In this riveting episode of Steel News, Ann Vandersteel takes you deep into the front lines of truth-telling with two courageous guests who have taken on the machinery of censorship, corruption, and coercion—and won critical battles.

Investigative journalist, filmmaker, and metaphysical writer Maryam Henein exposes the full scope of systemic deception—from the suppression of natural health to the coordinated takedown of independent voices—sharing insights from her explosive book The George Floyd Psyop: The Real Timeline, available now at MaryamHenein.com (use code GFBOOK for 15% off). She also discusses her documentary The Real Timeline movie, her metaphysical explorations on Substack, and her unfiltered investigative reporting on Rumble’s Truth Lives Here.

Then, Dr. Michael Kirk Moore, a Utah physician once facing decades in federal prison, tells the story of how U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi stepped in mid-trial to dismiss all charges against him. Accused of issuing 1,937 “fake” COVID-19 vaccination cards and destroying government-provided doses, Dr. Moore maintained his innocence, saying he honored his patients’ right to choose. The dismissal is not just a personal victory—it’s a landmark moment in the battle for medical freedom.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Ay, you're you. I You're you.

Speaker 2 (01:02):
Hey, everybody, good afternoon. I'm in Vanderstiel. Wow, the gremlins
continue to battle me on my computer. I think I'm
going to have to do a rebuild here. Sorry about that, folks.
President Trump, if you're not paying attention, is meeting with
President Putin right now in Alaska, and I put a
little video out the other day. Just want to talk
about it before I dive into the show, because the

(01:24):
world is, you know, as we see it just sort
of decenterating into complete chaos, it would seem on so
many levels. And while he is trying to keep a
steady arm here and a steady hand, there's a lot
of forces that are working against each and every one
of us, and I think right now is the time
we need to stay steady. General Flynn put a message
out to a few of us last night telling us
stay steady. The next couple of days are going to

(01:46):
be incredibly historically significant. I truly am praying for peace.
I'm praying that they come to a resolution over in
Ukraine for everybody's sake. It's literally it's a blood sucking leech,
not only on our bank accounts here in the United States.
But it's just killing hundreds of thousands of people un needlessly.
I mean, we just don't need to be doing this.

(02:07):
It's insane what is going on. There's so many agendas
that have nothing to do with the betterment of humanity.
So I think this is a time for deep spiritual,
you know, introspection on how we can be better stewards
to ourselves, to our family, to our planet, but most importantly,
what can we do in order to help govern ourselves
so that we can take our country back from the
demons in DC. And frankly, we're living in a time

(02:29):
right now when truth isn't just inconvenient, it becomes criminal.
I mean, look at how many people got locked up
for Jay six. How many people have been locked up
for telling the truth. And you know what, those powers
that be aren't content just to spind a narrative anymore.
They want to own it, they want to enforce it,
and they want to punish those of us who continue

(02:52):
to defy it. But you know what, this is our
lucky day sometimes and just sometimes the truth wins. And
this after, we're going to bring you a couple of
folks that have some significant victories. My first guest is
someone I've known for several years now. She's been out
in the movement. She is a real truth teller, very
hardcore investigative journalists. She's known as the Bee Lady and

(03:14):
some aspects and in some circles Miriam Hannane. She has
spent years pulling apart one of the most weaponized narratives
of our time. Who remembers George Floyd? Remember that big
George Floyd incident. I can't breathe, I can't breathe. Well,
she has been documenting over the years what really happened,

(03:34):
and she did this in a groundbaking book that she
put out and a film. So we're going to dive
into that and we're going to get a lot of
questions answered. She has got some breaking news information with
respect to Derek Chavn who was that police officer that
was villainized for having his knee what appeared to be
on George Floyd's neck and you know, of course the

(03:54):
media turned it into he strangled George Floyd. I'm just saying,
if someone's choking you out, you're not going to get
to sound out. So the fact he get out of
the words, I can't breathe to me was always sort
of like, what how could he not breathe if he's
able to speak? But okay, I digress. In the second
half of the show, we're going to turn to doctor
Michael Kirkmore. He goes by kirk Moore. He's a man

(04:16):
that the federal government tried to destroy for respecting patient
choice during COVID. Remember that the mandates she had to
take the shots, you had to mask up six feet apart.
While all this went on and he was vilified, villainized,
and he was facing serious jail time until US Attorney
General Pam Bondi stepped in mid trial and said, it
ends today a lot of questions around why that happened

(04:37):
the way it did, and we're going to ask those
questions of Dr Moore. But these stories that you're going
to hear to, they don't They're not just stories that
are about say we say resistance. These are stories of courage,
what I would call perseverance, what I would call proof
that if you want to stand up and stand for
truth on your ground, we actually can change the outcome.

(04:58):
So buckle up, you're entering the war zone. Steel News
starts now. I'm going to play you a quick segment
here directly from a teaser from Marion's Miriam's movie. And
I believe that you know if this is a content warning,
so I'm gonna take it seriously. If you are concerned
about children, now would be the time to remove them,
because perhaps it might be too disturbing. But this is

(05:19):
coming directly out of her movie where she basically dives
into George Floyd. And then we'll bring on Miriam.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
Third pre Think is up and planes.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
We begin with breaking news in South Minneapolis, caught.

Speaker 4 (05:49):
On tape a black man pinned to the ground, later
dying after a white officer kneeled on his neck.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
It started with a report of a forgery in progress
and ended with Floyd's death. The situation has become Bolow
Third Police Precinct tonight.

Speaker 4 (06:04):
It is police officers and protesters.

Speaker 3 (06:06):
Clash miles from Minneapolis. Anger, frustration going into the streets
of America.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
It all stems from this video.

Speaker 3 (06:24):
Saw it can be heard on the video saying I
can't breathe. Police officers involved. All that dominated.

Speaker 4 (06:59):
Mm hmm is you ask what I need? Man?

Speaker 3 (07:14):
Man?

Speaker 5 (07:15):
The reader, The reader is the problem.

Speaker 4 (07:19):
Okay, joke. I can't really love it.

Speaker 3 (07:31):
That's my he got a thing going on. I'm telling
you what you have problem. Not move, not one time, bro,
But I go back in the storms. What happened to him?
All right, you're talking right, Yeah, what happened? Yeah, there's

(07:51):
just afforded report. The person that had given him a
fake bell went over there and.

Speaker 2 (07:56):
Yeah, George Floyd the real timeline. Really incredible work in
this movie is absolutely worth seeing if you haven't seen
it yet. We're going to talk about where you can
actually go and actually see this movie. But before we
get to that, I want to bring on our guest today,
Mariam Hanane. Mariam, it is great to have you here. Wow.

(08:18):
I know you spent since I've known you, this has
been your really your main focus is uncovering this color Revolution,
where incidents like this in various, you know, sort of
formats have happened around the country and they've continued to
try to weaponize this black white narrative, and to me,
that seems to be the basic thing. Most recently, Trayvon
Martin's attorney, Benjamin was at Crump is his last name,

(08:43):
Ben Trump Right, same lawyer here, same lawyer exactly, had
put out an edited video I saw it yesterday and
I first when I saw it, I was furious, but
it drove me to be furious and posted until a
good friend of mine set an that is an edited
video and here is the real story, and I realized
this was I fell victim to exactly what they wanted

(09:04):
me to get pissed off that they're trying to generate
another race war here because I looked at it for
what it was and I didn't even realize how edited
the video was. So You've done a heck of a job,
and I'm going to allow you to kind of dive
into this because you've documented multiple versions of this event,
of all the events leading up to George Floyd's death.
So I want to start with a very serious question,

(09:26):
which specific timeline anomalies in the George Floyd situation undermine
the official story? And why do you think those discrepancies
have never been actually publicly reconciled.

Speaker 3 (09:39):
Thank you, Thank you for having me. It's been a while,
and this has been a five year endeavor. So I
want to just make the distinction that the movie, which
is only an hour, I purchased all the footage with
my own funds to lay it out and it's edited
with Sean Hibbler, and the book which I have here

(10:00):
is I realized it's for the future records, that it's
arguably the most information on a psychological operation on planet Earth,
and that it's for the future records, given that we've
witnessed the Ministry of Truth working in real time. Unfortunately,
people have George Floyd fatigue. But if they read the
book as a deep state who done it? Thriller, and

(10:24):
it's about all the characters, including Benjamin Crump and what
was really going on. So they use race to divide
the people. But the title is a multi layered scio
of exposed. So on another hand, it was literally used
to get more jabs into the arms of the number
one vaccine hesitant community, Black people. Let's not forget that

(10:46):
I can't breathe was the same rant that was during
Eric Garner, also represented by Benjamin Crump, and that they
were chanting I can breathe as we were being muzzled
under face diapers and that's not an accident, and that
this was even the duty to intervene exercise. So under

(11:10):
the plandemic, under the ROHNA regime, we we witnessed these
psychological operations. Bill Gates wrote a book and in one
of the chapters it's called practice, practice, Practice. So one
of several things, I mean, I discovered hush money. I
discovered that George was an amalgamation of three different people

(11:33):
put together, that Derek Chauvin, who was known as the
Warlord of precinc three trained at the School of Assassins.
And in truth, these are pawns that are used and
disposed of. And we can get to that as far
as the state of Derek Chauvin. But we were also
pawns because we witnessed the country being burnt down, two

(11:58):
billion dollars of damage, and no one really discussed the
fake money, the counterfeit issue. No one discussed the fake fentanyl,
the fentanyl that's devastating Americans, were you know, across the nation.

Speaker 2 (12:12):
So in your research, did the forensic evidence and the
autopsy evidence and we all remember remember the coffin looked
incredibly small. So when you were looking at this forensic
evidence in the autopsy evidence, did it line up with
what we were told in the press? What was missing
or was something intentionally left out?

Speaker 3 (12:34):
Well, I want to say I was in the jungle
with Zach forhe's the Google whistleblower. And this started because
Zach was like, Mimi, can you choke me? And I
said what? And so I told him? He said, I
was doing the George Floyd challenge. And I was literally
the first in the nation. I was in Costa Rica.
But I called the medical examiner and they told me

(12:56):
it would take weeks and weeks and weeks only two
find out the next day that CNN put out some
preliminary report and that's when it started stowing discord. And
so one if I were to say, you know, you
remember we had to bury our loved ones via zoom

(13:16):
and George Perry Floyd got not one but for funerals.
So if I were to ask you, you know who
organized those funerals? What you know? What would you say?
If you were to take a guess.

Speaker 2 (13:29):
Oh, I would say the left to try and make
this as big a media circus as possible. I dare
say his family could afford to have four different funerals
for George Floyd. Heck they were using counterfeit money.

Speaker 3 (13:40):
Yeah, they It was a Government of pr PR firm
that helped with the help of Al Sharpton that they
dusted off for this event. And I did a Freedom
of Information Act on the death certificate and I saw
a little act ME forty two code and when I

(14:02):
looked it up, it's a multi factorial drug overdose and so.
But yet it was billed as Derek Chauvin who choked him,
even though Derek and George worked at the same club.
So it's it is very multi layered, and I believe this.
Let's get it.

Speaker 2 (14:21):
Let's break down the players. Let's let's let's pull all
the key players into this format right now, and let's
show the linkage, because again, this is truly like a
Who Done It? Crime scene novel? It is I know
you said you opened up the nation has George Floyd fatigue.
So let's set aside that. Yet we all know the
color revolutions are happening in real time right now and
they're going to continue to use this playbook wash rinse, repeat.

(14:45):
But I think the people need to understand where the
money's coming from. Was there any USAID money that funded
some of these organizations that may have paid for some
of this funeral expense or what have you? Where the
who the key players are and what is the overlap
Because Derek and George did have overlap, and that's very critical,
and that of course was completely ignored by the mainstream media.

Speaker 4 (15:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (15:06):
I in fact, on two occasions I posted on Craigslist
anyone that had any information of them working together, and
it was flagged and removed within thirty minutes, by the
grace of God. I met someone in Florida one that
had taken evidence of Precinct three and Precinc four, which

(15:26):
is where they keep information on informed informants, and they
on snapschat deleted all his footage and spooked him out.
I met someone that had seen Derek and George work together.
So when you look at who is Maya Santa Maria
and her influence and the building in which was burnt down,

(15:47):
which she conveniently sold beforehand, and Catherine austen Fit said,
this is not a riot pattern, it's a investment, a
real estate investment opportunity. But also, oh, a lot of
the shenanigans involving the Mexican cartel and whether there's drug
government complacency took place on Lake Street. So I have

(16:10):
a chapter called the Ozarks on COVID nineteen. So if
you have a lockdown, you are not able to clean
your money anymore because some of these supposed legitimate operations
are shut down, so better to burn everything you know.
And in the that part when he says, I'm scared

(16:33):
af when I stop breathing. When I stop breathing, it's
going to go off on me, man. And to find
out that the year prior that George Floyd got arrested
and did a lot of the shenanigans, that if it
was said like just say I can't breathe, and we're
going to immortalize you and make you Rodney two point
zero because based on a hunch, I wondered whether there

(16:57):
was a drug corridor between Houston or Texas and Minneapolis.
And people don't know that George Floyd was a truck
driver and that when he got jailed for five years
of robbery, that perhaps he was an informant and a
lot of times informants can be unwitting and not know.

(17:18):
Now if anyone cared about anyone's black life. Maurice Lester Hall,
who was with George Floyd that day, they initially told
him he was going to be a key witness and
then they brought up all his They imprisoned him for
fifteen years for twenty eighteen pimping charge and nobody cares

(17:38):
about his black life. And so if you have the
receipts to show you know, and then let's say, let's
look at Derek. All right, Derek graduated as not a
cop but a cook from the Dakota Technical College. And
in a lot of these psychological psychological operations I have
one of the chapters is like six character sticks to

(18:00):
identify a psychological operation. A lot of times they find
the training. So there was a training that was scheduled
that Derek was supposed to be participating on some police
training driving training, and it was canceled. It was slated
for May twenty ninth, which is the day that Derek

(18:21):
got arrested in record speed, and he was on there,
and then the two of the lieutenants who ended up
testifying against him were also supposed to be So the
Dakota Technical Colleges where Derek graduated. Of course, when I
reached out, nobody returned my phone calls to find out
what was the nature of this training. So then I

(18:42):
looked to see who's funding it, and it was like
the usual suspects of planned parenthood and eco health Alliance
so it's it's a lot of these are fronts. And
let's not forget that year they did collect a lot
of COVID money and they they only wanted mail in
voting and they misappropriated. I mean, in a lot of cases,

(19:06):
we know all the rackets. Even with the PCR test there,
they're all rackets occurred. So those are the two main players.
Three the officers. Alexander Kank who was black, is out
and Thomas Lane is out. Interestingly, I think to tell
the Asian officer is still in there even though he

(19:26):
was you know, he was navigating the scene. And when
we look at the bystanders aka extras, and we look
at Darnella Fraser who won a Pulitzer Prize for just
being there, I mean, this is ridiculous. So in the trailer,
I start off with darnellas saying freedom of speech. Freedom
of speech, which I say as a little like, look

(19:49):
at the irony here, right, it's all a little few
in our faces. And let's not forget also when I
say this was the duty to intervene line exercise that
they are very realistic. We know now about event too one, right,
that this exercise changed what thousands of thoughts in regards

(20:12):
to reforms on policing.

Speaker 2 (20:15):
Yep, yeah, I did. And it led to a lot
of defunding the police. Yeah, it led to a lot
of defunding police. And today we have President Trump, you know,
saying we're going to you know, take over DC. We're
going to bring in our own law order because clearly
the you know, the house rule of d C has
a house mess. You know, they don't want to clean
up their own house. So President Trump on a sidebar,

(20:37):
where are you with that, you know, that directive by
President Trump to send in our own law order to
clean up the streets and bulldoze all of the shanties
and the homeless and get them out of there. What
are your thoughts.

Speaker 3 (20:47):
I'm I'm in West Palm, so I'm literally across the
pond from mar A Lago. I figured there's not going
to be any funky fog over here. I know that
they've cleaned up some you know, a homeless situation here
in West Palm. At the same time, I believe that
you know, there is it's two sides that are working

(21:11):
against each other. We need more law and order, but
I also question about the surveillance and the track and
trace measures, knowing that at the trial of Derek Chauvin
there was an operation to put a lot of surveillance
Hennepin County became quite dystopian. And having been at the
Deadly insurrection myself and seen, you know, I had said,

(21:35):
those barbed wires are never going to come off and
took part of a live action role play at the
Capitol because I had showed up. So, in all honesty,
since making this book, which took five years and is
a colossal book, that I was joking, I was going
to have my own effing great reset, and so I've

(21:56):
kind of and I did, and I'm still working on that,
which is part of, you know, growing out my hair
and just softening and just like I'm pretty much resigned
as a journalist and I'm looking more at metaphysical and
I'm working on my second book, which is more for
my soul. So I believe this is like how you

(22:17):
make the sausage, and you know, you know, and like
all of these hundreds of footnotes, literally most of them
are scrubbed. And the Floyd family threatened me. Why because
they trademark the word George Floyd, and they trademarked everything
from keychains to slippers, and they've made you know, we

(22:38):
just named the university I think in Texas after George Floyd,
a criminal, So we know that they are criminalizing god
loving human beings and that they are glorifying criminals that
are entertaining a low life, you know. So I do
believe people deserve a second chance and could have given

(23:00):
a second chance to Maurice who was with him that day.
I speak to him, and I speak I'm the only one,
one of the only one who's speaking to John Tursak,
aka stranger who stabbed Derek. So we can discuss that
because it's been a year and a half and there
is a movement to free Derek, but there isn't any

(23:23):
updates on the status of Derek having been stabbed twenty
two times.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
So let's talk about that. Set the story for Derek
Chavn who's still incarcerated. What happened to him? First of all,
how is his health? What happened to him? And I
know you had some news you wanted to break about this, So.

Speaker 3 (23:41):
Yeah, so on the Black Friday, I guess now it's
like a year and a year and a half ago
we found out that Derek had been stabbed, and from
the get go I tried to contact the man who
was the stabber. And this is I'm learning this later
on when I'm reading John's letter from jail where they

(24:06):
described me the Federal Bureau as a conspiracy theorist who
direct it a film on bees who's a psycho kook
and to not pay attention, so he let it go.
Now I was checking on Pacer and I looked for
patterns and I saw and I was the only one

(24:27):
who read his one hundred page court case because John
Tursac was recruited by the FBI at age nineteen out
of Pelican Bay and supposedly he's a snitch, but they lied,
and in reality he is an embarrassment to the FBI
because he used the information to go after an opposing faction.

(24:50):
So he's ma. Now we didn't find anything out because
and he was stabbed twenty two times. Now he would
call me. Eventually we did come together, him and I,
and he saw that I'm a truthful journalist and sent

(25:11):
me information on you know, the stabbing. But he couldn't
understand why I was so censored. So I sent him
my book and because he's a voracious reader. I mean
he read this, He read this in like a week,
and I'm like, do you understand now? And I said, so,
were you socially engineered to stab Derek? You know, because

(25:32):
this was a positioned as a racist, a racist cop,
which is not the case. And again, if you're in
jail and you're a Hispanic, you're not protecting or standing
for black people, you know. So he had said, yeah, sure,
he's down for brown people, and it got massaged into
that he did this for Black Friday. And so I said, well,

(25:55):
you you know, were you basically socially engineered? You know,
even in rap songs they kind of were taunting that
this would be a prize, So in order to gain
rank or respect, he stabbed him. Now, what is the
status of Derek. Well, Derek's paralyzed and he's using a
shit bag. And because I said, is he even alive?

(26:19):
You know, there's a movement to free him, But what
is his status? And there has been no on in
the mainstream or alternative that I've heard of on the
status of Derek Chauvin. And did he get a bit
a fair trial? Absolutely not. But he represents me the
people anyone that covered that that trial. It was is ridunculous.

(26:41):
I thought the process that he was winning. But this
was a high profile case and that's all they care about.
They don't really care about. You know, people can be
disposed of, I believe. So I don't know if you
have any questions based on.

Speaker 5 (26:56):
That I have.

Speaker 2 (26:59):
Yeah, actually, what is that?

Speaker 3 (27:01):
So that's an image. This happened in the library, and
this is evidence. I don't think it.

Speaker 2 (27:07):
Makes you bigger.

Speaker 3 (27:07):
Hang on a second, So this is the blood on
the ground.

Speaker 2 (27:12):
That's from the stabbing.

Speaker 3 (27:13):
Yeah, it's grizzly. And here's another photo that John John
sent to me this. Why isn't the media like, you know,
the irony and his lung was punctured and that when

(27:34):
he was in the hospital he said, I can't breathe.
Can we get any more ironic? Yeah? Right, so there isn't.
I don't. I don't know where it is, but there
I have another another image of the of the weapon.
I mean it's a it's a pretty big seven inch
metal and yeah, he got stabbed twenty times.

Speaker 2 (27:56):
Do you think that you know, obviously the guards were
in on it. I shouldn't say obviously. Do you think
the guards were in on him, considering that roof like
he you know, he was all he could have been epsteined.
I suppose they didn't quite epstein him.

Speaker 3 (28:10):
Yeah, I think he was disposed of and I feel
bad for him. I feel bad even for you know,
John Tursaki case stranger said, I wanted mama be I
wanted to get back in the game. And so this
is like a checkerboard and he it's a lot placating

(28:30):
ego and power and meanwhile, you know a man is
now paralyzed. I think it's it's all for arguments. I'll
just say this that they could have told George, who
was getting high on his own supply, that they would
immortalize him, and that they also used him because I

(28:52):
don't know what the line is. I'm scared af when
I stop reading. When I stop reading, it's going to
go off on me.

Speaker 2 (28:58):
Man, What do you think that means? He knew he
was going to be snuffed out?

Speaker 3 (29:05):
Yeah. I believe that he thought he was going to
be like sleeping beauty and that he was going to
wake up. And I want to say that the toxicology
the NMS labs. Initially when I called in twenty twenty,
they were forthright, and they told me to call back.
Medical examiner Andrew Baker has to call and has to
say look for these things. They admitted in the federal

(29:27):
trial of the three officers there could be something else
in the blood or another way, but if you don't
ask to look for it. And then the mickey mouse
autopsies that occurred afterwards because they dusted off also Michael Baiden,
Hollywood Forensic associated Epstein and OJ with a black sidekick
for optics. But they didn't look at any toxicology and

(29:51):
they didn't even cut into the body. And we know
that medical examiner Andrew Baker was almost he almost lost
his job and he was he was intimidated by another
medical examiner, and so we know that there was a
lot of fuss about the truths regarding the autopsy.

Speaker 2 (30:15):
Absolutely incredible. You know, when I look at the confluence
of events the as we have now gone through, I
would say eight years of high impact education about what
we're really dealing with. Right, We're dealing with an entity,
if you will, a blob that consists of international bankers,

(30:37):
it consists of the intelligence communities, and consists of corrupt
governments worldwide. But more like the NATO, wef Western civilization
governments that are working together creating their own you know, boogeymen,
and they're pulling the finger at other countries like Russia,
which President Trump is meeting with today. You know, bricks
has now been basically separated from us. There is a

(31:00):
battle going on, and America, Melkay has always said, is
standing in the way of the new world order, you know,
consuming the entire globe. We're the one sort of pivot,
the lynch pin, the cog in the wheel. And I
believe mostly because we're freedom loving, you know people, although
I start to really question how many people still value that,
but we have our Second Amendment. I don't think they

(31:21):
have a beat on just how many people might go
off if they decided to really try and take us.
And I think we're going to find out here shortly
if unless something dramatic doesn't happen. Because people are we're divided.
We're in an information civil war. And all of these incidents,
these color revolutions that our own intelligence community, the CIA,
working with six working with Masad, and working with I

(31:43):
would say, the Twelve Eyes, all the different other agencies
around the world, they pervected these color revolutions. We now
know that you know, smart Mattic was helping steal elections
in seventy two countries, and our own CIA was working
with MI six and there mafia out of Venezuela, which
is the government to do this. It's all to betterment,
it's all for the betterment of the new world order.

(32:04):
And this example was really something to just completely continue
to be another match on a on a pile of gasoline,
to just blow up our country. And I'm I'm exhausted
of trying to finally, you know, con continue to help
people understand what's really going on so that we can
kind of, you know, put a lid and bring it
back down to a summer because it's like constantly boiling over.

(32:25):
We're constantly boiling over. So I guess from looking at
a long range down range, how how does this story end?
I mean, George Floyd, Derek Chaubron, other bad actors, good actors.
This is sort of like NPCs that are also in
this George Floyd story. It's a wash Rents repeat. Yeah, right,

(32:49):
And you know a guy died, another guy almost died,
and you know where are we as a country right now?

Speaker 3 (32:57):
Well, I believe that if people want to know how
you make the sausage and can understand the playbook, and
let's not forget the real agenda, the transhumanist agenda of
track and trace up the wazoo and the nano what
I call the nano forming of the planet. And you know,

(33:18):
and it became obvious to me that this bioweapon that
attacked the heart, the heart is an amazing organ. And
I'm seeing in our everyday lives a disconnection to our humanity.
I think we're the last of the Mohicans, that there
is a new species being spawned before our very eyes.

(33:41):
And so what is important? I think going within valuing family,
valuing love of course, valuing health, and taking responsibility in
our own lives and looking at our shadows which might
seem you know, woo woo, but in truth it's like
look at I mean, my my father is a Christian

(34:01):
who disowned his beautiful, courageous daughter, and who worked for Ffiser,
worked for Procter and Gamble, worked for IBM, which is
to have a stock worked for Johnson and Johnson. But
yet because of our ideologies, creating all this separation, rather
than having real christ consciousness, which is being in the

(34:21):
heart and being forgiving. And you know, now we're living
in an epidemic of narcissists and not able to be
like say I'm sorry and take responsibility in our own
lives of what's important. So I don't know how this ends.
I know that, you know, we just had the JFK
hearing JFK hearing in Congress like weeks ago. It's been

(34:45):
fifty how many decades, so who knows. So I know
that this is for the this is for the future,
and it's been messed with, meaning like, there is a
lot of hurdles, and I hope that people will invest
in the truth, one hundred percent truth and nothing but

(35:06):
the truth. So I'm very grateful for anyone that gives
me a voice given that the censorship, that it's not
just a public figure. They're going after a lot of people.
And I say, they tailor their torture to the person.
It's your own personalized algorithm. The like there's weaponization of
customer service. If I get an American on the phone,

(35:30):
I am so grateful instead of being rerouted. Seriously, it's
it's only going to get worse. It's dehumanization.

Speaker 2 (35:39):
It is dehumanization. I agree, and when I look at
I put a thread out on X today about miter.
Lisa McGee, who is a brilliant researcher, has been digging
into as Ai Gordian not if you will. Yeah, you know,
it's it has been so it's well since Biden. You know,
palent here has been very embedded and it's expanding under

(36:02):
this administration. So you know, Trump's opening salvo was to
have Sam Altman and the Oracle Larry Ellison standing up
there with him day one and talking about you know,
new cancer fighting m rn A technology which m RNA
has killed lab rats. You know, then we turned ourselves
into lab rats and injected five and a half billion

(36:23):
people BB. Netanyahu wrote a book bragging about how Israel
was the control group and the experiment. Wow yeah, yeah,
he laughs about it, you know, and it's his whole
he's bragging about. And he loves Borla, you know. The
So you know, you have to really ask yourself like

(36:44):
what is good and what is bad? And I think
that it becomes very self evident right using your discernment,
and we now have to be ever more cautious. And
you know, there's so many pawns in this game. I've
been used and as a pawn in the game to
send incorrect information and then I had to go back
can retract. But it is becoming ever more difficult to
see it, and sometimes you just get caught up in

(37:07):
your own emotions. And I agree with you. I think
that the AI is so good now that they tailor
that based on this conversation we're having right now. They're
already making tweaks and adjustments to you and to me
to make sure they're serving up to us what they
think is going to either turn this into I rate
or pacifying us so that we think everything's okay. And

(37:28):
you know, that's what I look at is psychological operation
one on one. You know, when everybody thinks you're going
to pop popcorn and enjoy the show, and the show
is getting worse, and the popcorn is rancid, the guy
barfed raisinets into your hair from the backseat of the theater,
it's you know, it's it's really getting kind of chaotic.
And I think President Trump has an incredibly difficult job

(37:49):
right now because he and a few others are probably
the only few good stewards at the moment, and they've
got nothing but massive rod underneath, and who knows what
kind of psychological are operation they're running, because I certainly
don't support AI and Base invading my life. If you
want to opt into something with a private corporation and
give them everything like twenty three and meters, go for it,

(38:10):
but don't force that on me, and don't force me
to have to give you my face every time I
want to travel. I you know, so the federal airspace
is no longer open to the public per se. It's
not just free to use. I mean, isn't that part
of the public trust doctrine that I can access the
air over my house and fly around in it? And
why do I have to get agency approval? You know?
And why do they have to know who I am

(38:31):
and where I'm going constantly, especially since the TSA has
stopped nobody of real significance as of late. When was
the last terrorists they stopped? Right? Can anybody tell me
about a terrorist they stopped? Anybody just asking for a
friend here? So anyhow, Yeah, that's that's sort of a
little bit of a rant on how I feel about

(38:53):
all this. I'm pretty I'm frustrated at this point and
I'm getting hopeful that we're.

Speaker 3 (38:57):
Gross approaching and there's machine learning, and they can learn
from mistakes, and they can tailor their torture to the
person and cause a lot of hiccups. And I could
argue that I'm a poster child for the future social
credit system, for misbehaving, for being a divergent, and for

(39:19):
encouraging people to think and to acknowledge the complexity of things.
There's complexity and it's not black and white at all.
But the most important thing, again is health, love, family
and being. I believe in your heart. If you still
have a heart, folks, embody it. Because a lot of

(39:41):
people we are witnessing. There's no one who hasn't taken
the job who doesn't see that. People are checked out
to lunch. And it's okay if you took it, as
long as you admit. Like I'll just tell you real quick.
I was at the convenience store and I said, can
I ask you a question? She said, I said, did
you take the vaccine? And she was I did. I said,
do you know that it's killed thousands and thousands of people?

(40:03):
She goes, yeah, I got cancer, And so I told her, well,
as a result, you know, on the other end, I've
you know, lost my bank, I've been smeared on television.
I've So it's just so people know, I think we
should all acknowledge that we were guinea pigs.

Speaker 2 (40:21):
Yeah, nobody care. Nobody's unscathed as we continue to And
this again comes down to the fact that you know,
we the people do have the power. We just have
to decide if we want to use it or not.
And that's unfortunately, a very difficult conversation for some people.
It isn't for me, but for some people, they just
fear knowing that they can actually make a difference and

(40:41):
have control because they're afraid if they stick their head
out of the sand all of a sudden, they're going
to be targeted. And they can be. But you know,
if we, if not you, who if not? Now win?
And you know, fifty six people two hundred and fifty
years ago came together and sacrificed their lives, fortunes and
sacred honor, draw you know, scribble their name and parchment
and said I'm going for it. You know, we got

(41:02):
the Red Coats and a whole British army that will
come and pay us all for doing what we're doing
and signing this piece of paper, but we don't know
how else we can live. We can't live under tyranny.
And we are faced with that same decision today as
a country. It's really pretty wild.

Speaker 3 (41:17):
Courage. We need courage. And while I've lost, let's say,
avenues for my livelihood, I haven't hoored out my soul.
And I stood for you boys and girls out there,
and I stood up for what was right. And just
like I'm a little brown girl from Montreal, Canada, English
isn't even my first language, so I no longer have

(41:39):
anything to prove that. This book is for the future
records and anyone who wants to understand how the how
intricate these syops are. So thank you well having me.

Speaker 2 (41:52):
Yeah, I'm really grateful that you spent some time with
us this afternoon. Mirriam, where's the best place for folks
to follow you? I'm going to get that up on
the screen.

Speaker 3 (42:00):
So you could follow me on on X even though
they throttle me. And for the book, Yes, it is
sixty six dollars and sixty.

Speaker 2 (42:08):
I was going to ask you about that, Yeah, what
what is that about?

Speaker 3 (42:12):
Well, nobody could pay me for what I've lost and
what it takes to write this book and the information
it is so people can use GF book for fifteen
percent off. But yeah, it's the devil is all over
this book, so I I that's why I chose that
that number and the best place they can find it

(42:33):
on Amazon. I am working on an audible version, but
obviously it's a big book and they can get an
ebook there for cheaper or they can support me directly.
And the banks have have shut people down, like depending
on the bank, they've denied the transaction. So you can
reach out to me Mary M.

Speaker 1 (42:54):
M A. R.

Speaker 3 (42:55):
Y Am at Honeycolony dot com if you have any issues.
I'm very curious. But this is with stripe, so there's
you know, you should be able to to buy it
on Marriam Henane Forward slash George Floyd Book. I'm on Rumble.
I do a show Fridays at three Eastern. Today I'm
having Carry Cassidy to talk about AI and UFO. And

(43:17):
I'm also writing mostly on my substack, which is Marrimannane
dot substack dot com. And I'm working on my second book,
which is you Know More about Magical Realism and twin
Flames and love and quantum entanglement and soul and reincarnation,
nothing to do with politics or George Floyd.

Speaker 2 (43:35):
Well that's really quite brave. I'm going to just put
your substack up here, kyo.

Speaker 3 (43:39):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (43:40):
You have a beautiful The way you've laid out everything
on your media is really quite beautiful. Your graphics are great.
Do you do your graphics?

Speaker 3 (43:46):
I do do my graphics. And you know, folks, even
even sharing because they throttle me on substack too, is
a help. I'm grateful. I come from a place of gratitude.
I obviously I write a lot about transhuman you know,
I just found found out I didn't get the memo
that Elon Musk trademarked the word telepathy, and so I

(44:07):
am I'm covering a whole bunch of different things and
going back to my roots as a functional medicine coach.

Speaker 2 (44:13):
Did he really trademark the word telepathy?

Speaker 3 (44:15):
Yeah? Mm hm and telekinesies.

Speaker 2 (44:19):
So if you use those words you have to pay.

Speaker 3 (44:22):
A good point. That's a good point. I I don't know,
but it does link with the neural neurallink and as
you know, and that is our friend Charlie Charles.

Speaker 2 (44:34):
Liber Charles liber What is the deal with him?

Speaker 3 (44:37):
I haven't checked as of late. The last time I
checked must have been I don't know, maybe eight months ago,
and I saw that he was doing studies with China.

Speaker 2 (44:45):
So yeah, I saw that too, and of course he
got the sympathy, uh you know, play with his quote
cancer he had supposedly disappeared, which disappeared exactly, So that's
really interesting. But I saw a piece with to Brian artists,
and he was showing how nicotine and water applied to
people who had like the vaccines that had the nanotech

(45:08):
in it, and they put them under a microscope so
you could actually see the little nanotech transistors or whatever
they are. When you applied nicotine and water to the vaccine,
it actually dissolved, like poof exploded the nanotech. So I
don't know what that means, particularly if it's completely legitimate.
But you know, Brian Ortis has been talking since we're
on the subject of vaccines, vaccines here a little bit,

(45:29):
or the COVID shots. He has been talking about nicotine, nicotine, nicotine.
Obviously you want to work with the doctor somebody who
knows if you're nicotine naive, that you don't know Jane
Ruby talks about this. You do not want to be
taking nicotine without at least somebody sort of ty treating
you into it, because I think it would make you sick.

Speaker 3 (45:45):
I don't take nicotine, true, true Lucy, and I sell
lucy gum. It's the cleanest version. And I do Do.

Speaker 2 (45:56):
You notice the difference? Do you notice the difference?

Speaker 3 (45:58):
Well, in the beginning, I noticed the different trends. Yeah,
as far as brain, it's a new tropic. But also
from the get go, I smoke weed and I use
organic tobacco, and from the get go, I was like,
is this gonna help? Is this going to cause more
damage to lungs if there's a virus, And my intuition

(46:19):
said no. And we know now that ironically the smokers
and I'm not into mainstream because of all the additives,
Like I had a friend that worked at American Spirits
that told me they put sugar. They also put sugar
and there's asbestos in the filters. But the actual nicotine
is a medicinal plant, just like everything it's been maligned.

Speaker 2 (46:41):
Right, Yeah, it wasn't the nicotine that was addictive. It
was the additives and the cigarettes that were and that
was another sy up. I was thinking about that this morning.
That was a giant sye up to go after the
tobacco industry to basically villainize nicotine.

Speaker 3 (46:54):
And they did that in svapes too. You know, you
remember in Port Collins there was a mysterious long issue.
They were using the vapes to experiment and spread crap
on near for Collins. And now people are there's g
propol glycol in vapes.

Speaker 2 (47:14):
Yeah, oh no, they're horrible. They were the perfect sort
of kettle the fish off the cigarettes. And you know,
I when I think about this, it's they've really been
planning for this moment for a long long time. COVID
was supposed to really usher in the great reset and
get us completely distracted with our health for you know,
fear porn and all that, and of course inject us

(47:34):
with this technology for transhumanism, sort of get a two
for out of the entire thing, well three for really depopulation,
the transition out of you know, out of being fully
human to transhuman and then of course a distraction while
they you know, crash the financial system and put us
on CBDCs. And you know, Trump interrupted that right by
getting elected number one, but number two, you know, sort of.

(47:56):
I think he pulled operation warp speed through a lot
more quickly. Why he still says it's the greatest thing
he ever did. I think the only thing I can
say is he moved a lot of machinery around a big,
huge economy to make it happen. The outcome has been horrific,
you know. I think the outcome with the shots is horrific.
I do not believe it saved more. I think more
people died from the shots than they did from.

Speaker 3 (48:15):
COVID, absolutely so, absolutely yeah.

Speaker 2 (48:20):
So that's kind of where I'm at right now. All right, Well, listen, Miriam,
I appreciate you very much. Thank you so much. Folks,
Please support a journalist like this. She's the real deal.
She's out there pounding the pavement. She's invested I don't
even know on told amounts of money on her own
to bring this movie and this book. I remember hearing
about it for a long time, and I'm pleased to

(48:41):
be able to at least provide my platform. I thank you,
you know, get the word app but more importantly, get
people educated. If you miss the sye up, it's all
in this book.

Speaker 3 (48:49):
Thank you, Thank you for having me and God bless
you and everyone else out there.

Speaker 2 (48:54):
Thank you so much. By all right, well, let's keep
it moving. My next guest is doctor Michael is, a
Utah physician thrust into the spotlight during the COVID years
and at the center of a very high profile federal
case over vaccination cards. This afternoon, we're going to cut
through all the nonsense and the headlines, and we're going
to get his first hand account what really happened, why

(49:14):
he took the stand he did, and what this means
for medical ethics, informed consent, and government overreach. We're going
to just hit a couple of our sponsors really quickly
because we've got to at least keep this podcast going.
And I always like to start off with a little
bit of bright bart because it gets me fired up.

Speaker 6 (49:30):
All the people that have gone out there against the
mainstream media and said, you're going to call us racist,
you're going to call us potential Timothy mcvay's fuck you.

Speaker 2 (49:58):
Hi, I'm in vander Steele. I talk to you a
little bit about your health. Part of my daily routine
is to get up in the morning and get a
little exercise on If I have time for a mile
or seven doesn't matter. I get out the door every
single day. It's important to get my body moving and
get that oxygen blowing through my brains. What is also
equally important is what I put in my body after
I exercise. I rely on Vandersteel Health dot com where

(50:21):
I have a delicious selection of superfoods and other supplements.
But first and foremost for me are my superfoods. I
have a delicious shake every single day. It is organic,
all made in the United States in America, non GMO,
never processed before, dehydrated superfoods, and when they reconstitute with water,

(50:41):
milk or whatever juice you like, it makes a delicious, healthy,
plant based protein supplement. And I say supplement because frankly,
I use this as a meal replacement. This is what's
helped me lose the last twenty pounds of COVID and
back down in my fighting college weight, fitting in my
college flows, and feeling better than ever. So good to
vanderstield Help dot com and get your delicious superfoods. Get

(51:05):
on the Transformation program with us. It's a thirty day
kickoff and it will get your day starting out great.
And watch the weight just fall off, watch the energy
increase the brain fog lift, and of course the ancillary
benefits and your hair, skin and nails, all these things.

Speaker 3 (51:20):
You are what you eat.

Speaker 2 (51:22):
Remember that.

Speaker 7 (51:22):
Go to vanderstil health dot com.

Speaker 5 (51:36):
We have the greatest military, the strongest military, stronger than
any nobody's even close. We have the best weapons in
the world, but we don't want to use them. If
you threaten America or our partners, however, then you'll be
faced with overwhelming strength and devastating for us. We have
things that you don't even know about, you don't hear about,
and if you did, you say, wow.

Speaker 2 (52:00):
Well, joining me now, somebody who has seen the other
side of wow, Doctor Kirk Moore, It is a pleasure
to have you joining me here this afternoon, because you've
actually come out the other side of a blender. Frankly,
the federal government, which is a giant ninja blender. When
they suck you in, they usually chop you up and
spit you back out. But you stood strong in the

(52:21):
face of what I consider to be doing civic duty.
You know, basically what God would want you to do,
saving lives, and you've got punished for it quite heavily.
But the punishment ended, and it ended in a way
that I don't think anybody saw coming, which I think
is really interesting. So welcome to Steel News. It's great
to see you. I want to talk about your dismissal
because that is the most exciting part of this, but

(52:44):
sort of enlighten my audience that doesn't know what did
the government accuse you of and what really was the
reality of what frankly happened during those dreadful time, dark
dumb period at times called COVID.

Speaker 4 (52:55):
Well, hi, and thanks for having me back. So yeah,
the government accused me of fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, counterfeiting,
and then in January of this year added another charge
of tampering with government evidence, which added the extra twenty
years originally as fifteen. And they just went after me hard.

(53:20):
And you know, I don't know if we talked about
this the last time, but the process is the punishment here.
They just you know, they can keep pushing, pushing, pushing,
try to just completely ruin you. The truth is not
what they're looking for. They're just looking to destroy people.
And you know they I just pushed back. I wasn't
gonna plead anything. I wasn't gonna tell them that I

(53:41):
did anything wrong, and in the end we got I
guess he got lucky. You know, Pam Bondi found out
about my case through all of the public outrage during
the course of the trial. The you know, the viral
videos that went out there with Ed Zahl and Matt Scu,
Shannon Joy. My son's video was all over the place,

(54:03):
one point seven million views. Brings tears to my eyes, goosebumps,
you know, having your seventeen year old son out there
talking about his dad and protecting his dad. It's supposed
to be the other way around, right, right, So yeah,
we got lucky. And I went from you know, facing
thirty five years in jail when I left court on
Friday afternoon, July eleventh, to being in Pam Bondi's office

(54:25):
and a handshake and a hug and thanking her and
you know, very emotional, very genuine, very down to earth
meeting with her, you know, five days later. It was
it was a pretty surreal experience.

Speaker 2 (54:37):
So you know, look, this is the best outcome. This
is you know, nobody could have predicted that was going
to be the situation, considering you know, it's sort of
like a lottery ticket that you reached at this point.
I mean, look at what happened to try and just
get the Jay Sixers part, and another one is back
in jail today, even under a Trump appointed judge claiming that,
you know, fruit from the poisonous trees not the reason
this gentleman is back in prison, which is absolutely because

(55:00):
the government had never been in his house, had it
not been for J six right, And you know the
criminal you know the criminality of all of that. So
coming back around to your case, you know, you were
injecting patients with not a real vaccine. It was sailing
or whatever. I think it was sailing, right, and you
were saving lives doing this. You're doing God's work, and

(55:20):
the government decided you were a criminal. And the evidence
today is overwhelming that these vaccines are bioweapons. I mean
there's not a day that goes by that more and
more evidence doesn't come out. Considering that Pam BONDI also,
you know, works for President Trump at the pleasure of
the president, and the president is still very much invested
in what warpspeed being a great thing? What was your
reaction to her reaction based on knowing the truth of

(55:44):
what you did and deciding that this needed to be
dismissed that this was an insane case they were bringing
against you.

Speaker 4 (55:50):
You know, I wish I knew kind of what was
going on in her head. She gives Marjorie Taylor Green
full credit for kind of, you know, bringing her this
case to her attention and writing letters and calling her
office and uh, you know, all of the ex posts
Thomas Massey, Mike you know, Mike Lee our senator here,
you know, and all of the you know, all the

(56:10):
kind of publicity that we got during that week. I
you know, I don't know that Pam BONDI would have
done this with at least some sign off from Donald
Trump or Susie Wiles or somebody in the office. But
I don't, I don't know. I can't speculate on that.

Speaker 2 (56:27):
Well, you've mentioned two people that President Trump has sort of,
you know, become under odds, with Marjorie Taylor Green and
Thomas Massey. I mean, Trump is out there actively campaigning
against the guy right now, essentially another pack to make
sure that Massey gets kicked out. It's really very unusual
what we see happening around the world. Some of the
things coming out of the Oval Office. I can't explain
because it seems antithetical to what Maga you know, voted for.

(56:51):
While a lot of it has been incredibly wonderful, when
it comes to these shots, it's just still we're all like,
why doesn't he get this yet? So I think it's
really a Pam BONDI stepped And is there anything besides
her getting information from Marjorie Taylor Green or Massy that
you think maybe another vector that caused her to change
her mind and just dismissed the case as quickly as

(57:12):
she did.

Speaker 4 (57:13):
You know, I know, I don't know of anything. You know,
there's speculation that she needed to kind of get some
rehabilitation in the face of the whole Epstein fiasco. I
you know again, I don't know. I mean, you know,
Susie Wiles is the ex chief counsel for Pfizer. Donald
Trump still thinks that this, you know, Operation Warp Speed

(57:34):
saves millions of lives, in spite of John Rich kind
of telling him face to face that you get booed
at your rallies when you talk about it because you know,
these m R and A products are not safe and
people know that they're not safe, and they're killing people
and killing family members. You know, RFK is pulling back

(57:54):
you know, the plug on some of this m R
and A technology. Jay Bodacharia saying that it is you know,
it's not time or or the m R and A
products have you know, I can't remember the phrase that
he used, but basically, the science isn't there to support
their use and so, you know, but the mixed messages

(58:16):
are there, why aren't they off the market? Then you know,
they take them off the market, or they take them
off the childhood vaccine schedule. Two uh, you know, they
take it off the childhood vaccine schedule, but for healthy kids.
But then when they just you know, give you a
description of what healthy kids are, it you know, leaves
out a huge portion of the population. So it still

(58:38):
gives you know, the doctors in there and and everybody
a chance to kind of still inject this in you know,
six month old babies and three injections by the time
they're nine months old. You know, women, pregnant women are
pregnant women are supposed to be considered healthy. But then
when you look at what's considered to be unhealthy state
is pregnancy. So you know, you within both categories. So

(59:01):
are they still getting it and they Obichi Yan still
recommending it. You know, I don't know, it's it's kind
of you know, Look, I say this all the time.
RFK could end this without mentioning COVID, without mentioning vaccines,
without mentioning anything. All he has to do is end
the state of emergency. If he ends the state of
emergency with a single line saying we are no longer

(59:24):
in a state of emergency, it ends today, just the
same wording that you know, Pam Bondi used in her
tweet about me. You know, the COVID vaccines will go
away overnight.

Speaker 2 (59:35):
Why do you think he's not ending the state of emergency?
Why is you know, the PREP Act Title fifty, Why
does that still you know exist? Because when we look
at what's happening with you know, the d OD and
these shots and the countermeasures as they're calling it, all
the language look and feels and I think substantiates it's
truly a bio weapon that was deployed against us. But

(59:56):
I don't think COVID was real. I think it was
really the flu that just to repackage, And I think
the real bio weapon was these shots, And it's evidenced
by you know, the outcome of the of the people
who've been injured. I will say, honestly, I have you know,
three family members, sorry, four family members that are very
impacted from these shots. They didn't listen to me despite
my begging and pleading. Just now some of them are

(01:00:19):
starting to come around to the alternative treatments that they
could be taking to battle their tribal cancers they have,
or their cardiovascular events or what have you. So it's,
you know, we're all victims at this point, because I'm
watching loved ones die essentially.

Speaker 4 (01:00:33):
You know. Look, I think Stephanie Spear, who is rfk's
you know chief of staff, has a lot of power.
I think Susie Wiles Donald Trump stee, you know, chief
of staff has a lot of power. She's the ex
chief counsel for visor. And so I just think there's
a lot of conflict and a lot of conflicted people
that are in there that are you know, that are

(01:00:56):
making these decisions. You know, I mean, Susie Wilds is
the second most popular person in the world right now,
and you know, and probably screening some of the information
that Donald Trump gets. But you know, at this point,
it's it's just it's beyond the pale. There's four thousand
articles that have been published. Forty thousand people have been
reported to airs IS having died directly as a result

(01:01:18):
of the MR and A products one point seven million
people with severe adverse events. And that's you know, and
by a study that was done by Harvard back I
don't know, twenty ten, twenty twelve said that that's only
one to ten percent of the actual number that's out there.
So forty thousand deaths were somewhere between four million and
four hundred thousand actual deaths in this country. Denny rancorps

(01:01:42):
ed dowd IF published that, you know, there's seventeen to
twenty five million people that have died as a direct
result of these COVID vaccines, just by statistical analysis. So
by no means are these things safe and effective. They
need to be taken off the market yesterday. And I'm
not can arrest until I continue to work towards you know,

(01:02:03):
medical freedom and getting people to have the choice to
have these or not and get these you know, get
these shots just taken off.

Speaker 2 (01:02:10):
You know, the government star witness essentially was on the
stand and said that the shots were safe and effective,
and you know you brought up Susie Wild's Pamboni. They
worked together at BALLAD and they represented you know, big pharma, right, Pfizer.
So understanding that, do you think there's any chance at
all that perhaps, you know, part of the rationale to
have this case dismissed so quickly was the fact that, wow,

(01:02:33):
my star witness just lied. Because you know, the data
is coming out. It's not just here in the US,
it is worldwide. There's countries like Spain that's been even
far ahead of US, and some of the research they've done,
it's coming out worldwide. It's they're not going to keep
a lid on this for much longer, despite the fact
that they're still manufacturing these RNA shots and they're moving forward. Yesterday,
RFK removed twenty two, but they've also added twelve to

(01:02:55):
the childhood vaccine schedule, which seems antithetical to what RFK can'paign.
As a matter of fact, there's a lot of conflicting information,
things that are said, things that are done, that are
crossing right now in the American public is confused, they're bewildered,
and they're getting my rate because when you don't have answers,
you start to get very angry. So when it comes to,

(01:03:16):
you know, realizing your star witness is now caught in
a lie, not to just similar to what happened with
DHSS memo and the anti Semitic statement that they made. So, oh, no,
we didn't say that, we're not you know, we're not
going to punish. Do you feel that maybe that might
have played a little bit of a role. She's like, oh, oh,
my witness may have not been fully factual there, and
we're going to have to just sort of end this.

Speaker 4 (01:03:37):
Well, look, there was a concern I think during the
case just about those kinds of statements, you know, coming
from you know, their their you know, their CDC witness,
Chris Dugger. You know, he claimed that you know, one,
we were the enemy and that they you know, they
had those conversations internally that you know, we have to
fight the enemy, which is the anti vaxxers that are

(01:03:59):
out there.

Speaker 2 (01:04:00):
You know, I said to say side.

Speaker 4 (01:04:02):
Absolutely that half the country is your enemy, you know, yeah,
and uh, you know, and then he also made claims
and the prosecution, their attorneys made claims that you know,
these products saved lives and the launching of this vaccine
and everything that they had looked at was a great
product and it had saved lives. Well, you know, they
got themselves into trouble over that and had to you know,

(01:04:25):
pull that back because they had already told us that
we couldn't talk about the vaccine. I couldn't bring in
people that were you know, the reasons why they were
coming to me and asked them. I couldn't bring in
expert witnesses talking about exactly those four thousand studies that
show all of the damage that the vaccine is doing.
And I couldn't bring in witnesses that had been vaccine injured.
I mean, briand Dressen would have come, you know, she

(01:04:46):
would have been in the courthouse in a in it,
you know, in a skinny second, to come in and
support me, and you know, along with dozens of others
that you know that are out there that are vaccine injured,
just that want to be heard. But they wouldn't allow
us to do that, and so they did. They kind
of pushed the envelope a little bit. They got into trouble.
There were some off the cuff comments that were made,
and the judge made them pull those back. So yeah,

(01:05:08):
so there is some you know, speculation that you know
there that we had the opportunity to either schedule a
mistrial or at least then rebt some of those comments
that they made. And one of the other things that
was really interesting they brought the head of BARTA out. Okay,
Gary Disbrow, who was the head of BARTA, who was
intimately involved in negotiating all these contracts between you know,

(01:05:32):
the government and uh you know and Pfizer, Maderna and
Jay and Jay. He may have even signed some of
the contracts. But when he came in and presented it,
they they did not give any of his exhibits, They
did not do anything. He just testified. And the reason
is is because they tried to present a redacted contract,

(01:05:53):
which we had objected to. When they unredacted it, the
prosecution decided that there was just two much information in
there that they didn't want out and asked for which
is a level above you know, BARTA, said no, we
can't let you present this at trial. So they had
to pull that back. So, you know, Gary Disbrow flies
all the way across the country and who knows how

(01:06:14):
much money to testify, but it wasn't even presented as
an expert witness. He was just testifying as to you
know the fact that he said, well, you know, we
paid at least a dollar for these vaccines, because they
had to try to exceed the thousand dollars threshold to
kind of prove that this was a felony. And the
only document that they put in the into evidence was
where they said that they paid a penny for it.

(01:06:36):
So the twenty two hundred and seventy vaccines were worth
twenty two dollars and seventy cents, right, somebody in there
to try to testify to get it above the thousands
so they could even claim that they had a you know,
fel any charge against me. Yeah, I think their case
was in large measure was falling apart. But you know,
it's so much better to not leave it to a

(01:06:56):
jury to kind of make that decision for you.

Speaker 2 (01:06:58):
Sure, sure, I mean, I can't imagine what it must
have felt like to be seeing public officials like in
you know, your home state, Utah's house speaker or call
you a hero while people in the DJ were trying
to portray you as a criminal, you know, and I
would say the majority of the country probably saw you
as a hero. I know the Medical Freedom movement did.
But you know we all sat back in harror seeing

(01:07:20):
what happened with the J sixers. I'm sure the thought
crossed your mind. Well, my god, if they are not
going to give the JA sixers due process or a
fair trial or anything, it's s Spentavie's corpus. What are
they going to do to me?

Speaker 4 (01:07:31):
Right?

Speaker 2 (01:07:31):
You know what was that like for you?

Speaker 4 (01:07:33):
Well? I mean look when they when they did Donald Trump,
I think within a couple of days of being sworn
in created the Weaponization Work Group. When when Pam Bondi
was sworn in, she established the kind of the actual committee,
and I thought that that was it. You know, here

(01:07:53):
I go, I'll submit my case to the Weaponization Work Group.
They'll look at it, They'll see, hey, this is just
absolutely iden law fair, and they're targeting people just because
of my views. You know, look, you mentioned this earlier
and it brings something up now kind of come full circle.
They they were claiming that I didn't do something that
they wanted me to do, and that was mainly vaccinating

(01:08:16):
people according to where they wanted me to write. And
so my claim is they never gave me a vaccine.
You know, the product that they gave me was never
a vaccine. And if I'd have gotten up on the stand,
that's what we would have testified to. It's we're trying
to hold me to this. It wasn't a contract, it
was an agreement because they didn't sign it. But you know,
they're saying, hey, we're going to give you this vaccine

(01:08:37):
and then you need to vaccinate according to this protocol
and how this is how you do it, and they
made us watch videos and you know, and all this
other stuff. I didn't watching. My staff did, but you know,
I mean, I know how to put a needle in
somebody's arm, so you know, anyway, but my argument would
have been, well, okay, if you're going to hold me
to this agreement that I have to vaccinate people according
to you know, your instructions, then you have to give

(01:08:59):
me the vaccine.

Speaker 2 (01:09:00):
That's right.

Speaker 4 (01:09:00):
Prove to me that this is a vaccine. Why did
you have to change the definition of a vaccine in
September of twenty twenty one, that's right. So you know,
there were there were a lot of holes. They tried
to portray me as a as this loser physician that
was hiding behind my employees and letting them do all
the dirty work, and that I was trying to slink
back and let them take you know, take the you know,

(01:09:23):
take the hit and you know, and everything else. Both
one of my employees took a diversion agreement, the other
one took a plea deal. And then the other lady
Chris Anderson, who was my co defend and you know,
she said, no, you know, Kirk, you and I did
nothing wrong and so we're going to stand strong. And
so she stood behind me. And you know, the interesting
thing is that of all of this, she and I
get you know, we get the case dismissed, the case

(01:09:44):
goes away, you know, no charges, no conviction, and you know,
and the only one that that has a conviction on
a record is the one that decided to kind of
testify against us. So it's kind of funny.

Speaker 2 (01:09:56):
It's it's funny in the end. It wasn't funny when you're.

Speaker 4 (01:09:59):
Going no, no, absolutely not.

Speaker 2 (01:10:01):
You know, I listen. I recall being put on the
domestic terroor list Quiet Sky's program after January sixth, and
traveling around the country as much as I was doing,
which was four to six, eight flights a week sometimes
and the TSA was up my butt with a microscope literally.

Speaker 4 (01:10:15):
Right quiet, sort of the thing on your boarding pass
I had.

Speaker 2 (01:10:19):
Yeah, it's a whole lot of fun, a lot of fun.
And I mean I remember one time in Seattle I
asked them about it. I held up my past my
boarding pass because you couldn't get anything electronically, I held
up my paper ticket and I was at the gate
after transferring from somewhere in Oregon through Seattle down to
Orange County. I was actually going to film Capital Punishment
with Chris Brogard. It was one of the documentaries that

(01:10:40):
came out of J six, oddly enough, and I was
just kind of I was always messing with the TSA
because I was sick of dealing with it. So I forgot,
I pushed back. So I sat there and they had,
you know, they usually eight to ten TSA guys just
for me, so they could pretend to quote stumble on
me and go, oh, we need to go through your
bags for the emptieth time and swab your hands for
bombs and whatever. But I asked him, I said, what
are these what are these little s's for? Kind of

(01:11:02):
looks like a Nazi symbol, you know, I want to
see what the response was. And this old guy that
worked for TSA almost launched over the table and he yells,
do you have a problem with the CDC? And I
was like what? And that was the first time I
was talking about SEC.

Speaker 3 (01:11:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:11:17):
I thought to myself, maybe this isn't about J six.
Maybe it's about the fact that I'm so outspoken against
COVID and I'm just one of the sacrificial lambs they're
gonna you know, I don't know. I don't honestly know,
but I'm going to find out because I'm going to.

Speaker 4 (01:11:31):
I don't have a real ID, I don't have a
real idea, and they do that to me every time
my driver's license doesn't expire for another four or five years.

Speaker 2 (01:11:39):
Good, don't get it. I mean I have a past.
That's the same thing.

Speaker 4 (01:11:42):
It's kind of like, you know, they got to swap
my hands as if I'm like some sort of you know.
I mean, I I used to I got on an
airplane six months ago without needing a real ID, and
now I need this real ID, and all of a sudden,
I'm some sort of a you know, a terrorist. Uh,
you know, or potential terrorist just because I don't you know,
I don't have your special you know, identification card. Right.
It's yeah, it's kind of nuts. And people that don't

(01:12:04):
realize it and don't stop and don't stand up and
don't push back or you know, are gonna kind of
just they're they're going to really have a root awakening.

Speaker 2 (01:12:13):
They're going to have a root awakening. So on the
on the good on the good side, your case edited
without a conviction. But what precedent do you think it
sets for other doctors facing federal overreach at this time?

Speaker 4 (01:12:24):
Well, I think you have to be careful. But I
also think that if you're doing the right thing, you
need to stand up for what it is that you
stand for. And I think that you need to realize
that only you look out for you stand on your principles.
Don't let them kind of coerce you. Look, they do
this on purpose. It's all about money. They're trying to
ruin you. They're trying to just completely bankrupt you to

(01:12:46):
the point where you just can't fight anymore. I've seen
it happen on any number of occasions with other people
that I know and friends of mine, where you know,
it's not about going after the truth. It's not about
finding out what's right. It's just about the win. And
they it's a notch in their belt and a step
up in the process of their political ambitions.

Speaker 2 (01:13:08):
Fair enough, I'm sharing right now your gifts and go
if I can get it up here, what happened to it?
And see, yeah, there we go. For some reason, it
doesn't want to put it up here. Yes, there we go.
There it is. I want to make sure people know that,
you know, this was not an inexpensive chapter in your life,

(01:13:29):
not for any of the you know Jay six, or
is anybody that's been chased down and persecuted by a
corrupt regime known as this you know, federal sewer corporation,
because that's what they are. The federal government is a sewer.
Is nothing more than a sewer corporation. It's just sick
what they're doing to people. But this chapter of your
life is almost fully over. What's next for you? And
how can people stand with you besides trying to help

(01:13:51):
bail you out because it did cost a lot of
money to go through this.

Speaker 4 (01:13:54):
Well, you know, we're halfway to kind of making me
even from the standpoint of just what I spent my
legal expenses. You know, I lost two thirds of my
business volume just from the stress of all this, you know,
going on three years now. So it's been a you know,
it's been a rude awakening. So any contributions that people
can have for us will really help us out. But

(01:14:15):
you know, my plan is, I've really I've I've rebranded
my practice to Freedom Surgical. Uh, Freedom Surgical and Aesthetics.
That's our new website, and uh, there it is. So
we're that the goal is is to just kind of
keep pushing this narrative and try to do whatever we

(01:14:35):
can to kind of change the direction of where we are,
at least from the medical perspective, and put back you know,
our First Amendment rights and our rights to choose and
our rights to kind of make a decision about what
goes in our bodies and you know, and not let
the government kind of override any of that anymore.

Speaker 2 (01:14:53):
Excellent. I think it's all good sound advice, and you know,
people need to just you know, get right with God
and just get right on their feet starts standing up
and pushing back. And you know, again, I don't believe
you had some high powered Fullutin attorney team. You were
just literally looking at the facts as they are and
exposing the truth. And that's what citizen journalists have been doing.

(01:15:14):
They've been, you know, exposing truth left and right. And
as I said to some folks recently, I don't know
why organizations. There's a lot of nonprofits that are running
on the good side that have a lot of evidence
for election fraud or Russia collusion or what have you.
I mean, the citizen journalists are hands down the best
investigators out there, and we have all the information to

(01:15:34):
provide an apparatus such as the DOJ to go after
the bad guys. And they don't mean because clearly the
rot underneath Bondye and Ed Martin's office and others is
so deep. Those people aren't going to help them order
paper clips and get a po for that. So how
are they going to lean on them to do any
sort of real investigating to kind of bring just you know,
the criminals to the table and you know, provide justice

(01:15:55):
to all of us and accountability. I think this is
civic duty one on one. This is where the people
have to say, you know, we're going to force ourselves
into the situation and they're going to, you know, take
our information, they're going to start to act on it.
But the only way that happens is if we become
incredibly loud and we stand in the light of truth,
just as you have done, and you've managed to harness
the hearts and minds of this country. And it was

(01:16:16):
so loud that pretty significant people took notice and brought
it to Bondi's attention. And you're right, she needed to
win at that time because the Epstein stuff, hate to say,
it's not going anywhere. They're still going to have to
deal with that, right, They're still going to have to
deal with that.

Speaker 4 (01:16:29):
And doctor people get into there and get into d C,
and I don't know what happens to him, you know,
I it's a struggle for me. I can't see RFK
kind of giving up on the last twenty five thirty
years of his life in terms of what he's been
doing for you know, the vaccine injured and the vaccine
technology and the science behind it and everything else. I
know he's probably trying to do the best that he can.

(01:16:52):
You asked the question earlier, why isn't he doing it?
I just you know, I you know, I think he
probably is still in a position where he believed he
can make a more of a difference by being where
he's at and slowly peeling away and pulling, you know,
pulling the layers of the onion off one by one
as opposed to just going in there and throwing the
onion in the garbage. So, you know, I haven't lost

(01:17:15):
faith in him. I really truly believe that he's trying
to do the best that he can.

Speaker 2 (01:17:20):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (01:17:20):
Jay Boticharia, I believe is another guy who's also doing that.
Marty McCurry I still wonder about. But I think it's
an uphill battle. I think once you get entrenched into
the you know, the bureaucracy in that deep state that's
just kind of running our government and running our world
right now, it's just completely overwhelming. You know. You saw

(01:17:40):
Dan Bongino saying that, you know, the stuff that he
found out is you know, just kind of life altering
to him. And I'm sure it is. You know, there's
so much corruption, there's so much deceit and you know deception.
We've been lied to for decades centuries. Yeah, and you know,

(01:18:00):
to try to un you know, kind of unwind all
that's going to. You know, I just hope we keep
the people in place to kind of keep doing that.

Speaker 2 (01:18:08):
I almost wonder if that isn't a battle call for
people to say, you know what, I'm just not going
to comply with anything for the federal government anymore. Just
I'm going to work at my local level. We're going
to immunize ourselves. We started doing that here in Florida.
Callier County led the battle with you know, you know,
they stood up a bill of right Sanctuary County Ordinance,
not just a resolution, but an ordinance that's basically told
the federal government to pound sand the who the w

(01:18:30):
e f all of it?

Speaker 5 (01:18:31):
Do you win?

Speaker 2 (01:18:32):
Goodbye? You're not. You don't get to make any rules
that meddle in what we do here in Callier County.
And I think that was beautiful. And that's really all
politics are local, which is why General Flynn has pounded
that into all of our brains. Local action has a
national impact. If we all operate at that local level,
we would stitch together a beautiful blanket of freedom that'd
be impenetrable by you know, corruption at the federal level.

Speaker 4 (01:18:52):
Right right. Mayor's races, city council races, you know county
council races, you know school board races is uh you
know uh Utah you know the medical County Utah medical Associate,
not medical association, but the you know that the I
can't remember the term, but you know that the people

(01:19:12):
that make decisions about whether we need to wear masks
or not, and then you know and all that. So
addressing that and getting the right people on those you know,
in those positions is kind of where we need to,
you know, make a difference.

Speaker 2 (01:19:23):
Completely agree, completely agree. Well, doctor Kirk Moore, you are
a hero to millions and millions of people, not only
here but around the world. God bless you. I'm so
happy that it all worked out in the end. What
a hell of a journey to go on. But as
they say, no pain, no gain, no pain, so something
along those lines. You had to go through it. But
you drug the hearts and minds of America with you,

(01:19:46):
which is just a beautiful thing because it was a
great education and people need to know how the sausage
is made. They need to understand it. Were ever going
to fix this exactly rotten uh, you know, this rotten
meal or whatever whatever you want to call it. That
we're in the middle of right now. We got I
know how the sausage is made. So thank you so much.

Speaker 4 (01:20:02):
Appreciate you for having me on. Okay, I appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (01:20:04):
You got it. Bye, all right, folks, thanks so much
for sticking with me. Was a little longer than we
expected today, but I think it was worthwhile. Information that
man is a hero Miriam Hyman hannaan excuse me as
a hero heroin if you will, for bringing the truth
out on the psychological operation that we have been enduring.
George Floyd is just one of many psychological operations in

(01:20:25):
this country, and it's ongoing. It is ongoing. Benjamin Krump,
the attorney for Trayvon Martin, pumping out bad social media,
trying to you know, just sort of spawn up more
race wars and race riots and trying to get people all,
you know, hating each other. God made us all different
colors and put us on different parts of the planet
for a reason, and we're in his image. He didn't

(01:20:47):
make us to be homogenized and look like a bunch
of NPCs and force you know, weaponized human migration all
over the world just so we could have us look
and talk and sound like everybody else. Diversity is is
culture and culture is divine. So to that point, I
think we got to continue to fight for that, and
I hope you guys have a great weekend, enjoy yourselves.

(01:21:10):
I'm going to be doing some more investigating back in
North Carolina, most likely next weekend. I'll be up there
because as I've been telling you, I've been talking to
sources on the ground, and the federal government continues their overreach,
and the state of North Carolina has got some funky,
funky zoning laws or lack thereof that are allowing this
corruption and land grab to take place in natural resource

(01:21:33):
theft out from underneath North Carolinians that frankly should be compensated,
not too dissimilarly to the Alaskans who are making money
off the oil that's getting pumped out of that ground.
So more to come on that. We've also got our
documentary coming out. I'm just going to pull that up
because i want you all to see that American Maid
Foundation is pumping out a documentary. Here hanging on one

(01:21:54):

going to be filing a federal lawsuit shortly thereafter the documentary.

(01:22:15):
We've got a VIP experience prior to the documentary at
the theater that you can get tickets for that. You
can join us in the theater, very limited selection. We
rented the theater, so it's not going to pack in thousands,
but less than one hundred can join us in the theater,
and you can also get a ticket online to watch

(01:22:36):
us on our website at American Maadfoundation dot com. Will
be premiering it on the seventh, and I hope everybody
takes it seriously because our goal with this movie is
to not only educate you onto the disgusting behind the
sausage making scene, that Child Protective Services not only at
the federal level, which funds US through the Social Security
Administration Title for E funding, but also down to all

(01:22:58):
fifty states various agency capacities as in Massachusetts Department of
Children and Families. And when you hear about this case,
you'll understand just how sick and twisted. This whole entire
apparatus is it's nothing, But it's not about helping families.
It's more about preying upon families and keeping them separated
to profit off the misery. So I hope you guys
