Hello, I'm Demonte Edmonds, andI would like to share two encounters that
I had with the Lord Jesus Christ. March the twenty of two thousand and
seven was a very special date forme, a very supernatural day. The
day started like any other day,just a mundane, regular day, and
I was spending time seeking the Lordupstairs in my house, doing this particular

(00:24):
season. I didn't have any children, I wasn't married yet, and so
I spent a tremendous amount of timein prayer and also as well as doing
this season, it seemed like eventhough I was praying, praying, praying
and really seeking the Lord and interceding, it seems like I had hit this
ceiling and nothing was really moving forward. Didn't seem like doors were opening,
and just seemed like I was justin this place of seeking the Lord,

(00:46):
but my natural circumstances just seemed likethey had hit a standstill. So I
spent about almost two hours praying upstairsin my house, not praying about anything
specific, just enjoying the presence ofthe Lord. As on as I come
out of prayer, I received aphone call from a dear friend, Michelle
Jones Evans, and she calls meand she's talking to me about God,

and she says, I have anotheryoung man that's hungry for God. His
name is Hakim. He's a goodfriend of mine. I feel like he
needs to get on the phone withus, and I'm going to introduce you
guys. So he gets on thephone. We're on this three red call.
We're just talking about the goodness ofJesus. We're talking about things God
has done in our life. ThanksGod that has revealed to us. And
so we're on the phone. I'mholding the cell phone to my ear,

(01:29):
but I'm also putting on my shoesand getting my car keys because I'm about
to go to the store. Andyou know what happens. One hand,
the phone in my ear, handto my ear. I open the door
and when I open the door,there is this glory. There's this magnificent
figure. There's this brilliant being oflight. And at first I thought it

(01:53):
was an angel. Then I discernedit was the Lord Jesus Christ. And
I begin to screen. The Lord'shere, The Lord's here, The Lord's
here, And I said, he'sblinding. He's like blinding light. I
can't see anything. I literally sawthe Lord shining in his glory, standing
at my front door, and I'mgonna tell you guys this because I know

(02:14):
you're gonna keep it private. ButI screamed and yelled like a little girl.
I screamed and yelled like somebody runningin a horror movie. And I'm
pretty of a I'm pretty laid backperson, not super emotional, not super
sensational. But this caught me off. God, and I thought maybe the
Lord could have told me he wasgoing to show up at the door at
the point of time, at thatdate, at that time, in that

(02:36):
moment. And so I'm telling them, and I'm not able to see anything
because this brilliant light is just fillingmy living room. So I began to
walk backwards while while I'm on thephone, and I said, the Lord's
here. The Lord said, Ineed you guys to pray. I need
you guys to pray. I don'tknow if the Lord's come in and take
me home. I don't know ifthe Lord's coming to give me a rebuke.
I don't know if he's coming togive me a promotion. I don't
know what's taking place, but Iknow that prayer is always a good thing,

(03:00):
and so as I'm walking backwards,I could feel and sense the Lord
walking with me into my living room, and I just PLoP down on a
chair like the one I'm sitting innow, except for that chair was black.
And so they began to pray andprophesy all my life. And when
they would say certain key words,it's like the Lord would reappear and then

(03:21):
disappear. He would go in andout, he would go in and out.
And when they would say certain prophetickeywords as well, it's like the
Lord would pour fire and glory intomy being as proof of the words,
but also as proof of a supernaturalimpartation from the Lord himself. And I
remember one of the things that wasspoken to me by Michelle. She said,

(03:44):
it feels like you've been hitting thisspiritual ceiling and you've been saying to
the Lord Lord, the enemy's blockingme. It feels like it's a ceiling
that the enemy has placed over you. But it's not. It's a selling
the Lord placed over you to protectyou and to keep you in his timeline.
But tonight that selling is removed.And you know what I felt.

(04:06):
I felt this overwhelming sense of God'slove. I felt this overwhelming, tangible
fire shooting through my being, shootingthrough my body. And then as well,
I felt the glory of God penetratingme. This was a new dimension
of glory that I had not experiencedand had not walked in. And so

(04:27):
this went on for about really ahour. They they prayed over me and
over me, PROPHESI out over me. But at the same time, it's
like the Lord's standing in front ofme. I can't see him anymore,
but I can still see glimpses ofthis glory, and it's just overwhelming.
So when I come out of thisencounter, the glory of the Lord,
the presence of God is intensified andincreased in my life. For several days

(04:51):
after this supernatural encounter as well,the prophetic ministry expanded in my life.
My word knowledge became shoper, mywords of wisdom became more in depth.
Healings and miracles became easier and moreorganic and just natural. And the Lord
just began to move me into anew season. And then as well,

(05:14):
the major thing that happened that dayon March the twenty of two thousand and
seven, the Lord had spoken thathe was moving me into the apostolic office
into the Apostolic Ministry. So hereleased an impartation in Grace for Apostolic assignments.
Now there's another supernatural encounter that Iwould like to share. This would

(05:34):
happen in twenty fourteen, and itbegins with a pregnancy. Now, what's
supernatural about a pregnancy? Maybe notmuch to many people, but I'll share
what took place my wife during thebirth of our first child, my son,
she had a cesarean section. Shewas not happy about this. The
recovery period was long and you keepa scar, and so she praised.

(05:58):
She sought the Lord that she wouldhave a natural birth with our second child.
She sought the Lord that she wouldhave a birth with no complications,
no pain, medicines. And oneday I received a phone call from a
good friend, doctor Joseph Martin.He's in Norway. He calls me and
while we're talking, he says,I see a second child. It's going

(06:19):
to be a girl, and it'sthe girl is going to come out at
about seven pounds of three hour laborwith no complications, no pain. Man's
I call my wife and she runsdown the stairs. I said, hear
the word of the Lord. Hetells her the word of the Lord.
My wife is pretty reserved, prettylaid back, quiet. She runs up

(06:39):
and down the stairs, hollering,screamous. She's celebrating Jesus because that's what
she's been praying for, is anatural birth with no complications, even though
the doctors told her that for certainmedical reasons, that if she had any
more children, they would all haveto be Cinsarean births. So fast forward,
we're looking for the baby to comein November. This is twenty fourteen.

(07:03):
Baby's not born in November, sowe figured maybe early December. Nope,
we figured maybe mid December. Didn'thappen. It looks like we're going
to get a Christmas baby Christmas Eve. My wife her water breaks. We
go to the hospital and I'm justreally fatigued. I'm really tired, And

(07:24):
at this time as well, Iwas a little frustrated because for the previous
two weeks it was difficult to spendtime in prayer. Just so much preparation.
Things that you have to purchase,things that you have to set up,
things that you have to have inplace when there's a new child being
born into the house. And Ialways prided myself for praying daily, but
for some reason, it was justso challenging two weeks to pray, and

(07:46):
so I had been telling the LordLord, I'm sorry, you know,
have mercy on me. I reallywant to spend time with you, but
I got this baby coming. I'mrunning all over the place and all these
medical impotment appointments, and we're tired, and we're not sleeping the same and
you know, I'm sure the Lordunderstood those things. So anyway, the
baby comes. The baby is almostseven pounds the three hour labor. It's

(08:09):
a girl, and as well,no pain as no complication, just like
the prophetic word. So I calleddoctor Martin. He's in Norway, and
I share with him the testimony.He gives me another word. He said,
the Lord Jesus is concerned about you, and he's going to come and
check on the baby. And he'sgoing to come and check on you.
And the Lord says, it's nothingyou can do about it. And I

(08:31):
heard the word the Lord. Ididn't really think much about it. You
know, I'm in the hospital room. But ten minutes before my wife and
I had discerned the presence of theLord standing over her and standing over the
newborn baby in the hospital room.We literally said it felt like the Lord
was standing there, and then hegives this word. So I leave on

(08:52):
Christmas Eve to go home to preparefor Christmas and to get some rest and
come back to the hospital. Andthe next day, so I sit on
my bed and I said, I'mjust going to just worship the Lord that
the baby's healthy and the prophetic wordcan and pass. So I'm worshiping.
But as I'm worshiping, it's almostlike I fell into a sleep of sorts.
And then literally I'm waking up andI'm caught up with the Lord in

(09:16):
Heaven and it looks like we're outsideof the city of Heaven. It's looks
like we're on the outskirts or sometype of outer perimeter, and the Lord
is hovering above me. Now he'sin a glorified form. I share this
different times. The Lord may appearto you a manifest in different dimensions of

(09:37):
who he is. So before I'veseen him like as the Son of Man.
I've seen him come in as likethe King of Glory when he appeared
at my front door, or he'sappeared in certain meetings. But this time
it really seemed like he was appearingto me as the king of kings.
He had a kingly anointing about him, and it almost is like he allowed
me to see the backdrop of hiscity, of his kingdom that's in heaven.

(10:00):
And so he's hovering above me,and he's maybe ten feet away.
He has on a white robe,he has on a golden sash, and
he begins to talk to me aboutthe coming revival that's going to hit the
earth. He proposes this question tome. He says, demante, do
you know what the gifts of thespirit look like. I had never thought

(10:24):
that the gifts of the spirit couldhave some type of appearance in the spiritual
room, or have some type ofsymbol or something that corresponds to it,
or appearance of the spiritual room basically, And a lot of times, if
the Lord appears to you or anangel appears to you and asks you a
question, they already know that youdon't know the answer. Often the Lord

(10:46):
speaks rhetorical and I said, no, Lord, and he said, well,
let me show you. And hebegan to show me quickly the nine
gifts of the Spirit. I wantto share. One was the Word of
Wisdom, I saw it almost likea key, but it was a living
key. And then I was madeto understand that wisdom unlocks, answers solutions,

(11:07):
opens doors, solves problems. Butit was like a living key,
and it was translucent, but therewas colors, all different colors moving through
this key. And he said,this is given to a person in the
word of wisdom is released. Butmore in particular, there was one gift
that he talked about with me thelongest, was the gift of faith.

(11:28):
He said, this is what thegift of faith looks like. And above
me there was this pool, hugepool of living power, living energy,
living faith. It was bluish purplish, like a bluish purplish color, blues
and purples moving and out, witha silver goldish kind of outlining and hue

(11:48):
sparkling around it. And he said, this is what I made available to
men and women of oh like I'mjust gonna say, capturing. He mentioned
Smith Wigglesworth specifically, but he namedseveral great generals like the Catherine Coomans,
the Smith Wigglesworths, the AA Allen's. There were several names that he mentioned,
and he said, but I'm goingto show you what's being made known

(12:11):
to the next generation, what's beingmade available to the next generation. And
suddenly I saw a pool over thepool over top of it connected with the
pool down below, and it wasten times larger. And he said,
that will be greater glory, greatermiracles, and a greater dimension of faith
that will be unlocked and made availablefor this generation. And I want you

(12:33):
to be one of the pioneers andforerunners to move into these new dimensions and
to help the Body of Christ comeup to that next level. So I
want to share with you, guys, that the Lord Jesus is alive.
The Lord Jesus is real, andhe desires, whether he visits you directly
or not, he desires to impartto you graces, annoyings, and divine

(12:58):
abilities to help you accomplish the willof God. So I want to pray
for you right now in Jesus Mightyname, that the Lord would open your
heart to whatever visitations He's purpose foryou, whether by angels, whether by
the Holy Spirit or Jesus, Kingof Kings, King of Glory himself,
that they were coming to your life, and that they would supernaturally activate you

(13:24):
and move you into a new dimension, of the miraculous, of wisdom,
of supernatural faith, of the powerof God, and of the presence of
God. So I pray that thismessage encouraged you, and I pray on
your journey that God would give yousome suddenly and He would give you some
unexpected supernatural encounters, that you wouldknow that it is a supernatural season for

(13:50):
your life and for the body ofChrist.
