Let's give them a round of applause.

Speaker 3 (03:27):
There you'll find these words I'm reading from the King
James version.

Speaker 1 (03:30):
You may have a different version.

Speaker 3 (03:32):
The words may different, but contextually it'll mean the same thing.
There these words are spoken. When Jesus came into the
coast of Cesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, whom
do men say that I the son of man Am?
And they said, some say that thou art John the Baptist,

(03:54):
sam Elias and others Jeremiah's are one of the prophets.

Speaker 1 (04:00):
Said unto them, but whom say ye that I am?

Speaker 7 (04:04):
All right?

Speaker 1 (04:04):
And Simon Peter answered and said, thou art the Christ,
the son of the Living God.

Speaker 10 (04:12):
And Jesus answered and said, unto him, blessed art thy
Simon Barjona, for flesh.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
And blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father,
which is in heaven.

Speaker 1 (04:26):
And I say unto you that thou art Peter.

Speaker 2 (04:30):
And upon this rock, I will build my church, and
the gates of Hell shall not prevail against it.

Speaker 10 (04:38):
And I will give unto thee the keys of the
Kingdom of Heaven. And whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth
shall be bound in Heaven, and whatsoever thou shall loose
on earth, shall be loose in Heaven. Then charged he
his disciples that they should tell no maith.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
That he was Jesus the Christ and God Bless the readers,
the hearers and doers of His Holy Word.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
Look at your neighbor and say, neighbor, old, neighbor. Pastor
Dawkins wants to know. Do you know who Jesus is?

Speaker 7 (05:23):
Amen?

Speaker 1 (05:24):
Do you know who Jesus.

Speaker 6 (05:34):
He?

Speaker 11 (05:36):
That's the sermon title for today. Do you know who
Jesus is? My brothers and my sister's Daily.

Speaker 10 (05:49):
The average person answers roughly twenty to thirty questions.

Speaker 1 (05:56):
Christ, bless your child. A child ask and his answered three.

Speaker 10 (06:02):
Hundred to four hundred questions because a little towd always
want to know why.

Speaker 12 (06:11):
And as we are going about our daily routine and
asking and answering questions, there are some questions that are
pretty common that are asked on a daily basis can give.

Speaker 1 (06:24):
You all some examples on what some of those questions are,
how are you doing? What time is it?

Speaker 5 (06:33):
What is the weather going to be like outside?

Speaker 1 (06:38):
If you're in the Dawkins house old, I don't know
about anybody else house. So one that we get every day,
sometimes shortly after five thirty, what's the dinner? I see
my family back to there, smiling, because that's.

Speaker 5 (06:50):
The running joke that we all have, because we know
that at some point we've got to make some decisions.

Speaker 1 (06:57):
But then these are questions that are often asked on
a daily basis.

Speaker 5 (07:02):
And then there are those questions that you should only
ask once in your lifetime, in right, and that's when
you ask the woman, will.

Speaker 1 (07:10):
You marry me? I got mighty quiet.

Speaker 5 (07:13):
But all the questions that can be asked and even answered,
there is one question that stands.

Speaker 1 (07:24):
Out above all other questions. The answer that you give
to this question will help you in your life's decisions.

Speaker 5 (07:33):
Not only will it help you in your life decisions,
it will also determine where your destiny after this life
is over, will be spent. I'm not talking about what
time it is. I'm not talking about what we're having
for dinner. I'm not even talking about who you're trying
to hook up with and say will you marry me?
But the most important question that everyone will be required

(07:55):
to answer is do.

Speaker 1 (07:57):
You know who tease Us?

Speaker 7 (07:59):
In right?

Speaker 1 (08:01):
Which I had a witness in here.

Speaker 5 (08:04):
It is very important that we have the right answer
to the question, and the answer needs to be assuredly yes,
I know him for myself.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Now listen, listen.

Speaker 5 (08:16):
I'm not talking about something that you heard. I'm not
talking about something that you heard Brandon Maul talking about.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
I'm not talking about something that you heard June Bug
and Little Women talking about.

Speaker 5 (08:26):
I'm talking about something that you know for yourself, beyond
a shadow of a doubt that you know.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
Who Jesus is in the part of your sin. Not
ask you to get your neighbor.

Speaker 5 (08:38):
Going, but I want to get all up close and
personal in your business today and ask.

Speaker 1 (08:43):
Do you know who Jesus?

Speaker 5 (08:46):
I figure, well, I invite you to eavesdrop and ear
hustle on a conversation that's taking place between Jesus and
his disciples.

Speaker 1 (08:59):
Go with me if you would here.

Speaker 5 (09:00):
In the Texas Texas Taylor to teach us something about
Jesus as he is now at the place of Cesarea, and.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
Philippi, and what we see here in the Texas.

Speaker 5 (09:11):
Jesus now has embarked upon this place, Cesarea, Philippi. He
comes to the coast of Cesarea, and Philippi, let me
tell you where it is. It is not too far
from the Sea of Galilee. It's at the base of
Mount Herman. And now Jesus brings his disciples to the
coast of Cesarea, and Philippi, can I tell you what's

(09:32):
going on in this place? In this place, it is
common and customer for them to worstp pagan gods and
all kinds of memorial moral beings going on.

Speaker 1 (09:43):
They wor some idol gods.

Speaker 5 (09:45):
In fact, they had built statues and monuments to a
god of fertility by the name of Penn. And it
was believed that here, right here in Cesarea, Philippi, that
there was a cave that flowed near a street. And
in this cave it was considered the gate to the underworld.

Speaker 1 (10:04):
It was considered the gates to hate E, also known
as the gates of Hell.

Speaker 5 (10:11):
Y'all ain't gonna pray for if you give all of
you read your little father, if you would understand that
Jesus said culture that the gates of Hell shall not
prevailed against it.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
He just wouldn't put that in his conversation. It's because
of where they were standing at the time.

Speaker 5 (10:26):
They were in Cesarea Philippi, where there were really a
belief of the gates of Hell, where the god of
fertility resided, and in the winter time would go into
the cave, and then in the springtime the water would
be running from the spring.

Speaker 1 (10:41):
Would come out of the cave. All of this is
going on in Cesarea Philippi. As a matter of fact,
it was named after the Herod. Every day after Herod.
Philip named it after Herod. And when you would go
into Cesarea and Philippi, it.

Speaker 5 (10:57):
Was even common for them to claim that Caesar is Lord.

Speaker 1 (11:02):
Are y'all reading me.

Speaker 5 (11:04):
Kind of sound like some people that I know in
there in our day and time that's claiming not Jesus
is Lord, but claiming that somebody else is Lord.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
I'm not gonna give you his name.

Speaker 5 (11:14):
I'm not gonna throw any saved today, but y'all all
know who I'm talking about.

Speaker 1 (11:18):
He's an orange man that lives in a white house.
If you don't want to go. But as we examine
the scene of our text. What I want you to
understand is that Jesus said.

Speaker 5 (11:27):
I want to know something from you or Bobble says,
Bible says, and as they are in this place, now
look at the place where Jesus was.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
I want you to notice something. Jesus could have taken
them to the temple I asked him this question.

Speaker 5 (11:40):
He coulda went behind closed doors culture and ask them
the question that he's about to ask them. But he
takes them to the coast of Cesarea and Philippi and
ask the question.

Speaker 1 (11:51):
He says, who knew?

Speaker 5 (11:52):
Men say that I the Son of Man am right.

Speaker 1 (11:59):
Y'all still with me and let me walk through this.

Speaker 5 (12:02):
First of all, I want you to understand something that
as Jesus is talking, the first thing that he wants
to know.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
My brothers and sisters, is he wants to know public opinion.

Speaker 5 (12:11):
First of all, he wants to know the rumors. What's
the rumor, what's the word out on the street about me?
And who I am?

Speaker 1 (12:17):
And WA's what it says. It says right here in
the text.

Speaker 5 (12:20):
It says that some say you are John the Baptist,
some say you are Elizas, and Eliza and some saying
you're Jeremiah or one of.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
The other prophets.

Speaker 5 (12:33):
Can I just talk about rumors for just the moments?
Y'all know what the rumor is, right. A rumor is
something that is unvalidated. A rumor is something that is unverified.
A rumor is oftentimes something that is untrue.

Speaker 1 (12:48):
Right, y'all still with me?

Speaker 5 (12:50):
And rumors can't get started for all kinds of reasons.
But Tesus wanted to know what is the word around
town about who I really am, because I don't want.

Speaker 1 (13:02):
Anybody else to get mad. But let me just talk
to you this morning.

Speaker 5 (13:05):
You know what, this text helped me to understand that
everybody that's talking about.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
Jesus and say that they know who he is don't
even know what.

Speaker 5 (13:14):
Because there are some of us that have a rumor
of who he is, but what we're saying.

Speaker 1 (13:18):
Has not been verified or validated to be true.

Speaker 5 (13:21):
There are some folks that talk about Jesus and simply
don't know who he is. I wish I had more
witness than that. But every time you turn around, somebody
that you're talking to may answer a question that seem religious,
may seem righteous.

Speaker 1 (13:37):
But can I say something with you.

Speaker 5 (13:39):
It's not about being religious or righteous, It's about having
a relationship. I wish I had somebody that everybody that
talks about heaven ain't going to heaven, right, because there
are many people that will say the Lord Lord that
shaund not into There are folks that talk about Jesus.
They walk the walk, they talk the talk. They look

(14:02):
like believers, but they don't live the life in which
God requires for us to live. But watch what it says.
It says there are rumors around town. Look at your
neighbors and say, ruble, there's rumors about who he is.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
And look at what some of the rumors are. Some
of them are saying, well, I can tell you who
this Jesus say is. He said this Jesus is John.

Speaker 5 (14:25):
The Baptists, All right, Well can I can I put
that room to rest. I'm reminded when John was baptizing
Jesus sit in the joy room and John said, there
is one that is coming after me, that is preferred
before me, who shooters. I'm not even willing to latch.

(14:45):
John the Baptists was before runner for Christ. He says,
I'm not the Christ, but there's one that's coming.

Speaker 1 (14:52):
After me, Are you still with me?

Speaker 5 (14:55):
And so if John the Baptist testified that he was
not the Christ, but there was one that was coming
after him.

Speaker 1 (15:01):
That was even.

Speaker 5 (15:02):
Preferred before him, even though John was older than him,
that gives me evidence that this was a rumor that
Jesus could not have been John the back.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
You might as well pray with me.

Speaker 5 (15:14):
Then, then then some say that you are Elijah. Well,
they said that. Some say you are Elijah because they
saw Elijah perform miracles. Now y'all gonna pray with me,
Let me say with you that the devil can't perform
some miracles too. Let me help somebody that don't believe
that the devil has power too.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
He just doesn't have all power. Can I prove to
you that the devil has power?

Speaker 5 (15:37):
Okay, okay, y'all ain't gonna pray with me, So let
me go ahead and find some bible and put some
bible and put some word on it. I remember that
when Moses was called to go back to Egypt, the
Lord said to Moses, he said, Moses, what is that
that you have in your head? And Moses had a
rod that was in his head. And the Lord said,
Moses threw down your rod. And Moses threw.

Speaker 1 (15:59):
Down the rod, and it became a serpent. He said,
pick your rod up.

Speaker 5 (16:03):
And Moses picked the rod up and picked the serpent up,
and it became a rod again. He threw it out,
it became a serpent. He picked it up, it became
a rod. And when he gets to ease it. What's
what Fro said? Farro said, anything you can do, I
can do better. And when Moses comes into where farroh.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
Is, he drops down his rid, his rod becomes a serpent.
But let me show you that the devil has power.
What's what happens? The positions are Farro.

Speaker 5 (16:31):
They threw down their rids and guess what they turned
into snakes too. But what's what what Moses serpent does?
Moses surpent heat the serpent of fame Ro. And when
Moses picked up his rid, his serpent.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
He turns back into a rod. What I'm trying to
show you is that there is no power like the
power of God. And when your hand in.

Speaker 5 (16:56):
His hand, he is the god that rains rules and
have reasons here go, I have about fourteen of y'all.
I made number fifteen that can't testify that I'm not
worrying about public companions because I know too much about him.
You can't make me doubt it. It doesn't matter what

(17:16):
you say, It doesn't matter what they saying, because I
will trust in the Lord. Do I have anybody here?
You ain't loving about what your neighbors say. Matter of fact,
you don't even care what your neighbor thinks. You can
talk about me as much as your means. The more
you're talk out been my knees. Because I'm going with Jesus.

(17:48):
You must be Elijah, because you perform these miracles. No,
he's not Elizas. Then they say, well, he must be
Jeremiah because he has prophesied some things.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
Teremiah prophesied about the destruction.

Speaker 5 (18:02):
Of Babylon and the captivity of the captivity in battleon
and the destruction of Jerusalem. And was this Jesus didn't
prophesy about the.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
Destruction of Jerusalem. Jesus said, I'm going to raise up
a kin. Okay, okay, y'all still looking at me. Let
me put some Bible on it.

Speaker 5 (18:23):
He said, if you've destroyed this temple in three days,
I'll build it up again. They thought he was talking
about the Temple in Jerusalem. But what he was talking
about is.

Speaker 1 (18:34):
That if I died, that in three days later I
will live again.

Speaker 5 (18:38):
And even though Elias Elijah had power, he didn't have
the miracle working power that Jesus had. Even though that
Jared Mile was a prophet, can I help you understand
that A lot of what tered Mia was writing about
Jesus was.

Speaker 1 (18:54):
About you missed it, so then we help you again.

Speaker 5 (18:57):
He was prophesied about Babylonian captive, but it was Jesus
that was there in Babimonian captivity that day.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
People hope that when.

Speaker 5 (19:06):
They were wondering how can we sing in a strange land,
he was the melody in their song. I wish I
had somebody here that can say, I know what you're
talking about, because he's the melody in my song.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
He's the joy in.

Speaker 5 (19:20):
My life, he's the hope in my health because I
can't live without it.

Speaker 1 (19:27):
Do you have that testimony what text that says.

Speaker 5 (19:29):
Says there's public companion, look at the neighbor and say
public companion.

Speaker 13 (19:35):
They said you're a John Baptist swamp, you're Lias Jeremiah
or simply one of the other prophets.

Speaker 1 (19:46):
Now Watch this, y'all. Jesus did give prophecy.

Speaker 5 (19:52):
But Jesus is the person that the prophets were writing about.

Speaker 1 (19:56):
Are y'all still with me?

Speaker 5 (19:58):
Watch this, Watch this, and as he as he's listening
to them, tell what the public opinion is. I wonder
if I want to pull the room today and simply
ask you the same question, who do you think that
Jesus is?

Speaker 1 (20:11):
I wonder what the answer would be. I'll get some
public opinion.

Speaker 5 (20:14):
Somebody will say that he's my bread and the starving league.
Somebody was saying he's my horse point in the value.
Somebody knows that.

Speaker 1 (20:22):
I would say he's the lily up the valley.

Speaker 5 (20:25):
Somebody would say he's my leaning posting for And I'm
not trying to refute what you're saying, because he is
all of that. But I'm not asking you what he's done.
I'm asking do you know who he is? Public opinion
said that you're telling the Baptist a liar Termiah on
one of the other prophets. And Jesus now says, thank

(20:45):
you for Sarah, the rumors and the hitting the window
about who I am.

Speaker 1 (20:51):
Can I tell you something?

Speaker 5 (20:52):
There will always be somebody in the public that will
have an opinion of you.

Speaker 1 (20:56):
As a believer.

Speaker 5 (20:59):
All right, all right, there will always be somebody in
the public that will have an opinion about you as
a belieder. But what are you gonna do with public opinion?
What are you gonna do when they all on you?
What are you gonna do when rumors get spread about you?
What do you want to do as rumors are beginning

(21:20):
to mount against you?

Speaker 1 (21:22):
What are you going to do? Are you going to
listen to public opinion? No no, no, no, no, no no.

Speaker 5 (21:27):
No, touch your neighbor, your neighbor falling asleep and say neighbor.
The reason I'm not gonna rely on fulic opinion because
of what he's done for me in private. Okay, okay, okay,
you missed you missed it. I'm not worrying about what
the public says. I'm not worrying about what's being said

(21:49):
and my name being hung.

Speaker 1 (21:51):
Out on my heads is in highway.

Speaker 5 (21:53):
I'm not worrying about public opinion because I've got a
private relationship and he's done so much for me. You're
primates that I don't care what's in say in public.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
But let me help somebody.

Speaker 5 (22:08):
Understand it because of what he's done for me in priming.
I'm gonna give you something to talk about his buffy
because anytime I into this gate, I'm gonna in into
his pates with thanksgiving.

Speaker 1 (22:20):
Any time I get a change. If I'm riding in.

Speaker 5 (22:24):
My car and what he's done in pripets, I raise
my hand and say Hallelujah.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
Y'all ain't gonna pray with me. When I go to
the Crowfey store.

Speaker 5 (22:34):
You wannna watch it, because I be rolling down the
aisle when coofries in my basket, saying, Lord, I thank you.
I'm gonna tell what the price of proofries is because
I've got a private relationship. And when I get in
the putts, I'm gonna act like I know who he is.
Someone y'all don't know it. You know how I know

(22:56):
you don't know it because you don't act like you
know it. Because if the Lord has been good to you,
if the Lord has made ways out of no ways,
if the Lord has been toldbody.

Speaker 1 (23:12):
If the Lord and press you over and over again.

Speaker 5 (23:16):
You wouldn't sit there quiet you worry about what somebody
would think about you. You wouldn't sit there quiet. You
would have a public praise given. Learn anybody here to say,
I don't care if you do.

Speaker 1 (23:32):
Look at that means I've got a reason to plank
the Lord.

Speaker 5 (23:37):
I've got a reason to clap my hands. I got
a reason to say.

Speaker 7 (23:43):
How don't you know?

Speaker 1 (23:45):
Because you don't know? Like I know, it's private what
the Lord has done. I don't care. I really don't

(24:05):
care what the puffect thing about me. I really don't
care what you say about me.

Speaker 5 (24:14):
No, I don't care because you didn't wake me up
the day that you wake me up, Because the day
you can set me up. Because you didn't wake me up,
you can't shut me up. Hold on my mouth and
give him praise for another day public?

Speaker 1 (24:41):
But notice what I just done? What this is?

Speaker 7 (24:44):
He says?

Speaker 5 (24:44):
Who do men say that I.

Speaker 1 (24:48):
Didn't give some a title the son of man?

Speaker 7 (24:54):
Am?

Speaker 3 (24:55):
Wait?

Speaker 1 (24:55):
Man, wait minue, wait minute, you missed that? You missed that?
I mean, let me paulse rewind and play it for
you again. He says, who do men say that I
the son of man? He is?

Speaker 5 (25:08):
All right, Wait a minute, wait, man, way, who do
they say that I?

Speaker 1 (25:17):
Why didn't he just say I am? He gives them
a title?

Speaker 5 (25:26):
And that title is the son of men who we
just messed me up.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
I'm gonna tell you how bad it messed me up, Church.
It messed me up so bad that I almost tore
up all of the good.

Speaker 5 (25:41):
Furniture in Renee Dawkins house because that term son of man.
Are y'all still with me? What's this right here? That
term son of man refers to two things. First of all,
it refers to Jesus is humanity, and then it refers

(26:01):
to Jesus says divine authority.

Speaker 1 (26:05):
Okay, you missed, Jokeena South.

Speaker 5 (26:07):
It refers to the fact that not only is he
one hundred percent man, but he's also one hundred percent God.

Speaker 14 (26:16):
Let me correct some mad theology. He wasn't fifty percent
man and fifty percent God. He was one hundred percent
man and one hundred percent God. Can I prove that
told somebody that said he was one hundred percent man,
I can prove it to you.

Speaker 5 (26:31):
He cried, he was one hundred percent man. He got holded,
he was one hundred percent man. He became avery, but
he was one hundred percent God.

Speaker 1 (26:42):
Can I prove it to you?

Speaker 5 (26:43):
He was one hundred percent God because he walked on
walk he was one hundred percent God because he raised
the name. He was one hundred percent God, because.

Speaker 1 (26:54):
He's spoke to a storm and said, he's be still
y'all still mad with me.

Speaker 7 (27:00):
But let me tell you.

Speaker 5 (27:01):
He had some DNA from his mother's side, and his
daddy said, on his mother's side, he.

Speaker 1 (27:08):
Was the son of a carpenter.

Speaker 5 (27:10):
But on his father's side he created the work when
God said, let there be, he was right there in
the family beginning when I'm still in before. On his
mother's side, he was going in a place called Bethlehem
that was the house of bread.

Speaker 15 (27:28):
But on his.

Speaker 1 (27:29):
Father's side, he wasn't the bread of life, nor I
have somebody.

Speaker 5 (27:35):
On his mother's side, he was in a place called Nathot,
but now it wasn't his home on his father's side,
because on his father's side he had a kingdom in glory.
And there anybody in this place that thank God that
I've got some DNA on my father's side, I've gone

(27:58):
some DNA that makes me in relation simpleness.

Speaker 1 (28:03):
Not only on my mother's side, but my father's side.

Speaker 5 (28:08):
Can I go on?

Speaker 1 (28:08):
Little father? On his mother's side, he had to die.
But on the father's side of me.

Speaker 5 (28:15):
For thirdday morning he got up with all power in
his hand. On his mother's side he cried at the
tumor levels.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
But on their father's side, he said in heaven up said,
no more tears, but I will wipe away the tears
from your eyes.

Speaker 16 (28:41):
And opinion, he says, the son of me meeting on
the vine.

Speaker 1 (28:53):
But I'm also human. Y'all still with me. Don't miss that.

Speaker 5 (28:56):
I don'na come back to it.

Speaker 1 (28:57):
But not only not only not only that. He moves
from hether opinion digging crew. He moves from from public opinion.

Speaker 5 (29:03):
He moves from talking about rumors to to to now
wanting to be up close at it personal in the
life of the disciples.

Speaker 1 (29:12):
What's what he says.

Speaker 5 (29:13):
He moves from public opinion and what he does now
he says, unto them here it is right here in
your Bible. If you to that page out first, we
ta he said, unto them? But whom say ye that
I am?

Speaker 1 (29:28):
What I want to know? He's moving from public opinion.
He wants to now move to personal observation. What today
say personal observation? The Lord wants to know whom do
you want a figure out yourself?

Speaker 5 (29:45):
Whom do you say that I am?

Speaker 1 (29:50):
Right now? Now?

Speaker 5 (29:50):
Now, the first question was posed as it relates to
those that were in the crowd and in the public,
But now the second part of the question is personal.
He wants to know about those that have observed him,
those that have been walking with him, those that have
been in fellowship with him, those that have been in
relationship with him.

Speaker 1 (30:11):
He wants to know, do you know who I am?
What's this? Y'all? What's this? What's this?

Speaker 5 (30:17):
What's the response to google? Men say that I am?
The Bible says culture that there were the cycles chiming
in on what they had heard, but when it came
to personal observation, there was only one disciple that said anything,
y'all still with me?

Speaker 1 (30:39):
Can I share something with you? It's amazing to.

Speaker 5 (30:42):
Me that people that have experienced and have personal observation
will not open up their mouth and say anything.

Speaker 1 (30:49):
It got mighty quiet and your As a matter.

Speaker 5 (30:52):
Of fact, I expected that, because what the texts to
teach us is that everybody that has a personal observation
won't give their personal testimony. Whish I had somebody that
that everybody that has personal observation, that has a relationship
that's walking with Jesus, that seeing them work miracles in

(31:12):
your life, that see them make ways out of no way, that's.

Speaker 1 (31:15):
Seen Hill give you grace and glory.

Speaker 5 (31:18):
Everybody that has seen God working in your life, everybody
that has been following him is not going to say
anything about how good he is. Uh huh. You know
we got some today. We got some today that will

(31:40):
not open their mouth and say anything, you know, about
the goodness of the Lord.

Speaker 1 (31:44):
Yet they followed him. Now seen them make ways out
of no os. I had somebody, have you ever seen
God do anything in your life? Can I ask a question?

Speaker 5 (31:55):
Is there anything that you personally and have observed God
doing you?

Speaker 1 (32:02):
I can thank God for those of you.

Speaker 7 (32:03):
Just raise your head.

Speaker 1 (32:05):
Have you ever seen God make away when there was
seemingly no way?

Speaker 5 (32:10):
Okay, that's easy, that's easy. How about it when you
thought you were gonna lose your mind, You didn't know
how you were gonna make it, But in some way,
somehow God reached.

Speaker 1 (32:23):
Down and comforts you in the spite of your.

Speaker 5 (32:26):
Grief, in the spite of your christian that it was
nobody but God that you in your right mind. Okay, okay,
I still didn't get somever you, But watse, how many
of you have kids, children that ain't never been to tail.
How many you got children that's never been in trouble

(32:46):
with a lot. You never had to bail them out,
You never had to get a phone call in the
middle of the night. That's reason for you to have
a personal y'all steal with me. How many have ever
had a bad reported The doctor said he saw something
on the next rate, But when you went back for
follow up, the doctor said, wait a minute, we must

(33:09):
have missed something.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
Because what I saw the last time, I don't see
it anymore.

Speaker 5 (33:16):
That's the personal observation you that God is at work
in your life. And when God does something for you,
the least you could do is say thank you. Because
listeners can do is testify that God has done things
that nobody else could do in your life.

Speaker 1 (33:36):
Jesus said. Jesus said, now now.

Speaker 7 (33:37):
Now, I don't want to move it.

Speaker 5 (33:38):
From I don't care what they say.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
I don't want to know what you said.

Speaker 5 (33:45):
I want to know what those of you that have
been walking with Him, those of you that have been
quote unquote in fellowship with Him, those of you who
have been in relationship with him.

Speaker 1 (33:57):
Oh you're not gonna like this. Say it's about get
real quiet in here. The power might go off, the
lights might go off.

Speaker 5 (34:04):
We might get this to Nigga from the broadcast. But
I'm gonna say this anyway. Let me tell you what
I gotta say. Did everybody that come to church ain't
following Christ?

Speaker 1 (34:21):
Your South basin is not based on church and teams.

Speaker 5 (34:26):
Your self basin is not based on baptism.

Speaker 1 (34:31):
Your South basin is not based on communion.

Speaker 5 (34:35):
Your salve bason is a tenched to your relationship with
the Lord.

Speaker 1 (34:41):
I'm wish I had somebody, because you can be.

Speaker 5 (34:45):
Baptized and go down and try it devil and come
up with what dem You can come to church every
Sunday morning.

Speaker 1 (34:53):
You can't still not know who Jesus he. I wish
I had somebody. Oh yah, somebody ain't gonna like this either,
not in here for somebody. Listen. You can preach God's
word and still not making the help.

Speaker 5 (35:06):
Because if you don't know who Jesus he is and
the partner of your seeing, that means that there's no
relationship and no fallowship, had no son hip.

Speaker 1 (35:19):
Watch this this? What's this so he says, I want
to know do you know who I am? Can I
pause and show you so.

Speaker 5 (35:29):
We can testify about what he has done? And I
want you to celebrate and testify about what he's done,
But we still must know who he is.

Speaker 1 (35:40):
You're still with me. There's a difference in.

Speaker 5 (35:43):
Knowing what he has done and what he is doing
and knowing who he is, knowing his identity. Look at
your Namehbor and saying identity.

Speaker 1 (35:53):
Oh, watch it, watch, watch it. And Jesus answered, And
now Jesus is.

Speaker 5 (35:57):
Asking him a question, and Simon Peter answers the question. Well,
Peter said, you are let me stop with those terms.
You are meaning that there's no doubt in my mind,
Holly lou Jah, I just I felt like just shouting
right there, he says, you are meaning that there is

(36:21):
no doubt in my mind. What's this that you are
for Christ? Wait a minute, why is this significant? And
why is Jesus so enamored in the.

Speaker 1 (36:33):
Fact that Simon Peter here has.

Speaker 5 (36:36):
Called him Christ? But if you understand that term Christ,
Christ means the anointed one, and Christ means that he
would be the Messiah.

Speaker 1 (36:48):
But wait a minute, but wait a minute, wait, a minute,
Wait a minute.

Speaker 5 (36:51):
He hasn't died yet, right, He hasn't become the Messiah yet.
So what Peter is saying in advance of him becoming
what he is going to become, because Jesus already.

Speaker 17 (37:04):
Is what he already is going to be. Okay, okay,
let me help you. Coach explained it better than me.
This morning when he got up and he said his prayer.
I was listening in the back.

Speaker 5 (37:17):
He said, Lord, we will tell you to go to
the hospital, but you already that.

Speaker 1 (37:21):
Lord, we will tell you to go to the prison cell,
but you're already there.

Speaker 5 (37:25):
Let me help you understand that where you're going, he's
already there, and where you're trying to get to, he's
already there. So you are to thank God for the
fact that he's already there. He doesn't need to become
something because he is what he is. Okay, y'all ain't
gonna play with me. That's why God told most tell

(37:46):
Barro I am that I am, and that means that
I don't have to wait to do anything, that I'm
already what I need to be.

Speaker 1 (37:55):
See you and I grow up from a town.

Speaker 5 (37:58):
To an adult development. But there's no stages in his development.
He's one hundred percent man and one hundred percent God
one hundred percent of the time.

Speaker 1 (38:10):
Okay, okay, I knew y'all want to go south, but
let me help you to see it. Even when he
was play, he was still God. Okay, y'all, don't believe me.

Speaker 7 (38:20):
Come here.

Speaker 5 (38:20):
All of the doctors and lawyers and dignitaries in town.

Speaker 1 (38:24):
I heard that Mary and Choseph were looking for Jesus.

Speaker 5 (38:28):
They couldn't find Jesus, but when they found him, he
was teaching those that should have had more knowledge that
he did. He said, it's time for me.

Speaker 1 (38:36):
To be about my father's business.

Speaker 5 (38:39):
Or somebody in the crowd culture might have thought that
he was talking about taking woods out making some wood idols,
but he wasn't talking about picking up the trait of Chosel.
He was talking about the father's business, which is a
soul saving business.

Speaker 1 (38:55):
He said, you are a Christ. What's this all the son.

Speaker 5 (39:02):
H the living least, may me say, living son of
the living God.

Speaker 1 (39:09):
What's this here?

Speaker 12 (39:10):
This man?

Speaker 1 (39:12):
All of the other.

Speaker 5 (39:12):
Gods in cess arived, philipower were dead, but the birds
of number sixteen, he says, now, Arthur Christ you are
the Messiah, You are the chosen one, You are the
anointed one.

Speaker 1 (39:24):
You are the son of the Living God. Wat's this now?

Speaker 5 (39:28):
And Jesus answered and said, unto him, blessed are you?

Speaker 1 (39:31):
Simon Barja for fleshing.

Speaker 5 (39:34):
Blood had not revealed it unto you, but my father,
which is in heaven.

Speaker 1 (39:43):
All right, you're still with me? What's this now? Wats this?
There was no power until there was revelation.

Speaker 5 (39:52):
There was no identification until there was revelation.

Speaker 1 (39:58):
There was really no exection until there was revelation.

Speaker 5 (40:03):
Watch what Jesus says. He He says, Peter, you didn't
get this on your own. Lord can for it in
terms that the young can relate to. This didn't come
from AI. This didn't come from a Google search. This
didn't come from the Internet. This came directly from the
buying authority, he said, Peter, you didn't get this from

(40:26):
anyone but my father, which is in dem he said.
And now I'm saying to you, Peter, then up on
this rock, I'll build my church. And y'all still with me,
he said. The church is gonna be built on a rock.
Y'all know that we built on a rock as a church.

(40:47):
I'm not talking about this building because this building building is.

Speaker 1 (40:51):
Not built on the solid foundation.

Speaker 5 (40:54):
As a matter of fact, this building is peer and
be But the church is built on a rock.

Speaker 1 (41:01):
I'm not talking about a bill that I'm talking about
our people.

Speaker 5 (41:05):
But you don't know what that rock is. That rock
is an understanding of who Jesus is. She's got a
datement say naked.

Speaker 1 (41:14):
You are the church?

Speaker 5 (41:16):
Got the church is bill on who's Jesus is watching
the build my church, her sister Christ from here watching you.
And the gates of Hell, well, well, at the gates
of Hell shall not prevail against it. See time and

(41:36):
time again, we've read this scripture and we've seen the
gates of hells and not prevailed against it.

Speaker 1 (41:41):
And we really didn't understand when we were reading.

Speaker 5 (41:44):
But I just told you what he meant. Shall I pause,
rewind and play something for you again. I told you
in the beginning of the message that Jesus is at.

Speaker 1 (41:52):
Cenes a ride, Philopie, and that Jesus is at cees
a Ride, Philippie. There is a cave that is called
the gates of Hell.

Speaker 5 (42:02):
Because it was believed that it was a cave that
signified where the underworld again to those that were in Hades,
and an underworld with a faith god named pain. So
what Jesus says? What's this, y'all? This blessed me real good.
The Church is not going to be built on rumor,

(42:25):
faith and faticious God that don't have the power to
do anything.

Speaker 1 (42:30):
You missed, Joquita sound right there? The church itself.

Speaker 5 (42:34):
And I told you that the church ain't a building
that is you, that the church itself is going to
be built to stand the test of time.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
The church is don't be built on a foundation of
knowing who Jesus is.

Speaker 5 (42:49):
Okay, okay, let me help you understand that your power
is that knowing.

Speaker 1 (42:53):
Who Jesus is.

Speaker 5 (42:55):
Okay, you still miss Joquita sound you're looking at me,
But let me help you understand. Whoso alf call on
the name? What the Lord sound be saying?

Speaker 15 (43:05):
Why?

Speaker 1 (43:05):
Because there's power in the name of tiefs.

Speaker 5 (43:09):
He said that when you call on the name of
Tief something begins to happen all right out out about
five of y'all that believe that.

Speaker 1 (43:17):
But I tell you to just call on the name
of Teachers. You can call on it late in the night.
You can call on him early in the morning.

Speaker 5 (43:26):
But whenever you're calling, he will answer because his identity
is the power of the turf. So if he's the
identity and power of the church, then as we're making
disciples of men and women, we must first understand.

Speaker 1 (43:43):
Do you know? Okay? All right, I'm hurrying on. I
hurrying on.

Speaker 5 (43:47):
We moved from the personal observation to a private officer
the way he says, I will give unto you, right version,
I tell you the keys of a kingdom of Hell.

Speaker 1 (44:02):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 5 (44:04):
Whatever you bond on earth, well, he didn't say, shall
be bound on earth.

Speaker 1 (44:12):
Watch this, y'all. Whatever you bind on earth shall be
bound in heaven.

Speaker 5 (44:20):
Watch this, y'all. Whatever you lose on earth, he didn't
say it will remain loose on earth. He said, I'll
loose it in heaven.

Speaker 1 (44:31):
So once he decides that determines what the public opinion was.

Speaker 5 (44:34):
Once he deals with personal occupation, he gives a private offering.
He says, I'm going to give you some keys. Anybody
got some keys? Every key that you have in your
pocket gives you and only you access.

Speaker 1 (44:57):
Okay, you can go six on nine Pickwick Lane and Wiley, Texas. Right, now.
But I promise you ain't getting the mind because you
don't have a key, right, Okay, okay, I get your son, Yeah,
because I got some intelligence. Sons. I know what he's
back there thinking. The smart one they're sitting back there,
I know what he thinks.

Speaker 5 (45:18):
They're both smart. But the one that's always trying to think,
I know what he's thinking. He's like, Daddy, I don't
need a key to get in the house. I can
use my head because my thumb print will give me
access to open the door.

Speaker 1 (45:30):
But let me start something with your.

Speaker 5 (45:31):
Son while you're back there thinking, because see, I know
what's going through your mind.

Speaker 1 (45:36):
You are the only person with that finger print.

Speaker 5 (45:40):
Because if you commit a crime, even though you have
a twin brother, I promise you that your DNA and
your fingerprints.

Speaker 1 (45:46):
Are still different. I' here's somebody will trying to help
you understanding.

Speaker 5 (45:51):
So when God gets you a key, that's your key
and only your key to access things. And Helen where
medunking that what God has for me, it is for me.

Speaker 1 (46:06):
And when God gives me a key, I've got the power.
I've got an.

Speaker 5 (46:11):
Authority who unlocked what the people's trying to keep for
me look at somebody and say, neighbor.

Speaker 1 (46:19):
Old, neighbor. When you know who he is, you have.

Speaker 5 (46:23):
Power haven authority to take what the devil and trying
to lock up from you, To take what the devil
it's trying to keep from you. I dare you right
now to use your power and authority.

Speaker 1 (46:39):
What's this? Before I get too happy, let me tell
you what else is? It says this? What's this? Whatever
you bind owner will be bound.

Speaker 5 (46:50):
If I bind it in earth and it remains in earth,
it means.

Speaker 1 (46:55):
That it's not permanent. But when I buy and God
bounds it in Heaven, that means that it's locked for
l Oh, y'all ain't hearing me.

Speaker 5 (47:10):
That means when I release it on earth and God
releases it in heaven, Heaven makes it a term that
means that is.

Speaker 1 (47:19):
Released for heaven.

Speaker 5 (47:20):
Okay, you still ain't south with it, but let me
tell you how it works, and some of y'all gonna
get it. That's why my children will be blessed, because
I'm binding the devil on earth, and when I find
him on earth, God is binding.

Speaker 1 (47:36):
Him in heaven. No generational curses. You ain't here what
I'm saying.

Speaker 5 (47:43):
And you don't want your finances to be continued for
the next generation.

Speaker 1 (47:48):
That you need to braid of God right now and
say release.

Speaker 5 (47:53):
No finantial pleas and he will release whenever you release
on Earth, release in heaven.

Speaker 1 (48:01):
And if you release it now, that means the.

Speaker 5 (48:04):
Next generation who being a fit from your authority and
the next generation who gonna fit from your authority such
your neighbor, And say neighbor, old neighbor, because I know
who I am. I've got power, I've got power, I've
got authority.

Speaker 1 (48:26):
And if I say Lord, bind it on earth.

Speaker 5 (48:30):
You're binding in heaven. I tell you to try it
right now. Somebody needs something found right now. I tell
you to find depressing in the name of Jesus. I
find the presson on Earth right now and in the
heaven real, Oh God, is finding depression. No more depressing up.

(48:54):
I tell you to bind up sickness right now. If
you're binding on Earth, you're binding in Helen and with
the lawder that don't something up gets forever and ever?
What does that mean? That means that if you got
cancer you can say bind it to in the name

(49:17):
of Jesus.

Speaker 7 (49:18):
You'll be cuter.

Speaker 5 (49:20):
If you're trusting the lawyer, and don't doubt him. That
God will bring you out. And if God decides.

Speaker 7 (49:28):
To bind it.

Speaker 5 (49:29):
M what God will do, you'll bind it forever. And
what God does wants, he doesn't have to do it again.
Touch your neighbor and say neighbor. If God says it,
and set us into looking.

Speaker 1 (49:47):
Out, hear me home.

Speaker 15 (49:49):
You know who he is.

Speaker 5 (49:51):
I heard the record say Jesus said, whatever you'll bind
on her, I'll bind in heaven whatever you release on earth.

Speaker 1 (50:03):
I'm in agreement with my release on heaven. Do I
have me a witness?

Speaker 15 (50:09):
Now?

Speaker 1 (50:09):
What's what Tessa said?

Speaker 5 (50:11):
Jesus said, don't tell anybody that I am the Christ,
the Son of the Living God.

Speaker 1 (50:19):
But wait a minute. To me, I've got some news
for you. Now.

Speaker 5 (50:24):
I know. I'll tell my fell to get like fire
set up in my bones. Can I go a little brother?
Because I know who he is, I said, I want
don't tell nobody, but I just couldn't keep it to myself.

Speaker 1 (50:44):
Handy, all right, I said, I wanta gonna talk about him,
but every now.

Speaker 7 (50:51):
And then I'm gonna.

Speaker 1 (50:53):
Tell somebody he's been good. Hasn't he been good?

Speaker 7 (50:58):
I said?

Speaker 5 (51:00):
I wouldn't gonna preach no more. But it's something on
the inside working on the outside. Can I get on
in this shad? I was gonna go home and sit down,
But the more I tried to sit down, I tried
to hold my hands, my feet got to movie because

(51:23):
there was something up, something on the inside that manifest power.
Because I know my identity to catch a neighbor and say, neighbor, oh, neighbor.

Speaker 1 (51:37):
The reason why I'm craving like I do.

Speaker 5 (51:41):
It's because I know for myself who he is.

Speaker 7 (51:47):
Do you know him?

Speaker 5 (51:49):
Look at a neighbors, say neighbor, neighbor, who you know
