Mo h.
Speaker 2 (06:03):
M hm.
Speaker 3 (06:10):
We are live. Welcome to another podcast of WHO on
apisode of Tacky Toasted Tree Club episode seven. Wow, we've
done seven of these.
Speaker 4 (06:22):
We've been doing this for a whole week. That's absolutely insane.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
Oh yeah, because is it once every two weeks that
we do or once every yeah, once every two weeks
and technically we've done it a week but not a week,
if it makes sense. It feels weird.
Speaker 4 (06:38):
Why if you watched one day, it would take you
a week?
Speaker 3 (06:41):
Now if you watched one who watch things now.
Speaker 4 (06:49):
That they're listening to the Trade Club but live obviously
like you need the VOD because you're heres happen. But
we do our viewers as well.
Speaker 3 (07:01):
Of course we have perfect channel, which is the YouTube one.
Speaker 4 (07:08):
So yeah, YouTube dot com forward slash at waz wait,
thank you for following. I think that's on a channel right.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Right, an follow?
Speaker 3 (07:20):
Thanks for following. I thought you're already. I thought you
were ready a follower unless it was broken. There's a
different account now, okay, okay, that makes sense.
Speaker 4 (07:32):
That's why some Twitch issues a new account.
Speaker 3 (07:36):
Has went in doubt, make a new account. Indeed, I'll
hand you up presca for some news. First, well, I
stuffed myself with food.
Speaker 4 (07:46):
All right, Well, well, how are we gonna start with
the year thing? Is that gonna be all that usual
starting thing? Do you think?
Speaker 1 (07:51):
I mean, we can do. But the issue is now
that is stuffing his face, like unless we take a.
Speaker 4 (07:57):
Lot on me and you can stuff right like because
otherwise less talk about hit Man. I don't know, I
not talking about hit Man, but that's true.
Speaker 1 (08:07):
Probably right, so.
Speaker 4 (08:10):
Let's go and hit Man. I mean, you seem to
not be eating, so you posted it, so I'm not
sure what this exactly is. It says cop is coming
to hit Man. During this year's Iowai Showcase, we revealed
Stone and Night, a new experience that the team's hard
at work on. Is it a new game or game mode?
Speaker 1 (08:31):
Yeah? Well, I don't really know because it's it's obviously
hit Man like the IP. But it's multiplayer now, which
I mean looks pretty cool, and I feel like that
is like it's a really cool I don't know, I
feel like it's going to just come with one of
the games. I don't know if they're even making a
new game. It may just be like add on or
(08:52):
maybe it is a standing out game.
Speaker 4 (08:53):
But yeah, I just watched it to the end. It
looks like a stands out thing. By the promo at
the end there was two characters that definitely aren't the
hit Man himself and it's hit Fascination Hit then Stone
and Night really big John. Yeah, it seems like a
stand alone game. But I mean, we got to play this.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
This is gonna be, this is gonna it looks amazing.
Speaker 4 (09:22):
Like I was that big gushing over the Bond game
for the last two podcasts. I feel and now this
like I need to play hit Man and I need
to play this. I need to my Bond game because
the same like developer as well, they just they seem
(09:43):
to make good stuff. I haven't haven't played these games,
but it looks like I already enjoyed these games, so
I should.
Speaker 1 (09:49):
Hit Man is fun like they are, Like I actually
find it quite difficult because I'm just not that good
at sself. Like it's quite difficul or it's it's very
much like you need to play it four or five
times the same level and you know, get good at
it basically. But that's that is a good thing in
itself because you learn, you know, learn how to play well,
(10:14):
and it's Yeah, it's really good. Looks really good. The
only the only thing is it's a standard game. Is
it gonna be? Where are we going to get charge
like sixty seventy quds for it? I don't know, but
would I pay that? Maybe? And yeah, and now I'll
(10:35):
look forward to it. Hopefully I do have a release date?
I can't remember.
Speaker 4 (10:41):
Is that why someone asks in the comments and hit
hits Man himself, I assume replied with the team is
hard at work, and as soon as we have my
information to share, you will be the first to know.
Specifically replying to one individual person, I might like follow, Yeah,
(11:02):
follow and be like, hey, you message me when John
Hitman messages you about the release date, because you will
be the first to know exactly. Can I be second?
Speaker 1 (11:17):
Yeah? It looks good? I mean, once again, another game
that looks really good, like this year is knocking Out
the Part Like that's stranding too, Like that just looks
so damn good. That's all I can think about at
the moment. It's stranding, and I got the game, and
that's all I can think about. I really want to
play it desperately, but I'm going to have no money
if I play all these games. It's just too much
coming out. But yeah, I don't know if this is
(11:39):
this year. To be honest, I don't know when. If
they haven't given an announcement of the date, you would
assume it's going to be next year, But you never know,
do you.
Speaker 4 (11:49):
So yeah, I mean it's like a smaller thing. I assume. Well,
I guess maybe it's sooner, but yeah, I don't know.
Next year is probably a safe but can be too
close to the to the Bond game that you would
think because it doesn't make any sense.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
But I don't know if it is like a smaller
studio working on that or something like on this hit
now one and then you've got like the main working
on one. I don't really know how they work over there,
but it's interesting. I will be keeping my eye on it.
Speaker 4 (12:27):
Like Admiral Nelson in the ride at Adam to Swords,
I think anyway, right.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
Right broke down while I.
Speaker 4 (12:42):
Like, how not going crazy? And this is real? And
you remember it? That's good because as I said, I'm like,
why is there Lord Nelson? Right?
Speaker 1 (12:54):
There was a few rides on there, like you're like,
I feel like rides. I don't know, because there was definitely.
It wasn't that one. I actually I didn't think I
went on that. No, did I go on there? I
know the one I went on went through like the
years of like it must have been like second the
first and second World War in Britain. And it broke
(13:14):
down right next to where the airbraids Simon was going off,
and it just and because of course it's all like
a what twenty second repeat, it broke down right in
front of it, and oh it was just and then
and all that, like it was crazy. It's all because
someone took a photo and broke the ride because you're
(13:36):
not allowed flashtography. I want, idiot one, absolutely idiot. We
started like twenty four minutes. It's like a ridiculous amount
of time because the ride was completely broke because they
used flashtography. But what not? Basically, yeah, no, that was
that was traumatizing as a kid, horrendously.
Speaker 4 (14:02):
I remember three things from Manto Swords. I remember Lewis
Hamilton because I have a photo of a very young
myself with it. And Jonathan Ross because my mum had
a photo sound like the interview so far like in
his studio or whatever. And the Nelson ride because this
is you know he has one I right, and it's
(14:24):
at the end of it when he's at the top
of the Travagar Square like pole, whatever you call it.
And the line from the commentator is Lord Nelson is
keeping and I on proceedings, which is that line of
living free in my head for I don't know twenty years.
(14:44):
I have no idea, which is why that came to mind.
Did you keep an eye on it? That's this whole
tang from that. Yeah, but that's just everything they say
and do at this point.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
It's true, very true. It is the was like, you know,
way of doing things, just being completely unhinged and stupid
Xbox landing.
Speaker 4 (15:17):
So next on the list, and it's more than games
that we'll have to spend seventy dollars on Sonic Racing
Crossworlds specifically, like this score had got announced and like
Miku was in it, but Spongebobs in it.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
Pretty it's gonna be insane.
Speaker 4 (15:40):
In a year where there is a new open world
Mario Kart and a Crash Team racing inspired Indy Kart
racing game, why am I actually tempted to also get
a racing game for the first time ever?
Speaker 1 (15:58):
Like what I mean, you know that that's all you need?
And what was it as well? Is that also in camera?
Speaker 5 (16:09):
Are they like this?
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Listen? Yeah, I think I saw. That's the end of
the trailer.
Speaker 4 (16:12):
I think I just got to it. I think, I mean,
it's just weird Nickelodeon Avatar, it is.
Speaker 1 (16:25):
Oh my god, spun Robbins Sonic just seems so weird,
Like it just seems really weird.
Speaker 4 (16:35):
I think they're ironically trying to My god. That okay,
one of the game's website and it's so laggy. I
hate web design, like this awful. So okay, here's the
announced season and past collaboration Racers Steve uh from Minecraft,
Alex from Minecraft like ginger female character I didn't know
(17:02):
the name of that character, I don't know, and Creeper
and Rick but the oh yeah, but three post launch
tracers Miku Joker from five and each Bank from like
a Dragon correct, and then game Racers is obviously there's
something characters which like their characters and what the hell
(17:27):
is zas.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
Yeah? What is that? Never unless is that a new
one for this game?
Speaker 4 (17:34):
But I don't know where you get pre order, but yeah,
I don't know. There's like loads of both three Postal
Tracers and season Past Racers. Does sound good going for
like Fortnite of of Car Racer, which is it's.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
Probably good idea to be honest, who else is doing it?
America would, but of course they're so locked in. I
guess like some Smash Bros. Like it's it's loads of different.
Speaker 4 (18:09):
You'd be surprised that Nintendo haven't already done Smash Bros
for car racing when they literally made Smash Bros.
Speaker 1 (18:19):
Yeah, because they do. They do have quite with Smash
bro especially like they've got so many ips and stuff
from things aren't even though by Nintendo, and you know
it's like, how have they not done that? Yeah? With
something else it makes so much more sense for them.
Do you think Marraka is the most popular car races,
so you get loads and loads of these like cameos, Yeah,
(18:44):
the more popular. I guess they have formula works so
well they probably don't actually need it to be honest.
Speaker 4 (18:50):
Yeah, and you know, I suppose it's probably good that
it's not Nintendo doing such a good idea. Yeah, probably
need it quite from England let him have it?
Speaker 1 (19:04):
No, No, I mean i'd tell you fair. It actually
does look really good though that even just like the
maps and everything, it generally does look like quite a
good cart racer, and there isn't that many of them around,
to be honest, I can't even bother America. I mean,
it's I don't know. I'm just sort of over it now.
It's a shame. But I don't know if I'll in
(19:25):
the America. Well, I am an't sure when I'm gonna
get that, because when am I going to get switched to,
you know, but i'd i'd like to have a good
cart racing game, just one, just one like we can
all get involved with. You know this, This seems like
it would be quite a good one to get, especially
if like Spundral characters. I mean, that's that's already just sold,
(19:46):
you know.
Speaker 4 (19:51):
So, Yeah, the year is two thousand and five. Melting
face emoji. This is our segment of the podcast where
each of us will say our favorite what is it?
Video game? Music? And I guess film or TV show
sort of?
Speaker 1 (20:10):
Yeah, I mean, I guess we can we can always
sort of. Ye know, if you've got three things, for example,
of just a game, three games that are like standing out,
then that's that's fair. But I think we would try
to split it between the genres.
Speaker 4 (20:28):
But yeah, so the year this this week is two
thousand and five. Our favorite media from two thousand and five.
Would you like to go first, Darrow, since you appear
to be available.
Speaker 3 (20:42):
Sure, I've stuffed my face right, I guess I'll go
with the game Game in two thousand and five, which
I was always playing. My brother was always playing, so
they were always playing it.
Speaker 4 (21:00):
That was bigod that came on a good segue from
the previous topic.
Speaker 3 (21:03):
Indeed, so I was like, I was excited to talk
about it because like it perfectly. I guess I played
grandf Daughter Liberty City that came on two thousand and
five as well, I don't think I. Oh, and Tony
Hawk's Those are my three games from two thousand and five,
(21:27):
which I probably I probably played DS the America on release,
like since release, but all the other ones were like afterwards, Yeah,
uh movie, I think I should go Night next on
that bit Herbie fully loaded No Calling on that one, Reskin.
Speaker 4 (21:53):
I enjoyed that movie back in the day, but if
I watched it now, just like they like, I heard
is racing in in NASCAR, and I would recognize that
world a little bit more than I certainly did when
that film was new. So yeah, that would be amusing
to watch again.
Speaker 3 (22:13):
Actually would I might need to watch it again. I
The next one is a little bit like maybe Rescuer
might recognize. This one is The Adventures of Shark Boy
in Lava Girl.
Speaker 4 (22:31):
Do you remember that one?
Speaker 3 (22:32):
That was my absolute favorite? I wanted to be shark.
Speaker 1 (22:38):
I mean I remember getting the cinema to see that
and I was just like you and then in this
is crap.
Speaker 4 (22:46):
That was crazy, But back then it was good.
Speaker 3 (22:53):
If I watched it now maybe I would like maybe
then start a little bit. But if not, yeah, it
wouldn't so ve this year, I guess the next one
because there's two. Actually I might go on a fourth one.
Speaker 1 (23:07):
By the way.
Speaker 3 (23:08):
The next one is I used to always watch was
The Pacifier.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
Oh my god, man, these films are terrible. Don't give
me that that awful films.
Speaker 3 (23:26):
Yes, when I thought, when I saw him in the
Pacifier and nothing else, and that's why I just associated
him with I mean.
Speaker 1 (23:34):
I remember seeing that film, but like it was fun,
it was terrible, wasn't you?
Speaker 4 (23:42):
That said Big Mama's House last week exactly exactly.
Speaker 3 (23:46):
I'm sorry, but I don't know how bad it was.
But like me being grown up on Big Mama's House,
the Pacifier and White Chicks?
Speaker 1 (24:00):
What is your what this I mean out of context?
What the hell? But like what terrible?
Speaker 3 (24:05):
I mean?
Speaker 1 (24:05):
White Chicks is probably the best one out of these,
but still like what man those films? Woh, you need
to watch that film?
Speaker 3 (24:15):
I was brought up with is whatever my parents are watching.
But then to be for the one I found afterwards
and made it my own thing was the Rush.
Speaker 1 (24:22):
Album Why as you say, wait, they didn't come out then.
Speaker 3 (24:26):
No, they came out of the nine nineteen ninety eight,
the first one came out. They didn't watch it until
a few years after. But like those became my movies,
like go to movies where they rush out movies. But
then during the grown during family times, it was those
comedies like the passive Big Mama House.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
Well I remember doing the same sort of thing, of course,
but mine was usually the case of you'd watch it
once and be like, well, this is absolutely ship, I'm
never gonna watch it again sort of thing. Not your
favor film two.
Speaker 3 (24:58):
And five watched all I think there was there four
Big Mama House. I think I watched all four because
there was a newish one that came out where his
son did it with him? Sorry, what what do you
say in one of the Big Mama House later movie?
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Those four?
Speaker 3 (25:16):
I think so one of them is where.
Speaker 4 (25:19):
There's a class like.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
Son has to go up these.
Speaker 4 (25:30):
Okay, yeah, there's there's Big Mama's House, Big Mama's House too,
and big Mamas like father Like No. What's crazy is
that the years these came out with two thousand, two
thousand and six and two thousand and eleven.
Speaker 1 (25:47):
Whoa, that's huge gap, I know because the other I mean,
did they really think I need another one? After the
they were good?
Speaker 4 (25:54):
Sorry, but both sequels were hearted and more family friendly
than the original stories, but so reduced takings in the
box office and were panned by film critics.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
Wow, not surprised. I mean I understand I was getting.
It's that typical like sort of early naughties like film.
You know, it's the family friendly films. Like there's so
many of them. I wouldn't be I wouldn't even have
known most of these, like classify I come on twousand five,
because it's just that there's so many of the same film.
(26:27):
But like you know. I mean, they're not necessarily awful,
but they're really like, yeah, not good films, not great films,
but still but your choice are your choice.
Speaker 3 (26:42):
Yes, they are my choice.
Speaker 4 (26:45):
Yeah, what about you ben music for music?
Speaker 3 (26:55):
Because my music has been all over the place. But
I'm going to name my TV one TV show to
that got reboot in two thousand and five that shaped
my was Doctor Who because it was in his sixties.
Then it stopped for a while, and then it got
rebooted in two thousand and five.
Speaker 1 (27:15):
That's mental, But I cannot believe it's two thousand and five.
Speaker 3 (27:20):
I did bring I had to releast bring that up because, yeah,
two thousand and five Doctor Who, that was my fixation
for those years. I've got the books, I've got the cards,
I've got the Sonic screwdrivers and then it all went downhill.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
But anyway, he got rebooted with Chris Becks. Is they
the first one he was.
Speaker 3 (27:37):
Yeah, Chris Fagson was the first Doctor botchnically the ninth doctor.
Speaker 1 (27:41):
Yeah, but he was the first one in the reboot.
Speaker 3 (27:44):
Yeah. And Rose Tyler, Billy Piper, oh and by well
do you want John and joining the news about Billy
Piper and Doctor Who.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
Now, well I've seen I saw the thing, of course.
Speaker 3 (27:58):
Yeah we've seen. Yeah, yeah, that's going to be interesting.
Speaker 1 (28:02):
And so I didn't read thinking about that. Actually, someone said,
I can't want They said about it says that like
she was going to be basically cameoing. We're not actually
the next doctor or something. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (28:14):
Okay, spoiler alert for anyone who'd likes Doctor Who, I
don't know, probably just me here. It's the last time
the doctor generated he and regenerated and suddenly it was
Rose Tyler Billy Piper's face. But then there's been apparently
she might be the next doctor technically because she's the doctor,
but then apparently in later articles and stuff, it might
(28:36):
be just a one off thing where like how David
Tennant was brought back as the doctor and then split
into two parts and all that kind of thing. David
Tennant's doctor is still alive, so there's going to be
probably like a run in with his like old assistant,
but as himself. That's going to be crazy. And then
obviously she might may or may not be the actual
(28:56):
doctor going forward, but there's plans that David Tennant is
going to be with the upcoming stories.
Speaker 4 (29:05):
Has like you know, earned his way to be a permanent.
Speaker 3 (29:09):
His stories were good. The character he portrayed, and he
was just of our generation. He's the go to doctor,
like when you think of the doctor, who he is
the doctor, but then he he didn't want to always
be associated with That's why he wanted to step down
(29:30):
after so many years with it and do other things.
But he's kind of accepted the fact that he is
known as the doctor no matter what he does. Yeah,
he's been many things that I enjoy, but yeah, that's
that was the latest news with the Doctor.
Speaker 1 (29:46):
See, I don't really enjoy them anything else. But I
don't really like David Tenants acting like Jim like he was.
Speaker 3 (29:57):
He was one of the devils in bad Omens. He
was good.
Speaker 6 (30:00):
I liked.
Speaker 7 (30:00):
I like again, he's like to like almost like too centric,
like he's he's too animated. Yeah, yeah, definitely, he's like
the anime character.
Speaker 1 (30:13):
Yeah that's not a good thing.
Speaker 3 (30:16):
Makes the character quite like explosive and powerful and like
you would really like think he was actually that person
in the story.
Speaker 1 (30:26):
But I think the doctor that he wasn't like that.
He was quite like, but he's.
Speaker 3 (30:36):
More he was more powerful, like how he like really
gave up and like it was like like I'm going
to rewrite it if and if it kills me kind
of thing, and like that kind of explosiveness. Waters On
Mars was one of them.
Speaker 1 (30:48):
Yeah, that's that's good. But I feel like he just
he he worked as the like role as the doctor
really well for him, more so than I think other
roles have.
Speaker 3 (31:01):
But that's why he wanted to step down, because he
wanted to try other things and not be like just
associate as the doctor, which I can that does make
sense because a lot of actors don't want to be
just seen as that one character. But if they're good
at that character, they are going to be seen as
that character.
Speaker 4 (31:21):
I remember from from Will Smith he tells about yeah,
that time he slapped someone. No, it's like I think
when they were like, you know, Fresh Princes hadn't aired yet, right,
and I think his character was going to be named
something else, and then someone said to him like, no,
(31:42):
it's got to be Will. It has to be Will,
because people will know you for this role forever. They'll
call you the name of this character forever. Make it
Will sure enough sparked his entire career and probably still
crazy to think of Will Smith. You probably they think
Fresh Prince is one.
Speaker 3 (32:01):
Of the main that he might go to person for
that as well. It's like I was just obsessed with
Fresh Prince Bell for a while with.
Speaker 1 (32:07):
The special with I never watched it, never watched it.
Speaker 3 (32:11):
It's it's weird because like the it's because where we
were brought up that the humor they use in it
and all that kind of stuff makes sense and more relatable.
But then obviously if someone watched it nowadays, they were
probably not find it as funny whatever. Basically it still is.
Speaker 1 (32:27):
It's still has quite a long I know.
Speaker 3 (32:28):
That's what I mean, Like the song and everything. I've
got the song and you know, it's just so good
and it's.
Speaker 1 (32:34):
Yeah, song's iconic song is it is one of the
it's that typical TV show song that everybody knows. And
I've never watched it and I still knew like most
of the words like stupid really.
Speaker 3 (32:47):
Because I was trying to like, yeah, what's the word
get in line with the series, because what I was
doing I was watching all the Well, the funny thing
is there's a lot of series before where I've watched
a lot of like a series of something when it
was on TV, but then I always miss out the
very first episode and it would take me years later
for another rerun or finding it somewhere else to watch
the first episode and then make sense of the opening.
(33:09):
So obviously that's the whole episode. One thing, A couple
of well, like I missed the first episode, but then
I watched everything else and then the first episode comes
around again.
Speaker 1 (33:21):
And yeah, yeah, it's difficult, especially back in the day,
watching things is a lot harder than it is that
you wait for it to come on or buy it.
Speaker 3 (33:32):
Of course, that's why when you had the skybox that
recorded things, you could like record an episode or something,
you didn't miss it.
Speaker 1 (33:40):
Even then. That was like, I mean, that wasn't around
when we were younger, really.
Speaker 3 (33:44):
Yeah, but it was like young ish where I want
where we didn't have like the go to of streaming
services and all that and pick and choose when you
The only thing they gave us was the the ability
to record something, so we didn't miss it. Yeah, I
took a diversion. But anyway, who's next and.
Speaker 4 (34:05):
Talking about well, yeah, I don't think you've done music yet,
and about two thousand and five is a good segue
into I started talking about Will Smith. It's a good
segue into your two five music.
Speaker 1 (34:17):
I assume surely.
Speaker 4 (34:21):
Because I saw something that you like when I was
looking up two thousand and five. Your boy it will
Switch apparently came out in two thousand and five. Wait the.
Speaker 3 (34:36):
Will Smith song Switch.
Speaker 4 (34:38):
I believe so if iTunes is telling the truth, which
it is not about at least one song.
Speaker 3 (34:44):
In I was obsessed with this song. Yes, I remember
this s yes, any what did you just search for it?
I have my moments where like I will be obsessed
with it for a long time and then I forget
about it. Like I had all of his music. I
had the Switch.
Speaker 4 (35:03):
I had remember, I think I know, I think I
know this song? Well switch you.
Speaker 3 (35:14):
Yeah, I want to I want to listen to it
after the stream. But yeah, I had my moment were
like fresh Prince Bella watching. I liked Will Smith a lot,
watched a lot of his movies, then had his music.
Obviously I don't know about my phone now for some
reason because obviously it was before Apple Music and all
that stuff. Uh yeah, I was obsessed with just Will
Smith music. Okay, give you some locks of core memory.
(35:38):
Oh and jazzy Oh and jazzy Yeah, Jazzy Jeff. Yeah,
DJ Dozy Jeff, Let's go.
Speaker 1 (35:44):
His friend.
Speaker 3 (35:47):
DJ Jazzy Jeff, who also plays Jazzy Jeff in Freshman,
is in most of his songs as well.
Speaker 1 (35:54):
I only remember getting Jiggy with It really and.
Speaker 3 (35:57):
Well jiggy with It by Yeah, Oh my gosh, I'll
come back now, I'm going crazy. Oh Miami as well
to Miami and just the two of us, well West,
not your head Men in Black two.
Speaker 1 (36:15):
Oh yeah, I was gonna say that is like, that's
probably the most iconic one actually, I mean everyone knows
how song, even Rescuer and probably who's probably never seen
then in the.
Speaker 4 (36:25):
Black las even't think of this song. However, I am
pretty sure I've heard a man in Black song. I'm
going to search it. What's called men in Black?
Speaker 2 (36:33):
Yeah, Defenders, you must know that song. Yeah, you've only
played all of our like discos when we're.
Speaker 3 (36:45):
Young, you freaking it?
Speaker 1 (36:51):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (36:51):
No, I know this song and Light them up boys,
party Starter, I like Party Star just.
Speaker 4 (37:00):
Really got will Smith sore because I want to I
actually want to get the I want to download the
Will Smith's Greatest Hits album.
Speaker 3 (37:10):
Now, so I haven't again question.
Speaker 4 (37:15):
Why that three years old? Like then it was, yeah,
I know I made it. I've made my owner that
to be fair, I made him mean channel.
Speaker 3 (37:30):
Wow, I'm going to be obsessed with it for a while.
Speaker 4 (37:34):
Now, well, guys, you want to go next to your
two thousand and five.
Speaker 1 (37:46):
I wasn't even born then, you know, Yeah, what he's like,
Hold on, what case was that?
Speaker 4 (37:55):
No?
Speaker 1 (37:55):
I will I'll get them up second on two seconds? Yeah,
so I did. The actual hardest one for me was
probably the films. So I was looking through the films
in two thousand and five. I went on IMDb, and
you know, it's like first two, like Pride and Prejudice
and Broke Back Mountain and I'm literally never gonna be
(38:18):
able to find a film. But but I think it's
a toss up. But what the best film? The best
film of the entire thing? Fight me? Everyone Star Wars
episode three, Revenge of the Six.
Speaker 4 (38:37):
It seems like, are you mad?
Speaker 1 (38:39):
It is a huge It is the best one. He
kills young I mean it's hilarious not him killing Young Wings,
but like the acting is just something else. But like
it's seriously so good.
Speaker 4 (38:55):
I love it.
Speaker 1 (38:56):
Why everyone hates I mean, I don't think this is
everyone's favorite of the original trilogy, which were terrible. We
all know that the first one and the second one
is awful. People like the second one. I just don't
get it. It's just not very good.
Speaker 3 (39:08):
I never got by involved with Well, I watched the movies.
I think it's because my dad likes Star Wars that
you can do so then I like, I didn't like
get in into it. I just watched the movie and
I was it.
Speaker 1 (39:22):
Really, I'm nowhere near like I'm not like a massive
Star Wars fan.
Speaker 3 (39:26):
I think the last Star Wars game I ever played
was the PlayStation one one when it was on PlayStation
one games brilliant apart from the lego, I just take
that out of my mind. Yeah, apart from.
Speaker 4 (39:40):
The By the way, I think that thousand and five Games.
Speaker 1 (39:46):
Game No No, you haven't No, that is a good
game though. That is. The Avenger of the Fifth is
a fantastic film. I honestly think it's just it's so
well done. The score is brilliant, Like everything about is
is fantastic, and I feel like it is. People hate
on it too, too, quickly. I feel I understand that
(40:07):
from the originals, Like people who've watched the Originals probably
will definitely disagree with me. But when I was growing up,
like two thousand and five, it is the perfect almost
a perfect time for this film to come out for me,
like for the perfect age. It's just it's so cool.
It was so cool seeing you know, I had no
idea because I don't even remember watching I probably watched
them in order. I probably watched it one, two, three, four, five, six,
(40:30):
so I don't even I had no idea what happened.
I had no idea about bar fade or anything or spoilers.
By the way, ANA can start fade if you didn't know,
you know, I feel like it was such a cool
transition because you had no idea he was going to
turn it evil. And it's so quotable, Like there's so
many memes now it which makes me like it even more.
Like in present day there's the amount of memes I
(40:54):
see episodes.
Speaker 3 (40:56):
There's any I need to share out the stream about
the the I've just remember the episode three meme that
I've seen is quite funny but also dark. But I
was the opposite. I did I did the original order
because of my family, so I did start with four, five,
and six.
Speaker 1 (41:14):
See, I think most people probably did, to be honest,
it's just that none of my family bothered about it
about Star Wars, so I had to do it myself basically.
And of course I think I watched the first one
there watching a cinema. I have a vague memory of
watching a cinema, but I've only been like six seven ish,
so I can't believe it.
Speaker 3 (41:35):
I watched on the TV, so whenever it was TV broadcasted,
that's when I watched.
Speaker 1 (41:41):
I had them all on VHS and stuff because I'm
tackling Plones on VHS as well.
Speaker 7 (41:45):
And it's just.
Speaker 3 (41:47):
On Titan on VHS.
Speaker 1 (41:49):
Clones, I said.
Speaker 4 (41:51):
For some reason, I heard Presents the Clones exactly.
Speaker 1 (41:57):
Well that was similar time.
Speaker 4 (41:58):
To be honest, I down checked for that, but it's not.
Speaker 1 (42:04):
I bet you did. But yeah, fantast My next thing, well,
I think I'll go a game because the games are
important to me. And I literally looked up games in
two thousand and five because well, what the hell can
even be picking from? I mean the episode three avengersif
Star Wars games and that, so I was like, well,
(42:25):
that is really good. That's why you should I have
just two Star Wars things. But I already I feel
like I already know Reskers one of the Raskus choices.
But yeah, I think Refore the first.
Speaker 8 (42:38):
Thing I saw Resident before that probably one of the
biggest change up in gaming history basically is why we
have third person shooters is because of Resident Evelfore.
Speaker 1 (42:51):
That's just how you think that. Yeah, it's just a
fact basically that Over the Shoulder the first basically the
first ever time it premiered and in such a way
was Resume four. Well, it was one of the staple
games of like the whole survival horror as well. That
would not exist about that game and what I like
(43:13):
about it because I'm not a huge horror fan. I
don't I'd like horror, but I'm not that bothered, like
I could take a leave it. But this is so
good because it's got the action set pieces.
Speaker 6 (43:22):
Are really good and compared to the others where especially
because two and three were well I was too young
played them when they came out anyway, but Restink five
was such like a I just remember when it came
out as well.
Speaker 1 (43:35):
In twousand and five. I remember everyone was just crazy
hyping this game, and even at school, people going on
about all us play Revenue or Resume four, the amazing game.
You know, no one was old enough to play it.
It just had such like an impact, and it really is.
I mean back when I played it, because I played
it probably two thousand and six seven, maybe I was
(43:56):
probably too scared even play it at that time. So
it's creepy, you know, the stuff. But the remake that
came out what twenty twenty three is is fantastic. Like,
you guys need to play Residue Will four remake because
it's so good and it's just it is that brilliant
mix of survival horror action and it's got stupid especially
(44:18):
the original one. It's got really stupid comedic timing or
like some of it's just so cringey but funny. Because
it's that cringey, you need to play it's honestly. But
like I looked through the rest of the games, I'm like, well,
like this game, like this game, like yeah, but none
of them is none of them are good as a
Resume four. It's Leon Kennedy's time to shine, man, I mean,
(44:41):
come on, like you don't get any better than that.
He's rescuss boy. You just can't beat him. I'm sorry exactly. See,
So yeah, isn't it.
Speaker 3 (44:54):
Sorry zoned for a minute, I told, well.
Speaker 1 (44:57):
That's as you don't listen. But anyway, the yeah, And
then finally music, music, music, music. Actually I did look
through music, and I was trying to figure out when
certain things came out, and I loved to laugh of music,
so I was just looking around for certain albums and
(45:18):
I am going to pick but solely based on half music,
and I can't seem to find anyone else. An actual
release date is the fall Out Boy album from Under
the Cork Tree, which is an absolute classic. Thank you.
Speaker 9 (45:32):
When I was looking at music, I mean, come on, sugar,
We're going down is arguably arguably probably the best song
of that decade.
Speaker 4 (45:44):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (45:47):
It is a huge, cool music.
Speaker 4 (45:54):
That's a heart take, heart takes.
Speaker 1 (45:58):
But it's what I love it is. It's like it's
almost like it's I don't, I can't. It's hard to describe,
but it's the the beat and the lyrics and everything
about that song. And because we lived in that era anyway,
it was like one of my favorite songs back then.
But it's there's something about that song. I can't possibly
(46:21):
not listen to it. It will come on, I'm like,
because I'm in every mood for sugar will go now.
Speaker 3 (46:28):
Fall Out Boy the one that has a song that
he changes the lyric every few every few years to
fit with what's currently happening in that year, or my
finger of someone completely different.
Speaker 4 (46:43):
Green Day?
Speaker 1 (46:44):
Right, what song are you talking about?
Speaker 8 (46:48):
Song?
Speaker 3 (46:48):
But it's a song that he keeps changing to fit
the year he sings it.
Speaker 1 (46:55):
Oh, I think I think what you're trying to think
of is I think fall U Boy did a cover
of We Didn't Start the Fire, which is a Billy
Joel original song. Anyway, I think, yeah, I think they
just did it. But that's that's I mean, that's yeah. Yeah,
it's not like a particularly great I don't really like
the original song that much anyway, so it's not anything
(47:16):
you know, special, But yeah, that is the same person,
and they probably sung many more songs, you know. Yeah,
I mean you're these are the later years. He's only
even you know, the classics.
Speaker 4 (47:31):
Because.
Speaker 3 (47:33):
Like later on, I think after you showed me.
Speaker 1 (47:39):
Would Yeah boys is fantastic, like it really is.
Speaker 4 (47:44):
Yeah, guy, I have a question saying that song decade
you'd put that song ahead of Thanks for the Memories? Yeah, okay, yea,
I think I.
Speaker 1 (47:56):
Actually think take Over the breaksp is better on that anyway.
That's my first song that album.
Speaker 4 (48:00):
What about too many sixteen Candles? Where is your avoid tonight?
Speaker 5 (48:07):
We get I get confused about there's like three songs
I don't know my head now, like for some reason,
I can't remember the lyrics.
Speaker 4 (48:19):
I've screwed that up for you completely, I think so.
Speaker 1 (48:24):
No one, but of course that that was on the
album expressed fond of you know that and Dance Dance
course on that album as well, exactly that. There's just
cool songs. Man, They're all like our era, like so good.
But I do I do really like to take it? Wait?
What is that album? The other one? Is it called
(48:45):
take out the Breaks Over?
Speaker 4 (48:46):
It is one of the the name of any for
that Boy albums?
Speaker 1 (48:50):
That's all right?
Speaker 4 (48:52):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (48:54):
But that one, yeah that I think I came seven
years later, but yeah, that that is also really album.
And they do have some good albums, and to be honest,
they probably use songs that I or at least albums
and other artists around that time that I probably forgot
about and I can't able to look up. But I
do seriously think Sugar are going down. It's just you know,
(49:15):
and I'm more than you bargain for. Yeah, you know,
That's all I'm gonna say. We're going down down in
another round, Sugar, We're going down swinging like, come on,
like we can't get better than that. Surely we just can't.
As a society, we can't get better than Sugar were
going down in the naughties.
Speaker 3 (49:33):
I just remembered. I've just remembered a group that I
used to listen to, and it might say much about
my personality. Mike Mechanics, No Scouting for.
Speaker 1 (49:47):
Or Bob Suits? Good? What song from Bawling a Suit? Though?
I feel like you only know one of them?
Speaker 3 (49:57):
I have to search up again.
Speaker 4 (50:01):
That's amazing.
Speaker 1 (50:05):
My favorite I don't know the songs, but my favorite.
Speaker 3 (50:08):
Because I was going to the scound for Girls with
my my One of my favorites was the James Bond song.
Speaker 1 (50:15):
For girls They did which one.
Speaker 3 (50:22):
They talk about?
Speaker 1 (50:24):
Have I got? Am? I am?
Speaker 3 (50:25):
I mixing them up now?
Speaker 4 (50:27):
Song the song called James Bond by Scouting for Girls.
Speaker 1 (50:35):
Bond song.
Speaker 3 (50:37):
Sing about James Bond that's what I know.
Speaker 4 (50:40):
What you said?
Speaker 1 (50:41):
What say? Yeah, I know you're about to.
Speaker 4 (50:44):
Say you said that again, Like I always confused to
because I thought skart of for Girls and the James
Bond song all did Scouting for Girls. No, Okay, I
know I don't know this song, so that's why I
didn't think of it.
Speaker 1 (50:57):
What I know is the Elvis Swan and the what's
the other one? That that one?
Speaker 3 (51:05):
She's so lovely, She's so but the boy was high
School never ends?
Speaker 4 (51:13):
That's a chune four years.
Speaker 3 (51:16):
Sure, yeah, you find out that's like.
Speaker 4 (51:21):
One of the more popular ones for me. But like
when I went to SITENT live, they had a big
thing above the stage saying count down to nineteen eighty five,
and they were like they were like, okay, guys, we
know you're only here to hear this one song, so
we put this timer up so that you won't be
in the toilet ogain anything like you'll know exactly what
it is. But I would put like I heard for
(51:42):
ninety eighty five equal to like high School Never Ends
and go to all the back guys one And I
was going.
Speaker 1 (51:46):
To say, that's my favorite one, that's my favorite song.
The first one I ever heard of. Remember that music video.
Speaker 3 (51:54):
I only knew High School never Ends existed because somebody
like years ago YouTube just watching a video they used
that song. And then that's when I looked up and
then actually listened to them and all that.
Speaker 1 (52:06):
So yeah, no good. You can listen to the I think,
but it's a busted album with their two points is
like all their like popular songs, and it will have
like a pop punk or like a you know, a
band that sings along with a ball of soup does
a cover of what's called let's play a song? Well,
(52:29):
song is a busting one. It was those The fun
of those ones got annoying. No, no, I can't rememer
who covers it with them. It's a big band. I
can't hear. But yeah, she wants she Wants to be Me.
That's such a good song. None of that, but yeah song.
(52:56):
But they actually do Year three thousand with the Joe
and its brothers as well, So that's that's quite cool.
It's good.
Speaker 3 (53:05):
I've just seen as one of the a bottle for
soup song name. I don't know if you know the
exactly the one I'm looking at.
Speaker 4 (53:14):
Idea, it could be any it could be one could be.
Speaker 1 (53:19):
Huh, I assume he's not able to tell us.
Speaker 3 (53:23):
I can't tell you. I mean, you can't say I'm
not like you, and then there would just be me
saying it and then emitting something.
Speaker 1 (53:33):
That's that's okay. Well then that's huh.
Speaker 4 (53:36):
Well I'm looking at all their songs now, it's not
the bitch no, okay, I want to No, none of
these sound that weird.
Speaker 3 (53:47):
On the list underneath I've never done anything about I
don't let me do a quick screen show, screen.
Speaker 4 (54:01):
Share, so it's.
Speaker 3 (54:06):
Just to show the list.
Speaker 4 (54:09):
I'll say that it's I'm gay. Yeah, I said it.
You can clip that now.
Speaker 1 (54:22):
But now.
Speaker 4 (54:24):
That's all.
Speaker 3 (54:28):
Be careful those clippers.
Speaker 4 (54:31):
That's true. So my two thousand and five picks out
of video game first, because I just in fact, guy,
do you want to tell everyone what my pick will be?
For sure?
Speaker 1 (54:44):
Without I believe so.
Speaker 4 (54:49):
Fright unbelievable. I guess yes, Uh, the three I did
not play that in two thousand and five, but it's
fantastic and I can't wait for the remake, which we've
talked about on this podcast. But yeah, that's that's such
a good game, and like it's a bit weird compared
(55:09):
to that when you think about it, but also something
about it. It's got it's got some like aura to it,
like like I don't know, and maybe it's the James
Bond in what is the metal format? Still?
Speaker 1 (55:27):
You know?
Speaker 4 (55:30):
Yeah, super cool. And the remake hopefully is going to
be absolutely.
Speaker 1 (55:35):
Remake already looks pretty good, don't already looks it's going
to be. It's going to be a good game. I mean,
we we know what I mean, Hideo is not evolved.
I assume that much in this or like zero. Yeah,
but you know it is his He's planted the seeds
and we know how good. I mean, he's so damn good.
(55:56):
It's ridiculous. But it's also weird because a coma. But
I'm hyped.
Speaker 4 (56:02):
I need to play.
Speaker 1 (56:04):
I really need to play in the collection I've got
before that come, They're like, remake whatever comes out, because
I should play that. I've had. It's still stilled on
my shelf. I think I've had of like A two
or three years now or whatever whenever it came out.
I've had accent and I just haven't played it. But
it's too much of an ass, isn't there. It's like
playing all of Metal Gifts Holid.
Speaker 3 (56:25):
Is just.
Speaker 4 (56:27):
A lot do man, I need to I do need
to stream well one or two streaming.
Speaker 3 (56:34):
A game that's not.
Speaker 1 (56:36):
I know the.
Speaker 3 (56:40):
Fans are going to get angry and with Pitchforks.
Speaker 4 (56:43):
Well maybe, I mean I'm streaming a podcast right now.
So well, yeah, my channel lose.
Speaker 3 (56:52):
Yeah, I wish hijacked your channel. I'm controlling it right now.
Speaker 4 (56:56):
Indeed, do you guys say I went live on the
Twitch the other week, like did happen there? Yeah? Well
we on the wrong obs profile and I still have that,
and I think it's that the stream titler there is
still like it's home to get Sassy or something from
(57:16):
among us collab in like December twenty two.
Speaker 3 (57:21):
We're still We've still got that Discord server of that
of that we might do ye, I've still got on
my list.
Speaker 4 (57:32):
Damn yeah. So yeah, games, Monks three, which movies, Slash TV.
I'm gonna go TV for this.
Speaker 1 (57:43):
I find the anime Don't be Animated, Don't be anime?
Speaker 4 (57:46):
I forgot about a damn it, it's gonna be. It's
gonna be Air two thousand and five. Of course, yes,
I used the opening song of Air for nineteen ninety
nine was it end? And so now I'm going to
use Air the TV series specifically. There was a movie
(58:07):
also in two thousand and five, but that's not good.
The TV show is better. It was the first of
ko Annie's Quato animations key visual novel adaptations, and arguably
the worst of the three. But I still enjoy Air forties.
I quite liked the story and how it intertwined through time.
Speaker 1 (58:32):
I don't remember it, I do.
Speaker 4 (58:38):
More so than No, I didn't. That's just come out
this year, hasn't it air in English? Obviously it came
out in nineteen eighty nine or something, but it just
came out, No, two thousand, two thousand, But it's just
come out in English on Steam. So I bought it
and I will hopefully one day play that game. Music
(59:04):
I'm gonna go with. The album is called monkey Business
by The Black Eyed Peace. Yeah. I quite like old
Black Eyed Peace of This is not my favorite album
from the Black Eyed Peace, but it's probably my second favorite. Honestly.
(59:25):
It's got such classics like my Humps and excuse Me
You Heard? And My Humps single version and Pump It
Don't Funk with My Heart? Yeah, these are good tunes
in my opinion, pump it is like way better than
(59:45):
the original. Well it's uh, you know, the main like
tune of it is sampling another song and it's it's
in a Tantino film, right, And remember we have a
clip of we us short on the on this channel
if you watch on YouTube of We're playing back for
(01:00:06):
Blood and there's a jukebox and I have streamer mode on,
but so there's no music. But then when the juke
box activates and it starts as Zombie Hoard, there is
a song of this place, and I'm like raging at
the fact that streamer mode didn't work, so I'm gonna
get you know. But also why is it not pumped
(01:00:30):
by the Black Eyed pee That's the end of the short,
is me, and it's not even the black Eyed peas
version just cut. Yeah, that's what I remember that it's
Dick misser lou what's it called, Dick Mystery, Dick Dick Dale,
Dick Dale is and mister low. I don't know how
(01:00:51):
to say that. It's like an instrumental song and then
I was a black eyed peach just wrap over. Yeah,
that's basically it is.
Speaker 1 (01:00:57):
But it was in like.
Speaker 4 (01:00:59):
Not as Dogs. What's the other one, the one with
the briefcase pop fiction. I think it's in pulp fiction
or one of those. Anyway, maybe it is dogs. I
can't remember.
Speaker 1 (01:01:10):
Maybe it.
Speaker 4 (01:01:12):
It was like a one month period where I watched
Tarantino films in twenty twenty and I watched a total
crazy Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:01:19):
Well, to be honest, you've watched the two one of
the biggest ones.
Speaker 4 (01:01:23):
I guess because it was COVID and the cinema's reopened
without any new films classics, and I certainly needed to
see a lot of classic films that I haven't seen,
so I actually went to see pulp fiction and Razbot Dogs.
I think, I think there's a fiction.
Speaker 3 (01:01:40):
I have one thing to add for the two thousand
and five thing, because I show I've showsted up and
I've now flabbergasted why I didn't see this before and
said it two thousand and five anime for me was
shok and Oshana season one came out to you guys five.
Speaker 4 (01:02:00):
I mean, I would not put that as one of
my favorite things.
Speaker 3 (01:02:02):
However, to be fair, at the time was one of
my favorites. I bought the five. No, but like I
watched it after two thousand and five, but like, it
was one of my favorites from two thousand and five.
But then I looked through all this list and I've
only seen three shows from two thousand and five. I
have all the anime I've seen, that is only three,
(01:02:23):
so that is not a lot.
Speaker 4 (01:02:24):
Yeah, there's genuinely in two thousand and five, it.
Speaker 3 (01:02:27):
Was Air Shana and the infamous shuffle.
Speaker 1 (01:02:36):
Shuffle.
Speaker 4 (01:02:38):
I vaguely remember the existence of shuffle.
Speaker 3 (01:02:40):
I tried to play it off as a key story,
but it's quite weird.
Speaker 1 (01:02:45):
What surprise, I.
Speaker 4 (01:02:49):
Just got names from two thousand and five anime hair,
Honey and Clover. We've seen that way, I think, Yeah,
it's it's when we get confused on whether we've seen
it or not. Which kind of shows.
Speaker 1 (01:03:02):
Yeah, it's not really.
Speaker 3 (01:03:03):
Work from two thousand and five called Capita.
Speaker 4 (01:03:10):
Oh yeah, I should watch that, and that's not really
I mean it might start with cutting, but that's it
goes to F one and that shuffle. Yeah, the second rate.
I forgot about that.
Speaker 1 (01:03:20):
I didn't even watch that.
Speaker 4 (01:03:24):
That's the best one.
Speaker 1 (01:03:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:03:26):
A lot of shows continuing ones, yeah, a lot.
Speaker 4 (01:03:34):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (01:03:35):
Yeah, Initial d fourth Stage two thousand and four, but
it was continuing through two thousand and five.
Speaker 4 (01:03:46):
So yeah, it was autumn, but it's four, isn't it?
Sean MOI? She did you watch Guy? Uh?
Speaker 1 (01:03:54):
Two or three episodes?
Speaker 4 (01:03:56):
It wasn't not very good. I don't know area. Yeah, indeed, yeah,
I honestly not a lot in this era that I
very spell A fourth stage. Yeah yeah, I see it's
(01:04:18):
on here, but it's continuing. Yeah, okay, onto restaurants. Shall
we move on? I think I did everything they didn't.
I yeah, yeah, I did Solid Air and the Black
Eyed Peas. Oh, by the way, on the topic of
you know, pop punk music, since you brought up two
(01:04:41):
thousand and five features, I believe where is it? I
want to guess? Right, I write scenes, not tragedies. Oh,
I mean you gotta go. You gotta respect the classics.
Speaker 1 (01:05:00):
Oh yeah, that is that is like, but that's how
I feel with that. The sort of emo phase is
like that song and Sugar were going down, and like
all those things just scream emo, like they're just that
the perfect area. Oh, good times, good times?
Speaker 4 (01:05:25):
Oh, next up on the list? Where are we? I
have lost the list? Here we go? You're okay? Well,
these are a couple of things that Arrow brought up,
but they're actually racing. Yeah, I know, right. We have
both Endurance Motor Support Series and Project Motor Racing, both
(01:05:48):
of which had trailers come out in the last two weeks.
I don't know what what interests you about these?
Speaker 3 (01:05:53):
I can finally get into racing with the console that
I own, it'll be they'll be my first Yeah, but
I mean I won't be able to run irace or anything.
I don't think we've had this conversation, but these look
really interesting to get me to get me in like
the start of it, like it looked the trailers looked good,
(01:06:16):
and it looked like like I might be able to
get into racing this way driving wise, if that makes sense.
Speaker 1 (01:06:30):
Racing.
Speaker 3 (01:06:30):
There's there's other stuff.
Speaker 4 (01:06:33):
Some of these.
Speaker 3 (01:06:34):
I think one of these are more on hands, Like
I think the b m W one is you actually
like control the team, the pricing, what you use for what.
I think that's what that one is. You don't just race,
you also like control the team, like with funding and
sponsors and all that stuff. I think, or is it
the Project It's one of the others. I need to
(01:06:56):
watch them again to figure out which is which but yeah,
in different ways.
Speaker 4 (01:07:01):
I'm not really sure.
Speaker 3 (01:07:02):
I think there'll be interesting starting points, I guess for
my racing journey or career as they.
Speaker 4 (01:07:08):
Say, perhaps, Yeah, I mean, it remains to be seen.
But both of these have big question marks on them
in the sim racing community. On number one, if there'll
be any good number two, if they're worth supporting anyway,
So a lot remains to be seen if I yeah,
(01:07:29):
I mean I will. I don't know about Intron's most
sports series, but I will have the opportunity to try
Project motor Racing at the sim Raising Expo later this
year in October.
Speaker 1 (01:07:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:07:43):
So anything else you want to say about these while
we're on them?
Speaker 3 (01:07:49):
Mm hmm that no, just thought we might. I'll be
playing them at one point, I'll be trying them out.
Speaker 4 (01:07:57):
I will then segue slightly head on all this because
it's Similating expo I mentioned. I will be attending that
as I have the last two years. However, this year
I will be attending it as an accredited member of
the press.
Speaker 1 (01:08:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:08:15):
Yeah, I applied for that, and as someone who's already
made a bunch of videos from the place of the
last few years. I'm going to be there as a
press member. I don't have a pay for ticket this year,
so hopefully that will give me some more access to
like maybe even do things like interviews and things. So
(01:08:36):
we shall see exactly what that entails much much closer
to the time, but hopefully there will be some very
interesting content on my YouTube channel in October, so look
forward to it.
Speaker 3 (01:08:48):
I guess they have the venue then until I look
that you've got a chute channel to be a press member.
Speaker 4 (01:08:54):
Or ollah. Obviously they have minimum like subscriber or slash
follower account and stuff like that. So I didn't bother
applying the last few years because I was smaller, but
now I am slightly less small, so.
Speaker 3 (01:09:09):
In real life you're still small.
Speaker 1 (01:09:11):
Well the heat it's too cold.
Speaker 4 (01:09:15):
Anyway, Like that was Also, we have GTA updates d
OC coming December mansions apparently.
Speaker 3 (01:09:27):
What's well with the new update recently with the car
wash and all that.
Speaker 4 (01:09:32):
There is.
Speaker 3 (01:09:35):
With PC goers. There is the file system where people
can actually see the updates in file format like look
at what else, because there's what they do. They pre
release something and then there's the files for it, and
then you can see what the files are called and
blah blah. Some of them are named mansion stuff. So
it's there's been thingy that we will for the finale
(01:09:56):
of our GT online we will get the ability to
buy big mansions because we don't have.
Speaker 1 (01:10:05):
It should have happened a long time ago there, Yeah,
well this is just before the new game is going
to go out, like.
Speaker 3 (01:10:11):
Yeah, well, I think it's just I guess like a
DLC this like send it off like with a Big Bang.
It was going to be the latest one now, but
then obviously with GT six being pushed back, they then
decided to make the car wash one a separate one,
and then the mansions a separate one, and then if
you but there's also from the video as well. If
you go to around in the city, you'll see building
(01:10:34):
sites where these legit legit what's the word, where they
thinks legit legited what's the word? Allegedly where the mansions
are going to be being built. So you'll see like
the footprints and stuff of these new houses being built
(01:10:54):
around the map, and they're practically where the new mansions
are going to be built. For in the later update,
you'll be able to buy a mansion, which I'm looking
forward to because I prefer to buy a mansion in
an apartment building.
Speaker 4 (01:11:09):
Allegedly though, if they've put it there.
Speaker 3 (01:11:10):
Because allegedly the wording I can't remember the world I
was going to use. It's just where where they maybe, Yeah,
so that's that's what they were.
Speaker 1 (01:11:23):
Yeah, i'd be you know, I mean, I don't know
how much they're going to cost, because the yacht costs
like eight million or more than that, eight hundred million
or it's that ridiculous. I don't know. I can't know
how much wepency works. There must be eight million, eight
hundred million, but yeah, yacht's already expensive. So it's like,
I don't know how much a mansion is going to
(01:11:44):
cost in you.
Speaker 3 (01:11:45):
Know, well, I don't know. They're not expensive. Well, I've
got five million games, so I'm halfway there.
Speaker 1 (01:11:54):
I think, yeah, I think you need probably at least
ten million to get it.
Speaker 3 (01:11:58):
Like I'm doing work in the getting the businesses and
then I can earn more money that way, and then
I'll gain more money faster, So I'm saving up for
businesses to then buy more businesses to then have more
money circulation around. It's quite but it's quite good.
Speaker 1 (01:12:17):
I mean I've made like fifty k playing black Jack
on there. It's so easy.
Speaker 3 (01:12:23):
Yeah, I just own car stuff to make more money
with my cars. The only time I can do my
racing stuff is gto where I have my own autoshop
and scrap yard and all those places and sell cars
make cars.
Speaker 1 (01:12:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:12:42):
Yeah, that's going to be one of the new updates.
Well maybe and maybe leave the final one as well.
Speaker 1 (01:12:49):
You have to be a final one at some point
or me needs to needs to finish, needs to end.
Speaker 3 (01:12:57):
Well, you can't end to prematurely because the game the
other games not out yet.
Speaker 1 (01:13:03):
Yeah, the ages. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that is true.
Speaker 4 (01:13:07):
It is. That's why they never come up.
Speaker 3 (01:13:09):
That's why they pushed this up, this update back because
it's not quite in line with when the new sixth
one comes out.
Speaker 1 (01:13:15):
Eve. butN the new one does come out in twenty
ninety nine, so it's still a while.
Speaker 3 (01:13:22):
That would be when the new Spider Man takes control.
One of the Spider Man in the universe is called
the twenty ninety nine Spider Man.
Speaker 1 (01:13:34):
Yeah, the meme, what do you mean meme?
Speaker 4 (01:13:36):
Anyway, I said to the meme, help me, Presca, help
him with the meme?
Speaker 1 (01:13:44):
What actually, you know? The spine like the meme that
was out on that bloody film come out? Is he
has then like soundtrack, doesn't he? And people mean it
all the time like it was crazy. No, I don't
went like, look up spide ninety nine twenty nine nine
meme and you'll find it straight away. It's all pointing. No, No,
(01:14:10):
it's like it was that. It was the theme of
like Spider Man twenty ninety nine. It was his theme,
but it was on I remember being on TikTok and
stuff all the time. I was seeing it every day.
Speaker 4 (01:14:23):
To this sound. But I don't I've never known what
that is. Yeah, it comes up because they've put twenty
eighty nine into the pointing, but that's not the actual
thing like videos. But yeah, I don't know. I remember
the song about any words for I guess.
Speaker 1 (01:14:40):
Yeah, it's just that his theme which just went crazy
for I'm real, I'll find out. It's not like Chicken
Jockey know.
Speaker 4 (01:14:51):
No, okay.
Speaker 3 (01:14:56):
Ah, the no's died down now, don't bring it back.
Speaker 1 (01:15:00):
I wanted to come back. There's a better time.
Speaker 4 (01:15:02):
What's going back. It's like last month's meme more than
two months ago. Anyway, next all know this one that's
that is a funny name. Actually one hundred meters as
(01:15:25):
an upcoming anime sports drama, I presume about sprinting one
hundred meters, Adarro take it away?
Speaker 3 (01:15:32):
Do you pretty much said it? What I put in there?
I only put it in there just for you anyway,
because you like you're running, So I thought, he's a wrong.
Speaker 4 (01:15:39):
See this is this is the Yeah, this is like like, oh,
I listened for only half When have I ever done sprinting?
Speaker 3 (01:15:50):
No, but you are trying to get you into watch
what run with the winds about jogging?
Speaker 4 (01:15:55):
That's better.
Speaker 3 (01:15:55):
Well that's I saw this resc and I pushed in.
Speaker 1 (01:15:58):
It so I.
Speaker 4 (01:16:01):
It would be more like, yeah it is. I remember
having for some reason no one wanted to do it
in our like group for the sports day at school,
and then I ended up and I was like the
zero athleticness in school. I ended up alongside all these
like like sporty guys from all the other forums about
(01:16:22):
line up for the one hundred meter. I know, sporty guys.
Speaker 3 (01:16:26):
That's what I because you're saying exact story that happened
to me when I was in the other school that
I was. I said, I was put in the two
hundred meter like I didn't want to, but like there
wasn't there wasn't enough people, so they said, oh, you're
doing it. So I did it. And then yeah, like
like you said, on the track next to all these big,
bigger guys with the proper shorts and all this running
(01:16:47):
stuff and all, and then I'm just running out. I
was way at the back all these all these guys
are fighting in the front. It was so embarrassing.
Speaker 1 (01:16:55):
Well I was.
Speaker 4 (01:16:56):
I was saved because like one of those more sporty
guys from my form saw that I was like down
to do this, and he was like, you're down for
this because I mean it's one hundred met of springt
that's like arguably possibly the most prestigious one. Right, So
so everyone album for some reason our form didn't want
to do it. So someone saw me there and I
was like, wait, you're down for this. I'm like yeah,
(01:17:17):
like I guess I have to, and he's like, now, Doude,
don't worry, and then you ran it for me.
Speaker 3 (01:17:25):
I didn't have any one kind like that, And it
wasn't against other forms. It was against other schools at
the big track area.
Speaker 4 (01:17:32):
Oh really, this was fun.
Speaker 3 (01:17:36):
Take the out.
Speaker 1 (01:17:37):
Yeah, I think it did like two sports days and
my kid.
Speaker 4 (01:17:41):
I don't remember that many.
Speaker 3 (01:17:43):
I did a lot in primary school in Belgium and
here as well, and then high school was only I
think a couple.
Speaker 4 (01:17:53):
So yeah, another sports anime news next lot read the
football as in soccer anime is an anime that's already
partnered up with, I believe, the Liverpool and Football club
in the past. They have now partnered with CONNA CALF,
(01:18:13):
the Confederation of North Central America and Caribbean Association Football. Well,
I guess it's like you know, okay, you a Caribbean
North America, the whole of America's I guess, followed by
crash bandicoot on Twitter. By the way, I want to
(01:18:34):
point that out. This CALF is followed by.
Speaker 1 (01:18:42):
Possibly follow But anyway.
Speaker 3 (01:18:45):
There's going to be a special events during the key
CAF con CALF half I can't pronounce it, tournaments, limit edition,
Blue Lock and CONCAF merchandise, cross platform campaigns across the
anime and manga and football fan communities. So yes, Blue
(01:19:07):
Lock again in the news and it's now with another team. Yeah,
everyone football related seems to like Blue lock now and
it's getting.
Speaker 1 (01:19:18):
Everyone.
Speaker 3 (01:19:20):
There's three at times that I've seen in the news
to do with things outside of anime, and it's quite
impressive because I guess they're trying to push football soccer,
I guess.
Speaker 1 (01:19:31):
Other football soccer for American.
Speaker 3 (01:19:35):
Viewers soccer, but British viewers and everywhere else football.
Speaker 1 (01:19:39):
I think.
Speaker 3 (01:19:40):
I don't know Japan plays soccer or football, but I
think they say soccer football, but like it's pretty like
there's lots of other sports genres and all that, but
because Japan is getting more new into football slash soccer,
it's quite interesting to see outside influence interested in an
(01:20:01):
anime in the sports genre where it mostly is in
a close net with like the basketball and all that,
and it was closed to more in Japan. But when
Japan did more like rugby and now football stuff, it
seems to be like any animal made from that gets
more noticed by outside influences. So I think this is
(01:20:24):
quite interesting because Blue Dog is also one of my
other which I also like shows, so it is it's
quite interesting to see other places noticing it. But because
before the anime itself, like you said, it's not really.
Speaker 4 (01:20:39):
Noticing that they are reaching out to do spotorships for
promotional purposes.
Speaker 3 (01:20:45):
Which is more newer site, and you know, not many.
You don't see it more often in the sports genre
with shows, which is quite interesting because obviously soccer is
one of the biggest sports out there. Oh well, yeah,
I'm saying soccer is. I'm so used to it because
(01:21:08):
everything I watched or anything it is they say soccer.
But yeah, football.
Speaker 1 (01:21:12):
I know.
Speaker 3 (01:21:14):
Football because I had that conversation with Day earlier where
like he would say America football and I just went, oh,
it's just rugby with armor and all that kind of jokes.
Speaker 1 (01:21:23):
I mean, I do love America football, so but both
both the footballs are really good. You know that. That
is the thing I can definitely say for a fact.
I'm looking forward to watching that later.
Speaker 3 (01:21:38):
And I like badminton. What does that say about me?
Speaker 1 (01:21:42):
I can't say it on stream?
Speaker 3 (01:21:44):
Oh wow, likes the sport. That is a kind of
a sport. But it is at the same time, you
can keep the.
Speaker 4 (01:21:53):
Only sports I like are like genuine sports. I don't know,
I'm not sure what you mean.
Speaker 3 (01:22:00):
Oh yeah, we still need to play our chess game,
our chest get I already have.
Speaker 1 (01:22:07):
When when this is the long wait.
Speaker 4 (01:22:14):
We streamed Lego Chess on an i RL collab in
like twenty twenty one and two too.
Speaker 3 (01:22:22):
If you're interested, maybe we could do an i r
OL Trust tournament I r L Chess. Yeah, where I
can get the camera pointing out of the chessboard. We
can like chess Lego chess in real life. We can
buy well, we can have Lego pieces, Yeah, you can,
I think, yeah, I.
Speaker 1 (01:22:41):
Think they have. Where where's the cool cutsus?
Speaker 4 (01:22:45):
Well, we have a really giant chess boy, you know,
the Lego black Cat. You can get this quite large?
Can all the pieces be that?
Speaker 1 (01:22:52):
Buy?
Speaker 10 (01:22:53):
Like?
Speaker 1 (01:22:53):
What is it?
Speaker 4 (01:22:54):
Twenty of them?
Speaker 1 (01:22:55):
How many pieces?
Speaker 10 (01:22:56):
Like?
Speaker 3 (01:22:57):
Why don't we actually buy one of the massive pieces
boards and put it outside and we are the chest pieces?
Speaker 4 (01:23:05):
Would we like the Simpsons hitting all the other thing?
Speaker 1 (01:23:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (01:23:10):
Oh yeah, the other franchise that uses actual life size
chess pieces that actually murder each other.
Speaker 1 (01:23:21):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:23:22):
So what was even the topic? Blue Lock? Yes, we
definitely finished another game we talked about. I feel like
key has come up a lot on this podcast, but
like there's actually been things to talk about like every
single time. So it's quite nice actually because there wasn't
for like three years.
Speaker 1 (01:23:42):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:23:43):
But yeah, there's a new key game on Steam that
I didn't even know was coming. It just like dropped
the other day. Some of Pocket's Reflection Blue. Some of
Pockets the original one came out in English in twenty twenty,
and I actually played that thanks to COVID with the
last visual novel I played. It's quite good. Actually, the
(01:24:03):
anime of it is airing right now, so.
Speaker 3 (01:24:06):
Or things that makes me think maybe.
Speaker 1 (01:24:12):
But no.
Speaker 4 (01:24:17):
Clip he's talking about is a somewhat fans there is
the clip that is actually no one as bad as
like half of Dan the Dame, which he watched and
I've seen, so I can confirm that. But yeah, it's nothing.
It's an anime and it looks like an anime when
you watch it. Let's just say that. But yeah, it's
a good story.
Speaker 1 (01:24:36):
I liked it.
Speaker 4 (01:24:39):
Is as good as well. Yeah, I'm playing a different
time in my life. I feel like that is like
affected my enjoyment of it. But because the thing is
when you when you watch it, when you're reading this,
like you know sort of where it's going because of
the format and the fact that you've read other key
or seen other Key things, so you know, you know
(01:25:00):
where it's going, but there's a twist on that, like
it's not like as obvious as it was going to be,
but like the basic where it's going still happens, but
it's not an interesting way I feel. So I was
like wow when I when I played it, not in
a real right wow way, because it's not as grand
as really it's it's not trying to be anyway, but
(01:25:23):
it is quite an interesting and emotional story anyway. And
Reflection Blue is like an expanded version that adds a
whole new like the redhead girl on the front is
a new character. She's not in the original, so that's interesting.
Speaker 1 (01:25:35):
It's just the typical key like basically DLC, isn't it,
Like yeah, yeah, l.
Speaker 4 (01:25:42):
I like we get this because like like this this
game came out in Japan in twenty twenty, which is
their it came out in English, so it's like, well,
they've just translated that one. Why they do it again?
It probably didn't sell amazingly well because it's not Clannard,
it's not the Worsters, Like I had no hope for this,
but it randomly dropped the other day and I'm like, cool,
(01:26:03):
and I bought it, so maybe I'll play that.
Speaker 3 (01:26:07):
This time. We didn't have to kick started like Rewrite
or Clannard.
Speaker 4 (01:26:11):
Well, yes, and I'm still waiting for our rewrite physical
editions after like six years.
Speaker 3 (01:26:16):
They didn't get any email saying that they may or
may not be ready.
Speaker 4 (01:26:21):
Yeah that's stupid. But yeah, new Key game if you
like the older Key stuff and have time to play
a fucking visual novel.
Speaker 3 (01:26:31):
Yeah, you know what, I'm going to announce it here.
I am going to start streaming the visual novels.
Speaker 1 (01:26:36):
I'm going to go in Cool, which was all of
them from Key, every single one from the start of
visual history.
Speaker 3 (01:26:44):
From Key Get hold.
Speaker 1 (01:26:46):
Of You should have cleared Clark. I assumed you want
every single vision.
Speaker 3 (01:26:50):
Didn't let me finish.
Speaker 4 (01:26:51):
Yeah, and you can get everything now. I think you
can't get cool in any form or I don't get
instant on Steam.
Speaker 3 (01:27:04):
Actually I was. I was, yeah, crazy, I lost my mind.
Speaker 4 (01:27:11):
On the stream. I think I should find the clip
of that because I was good.
Speaker 10 (01:27:16):
So that.
Speaker 4 (01:27:16):
Yeah, and then obviously a year later, So I think
you can get everything except could Laughter and Angel beats
first Beat officially certainly well, but I fan translation patch
exist for that, so like I've played that. It's good,
It's really good. You should totally play that.
Speaker 3 (01:27:35):
I've only seen the one thing that happens in the
store is like how I.
Speaker 4 (01:27:39):
Always bring that up? Well if you if you play
a game, I will in context, especially in the context
of age beats is why they're there. It's quite logical.
Speaker 1 (01:27:51):
Should I should place, to be honest, especially I need
to play that. It's been a long time.
Speaker 3 (01:27:58):
You can buy.
Speaker 1 (01:28:02):
It's like forty.
Speaker 10 (01:28:03):
Quid now, oh so cheap compared to like the but
I bet if you because it's a Steam cell, it's
probably like.
Speaker 3 (01:28:13):
Five quid at the moment I have on Switched.
Speaker 4 (01:28:19):
You were not a part of the kickstarter for the
switch the PC version.
Speaker 3 (01:28:23):
Sorry, but then I got on Switch.
Speaker 4 (01:28:26):
It's actually oh sorry, no it's yes. Steam is fifteen nineteen.
Speaker 1 (01:28:30):
Yeah, still fifteen. But that's still a massive amount of difference, and.
Speaker 4 (01:28:35):
You already have the PC one anyway.
Speaker 1 (01:28:37):
Exactly unless it's like three quid. The trophies are quite
a pun though. The only reason play.
Speaker 4 (01:28:44):
Game, remember so where there you go?
Speaker 3 (01:28:46):
What justifies the trophies is the heart of the price hype.
Speaker 1 (01:28:50):
Yeah, but I think if it's free quid I probably
would get it. Why it's well, that's why I get
for three quicks, and the bargain so perfect.
Speaker 4 (01:29:06):
It's not necessarily Look at the Steam steles.
Speaker 1 (01:29:10):
Some of the games on there like classics, but because
they've been on there so long, they've justifiably gone down
to a price that they should be. When the game's
like over ten years old, it should be cheap. Why
would get Why should the game still cost like thirty
forty quid when it's been out for years?
Speaker 4 (01:29:26):
Like it don't make the same price undertailer is right
now on the Steam. So because that's like absolutely four
that's an absolutely glorious games that's the full price six
niney nine anyway exactly.
Speaker 1 (01:29:44):
Yeah, like like two point museums like twenty quid on there.
That's not bad. I mean some of the newer games
ain't bad, No, sir. I really wish I had a
good PC that you buy stuff on us. There's a
lot of stuff on here that I do want to play,
(01:30:06):
but alas not the table.
Speaker 4 (01:30:11):
Next up, we have something for Guy apparently had you
made a epo?
Speaker 1 (01:30:17):
Guy?
Speaker 4 (01:30:18):
How did you made an EPO? In real life? An
official boxing event inspired by the shown manga and anime
adaptations will come to Tokyo with this four add row.
Speaker 1 (01:30:32):
More certainly didn't actually do any research in this No
is he there? Does he lie?
Speaker 3 (01:30:40):
Oh wait, I'm muted myself and said a whole bit
what the hell I'm say? Yeah, you pretty much said
it because it's like because that's why you pretty much
said it was NWS today that. Yeah, the the enime,
the boxing anime is inspired an actual real life boxing
tournament that's gonna happened in Tokyo.
Speaker 1 (01:31:02):
This sounds cool enough. I mean, I not watch it,
but I just I could just watch boxing anyway.
Speaker 4 (01:31:12):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:31:12):
I mean, but you like this anime and you like boxing,
so I thought, wow, there's combining of the two.
Speaker 1 (01:31:20):
Yeah, but I won't watch it.
Speaker 3 (01:31:23):
Wow watching.
Speaker 1 (01:31:28):
Over years ago, like ten years ago.
Speaker 3 (01:31:33):
You can still like something if it's ten years old.
Speaker 1 (01:31:37):
But that's when I liked anime. It was like ten
years ago. I don't like it anymore.
Speaker 3 (01:31:42):
Aggress He's going about key and he's like oldest time.
Speaker 4 (01:31:47):
Old Anne is as old as time.
Speaker 3 (01:31:51):
Yeah, because we are oldest.
Speaker 1 (01:31:53):
Wow older.
Speaker 3 (01:31:57):
Wow, he is younger than us. Who would have thought me, me,
it's gonna be may and may.
Speaker 4 (01:32:09):
Oh my god, it shouldn't be July anyway. Is it
July's July?
Speaker 1 (01:32:20):
What's this?
Speaker 3 (01:32:21):
When I see rescuer of your.
Speaker 4 (01:32:23):
Yeah, the last thing on the list. I don't know
if you guys have been on Apple Music app today. Well, no,
they've added replay. It's like to celebrate their tenth anniversary.
I have added replay all time. So it's your top
played playlist of your entire period you've been on Apple Music.
Speaker 1 (01:32:44):
Yeah, I saw that, and I was surprised by what.
Speaker 4 (01:32:47):
I'm curious what everyone's is to give you.
Speaker 1 (01:32:53):
I can give you my like I can give you
my top five, which I can guarantee you will not
get a single one, but you would have definitely heard
one because it's a very popular song from Like the
I mean, I cannot believe, and I literally cannot believe
that my top three they're they're so like you wouldn't
(01:33:16):
even if I give a million, and you'll never get Wait, Well, the.
Speaker 4 (01:33:21):
Thing is, though, are they surprising to you? Yeah, because
my top three I load my.
Speaker 3 (01:33:30):
Are these songs playlist?
Speaker 4 (01:33:33):
The songs given?
Speaker 3 (01:33:35):
Yeah, okay, it's given me my top three songs. I
don't know how obvious it's going to be, but I'll.
Speaker 4 (01:33:42):
What's curious to me is if they are obvious to you, Like,
are you surprised by them?
Speaker 1 (01:33:47):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:33:48):
Or is it exactly what you expected?
Speaker 3 (01:33:50):
One they've surprised me because I thought that the other ones.
I thought some other ones were my favorites, but these
top threes are like, yeah, okay.
Speaker 4 (01:34:01):
Who wants to go first with their Yeah, well my
first one. And I don't think you guys will know
this artist. The song is Playlist by kid Quill. Kid
Quill as a rapper from Indiana, I believe, and I
really like his music, as you can tell, I've had
(01:34:22):
playlist or repeat. He makes his second entry on the
list of numbers.
Speaker 1 (01:34:26):
When did you listen to him? Kid Quill?
Speaker 4 (01:34:30):
Twenty probably twenty probably twenty eighteen. I mean, let me
check my Yearly ones because if I if I can,
I just talk about this playlist for a moment, because
I really love the Yearly list that spot if I
do it too. But I like I associate songs with
(01:34:50):
like periods of my life, right they bring back memories
like super strongly. I know that's probably a lot of
people like that, but for me, it's something that's just
really a strong thing right, Yeah, so if I go
on twenty nineteen, right, let me should I count, how
the top number of which our kid quill in twenty nineteen.
This must have been a year. It's top one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, fifteen,
(01:35:22):
Jesus and then seventeen eighty. Then it mixes up with it.
I listened to like, yeah, twenty nineteen as when I
listened to kick Quill and as you can As you
can tell, I really love his music and had it
basically repeat. But just to add to this whole thing
(01:35:42):
about this playlist, like when I go into those yearly playlists,
like it's the sound of that year. Like I can
listen to those playlists and it brings back all the
memories of that year. Right, So I do love going
into those and doing that. I do it quite often,
replay all time. I've only been listening to it today.
But it's amazing because like I subscribed to Apple Music
(01:36:03):
in twenty would have been starts of twenty seventeen, which
is just when I moved out of my hometown to
my city I live now, which I would consider the
start of my proper adult life. So this, this playlist
is my entire adult life, like in a five and
a half hour playlist, Like it's all of the memories,
(01:36:25):
all the strongest memories of my entire adult life in
one five hour is it? Five hour thirty something? Five
hour forty three minute? One hundred playlists? It's everything, and
it's like, it's kind of amazing to me. I don't know,
I'd never thought about combining the playlist and how cool
it would be, but it's really fucking cool to me.
Speaker 1 (01:36:44):
It's crazy because I was likely I saw it the
other day and I was like, I saw it and
I was like, replay all time. I was like, what
does that even mean? And I looked and I was like,
oh my god, look and I looked and I was
I was astonished by what might Like my there's only one,
I think, Yeah, I can totally get because it's like
(01:37:04):
one of my old time favorite songs. I could get
why it's there, But the others, I'm like, why are
they there? Honestly? Is I mean my top ten? I've
got somebody that I don't even listen to anymore because
of obvious reasons. So like I literally have like it
is crazy to see that list of most of these songs.
But I don't think I've listened to in years like
(01:37:26):
my top ones, I don't think i've listened to for
I would say like a good like three or four
years at least, Like I don't know why they're there.
I must have. There must have been a time period
where I listened to a lot, but it was really insane.
Did you with your top five then? Did you? Actually?
Is it just?
Speaker 4 (01:37:44):
What's the rest of them? So, no, it's not not
all the time. Number one is Playlist by Kid Quill
is probably my song. I recommend it. Secondly, the song
There's probably the reason I'm sating here behind a future
of the model today and listen to this back and
it is kind of cringe but it's excuse my rudeness,
(01:38:05):
but could you please rip? By Calliope Moury. That was
the first exposure. That song was the first exposure to
v tubers I had, Yes, so y. That's my second
most played all time song on Apple Music. Third and
fourth are the Vampire and Cinderella by Deco twenty seven.
(01:38:30):
I listened to a love Decer twenty seven and twenty
twenty two. I want to say like my entire yearly
thing is all dec twenty seven that year. My yearly
ones are very one sided usually, so I like that
was often like guy in our old job with some
long drives to work, I would there was a particular
(01:38:50):
location that we loved so much that I would always
listen to this same album when I left. It just
became a routine for no particular reason. And as a result,
two of us songs two of the best songs from
the album or three and four on this and then
number five is Deadbeats by Calliope Moury from the same
debut EP as the other song. So and then number
six quote one by the way, by the way, I
(01:39:14):
just want add number seven am going too far? But
number seven is my shot from Hamilton, so that I
I think it's Hamilton. Hamilton isn't really like very replayable
like Hamilton does not like it's quite there's a lot
of Hamilton's quite high. But when I listened to Hamilton
a lot, I was listening to all of Hamilton, so
(01:39:35):
I didn't really rack up a lot of Like if
there was an album only one like Hamilton be really high.
But yeah, that's my top songs on my all time
Apple Music.
Speaker 1 (01:39:46):
I would have never guessed a single one you find.
Speaker 3 (01:39:51):
Because I don't want to keep her on my phone.
Just stick me out of my.
Speaker 4 (01:39:55):
Oh you're a thing. I don't know if you can find.
Speaker 1 (01:39:57):
It on.
Speaker 3 (01:40:00):
I'll do mind clicking it just means my model won't
move for a sec. Yes, So so it's replay all time?
Is that the one in red that I click?
Speaker 4 (01:40:12):
Well?
Speaker 3 (01:40:13):
My top three songs are My Only Star by Susan Bell,
which is a song from Initial D and You're a
Beat song High. Next one is don't stop the Music,
No Way Grand Initial D. And then then my third
(01:40:39):
is wings of Fire from Initial D. No, and next
one maybe Tonight Initial D Night and Day Initial D.
Everyone's warning Initial D?
Speaker 4 (01:40:54):
Have you got?
Speaker 3 (01:40:55):
I can't believe that my only I only two days
ago went and found all the songs from season one
from Initial D, put them into a playlist and just
constantly was listening to them and its songs two days ago.
Speaker 4 (01:41:10):
How many days that's not true?
Speaker 3 (01:41:12):
Yeah, No, it's true replay you've been playing them on
like streams and yeah, but okay, I've just realized the
ones that I've actually already had on my phone originally
were the ones than my old ones? Yeah, okay, that's fair.
Speaker 4 (01:41:28):
Okay, Well, when what's your first non initial D song?
Speaker 3 (01:41:33):
Electric Overdrive, which is a random stream background song that
I don't actually.
Speaker 4 (01:41:40):
Okay, okay, what's your next? What's your next one that
isn't also a stream background song because.
Speaker 3 (01:41:45):
They running in the nineties.
Speaker 4 (01:41:48):
No, not initial D.
Speaker 3 (01:41:50):
Okay, I listened to a lot more songs than this.
It's all my background music.
Speaker 4 (01:42:01):
Oh my god, So I don't use Apple Music for background.
Speaker 3 (01:42:04):
Yeah, I want to stop doing like, come on, there's
gonna be a song that I play.
Speaker 1 (01:42:16):
No.
Speaker 3 (01:42:17):
One hundred songs and apparently they're all.
Speaker 1 (01:42:20):
My background.
Speaker 3 (01:42:25):
My background music.
Speaker 1 (01:42:26):
But I listened to the song.
Speaker 3 (01:42:27):
I listen to music every day, like when I'm doing
stuff like children.
Speaker 4 (01:42:33):
When you've got the stream stuff on loop, it is
only listen to occasionally.
Speaker 3 (01:42:40):
Two hours as well, forgot's sake, my heavy rotation mixes
all the background music as well.
Speaker 1 (01:42:45):
Oh no, no, no, you've ruined for me.
Speaker 3 (01:42:49):
Have I got my favorite loved one? Oh no, they're
just going to play Okay, never mind, what about this one?
Speaker 1 (01:42:56):
No?
Speaker 4 (01:42:58):
Okay, it seems like you don't have each other than initially.
Speaker 3 (01:43:01):
No, but I swear I listen to other music and
I like other music more.
Speaker 4 (01:43:08):
Well, yeah, but that's is how it works, isn't it.
It's can repeat.
Speaker 3 (01:43:12):
Yeah, Like initial the slash Eurobeats are my repeats because
they I've just been I've just been banging them out
when I want to listen to either Initial D songs
or MF Ghost songs, which are all eurobeats.
Speaker 4 (01:43:25):
Mm hmm. So guy, what's yours so surprising to you?
Speaker 1 (01:43:31):
Well, I just I cannot, but I mean I can understand.
I'm trying to think of like at the time, I
know exactly when it was. But the first song, which
you would probably never be, it's too Much is Never
Enough by Florence and the Machine.
Speaker 10 (01:43:50):
The second song is I Will Be by Florence in
the Machine. The song is stand by Me by Florence,
and that is all No.
Speaker 1 (01:44:04):
Final Fantasy fifteen. That is all of those three. I
can't believe that they're the top ones. But I remember
being like obsessed with these songs because when I completely
if I had fifteen it's one of the games, I
was like, oh my god, like I'm literally like in
awe of this. I was just completed it, and I
was just sat there, and you know when you something,
(01:44:26):
a piece of media hits you so hard that you're like,
I can't do anything else. I literally can't do anything
but think about this or whatever. I really want to
play again, and I'm just But then I was like,
I'm just listening to music. I think what it is.
I just had it on like like similar to what
Blad knows. I had it on like just a loop
of those overnight and put I think I probably fall
(01:44:48):
asleep multiple nights with it just on those three songs.
I mean, they're good songs, but I'm listening to those
in probably at least five years. I don't think I've
listened to something probably long that actually, because I mean
a game come out like ten years ago now, and
then I cannot believe in the top three. And when
I when I clicked on it foot literally the fourth
(01:45:11):
song in this I thought it was going to be
my top one. And my fourth song is so Sick
by Neo. I literally thought that was gonna be. Yeah,
I thought that was going to be the top one
because I remember like that, I mean, that's just a classic.
I couldn't believe it. But I was just like I
was here when I was looked at it was like
looking down. I was like, really, these are my top
(01:45:33):
Like what was I mean? I have you know? I
have got one of you. On sixth seventy, my seventeenth
song is shut Up by Black Eyed Peas. So that's
pretty good.
Speaker 4 (01:45:45):
Oh yeah that came up a different album, isn't it?
But yeah, that's that's that's that is my favorite.
Speaker 1 (01:45:52):
Like that, that's my favorite black Peace song. But I
mean my my fifth one, which I don't think I
even listened to that much, is why Don't You and
I by Chad Krueger basically Nickelback and Santana like that
is my I don't know why? And Rescue You Love
my sick one because I'll give you a clue. It
(01:46:16):
was it's got something to do with my first three.
Can you think what it is?
Speaker 4 (01:46:21):
Oh it's Leona Lewis then, isn't it's that is such
a f coded pop set of songs, it is. I
don't think I have anything from Fial Fantasy. God, yeah,
it's probably not in the entire top one and wow, it's.
Speaker 1 (01:46:46):
It's just crazy. I can't I ask you can't believe
I might even like looking for I won't go through
all of them, but looking for down this some I'm
just like, what the hell like? I don't even remember
listening to that much as much. I mean, I've got
like Finesse by Brine Mars somewhere.
Speaker 4 (01:47:01):
My last song is That's what I like by Bruno Mars,
which means surely Vanessa's higher It's.
Speaker 1 (01:47:08):
Got to be that's not that's not weird. Weird songs
in here close off by Jim Class Heroes what I
don't listen to that moment.
Speaker 4 (01:47:20):
No, my top apparently my top brunom song is That's
what I like. I don't understand. I can't find any
others in here.
Speaker 3 (01:47:27):
I was mute again. Same when guy finished, I was saying,
why is mine the only one? That one or one
hundred songs is all my background music.
Speaker 4 (01:47:39):
Because of us loop I have in the past. But
then it's screwed up some of my yearly ones, I started,
How do I fix that? Listen to stop and listen
to other music forevermore. I mean to use on streams
then a YouTube or download them or something.
Speaker 3 (01:48:03):
Yeah, I could do YouTube, that's fair. I just get
rid of this strong.
Speaker 1 (01:48:07):
Mine is such like a mental just complete enough of
like im king for a day by piercing ol on here,
and I've got like I've got something like pop songs
and like what classes metal? And then like I've got
like bringing the Rizins on here, But then I've also
got Justin bieber on here, like what the other? Hell man,
it's such a.
Speaker 3 (01:48:28):
Random If I delete the streamer ones, would it actually
cut with the songs I actually listen to.
Speaker 4 (01:48:35):
What do you mean by delete?
Speaker 3 (01:48:36):
Like, just delete the songs off my phone?
Speaker 1 (01:48:40):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:48:40):
But other even in your library? Yeah, I never added
them to your library.
Speaker 3 (01:48:45):
No, they're in They're in a playlist library.
Speaker 4 (01:48:48):
Oh my god.
Speaker 3 (01:48:49):
Well musically okay.
Speaker 4 (01:48:55):
Like I have songs that aren't in my library. Wait now,
let me check this. I must have some in here
that actually aren't in my library, genuinely.
Speaker 1 (01:49:04):
Yeah, probably from like years ago when you've got a
new phone or whatever and you just play that.
Speaker 4 (01:49:09):
Well that carries between phones though, true sometimes.
Speaker 3 (01:49:14):
Because you can ever add a song to a playlist
and it doesn't get added to the library, but it
just gets added to the playlist.
Speaker 1 (01:49:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:49:20):
But I'm not sure this matters whether it's you know,
libry or not, because it's just your top one hundred
played like that doesn't necessarily a library, right, No, No,
you can play Did you think I have to add
every song to play it? No, but like to it? Yeah,
but if you don't like it, yeah, I just listened
(01:49:41):
to it for the first time.
Speaker 1 (01:49:43):
Why.
Speaker 3 (01:49:43):
Okay, what to say with the new the new Iron
Mount song that came out that was done.
Speaker 4 (01:49:48):
With well, yeah, I am Baby No Money. It is
probably a good combo anyway, so I'm going to add
that I don't think I have any baby no Money added.
Speaker 3 (01:49:57):
Actually that's what I mean, Like, I don't know the
is there anything? But then I must did a song
with them, and yeah, I.
Speaker 4 (01:50:03):
Had to add Yeah, But what I mean is we
don't have to add it. No, that's why you could
just tap on the song and it plays.
Speaker 1 (01:50:11):
Yeah, I can, I can. I just interject quickly. I
have one my ninety second song on this is an
anime song. Neither you ever get it.
Speaker 4 (01:50:25):
M it's give me something, It's give me something like
it's gonna be like I close with that. No, okay close.
Speaker 1 (01:50:42):
I can tell you what though I don't even I mean,
I can't give too much way, but I don't even
know what the song is. The name. I mean, this
will give you a bit of a clue, right right,
it's the English version, but I don't have no idea
what even sounds like. And I swear I haven't even
listened to this before, but apparently it's my ninety second
(01:51:06):
all type plays.
Speaker 4 (01:51:08):
Well you don't even kind of think what it sounds like.
Speaker 1 (01:51:13):
The anime?
Speaker 4 (01:51:14):
Very well, very well, No, it is over your name.
Speaker 1 (01:51:20):
It is your name.
Speaker 4 (01:51:21):
Yeah, how do you not know that song? That sensor? Okay,
you made Tomorrow?
Speaker 1 (01:51:32):
No, I don't know if this English version is the name.
They changed the name.
Speaker 4 (01:51:39):
There's only four songs.
Speaker 3 (01:51:41):
They did make another album with all of the English.
Speaker 1 (01:51:43):
But you have.
Speaker 4 (01:51:46):
I'm actually going to have to listen to Demonia.
Speaker 1 (01:51:49):
No, yeah, that's true.
Speaker 4 (01:51:54):
Okay, that's what that's. That's when I said you met Tomorrow.
That's what it was. But it's in English.
Speaker 3 (01:51:58):
After the movie we did, Yeah, that's the opening.
Speaker 1 (01:52:02):
Yeah. Well, I don't even have the English version on here,
so I don't know why that's there because I don't
even have the album for the English version or less
was it added to. That's the only one here and
sent and then's my favorite song from that, So it's
not even.
Speaker 4 (01:52:21):
On here, Yeah, maybe side the album more times, but
then like didn't get that far.
Speaker 1 (01:52:28):
Yeah, I suppose is the first song on the album
because if it's like yeah, maybe, if it's like in order, maybe,
because I don't know how long you need for a
song to count as like a play. I don't think
it's that long. It's definitely not to the end of
the song. I think it's like a it's like twenty
seconds or something, and it counts as a tick over
of you listening to the song. Because I've got a
(01:52:48):
lot of like my twenty five, like twenty four players,
I'm like, well, skip that song all the time, but
it's on there, but I probably don't skip it quick enough,
so it counts as it being on there. So you
don't actually listen to a song all the way through
for a touch account. So I think that's what that
I don't remember listening to honestly, especially the English version.
I don't. I can't tell you how the English version goes.
(01:53:09):
The Japanese one, I can, but I don't know. I
don't know why that's on there. That really surprised me,
And this is my ninety second.
Speaker 4 (01:53:20):
Time song play.
Speaker 1 (01:53:22):
I just I just don't see that it's mental. That's
pretty cool.
Speaker 4 (01:53:34):
All right, I think we're done. Yeah, thank you for
watching everyone. I don't know what we're going to play
next week. It sounds like it might be GTA, but
we'll have to see.
Speaker 1 (01:53:46):
I'm going to be there.
Speaker 4 (01:53:49):
Yeah, you won't be there, so we'll have to keep
that in mind.
Speaker 1 (01:53:54):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:53:55):
I do have someone to read.
Speaker 3 (01:53:58):
Indeed, we do. I just need to make sure it's
the right person.
Speaker 1 (01:54:05):
Who are you?
Speaker 3 (01:54:06):
We're going to read Steaky.
Speaker 4 (01:54:08):
Lama, cool, monster, Sanctuary? What's that our platform?
Speaker 1 (01:54:15):
Wait?
Speaker 4 (01:54:15):
But also r PG interesting, strange interesting?
Speaker 1 (01:54:23):
What? Oh? No, I just had a real bad feeling
that King of heartst who came out two thousand? It
did came out.
Speaker 4 (01:54:33):
I did see that. Obviously, I didn't say that. I thought, yeah,
I forgot about it, but I figured you would probably
say that are you saying the words sanctuary?
Speaker 1 (01:54:41):
Because that's the opening song, and I remember I remember
thinking earlier, like in the host I was like, King
I was too much thousand and six. I was like
it must have been thousand and six.
Speaker 3 (01:54:54):
