Speaker 1 (00:16):
Dita ditt.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Of course, I lost my camera. Hey everybody, this is
Anne Vanderschiel with Steel News, and we are having serious
issues over here with tech. I'm going to work on it.
In the meantime, I'm going to give you guys a
quick introduction. I apologize my camera had just went out
and we got struck by lightning a few weeks ago,
and it has been gremlins ever since. I'm probably gonna
have to get somebody in here, but welcome to this
(03:06):
afternoon show. I'll get the camera sorted out here as
soon as we bring our guest on. We're talking the
Lahina Fire two years later and the land grab that
just won't quit. In fact, while I'm doing this, I'm
going to pull this up because I think it's kind
of important that we at least show you that the
people of Lahina have a real spirit. Because on August eighth,
(03:28):
twenty twenty three, fierce wind driven wildfires in Gulf Lahina, Maui,
destroying over twenty two hundred buildings and claiming at least
one hundred and two lives that they will officially report
officially attributed to a drought, invasive grasses, and a downed
power line. Many questions still remain. Why did some objects,
(03:48):
particularly blue ones, appear untouched. I know you all have
seen a lot of those videos. Why were residents in
media barred from burned zones for weeks? And why did
the death toll drop after rising? Was there a broader
agenda behind this tragedy, one pushing smart cities and climate fear?
While today we're joined by Michelle Melendez. Michelle has been
(04:08):
a freedom fighter since twenty twenty, when she spoke out
against COVID. She's a fitness and wellness expert since nineteen
ninety six and is the award winning author of the
best selling book End Dieting Hell. Her latest book, Great
Maui Landgrab, What Caused the Mali Fire and Is Your
Home Next? Was a finalist in the American Book Fest
under True Crime, as well as founder of Stand Together Hawaii.
(04:32):
She also spoke out just before the fires rocked Maui. Together.
We're going to explore her findings and what forces might
have wanted this to happen. So let me bring up
on the stage here, Michelle, because she's a lot better
to look at than just empty pictures While I work
on my camera. Michelle It is great to have you.
Thank you so much. I'm going to let you introduce
yourself while I sort out what's going on here with
my camera.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
Well, I'm hollow so much, Ann for keeping this story alive.
This is the second year of this absolute true crime,
an attack on Maui. This was an attack on Americans,
just like La. You know, my book is in its
fourth edition, fourth edition because it does have twenty one
LA fire oddities. It has this what happened in North Carolina.
(05:13):
It has weather modification. I'm sorry, weather warfare. It's actually
absolutely weather warfare. People. We the very first weather modification
app patent was in eighteen ninety one. Eighteen ninety one,
over one hundred years ago, the first weather modification patent
to seed clouds to make it rain was issued. It
(05:35):
was used in Vietnam. And if the powers that be
wanted these fires out, they could have them out, but
they don't. So thank you, Ann.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
Yeah, you know, it's it's really interesting. We're watching sort
of natural disasters unfold around the world. This isn't just
limited here in the United States, it's everywhere. And this
process that we've been under since really President Trump took
office in the first charm, And I know it started
a long time ago because people there were a hand
full of people that were awake a long time ago,
a long time ago. But the masses are starting to
(06:04):
finally get it and they're starting to understand this, this agenda,
where as evidenced on the formally erect Georgia guidestones where
they chiseled in twelve languages that you know, and to
live in harmony with nature, you only need five hundred
million men and women on the planet. Well we're approaching
eight billions. So if we far surpassed whoever put up
that effigy, whatever it was, is now gone. Some kind
(06:27):
of lightning bolt hit it. On June thirtieth, twenty twenty two,
basically the data doctor Zelenko passed away, which I thought
was interesting, also happened to be the day of the
Supreme Court said the federal government will no longer you know,
overturned roev weight, so we'd get out of the baby
killing business essentially and put that down to the states
to be the arbiters of whether they wanted to be
(06:48):
on the side of good or evil. So we're kind
of getting all of these what we used to think
were isolated incidents of tragedy and natural disaster, and we're
starting to see this pattern. And thanks to the Internet
and our Gore, of course, who we want to give
credit to because he claims that he invented it, we're
now finding out the truth about a lot of things,
and we're putting the pieces together, and it's because of
people like you that we're getting the real truth on
(07:10):
the ground. So I want to start with a really
obvious question, because first of all, that's a tragedy unlike
any others. If you've never lost a house in a
house fire, people don't understand how bad it is. But
the one question that people always come up with that
are awake now is well, what happened to the blue things? Anything?
Blue blue plastic, blue cars, blue houses, blue roofs. It
didn't burn. What's the theory behind that? Because it got
(07:32):
a lot of traction online.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
I'd love to show that if I can get if
you want, I can get a screen share. But the
reason is is because there's a patent that has a
laser generated plasma beam waveguide that uses a microwave frequency,
and this patent uses a sapphire crystal. It uses a
sapphire crystal. You can even go to Stand Together Hawaii
(07:56):
dot com click on mauifires and you'll actually scroll down
and I'll show you the patent. This sapphire is the
color blue, so it's whatever was blue didn't burn because
of the wavelength and frequency of the color blue. It
matched the microwave the beam, so it reflected it. It
(08:19):
didn't absorb the energy, and that's why it didn't burn.
So scroll down a little bit more and you'll direct
energy weapons. Keep going and you'll see the patent's going
to be on the right hand side. It's right there
on the right and microwave transmission using a laser projected
plasma being waveguide. This patent, it's a patent, you guys.
(08:41):
You can look it up back in was it nineteen
seventy six? Was the Direct Energy Weapons Acquisition Act? Sorry,
that was the Weather Modification Act. The Direct Energy Weapons
Acquisition Act was in twenty sixteen, and that is on
this page as well. And this is where the Defense
that Congress took over the contract with the Defense Department
(09:06):
who was trying to basically bring direct energy weapons to acquisition.
They spent the Defense Department spent over six billion dollars
since the nineteen sixties on direct energy weapons programs. But
they were worried they couldn't bring it to fruition, So
Congress took it over, and your tax dollars helped to
fund and complete the direct energy weapons program. And so
(09:30):
these you know, this is non conspiracy. People can look
up the acts through Congress. The patents. There's thousands of
patents for direct energy weapons, you guys, and many of
them are for individuals, but this one in particular is
for something bigger, which is fires.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
You know, just because something's patented, Michelle, doesn't mean it
was necessarily built. Can you link patent to actually items
to direct the energy weapons? I know that the military
touts them and so forth, but I guess you know,
there was all kinds of videos out there that showed
that it was the Chinese, potentially. Greg Grease, who I adore,
put out a really powerful video showing the Chinese satellites
(10:13):
were right over the areas where the fires were started
at at the exact time, and that people said they saw,
you know, beams out of the sky in the dark
of the sky, in the early morning sky. I mean,
do you have evidence of that that you can speak to.
Speaker 3 (10:27):
Well, we just have evidence on the ground of what's
on the ground when there were when houses turned to
white ash, and white ash is basically it means it
was really really hot, a regular fire turned something black
black soot, not white ash, and the trees were still standing.
All the trees are still up with their dried leaves.
(10:49):
The leaves did not burn off of the trees, they
dried up. The branches were still there. In a fire,
you're going to see a black stick where the tree was,
some type of black, charred blackstick. But these trees were
fully intact with with dried leaves on them. And parking
lots or the cars with melted out glass. The engine
(11:12):
blocks are dissolved also to white ash, but yet the
trees all around them are still standing up. Palm fronds
are still there. That's impossible in a regular fire. Plus, uh,
if you scroll up, you're gonna see well, actually, uh,
let's see here there's the bodies. So in my book,
(11:33):
just a warning there there's two human bodies and it
is absolutely impossible. Actually, go to Great Maui landgrab book
dot com and you can see the pictures I'm talking
about right now, Great malley Land grab book. And so
there's two human bodies. One is not on that on
that page because it's it's very disturbing. But scroll down
(11:55):
and you'll see the person that's black, charred with braids.
You see the braids in their hair. That's impossible. How
do you see somebody's braids in a fire when you
have a When some person burns in a fire, they've
burned from the outside in and what's left is a
skeleton or ash, not the actual shape of their hair.
(12:18):
And then you also see a dog. The dog is charred.
There's the dog, and the dog is charred with its ears,
its pappads. You see the outline of its fur. This
is impossible. The other thing about that's interesting about this
dog is animals will hide under something. They're not going
to be in the middle of the road. And look
at his paws. He's running. He was running, so he
(12:41):
was running in the middle. This was found in the
middle of the road. A dog, an animal again, will
cover themselves. They'll be under something middle of the road,
his ears, his nose, his pawpads, his fur. You'ren't going
to see that, my friend. And then the blue ticket,
this is Eric West of Hawaii real Estate. I think
it's dog commer dot Org. He's on YouTube. He's the one.
(13:02):
Thank God for that man because he's the one that
took all the pictures that the front cover of the book.
He found this ticket. He's in the fire zone the
day after the fire and he finds a blue strip,
a blue strip. He goes over to the ticket, he
pulls it out. White ash is falling off of this
(13:23):
paper ticket and the only thing that is barely singed
is where the brown is, where the whale. This is
a ticket for a submarine ride and that's the only
thing that's that's singed. So that's impossible. He can't. You're
not going to find a piece of paper not burned
in a white ash like this. It's just it's not
This is not a normal fire.
Speaker 2 (13:42):
Yeah, there was nothing normal about this fire. The La fires,
you know, the fires that are still burning in Canada,
and you know there's something is something is really wrong here.
There's companies that have you know, military contracts that get
paid fifty or get paid billions and billions of dot
by the United States government, that work and are based
(14:02):
out of Canada, and yet how is that they're not
putting out these fires. That very same company also had
the contract in Palisades, California. When it burned down in
mo Was it twenty twenty, I think it was when
it burned down, and all their planes that were contracted
in that area to know for for fires and prevention
happened to be on the training mission that day and
(14:24):
we're unavailable.
Speaker 3 (14:26):
Well, that's interesting because every single person may Emergency Management
center was off island. The Hawaii state Representative. This is
the best warning system in the world. They tested every
single month on Sunday. The emergency Maui emergency manager, the
main guy, he was on Oahu at a at a conference.
(14:46):
I think it was a FEMA conference. He also had
zero management experience when he got hired on The Maui
fire chief was off island. The Hawaii State Representative of Lehina,
Ellie Cochran. She actually was born in Lohina, grew up
in Loina. She had her house there. She's the one
that had to call. She called the fire chief, the
(15:09):
Mali fire chief, and said should we evacuate? And the
Mali fire chief, again who's off island, said why, and
she goes there's a fire. He was never even called.
He goes, let me call you back. He calls her
back in a few minutes and says, yes, evacuate. The
town is burning down. And the fire chief of Maui's
not even contacted. So it's so many things. Just so
(15:31):
if everything that could have gone messed up went wrong,
it did here absolutely.
Speaker 2 (15:37):
Where were you when the fire started?
Speaker 3 (15:39):
Oh, I live on the Big Island. I live on
the Big Island on Maui, and I was contacted by
my client. My client actually contacted me because I have
clients off on the mainland, and she said, are you okay?
There's a fire? And I was like, what fire? And
I checked it out. The Maui Mayor went on live
television at six pm saying there's nothing wrong. All the
(15:59):
roads are open. This is when the Lina's burning down.
People are literally going into the ocean, and he's on
live television saying that nothing's wrong. So I mean so
many things, and there's so many things. The Maui Emergency
Management Office had a list of sign sign in sheets.
You have to sign in when you go, you have
(16:20):
to sign out. Names were redacted off of that sheet,
which has never happened, So why there's the report from
the Maui Fire Department. They spent ten minutes. They spent
ten minutes on just congratulating themselves on the fire and
how great they did, or they report on, and then
(16:43):
that all of them redacted their names off of the
fire report, so nobody knew who the people investigating the
fire were.
Speaker 2 (16:51):
Like saying, is so much Insanta. This is typical of government.
What we're seeing happening from the federal level down to
the municipal level. And the amount of reporting that came
out from brave citizen journalists who would dare to go
out and post this stuff is extraordinary. I'm shocked at
how little there really is when it comes to available footage,
It's as if they've taken a lot of it down.
(17:12):
I just learned that my footage from j six and
the shows I did on January sixth, twenty twenty one,
there's six shows missing from Rumble. There's a whole week missing,
and they took it down without my permission. I never
gave anybody permission to remove the entire showdown. I've a
whole week of DC work gone. I just learned it
last night. I've got to reach out to rumble and
find out what's going on there. But your book, The
(17:33):
Great Maui Land Grab, came right out before the fires.
I mean it's as if you were had a message
from God. It came right out before the fires. What
were the key motivations or globalist dynamics that you saw
unfolding behind the scenes in Hawaii at that time that
prompted you to write a book that would be so precient.
Speaker 3 (17:53):
It was actually after the fire. It came out June
of twenty twenty four.
Speaker 2 (17:57):
And I'm sorry, right right after the fires. What if
I say it before?
Speaker 3 (18:02):
Okay, yeah, so I kept I was interviewing. What happened
was I spoke out against COVID and I paused on
researching the fire because so many a lot of people
were like, I'm killing people's grandmother, And I'm like, you
guys have been a health and fitness expert for thirty years.
This is not this is not normal. So anyway, I
started interviewing experts. When after the governor of Hawaii went
(18:24):
to the United Nations and spoke at the United Nations
and told everybody it was because of climate change. First,
why does a governor go to the United Nations Why
is a governor speaking to the world leaders. There's no
reason for him to go and speak. The second is
climate change has been debunked. If you go to World
Climate Declaration dot just put in World Climate Declaration near URL,
(18:46):
you're going to find almost two thousand credentialed scientists from
around the world that have signed a world declaration saying
there's no climate emergency. And I could keep going on
about that, but I won't, so I started interviewing ex
I interviewed a thirty three year fire cap firefighter and
retired fire captain, a forty eight year arborist who has
(19:07):
gone to over Who's Robert Bram who has gone to
over four over one hundred different sites looking at the
trees and going, why aren't these trees burning? And I
asked him, I said why? I said, a tree doesn't
burn in a fire. I said, how does a tree
not burn in a fire? And he said, because the
(19:28):
chemistry of the fire doesn't recognize the organic material. The
chemistry of the fire doesn't recognize organic material. How is
that possible because it's not natural? And you said it,
nothing about this fire was normal. That's exactly what the
fire chief said. He said, I asked him, I said,
(19:48):
is it normal to put up a five mile dust
screen twelve feet high around the entire perimeter of Lahina
That costs two point three million dollars and was approved
ten days after the fire. He said, Michelle, nothing normal,
Nothing was normal about this fire.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
So you know when I compare this and I juxtaposed
to what I saw with my own eyes in North
Carolina right after Hurricane Helene. I was there for ten weeks.
We filmed the documentary Ground Zero North Carolina. It was startling.
I broke the FEMA story out there about FEMA popping
up these camps, saying that they were there to help people.
Yet nobody the only time they saw people from FEMA
(20:29):
in their neighborhood was they were skipping Trump signs. It was,
and that was very few and far between. And they
did such a terrible job facilitating anything, and they were
really there for something else. And I think we're going
to learn that something else is the land grab, and
it's over the energy and the energy coming out of
North Carolina in the terms of courts silica and lithium
and other deposits. There's gold and copper and more in
(20:50):
the in Dimdar Hills, as they say, but also in
Dimdar Hills are some really serious patriots, the people, kind
of the people that lived up there and have lived
on the land for generations, and they're not about the
land grab. They're not about FEMA arbitrarily coming into the
state of North Carolina and overriding the people's property rights
and having their property rights. Well, your house was at
(21:11):
this elevation, but now FEMA has declared that this is
the new elevation that takes you out of the flood zone.
They're not moving. And in addition to the fact that
we are now uncovering that there's all sorts of illegal
mining operations going on and they're going to have to
start widening the roads to get these trucks in there,
which means the easements are now ending up in people's
front yards, up to their doorstep. And I tell people,
(21:32):
don't sell your houses, stay there, stand firm, stand your ground,
and fight back. And today you know, Lehina and Maui
are fighting back against difficulties and getting permitting. The house
built rebuilding process has been slow, and the accountability for
who's in fault and who should have been more responsive.
Nobody has been held to account as far as I know.
Speaker 3 (21:54):
You are absolutely correct, You're absolute one hundred percent. And
the one person that I feel is really standing for
the people who's Cochrand. She again was born in Lahina,
grew up in Loahina, survived the Lahaina fire, still lives
there for the people. She's actually asked, you know, there's
been three billion dollars given to Maui, given to the
State of Hawaii to rebuild Leahina. She's asking for the
(22:15):
invoices and the receipts. She's being totally ghosted by the government.
She actually had contractors contact her because they weren't getting paid.
So she's like, how are they How are you not
getting paid? There's millions and billions of dollars here in
the state for you. Where is that money going? So
(22:36):
and the other thing that I want to share, Anne,
is the the count of the bodies, the body count.
The reason it went down. They were having recruits pick
up human remains, putting human remains. This is in their
own reporting, in the own Maui police report of what
happened after Lahina is they were actually allowing recruits, people
(22:58):
with zero experiencing picking up human remains to pick up
human remains. They're putting human remains in the same bag.
They weren't doing a GPS of where the person was
contacted or found. They it was absolutely they actually were
taken to the Hawaii Police Commissioner, the Maui Police chief,
(23:20):
who was the same guy who was the the in
charge of the Mandalay Bay shooting in Las Vegas. That
left the questions same guy, he actually was taken to
the police commissioner because of the uh mishandling of human remains.
Why did they allow recruits who had zero experience to
(23:40):
pick up these human remains. Some people aren't sure if
they have the same person. Some people aren't sure if
they have. You know, it's it's just it's absolutely just
adding assault to the injury.
Speaker 2 (23:49):
Here, what's the overall tenor of the people in Leahina
And then compare that to the people of Hawaii as
a whole. Two years after the Mali fires, after your
pick up the pieces and trying to rebuild.
Speaker 3 (24:02):
From what I know and from my friends that tell
me that live there, there's a lot of trauma, which
of course there's going to be. There's still a lot
of trauma, a lot of sorrow. The thing is is
that a lot of people who I think know what
really happened are not speaking out, and I don't know why.
I'm like, why, you know, I actually wrote created an
(24:22):
affidavit that's at the end of the book that has
it's an affidative affidavit of truth, seventeen pages long that
show the government, the government, this should be investigated. And
so many people actually have sent that in. But a
lot of people off of the island have been in support.
Ellie Cochrane is one of again the first, the only
legislative person I've ever spoken to that questions things that
(24:46):
speaks her mind. Super grateful for that woman, But a
lot of people who know what happened and question what
happened are not speaking out. I have a friend who
lives there who knows two boat captains, two boat captains
that recovered people out of the water. One boat captain said,
and this is again secondhand information because this person's not
(25:07):
coming forward, but one boat captain said he picked up
one hundred and eighty bodies out of the water. Another
boat captain said he picked up two hundred bodies out
of the water, and they're not coming forward. And then
the last thing I'm going to say about about the
people in the water. Two things. Actually, a friend of
mine who works for national security actually told me that
(25:28):
she had a friend who had to sign a non disclosure,
who signs a non disclosure to be to go in
and to help recover victims, Like why do you have
to sign a non disclosure? But this person had to
sign a non disclosure. He picked up bodies, he said,
he picked up bodies out of the water that were
in a frozen swimming position. That's impossible, okay, And he
(25:53):
can't come forward. He signed his non disclosure, which I
would still be coming forward around that. There's another person,
a friend of mine, my uncle friend who lives on Molakai,
which is another island, told me personally that he knows
people on l Nai and that's an island in front
of Maui, in front of Lehina, that bodies were washing
up on Lanai and they're not coming forward. And I
(26:16):
actually asked the uncle if he would come on video
and share the story, and he wouldn't do it. He
told me in person, but he would not speak about
it on camera. So I really wish that people would
come forward because this was an attack. And also the
Great Maui landgreb is not just about Maui, LA in
North Carolina and the weather modification. It's who owns America?
(26:40):
The truth about carbon smart cities and climate change and
what Americans are doing. And because I've been studying, and
I know you have been studying what's the government is
really about for a very very long time. And the
Normanists who don't believe in this stuff, at least they'll
be open to learning about Lehina, at least they'll be
open to earn it about La. And then it goes
(27:02):
into why who right this country? And what's really going
on here?
Speaker 2 (27:07):
So you align with Stand Together Hawaii and a broader
movement you call a Loha Freedom. What you're really already uncovering,
and we just just talked about it is about the
corporate and government overreach like smart cities, for instance, smart
city initiatives, land use plans. Tell us what you learned
before the fire hit and after the fire has you know,
(27:28):
swept through how you see the government and certain people
maybe Oprah Winfrey comes to mind, and others that are
organizing and taking action, But is it really in the
best interest of the people because a lot of money
was fundraises. It was fundraised, but I'm not sure all
of it went the people who really needed because I
know that FEMA, you know, completed some housing uh not
(27:50):
too long ago, and people were just able to move in,
but it took a long time. So you've read the
meal for us here.
Speaker 3 (27:56):
Yeah. Absolutely, so. I was totally asleep for a long time.
Ex boyfriend woke me up with this movie called Zeigeist.
You guys, I highly recommended go to Zeigeist. Understood that
this country has been taken over by basically elite bankers.
They have a central bank and they want everything under
(28:16):
that bank. It's been going on since the Civil War.
Like Lincoln, he actually was trying to get us out
of the central banking system by bringing in greenbacks, and
he actually got assassinated. Kennedy was also trying to stop
the I R S. I R S is not part
of the government, you guys. It's actually privately owned. That's
why the main office is in Puerto Rico, not in
(28:38):
the US. So he actually then then Jiff John F.
Kennedy got assassinated. So these bankers basically run America. They've
corporatized all of the states, all the states or corporations,
and absolutely that is something people if you are confused
about what's going on, that's something you can see. You
can also find it on YouTube, the three very dry
(29:01):
documentary on really what is America? It's America's no longer,
It's the United States Corporation. And so what's happening now? Oh,
this is the governor of Hawaii. They are there. I
can't even speak about it because it's so disgusting. He
has signed seven emergency proclamations over ninety times. Seventy emergency
(29:26):
proclamations over ninety times. The Governor of Hawaii suspended through
an emergency proclamation. He suspended twenty two laws prior to
the fire. He suspended twenty two laws prior to the fire,
the first being the historical preservation law. You could not
rebuild in Lahina. You couldn't rebuild in Lihino, you guys,
because Alhina was a historical site. And now you can
(29:50):
rebuild because it's absolutely destroyed. So many people were were there,
A lot of people were approached for years to sell
their in Lahina. In fact, a doctor friend of mine
here on Big Island actually said he was going to
get an office in Lihina in the nineties and he
is the person who's going to rent from was crying
(30:10):
and he's like, why are you crying? She said, they
keep trying to buy my property and I don't want
to sell. So that's what's going on now. The emergency
proclamations that our governor keeps signing. Every sixty days, he
signs these proclamations and there I mean, this one emergency
proclamations was about school buses, school buses, and basically it
(30:34):
takes out procurement standards and policies. It basically takes out
a competitive bidding law, the competitive bidding law, so only
certain contracts that he actually says he gave a complete
contract to rebuild an entire hotel to one company and
(30:55):
there were zero competitive bids because he suspended that law.
So a lot of sympaths going on.
Speaker 2 (31:01):
He probably trades with the same stockbroker as Nancy Pelosi.
I'm sure, I'm sure there's no coincidence there. You know,
there's some people that actually track her portfolio, and I
think they're doing really well as a matter of fact.
But anyway, after the fires, Michelle, can you maybe give
us a little color as to why residents and the
media were kept out of the burn zones and for
(31:24):
nearly I think it was like three months. What is
your perspective on that blackout in terms of media and
people that live there, What actually do you think might
be swept onto the debris pile if you.
Speaker 3 (31:34):
Will, well, the media was not allowed in total violation
of the first of the cont freedom of speech, freedom
of the press. For a month they were not allowed in.
There was no fly zone over Lahina. The residents weren't
allowed in for ninety days, and then they kept they
kept security guards at the entrances to Lahina for over
(31:58):
fifteen months. And you could only get into Lahina if
you had a plaque that showed you had property there.
That's the only way you could get in. And at
the security point checkpoint, the security guard actually says no
pictures and no video. This was for this was fifteen
months of that. Yeah, they were they were paid. Security
guards were paid forty dollars an hour to stay there
(32:20):
twenty four to seven. So when the dust screen went up,
which was again put up to less than two weeks
after the fire, if you tried to stop at a
spot where you could actually see the burn zone. There
was actually a YouTube influencer, I can't remember who it was.
He tested it. He went over there, he stopped. He
(32:41):
wanted to see how long it would take for the
police to get there. Seventeen seconds. It took them seventeen
seconds to get to this YouTube influencer and say you
cannot do videos here or you will be arrested. So
in fact, again when I asked the fire chief, why
would they put up a screen like that? Have they
ever put up a screen like that for any other
(33:02):
burn zone? He said no, He said the only reason
they'd put up a screen like that is to hide something.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
Well, I mean that I know they're going to use
it for your safety, blah blah blah. But you know,
flying a drone over residential neighborhoods, you know, is there
a law in Hawaii that says you couldn't do that?
Prior to Lahina, no knowledge. I mean I've seen plenty
of drone which what I did notice because when I
was putting together you know, trying to just put together
(33:30):
like a little reel before the show started, I was
looking for video and it's really scrubbed off the internet.
I remember right after the fires there was tons of video.
It was everywhere and if you didn't download an archive
it today to go back and get it is it
was pretty bleak. Telegram looks like it's been scrubbed. The
Internet looks like it's been scrubbed. Very little is out
there right now, which is really rather shocking to me.
Speaker 3 (33:51):
Yes, I have a lot of videos that I've done.
It's Blossom Inner Wellness is my YouTube, and Rumble and
Blossom Inner and ny Our Wellness, and I have a
lot of videos on what happened, compilation of different videos.
I want to say thank you to body who's in
a Waho because he actually got some really good footage
(34:11):
as well. And but yes, a lot of it's gone.
The trees that burn from the inside out. Trees don't
burn from the inside out, everybody, unless they were struck
by lightning. That's the only way that a tree will
burn from the inside. And also the trees that held
the most water burned and it was because the water
was on fire, and I got that information from the arborist,
he said, Michelle. The trees that should have burned didn't,
(34:35):
and the trees that should not have burned did, and
it's because of the water content. The water was on
fire because of the microwave. It was some type of
microwave laser. And it could have people say that it
came from the sky, a sky. It could have come
from a boat. It could come from drones. They do
have this technology. It's it's everywhere. It's you know, what
(34:56):
happened in La, same thing in La. There were two
cars right across the street from each other. They're both
Mazdamiyada cars. One the one Masamiada, completely destroyed, the engine
block gone, the windows melted. The other car directly across
the street, Mazdamiada. This is in my book, you guys.
You can see this picture. They're the blue. It's blue,
(35:18):
completely fine. You can drive it away. There's also a
blue trash can leaning up against it. Completely fine, not
melted at all. Okay, that's that's impossible in a regular fire.
You know, fire is not gonna be picky about what
it burns.
Speaker 2 (35:34):
That's right, you know. And the other thing that popped
up to were these questions being floated about Talulen showing
up in the water post fire. It's right, And there
was an unusual drop in the death toll after initially rising.
What leads do you have or have you followed around
those discrepancies between the tigerlin showing up in the water
(35:57):
and the death toll after initially rising. Do you know
anything about that?
Speaker 3 (36:00):
Yeah, they actually did find taluine and the media was like, oh,
taluin is in glue, is in markers. But the number
one reason for taluin is in dynamite, which they did
not say on the media, And that's and it was
found in the drinking water and they had to they
had to bring in other water for the people and
(36:23):
the death count. Let me just tell you remember the
recruits were picking up human remains and so they were
again this is what the governor said. The governor said,
the reason why the death count went from one fifteen
to ninety seven dropped down to ninety seven, he said,
because the federal government were coming in and they they
(36:43):
saw that they were accidentally counting DNA twice. Well, if
you're putting bad bodies into one bag, it's like that's
you're gonna be off count. You're definitely gonna gonna lower
the death count. The death count officially ended at one
hundred and two, which they found that's impossible because the
(37:06):
acting captain who was in charge of the recruits the
first day, the first day picking up human remains, he
actually said they found fifty bodies the first day. So
how in the world do you then just oh, you're
gonna find just one hundred and two after a month
of looking, and then zero missing, zero people missing. You
(37:27):
had people in the water again, Elie Cochran, State representative,
she actually said that if you were in the water
and you held on to anything, the wind was so
strong it would have pushed you out to see. So
they're telling us they found everybody and even the people,
all the people in the water, and just one hundred
and two people died, and that's impossible.
Speaker 2 (37:50):
Yeah, it's totally. It's again, we've been battling climate change
for a water. No, as long as the government has
been around to make sure that they had something to
control that anytime they need to control, mechanism may throw
another emergency at us. And Governor Green is no different.
Speaker 4 (38:05):
Right.
Speaker 2 (38:05):
He blamed the climate crisis for the fire, and as
of twenty twenty three, drought and invasive grass conditions were
already known factors in Hawaii. Do you think that the
climate messaging was used to push these emergency powers or
the infrastructure changes, you know posts you know now that
you you know you can't rebuild.
Speaker 3 (38:25):
Yeah, absolutely one dred percent because they're not letting anybody
rebuild on who's got a home on the coast. They're
not letting any businesses be rebuilt. At this present time,
the Lahina still looks like a war zone. I mean
after a year, one house was built, eight permits were issued.
After one year, after fifteen months, I think we have
eight houses built or being built. And now it's two
(38:48):
years later and still zero businesses were built, zero homes
on the coast. They are touting climate change. Okay, you guys,
if you look up, go to go look out. But
Al Gore's in Inconvenient Truth that which is about climate change,
that was actually there was a British teacher that took
(39:09):
the filmmakers to court because he would not show that
film in his They wanted they were trying to force
teachers to show this as a documentary as a truth.
He said, this is not true. He took them to court.
They found nine errors in an Inconvenient Truth. They found
nine errors. One polar bears are not dying off the
(39:30):
polar bear. Polar bears that were in the Inconvenient Truth
movie were actually four and they were found because of
a storm that had hit Killiman. Charles not melting at
this at the rate that they say it is. I mean,
we're supposed to be underwater right now. And I just
find it really interesting that I think it was four
years after that documentary came out al Gore who said that,
(39:51):
you know, sea levels are rising, he buys a home
on coast, a million dollar mansion on the coast.
Speaker 2 (39:56):
Listen, I've lived in Florida my pretty much my whole life,
and sea levels aren't rising here. Okay. I mean a
hurricane comes through at high tide, you got problems. But
I mean that's just physics. Okay, it's really nice. Hawaii,
that's complicated.
Speaker 3 (40:09):
I've been here for thirty years.
Speaker 2 (40:10):
That nothing's different, nothing's different. So let's talk smart cities,
because Japan and Hawaii are aligned on the whole idea
of smart cities, with documents outlining projects like jumpstart Maui
and smart grid transmission transformations. How do those fit into
the broader narrative post all these fire developments? Ye are
(40:32):
do you feel like your state in Japan are semi
coordinating something here.
Speaker 3 (40:36):
Well, it's interesting because of twenty fifteen, Japanese and Hawaiian
stakeholders both decided that Maui was going to be the
first smart city, smart island, and so it's so crazy.
After Lahina, there was a through legislation I think it's
eight three house built h eight three to one one.
They actually wanted to take the entire west coast of Maui.
(41:01):
They wanted to take the entire west coast of Maui
to rebuild Lahina. Lahina is like this dot and they
wanted to take the entire west coast of Maui and
give it to a nine person governing board. They were
going to take the entire west coast of Maui out
of the Maui governance. It was going to be a
separate governing land and give it to a nine person
(41:22):
governing board. And they had all of I mean, smart
cities galore. So they are still moving forward with the
things in that bill. I've been told. But again the
Hawaii governor keeps signing these emergency proclamations with no emergency there,
and he keeps suspending these laws for a lot of
(41:44):
it is for what it looks like contracts and different
non bidding allowing non bidding to go on. So there's
definitely what's the smart cities is definitely what is coming.
And in the book, I actually talk about who owns
America and the truth about smart cities and the fact
that the renewable energy companies, you guys, all the renewable
(42:08):
energy companies and electric companies are owned by the same
people that run the countries, run the world. They're owned
by the exact same people. So they're wanting to surveillance, monitoring, analysis, reporting.
That's what the word smart. We believe the word smart
stands for.
Speaker 2 (42:26):
So the same people that pop up all the time
are the ones that were showing up in Hawaii and
are around the story of the Lahina fires. I said
Oprah Winfrey was one of them. She was offering on
the ground relief shelters, visits, supplies. She was raising money
with Chris the Rock if you remember Chris Dwayne the
Rock Johnson. He did a major fundraiser with Oprah for
some direct monthly aid and they got a lot of
(42:49):
hate over that because here are too very wealthy people
asking people to donate to their cause, like, wait, what,
there was rumors that Oprah went in and bought up
a lot of land. Can you confirm or deny that?
Speaker 4 (43:02):
You know?
Speaker 3 (43:03):
I did look into Oprah a little bit, but for me,
I wanted to keep my book really so that absolutely
stuff that I could verify. The book has over two
hundred sources. But however, what I do know is that
she actually did paint her roof blue. Some of the
research that I have found is that she had some
type of I don't know if they are firefighters or
(43:24):
FEMA people prior to the fire on her property. I
cannot confirm that. And that's why I didn't put her in,
because I only put in stuff I could absolutely confirm
and that people could look up themselves. But there's definitely yeah.
I mean, that's disgusting when you have two people. You know,
she's a billionaire and she's asking people for money for MAUI.
(43:46):
So it's like that's a slap in the face.
Speaker 2 (43:48):
It is a slap in the face. These are some
other names. I'm just gonna throw them up and just
see what you say. These were all people that kind
of popped up in surface and sort of you know,
took advantage of their fifteen minutes at the time, Matthew
McConaughey organized a supply playing via a baby to baby.
Did you have any Do you have any information about
what he was doing down there on the ground.
Speaker 3 (44:07):
No, I don't. I have information about what the locals
were doing because after the fire, they were not bringing
in supplies. They were not letting people in that were
actually surfers and people that owned tour boats that were
actually this is amazing. So people were from the other
islands were coming in on these boats bringing in supplies
(44:27):
and they actually had local a chain of people that
would help to unload the boats because they weren't letting
the boats dock though the harbor you know, had been destroyed.
I mean boats burning down except for this one blue
boat that was in the water. Is absolutely disgusting, but
thank God for and that's the spirit of Aloha and
the spirit of Hawaii is that locals, surfers, other people
(44:50):
were coming together and they were actually unloading the boats
and giving supplies to the people. So that's how the
people survived that. Also, I do want to say that
cell phone service was turned off prior to the fire
in the morning. In the morning and they didn't have
self service for like, I think it was a month
in the Burn's own area. So so many questions. It's
(45:13):
really sad.
Speaker 2 (45:14):
It is really sad. Finally, outcomes, what do you want
to come from this podcast? What are you hoping for?
You looking for greater transparency on the situation. Do you
want to halt overreach by the federal and state governments?
Are you interested like protecting any native lands? What actions
I guess specifically including freedom loving people, what should we
be taking in order to make sure that this doesn't
(45:35):
replicate itself stay in my neighborhood or anywhere else for
that matter.
Speaker 3 (45:39):
I'd love DOGE to investigate. This needs to be This
is why I have an affidavit seventeen pages long. I
sent it to the governor. I said, we need an
outside investigation on this. This is an attack on the people.
This was an attack on Americans. LA was attack on Americans.
Now look at what they're doing over there with emminent domain.
So this needs to be investigated. It must be somebody
(46:01):
outside of Hawaii, because honestly, the Hawaii government is absolutely corrupt.
I was told by a Hawaii businessman that the mafia
runs the Hawaiian Islands, so it has to be somebody outside.
I want the governor to I want people to realize
who owns America and that we are not safe until
we actually take our country back. And you know, this
(46:21):
is not just Maui and Lahaina in La this is
all of us.
Speaker 2 (46:26):
You guys.
Speaker 3 (46:27):
People ask me why did I do this? I said,
why are more people doing this? We all should be
doing this.
Speaker 2 (46:33):
And you're right, and Gt. Bunnle Junior agrees with you
because he's asking me about Los Angeles being the next subject.
North Carolina. I was there the North Carolina and is
they had fires months after the hurricane swept through. I
went back to do some follow up work and I'm
going to go back and shoot a documentary on the
landgrab situation going on. So I appreciate the comments coming
(46:53):
in on X today. Thank you very much. This is
just I think, another example of the government do what
they do, which is taking from we the people. They
don't understand the Constitution is actually a trust in denture
where the government is supposed to be the trustee and
we the people are the beneficiaries of our constitution. And
(47:13):
yet hmmm, somehow we're paying them we are the trustees
and they're the beneficiaries, meaning they're making bazillions of dollars
and they're taking everything, and they're doing it through agency,
basically through proxy, which is in conflict of our Constitution's
non delegation of powers doctrine. If I elect you to
be my representative and then you pick somebody else to
(47:34):
go do the job that I elected you to do,
and you're just letting them do whatever and letting them
make the rules up as they go, that's a break
in our fiduciary trust relationship. So that's broken the trust,
that's breaking our constitution. We've got to get rid of
that third wheel and go back to the trust document
that our founding fathers so brilliantly architected. So anyhow, I'm sorry.
(47:55):
I have to take the opportunity to rant on that
every time I get because people just need to understand
it's really not a complex subject we're dealing with here.
It's just a personal accountability and responsibility and it gets
to be very local. And if we all were acting
in that way, I think we wouldn't have these You know,
expect big brother up in DC in the swamp to
fix everything every time something goes wrong, when in fact
we're finding out they are the cause of it, just
(48:16):
like COVID, you know, like the financial crisis. Everything is
always coming out of that rot in d C, which
is connected to the rot in the UK. And it's just,
you know, absolutely absoutely right.
Speaker 3 (48:27):
I love it, one hundred percent agree with you. And
the other thing I want to share with people is
that look at your general plan because I live again,
I live on the Big Island, and our general plan.
The stuff that's happening in Maui is coming through our
general plan. We have a general plan over three hundred
pages long. It has so many things. Oh climate, it's
the foundation of it is climate change. So we have
(48:48):
to turn all this important ag into natural land, no farming,
no building, no limited people. I mean, it's so so
we've been fighting our general plan for a year. Finally
one of the county council members is actually asking some
relevant questions. So I just want to tell everybody check
out your general plan. And one of the quickest ways,
(49:11):
if you're a fan of chatt EGPT or not, go
to chat GPT and put in your county your general
plan and then put what constitutional amendments? Is my general
plan violating? And see because ours is violating a ton
of constitutional amendments and start speaking out that's our power
is locally.
Speaker 2 (49:32):
I'm actually doing it right now. I'm doing it, Chat Ept,
I put Palm Beach County in here. What constitutional Oops?
I wrote that wrong? I wrote what constitutional plan? Is
our general plan violating? What constitutional rules? I need to
fix that. Let me see one constitutional rules laws that rules.
(49:54):
I'm going to redo that and let's see what it says.
Let's put it up on the screen here and see
if we can't look at it together.
Speaker 3 (50:00):
Yeah, so we've been fighting that for a year. Super
grateful for Ashley corrupt camera camp sair night and they're right.
But anyway, she's actually asking some good questions.
Speaker 2 (50:11):
Chat's really thinking about it. Look at it. I put
that in there, what ten seconds ago, and it's still
it's still looking browsing Pombach County evaluating consol issues in
Pomac County's plan. Well, I can tell you right now,
having gone to a number of Pombach County commission meetings
and seeing the tyranny coming out of the county commissioners,
(50:32):
the mayor of the of the County Commission, the Vice mayor.
It's disgusting. I mean, they've silenced people. I had, you know,
people have been very quiet, calmly and efficiently organizing how
to get these elections, uh, you know, investigated and the
county Commission kept telling people they would turn off their microphones.
They said, it's not in our day. They don't handle that.
I'm like, well, who do you go to? You know
(50:53):
what I mean? They had the sheriffs remove people, and
our people were peaceably assembling and asking questions politely and
are being shouted down by the pulpit and removed from
the auditorium. It was incredible. So, but here's some hotspots
in Pompage counties plan taking's unconstitutional exactions. Let's see workforce
housing program.
Speaker 4 (51:15):
Manning.
Speaker 2 (51:16):
I'm looking, I'm just trying to run through here of Dylan.
I know these guys manage growth tier system, conservation linked
open space strategies or legitimate planning tools, but they wipe
out economically viable use of a parcel. Let's see here.
Speaker 3 (51:30):
Look at that. Yeah, and when you said, when you
said workforce housing and the first words out of the
governor's mouth after the fire, the first sentence I'm looking
for ways for the state to acquire the land for
workforce housing, is what he tells people after they just
lost everything. So workforce housing, you guys, that's in a
lot of people's general plans, same for everybody.
Speaker 2 (51:52):
So when they say workforce housing, I mean, if you're
removing all the illegals, who are they talking about? You know,
is this for robots? What does that mean work force
housing exactly?
Speaker 3 (52:01):
That is a really good question. I'm not sure what
that means. I do know that they want to do
clustered homes like our Big Island. Okay, we're I'm in
a rural I'm in a coffee farm. We love I
love nature, We're always out, we have lots of space,
We're not on top of each other. In our general plan.
They want to create clustered housing, clustered homes. That is
like for Big Island. That's not how we live. So
(52:24):
workforce I think workforce and clustered home homes and housing
kind of go hand in hand. But I'm not really
sure exactly what that is. We do have a workforce
uh department on the on Hawaii. If you go to
Hawaii State and you put in workforce office, uh there's
actually an I don't know what exactly that means. I
mean it's something's common though, So we each need to
(52:45):
be standing up locally. Go to your local county councils
and speak out. And uh, that's really interesting about what
you just said that people were getting shot down for speaking.
There has to be I just know that there is
a way that we can bring back freedom and I'm
always open to taking a stand and speaking out locally.
Speaker 2 (53:08):
Great, Well, you're a book, The Great Maui Land Grab
sounds like it has a lot of incredible information in it.
You also include twenty one La fire oddities, which I
think people in this chat are interested in because people
were asking about it. You can go to the Great
Maui Land Grab Book dot com Great Maui Land Grab
Book dot com and pick up a copy. You can
(53:29):
use a promo code if you want to save ten percent.
It's and my name. If there's anything that's coming from that,
please donate it to whatever your favorite charity is in
charity and I don't want any proceeds from your book.
I want this the people in Maui to get their
houses rebuilt, their lives restored. That is the most important
thing we can do right now is to help off
fellow man and not profit off misery. I really want
(53:51):
them to be whole again, because that could happen to anybody.
We had several fires right outside the you know where
I live, and the fires came really close in and
people that live close to the fire as their houses
got trashed with smoke. Fortunately nobody lost a house, but
it was it took two weeks to put this wildfire out.
And the funny thing was when we asked the fire department, well,
how did this start? Did somebody like throw a cigarette
(54:12):
butt out the window or something stupid? No, No, we
think it was from oh, I don't know, three miles
away at a dump site, which, by the way, is
a dump for UH yard waste. You know, it's not
like a dump with toxic chemicals. It's a dump for
yard waste. Only landscapers can dump there. Is it always
spark probably you know, flew up out of there and
flew over here, And I'm like, what if that doesn't
(54:34):
even make sense?
Speaker 3 (54:35):
Yeah, so shading, Yeah, absolutely. And the temporary housing, I'll
just say one more thing about that. The temporary housing
for Lahina UH one one house burnt unknown cause, unknown cause,
and Ellie Cochran again. The Hawaii state representative talked to
the contacted. The Maui fire chief was like, you cannot
just put unknown cause in are for a temporary house
(54:59):
for the Lahina fire A victims. You have to tell
people what happened. Why is this reporting closed?
Speaker 2 (55:05):
So a lot of questions. Yeah, Blanca As says, her
book is great. So somebody has already read your book,
so that's great. You just got a resounding endorsement. That's
FANTASTICALO Shavalndez, thank you so much for taking the time
to stop by. I really appreciate this, and please stay
in touch as things develop. We want to know what's
going on because you're you all are a canary in
the coal mine. So is La so is North Carolina.
(55:27):
And I believe that there's there is definitely a plan
to take the land and condense us into smart cities.
That's what they want. They want less of us. The
Georgia Guidestones was really clear about that. But there's way
too many of us useless eaters running around the planet.
And Klaus Schwab and Noah, you've all HARARII think we're
hackable animals, and they've injected five and a half billion
people with this DNA modificating modifying MR and a death shot.
(55:52):
It's a bioweapon kill shot. And there's patents out there
showing that that nanotechnology can link to the wireless networks
and all this stuff connects to the Bill of Milnagates Foundation.
So there should be no surprises here that any of
this is happening. But we need to understand it and
we need to start, you know, I think governing ourselves
and taking matters into our own hands, and we need
to stop listening to DC because that's toxic waste. It
(56:14):
really is matter.
Speaker 3 (56:16):
That's fantastic, And yes, you're absolutely right.
Speaker 2 (56:19):
Yeah, all right, Michelle, thank you so much for stopping by.
I'm going to share a couple more things with my audience,
but I certainly appreciate your time today. God bless you.
And and aloha.
Speaker 3 (56:28):
I'm mahalo, Yeah, I'm mahallo and aloha.
Speaker 2 (56:31):
Great lady. Wow, lots of energy. I love to see
that somebody who's on the ground and wants to help.
You know, she's on a different island, but she took
the time to do the research and as she said,
she had over two hundred sources in her book, The
Great Maui Land Grabs, So I think we should all
pick up a copy. I'm going back up to North
Carolina to look at the land grabs up there. I've
had sources coming in now all over the place talking
(56:51):
about these legal mining operations. And it's a shell game
because when one gets shut down, those same people wood
pop up over here in another name and just keep
on digging. And because again the federal government has it
in the National Defense Authorization Act, has it in the
Department of Energy, all through the all through the DoD
that they want that lithium and that court silica, and
companies like Sibelco which have been mining there in North
(57:14):
Carolina for the longest time, and they have, you know,
the finest court silica in the world comes right out
of spruce Pine, North Carolina. They've already invested a boatload
of money to expand their mining operations by thirty percent. Again,
all this is in my movie, the documentary called Ground
Zero North Carolina. If you go to American Maaidfoundation dot org,
(57:35):
it's right there. You can find it American Maidfoundation dot org.
But I also want to share some stuff with you
as well, and Blanca wants me. She says, come to
what does she say? Come to Alta Dina the eaten fire?
Alta Dina eaten Fire. I haven't heard of that one. No,
I don't miss the thing, gt. I try not to,
but you know, there's a lot going on. So yes,
(57:57):
thank you, Bones, I'm glad you thought this was great.
Will continue with this story. I appreciate that I'm going
to share a couple of things with you. That this
is of course near and dear to my heart. Being
the sovereign that I am, I believe that we should
all be free beings on the planet because God intended
that for us. So I want to kind of highlight
a couple of things. I think I shared some of
this with you. But let's look at what a US
(58:19):
citizen is versus a national. This is an interesting description
between what the United States calls a citizen and what
I am as an American national.
Speaker 5 (58:28):
So the United States citizen is different than a state citizen.
A state citizen has rights protected by the Fbill of Rights.
A United States citizen basically has equal protection.
Speaker 4 (58:43):
Under the law. Do you want equal protection? That guy's
got a ball in chain? You want an equal, and
there's a citizen. It's equal.
Speaker 5 (58:50):
Doesn't say that it was good. So we're going to
give you a ball and chain too. That way, everybody's equal.
Speaker 1 (59:03):
We the people ordained and establish the Constitution.
Speaker 4 (59:07):
When we do that, we create Congress.
Speaker 1 (59:14):
So who works for who?
Speaker 4 (59:17):
Congress works for us? They are supportinate to us.
Speaker 5 (59:21):
When Congress basically or presumably ratified the fourteenth Amendment, they
created a US citizen.
Speaker 4 (59:34):
Now, where's what.
Speaker 1 (59:35):
Status does a United States citizen have to Congress?
Speaker 5 (59:39):
All persons born or naturalized in the United States have
subject to its jurisdiction. You are subordinate to Congress if
you're a United States citizen. So this is a second
class of citizen he was generating to us. Down if
(01:00:00):
you're the Civil War, you have privileges, you don't have rights.
Speaker 4 (01:00:07):
The moment that you are born and they lay you
on your mother's chest, you are we the people.
Speaker 1 (01:00:13):
Suddenly, somehow or other, we go magically down to becoming
a United States citizen.
Speaker 5 (01:00:18):
How does that happen versus a birth certificate, social security number,
driver's license, voter's registration guard.
Speaker 4 (01:00:28):
You look at your voter registration guard, are you a
United States citizen?
Speaker 6 (01:00:31):
Yes or no.
Speaker 1 (01:00:32):
Oh yeah, I'm a United States citizen.
Speaker 5 (01:00:35):
Oh boy, you have no rights. We the people have
a right to keep in bare arms by a United
States citizen has to get a concealed permit.
Speaker 4 (01:00:48):
We the people have a right to travel.
Speaker 1 (01:00:52):
Have a United States citizen has to get a driver's license.
Speaker 4 (01:00:57):
We the people can get married to anybody we want.
Speaker 1 (01:01:00):
United States is not to get a marriage license.
Speaker 5 (01:01:03):
Those are all pre effacient evidence of your subordinate status
to Congress.
Speaker 4 (01:01:10):
The trick is getting rid of all of that. On
my passport I have I have reproduced what it says, says.
Speaker 5 (01:01:23):
The Secretary of State of the United States America. You're
a buy requests all to him and make concern to
permit the citizens slash national of.
Speaker 4 (01:01:30):
The United States.
Speaker 5 (01:01:32):
What does it mean when you have two words divided
by a slash one or the other. You can be
boy slash girl. You can be Democrats slash Republican one
or the other. You can be.
Speaker 1 (01:01:47):
Citizens slash national.
Speaker 4 (01:01:50):
So this this passport will work for a.
Speaker 5 (01:01:52):
United States citizen, but it will also work for United
States national.
Speaker 4 (01:01:58):
They don't tell you what that is, yes, but on
my passport it.
Speaker 1 (01:02:02):
Shows that they are different.
Speaker 5 (01:02:05):
Now what is a national a person owning permanent allegiance
to the state. The term national has used in the
phrase national of the United States is broader than the
term citizen. So if you are a national, it is
a broader term than the word citizen. So it is
(01:02:27):
possible for you to be a national and not be
a United States citizen. Don't tell anybody, we wouldn't want
you to be able to exercise your rights.
Speaker 2 (01:02:42):
Okay, So you're getting a little bit of an education
that there is a difference. I became a national in
twenty twenty one. I did it very publicly. I went
through the entire process, and I didn't try to hide
anything about The only thing I can tell you is
after j six and I was put on the Domestic
terrorI list is when I decided I'd had enough of
the United States. Actually it was really the end of
(01:03:03):
twenty twenty, when they stole the election from President Trump
said this is ridiculous. What is the benefit of being
a US citizen? Like literally, what is the benefit now?
So I started to look into it and spoke to
a lot of people and did research on my own.
And I've met a lot of people now in this
movement This isn't something that's just some fringe thing. They
like to reclassify us, according to the fb LIE as
(01:03:25):
sovereign citizens, which is completely oxymoronic because you can't be
sovereign aka free and a citizen which is really a
corporate debt slave to the corporate United States. And again
you only have to look at the subtle changes they've
done in wordsmithing over the years. Where the organic Constitution
was the constitution for the United States and it transformed
to that of the United States later on post a
(01:03:48):
Civil War, why because of denotes that it's of a
corporate entity. And they the United States became a corporation
in eighteen seventy one and denoted in the US Code
under twenty eight USC. Three thousand and two fifteen A
that we are a federal corporation. So and I love it. GT.
You're still hanging in here. DC wants our founding documents Torch. Yeah,
(01:04:09):
they tried to do that. Remember they sent the Brits
in on the War of eighteen twelve. They sent somebody
else in kind of like, oh, I don't know what
they did with the Russia Russia Russia clusion hoax using
the Brits to you know, spy and target George Papadopoulos.
I interviewed George on Friday. Please tune in because we
talked a lot about the different British agents that we're
targeting him, and they were sent in by our CIA
(01:04:31):
to create this Russia collusion narrative. So by all means,
please check that out. And we are republic, We're not
a democracy. You are absolutely right. GT. Thank you so
much for reminding everybody that. But again President Trump was targeted,
and they were using the fourteenth Amendment third clause on
the insurrection, you know, calling for that we were insurrectionists
on Jay six and that he was an insurrectionist for
(01:04:53):
having people assemble on January sixth, which is his right
to do and it's our right to show up. I mean,
we were there peacefully, and now we now have learned
it with no uncertainty at all that it was the
FBI that was dressing up in Maga gear and there
were other bad actors. There was Antifa there, There was
Ukraine there, you know, and in fact there's Ukraine involved
in North Carolina as well. We'll probably dive into that
(01:05:16):
some more at some point in the future, but let
me show you what President Trump said, because I think
you're going to find this really interesting. Let me see
if I can pull it up. Where did I put it?
Let's see, let me share the screen. Here, stop that
and add this.
Speaker 6 (01:05:33):
Here we go.
Speaker 2 (01:05:34):
Trump is calling for the end of the fourteenth Amendment.
So take a look at this. Whoop, See.
Speaker 6 (01:06:10):
That has it to that extent. And it wasn't meant
if you look, it was really meant for children of slaves.
This is when it happened to children of slaves. It
was not meant for everyone to come into our country
by aeroplane or charging across the borders from all over
the world and think they're going to become citizens.
Speaker 4 (01:06:27):
It's not meant for that.
Speaker 6 (01:06:28):
It wasn't meant for that. And hopefully at some point
the courts will understand that without having to go through
a whole big deal. This was meant for the children
of slaves. And look at the timing of it, and
you'll see, and I hope judges will understand that, and
it has to stop because it's really hurting our country
very badly in the coming weeks.
Speaker 2 (01:06:49):
So interesting that we would talk about it being Look,
let me turn this off here a second interesting that
he would talk about the fourteenth and I feel like
he's highlighting it where he's talking about it as it
meant for the children of slaves. Okay, the children of slaves,
and the thirteenth Amendment is really what they is. Another
(01:07:12):
one that was really, you know, hijacked as well in
eighteen oh nine. It was written to be about titles
of nobility where you could not be And I don't
have it pulled up in front of me, but I'll
just tell you and contextually speaking, you know, no titles
of nobility which would have been esquires or squires, lawyers
or bankers were to ever be in public service. If
you look at Capitol Hill today, that's pretty much all
(01:07:33):
you have running around. And half of them have dual
oaths and dual loyalties to Israel. You know, they have
a citizenship to Israel and a citizenship to the United States.
How can you be a public servant to the great state,
to the great country of the United States of America
and to represent the American people when your loyalty is
split between another country. No disrespect to the other country.
It's not an anti Semitic statement, it's a fact. It's
(01:07:53):
literally a fact that we have our members of Congress
and Senate that have split loyalties. That doesn't work for
me anymore than if I was Israeli. What I want
one of my members of the Knesset to be half
a citizen of Israel and half aizen of America. We're
two totally different countries and we should remain that way,
and we should have populism and nationalism for our country.
That should be how it is. It should be a nationalist.
(01:08:14):
Populist doesn't mean you're running around in the white hood
and setting fires in the middle of a forest. It
just means you love your country. There's absolutely nothing wrong
with that. But again, the way the left the propaganda
machine of the mainstream media. The Smith Modernization Act under
President Obama, allowing the mainstream media to be weaponized by
the federal government, which is clearly at war with we
the people down here in the States. And we should
(01:08:35):
have a firewall the Tenth Amendment literally with neon signs
around the borders saying, hey, we trade freely with our
friends in the other states, but the federal government you're unnoticed.
You guys are corrupt criminals from COVID, from all the
agencies that have attacked Americans from Ruby Ridge on down
the line, including just the Federal Reserve, which is another
(01:08:55):
absolute weaponization of fake money against us to create this
debt slavery. We have got to take a step back,
and we've just got to tell the federal government no,
go back to your Constitution. Pick up your Article one,
section eight and read the nineteen essential services that Congress
is allowed to actually do, meaning that's all their jobs
(01:09:16):
are is in Article one, section eight. Read it and
memorize it, because that is all Congress is allowed to do.
And instead they have created all kinds of garbage. And
then they've created these federal agencies that are creating regulations
and they don't give a crap what the courts say,
and the courts these days don't give a crap what
you think at the end of the day. And most
(01:09:36):
recently this morning, I put a post up and I
referenced Jason Fick, and in this post I talked about
how the Supreme Court disregarded a First Amendment case in
Fick versus Facebook for the third time. This case is
about the weaponization by the judicial court system and the
Ninth Circuit over section two thirty which is a statute
in the Communication Decency Act of nineteen ninety six that
(01:09:59):
the basically says, if you are a platform, you uh
you know, don't get the benefit of uh get you
get the benefit of protection, but you have to be
you know, exercising you know, good samaritanship. If you see
somebody that's you know, doing something highly illegal, like you know,
putting up content where they're raping and pillaging, you know,
(01:10:20):
that's the kind of stuff that you have the ability
to take down. But instead, what the Supreme Court is
doing is they are treating these platforms when they turn
into publishers and giving them the same protection. In other words,
when you publish on Facebook and I, you and I
published the same thing, but Facebook picks your content and
decides to boost it and elevate it or de boost
(01:10:42):
it and lower it. Now, Facebook is no longer a platform.
They are a publisher. They're picking winners and losers. And
this happens still today all over the place. Look around X,
look on different social media platforms out there. They are
boosting and de boosting content with their own algorithms. That
makes them publishers, not plats. And Section two thirty if
it's read properly does not allow that. Third, fourth, fifth
(01:11:06):
Circuit courts absolutely understand that, and they have stood by
people who brought lawsuits against publishers excuse me, platforms for
being treated like a publisher and not being penalized for it.
The Ninth Circuit never understood it, which is where Jason
Fick brought his original case and he had to appeal
it to the Supreme Court. Supreme Court punted on holding
the Ninth Court Circuit court accountable. So now today all
(01:11:28):
President Trump has to do It's really simple. As the
executive branch, he can tell the Department of Justice, which
reports to him. Hey, Pam BONDI go tell the Ninth
Circuit to interpret and read the section two thirty as
intended as it is written. Because the third, and the fourth,
and the fifth Circuits all seemed to be able to
do that without any problems. It's just the Ninth. Oh
who's in the ninth? Oh, that's right. The tech bros
(01:11:50):
Are all in the ninth. Do you think any of
those judges out their own stock in the tech world? Hm.
Funny thing is we looked into that and yeah they do.
So all of a sudden, if you start adjudicating those
judges are portfolios might take a hit. Maybe maybe all
the people that own tech could take a hit if
all of a sudden, the tech bros aren't allowed to just,
I don't know, run rough shot over your free speech,
(01:12:12):
particularly when other agencies like Health and Human Services, Department
of Hooleland Security, FDA, CDC, andih are all telling you
to shut up when it comes to the border and
COVID and everything else and they're censoring you. Yeah, this
is what you're going to learn. And some of these
lawsuits that are coming forward, and Jason Fick has a
hand in all of these. He is the leading expert
on this subject, and he's a good friend of mine.
(01:12:32):
I've followed his story religiously and reported on with him
since twenty eighteen gone, and done press conferences with him
in d C. So I know a little bit about
this subject, and in full transparency, I sit on his
Social Media Freedom Foundation board as an unpaid member of
the board, and because I believe so much so in
this venture. Jason's not paid either. This is strictly a
(01:12:55):
nonprofit that has been battling this. But again our own
judicial system, so I know I digress here, but I
wanted to put all this out there because I'm going
to beat this drum until my drumsticks break. I break
the drum or We're free. But I'm not going to
stop because this is it, folks, this is our country,
and my great great grandfather, as I say this, regularly
fought in the Revolutionary War. So I guess genetically speak
(01:13:18):
and I come by it honestly. I hope you guys
have a great day. I hope you enjoyed the show today,
and please pick up a copy of Michelle Melndez's book,
The Great Maui Land Grab. She's giving ten percent off
if you use my name. No profit's coming to me
if she takes anything from it. I told her put
it into a charity of her choice to help the
folks out in Lahina. I don't want it, but I
(01:13:39):
do want people to understand because from what she said
and what she's done and sourced with over two hundred
sources in this book, she's got great information to back
up the land grab. Just like I've told you there's
a monster land grab going on in North Carolina. We're
going to finish that off. If you haven't seen the movie,
you can go on over to American Made Foundation and
(01:13:59):
on the I'll show it to you right now, just
so you can believe me, because I hate for you
to think I am lying to you. But I don't
think you would think that. Let's see here, where did
it go? Let's pick it up? Nope, not that one
right here. Okay. So if you go to our website,
(01:14:22):
you'll see that we have over here media. So just
click on media and right at the very top you'll
see our essay series. But then right here, The American
Maid presents Ground Zero Ground zero, North Carolina, fighting globalism
to restore the Republic. This is a really powerful documentary.
I spent ten weeks out in North Carolina shooting this documentary,
(01:14:46):
and I highly recommend that you all take a look
at it because you will see how we tied together
not only the human interest piece. Sorry, guys, I rumble
has these silly commercials on here, but you will see
how we tie together the human interest piece on this story.
In addition to FEMA and the absolute nonsense that FEMA
(01:15:08):
was doing while they were there, I broke that story
live one day. If you saw me walk into the
first FEMA camp down there live it was pretty significant.
And then of course we tied together all of the
we lost all of the stuff around DoD build a
Department of Energy, the National Defense Authorization Act, and how
the State of North Carolina is actually working as a
(01:15:31):
sub corporation of the United States to enact and allow
the federal government to come in and create these land
grabs and create the building permit problems, and to allow
FEMA to the lines of demarcation for flooding. In other words,
flooding has now gone up even higher. So this is
(01:15:54):
all about me. Don't we build my investment. We spent
ten weeks there. We had a lot of great content,
actually a a bunch of bods. And I think this
documentary was entered into a film festival in Calm with
our latest documentary that you'll be hearing more about called
Taken the State Sanctions Kidnapping. So American Made Foundations educating
people the overreach of government Action dot org. Please check
(01:16:19):
out our other website, American Made Actions, and over here
you'll actually learn how you can take action. This is
our United Law Coalition, it's our Department of Government Accountability.
But if you go to our take action site, you
can actually find out how you can actually uh send
notices and affidavits yourself. Because the government has broken its
(01:16:40):
bond and we are rising. So come on down here
to the take action section where we actually give you
legislative proposals. We give you lawful notices and one that
I would really like everybody to take two seconds and
do today. When you go to American madeaction dot org,
hit the take action button and right here at the
CPS notice to Child Protective Service and lack of jurisdiction.
(01:17:01):
That's an important notice right there, in addition to removing
the CPS funding incentives to steal children. This right here
is a very very important form and if you just
fill it out, it's literally two clicks and you can
send it on for free. So without further ado, I
appreciate all that you guys do for tuning in every
single day. Thank you so much. God bless you all,
(01:17:24):
God bless America. And we'll catch you again for another
edition of Steel News. I'm in bandaged. Still have a
good afternoon, Hier
