Speaker 1 (00:02):
Hello, Welcome to Sports Kingdom. I'm your host, Julian Bravo.
And first we begin off with the Kansas Ay Chiefs.
This is Week one scores and predictions. So here we go,
and it's the schedule matchups between the Kansay Chiefs tonight

(00:27):
eight pm in Brazil and the Chargers show Alt is
moving over to a different side of the offensive line
after ross Shaw and Slider being injured and absent, and
I think that's gonna be a devastating blow in this game.

(00:49):
I think a lot of people know it going into
this game, especially in Joe Olt's second year, it's gonna
have the responsibility, especially against the team you can't say
his start off k City, I see win this game
very competitively. This comes off the heels of Travis Kelcey

(01:11):
just announcing, well he announced previously earlier. Who knows that
it's gonna really bother him going into this game. But
I think Travis Kelcey is really not that type of
guy that gets in the way a type of things,
if you know what I mean. And he has a

(01:34):
great quarterback in Patrick Mahomes. Patrick Mahomes you know, will
work basically under what he's established over the course of
the years now and Andy Reid at fury speech last

(01:59):
night on Thursday Night Football, you know he really wants
to win and it's not to blame. Everyone's of course
talking about Christians, but obviously the question remains about carl Offtice,
and I think this is a year where we should
see much bigger steps out of curl Offtice, if you

(02:21):
want to know me. And you know, this team faces
a bit of a different rushing attack this year, and
the Chargers they have a Marion Hampton everyone's talking about again,
I don't think as much people are talking about the

(02:44):
Chargers are going to be necessarily off good and put
much I think was what I was saying about the
Broncos and their Division two. This Chiefs team is too
forcefully dominant. They are. You gotta understand a dynasty still

(03:04):
at this stage. And Patrick Mahomes isn't going to stop until,
in fact, just got a new haircut, so you know
what that brings, and he's really ready to turn the
page after what a question defeat it was against the
Philadelphia Eagles and the Super Bowl, and I think I

(03:31):
think that they're not gonna be underestimated by even if
it means bringing Nausey Harris. You know, we did see
some good highlights out of the preseasons from the Chargers

(03:54):
talking up about the Chargers and the preseason a little bit,
some of the rookies they brought out, most specifically Georgia
and you know, I could really see some of their
wives have a good day, but still obviously and then
they brought back Keatan Allen, you know, and you know,

(04:18):
everything hinges on what they can do with some of
their true main receiving targets, but they haven't had a
true main receiving target such as Antonio Gates for instance.
Antonio Gates is a it's all of him everybody now,
and you know they're not They're not going up against
the true and people gotta understand. People sometimes want to

(04:39):
put Travis Kelcey in the same class still as Rob
ground Kowski. At this point, Travis Kelcey's on a whole
different other level. I mean by now things just spice
up when it comes to Travis and what he still
performs on the field for this team, because no matter
what he does, he still brings the true presence. And

(05:00):
you know, I think it does a little have to
hinge on what Patrick Mahomes does on the field meeting.
You know, Patrick Mahomes doesn't have a security blanket, and
he you know, it doesn't really. I mean, at some
point he's gonna have to fall back, like I said
earlier on other types of targets. But for now, he's
really just enjoying I think, the time of his life.

(05:22):
When they need to read, coach read. And as long
as Travis Kelsey is still there, they're gonna be winning
ball games. They're gonna win this game. Why no Chiefs?
So moving on to the Dolphins and Colts. Anthony richardson
being rumored to be traded. Not good signs there coming
out of that camp. And the Dolphins. What can I

(05:47):
really say about the Dolphins. You know, the Dolphins I
think are gonna maybe be Forget now what I say
said about the King's City Chiefs Division, because I'm not
too ruling interapt that division except only the chief says

(06:08):
of right now, I think the Broncos are still pretty
young and emerging, except the Dolphins I think have it.
And of course this is the year McDaniel on sideline
brings it or else he's gonna be let go. Although
you know, to a tag of all, this game should
pick up an easy win in my opinion. The Colts

(06:31):
unfortunately just lost Jim Ursy and Michim all the best.
But the Colts meanwhile now have to turn their attention
to what they can do turn over the president too,
of course, uh, Daniel Jones, and Daniel Jones is in

(06:55):
for a tough one. Daniel Jones, I think it is
ultimately gonna find some of his spread out areas in
this game. But unfortunately two attack of ball is just
too good unless things happen. And so moving on now

(07:28):
to Steelers and Jets, and Steelers are about to take
on the Jets. Steelers coming to this scheme arriving at
met Life Stadium with Aaron Rodgers making his return there.

(07:51):
You know, I'll say this, Aaron Rodgers is going to
have his hands full in this game. Even though they
brought John new Smith, even they brought in back T. J. Watt,

(08:12):
and even though they now have DK Metcalf, which is
much better. I think the biggest problem in New York
last year was that basically it wasn't their offensive line.
It was that Garrett Wilson. It was absolutely terrible, and
I think he's one of the worst NFL wide receivers

(08:33):
in the NFL. So now with a physical we're groomed
wide receiver and DK Metcalf someone who could play more
in Pittsburgh now and play under a veteran like Aaron
Rodgers a bit. You know, I just think, you know,
I think Aaron Rodgers should have a nice day, only

(08:54):
he's gonna go up against a little bit of a
tough defense. And you know, I'd say, you know, Aaron
Rodgers definitely wants to win. And I think there's really

(09:15):
not many things you can go by right now in
this game with the Jets. You know, the Jets right
now are handing their hands lean full on what they've assembled,
so they are empty. So they have really you know,

(09:38):
hanging balance go with and all plays out with whether
the offense or defense wants to show up in this game.
And to me, I just think, even though it should
be a must win for the Jets at home against
the Steelers, I think, I was the Steelers is just

(10:00):
gonna make the Jets look like playing out fools in
this one. And you know, I'd say for the most part,
Garret Wilson just became a new yor Jet even further.
So if he if he wants to establish himself even

(10:23):
more in this game on Sunday at that life, then
so be it. Please share to me some knowledge, Garret
Wilson that you can do it this year without Aaron Rodgers.

(10:46):
But again, also the Jets offensive line lightly has to
step up. So moving on the Panthers Jaguars, we got
good game here, I think because these teams could use
some momentum. And I'll say the uh oh god oh,

(11:20):
I just didn't think I was gonna have to, okay,
trying to find the Panthers Jaguars, I say Bryce Young
over Trevor Trevor Lawrence. I think the Jaguars are is

(11:41):
just consider that, first of all, this is not all
about Travis hunter in this game. It's all about the
team and what the team does. But unfortunately, the way
I see it, the Panthers are going to just take
full advantage of the fact that Travis Hunters is gonna

(12:02):
be a one man show in this game with a
homecoming in this game in Jacksonville, and I think Carolina
maybe could sometimes steer things off the road like I
think they did in in uh almost between New York

(12:25):
International last year and it's just you know, Carolina, I
think can do it. You know, I think they have
assembled some pieces on offense, and uh, you know, all
takes is the makings of a bit of a coach,
experienced staff a little bit to apply some pressure in

(12:49):
this game with Bryce Young with a must knee one.
Let's also go to the Cardinals and Saints. I'm gonna
pick the Panthers the Cardinals. Every wants to talk about
Kyler Murray's gonna put up video games and it's like
they always say, but unfortunately, I'm not gonna go that route.
I'm gonna go with the Saints at home. And I'll
tell you why. I am tired of people just saying

(13:14):
all the time Kyler Murray is gonna go into a
place like New Orleans and just throw up a type
of video game. Members. Okay, at this point, to me,
Kyler Murray has just done nothing but scramble around the
field and done nothing. He has a great wide receiver
Marvin Harrison Junior. At this point, he's gonna have to
really relieve all odds and have a great game against

(13:38):
the Saints. As as I think cal Moore should really
step up and really provide all the sneaky odds up
up his up his up his sleeve come week one,
as I do think the Saints will have something to

(13:58):
bring what a in between two of their quarterbacks according
to speculation, and then also you know much to the
to to the degree of their Russian attacks still somewhat

(14:19):
and uh, you know, I think it's developing formation of
the Saints, and it's obviously still is with the Saints.
The difference between the two is that Cardinals have still
by I think year three by now with Jonathan Gann
have have have it failed to achieve excellence? You know.
The Saints meanwhile, are just beginning with Kellen Moore. The

(14:44):
Giants commanders commanders, the Giants is saying if they get
an injured Wilson already, which they they don't have any
priorities over Wilson, a former quarterback that started in the

(15:04):
Super Bowl for the Seattle Super Bowl Super Bowl Seahawks,
and one that they're just saying, you know, they'll roll
out and they'll they'll provide dart with the with the darts.
But you know Ford, I don't think he's gonna provide
any type of darts. So soon, you know, against Jane
Daniels that he's of the Commanders. And I'll say the Giants,

(15:26):
what they have going is basically they're defensive line. We'll
start there. In Abdul Carter So and Bengals Browns. I
would say Joe Burrow could be m v P this season.
I actually believe me. He's by m v P Bengals
over Browns fort nine Seahawks. I'm gonna go with Seahawks

(15:49):
at home, even though there was some report out there
saying Brock Purty uh tends to run like to run
around like he always does does of course and uh
just shut up the Criks. So you know, I don't
really I don't really know. It's just, you know, he
was mister irrelevant, and now at this point I think

(16:12):
the Niners and Shanahan are almost irrelevant. The Lions, Packers.
The Packers I will think win over the Lions, and
people are saying the Lions might in fact not go
on to reach the playoffs this year, which I totally
agree with, and I'll tell you why. I just simply

(16:33):
think that Dan Campbell's the type of head coach that
could simply get down and could simply get down the
fact that Ben Johnson Aaron Glen are no longer part
of the team. Plus they're you know, satisfying Andrews with
a Hutchinson amongst others. And uh, it's just I'm not

(16:57):
too sure. I'm not too sure if people know that
Jared Goff was also traded at one point in his
career too. So we'll see how the Blinds pay off
against a legendary franchise like the Packers. This Sunday Ravens Bills.
I'm going with, Oh my goodness, Okay, I'll say this

(17:19):
game for later Vikings Bears. This is Monday Night football.
Vikings Bears. I'm gonna say. I'm gonna say the Bears
because I think right now the Vikings are really not
in too much ray position to succeed just yet. And
I think, you know, you can definitely always pump the

(17:41):
brakes just a little bit for good reason and go
back to the statu sheet, go back to the film,
and then play it over because it basically you know
what the Vikings are gonna basically be, uh soon what

(18:08):
they're saying, Uh play with a rookie quarterback and and
JJ McCarthy and you know, you know, it's just it's
just sometimes it's a little it's a little okay to
pump the brakes, you know, and it's a little okay,
especially if you lose sometimes, you know. But but not

(18:30):
to the Bears sometimes, of course. And I'd say the
Bears win, the Bears would kill Williams has dealt with
a whole lot of pressure from the media, and I
think they have definitely a sasha a greater rapport now

(18:55):
now that they have gotten certains out of the organization
and Ryan Pole is still there, so now it's all
up to kill Balliams. At this point, I think, uh,
you know, they believe that the chemistry is better, you know,
there's not too many players call each other out, and

(19:17):
that they could at least form some cohesive alliance and
playing this game on Monday, and uh, I'm gonna say,
you know, the Bears definitely have some some poise a little.
But the Vikings Vikings mean, while I don't row them out,
even though I say whatever they do, you know. So

(19:40):
the Texans Rams, and we got the Rams at home,
and I'm saying the Rams go in Suerabowl Matthew Stafford back.
But the Matthews Matthew Stafford story remains that he's been
injured a whole lot. I feel I think the Texans

(20:01):
are a really great team at home. I mean a
great team despite being away. I have the Texans over
the Rams in this game. I think the Texans will
get back into the regular season form like they did
about a couple of years ago, which CJ's droud. CJ's
not been so hard far ranked from where he was before,

(20:23):
and I think he's a better quarterback in my opinion,
if you want to know me than Matthew Stafford. I
think it's just all the Hollywood looks, comparisons, rankings, previous
Super Bowl things. Kurt Warner, Yes, I don't think the
Rams will win this game with Matthew Stafford. It'll come
down to him, and I do still think Sean McVay

(20:46):
still has to work in terms of much other personnel
as it relates to his defense. I think, of course,
Cavalte Williams and some of his other features star wide
receivers of course, and that includes Poka Nkua, Davonte Adams.

(21:12):
Poka Nakoa had a really high start, but that's just
the thing. I'm not too sold so I'm going with
the Texans, and uh, I believe Nico Collins is playing
this game, So I think Nico Collins is arguably the
best top four wide receivers in the league. So uh, Broncos, Titans, Broncos, Patriots, Raiders.

(21:38):
This will be an interesting game. I think, uh, Patriots
just ousted from Doulichick's camp. That's a shame, but uh,
I think Patriots will still pick up the win because uh,
I'm really sold on Drake may you know, I think
many other people are too. He is a good look

(22:01):
about him. He handles himself with such ease and maturity
coming out of North Carolina. Some of the hard brutal
mistakes North Carolina's made over the past evening when you
include Belichick now there, But of course now speaking, he's in.
He's in a good place in New England, like rabel there.

(22:22):
Everything all else aside, I'm going with the Patriots, and
so the Falcons Buccaneers. We got a little bit more
left here find sports chemuois dot com. I hope you're
enjoying today's show, and then of course much more features
will be in and uh so Falcons Buccaneers, Buccaneers, they well,

(22:55):
I was listening to today's odds on favorite Baker may
still in the position seat here, but I think at
some point he's gonna lose it. He's gonna lose it,
and obviously this is you know when it comes well. Actually,

(23:17):
Michael Penicks came from Washington, so now that it's a
pretty good school, you know, coach to boor in the
coordinara they had at the time too, truth be told,
it's like now you can feel like that dogmantality and
common side of him, especially heading to this Atlanta game
at home on Sunday, I feel, you know, I think,

(23:39):
I think between the quarterback battle here, Michael Poenix is
gonna have a good day over Bigger Befield. I've never
been a big Bigger Mayfield fan. I think he still
screams out loud bits of pieces of sadness, but you know,

(23:59):
the going on to I think that's about every game
we've covered. And oh, for all of our Bill fans
out there in Ravens, I'm gonna I'm gonna do what
I did maybe a couple of days ago on our
last and other episode for you, but puke the Ravens

(24:30):
on the Bills. The Ravens will win against the Bills
on Sunday. I have the Ravens over the Bills twenty
seven to twenty four. Still be a competitive matchup as always,
but unfortunately, I think the Bills always will come up
short in the end like they always do to the Chiefs,
the Ravens, and I know Lamar Jackson is still in

(24:55):
line to have some much better days, as they're saying
than Dak Prescott, who, even though people are saying Dak
Prescott last night, was twenty one of thirty four against
the Philadelphia Eagles and had great pass protection. You know,
at talked about that palady with George Pickens, and there

(25:20):
was a fumble however, with Miles Sanders. There's some things
that short. But you know, certainly there are some experts
claiming that the Dallas Cowboys did all right. To me,
of course, they stayed in slow marginal like this game
of course could go with the Bills and Ravens. But
except of course, I just feel, you know, of course,

(25:43):
when push comes to shove, Dak Prescott spitting and then
that whole you know, the whole integery in the quarterback
pocket needs to stand within the argument of the Joe Montanas,
the Rogers Starbacks, Terry Bradshaw's Tom Brady's okay, and then

(26:04):
we see a guy like this, Dak Prescott comes in. Okay.
It's just a meaning of character and how personify the
week after. But with the Ravens and Bills, I think
Lebar will still stand the test as now. Of course,

(26:26):
Kyle Hamilton just extended to a contract deal. There AM's
doing well in terms of that area, and you know,
I think they have a lot to look forward to.

(26:46):
Yet again, I would say Flowers this year, Derek Henvrey
must have a really better game than James Cook, which
I think he will. And you know, the Bills must
have definitely a greater offensive line in it. But in
my opinion opinion, the Ravens must and will strik a

(27:10):
well on these all these Bills. I did not want
to see the Bills in a superboard against the Philadelphia Eagles,
as the Philadelphia was picked up great win last night
season opener, looking back on her looking back on sports games,
last episode between the Dallas Cowboys, and that was week

(27:34):
one predictions. We'll be back looking at week two rated
Commanders Packers coming up, Seahawks, Steelers much more bills and jets,
so we'll get to all that much more, and thank
you very much.
