Speaker 1 (00:00):
Congress is about to hold what could be the most
significant UFO hearing yet, but intelligence agencies are actively blocking
Congressional access to key witnesses. Based on exclusive footage from
the Soul Foundation and new intel from NewsNation, Congresswoman Anna
Paulina Luna just revealed that the Defense Department and intelligence

(00:21):
agencies cannot identify which agency has authorization to grant UAP
related security clearances. Meanwhile, veteran journalist Ross Coulthard is calling
this obfuscation a constitutional crisis and that it is all
happening right now. As always, I'm here to report the
information without bias, and you can decide what to believe.

(00:44):
You can find the sources in my detailed articles at
ufonews dot com along within the description box below. Hey
you follow yours. I'm Christina Gomez and welcome to this
episode of UFO News Updates.

Speaker 2 (00:55):
We've just had a correspondent in Congress, Joke lil will
speak to Representative Anna Paulina Luna, who's the chairwoman of
this task force, and this is what she's had to say.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Actively getting pushed back on our need to know clearances
just so you know, from d from intelligence agencies. But
they're saying that they can't find the authorizing agency that
actually give us clearance, which is so crazy.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
That seems like a silly question, or it seems like
a silly thing because wouldn't the intelligence agencies have that
information correct?

Speaker 5 (01:28):
Correct?

Speaker 3 (01:28):
So you can see the honor. And two, we're still
working through stuff. But it is really interesting when you
look into some of these people's backgrounds, and I can
tell you that we still have been unable to confirm
certain people in sketches, and so you know, until those
criterias are met, we won't be able to get skiff free.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
Packs from anyone because these clearances are not just you guys,
but it's the people that you're trying to bring into
this world.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
It's yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
Ross Coulthart addresses on News Nation the fundamental constitutional issue
at He questions why intelligence agencies would obstruct Congress when
the Constitution explicitly grants Congress Article one authority to oversee
all federal spending, and his analysis highlights that this goes
beyond standard classification procedures and into potential constitutional violations. The

(02:20):
September ninth hearing titled Restoring Public Trust through UAP Transparency
and whistle blower protection and Congresswoman Luna chairs the Task
Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets and has emerged
as one of Congress's most vocal advocates for UAP transparency,
right next to Eric Berlasson and Tim Burshett. And what

(02:43):
makes us hearing different is the systematic resistance she is documenting.
Luna revealed that multiple witnesses initially approached for testimony declined
because they feared for their lives, and intelligence agencies are
using classification authorities to prevent congressional oversight.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
I do worry that this hearing's a dog and pony show.
I know for a fact that there are other witnesses,
at least one other witness that was wanted to be
called by particularly Representative Billison, who's been pushing for this
witness to appear, And I know that there has been
pushback from the intelligence community stopping that witness from speaking.

Speaker 1 (03:24):
And this pattern suggests coordinated efforts to limit Congressional access
to keep information.

Speaker 5 (03:31):
And so far, David Grush has been someone that I've
actually and it was really bizarre to see the attacks
that come into some of our witnesses, especially after we
announce them. But so far he's been able to not
just help point us in the right direction as far
as being able to turn over the correct rocks and
then also flush out who both the good and bad
actors are. But you know, I was also in the military,

(03:51):
and when I'm interacting with him, I do not get
any sense that he is full of nonsense.

Speaker 1 (03:56):
And a Luna made it clear that even special access
programs should have Congressional oversight, and she stated that as
a member of Congress, especially being a member of oversight,
even if there are special access programs, which as you know,
the intelligence community likes to hide things buried with these onions,
there are layers of programs. Ultimately, at the end of

(04:19):
the day, this task force was set up to be
able to access that information.

Speaker 5 (04:24):
And then going back to the whole aspect of well,
the executive branch having the classification authorities, and then these
agencies will house them within, whether it's the DOE, the
DoD any intelligence agency, they'll then have their own classification
way of doing things. And so ultimately what we're having
to do as a result of this task force is

(04:45):
we're actually going to be going to basically the President
to ask if we can get the access to programs
that may exist within these different agencies. And that's because
even here, you know, people are trying to say, well,
have to go to this department or this department. So
there is this overclassification, but it almost feels as if
they are passing the buck and not actually wanted to

(05:06):
give us information and give us access to these various programs.

Speaker 1 (05:10):

keep in the note with the latest UFO news. The
congresswoman emphasized the serious nature of witness intimidation in UFO cases,
and she revealed that when her task force attempted to
schedule previous hearings, she mentioned that every witness that she

(05:34):
reached out to said they didn't want to testify because
they feared for their lives. And these are not people
that you would see in the media. They're not podcasters
or anyone who made a career talking about it. They
were legitimate former military or military contractors. And Luna also
disclosed recent incidents involving David Grush. She noted that she

(05:57):
recently entered a skiff with Grush and Brushev and prior
to that, meaning stating something really bizarre took place with
David Rush and it being handled at the law enforcement level.
And Ross used the example of Case and Best to
illustrate Arrow's investigative failures overall. He noted Aro's inability to

(06:19):
fairly and objectively investigate UAP cases is now transparently revealed
with the evidence of Case and Best, and the case
involved a UAP sighting at Shayanne Mountain, one of the
US's most sensitive military installations. Yet Arrow failed to conduct
a proper investigation or even write a good email, according

(06:42):
to Casin, but Ross sees this as more than bureaucratic resistance.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
When is Congress going to develop a spine and start
subpoinering under oath the people who are obstructing. I think
it's time for Congress to stay up, getting bulshy, to
start waving a big stick and calling some of these
suckers and bringing them before the Congress and asking them

(07:09):
the hard questions. I think we're being far too nice.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
What are your expectations for the next UFO hearing. I'll
be streaming it right here live and giving an analysis,
so make sure to tune in September ninth at seven
am PSD, ten am ESD Christiana Gomez. And that is
it for today. I will see you tomorrow. Be safe
and remember keep your eyes on this guys.

Stuff You Should Know
Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
