Nel 2002 Santiago Peralta e Carla Barbotó iniziarono a percorrere un percorso storico, fondando un'azienda di cioccolato unica, che in soli 6 anni avrebbe esportato le sue barrette all'estero, sfidando il mercato e la mentalità di un mondo globalizzato.
Viene prodotto in Ecuador con sapori locali e del mondo.
