Kendrick Lamar has overtaken Drake to hold the record for
the highest certified rap single thanks to his track goose
Bumps with Travis Scott. The twenty sixteen collaboration from Traviscott's
album Birds in the Trap sing Mcnight, has now been
certified seventeen times platinum by the RIAA. That means it

has moved at least seventeen million units in the US.
This certification pushes Goosebumps past Drake's God's Plan, which stood
at sixteen times platinum. Although Drake has lost this particular title,
he still holds significant achievements. He shares with Post Malone
the record for having ten singles certified Diamond or more.

Some of Drake's top certified hits include God's Plan, sick
O Mode with Travis Scott, No Guidance with Chris Brown, One,
Dance Life Is Good with Future, and Best I Ever Had.
For Kendrick Lamar, Goosebumps now marks his first Diamond certified song,
while for Travis Scott it's his second, joining Sicico Mode.

Kendrick also has other major hits inching toward Diamond status
like Effing Problems and Humble, currently at eight times and
seven times platinum, respectively. It's important to note that our
IAA certifications must be requested by the artist or label.
This means some songs may have already surpassed these thresholds
