Mit liv ændrede sig fra det ene øjeblik til det andet. En telefonopringning sendte mig på en 175 km lang køretur fra Hjørring, hvor jeg havde holdt et foredrag, til Aarhus Universitets Hospital, hvor jeg blev mødt af beskeden om, at mine børns mor havde fået en hjerneblødning. Det var den første af fire ulykker, som jeg sammen med mine børn blev ramt af i en periode på ca. 20 måneder. Ulykker som fik mig til at beskæftige mig med forventninger i forskellige afskygninger.
