bravery to meet ourselves atthat cross roads, at that intersection where
we're that lion. We're not goingto be fearful. We're going to conquer
the jungle because the south node isshowing us what it is, Luto is
showing us how to transform it.Jupiters expanding the energy, and the north
knows showing us our way home.So are you're gonna do your work,

find the medicine and get to theremedy or are we all gonna be like,
oh my god, I'm gonna goyou out to me and I feel
really scared. I'm not gonna flya place, gonna fall out of the
sky. Right, we could belittle chicken littles, So we can start
living a life with mental and Soif you want any other info, you
know, I'm not I'm not adoctor and I'm not a psychologist, but

I can tell you I'm probably anexpert. I'm toothig for life, brief
and anxiety and maybe real estate,so maybe they're all related. I don't
know. You're funny. So I'mgonna pull some cards for you guys,
because I do you tune into that. But I'm just gonna go back into
contents really quickly to see if anybodyhas any question, If anybody has anything
specific about anxiety, you know whatI can tell you. And I don't

usually say this. I'm saying I'mout of there. Okay. There was
a time in my life when Ididn't go out of the house. This
was when I was, you know, kid, like a teenager. I
was so steep in PTSD anxiety fromthings that had happened in my childhood that

I had a whole year of mylife. I wouldn't even go to the
mailbox. I was homeschooled. Iliterally did not step a toe out the
front door. And look at metoday, I'm just taking cameras in my
face. I am very successful inmy career. I am outgoing, I'm

(35:38):
healthy. I am trying to showpeople how I got here. And so
there is solutions to your anxiety andeveryone to talk just year me. Okay.
So I'm gonna do the cards,and the first one I'm gonna do
is Laura Albino, and Marilyn saysshe feels like a whole body more now

(36:00):
than ever. I believe it's anxietyand stress. I do go out nature
and that helps, and I thinkthat's the challenge for a lot of us
in this energy Maryland. The universeis getting very chaotic. But there's a
difference between avoiding it because we wantto keep ourselves kind of safe, and
there's a difference between being afraid todo the things we're meant to do,

(36:21):
you know, and only you knowwhat those things are. You know.
I live a somewhat monastic life becauseI don't like to go out in a
lot of hungarian I don't like tothank you. I don't like to go
out in chaos. So if Ithink a situation is going to be very
anxiety provoking or not really great tobe in a negative situation, I avoid

(36:44):
them. And I don't allow anxietyto stop me from doing this spiritual work,
or doing my career work, ordoing places where I know and then
to go to fill the potential thatI have. That's how I do it.
It's not an easy road, it'svery hard. I always really lucky,
you know, during that time inmy life as a teenager, I
was very lucky to have what Icall some angels into my life. And

(37:07):
then later on in life. Muchlater on in life, when I had
a lot of reversals and devastations,a lot of losses in the middle of
my life, I again had anarmy of angels who's treated in and saved
me. So believe me, Iknow what it's like to hit rock bottom,
and I know what it's like tobe at the top, top top.

(37:28):
In some fabulous situations, marian saysshe's afraid to walk around the block.
So what I'm gonna say to you, Marianne, is trying to center
yourself and realize that you're never alone. You have a higher power. Angels
were always with you. And whatI was gonna say is, don't think

(37:50):
about walking around the block. Walkaround the yard first, and then maybe
you go out your front door andyou walk to the edge of your property.
That's enough for that day. That'senough for a couple of days.
Then we'll story to come back.You know, you can do if the
way you need to do it,That's the way it was meant to be
done. There's medicine in you doingthat. Don't avoid the medicine because it's

gonna help. So I'm going togo back. I think I was going

I know what it's like to bein loss and grief, and what I

a little bit or every day.You know. I used to lay up
my front and watch some clouds goby and my music and like your hoods,
and it would just make me feelglad to just even be able to
breathe, you know, when Iwas going through my health issues and so.
But you have to do something thatmakes you out of the mindset of
too much has happened to me,and in the mindset of oh wait,

I do have more life to live, and it's hard to get there,
but you can do it, andI know you can take it great enough.
