Speaker 1 (00:00):
Two major interviews just dropped that reveal where the UAP
disclosure movement is heading in twenty twenty six. Here's everything
that you need to know. Congressman Eric Berlison just sat
down for an in depth interview where he revealed that
a potentially major whistleblower may be coming forward. And researcher
Richard Dolan just discussed his extensive investigation into unidentified submerged

(00:24):
objects or USOS with some fascinating statistical findings about what
is happening beneath our oceans. As always, I'm here to
report the information without bias and you can decide what
to believe. You can find the sources in my detailed
articles at ufonews dot com along with in the description
box below. Hey, follow gers, I'm Christinea Gomez and welcome

(00:45):
to this episode of UFO News Updates. First up, Congressman
Eric Berlisson from Missouri gave an extensive interview to the
Psychoactivo podcast and he dropped some major news about the
ongoing Congressional investentstigation. When asked about future witnesses, Burlison confirmed
that David Grush, the intelligence officer who now works as

(01:07):
a special advisor who was hired back in March of
twenty twenty five, is specifically there to help navigate the
intelligence community and advance transparency efforts and more importantly, pulling
in more people to come forward. But here's where it
gets really interesting. Burlison revealed that Grush has connected him

(01:27):
with a new potential whistleblower.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Take a listen, We've got one, I believe, major potential
whistleblower that might be coming forward at least to meet
with me, Anna and Tim in the coming month. Really,
and so that's something that Grush has been working on.
I don't want to say, obviously for obvious reasons, who
that is.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
When pressed on how significant this witness could be, Burlison
did not hold back.

Speaker 2 (01:55):
But you guys are excited about the prospect of him
coming forward. Yeah, my potential to be the best witness
that we've had.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
Oh. Oh, hopefully it's first hand knowledge, right.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
I hope, and I hope I hope he knows where
to get the receipts.

Speaker 1 (02:14):
That is a very bold statement considering the witnesses we've
already seen testify, including Grush himself, Ryan Grays, and David Fraber. However,
Burlison would not reveal whether this person has firsthand knowledge
of alleged crash retrieval programs. Burlison also opened up about
the political realities facing disclosure efforts, and you know what,

(02:37):
he was refreshingly honest about why more members of Congress
are not involved in this issue.

Speaker 2 (02:44):
I'll just be honest. It's politically toxic. It doesn't benefit
anyone whatsoever. So when people want to know why, why
there's you know, there's fewer people, there's literally Anime and Tim,
it's because there's no benefit whatsoever to be involved in
this topic. If anything, you take a lot of crap
from a lot of people, and ironically, the community that

(03:05):
should be embracing you is factions. There's factions within that community.
So it's a topic that is full of land mines.
That is, it's frustrating, and so I hope people in
the UAP community who really care about this take a
step back and try to realize that if you really

(03:26):
want to get to the bottom of things, maybe we
ought to stop distracting from from the truth gathering and
stop fighting with each other.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
Very quickly. For those unfamiliar, Anna refers to Congresswoman Annapolina
Luna and Tim refers to Congressman Tim Urshett. Now. These
three have been the primary Congressional voices pushing for UAP transparency. Now,
Burlson explained that the UAP Disclosure Act, better known as
the UAPDA, which would have created an independent review board

(03:56):
to the classified government UAP records, came very close to
passing before it was completely blocked. Yet again. He said,
committee staff determined the language was out of scope for
the National Defense Authorization Act the NDAA, a decision Burlison
called flatly false, and he revealed that navigating the various

(04:19):
committee jurisdictions has been a massive challenge because UAP touches
so many areas. He needs approval from the chairs and
ranking members of the House Armed Services Committee, the Senate
Armed Services Committee, the House Intelligence, the Senate Intelligence Oversight,
and even Senate Appropriations. So getting all of these sign

(04:40):
offs has proven incredibly difficult, especially if those people are
getting backhands from aerospace companies that do not want this
information to come forward. There is still so much to cover,
so don't go anywhere. We still need to discuss. What
Burlison said about potential UFO facilities his outreach to Vice

(05:01):
President jd Vance and then Richard Dolan's research into what's
happening beneath our oceans. One of the most intriguing revelations
from that interview involves Burlsson's efforts to physically visit locations
where alleged UAP materials might be stored. He confirmed he
has made a request to the White House to visit

(05:21):
certain underground facilities on an official capacity. He acknowledged that
some people have told him that this would be a
waste of time because anything sensitive would simply be moved
before his arrival, but he believes the effort is still
worth making. Even more interesting, Burlison revealed he is reaching

(05:41):
out directly to Vice President Jade Van.

Speaker 2 (05:44):
So I'm reaching out to Jade Vance. He's made a
lot of comments about how he's intrigued by this topic.
I've sent a requests to JD's team and to him saying,
let's you know, I would be happy to go with
you to some of these because if the Vice President
wants to go see, for example, dug Away Proving Grounds

(06:05):
or or you know, Area fifty one, or you know,
any of the locations that we're talking about, and there's
quite a few. I have a hard time think believing
that the Department of Defense or the CIA is going
to is going to deny access to the vice president.
But so i'm that's one of that's that's one of
the ways in which hopefully we can make this happen.

Speaker 1 (06:28):
Burlison has not received a response as of yet. If
the vice president requests access to a facility, it becomes
much harder for agencies to say no, at least you
would think so. However, there are stories of former presidents
like Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton that have attempted to
get access to UFO related information, but they were denied

(06:51):
as they did not have a need to know type clearance.
On the question of physical evidence, Burlison mentioned they are
pushing specific video foot He referenced whistleblower Matthew Brown, who
appeared on Weaponis last year, and according to Burlison, Brown
provided something that many other witnesses had not, which is

(07:11):
specific file names, exact locations, and enough details to actually
follow up on. Burlson's team is now putting together formal
requests for access to specific videos, starting with viewing them
in a secure classified settings, which is a bummer for
the public. But now let's shift to the underwater side

(07:31):
of this phenomenon. Researcher Richard Dolan recently sat down with
Ross Coulthard on Reality Check to discuss USO's. Dolan has
spent years documenting nearly seven hundred cases of strange objects
observed in and under our oceans. His findings are revealing
some very intriguing patterns. One area that keeps coming up

(07:53):
is Catalina Island. Dolan calls it a genuine hotspot. Take
a listen.

Speaker 3 (07:58):
What I can definitely say to you is that there
is an inordinate number of truly fascinating UAP and USO
cases in that area. Not all of them are usos
in the sense that they're all seen interacting with the water,
but many of them are.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
This is the same region where the famous Tic TAC
encounter occurred with the USS nimics back in two thousand
and four. Witnesses in the area have reported objects emerging
from the water going trans medium, meaning moving from air
to water seamlessly, often without the splash that you would expect.
Dolan noted that former Soviet Navy veterans have reported very

(08:42):
similar encounters, suggesting this is not just an American phenomenon.
Dolan uncovered a statistical anomaly in his research that even
he found shocking. Before nineteen sixty seven, USO sightings were
split almost exactly fifty to fifty between daytime and night time.
After nineteen sixty seven, that ratio shifted dramatically to seventy

(09:05):
five percent night time sightings. For military encounters, specifically, nighttime
sightings jumped to nearly ninety percent.

Speaker 4 (09:14):
It's almost like flipping a switch where the cases that
I have are seventy five percent taking place at night,
which is a pattern that's continued to this day. These
are USO cases.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
So why nineteen sixty seven? Ross suggests it might correlate
with the introduction of the KH four B Corona spy satellite,
which offered significantly improved optical reconnaissance capabilities. The implication is
that whatever is behind these objects may have adapted its
behavior to avoid our improving surveillance technology. What do you

(09:51):
think about that? Is Ross onto something or not? Leave
your thoughts in the comments. Dolan also found that military
vessels experience electromagnetic interface at twice the rate of civilian
vessels during USO encounters. Communications systems go haywire radar stops
working and in some cases entire ships have reportedly lost power.

(10:14):
The pattern suggest something intelligent is behind these phenomena, and
it appears to be conducting reconnaissance on our military assets.
So where does that leave us? We have a congressman
saying a major new whistleblower could be coming forward, Efforts
underway to visit classified facilities and research showing these objects

(10:36):
have been operating in our oceans for decades while apparently
adapting to avoid our detection. Do you think we will
see real disclosure in twenty twenty six? And what do
you make of that nineteen sixty seven shift inciting behavior?
Drop your thoughts in the comments. And Christina Gomez and

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
