Per questo, l’iniziativa “Spindox per il sociale” diventa un podcast e sbarca in radio.
Questo è il primo di due episodi speciali dedicati alla Milano Marathon, l’iniziativa sportiva che ci vede coinvolti anche sul fronte della solidarietà. I runner di Spindox infatti, anche quest’anno, corrono sotto il vessillo di Associazione Mercurio per promuovere il progetto "La Palestra delle Emozioni”.
Ospiti della prima puntata: Caroline Tavenas - Socia fondatrice di Associazione Mercurio, Mariagiulia Leuzzi - Ricercatrice e performer che lavora con il movimento come strumento di ricerca e ascolto, Michael Fantini - Network Engineer di Spindox e runner per la Milano Marathon.
Tra i temi principali affrontati: le attività del progetto "La palestra delle emozioni", il legame tra l’allenamento di tipo sportivo e l’allenamento a riconoscere e saper gestire le proprie emozioni, la creatività come strumento di espressione interiore, l'importanza dei giusti partner per raggiugere obiettivi comuni.
