Speaker 2 (07:00):
Well you did?

Speaker 4 (07:01):
This allow YouTube studio to do everything, so probably might
be let me see, Oh dear, what's happened to well?
Welcome in everyone. I feel a bit of time here
again with the podcast. Obviously we failed to complete the

(07:22):
podcast last week, or particularly start the podcast, but we
have no tech issues today, so we shall be hopefully
doing a full podcast. And you know the amount of
topics is kind of doubled since the failed podcast probably worked.
I felt like nothing really happened in the three three

(07:44):
before you were away, but then suddenly it's more interesting
to have to talk about as soon as you're back.
Funny how that works.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
I'm amazing.

Speaker 4 (07:53):
Hello there, Jordan, there, I am Storms and Meal. They're
going to hang me out to drive a nugget Meal.

Speaker 3 (08:01):
Did you know they brought a new sprite drink for McDonald's,
A new sprite.

Speaker 4 (08:07):
Yes, really, I think it's Sprite.

Speaker 2 (08:09):
Knew or is it not?

Speaker 3 (08:10):
Because it was the new menu.

Speaker 4 (08:12):
What did you say? Yeah, well weird, there we go.

Speaker 3 (08:18):
I just had the closed YouTube studio and reopening again.

Speaker 2 (08:21):
I forgot about the new me. You'll have to look
and the look. See what there is.

Speaker 5 (08:25):
Chicken, big Macs back on there?

Speaker 2 (08:28):
About that?

Speaker 3 (08:28):
The milky I think it's slurry, and the cheese bikes as.

Speaker 2 (08:32):
Well, milky Way mcflurry. I thought it was Jeff cake one.

Speaker 3 (08:35):
Well either war there was there was, yeah, the one
we got, the milky Way one.

Speaker 5 (08:43):
That's right.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
So let's talk more about the McDonald's menu.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
I mean that topic already. So we did do this
last week. But guy, how was your holiday?

Speaker 2 (09:01):
I can't remember now it's been a week. No, yeah,
it's really good. It's I can't I need to remember
exactly what I said, but yeah, no, it was very good.
Vaca away, you know, and getting the sun away from
what's so stupid is it's away from the heat that
was here at the time, which was horrendous, like sticky,

(09:23):
muggy horrible. Just every day here was horrible. I swear,
I don't know what to be like in London a
hundred times whereas I imagine, But yeah, it was it
was really nice to just get out of it, get
into some much nice sun, get a lot, drink a lot.
Of course, the main thing doing you do a holiday?
I mean, what else you gonna do a holiday? So yeah,

(09:46):
I did a lot of that. I mean it's because
it was more of a relaxive holiday. Didn't do much
apart from like just chilling like chilling like, didn't really
do any sight seeing or anything like. So it was
quite quite tame in that spect. But yeah, it was.
It was very good. Thanks. Yeah, I'm sort of every

(10:06):
day I'm back here and I'm like, I really wish
it wasn't.

Speaker 4 (10:12):
I was going to say that ruined his.

Speaker 3 (10:17):
Life, ruined the jus.

Speaker 4 (10:21):
Every day I'm shuffling just makes you think of Mortal Kombat.

Speaker 5 (10:24):
Anyways, it just.

Speaker 3 (10:27):
Makes me the song every day I'm shuffling.

Speaker 4 (10:29):
Well is talking about was it? Is it not?

Speaker 2 (10:36):
It was good?

Speaker 4 (10:39):
They're all pretty much rest.

Speaker 2 (10:44):
Trying to do it the right way, making destroying itself?
What good fun? I which released that video that we
did of plant four years ago?

Speaker 4 (11:00):
Probably well, yeah, I had an idea actually thinking about
our content earlier stream Perhaps no even better, Jordan Brunch says,
you know, added the chicken pickle went back to the
menu are getting, yes, And I'm happy about that personally
because I quite like that.

Speaker 2 (11:21):
Going back to the McDonald's men again.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
Oh yeah, I just thought I answer some chat things. Yeah,
Jessa says, Yes, I'm tired of the summer heat and
heat waves. Yeah, I'm pretty much over at this point.
Well that's quite nice now though, at least where I
am it's like hot, but like not muggy, so.

Speaker 5 (11:35):
Like, yes, it's quite nice to work outside right now.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
Yeah, the morning in the morning was like really fresh,
you know, fresh summer vibes, so like you're on holiday
because it's always better on holiday. So yeah, that was
quite nice. Yeah. The year is twenty twelve. If it's
your first time listening to the podcast, we have a

(12:00):
regular feature that we usually start off with now where
we each of us picked our favorite game, music, and
movie from a particular year like release year, and this
week this podcast episode, the year is twenty twelve.

Speaker 2 (12:21):
The year we all supposed to die.

Speaker 4 (12:23):
Yeah, the world was meant to end.

Speaker 5 (12:26):
After the season finale of Tuney Bio.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
And then they made a what they made a movie
about it, didn't.

Speaker 5 (12:31):
They They did, which came out before twenty twelve.

Speaker 4 (12:34):
Which.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
No, I know, I thought it came out to it,
but it didn't.

Speaker 4 (12:40):
Well no, well, it might have come out in twenty
twelve to be fair, I can't remember, but it sort
of came out before the end of the world because
that was the end of the year anyway.

Speaker 2 (12:49):
So yeah, yeah, that was It was funny enough.

Speaker 4 (12:53):
It was waitelve and nine, okay, did it?

Speaker 2 (13:00):
Yeah? They also if you enough time to prepare for it?

Speaker 4 (13:05):
Well yeah, well well yeah, well yeah, so who wants
to start off with that twenty twelve?

Speaker 3 (13:14):
You want me to go? Sure, I might take some wrestlers,
but sure, that's first. Well, this is going to be
one of my tops later on. But what came out
to a top that I liked was The Amazing Spider Man,

(13:36):
which is the Andrew Goffield version.

Speaker 4 (13:40):
Wait, well, the game or the movie.

Speaker 2 (13:44):
Twenty twelve for the first one.

Speaker 3 (13:46):
Well his version, because the other ones came out way
before that, didn't they.

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Yeah, well yeah, yeah, first.

Speaker 4 (13:57):
Mental next movie?

Speaker 3 (14:01):
Wait? Oh yes, because wait wait what next movie? Next movie?

Speaker 2 (14:06):
Now?

Speaker 3 (14:06):
Okay, uh yeah, obviously I'm into the whole superhero thing.
In Spider Man was one of one of my favorite heroes,
so that's why He's on my twenty twelve list.

Speaker 4 (14:17):
Cool.

Speaker 3 (14:19):
And Andrew Garfield did, I think did an amazing version
of him.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
Who does the best though?

Speaker 3 (14:27):
Tom Holland, Oh no, Toby Maguire. Toby McGuire. After seeing
Andrew Garfield and Tom Holland, Toby maguire looks too old
to be Spider Man. He was supposed to play a teenager,
but even back then he looked too old to be

(14:47):
the teenager. Tom Holland gives the teenager like actual vibe.

Speaker 2 (14:53):
I think the problem, yeah, I mean the problem with
Spider Man is, like I think Andrew Darfin, I think
the problem with him is he actually look too like
not nerdy. He almost liked too cool. It's just a
bit like, yeah, I didn't really he didn't really fit
Peter Parker it because he just didn't seem like he's
that type of person. And then yeah, Toty, I guess

(15:13):
was to be honest to start with, you know, when
he's supposed to be like, what eighteen or whatever, he
does look like he's mid twenties.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
Yeah, And like when I first watched it, he was
like Spider Man was fine, but then obviously learning for
the fact that like ages and like storylines and stuff
like that. As I grew older, I liked Andrew Garfield's
version because of the new suits, the way that he
was giving the kind of coolish vibe for Spider Man.
But then when Tom Holland came around to play him,

(15:44):
he gave the like the nerdy still the nerdy, really
nerdy type, but like also seemed the younger version of
Spider Man. But I do like that. The fact that
with the now multiverse that they've added into it, they
actually are consisting together is obviously shows what Spamer could
have been in different universes.

Speaker 2 (16:04):
Can I just say that, sure Bully Maguire, Maguire surely
takes is why is why he's free? It's so brilliant.

Speaker 3 (16:15):
Oh the cringe, the cringing or cringey emo, just thrusting,
thrusting in the music, the music store, at the clothing store, brilliant, Okay,
watching it, watching that bit happen, watching that bit happen,
like actually in the movie it was like it was okay,
it was funny, but watching it as it would be

(16:38):
if he was doing it. I r l where I've
seen a video where they took the like the music
out and you actually hear like his foot hit in
the pavement all that it looks so cringey, like just
a guy card out of the store doing the air
thrusts well walking by.

Speaker 2 (16:55):
I just love that way he's like all these phone
walking past. He's like pointing. Yeah, it was like their faces.
It was just like, oh my god, Like this guy
is so.

Speaker 3 (17:05):
In the movie because there is music to it and
stuff like that. But then when I watched the video
where they take all that out and made it like
if he was like doing I R L, it was
just like, what are you doing?

Speaker 2 (17:17):
It's fantastic.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
Though.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
I love the Billy McGuire memes hilarious, Like some of
them are just ridiculous.

Speaker 4 (17:25):
But yeah, yeah, okay, So.

Speaker 3 (17:31):
I'm having trouble with like some of the movie choices
that I'm picking because some of these you already got?
Is it one or three? I thought it was three.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
You've already got.

Speaker 4 (17:43):
Often I will say one of them gives some honorable
mentions perhaps, but the main thing is a movie of music.

Speaker 3 (17:50):
Oh I said it because last time it's been three
of each it has been.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
It hasn't.

Speaker 4 (17:57):
But we often just say other things anyway that you know,
like also I like this, this, and this, but like
we give.

Speaker 2 (18:03):
Some more mentions to the end. At the end, when
everyone's done, then we have a look through what else.
So let's just have your picks and then we're.

Speaker 3 (18:12):
Resc give your twenty twelve mile look re look at
what I'm going to talk about, okay, because literally it
has been the last time it's been three things. That's
why I've had three things.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
When I'm going to.

Speaker 3 (18:25):
Watch the VODs, it will be.

Speaker 4 (18:28):
We often like say one thing, and then I'll say
one thing and mention a few others.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
But it is supposed to be just one one thing
from each genre.

Speaker 4 (18:37):
Based each Yeah, favorite thing from the three genres or category.
So twenty twelve I mean of course, also we have
been adding like TV shows a little bit, haven't we?

Speaker 2 (18:52):
Yeah, say TV It's fine.

Speaker 4 (18:56):
I'm just always what do you Okay, what do you
think I'm going to pick?

Speaker 3 (19:00):
Looking at the animal list right now as well.

Speaker 4 (19:03):
I mean there's some there's a few things I could
go for here, I'm not gonna lie's what do you
what do you think I'm gonna go for?

Speaker 3 (19:13):
Mm hmmm, actual world? Do you think that's my favorite
thing from one of them? From Thy twelve, but there's
Foka as well.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
I mean, actually there's a lot of things too.

Speaker 3 (19:29):
I've already got a very small list in front of me.

Speaker 4 (19:32):
You know what I'm actually gonna go for. It's actually
gonna be Avan Gellion three point zero. The reason being
I remember watching that with Guy and that that was
actually one of the like best experiences watching an anime

(19:53):
movie outside of cinema, because like we did, we just
marathon all of even Gellion as well, like together, I've
already seen it, okay, Yeah, So so like I had
already seen it like a few months ago, and then
I watched it again with Guy, who was watching it
for the first time, and then we watched three point zero,
which had just released, you know, on fan subs back

(20:15):
in the day, in good old days, and basically we
were trying to like, yeah, if you're not familiar with Evangelion,
there's like it's not very clear what's going on a
lot of the time, and that was obviously an unfinished
film series at the time, and we were trying, like
we were like we were talking a lot through the movie,
but trying to like figure out what the fuck is

(20:37):
going on? Basically, and like that kind of collaborative effort
to figure it out while watching it was like while
being just mind blown by just the craziest things happening
in the movie compared to our expectations. Yeah, that that
was an experience and probably one outside of the cinema

(20:59):
that has not been matched sore with three point zero.

Speaker 2 (21:03):
Look, that's a good show. It is. It is quite
a I mean I can't remember it because it's been
many many years and then I watching it was then,
But yeah, I do remember it being quite crazy, like
quite quite strange. When I do remember the time, we
just look at each other like what, like what is

(21:25):
going on?

Speaker 4 (21:26):
Yeah, but it was.

Speaker 2 (21:27):
So so random. But yeah, that that's a good choice.

Speaker 4 (21:30):
I do against it, Like, yeah, apparently we watched in
twenty thirteen. I will mention that we didn't actually watch
in twenty as well, but yeah, and it goes against
what you would normally do for a movie. You know,
we we were talking a lot and liked a weird
way to watch a movie, but honestly, like the actual
experience that that provided was unique. So yeah, I got

(21:53):
to mention that there's some good ship twenty twelve on
the anime front.

Speaker 2 (21:59):
Yeah, Well, I was gonna say because I'm trying to
I mean, I'm astue my movie now just to sort
of yeah, you know, this is ordering it. But I
was going to go through the Edge one, like you know,
just the movies that come on IMDb. And I was
thinking like, well, I'm not sure. I got a Dad's
like the thirties, and I was a bit like, I
don't really know. There's nothing that I think, oh yeah,

(22:20):
that was really good when it came out. But I like,
I've got a couple of choices. But I think I
will I will go for Yeah, I think I'll go
to Sky for I mean, I'm a huge Numa seventh
fan anyway, And I do find that that is it's
quite a good one like story like storylines. I don't

(22:41):
know if you've you'ven seen it, to be honest, but
the story it's like it's it's a very good sort
of it goes. It delves a lot into like his
childhood and they think and like all of this sort
of you don't necessarily I don't mean you see a
lot of like it play on screen, but it's a
lot of like bonds, you know, because no one knows

(23:02):
much about Bonds. He's just your typical agent that seems
to not have a back story or anything. He just
does the job, gets the women and he's done, you know,
but I do. Yeah, this this is quite a good
one because it does go he goes back to his
old like family home in Scotland, and it's yeah.

Speaker 4 (23:23):
Yeah, I remember it.

Speaker 2 (23:26):
Yeah, I must know. It's been a long I've definitely
been a few years. I've seen it. But that like
that sort of what's the word who that sort of
happens at the end of like when you know he's
they's all barricaded in the house and the bad guys
able to get them and everything like that set piece
is really good, like some really good like set pieces.

(23:47):
The villain is quite good. A camera's name in it.
He's the sort of Spanish Spaniard guy. Maybe not Spaniard
at all, but yeah, I.

Speaker 3 (23:59):
Can't remember a Spaniard, but I don't think it's a Spaniard.
He sounded Spanish.

Speaker 2 (24:06):
Yeah, he definitely spoke Spanish or of the kind, so
we will say here. But so, yeah, that that is
a really good I mean, I don't I sort of
I don't necessarily want to pick Bond films because I
do think they are quite sort of generic. But this
one is, this one's quite a bit different. I think
this one and the I don't know if you be
using a new one that's really the new one is

(24:28):
actually like once again, it's a lot more of the
Bond story instead of just you know, bad guys trying
to kill everyone, Bond comes to save the day sort
of thing. It's yeah, it's quite good, so you should
watch that. But yeah, I will pick Skyfall as my baby.

Speaker 5 (24:46):
Nice, let's not go back to aarro.

Speaker 4 (24:48):
Then do you want to go with your favorite music
or a favorite video game? I'll do music.

Speaker 3 (24:58):
Please don't the music. Uh, this one was, yeah, this
one was. This one was quite hard to choose because
it was quite funny enough. There was quite a few
on the list that were my go to songs. But
I will have to say with my where my small
trill trill Bey era to be. It has to be,

(25:22):
It has to be trouble Maker by only Mers. Yeah
he was when he became, when he he became a
little bit bigger after the X Factor. I was always
getting his music and I did him live. Uh no,
I haven't I know why you guys are laughing.

Speaker 4 (25:51):
Yeah, no, I know, I know.

Speaker 5 (25:56):
I forgot that he didn't.

Speaker 3 (25:59):
Oh yeah, yeah, because I missed it by a week.

Speaker 4 (26:04):
I think.

Speaker 3 (26:06):
Something that happened.

Speaker 4 (26:08):
So for for some vague contexts here, and it does
actually have to be vague, me and guy unexpectedly saw
Oli Murh's live performing at a place where he certainly
wasn't scheduled to or expected to perform live, and Ada
Row was not there and added the three of us

(26:28):
certainly like the most.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
So that's unfortunate. That was very bad, bad time.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
So even during my prom days, I had his small
triby and I wore.

Speaker 2 (26:44):
You stole his trob No.

Speaker 3 (26:46):
I got the same style, like the smaller one that
goes on the back of the head more than the front.
I was a cool kid.

Speaker 4 (26:54):
Hm hmm.

Speaker 2 (26:55):
That's why I thought, as.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
Well, there's trouble maker.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
A number of trump my girls.

Speaker 4 (27:01):
A b.

Speaker 3 (27:04):
From the minute you Saturday, So I guess it's a
rescue's turn for me.

Speaker 2 (27:11):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (27:13):
I just want to say I've had this brought up
sexy and I know it was apparently the seventh top
song in the UK in twenty twelve. Yeah, that's funny.
I'm gonna say Carly Ray.

Speaker 2 (27:31):
No some reason its seven and I was like, what,
I don't know why I got going wrong?

Speaker 4 (27:41):
Let me check, but this is when it came out,
because to be fair, this is the top. It is trange. Yeah,
so I was going to specifically say Called Me Maybe,
but honestly I like that album. I actually really like
Kylie Ray Jepson has some nice pop music albums, like

(28:03):
throughout even the later stuff of you know, obviously Called
Me Maybe was like the mean one, but like our
later stuff is like also quite catchy and good. It's
like most of the music I listened to can be
described as upbeaten pop or upbeaten wrap I guess, so

(28:25):
Charlie Ray certainly fits that. And this is the year
Called Me Maybe came out, so I'm probably gonna have
to to pick that. Yeah, it's true. Yeah, that is
a classic tune. But honestly, there's so many catchy songs
in her tune discography.

Speaker 2 (28:41):
So many. I can only think of James the song
with Our City, that.

Speaker 4 (28:50):
Is also twenty twelve. By the way, it was it
was a good yeah. I mean, I guess that was
on the same album, but I thought that was a.

Speaker 2 (28:57):
Guess that's probably it not on Hers Amazing. I think
it was Our City with Carlie Rae Jepson featuring on it.

Speaker 5 (29:06):
Perhaps I actually don't know.

Speaker 2 (29:08):
Perhaps perhaps perhaps there were the songs.

Speaker 4 (29:13):
Like she it was on it was on Carlie Ray's
album actually, which is surprising. So you don't kiss which.

Speaker 3 (29:25):
Hang on Who's kissing Who?

Speaker 2 (29:29):
Did not come out in twenty twelve kiss by Prince.

Speaker 4 (29:32):
That we're still talking about Carlie Rage jeps I mean
that September tween twelve, I had Jepson.

Speaker 3 (29:44):
Maybe I know the song. I just didn't have a
person there was a person that sung that.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
Really. It wasn't aar desinitely, But yeah, there's some of
there's some good shoes on there, and I like her
stuff actually on ironically.

Speaker 5 (30:05):
Yeah, how about you guy.

Speaker 2 (30:08):
I don't listen to music, so.

Speaker 4 (30:16):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (30:16):
I was looking through it. I mean mine mine again,
as I think I did last time. There's going to
be an album, and it is, and you will know
one of the songs from this album, and that's probably
is Pissed. The Bells album Collide with the Sky, which
is for all my emo babies out there, came on

(30:39):
twenty twelve, which I surprise actually, but you're no King Forday,
which plays on many Emo nights.

Speaker 4 (30:45):
I'm not to hear it.

Speaker 2 (30:46):
I think if I could sing.

Speaker 6 (30:49):
It, yeah, it's the one that it goes.

Speaker 2 (30:55):
It told me think about it. Well, I did that
one now to feel of.

Speaker 4 (31:02):
That we've already established many years ago that I cannot
understand your and we got a copyright strike.

Speaker 2 (31:09):
It was just just to go in context. When you
and I Resca went out for one of the nights,
and I don't remember if you were there. The problems
it was. They see all the girlies are screaming their
heads off when it came on. It literally it just

(31:31):
didn't open crazy.

Speaker 4 (31:35):
I don't even remember that.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
I just remember the time when we went crazy when
the Prince Bellier came on in a nightclub.

Speaker 2 (31:41):
Once scream everyone.

Speaker 4 (31:46):
People will only go crazy if they put on Baby Shark.

Speaker 3 (31:49):
Oh good even, I know that's so.

Speaker 2 (31:55):
Anyway, I know, a very good album, very good. You know.
It's that packing point again, that emo period where people
were sort of that was a lot of it on,
right What do you just laugh? No? Who just laughed?

Speaker 4 (32:14):
I don't laugh.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
I laugh to the word period?

Speaker 4 (32:18):
Oh is that that? Yeah, it's like, how did you know?

Speaker 3 (32:24):
I that.

Speaker 2 (32:27):
You do it because honestly, it's honestly, but yeah, it
was a period.

Speaker 7 (32:37):
Where where everyone was in that crazy that's great, and
the music is fantastic from there.

Speaker 2 (32:46):
It's so really good, and I'm so annoyed I can't
see him this year because they're playing in September. I
can't get it, and I can't get that for work,
which is really annoying because they got Sleeping with Sirens
there as well, which very annoying. But yeah, still no,
very good album. I would say anyone who hasn't he's
got some sort of taste in any kind of emo

(33:08):
esque music. I always emo. I mean it's basically rock
metal somewhere.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
No, maybe you should just look at me, Yeah should
should I just put some black makeup on and dye
my hair black and come back as he.

Speaker 4 (33:29):
Put some black mesa on Mason.

Speaker 2 (33:36):
But yeah, that's my pick. Though the whole album is
actually fantastic.

Speaker 3 (33:40):
So we have to choose songs. But I can have
a whole album.

Speaker 4 (33:46):
I basically said, an album.

Speaker 2 (33:49):
You can choose you want. I mean, we're not going
to be that nitpicky. Surely, maybe it's.

Speaker 3 (33:55):
Fine, Okay At list. It might be at easy next time. Yeah,
it has to be because I'm such.

Speaker 4 (34:02):
A web act.

Speaker 3 (34:05):
She it's between two to two effect because there was
two of these games that I used to play a
lot of.

Speaker 4 (34:10):
So I'm going to say two.

Speaker 2 (34:12):
You're gonna say the game two.

Speaker 3 (34:14):
Now I'm gonna say Sleeping Dogs. I played twelve Ye Dog. Yes,
I was obsessed with and I even bought I I
think I bought it like three times before I lost it.
And I don't even know where any of them are lost.

Speaker 5 (34:33):
But you bought it three times before you lost it.

Speaker 3 (34:36):
Like like I bought the physical copy, I bought the
whatever copy. Then it was free I think on PlayStation
once and yeah, and it's just not on my account anymore.
I don't know where it is.

Speaker 2 (34:48):
It's because you can't play.

Speaker 4 (34:49):
On the five right already that probably is four.

Speaker 2 (34:54):
You can you can yell on your PAS four. You
can play on the PAS five. You need ask No,
actually did I what I did?

Speaker 4 (35:05):
It's gone?

Speaker 3 (35:06):
But then my other game that I liked.

Speaker 2 (35:10):
Wait, can I guess? Go on? I get right? If
I get it right? Is not how to speak for
the rest of podcast. No, I mean I'm assuming because
I'm looking at the game myself, I'm assuming the game
because you're weep it's probably Yeah.

Speaker 4 (35:33):
I can't believe we've picked that over a PlayStation All
the Stars Battle right out?

Speaker 2 (35:37):
What game? That was? Well?

Speaker 3 (35:38):
The amazing Spider Man game came out as well because
of the movie. But you know I went with.

Speaker 2 (35:45):
Yeah, a rega game.

Speaker 3 (35:47):
So are you playing on the Shiinconsan? That was quite funny.

Speaker 2 (35:52):
See, I don't even remember doing that. So when do
you remember me doing that?

Speaker 4 (35:58):
You like replaying that's a treasure planet planet you were?

Speaker 3 (36:07):
You were replaying Golden on the Japan trick. I don't
know Persona four Golden on the.

Speaker 5 (36:16):
Four Golden, Yeah, that sounds brilliant.

Speaker 3 (36:20):
It opened my mind in the world of Persona.

Speaker 2 (36:25):
Have you ever played four Veto?

Speaker 3 (36:29):
No? I got stuck on Teddy.

Speaker 2 (36:33):
That's like the first boss.

Speaker 4 (36:34):
I gave up his favorite game.

Speaker 3 (36:39):
Lad he wasn't one of the first ones. He was
like halfway through.

Speaker 2 (36:46):
That's still really mad.

Speaker 3 (36:47):
And but then since then, I have completed Persona five
and Persona five Royal. I just haven't Golden three.

Speaker 4 (36:56):
Okay, but have you played Persona one? No?

Speaker 2 (37:02):
But the idea.

Speaker 3 (37:07):
Character no, I do want if there was a way
to play them. I will play them.

Speaker 2 (37:17):
There is a way to play them. You get pays
four albums for the No.

Speaker 3 (37:22):
One and two D.

Speaker 5 (37:27):
And they're not on Steam these days.

Speaker 3 (37:30):
I think they're coming to Steam. I think those talks
about them being re released.

Speaker 2 (37:36):
I mean I love them to do what they've done
episode of three, to be honest, it's like, actually completely
revamp it, because then I would play it, because I
don't want to play first person coral assimilated like it
is at the moment. I just so I would play them,
and you like them? Sorry, play what's the other? What's

(37:58):
the new one? Not so? Now? What's the new what's it? No? No,
that's four zero? And do you play that? And Expedition
Metaphor zero?

Speaker 8 (38:17):
What?

Speaker 2 (38:18):
Yeah, it's called zero? Looking up, it's it's by Outless
again it's not. It's highly rating game. I don't know.

Speaker 4 (38:34):
It's called Metaphor re Fantasio published by Atlas. It appears
to look like.

Speaker 2 (38:44):
It's basically in medieval saying basically.

Speaker 3 (38:48):
I see because it wasn't one made before Persona Oh
this one?

Speaker 4 (38:54):
Yeah, I see.

Speaker 3 (38:55):
It looks the main person looks like the guy from
Persona three.

Speaker 4 (39:01):
Yeah, yeah, I do want to play it?

Speaker 2 (39:06):
Yeah, I should player a rascals.

Speaker 4 (39:10):
Yes, I'm going to hopefully take guys, pick you were
I'm about to pick. I mean, if you haven't thought that,
you might actually annoyed then so I'm going to actually
piss a lot of people off with this. I'm going
to pick m hmm, my favorite Final Fantasy game, Final

(39:34):
Fantasy thirteen to two.

Speaker 5 (39:35):
The story or that coupo.

Speaker 4 (39:38):
Yes, and this is not people's favorite Final Fantasy game.
It's probably not even people's favorite Final Fantasy game. In
the Final Fantasy thirteen series of three games, none of
which that well received, But I love this game. It
takes the combat of thirteen and adds this this much

(40:05):
less linear game structure where essentially you're traveling through time,
but then each time period you go to is like
a level, and so you can jump between the levels
quite easily, but you're also it fits into the story
of the traveling through time, and then of course what
you do in one era will affect the future and
stuff like that, and like gameplay wise, like actually like

(40:30):
the combat, go through the levels, interacting with the timeline
that way, and doing just the collectibles and other tasks
and things it's it feels like an older game in
the best way. Like it, even though this is a
pretty old game at this point anyway, but like it
reminded me of games I played when I was even

(40:51):
younger in some ways. The other games of that era
and certainly later have not been able to recay in
that way. So I genuinely like playing this game so
fine A Fantasy thirteen.

Speaker 7 (41:04):
Too, I mean, yeah, it's a fantastic, but it's it's
such a shame that there's no do know if it's
ever going to happen, and he just remasses of the trilogy.

Speaker 2 (41:18):
I just can't believe how everything else around it is,
apart from the online ones have had remasters or remakes
or anything like that. And then you've got ten is
at least on PlayStation four. Twelve is on PlayStation four.
Where where's thirteen? Surely people want it. Surely it's not

(41:38):
that bad that they think we're not gonna make it,
we're gonna lose much money if we bring this out
on you know, simply just bring it out as a remass,
so we don't even remake or anything. I'm just like,
I don't understand it, because I love it and fourteen,
even when just the original thirteen such.

Speaker 5 (41:56):
Like, yeah, that is a good game as well.

Speaker 2 (42:00):
Its fantastic. But I understand from the point of view
of playing since I played like seven eight, No, I've
played it seven nine, ten, well, I once played fifteen,
fifteen to sixteen. Yeah, play, okay, I think it's so
Intertian's thirteen.

Speaker 8 (42:19):
You're playing like those ones, the originals, where it's very
much over the world and you get to a three
row minutes, not linear like the first Like I said,
the first well, the first disc when it was on
three sixty was basically the linear part of that game.

Speaker 2 (42:38):
And I understand that would piss people off because it's
not really fine. I think that's the main thing you have,
especially well talking about thirteen here, But is that it's
so linear compared to every other Final Plantcy at that point, Yes,
is you know, and I do get it. But we
were on the turning point of it being of three sixty.

(43:01):
I mean, you look in the Freezing probably if you
look at the three sixty games, the pers three games
come out in the same years as probably both of them,
they're they're green, gray blue, they're that just brownish like
rubbit like you know, they're not colorful anyway, and then
you get thirteen and you're like, my god, look how
colorful this game is playing on PC. I was like,
I can't believe how much better it looks. For one

(43:24):
makes sense, but I just can't believe how like colorful
that game was in the first like a few minutes
when you're in a you know, factory thing. It's it's insane. Yeah,
thirteen two is is really good, and I do like
the aspect of the time travel stuff. It is a
bit something's bit with kayas ballads on the paradoscope is

(43:44):
fucking difficult. But Guy is really good. Fuck up, it's
really good. You know, it's.

Speaker 4 (43:55):
The best character in all the video games. Captain and
Cryptic Underpants.

Speaker 3 (44:01):
Just quickly going back to persona. I'm just really confused
by this. Uh, Like, do you recognize that name at all?
What Jordan said, Risco? Yeah, is a racing thing.

Speaker 5 (44:16):
You don't know who Aki is anymore? No, you've gotten Aki?

Speaker 4 (44:21):
Oh what the aki aki? From our friend?

Speaker 2 (44:26):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (44:26):
Oh wait, what's with the surname?

Speaker 5 (44:30):
What do you mean the surname?

Speaker 4 (44:31):
I'm confused, that's I mean it is actually misspelled in
Jordan's message that is that is meant to be Ako's
surname as a Sagala.

Speaker 3 (44:40):
I was so confused because in PERSONA five, before they
actually came up with his name, he had two different names,
so I thought that was a third name I didn't
know about.

Speaker 4 (44:50):
Now that's just akih who Jordan is applying looks like jokers.

Speaker 3 (44:55):
Oh my god, because obviously, I think because because before
they stuck to the name. In person five, his name
was Akira Kukurasu and then it was ren Arama.

Speaker 5 (45:09):
I mean, don't you choose the name?

Speaker 3 (45:10):
Yeah, you can, in the like in media like the
Mangirl or the anime or all that, they obviously give
them names. But this he's had two names before they
stuck with one. So that's what I was confused. Was
there a third name? I didn't, so I was typing
away trying to figure out if there was a third name.

(45:32):
But then no, it makes sense. I even googled it
and some racing room came.

Speaker 5 (45:40):
Found Aki.

Speaker 3 (45:41):
No, I didn't. I found a blonde haird blondehead. I
found a ginger head YouTuber.

Speaker 2 (45:47):
Well, well, guy, yes, this is quite hard. Actually, I've
been looking through there's a lot of games I mean
the one that I thought you would pick, which I
actually I did forget about thirteen two, But the one
I thought you would pick is is the Is it

(46:09):
the one I want to go for like it would be?
But there's also like, it's our three games that were
like huge, which want to go again for series? I

(46:29):
don't want to say the other ones, no, no, I will,
I will go for it. I will go for it
because we had fun times. I'm going with Call of
Duty Black Ops. Yeah, that is. It's difficult to pick
that every the other two. But the amount of time
I penned this game, I feel like it probably deserves
it more THEEOS, but it's yeah, what what can we

(46:55):
say about it? Like, oh, just zombies, fantastic, multi player, fantastic,
even the story was brilliant and twenty twenty five so
it's now right now is exactly what happened. We literally
are living in Black Ops too, so we're probably gonna die,
but like it is just so good and I just

(47:16):
love seeing such I remember when I came out and
think like, oh, twenty five, look at it. It's like, oh,
I can't wait for whatever the hell was in this game?
Is there? Is there Jet Parks. I can't probably not,
do you remember?

Speaker 4 (47:30):
I think it was Black Ops Too Good because it
was like the day before Black Ops who came out.

Speaker 5 (47:33):
I was around your house for some reason and when we.

Speaker 4 (47:35):
Were in a special edition.

Speaker 5 (47:40):
A day early and that has never happened now.

Speaker 2 (47:44):
Was it was that one? Because I I remember Halo
Reach like one of them. I got like four or
five days early, and I couldn't believe it. I was like,
oh my god, like I've literally got this before anyone
else like that we knew and it was crazy going online.
I think it was here. I think it was actually
Hala Reached because I got that like one with statue
and I remember playing on online and I just couldn't

(48:07):
find the gate. There would be people that are playing
obviously because there would have been you know people whatever. Still, no,
I know it would be had the game early, but
I remember just sat there like is this because I
was thinking I over the service, are really ship or
nobody nobody has it? Yeah? Well basically yeah, but it

(48:28):
was they.

Speaker 4 (48:29):
Wouldn't even turn it on, but they wouldn't even let
it get shipped. Everything like that. It's just no way
that was that was for game.

Speaker 2 (48:36):
As well so they really really messed up. Yeah, but
I remember arriving are so good, just.

Speaker 3 (48:43):
Like pre ordering, some of that comes out a certain
day and it doesn't come out until a month after
the day was set to come out.

Speaker 4 (48:49):
Those are the days now, I do you think.

Speaker 2 (48:51):
Though, I'm I mean, I do actually have Black Ops
two on p S three, I think, but I'd love to,
especially of those older games if we could all get
we probably have on PC, which is obviously the issue.
But I love to play, like go through all of
the Black Ops games like until they got that.

Speaker 4 (49:10):
Like, well, I've been stuck with the hacker lobbies. No thanks,
you asked me.

Speaker 2 (49:16):
I have played games World the Wall like, no hacking
it recently as well, no hacking whatsoever, just people playing
the game like normal crazy. I know that was even
on PC as well, just just had a normal lobby
of that was so good. World War is the best
one that I can't pick. Two thousand and eight.

Speaker 3 (49:36):
Eight, Well, just what guy, You're the one that picks
the date.

Speaker 2 (49:43):
You ran the.

Speaker 4 (49:44):
Supposedly supposedly eight.

Speaker 2 (49:51):
Be like, oh no again, because you won't believe me.

Speaker 3 (49:56):
You though for the lab before we finish the day
you got on a random randomizer and click it and
we'll say the date for next.

Speaker 2 (50:04):
Time chas eight.

Speaker 4 (50:10):
But that's so two thousand and late.

Speaker 3 (50:13):
You're not.

Speaker 5 (50:14):
I might have Well, there's my spoilers for my music
picks for two thousand.

Speaker 2 (50:18):
Exactly, there's that point in watching the next one.

Speaker 3 (50:22):
But yeah, because I didn't really, I thought there was
another choice. Can I fire my two twelve TV series
that I actually like? And you guys always memed me
what it is?

Speaker 5 (50:38):
Depends on what it is, and then we'll say if
you're allowed to say it or not.

Speaker 3 (50:43):
I was going to say one of the jokes, but
I thought it might be bad. But us no.

Speaker 4 (50:48):
Basket, Yeah you're not.

Speaker 2 (50:51):
Loop.

Speaker 3 (50:51):
That came on to me twelve and my obsession with
sports anime begin and it was one of my first
sub ones.

Speaker 4 (51:00):
I'd also like to point out firstly, Wolf Children, the
Mamoro Soda movie, who, of course name is partially what
inspired Soda. Yeah, that movie returns it well, probably because
it's first UK running cinemas at the end of this month.
If you are in the UK, you should check out

(51:21):
Wolf Children in your local cinema because it's a good movie.

Speaker 3 (51:24):
Hashtag not sponsored, even though Resker made it sound like
he was sponsors.

Speaker 2 (51:29):
I maybe they should promotees in the UK.

Speaker 5 (51:32):
So It's on the Slope came out that year.

Speaker 4 (51:36):
I still haven't seen that suld share Abe TV show.
It's a good TV show if you're yeah, it's just good.
Yokah ko Annie's last two season show and Love Tuneybiu
and other delusions as.

Speaker 3 (51:51):
Well, Guys twenty twelve as well the original sort Online Yeah,
Jojo Zurich Oh oh yeah no, the first Jojo came
out to my twelve, the first play the eighte Girls

(52:12):
in Ponza also twelve.

Speaker 4 (52:15):
Also the last HInM sketch season Honeycomb twelve.

Speaker 2 (52:19):
Oh really. The thing of this twenty twelve, of course,
is that this was the year we basically started watching it,
so yeah.

Speaker 4 (52:26):
But then we didn't watch a lot of wearing things
because I was surprised to see kids on the slope
there because of course I wouldn't wearing that tool in
twenty twelve.

Speaker 5 (52:36):
But that was actually really good, so.

Speaker 2 (52:39):
Yeah, what a good time.

Speaker 3 (52:41):
I remember Hot being obsessed with predacious space pirates.

Speaker 4 (52:47):
They were all right, I guess we're moving on from
that segment.

Speaker 3 (52:55):
To Rescuers, right, yeah, podcast, Yeah, res a rescue show.

Speaker 2 (53:01):
I hit it away.

Speaker 3 (53:02):
Well, don't worry it, we'll go. We'll leave it all
to rescue.

Speaker 5 (53:06):
Sure London.

Speaker 4 (53:09):
The London Formulae well a week and a half ago now,
which is probably the second to last time that event
will occur. Next year almost certainly will be the last
time it happens, which is a shame because that's a
completely unique venue with its indoor outdoor track, so that's
going to be a shame. I will certainly go next

(53:29):
year again and finish out and yeah, then who knows
what the future formulae in the UK is Beyond then
I didn't I RL stream from there, which was a
bit stuff. Unfortunately, the audios were really bad on it.
I don't even know why. When I got hurt. I
tested it and I think I just restarted, like I

(53:50):
fiddled slightly and then it works, and it's like, but
it's so hard to like fix that while you're literally
on the site. I think the biggest reason I would
want media accreditation for such an event is to literally
set that stuff up in the media center, Like I
don't want to do it standing next to a racetrack.

(54:10):
I want to go put my shit on a desk
and figure it all out and then okay, I can
go stream, but a man can dream. I finish up
the live stream. I sat on that bench at the
end if anyone was watching, and then these two women
come up to me and one of them was like, hey,

(54:31):
were you were you like recording? I'm like yeah, And
at first I think in their staff as well, I'm
like confused for a second, and she's like, were you
like live streaming? I'm like yeah, But then she just
started asking about like what I think of the event.
We both kind of agreed that the fans owned kind
of like it was a bit worse than previous years.

(54:54):
I remember the year where you could get a little
ride in a little a bath five hundred or three
or five hundred thing. Yeah, honestly Lecture one, and but
they did. They took you around in like a figure
eight in a real car, like it was like a
much support UK autocross sort of feature there.

Speaker 5 (55:13):
That was really cool. And I think they had to
go cutting one year as well, but now they don't
really know any of that.

Speaker 4 (55:19):
But yeah. One of them actually followed me on on
Twitch the other day. Dorothy followed me, which was fun
to see because it was funny to just randomly someone
come up to me after like seeing me like streaming,
because I feel invisible when I do that. It's really
awkward to start those. I feel rather self conscious starting those,

(55:40):
but once you start walking around with the camera, you
just you feel like, you know, I mean, no one's
really looking at you. Oh wait, why did everyone disappear
on the street?

Speaker 3 (55:50):
Like I said, I we take it away rasker and
we left.

Speaker 4 (55:54):
Oh okay, get rid of yeah Jesus, okay, so how
do But yeah, it was quite funny to have that interaction.
They had been to the former for a few years
in a row as well, so it was quite cool

(56:15):
to chat, but I was neat. I also met sim
racer Mia Rose from Samantha Tan Racing Esports, a team
I have driven for on specifically one occasion with Ruby,
she had actually been flown out from Australia to this
event by the FIA, which sounds just ridiculous, but because

(56:36):
she won her her region of Australia for a qualifier
for an esports event, so I think they had the
the top ranking person from each region. It was like
a you know, women in esports slash most sports sort
of thing, so they were they were being taken around
to like all sorts.

Speaker 2 (56:57):
Uh.

Speaker 4 (56:58):
They're this massive schedule of like officials and FIA people
and track people that they were meeting in sort of
they were, you know, the software interviewing for them. So
they had a like huge, big program.

Speaker 5 (57:13):
Basically.

Speaker 4 (57:13):
It was like quite interesting. And I think she's coming
back to the UK for like a SIM racing boot camp.

Speaker 2 (57:18):
In a few weeks.

Speaker 4 (57:19):
So yeah, that was pretty cool to meet Mia and
she's going to be all over the world, it seems
to doing SIM racing, so that's pretty cool. I mentioned
that the fan zoner got worse, but what they do
do better in the last two years, or at least
hype Up is the music performances. There's one each day
this year. On Saturday, they had Pixie Lot, who was

(57:42):
not that great.

Speaker 2 (57:44):
That's definitely hatt.

Speaker 4 (57:46):
I mean, there's no way. I mean, if you didn't
know what Kylie Ray has been up to since call me,
maybe you do not know what's spin up?

Speaker 2 (57:57):
Can I just skewed slightly? Is Pixie not the one that,
like we everyone found out that she was kidnapped something?

Speaker 4 (58:05):
I have no idea.

Speaker 2 (58:06):
It's one of these like singers of that time that
were like they were actually kidnapped by their partner signing
for years and nobody even knew it or so, I
don't know who's the other one that's in that era,
is like Duffy. It might be Duffy.

Speaker 5 (58:20):
I have googled, and I believe it was Duffy.

Speaker 2 (58:23):
Yes, yeah, is it? At was it? Like? I don't know,
I can't but there was some something.

Speaker 4 (58:28):
It looks like a pretty grim story. So Duffy was
not there. Pixie Lot was there and that was a
fantastic But on Sunday they had Rizzle Kicks, who, by
the way, had the number nine top song in twenty
twelve in the UK, the hump It.

Speaker 2 (58:52):
That is? That is?

Speaker 6 (58:56):
That was?

Speaker 5 (58:57):
That was their last song.

Speaker 4 (58:59):
That was their last song of their settlers and they yeah, yeah,
and by the way, they they kind of killed it.
I thought they disappeared because like they just they just returned.
They've just come back this year, new album, new tour.
Because our friend of mine was asking me if I
wanted to go see them in my city and I
was like, well, guess what, I'm actually seeing them at
the formerly like a few weeks anyway, so I'm sure

(59:23):
he's jealous. Actually tell them about how it went. But
they were really good. They they made a fan of
me at least. And what was pretty cool is there
was also like another thing they had was like this
sort of London dance troup sort of show as well.
And it seems like those those that group was like
at the front of the stage, but I didn't notice

(59:44):
at the time because I was like a bit further back.
But like then they kept reacting to these these dancers
because obviously they were they must have been like all
in sync at the front of the stage or in
front of the crowd, right, And eventually they're like the
mind is blown by the dance moves, and so they
invite them up on the stage. But here's the thing,

(01:00:05):
because they're like a proper dance troupe, right, they clearly
there's one there's this one woman who is like their
you know, like instructor, I guess, but she what she does, right,
She's not only like improvising choreography for them more to follow,
she's also coordinating because there's loads of them by the way,
they were coming on and off for each song and

(01:00:25):
like mid song, so like there was this whole impromptu
dance routine and choreography and coordination going on during the
original case performance, and it was like, is this a
motor smart event or what? Like this is just completely weird. Now, yeah,

(01:00:47):
it was quite Maybe by doubt it it definitely looked
like it was a bit uh, you know, unscripted the dancers,
that's for sure, but it was pretty impressive seeing the
instrum or whatever you'd call them kind of take charge
and sort of arrange the whole thing of supply.

Speaker 5 (01:01:05):
It's like, what the fuck is this? So that's pretty cool.

Speaker 4 (01:01:12):
I also went to like this nice little gaming I
think I told a guy about this the other day,
but I say, with a friend overnight in London and
we went to this little pub near the Exile, which
was pretty cool. They had like they had like board
games but also like you know, some like retro consoles
to play on. Obviously a bar and you could bring

(01:01:34):
in takeaways so we had Wendy's and it was good.
I had the bacon eater.

Speaker 2 (01:01:40):
So good.

Speaker 4 (01:01:41):
Yeah, as sponsored by Shane benng Giesbergen. But yeah, that
was pretty cool, A nice interesting I don't like obviously
I don't do much London night life at all. But
that was pretty neat and cozy little place, which is
not always what you would expect from London.

Speaker 5 (01:02:00):
So that's pretty cool.

Speaker 2 (01:02:02):
Exactly in London, London.

Speaker 5 (01:02:09):
London Town.

Speaker 2 (01:02:12):
This is the bridge right though, huh was the bridge right?
What the bridge bridge?

Speaker 4 (01:02:20):
Well, that's in like Arizona now right, genuine fire right
London Bridge current location. So the bridge currently called London
Bridge is a replacement of the original London Bridge. The
original London Bridge got dismantled, shipped to and rebuilt in.

Speaker 3 (01:02:44):
Wait for it, I thought it went down during the
Great London Fire.

Speaker 4 (01:02:50):
I don't think so. Yeah, it's it's literally it's in
Arizona because some I guess, there was some rich guy
building a town out there. He wanted something interesting to
like actually draw people into a random town in the
middle of Arizona. So he acquired London Bridge, the original,
and it is there now. You can go to London

(01:03:10):
Bridge in Arizona. Fun fact. Still and don't worth it.
A London bridges in the area got London Bridge. We
have the new one. I don't know what's better, honestly. Yeah,

(01:03:32):
it's just a bridge, different topic, something a bit different.
But this last week or so was a very rare
location if you were into boomer anime such as us
if you remember the Melancholy of Harry Susan Meir. The
light novel series is technically still going, although I don't

(01:03:54):
think there's been a new one between. I think the
second and most recent one came out in twenty eleven,
probably something like that, and then the next one came
out in like twenty twenty, which at the time was like, wow,
that's continuing, no way, But then there were none for
five years, and one came out last week, So.

Speaker 3 (01:04:15):
I have it does take a while to read to
write a book.

Speaker 4 (01:04:25):
I have the Theater of Horry sis Amir.

Speaker 3 (01:04:27):
He was that a long pause you or was that me?

Speaker 2 (01:04:33):
Pause?

Speaker 4 (01:04:33):
I thought my discord broke, I did say, let me
get it. Oh, this is another set of short stories,
I wonder, I don't. I don't know well enough to
say that all mine doesn't a right? Oh you know,
I actually I don't think this is a set of

(01:04:55):
short stories at all, because looking at the contents, it's
act one act to actory final act, and that's like, oh,
this might be actually a long story.

Speaker 5 (01:05:04):
I should probably read these.

Speaker 4 (01:05:05):
I didn't read page twenty honestly, But of two of
the stories in the twenty twenty one, I'd already read
because they had already been published in the magazine and
translated online. So there was only one of three stories
new in that book for me. But if this is
actually this might be actually a proper little horrory story,
I might have to read it for real.

Speaker 3 (01:05:23):
The book with you might not read.

Speaker 4 (01:05:28):
You add, there's definitely Blu Rays games, books that you
have purchased.

Speaker 3 (01:05:33):
And all on my bookshelf is exactly all I've read.

Speaker 5 (01:05:39):
I didn't just say books.

Speaker 2 (01:05:41):
There.

Speaker 3 (01:05:43):
There might be a few Blue Rays that I bore
back the years that I haven't watched yet.

Speaker 5 (01:05:48):
Did you finish percent of four?

Speaker 3 (01:05:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:05:52):
Yeah finished?

Speaker 4 (01:05:59):
I can keep the five five royal, So I.

Speaker 2 (01:06:02):
Have done my story done twice.

Speaker 4 (01:06:05):
My point is not not reading the things I buy,
because like I know, you've done the same, and I
have done it.

Speaker 2 (01:06:12):
Did you did you read You've read Celebration of You? Yeah?

Speaker 5 (01:06:19):
Wait, that's the one that came out in twenty twenty.
I think, No, I haven't, great, guy, I've read let
me just check it that. No, that's our Celebration is
a manga yeah. No, I've never had that. That's like
an anthology manga.

Speaker 4 (01:06:38):
Yeah, yeah, I don't. Yeah, I've never had that.

Speaker 5 (01:06:41):
I wasn't doing it.

Speaker 4 (01:06:43):
Yeah, but the story I know, but none of them
are like necessarily canon.

Speaker 2 (01:06:49):
Because it's I know that was.

Speaker 4 (01:06:56):
Oh I got it, m kay, but.

Speaker 5 (01:07:09):
Yeah I read it. Next up we have a topic
from Adamo. We have Subaru and Super.

Speaker 2 (01:07:20):
Oh.

Speaker 3 (01:07:20):
Yeah, even though I probably like talked to everyone's error
off about it in the discord of my streams, Subrew
and Super is the next.

Speaker 4 (01:07:29):
What's the word?

Speaker 3 (01:07:31):
Okay correlation story? Was that the word correlation? No, it's
the next part to the initial defranchise after m F
ghost It is a new work, then new I can't speak,
you need to speak. Yeah, it's the next part after

(01:07:53):
m F Ghosts that they're now working on. And it's
also the thirty found version of Initial Elite, which is
also a good surprise. They've got a new work.

Speaker 4 (01:08:03):
I see, I've lost no words. Hang on, and Subaru
and Suber seems to be the featured car appears to
be a Super rou Prz instead of.

Speaker 5 (01:08:14):
Yes eight six right.

Speaker 3 (01:08:15):
I thought it was going to be obviously down the
line saying oh, they're probably going to be like the
eight six g g R. That's the next one, isn't it.
But then also, yeah, now there's like, oh, it's it's
super Hu and it's the super Brits br Z, which
I then got told that it's the that they when
they were making the eight six g T at the time,

(01:08:38):
they had a collaboration, and the Brits was also similar
to the gt AM I right right in that rescuer
it's the same car. Yeah, yeah, it's particularly the same car.
But then yeah, but in this one, there's going to
be two protagonists. There's going to be the girl and
the guy, both with the surname super No sorry, both

(01:09:01):
with the first name super different last names. And I
don't think they're related, but it is. People think I
think it's the girl. They think the girl is going
to be related to the girl from Initial D Maco,
the one that had the kind of weird love story

(01:09:21):
with the guy who drove this the S thirteen.

Speaker 4 (01:09:25):
I can't remember his name.

Speaker 3 (01:09:26):
Now apparently they might be a relation to some cast
members from Initial D. H. Yeah, so that's gonna be interesting.
But obvios, Yeah, we've got to wait a while before
we actually get chanced to read it because I still
need to finish off Initial D and MF ghast like
reading why because I've watched them, but yeah, I was
gonna be interesting.

Speaker 5 (01:09:48):
I still need to watch the MF Ghost.

Speaker 3 (01:09:50):
Yeah, well season three has been confirmed for next year,
but not an actual date yet. I see, so you
can catch up on Maybe I will catch up maybe
I work because like, was you watched the first episode
and I've like finished both seasons?

Speaker 4 (01:10:08):
Yeah, I mean I've seen a lot of Initial D,
just not any of it. Well, I've seen like one
episode about ghosts. Yeah that's why you say, yeah, you've
watched the first episode. I've like since then, I've watched
both seasons. Because there's two seasons of MF Ghost. Season
three is coming out next year, which it's sad because
like I want to keep watching it because they stop

(01:10:29):
where it ends.

Speaker 3 (01:10:30):
It's just they're still in a race, so it's like, oh,
we know what happened. Obviously I could just read it,
but then.

Speaker 2 (01:10:38):
What to do?

Speaker 3 (01:10:39):
Yes, Super Super is the next installment from the creative
Initial D.

Speaker 4 (01:10:45):
Next up a lot of records broken for Kate Pop
Demon Hunters. Oh that's another one of mine.

Speaker 2 (01:10:53):
Yep.

Speaker 3 (01:10:54):
Netflix film Kate Pop Demon Hunters has broken records. It's
been the number one film for a very long time.
I think between five and six weeks. I think it's
dropped down to number two now. But yes, it's just
going crazy any anytime, uh Twitter, Twitter or blue Sky

(01:11:15):
or news, I always see it, like talked about people
going crazy about it, people making covers about it, people
dance covers of the songs as well. It's breaking records
and I checked the the Singles Music chart for the

(01:11:35):
UK and it was number one since the ninth of August.
It broke number one record their song Golden.

Speaker 4 (01:11:45):
Damn So Rescue.

Speaker 3 (01:11:48):
This is the animation film Netflix made called k Pop
Teaman Hunters that broke all these reclet's breaking all these
like number one on the UK chart. Yeah, the song
one of the songs.

Speaker 4 (01:12:02):
This thing has blown up.

Speaker 3 (01:12:04):
Yeah, actually.

Speaker 4 (01:12:06):
Up forty let's have a number one golden ye.

Speaker 2 (01:12:10):
Still still pretty impressive. Yeah, I mean music, no ship,
but still like that's just pretty and stuff.

Speaker 4 (01:12:19):
You guys is number two with Daisies, that's.

Speaker 2 (01:12:25):
To be fair.

Speaker 3 (01:12:25):
I think you guys would like the film. You gave
it a chance, and it's like you don't particularly listen
to K pop. But it's really it's a really good film.

Speaker 4 (01:12:37):
If they can compress that film into a forty five
second TikTok.

Speaker 3 (01:12:44):
Name, you've got better attention span than I don't like that.
But it's it's it's a music. Well, it's kind of
a musical because I guess they sing sometimes in.

Speaker 2 (01:12:56):
The would probably make it.

Speaker 3 (01:12:59):
Yeah, because you're like musicals forrest. Songs are really good,
even the Soldier Boys Soldier said the Soldier Saga Soldier
Boy sad A j A broke broke some Spotify records
and they're not even like real Soldier Boys with their song.

(01:13:25):
Soda Pops and Your Idol are the two favorite songs
that I like, And I told yeah, if anyone, if
anyone out there who hasn't watched it yet, I highly
recommend it.

Speaker 2 (01:13:43):
In the song as well, huh. Apparently the song as well,
because it's number one, it is obviously.

Speaker 3 (01:13:50):
Quite Yeah, the song Golden I liked, but my favorite
song is Soda Pop from that from that movie, which
is sung by the Sagia Boys.

Speaker 2 (01:14:01):
Yeah, I wish it was.

Speaker 4 (01:14:06):
So that's it. Wow, okay.

Speaker 2 (01:14:12):
Is it.

Speaker 5 (01:14:14):
Okay?

Speaker 4 (01:14:15):
Next up, we have a topic from Guy appears to
be that he wants to talk about Soldier Boy it is, Yeah,
you have Festival Slash Concerts twenty twenty five.

Speaker 5 (01:14:31):
Is that heading or a topic?

Speaker 4 (01:14:35):
I don't I can't what I thought you talked about
the Festival Slash Concerts twenty five The Chaos erupted the
Slayer of Ncroy par.

Speaker 2 (01:14:44):
Oh yeah yeah that yeah, yeah, so that was the heading, yeah,
and then yeah yeah the rest. So I don't know
if I know, this is just for a holiday. This
is about the Sunday before on a holiday. So I
want tickets to see Slayer. I don't don't know who
they are, but they're like they're the fresh fresh rock

(01:15:06):
sort of things. It's quite fast paced, like guitar solos
to the max. It's pretty cool. But I didn't realize
I want these tickets. And I was like, oh, you know,
it's a finfree park in London. It's like my mate
knows where that is, though he was he knows where
to dry like depart for three and blah blah blah
ian there. So we went there and Somedy's trying to

(01:15:27):
realize that it was actually like a mini festival, like
not just like a solo gig. So there's like six
other bands and also Slayer, and the other bands were
like Franks who you play on her off once again?
They are incredibly like popular and like back in the day,
you know, these probably all like eighties bands Now, I
mean they held up amazingly well, like Slayer where the

(01:15:50):
stage presence are Slayer was incredible. But and just the
way that you know they don't they haven't missed a beat,
like it just doesn't sound like they're old and they
can't sing anymore. Yeah. The main thing was that we
so of course because it's a festival, there's no seating,
it's all standing, went up to the stage, big stage,

(01:16:11):
went on stage like, oh we know we do we
stay hire a bit because you know, we want to
be in the front for like, you know, the few
people like the few like unheard of bands that were first.
And the first band, I think what they're called knee
Cap or something. They sound like that they were really
heavy and it was like, yeah, okay, they're pretty cool
and I was, I mean just going smoothly. And then

(01:16:33):
we got to hate Breed. It was the second band.
Now this is when it went crazy, like it went insane.
We were like so I would say, by five people
deep from front, so pretty close, and the mosh pit
broke out right right in the center of us. We
were being dragged and ship and it's hilarious. I was laughing.

(01:16:55):
Off was being like thrown about basically in this mosh pit.
And then we then we got involved in a circle
of death as well, which everyone just runs around in
a circle, hitting everyone. I like this, honestly. It was
going crazy at that point. And then we were like, okay,
you know, we have a little break, got back in again.

Speaker 6 (01:17:13):
We stood somewhere We're like, oh, this would be a
right again, like thinking, look, you know, it's just not
a bad I don't mind being in a wash pit.
And then it was this stand which I can't of
the name Offen. They're quite popular. Someone would probably know
for me just saying that. One of the main things
you do is you everyone sits on the floor and
starts rowing. That's like literally a thing that happens around

(01:17:34):
the entire song. They're like Viking sort of thing. They're
pretty cool, though really heavy, probably like death Met sort
of sound. But they that one Oh my god, I
literally pulled something because it was that bad that I
was getting absolutely basically destroyed in this mush pit, I said.

(01:17:55):
Because I work the next day, I was sort of thinking, well,
I can't be too crazy because you know, I can't
obviously go insane like break something or I was like
I really would not could.

Speaker 2 (01:18:08):
But yeah, it was it was just mad. It was
really mad.

Speaker 4 (01:18:13):
Hm hmm, that does sound intense.

Speaker 2 (01:18:19):
Yeah, but it was. It was just like that. That
was really crazy. And then now from that, I've been like,
I real on a good lead festival. So I basically
booked like I can't remember or like not faster, but
gigs and concerts and stuff, and I've booked like four
of them already for like just like from now at
the end of the year. And yeah, it's just sort

(01:18:39):
of got the you know, the bug is the you
go there and it's just such an atmosphere you've got
you've got to be really open to music, you know
it open to whatever you like. But yeah, it was, Oh,
it was an experience. Like I said, I was injured
the following day for work, but it was working. Gee.

Speaker 4 (01:19:02):
Next up, uh from Ao, my coach of Shinkai, will
announce this new movie this year.

Speaker 3 (01:19:12):
Yeah, I haven't heard any much more about that, but yeah,
the creator of I guess the most popular movie at
the anime movie is Your Name, which is also Rescu
his favorite. He's what thirteen times in.

Speaker 4 (01:19:28):
Thirteen times in the cinema. Yes, that's right.

Speaker 3 (01:19:32):
They're releasing a new movie.

Speaker 4 (01:19:33):
You lose track after a while, I don't you've gone.
I'm curious to see what his new movie being. He's
getting worse. I'm going to just say it, like like
whether with you. I enjoyed that movie, but it wasn't
It didn't quite hit the same radio name, and.

Speaker 3 (01:19:49):
Then I didn't like the end, and then.

Speaker 5 (01:19:54):
And then the the Susan them.

Speaker 4 (01:19:56):
On most recent one, he's gone all the way in
with like random fantasy stuff, which like I don't it
doesn't really, it's just it's all kind of like Your
Name was. Your Name has fancy elements, obviously, but it's
good because it's a little more grounded in reality, Like
the focus is the characters more than any of the

(01:20:19):
bullshit surrounding them, whereas is full of I mean, the
main guy spends the entire movie as a as a
walking talking chair. I feel like that makes it hard
to relate to them.

Speaker 3 (01:20:34):
Sounds like sounds like what and I.

Speaker 4 (01:20:41):
I heard that supposedly this is probably a bit of
a rumor, but apparently he was like he did that
to prove a point against like a producer who was like, ah,
you shouldn't do stuff like that, So he just went
all in and made the main guy had literal chair.

Speaker 2 (01:21:01):
Yeah, but that's just the cost of the people watching
it though.

Speaker 4 (01:21:04):
Well I guess so. I don't know how true that
is anyway, But either way, I don't like the chair.
So I feel like the new movie is a little
more grounded again.

Speaker 2 (01:21:14):
But you spoil spoil Your Name though, aren't you really?
Because it has basically got everything you want from a
well just even a movie like it literally has everything
like it's nearly flowers. I think you just can't He's
never going to capture that again.

Speaker 4 (01:21:31):
Yeah, I mean Your Name like achieves what it's out
to do, what it sets out to do, at least
like perfectly. Is it Is it the most you know,
artistic or creative for a groundbreaking movie?

Speaker 2 (01:21:45):
No, but it.

Speaker 4 (01:21:47):
Does what it tries to do perfectly, And the same
cannot be said for Shinkai's.

Speaker 5 (01:21:52):
Older work or work.

Speaker 4 (01:21:54):
No, No, that's true, And you're making things that he
enjoys making and being great. Good for him, but I
am liking the movies less. Again, I never liked any
of his older movies, like I when Your Name was
blown out, she was like, I went into Your Name
as like a full on skeptic, like I didn't like
this guy's movies.

Speaker 3 (01:22:16):
Where we wanted the first to watch it well.

Speaker 4 (01:22:19):
Outside of Japan perhaps, or rather inside the UK, let's say,
because it probably came out in other countries, but it
had already blown up massively in Japan before that point,
so you know, we were hearing about it all summer,
and of course the sound and Voice was the same summer.
Both movies, for very different reasons, were amazing that day

(01:22:41):
where we watched both of them for the first time
in the cinema in Edinburgh. Was that that That's why
I said about even getting a three point zero earlier
when I met outside the cinema, because inside the cinema
like watching Voice in your Name on the same day
in the cinema with a cinema full of of anime nerds, Yeah,
that's that's that takes the cake for for that for sure, that.

Speaker 2 (01:23:05):
Was I mean, what a natural day in the cinema.
I barely can remember what else played that day, but
I mean that.

Speaker 3 (01:23:14):
Just because I could go get my I've got the
cinema tickets right.

Speaker 4 (01:23:22):
So many he knows I don't remember, honestly, Here we go,
I've got them my calendar, so we've got I want
to say, red Line was Sunday, Maita, Scared Pocket, Scared Sailors, Sacred, Sacred, Sorry.

Speaker 3 (01:23:42):
Your name obviously, girls and ponds of the movie Pink
Teals and other short stories.

Speaker 4 (01:23:52):
So that there stay.

Speaker 5 (01:23:56):
Was Saturday.

Speaker 3 (01:23:58):
Let me find the Saturday ones red Light with Saturday.

Speaker 4 (01:24:01):
Okay, geez, what a way to gee?

Speaker 2 (01:24:04):
What a day?

Speaker 4 (01:24:08):
Was my Montaro Saturday?

Speaker 8 (01:24:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:24:12):
More Taro Saturday?

Speaker 4 (01:24:13):
Yeah, I mean that was that?

Speaker 2 (01:24:15):
But yeah that ruins, that ruined the perfect day.

Speaker 5 (01:24:19):
Yes, but yeah, we'll see what Chinkai's new movie is.

Speaker 4 (01:24:24):
I'll see it. I'm sure, I'm sure, Yes, cinema run
in the UK, I'll go see it. But yeah, I
remain skeptical. Will I will only schedule one cinema viewing
of it? That's what susn't they got.

Speaker 2 (01:24:36):
To You're fifteen for your name?

Speaker 4 (01:24:39):
Yeah, it is lucky. I wish you could get any
one in but yeah, if it comes in.

Speaker 5 (01:24:48):
Well, exactly, it has to count to the cinema.

Speaker 4 (01:24:52):
Yeah, oh yeah. Next up, I had to name you
can colorful Stage X five royal collaboration with an exclamation mark.

Speaker 2 (01:25:04):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (01:25:07):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:25:07):
I think it's to do with a song that's coming
out to do with those things.

Speaker 5 (01:25:12):
I believe a colorful Stage is obviously a rhythm game.

Speaker 3 (01:25:15):
Yeah, well it's also a movie, isn't it.

Speaker 4 (01:25:18):
Yeah, based on the game.

Speaker 2 (01:25:19):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:25:21):
Uh, let me double check, because I think it was
the Persona when I first checked, it was the Persona
five X game.

Speaker 4 (01:25:30):
I'm not X game.

Speaker 3 (01:25:31):
Oh yeah. I don't know why the royal thing was there,
because I've been seeing it to do with let me
see about the collaboration.

Speaker 4 (01:25:42):
Collaboration coolco colaborary collaboration. Well, well I don't just find
it that, can I just say? I have my whole
music library shuffle, and I got some love Love songs
coming up from like I have like the collection of
like everything for from Original Love Live, which.

Speaker 5 (01:26:02):
I probably have listened to in full.

Speaker 4 (01:26:04):
But there are some rock covers of love Life songs
on there, and they's something by the love Life Girls,
but like the instrumentals, like.

Speaker 3 (01:26:16):
What is the How okay I found the thing? Sure,
I think it's the actually the Hasamika game, and you
get like sign missions to do with like five stuff.
You get like clear stamps and fill out a stamp card,
collect the curry in the Morrow Ghana figure, a new

(01:26:39):
song which is from so five of the collaboration, which
is Life will Change Music show ge MEGAO Megorye arrangements.

Speaker 4 (01:26:55):
I think so.

Speaker 3 (01:26:57):
Yeah, there's a Sacki version and visual version uh moregana
costume and curry combo and premium gift catcher where you
get to have the Joker costume, Miku version and no
for characters and illustration are and all sorts. So yeah,

(01:27:20):
it's to do more of the there's five stuff in
the ham game. I thro it was the other way around, yeah,
I mean games like a live service game. So yeah,
I thought it was to do with the five X game.
That's like that's kind of similar game that's out, but

(01:27:41):
it's not. It's it's five stuff in.

Speaker 2 (01:27:47):
All right.

Speaker 4 (01:27:48):
Next up, guys, sure what my one hundredth plan trophy?

Speaker 2 (01:27:55):
Oh yeah, that is that is big news. I'm on
mighty four now, I think so, and I want to
get to one hundred before the end of the year.
That was my plan for last year, and I definitely
didn't do that. But I really want to get I
need to get a hundred of you know, it's a
huge plan, by a huge milestone. Sorry for the trophy hunt.

(01:28:18):
I've got to pass that one hundred. I've got to
be in trible ditch, you know. I can't be can't
be doing with just being a ninety odds.

Speaker 5 (01:28:25):
So I actually have a good suggestion for this.

Speaker 2 (01:28:28):
Actually, yeah, it's probably like perhaps the date, so we.

Speaker 4 (01:28:32):
Probably want to say specifically forty pound Planet. But no,
I've been thinking about this game recently because it's well
part of its sequel released, and I keep hearing about
it and think memes of it, and the music from
the original is good, and I want.

Speaker 5 (01:28:49):
To play it again and play the sequel. You're one
hundred platinum should be undertailed.

Speaker 2 (01:28:55):
I've already got a plane of under.

Speaker 4 (01:28:59):
What did you play down?

Speaker 2 (01:29:01):
That's easy? You need fish?

Speaker 4 (01:29:03):
Yeah, I know what did you even flay it?

Speaker 2 (01:29:05):
What I played? Don't tell loads. I've probably cleaned it
two or three times.

Speaker 4 (01:29:11):
I swear.

Speaker 2 (01:29:13):
I would. Yeah, I'll tell you what I would if
they I think it's one of those annoying ones where
that Untells trophy list of like the PS three, p
S four and Vita version. If it didn't do that,
I would have probably played it again or like Vita
or something else four where the hell I even played on? Yeah,
I have already got that. That is. That is.

Speaker 3 (01:29:36):
And you should stream it is Si hill f.

Speaker 2 (01:29:42):
It's really just not a bad shout to be honest.
I don't know what image you know, what the trophy
is like. It is probably something like playing on hard.

Speaker 4 (01:29:54):
The Delta.

Speaker 2 (01:29:56):
That will probably be really hard though as well. But
that's that's the it was like. I mean, I should
play something difficult I should be.

Speaker 4 (01:30:04):
Nice with because I thought that probably is actually easy.

Speaker 2 (01:30:07):
But it's easy. It is at least it is easy.
But no, I mean also, any anyone in the chat
or like anyone post on it. I might. I may
even make a little thing for it, just to sort
of get a vote on it, but I don't. I
don't really know what I want to do. Like it
feels like it should be monuments. It should be something
that I really love or you know, it's something very monumental,

(01:30:29):
like big in the number one hundred. But I can't
really think of anything. I was. I was looking through
my games the other day and I'm like, well, I
feel like it should be something like the Crash ones,
but I never get them, so you'll have to get
them for me.

Speaker 3 (01:30:46):
I know when you can get your plan on because
you never planned them.

Speaker 2 (01:30:52):
Cy, why would I spend hours, like many hours trying
to get that especial because almost same days gone properly.
So like I guess something like about one hundred care
assists away, I need need to get a thousand again,
It's not gonna happen, never gonna happen.

Speaker 3 (01:31:11):
Well we could do is find a couple of games
and tweet out on X and Blue Sky pick my
one hundred platinum.

Speaker 2 (01:31:22):
I also liked the idea of people like saying you should.

Speaker 3 (01:31:24):
Do this and then or you could just tweet that
question out and see what people say.

Speaker 2 (01:31:30):
I mean, not already for you anyway, because I haven't.
I'm still on like ninety four. So I mean, I
did get the full Guys one the other day, and
I could get philippeersful and then I worst did I
get well the other game, I got a favorite one.

Speaker 3 (01:31:44):
Of them I couldn't get because of the fall guys.
Once one of them is broken because they didn't transfer over.

Speaker 4 (01:31:49):
You can go back on it, now, are you sure?

Speaker 2 (01:31:53):
That's what I did and went. I literally my last
thing was to knock someone over, and I did it
in the first ten seconds and stuff that I will say, Okay,
so you'll be able to do it.

Speaker 4 (01:32:05):
Okay, they fixed it.

Speaker 2 (01:32:06):
Okay, version about because like my mine was, I had
it on PS five and then I obviously when I
just went on it because I was, oh, I should
check and see if they fix it, and actually did.

Speaker 4 (01:32:18):
Okay, I think that's the one I couldn't get.

Speaker 3 (01:32:20):
So that you can't knock over someone in the p
S five version, you can.

Speaker 2 (01:32:25):
I think it just doesn't work. It's the wrong. It
just never it never clicked that you actually did it
when you were doing it. Yeah, I think it has now.
Okay you should be so, But yeah I will. I
mean there's new games going out, so I mean I
will try in the mel Get one if it was sensible,

(01:32:45):
which it will be. I won't get that anyway. But
next to me, yeah, well I want to get like
I wanted to get the original trilogy. But I looked
at him, I was like, yeah, I'm not doing those.
There's a lot I have an effort, I mean, and
to be honest, I know, it's not like I can't
play games on hard. I mean I do actually do

(01:33:05):
like the Witch of Three, which I was the paramo,
Like that's not para death? What the hell's blame called? However,
the hardest difficulty is called it was really difficult. I
was like, this is really easy, Like am I missing
something here? Because I was like, you just roll around
all time and then you know we do is roll
and the enemies can never hit you. So it was
literally are doing a barrel and it's just it's weird.

(01:33:29):
Everyone was like, knowing, how difficult, and I've actually done that.
But I'm going to play Gwent. That's the problem.

Speaker 4 (01:33:34):
I can't remember how to play Gwent now Gwent Stacy, Yes, but.

Speaker 2 (01:33:40):
I need to play Gwent, which is just impossible. Like
who knows how to play Gwent after not playing it
for like a year. Probably, So yeah, I have any
any suggestions with anyone will be very much appreciated. I mean,
that's there's got to be something. I mean, I would
love to do, but I've realized now I can't actually
get that plan and unless I've got three other people

(01:34:01):
that have the game, which is ridiculous, So that's never
gonna happen, all right.

Speaker 4 (01:34:11):
Next up we have a Google image search result for
Spider Man.

Speaker 3 (01:34:17):
Yes, the latest news blown up recently that I keep
reading about is the New Spider Man film is being
filmed right now in Glasgow, Glasgo brand new world or
brand new Day, a brand new day.

Speaker 4 (01:34:36):
It's one of those that's different.

Speaker 3 (01:34:38):
They're filming it, and obviously they had they showed off
his new Spider shop and they've gone back to the
original classic with a bit of a twist.

Speaker 2 (01:34:50):
How are they going to the story here? Though? This
is what I want to know, because no one knows
Spider Man as no one knows who I mean that's
a Spider but you probably should have seen.

Speaker 3 (01:34:59):
It about that where they've reset the whole thing. Yeah,
brand new day, brand new yes, called brand new Day,
I think so. I think it's probably explained it. It
comes a new hero technically again, but he's gone back.
Whether they're designed for the new Spider suit, they've gone
back to the original like the classic kind of style.
As you two can see in the that I put

(01:35:23):
he's actually got that belt thing as well, where it's
like the the red triangle up.

Speaker 2 (01:35:29):
Huh what put it?

Speaker 3 (01:35:38):
It did take me a minute to work out it
was in Glasgow because they made Glasgow look like New York.
They've got like American flags, they've got the American mailboxes,
they've got American American big big vehicles. So yeah, I
don't know. Is it was because it's cheaper the film

(01:36:00):
scene in England, I do not know.

Speaker 4 (01:36:04):
I mean, it's just I think it's a lot of
making it. It's like it's a Hollywood movie being people
British production. I'm gonna shoot, well, I probably have to
look that up because.

Speaker 2 (01:36:19):
Unless there is predominantly a load of scenes that are
in like Glasgow.

Speaker 3 (01:36:23):
Or like they literally mad if you look at the pictures,
that's just.

Speaker 2 (01:36:30):
Just yeah, that is just simply where the studio is.

Speaker 4 (01:36:32):
Yeah, be more expensive if if, if the main like
production is in the UK, it will be more expensive
to go to New York than to dress up Glasgow.

Speaker 3 (01:36:43):
That but also I also thought as well, like it
will be probably cheaper to close parts of Glasgow down
then close down parts of New York.

Speaker 5 (01:36:52):
That's also true, yes, but it was.

Speaker 3 (01:36:56):
A lot of people down there obviously a lot of
people taking photos of what's going on, videoing some of
the but like basically again behind the scenes because passer
buyers are like filming, like the major scenes are happening,
Like today they posted the explosion scenes, so like there
was a lorry going down the road and there was

(01:37:17):
explosions going off, and obviously he was swinging from side
to side on this lorry rig thing, and the cameras
were on like the lower bed park pointing up following
where he was following. It was actually quite interesting to
see it being filmed while being filmed, that's true, but yeah,

(01:37:39):
it was. Yes, a lot of people were headed to
Glasgow to go see Tom Holland so because people actually
got some people actually got like uh to actually meet
him and like get photos with him and stuff like that.

Speaker 4 (01:37:52):
So very lucky people I want.

Speaker 3 (01:37:57):
Yeah, but if I went there, I probably wouldn't get
a chance to get anywhere near him.

Speaker 4 (01:38:01):
Well, yeah, I could probably.

Speaker 2 (01:38:03):
Use if you if you apply to be an extra,
and that's the best way to get any celebrity, the
easiest role you apply for.

Speaker 3 (01:38:12):
But there is some there is some like I've obviously
I know, there is some clause in behind the like
extra mm hmm. Sorry, when when it comes to when
it comes to sometimes if you apply to be an extra,
sometimes in the contract decays you're not allowed to like

(01:38:33):
go up to them and around them and stuff like that.

Speaker 2 (01:38:36):
Which is depends who.

Speaker 3 (01:38:38):
Yeah, it depends who it is. But like it's a
fair point. And obviously to bring up on that fact
as well. I know there's a couple of famous hotels
around London that selepties do come in and like stay
there and all that, and it is part of the
thing where staff can't interact with them, like ask for
photos or or annoy them kind of thing. They literally

(01:39:01):
have to like just be.

Speaker 2 (01:39:05):
Every day.

Speaker 3 (01:39:06):
Yeah, and if they caught like doing that, they get
like sacked on the spot. So yeah, but I don't know,
it was quite interesting, I to be fair, the way
the internet is now, you actually get to know about
this stuff a lot quicker than normal, Like, oh, they're
filming in this location, blah blah blah. There's only a
couple of times I've been on a filming location where

(01:39:30):
there's been people there, but obviously I miss I've missed
the actors all that sometimes. Uh, So yeah, it was
just quite interesting, like like, oh, this is Glasgow, and
then I saw its like, but it looks like New York.
And then like I read more into it, it's like, oh,
they're filming Spider Man in Glasgow and they made it
look like New York. I thought they were just gonna

(01:39:52):
like I thought he traveled to Britain and they were
going to do some scenes in Britain as him being
in Britain. But no, it's was him still being in
New York. Yeah, it's quite interesting, I found and it's
going to be an ongoing story for a while, I
guess while they're filming.

Speaker 2 (01:40:08):
So yeah, I'm not sure how much the actual film
I want to see Anyway, I'm not I've really fallen off.
I Marvel. I can't tell you the last month and
I watched Yeah, they're just a bit rubbish.

Speaker 3 (01:40:21):
Like favorite heroes, I will watch it, and Spider Man.

Speaker 4 (01:40:27):
Is one of my favorite.

Speaker 2 (01:40:28):
Yeah, yeah, watch that Pool.

Speaker 4 (01:40:31):
I haven't seen the new Deadpool yet.

Speaker 2 (01:40:34):
I mean, it is funny, but it's once again.

Speaker 3 (01:40:36):
Like because it's like young cinema, you've got to watch
it on Disney Plus. But like, I have so much
other stuff I don't want to just gets huh yeah,
more cinema. More, let's go sometime. Remember, huh, I need

(01:40:58):
to see one?

Speaker 2 (01:40:58):
Oh you do.

Speaker 3 (01:40:59):
You're the only one but I know that hasn't seen
it yet.

Speaker 2 (01:41:02):
You are the only person that all human code.

Speaker 4 (01:41:08):
What the is going to be good? My brother has.

Speaker 2 (01:41:12):
Sitting through a movie Thank You, and I've heard it's.

Speaker 4 (01:41:15):
Long, and I don't like that.

Speaker 3 (01:41:16):
Well for you say that, But for the last couple
of days, I've been sitting through a TV series that
each episode is an hour long and it's cool, normal
and yeah it's normal now and it's called good Boy.

Speaker 4 (01:41:30):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (01:41:32):
It's a Korean show about.

Speaker 2 (01:41:35):
Moving on because it sounds weird.

Speaker 3 (01:41:39):
Otherwise it's well, I.

Speaker 5 (01:41:43):
Trying to save you before you make it worse. I'm
not going to make its.

Speaker 3 (01:41:48):
A live action cop drama. It's a live action Korean
pop cop drunk pop cop drama where drama. It's following
cops that used to be Olympians because it's the Olympic
the athlete program where like X like gold medalists, silver
medalists and all that. After competing join the police force

(01:42:11):
and then I'll break there trying to crack down this
major major player that they're trying to get off the streets,
and it's like kind of the main guys used to
be the gold medal boxer and it's just like the
fight scenes are really cool with him in it because
he's like really good at fighting.

Speaker 4 (01:42:27):
Does the ex javelin thrower like trying to throw javelins
of the criminals? No, but there is the discus guy
throw frisbee.

Speaker 3 (01:42:37):
Yes, the disc there is a big there's a big
disc the big discus thrower from Korea. He he there
was a car coming right at him, like like a
fast red sports car and he had to stop it
before he got hit himself. So he picked up with
one arm a manhole cover and through it like a

(01:42:59):
disc skis to stop the car. And it was such
a good scene. It was so funny and like the
car the other cops that like obviously clean up the
mess outterwards came up says did you really lift that
up with one hand? Because like they were both cops
are struggling to like lift this manhole cover back and
he just picked it up with one hand.

Speaker 4 (01:43:15):
And goes, I'll put it back for you.

Speaker 3 (01:43:17):
Because he's like the big friendly, like softy guy and
it's just like really, it's really nice. I just yeah,
there's the the silver The other person in it is
a silver medalist fencer. So when he has his bat
on with this with the police batton, he actually does
it like proper fencing style.

Speaker 4 (01:43:36):
That doesn't make any sense.

Speaker 3 (01:43:42):
It's a long like a long back police battle where
like they you give.

Speaker 2 (01:43:47):
It, you wouldn't, it wouldn't.

Speaker 4 (01:43:48):
It would be more effective to swing it and hit
them than it would be to try and breast it
against their chest like fencing.

Speaker 3 (01:43:55):
Yeah, but you do hit him fencing as well, you
don't you guys like, yeah, they swept.

Speaker 5 (01:44:02):
We've done fencer.

Speaker 4 (01:44:03):
I know, I know fencing.

Speaker 3 (01:44:06):
But the funny thing is the thing that happened the
thing that happened to him happened to me and fencing
where I was fencing with someone and the the top
part broke, so the sharp bit was exposed and we
had to make sure the person stopped quickly, otherwise I
would have actually been stabbed. Uh. That bit actually happened
to him in the Olympics anywhere she got stabbed with

(01:44:27):
it where I went up his mask and like cut
his face because they didn't know if it broke. But
then the other girl. The other person is with the
professional shooter. She obviously uses a pellet gun when she
had a whole of her gun and shot people with it.
And the obviously she's a policewoman, so she was good
with the firearms, so that's her thing. So yeah, it's

(01:44:49):
quite a good, quite a good unit where they put
them together and it's like to bring down this major
guy that seems to like have his hands in everything,
and like they're trying.

Speaker 2 (01:44:57):
To bring him down.

Speaker 3 (01:44:59):
Well, like there's now been charge that he has a
lot of money, so he's like he has like the
mayor in his pocket, he's got the prosecutors all that
kind of stuff, big drug money laundering person that they're
trying to bring down. They like they literally know he's
the bad guy, but for the actual police outside of

(01:45:20):
the unit, they literally have to like prove it because
he's one of those people without the support. Yeah, because
I'm trying to figure out where you got that from.

Speaker 4 (01:45:32):
Because because I say that because Elle knows exactly who
Kira is from like chapter two of the manga or
something stupid, and then you read thirteen more volumes for
him to prove it.

Speaker 3 (01:45:50):
Specifically, that's like in police work anywhere, but like the
people people are investigating it. No, the person I've seen
them do it and all that kind of thing. I've
been like involved, being like trapped by them or whatever,
but they have to prove it outside of that fact.
But that personally arrested. Yeah, so I'm on episode twelve

(01:46:12):
and they're still like trying. They're taking him down slowly
bit by bit, but like, yeah, it's quite an interesting thing.

Speaker 2 (01:46:21):
Sure, still them think it's interesting too.

Speaker 4 (01:46:27):
I can't remember how we got on to that, but anyway,
a guy would like to talk about recent duo linga updates.
I've been saying that you asked to start. So it's awful,

(01:46:48):
like like a brief rundown here. They've changed doing lingo before, right,
you had like five hearts and when you got a
question wrong, you lost a heart and you can regain
harsh by watching an ad or just you know, paying
for the thing in the first place. Well, now it's energy, right,
And when this came up on my screen, the first
thing I said to you is like, oh wrong, answers

(01:47:08):
don't hurt you as much anymore, Like they don't interrupt
your learning as much. I'm like, okay, exactly good. But
the problem is that correct answers still take energy, so
you can get you can get everything right from most
for like maybe two like lessons in a row, but
and then like on the third, you'll run out of

(01:47:29):
energy halfway through still getting them all right, and then
you actually have to stop or like watch an ad
or something like, you're actually been punished for being good now,
which is it's just weird. I mean they've been doing
things to try and like be more money grabbing for

(01:47:50):
some time, like I already know. I think there's a
lot of AI in their lessons, which is worrying because
how can you trust an AI to teach you how
to speak a human language? Well, I don't think you can.
I keep it going purely because I'm not really well,
it's partly that, but like I I won't do any

(01:48:14):
language learning if I stop, and I need to sit
down and just do it properly, right, But that's hard.
It's quite hard.

Speaker 2 (01:48:24):
Yeah, drilling other thing is julling though, is made easy.
Like the whole thing is. It's like the whole premises
you can learn language, and you know it does take
a while, but yeah, it's a very easy concept. So
you can pick up and do like a two minute
lesson a day or whatever. It's not you know, not
gonna take much out of you. But yeah, it's just

(01:48:44):
as soon as I saw that, I was just like,
it's just obvious. Yeah, like you said, it's just obvious.
They just want more money and they think, well, this
is the best way because now you you basically like
you say, if you even if you do it correctly, well,
you still need a paper at the end of the day.
It's just I'll just screw you. Like it's just so
annoying because it's so it's just so uncalled for really,
but it had to happen eventually. This typical, like I said,

(01:49:09):
is I don't really know many people actually pay for
it though I don't ever seen anyone who actually so, yeah,
I pay for subscribe to it. It's like.

Speaker 4 (01:49:20):
I've been using it for three years now. I mean
in The worrying thing of course with that is that
I cannot like have a conversation with them in any way,
so clearly it doesn't work. But also I have not
ever felt that paying money to the thing would improve
my experience or make me learn more or anything like.

(01:49:40):
It is never even the ads are in your face
over and over. For some reason, I put up with that,
but at no point have they actually tempted me with it.
I have no urge to spend money on that thing.
It's really, uh really odd like that, but yeah, I

(01:50:03):
need I bought a German learning book back in the
end of twenty thirteen. I guess, Yeah, I haven't used it,
but I need to sit down and work through it.
It might be a little bit of it, might be,
you know, teaching me to suck eggs, maybe the very basics,
but like I need to just sit down with that.

(01:50:26):
Like said, maybe a period of time each day I
guess this week and works through I was going.

Speaker 2 (01:50:34):
To say, the problem I have of do lingo is
for the fact that when I the last lesson one
last that's is probably like the last little chapter whatever.
It was like teaching me days of the week, but
I swear I didn't teach me what Thursday or like.
It was like it was one of the days. I
never learned what it was. And I was like, hold on,

(01:50:55):
I was like, I know every other day. Somehow I
don't know that, and I was looking for it like
I must have forgotten. No, it never once ever, I
think it was Thursday, and I was like, I literally
don't know what it is because it's the only day
of the week they taught me, and it's it's stuff
like that where a lot of the stuff they teach
you is really abstracting weird. Some of the time you're
a bit like, why am I learning this instead of

(01:51:16):
like you would expect it to learn as like one,
you knowle's counter ten or let's let's you know, learn
how to say hello, goodbye, thank you, all that stuff,
which it does teach you to start, but it does
have a really weird case of sometimes I look at
it and think, well, why am I not learning this
word or this word or this word?

Speaker 3 (01:51:37):
You know?

Speaker 2 (01:51:37):
And I know some people.

Speaker 4 (01:51:41):
The worst like experience of this for me is like
German has a lot of like compound words, right, A
big thing of it is how they put loads of
words together to make one big word. And what I'll
find is i'd learn a word and you know, there's
no rhyme or reason to the words for I don't know,
but I will learn the word okay, that's fine, and
then many lessons later I'll learn any word which is

(01:52:03):
clearly one half of that word, and then I'm like, oh,
so that word must be this and this and that
makes sense. But why don't you teach me the basic
words first, then the combined words, because suddenly they make
sense months later, Like when when the when the language

(01:52:25):
builds itself in that way, it makes sense to learn
it in that order, right, at least to me as
someone who obviously knows nothing about the theory of language learning.
But you know, well, when I saw that word, suddenly
something clicked, like, oh, it's easier to remember these compound
words if you know all the parts of them, right,
because you can work out new words that way very

(01:52:47):
easily if you know every compound. But you know, it
tells you what it is. Whatever is a.

Speaker 2 (01:52:53):
Strange way of learning. I don't. I feel like it's
not a proper way of learning, but it does. It
does the job somewhat. But but like you said, it's
a bit worrying. When you've done like three years whatever.
You should be not necessarily fluent, but you should be
like pretty.

Speaker 4 (01:53:11):
High level, you know, it should be really applied themselves
with these things, and then can speak very well after months.
And it doesn't come naturally to me anyway, that's for sure.
But yeah, it's I'm not getting anywhere with it.

Speaker 5 (01:53:28):
I don't think I ever will.

Speaker 2 (01:53:31):
I think I'm the same. Basically, I like doing it
because it's sort of also a bit of brain activity,
you know, something that isn't just like scrolling or you know,
total brain rot. But exactly it's sort of like, well,
I do learn something, and I think, well, yeah, if
I actually just almost take it upon myself to then

(01:53:53):
go and either speak to someone in German or because
it's one of my friends time the other day, like
he someone that's Spanish, so when he because he's learned
in Spanish, so when they like they have conversations with
each other, where here write in Spanish this this guy
to to him, and then here write in English back
because he's also learning English. That's actually like a really

(01:54:14):
good way of doing it because you're both sort of
and then you say to each other, oh no, you
don't need to say this or blah blah blah, you know,
like you then rehearse, you sort of you know, revise afterwards.
Its actually that's like a really good way of doing it.
But the problem is that he kind of find someone
that you know, speaks that language and is up to
also like teach you in a way because or is good.

Speaker 4 (01:54:35):
The apps for that though, I think, but you know,
luck at the drawer who you find of course you know,
exactly match with someone on there. I don't know how
it works, and then they just obviously go in active and.

Speaker 2 (01:54:47):
Yeah, well, and the thing is it does depend on
the teacher, because you know, it is a lot of
a lot of these things. Is like, well, if there's
someone you don't get on with, then well they're not
gonna learn. So it's all down to who were supposed
Like with with school and everything, when you learn language,
you know you're bound to if you get on with
the teacher, you'll more than likely get learn a lot

(01:55:09):
more than you would otherwise. So yeah, they basically d scumy.
So that's just the.

Speaker 4 (01:55:17):
Answer basically, Yeah, speaking of companies scubby.

Speaker 5 (01:55:26):
Well, we are going.

Speaker 4 (01:55:29):
We have topic here about how Japan's the biggest speed
run charity event. Rt A has been asked to has
had to remove his Nintendo games at the very least
ask for approval to use them already.

Speaker 3 (01:55:45):
Said the fact. But yeah, Nintendo back in the news again,
literally like not that long ago. Doing something bad again
where they're telling people not to play their games.

Speaker 4 (01:55:57):
It does say that they now require approval, which and
this it may just be a Japanese thing because for instance,
the big YouTubers in Japan, before they play any game,
this is mainly just to cover their own assets. The companies,
they request approval, even from like Western game companies, they
will request approval and if they don't get the approval

(01:56:18):
to stream the game, they won't. Obviously we just stream
games because why not.

Speaker 3 (01:56:23):
But it's technically three free advertising either game news as well,
and that's what the fair use stuff and all is.
But yeah, Nintendo is back in the news.

Speaker 4 (01:56:33):
Oh Japan doesn't have fair use no law.

Speaker 3 (01:56:36):
But like Nintendo being Nintendo, I don't know, they're just
going down.

Speaker 4 (01:56:41):
And then again it doesn't like it doesn't say that
they're going to charge, It doesn't say that they're gonna
not approve them question news as well.

Speaker 3 (01:56:52):
That's what I'm just going off what i've.

Speaker 4 (01:56:54):
And honestly, the fact that all the VTubers need to
request approval in Japan for such things, I think this
isn't actually that weird, it's at least not new.

Speaker 3 (01:57:03):
But to move it then say the stuff instead of saying, oh,
keep the games, will like ask like next in future,
we're going to do the system where you have to
approve each title. But it's in a charity event, Nintendo charity.
They're not earning the money themselves. It's for a charity.

(01:57:25):
So that's why I think that's why it's a little
bit like, yeah, you didn't need to do it. They'
that's what I mean. Use with something else.

Speaker 2 (01:57:35):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:57:38):
See, hopefully that'll be like so possible for RTA, but
who knows. I mean, I'm pretty sure Nintendo games get
used to games done quick as well, so I wonder
what will happen with that. Although you would assume maybe
that would come out of fair use anyway, because that
is us, but then again Japanese property.

Speaker 5 (01:57:55):
I don't know how that works.

Speaker 4 (01:57:57):
I'm not a lawyer.

Speaker 5 (01:57:57):
This is not legal advice. And final topic. I was
actually going to bring this up.

Speaker 4 (01:58:06):
I discord anyway.

Speaker 5 (01:58:07):
I took I took a picture of this.

Speaker 4 (01:58:10):
I've seen that, I've seen this in the wild.

Speaker 5 (01:58:12):
I took a picture. I did not purchase the sandwich.

Speaker 4 (01:58:16):
Oh you sad man, would you purchase sandwich?

Speaker 2 (01:58:21):
I would like to try it?

Speaker 4 (01:58:23):
Okay, sound text context, Go ahead. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:58:27):
Tesco has introduced a very kind of Japanese style dessert
sandwich called the Birthday Cake Sandwich to celebrate their thirty
years of the Tesco Club card.

Speaker 5 (01:58:44):
And this is a meal deal sandwich as well.

Speaker 4 (01:58:46):
Yes you can get it.

Speaker 3 (01:58:47):
On your It's like how MNS brought out the stories
and cream sandwich during the Wimbledon thing, which I never
try it. I wanted to try because I did. I
have tried this the dessert cream fruit sandwiches whilst I
was in Japan, so it is kind of interesting seeing

(01:59:10):
the UK trying this one fruit.

Speaker 5 (01:59:13):
I mean there's jam again.

Speaker 4 (01:59:15):
I guess that's the way of a thing to having
a sandwich, but like it looks like icing and hundreds
of thousands.

Speaker 3 (01:59:20):
Yeah, but that's what I mean. It now made it
a dessert each kind of sandwich because of how it
like white.

Speaker 4 (01:59:26):
Yeah, but like I think it's not really like think
about it though, it's because you're gonna get it.

Speaker 5 (01:59:31):
As part of a meal deal.

Speaker 4 (01:59:32):
So what you're gonna have your sweet sandwich followed by
your sort of vinegar McCoy's crisps, Like you know what
I mean, I just can't. I just can't understand in
a meal deal how this is ever something you would enjoye.

Speaker 2 (01:59:47):
I mean this is what I looked at it today,
because I went into today for my lunch and I
looked and I was like, I just said, what, like
what is this? And I looked at it like, I mean,
I'm already gonna get fruit is my snack, and then
I'm gonna end up getting a drink that's probably sweet
as well. Why do I want three different things that

(02:00:10):
are like completely just so sweet like the whole The
good thing about the older is you can get like
a mixture of different things. Like I just think that
the sandwich is a bit It's a gimmick again though,
isn't it, because like who's who's really gonna be like, oh,
I always get the sandwich now, I always get this
birthday sandwich is my favorite part of the milder. Like
you try one and be like, yeah, that's all right,

(02:00:32):
and then that would be the end of it, probably.

Speaker 4 (02:00:37):
Much longer.

Speaker 3 (02:00:38):
So I'm going to try and get a one tomorrow,
I think, and try it and give my ver discord. Well,
I have a live alive on stream or live in
our discord BC. If anyone wants to see you see
me eating this sandwich. I doubt the strawberries and cream
one will be around anymore in the other store. I

(02:01:01):
want to go at least try it. Which just reminds
you of Japan because obviously, like there's there's sandwiches over there.

Speaker 4 (02:01:09):
The fruit sandwiches I had was quite the thing.

Speaker 2 (02:01:11):
The thing of pan though, which is different, and I
don't think they would the bread here, but the bread
is more like it's the bread sweeter anyway, and like
the bread here is like, I don't think it's going
to work.

Speaker 3 (02:01:22):
You have your sweet savory pancakes, for instance, so it's
kind of the same.

Speaker 4 (02:01:28):
Ratio.

Speaker 2 (02:01:29):
If you think I have a pancakes already quite cakey,
though it'd be a bit weird that. I mean, it
partly puts some savor in the pancakes.

Speaker 4 (02:01:38):
Imagine imagine, right, I imagine you buy a sponge cake.
Instead of sponge, it's spread.

Speaker 5 (02:01:46):
Would you like that.

Speaker 3 (02:01:49):
We have the we have the cream stuff in like
normal bread rolls.

Speaker 4 (02:01:57):
That's the thing.

Speaker 3 (02:02:00):
Yeah, you know there's those creams filled bread rolls. Those
that's still a normal bread roll.

Speaker 4 (02:02:08):
Yeah, I don't know what you're talking about.

Speaker 2 (02:02:09):
Genuinely, the ones I know usually like the once you
get cream in a more like donuts are more like
caky again.

Speaker 3 (02:02:17):
More there's one they're literally like bread rolls with cream
in it.

Speaker 4 (02:02:23):
Yeah, I have not had that, and I don't. I
feel like that doesn't sound very good.

Speaker 3 (02:02:31):
I'll post it in our general.

Speaker 2 (02:02:33):
It's usually if it's like it's usually a pastry or
like it like there's something that yeah, like I mean,
for example, like.

Speaker 4 (02:02:42):
This looks like it's not but I just remembered iced buns,
but ice buns suck.

Speaker 3 (02:02:49):
There's ice buns. There's like the donut donut there the
hot dog roll with cream in it.

Speaker 2 (02:02:57):
You know that kind of you but they're not that.

Speaker 1 (02:03:01):
This is good.

Speaker 4 (02:03:04):
This is the sort of stuff the are why people
make fun of British food outside of the UK, Like
this is a sort of ship.

Speaker 3 (02:03:14):
I'm sorry, it's what you have. You have one of these,
I'm going to post it in I'm going to post
it in our actual disc our stock public discord afternoon
tea style.

Speaker 2 (02:03:32):
There you go just have a scon. That's the thing.
It's like thetion is.

Speaker 3 (02:03:38):
Where red roll cream with the tea.

Speaker 2 (02:03:42):
Oh yeah, there's a lot of things I don't like
a lot of.

Speaker 4 (02:03:49):
That not huge postries.

Speaker 3 (02:03:56):
I made my very I don't know if you guys try,
because I did bring them to like skills and stuff
where I made my own melon bread that I brought
a lot and then gave you guys some I don't know,
I probably gave guy probably them then rescued. But yeah,
you remember that time.

Speaker 4 (02:04:14):
I remember, I think I had I had some.

Speaker 3 (02:04:18):
Ill oh, very funny. No, everyone actually liked them. I know,
I stick her up.

Speaker 4 (02:04:24):
I liked it. I was just violently ill.

Speaker 2 (02:04:30):
It was a lot.

Speaker 4 (02:04:30):
It's a lot difficult.

Speaker 3 (02:04:31):
Then then I thought to make them because you actually
had to like that. I like to make the bread
dough first, then then make the cookie biscuit dough and
wrap the cookie biscuit dough over the bread dough, make
the pattern, then put it in it.

Speaker 2 (02:04:47):
Why not making us smaller? Huh, Where's where's our next batch?

Speaker 3 (02:04:53):
Actually, I'm tempted to do it again because obviously it
was a bit difficult, where like, if you work the
biscuit dough too much, it will fall apart, so when
you were trying to wrap it around, it would like
break apart. That was the hard part. But yeah, I
think I should just make some mellow bread again.

Speaker 4 (02:05:07):
Yeah, that's I'm going to do and then stream it.
I don't think i'll stream it. It could be good.

Speaker 5 (02:05:14):
I lead you were cooking is a usual thing.

Speaker 3 (02:05:17):
I'm not that good to be shown me not being
that good at it, and then my dad coming in
and taking over because he likes doing stuff. He's the Yeah,
my dad likes cooking, but like he won't cook like
like any in general. But like if we're making like
something not like cakes or something, he'll say, oh, you're
doing that wrong doing that. And then instead of like

(02:05:39):
saying do this, do that, he will actually go, oh,
let me do it for you, and like just basically
takes over. My shister absolutely hates that when he does it.
But yeah, that's what people got to put up with.
So maybe I stream it and my dad just walks
in and you just got smash.

Speaker 2 (02:05:55):
And he does your dad will be the next member.

Speaker 3 (02:05:59):
Yeah, the the crowned prints, the getting is in bakery
and baking.

Speaker 4 (02:06:07):
That's funny. Maybe all right, I believe we are the
topics for today. I think we have.

Speaker 3 (02:06:16):
No we didn't it popped up? Yeah, but there's no
question in the Okay, I thought it was a question.
I didn't read it not far.

Speaker 4 (02:06:29):
So yeah, that is that is a podcast this week.
We'll be back next week for a video game of
some description and will enjoy your wait for that. I
think so probably yeah, maybe.

Speaker 3 (02:06:46):
I'll be back with some Meca break at some point
I need to get because obviously it looks like my
assument's working, no no problems that this is the first
time testing it after I took my computer apart, so
it's all good. Yeah, that that's that's scared. Just round
me switching on rescuer and it just popped up on

(02:07:06):
my screen saying one wire is loose, just like how
I'm touched.

Speaker 4 (02:07:11):
I really thought that might be graphics card. So that's
been in like constant use basically for ten years now.

Speaker 3 (02:07:16):
So but when my brother is at I'm going to
revamp my computer, get more new parts some of it.
Most of it is new in there, like new ish.
It's just a graphics card and probably another SSD driver
that I probably need to get.

Speaker 8 (02:07:31):
Show.

Speaker 3 (02:07:32):
I mean the looks for a graphics card. If anybody
knows any good ones.

Speaker 4 (02:07:39):
Obviously.

Speaker 2 (02:07:41):
Probably this socks in the video went up.

Speaker 3 (02:07:46):
I might do the two tower stream system as well
with the when I get unless you want to unless
you want my second.

Speaker 4 (02:07:56):
Tower, honestly, yeah, I need all the other stuff in it.

Speaker 3 (02:08:03):
I think the only thing in the places that is
a graphics card.

Speaker 4 (02:08:06):
I think.

Speaker 3 (02:08:07):
I think everything in there is still like work.

Speaker 4 (02:08:11):
Because it was.

Speaker 2 (02:08:14):
Obvious.

Speaker 4 (02:08:15):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:08:16):
Yeah, uh, whoever's here again, either you or a rescuer
in the vicinity, have a look at it. Could find
out what I need for it. But yeah, are we
going to raid anyone or we're just gonna I.

Speaker 4 (02:08:34):
Think we can probably just end it there.

Speaker 3 (02:08:36):
Yeah, any races coming up? Because I saw you tapping
away in the discord before streaming.

Speaker 4 (02:08:44):
Yeah, I'm I'm I do have a stream schedule tomorrow.
I'm going to move that to Sunday there, So next
stream we'll be Friday with IndyCar. We're going to do
Pocono and at the full length race at Portland which
should have rain. Can be very into sing IndyCar Rain Race.
This Friday, Saturday evening, Continental Circus returns the l m

(02:09:05):
U League. We're going to do Interlagos in the Toyota
and then on Sunday I will do the postponed what Kids.
Glenn followed by the Samantha Tan Racing Esports Community event,
which will be the Pontiac Solstice, one of the slowest
cars narising versus the BMW M four GT three, a
much faster car. However, as a caveat that, the the

(02:09:28):
M four will have a limited fuel tank and can
only do one lap for being required to pit, so
that might even out. It's gonna be quite interesting the
M four and do one million pit stops.

Speaker 3 (02:09:38):
So you're going to do like an initial D style
slow car versus a.

Speaker 4 (02:09:42):
Fast car kind of, but the fastcar has like a
massive handicap.

Speaker 3 (02:09:47):
Here, so while driving on the M four. Yes, that
was exactly what I make because of the road four. Yes,
any news from you guy, what I guess not? Yeah,

(02:10:09):
Like I'll be back at some point with some Macha break,
I think, because I enjoy that game so much and
I need to start playing it more. Just recently come
back to my computer after a few days because I
wanted to leave it alone for a while before I
came back on. So I've been in my a for
a while, but I am back and I shall be

(02:10:30):
back from now on. So yes, we'll see you in
the network. Everyone one either with my stream or rescue
stream or maybe when guy shows up. But we'll definitely
be back next Wednesday for whas Wednesday, but this time
with your game.

Speaker 4 (02:10:49):
Yes, yes, so yes Adro tally ho, tally hoo.

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
