🎙️**“Breaking Ranks: How One Black Mom is Reshaping the Conservative Future”**

🎙️Hosted by Garland Brinkey, Ph.D. & Patricia Brinkey, Esq.
Open Conversation with Intelligent Explanation 🧨

This week’s conversation lights up the phone lines as Yadusha Jones, Chair of the Clark County chapter of Moms for Liberty. As a Las Vegas navtive, Yadusha brings her passion, grit, and lived experience to the mic. A proud Black mother who was rejected by the Democratic Party for refusing to conform, Yadusha is now on a mission to reshape the conservative movement — one principled mama at a time.

🔴 Why does the Left assume Black women and men think one way — and what happens when we don’t?
🔴 Can conservative values reconnect with minority communities through faith, family, and freedom?
🔴 How did being “politically homeless” lead Yadusha to stand up and lead a movement?

With raw truth and fearless honesty, Yadusha shares how her faith and her children inspired her to become a leader — not just in her household, but in Nevada's most voter-to-party, divided county.

She calls on Black moms to rise, speak, and Vote on their values of Faith, Family, and Fiscally Strong Community — even when it means standing alone.

Callers from across Las Vegas and Clark County call in to discuss this most important topic; making this one of the most engaging, insightful, and spiritually grounded episodes of the season!

✅ T.W.A.C! “Open Conversation with Intelligent Explanation” ® – We welcome all listeners — conservative, independent, and liberal — to tune in, call in, and be part of the conversation. Your voice matters.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
In Las Vegas, Nevada. It's time for straight talk and
real solution.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
We're breaking down the issues that matter to you with
no spin, just the truth.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
From the strip to mainstream.

Speaker 2 (00:11):
We're keeping it real for hard working Americans.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
This is Talk with a Conservative, Open conversation, with intelligent explanation.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
Las Vegas and Nevada, let's talk.

Speaker 2 (00:29):
Welcome to Talk with a Conservative. I'm Garland Brinkley, actually
doctor Brinkley, who ran for a simity District one in
twenty twenty two and again in twenty twenty four. I'm
a retired university professor.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
And I'm Patricia Brinkley. I ran for ST one in
North Las Vegas in the twenty twenty four cycle, and
I am an attorney at law. Our telephone number is
seven zero two two two one seven two eight three.
Our guest this year is Yadasha Jones. If you are

(01:04):
unable to get through on the telephone at seven oh
two two two one seven two eighty three, please email
your questions to TWAC Radio Show at gmail dot com.
If your question is received before the end of the
show today, we will answer it. If not, we'll begin
next week's show with your question. So let's get started tonight.

(01:28):
We are joined by Yadasha Jones. She was Yadasha Williams
when she ran for eighty twenty nine in the twenty
twenty four election cycle. Yadasha is a wife, mother of
four children, and an entrepreneur. She is also the CEO
of Share Strategic Hub for Achieving Results LLC. She's the

(01:49):
chairwoman of Moms for Liberty and the Nevada director of Blexhit.
Welcome Dak Yadasha, and congratulations on your marriage.

Speaker 4 (01:59):
Thank you, thank you, thank you for having me. I
really appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Yes, that's fine. So let's just give out the number
one more time before we get started. Our telephone number
again is seven zero two two two one seven two
eight three. So Ya doosha. You certainly have a full plate.
Let's start with your home schooling of your children. Are
all four of your children homeschool?

Speaker 4 (02:28):
Yes, all four of our homeschool?

Speaker 1 (02:31):
And what are their ages?

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Fifteen, thirteen, twelve and eight.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
What was the determining factor in deciding to homeschool your children?

Speaker 4 (02:41):
Well, it originally started during COVID.

Speaker 5 (02:45):
They were in school in COVID Hit and they were
like all the kids are going on laptops, and I'm like,
I like electronics, but I don't like kids to be
onto electronics. I don't educate my kids on electronics. So
when they were like, well, we're putting all kids on laptops,

(03:08):
I was like, absolutely not.

Speaker 4 (03:09):
So I immediately.

Speaker 5 (03:11):
Drew them from school and a start homeschool in them,
and then when school started back up, I put them
in a charter school and things were going okay for
a bit, but then as time went on, then my
oldest she got into high school, and the school was

(03:33):
saying that her responses were too conservative, and they kept
feeling her. And when she went to the counselor and
trying to get a response, trying to get help because
I'm helping her with everything that I can, the counselor
told her she couldn't be helped.

Speaker 1 (03:51):
And what do you mean she couldn't be helped.

Speaker 5 (03:54):
So they had a conversation, and the teachers was having
conversation just what her. I was having conversations with the teachers,
and the counselor told her she needed to take notes
and use a journal, and she was already doing that
because I had already implemented that for her, and she
was like, well said, you're already doing that. You can't

(04:16):
be helped do the best that you can.

Speaker 1 (04:18):
Well, I don't blame you for taking me out of school. Yeah,
last Friday, the Supreme Court ruled that parents can now
opt their children out of school lessons filled with woke
LGBT propaganda, studying that the curriculum in the classroom should
never be used to indoctrinate our children. Was that a

(04:39):
factor in your decision to homeschool as well?

Speaker 5 (04:42):
Oh, that was definitely one of the big things, because
that was also an issue. When she walked into a
couple of her classrooms, there were Pride flags in the
class and it made her feel uncomfortable because there was
no United States flags in the classrooms. So she came
home and said something. And when we went to the

(05:05):
when we went to the school and we talked about
it to the admin, their response to her while I
was standing there was well, you could sign up for
the Black social club and what did that have to
do with exactly anything exactly? And that was also a
problem for being So then I wrote email to the

(05:28):
principal and he emailed me back, and then I emailed
them back again, and then he called and he said,
what's the reason, even though I said clearest day in
the email, and he said he had to talk to
his attorney. Yeah, and he never responded back. So I

(05:49):
contacted his attorney, and the attorney never contacted me back.
And then after they found out who I was, that's
when they removed them.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
They removed your daughter, They remove the flag.

Speaker 2 (06:01):
Okay. The call in number again is seven O two
two two one seven two eight three. Put this on
your speed dial seven O two two two one seven
two eight three if you keep calling if you can't
get through the first time, So don't don't give up easily.
I don't want to do a shout out tonight. And

(06:23):
the shout out is for a beautiful woman who name
is Patricia Brinkley, and the shout out is for her birthday,
which is July second. Now that's just in a couple
of days, so it's like this is the first time
you'll hear the shout out. I'm doing it here tonight,
and I'll actually do it at our conservative town hall

(06:44):
on Thursday, which is the day after. That's July fourth, No,
it's July third, July third. Okay, I'm getting these dates
mixed up okay. You can also email your question to
t WAC radio show at GM okay Ya, Dasha back
to you. You're the chairwoman of the Moms for Liberty

(07:08):
chapter in Clark County, Nevada. Can you share with our
listeners exactly what Moms for Liberty is and how the
Supreme Court ruling advances their agenda.

Speaker 5 (07:20):
Yeah, so what Mom's for Liberty. What we do is
we advocate for parents. We let them know what's going
on in the school district. If they're having problems, we
help them find solutions.

Speaker 4 (07:31):
That is our goal. We want parents to have a
voice and we want them.

Speaker 5 (07:35):
To have the rights that they rightfully deserve as parents.
These are your God given rights. You created this child
and you want them to have the best education possible.

Speaker 4 (07:48):
So as the mother.

Speaker 5 (07:49):
And as the father, you should be the one understanding
and knowing what your child is learning.

Speaker 4 (07:56):
And that's what Moms for Liberty is about.

Speaker 5 (07:59):
Making sure the parents have they say so in what
your child is learning, not the school.

Speaker 2 (08:06):
Is this a reaction to the school districts or the
school teachers or administrators taking over parental rights.

Speaker 5 (08:13):
Absolutely, There's so many things have happened. When I'm out
there tabling. Just last year, for example, I was doing
a tabling for a backpack drive and I met three
students with their parents that were in Two of them

(08:33):
was transitioning. One of them was already transitioned, and it
was because of the schools, and their parents thought it
was because that's how they felt, and they didn't know
that they were able to transition in the schools up
until I showed them the paperwork and one of the
parents was so upset she almost feigned because she had

(08:55):
no idea.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
Well, our number again is seven O two who won
seven two eighty three or you can email us at
Twacradio Show at gmail dot com. I also want to
remind everybody that on Thursday, July third is the next
meeting of the Conservative Tound Hall of North Las Vegas.
This is no host lunch, but come and join us.

(09:19):
We'd love to have you there.

Speaker 1 (09:21):
So I'm just surprised that so many people don't know
about your organization. So many parents don't know about your organization.
So you attend a lot of events where you have
a table and you hand out information to people, yes,
and so a lot of times are the parents surprised
that this organization mom for liberty even exists.

Speaker 5 (09:42):
Yes, because when when we're going to schoolboard being these legislations,
we're having table and events, it's many times we always
post stars thinking our events, so there's always someone there
saying that this isn't true, that this doesn't exist. We're

(10:03):
making this stuff up. And I'm like, you can literally
go in to the school and see this stuff. You
can literally see these children before your eyes looking this way,
behaving this way.

Speaker 1 (10:16):
Oh, we have a collor. Hello, caller, who am I speaking?

Speaker 6 (10:22):
How are you doing?

Speaker 1 (10:23):
Fun?

Speaker 3 (10:23):
Frank?

Speaker 6 (10:23):
Friends?

Speaker 1 (10:24):
Oh, good evening, Frank, how are you? What's your question
this evening?

Speaker 3 (10:29):
Well?

Speaker 6 (10:30):
So my question is for you doosha with the constant
things that you guys are exposing with these kink education books.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
The only thing I've.

Speaker 6 (10:38):
Ever seen anybody combat you guys with is call you
a hate group. Yet it's led by women, women of color.
You guys have other members of all different ethnicities background pages.
So how do you guys combat this and educate the
public further on the job you guys have already been

(10:58):
doing because nobody can seem to combat what you're showing
these parents with these books. Nobody can seem to say Oh,
that doesn't exist. Once you expose it, they just name
called bash out and call you.

Speaker 1 (11:09):
As a hate group and thank you Frank for your call.

Speaker 4 (11:13):
So good question.

Speaker 5 (11:15):
So when we're out there and we're advocating and we're
exposing what is out there. So, for example, I am
the chair of Mons for Liberty and they we if
you look up Mons for Liberty.

Speaker 4 (11:26):
They say that we're racist.

Speaker 5 (11:29):
We're a cult in all those things.

Speaker 1 (11:32):
Okay, one question, how do they why do they say
you're racist?

Speaker 5 (11:38):
Because they push a when they're showing pictures of Mons
for Liberty, they do not show everybody in Moms for Liberty.

Speaker 4 (11:48):
Mons for Liberty is very diverse.

Speaker 5 (11:50):
If you look at Mons for Liberty all over the
United States, some of our chapters are ran by men
because we are Dad's for liberty as well. We are
Grandfathers for Liberty, Grandmothers for Liberty, Aunties for Liberty. But
we are named Moms for Liberty because moms are the
ones that created it.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
And who was the Remember the name of the founder,
isn't she all that Tina?

Speaker 5 (12:11):
No, so it's Tina Justice. I'm sorry, Tiffany Justice and
Tina I can never get her last name right. But
there was two women that created Moms for Liberty, so
they're mothers.

Speaker 4 (12:25):
That's why it's.

Speaker 5 (12:25):
Called Mons for Liberty, not because it's just for moms.
But there are men involved in Moms for Liberty, so
we advocate for everyone, and men always step up and
show out all the time.

Speaker 1 (12:42):
So I just want to remind our listeners again. On Thursday,

Speaker 1 (14:20):
You're tuned into talk with a conservative where recent still
rules and free speech still matters. Yes, we're back with
Yudasha Jones and she is the chair woman for the
Moms of Liberty for Clark County and we just want

(14:41):
to continue that discussion because there's some interesting things that
she is telling us. Go ahead, Yadasha.

Speaker 5 (14:49):
Yeah, So, as you know, I've been a chair of
Moons for Liberty since about August of last year. And
what's interesting about Clark County. They always talk. They always
talk about how they're inclusive and they're united, and they
care about the community and they want to share with everybody.

(15:09):
But it's interesting enough when I became chair Moms for Liberty,
they always pushed this hate in everything for Moms for
Liberty in Clark County. Up until I became chair. They
don't talk about Moms for Liberty. They don't call UH
to interview. And when they do call the interview and
you look at the news articles, they'll say one or

(15:29):
two sentences of what I've said.

Speaker 4 (15:32):
They don't say.

Speaker 5 (15:33):
Anything about they don't pose pictures or anything. They never
show up anything that Moms for Liberty do.

Speaker 4 (15:42):
Why is that so?

Speaker 1 (15:43):
What would you think is the reason why?

Speaker 5 (15:46):
Because I'm not part of the agenda. That's what I
was told, and the agenda being I'm black. That's what
I was told. I was told this by people that
work for CCSD. I was told this by people that
work in the news outlets. I am not part of
the agenda.

Speaker 1 (16:03):
Okay, So when they say that, how did you take it?
And what do you think they're saying to you? I
want to be clear for an audience to.

Speaker 5 (16:11):
Understand This is my take on it. You're every time
you're pushing Bonds for Liberty, you're pushing hate. You're pushing
book banding. Look look up Mons for Liberty in Clark County.
Everything you're pushing is pure hate. There's nothing but hate, racism.
And every picture is a person that is white or

(16:37):
they may look white even though they're Hispanic.

Speaker 4 (16:39):
But there's not a single black person. But there are
black people. That's part of.

Speaker 5 (16:44):
Moms for Liberty, but they never talk about it to be.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
To be clear that they were referring to is a
Democratic party, Yes.

Speaker 5 (16:55):
Because when I've spoken too many of them before they
knew I was Mom's for Liberty. I've actually sit down
with them. They do not want to talk to me.
And I've talked to many of them and they secretly
talked to me, but they will not talk to me.
And I cannot put them on record because even with teachers,

(17:18):
there's so many hidden teachers in CCSD, and teachers have
been moved because they found out that they've said something
about the school, like for example, it was just one
lady that reached out to Moms for Liberty because the
school kept on pushing a lot of DEEI things and

(17:41):
it made her feel uncomfortable, and they kept on making
her go to di classes. So she sent the information
to Moms for Liberty and so we reported it and
they figured out it came from her because when we
reported it, they reported it back to the school and
the principal moved.

Speaker 4 (17:59):
Her from her a classroom. Mind you, she's a special.

Speaker 5 (18:03):
Ed teacher, so she has little kids that has disabilities.
They moved her from her classroom into portables with no
air conditioning.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
So when you say that Mom's fore Liberty wants to
ban books. Okay, can you explain that to our listeners
because a lot of them probably don't understand what type
of books that you're not banning books, but you want
age appropriate books in the schools.

Speaker 5 (18:31):
We are not trying to ban any books because, like
they love to say, every book has a message. Okay,
you want to put things in books and you want
to let it have a message, allow it to have
that message. We don't want to ban your book, but
we want to make it age appropriate. We don't want
little Johnny at nine years old reading about how to

(18:54):
slit his risks appropriately. That is for somebody eighteen and older.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
Don't.

Speaker 5 (19:00):
I don't want a eleven year old kid reading a
book about how to give fillatio to a grown man.
It's inappropriate. There's a book out there of a ten
year old talking to his friend about how he gave
fillatio to a realator, and it's in about seven middle

(19:23):
schools in Clark County.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
Okay. So, for the life of me, I cannot understand
what legitimate reason do these books need to be in
these the schools for kids under eighteen.

Speaker 5 (19:37):
So I'm gonna tell you what I've heard, and this
is literally what I've heard. So when I went to
legislation and I was sitting there waiting to speak, I
heard a couple of librarians speak and they said, the
reason why we need these type of books is because
the black community need to understand who they are, who

(19:58):
they need to identify with, and we need to identify
with the transgender community and bound together so we can
be stronger as a unit.

Speaker 1 (20:08):
Okay, did you have an opportunity to address that comment
with them?

Speaker 4 (20:13):
No, they were over the.

Speaker 5 (20:14):
Phone, okay, Okay, so I just know their names.

Speaker 1 (20:18):
Yes, okay, so we have another call. Okay, So you
were also doing advocacy efforts to defeat AB four sixteen,
which is part of what we were just talking about.
So can you let our listeners know what AB four
sixteen was and what happened to that particular bill.

Speaker 5 (20:42):
Yes, so Assembly built for sixteen. It would have barred
schools and library boards from betting books, restricting parental and
trustee influence over the library content, giving class E felonies.
That's up to four years in prison if opposed. So,
for example, if you disagree with the book that you

(21:03):
feel is inappropriate, firstly, you will have to talk to
a judge. You probably can't afford it and don't have
the time. And secondly, if the judge say, well we
find this book appropriate and you still disagree with it,
now you're looking at a class E felony as a
parent that's advocating for your child, and they're also doubled

(21:23):
down and taking this away from the trustees that we
voted to put in place to advocate for us. So
now you're saying that the trustees aren't even appropriate enough
to have a voice either.

Speaker 1 (21:38):
Sure sure our number calling number seven zero two two
two one seven two eight three.

Speaker 2 (21:46):
And you can also email us a question at TWAC
radio show at gmail dot com. Up your gosh, we
actually met you when you ran for AD twenty nine
in twenty twenty four. That was that your first attempt
for a into politics. Yes, your opponent won the primary.

(22:11):
Do you plan on reining in this next election cycle?

Speaker 4 (22:14):
I am not going to run this next election.

Speaker 1 (22:17):
Do you have any plans to run in the future.

Speaker 5 (22:21):
It's not in my head right now because my main
focus is waking people up. The reason why I ran
was because I wanted to wake people up. I wanted
people to know how important it is in the community
to have their voices heard, and I wanted to make
a change in what we have out there. And we

(22:45):
needed the right bills. But the problem was that people
voices wasn't as loud as the bills were, so I
needed to balance it out.

Speaker 1 (22:57):
We have a caller, Oh caller, who am I speaking with?

Speaker 4 (23:03):
Hi?

Speaker 8 (23:03):
This is Tanya Ada Barry. How are you guys?

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Do well? Thank you? Tanya? What is your question?

Speaker 8 (23:10):
I just want to say miss Jones doing missus Jones
is doing an excellent job. I do partake in Moms
for Liberty and I do appreciate her coming on the
show to explain what Mom's for liberty. Does I know
that she was talking Yeah, I know that she was
talking about AB four sixteen and AB four or five,
which is the one that gave immunity to librarians for

(23:33):
any criminal or civil liability in their libraries. That's why
we're working on the school boards for regulation sixty one
to fifty to be repealed because we want an open
source county library. Right now, the libraries are closed for schools,
so we want to do that. So I wanted to
give missus Jones an opportunity to expound on that foot

(23:55):
movement that she's working on.

Speaker 1 (23:57):
Thank you Tanya for your question.

Speaker 4 (24:00):
Absolutely so. Yes.

Speaker 5 (24:03):
In Nevada, Clark County is the only district that has
a sealed library, which is quite odd. Well, what is
the meaning that you, as a parent, don't have access
to the library books in your child's school without acting
permission from that school, and as a taxpayer, you should

(24:26):
have access to the books. Why don't we have access
to children books? That's scary number one and very interesting,
But yet we have access to books for the people
that's in prison. We have access to books for people
that's in jail. Why don't we have access to children books?

(24:46):
But we have access to books for felons and criminals.
So we are trying to repeal regulations. Wh what are
fifty one six? Yeah, I'm missing the number, but we're
trying to repel it because we need to open up

(25:08):
the library so parents can have a voice and have
a say and know what their children are reading. There's
so many books in the school district that need to
be removed, and in order for parents to know that
their children are safe, they need to know what their
children are reading or in what they're being exposed to.
Why is Clark County the fifth largest district in the

(25:31):
United States of America having a sealed library and why
did the librarians want to have immunity for having a
sealed library?

Speaker 1 (25:42):
So do you know offhand, is the school district responsible
for the books that are purchased to be put in
the schools and in the library or is the librarian
for each school? Is that their job?

Speaker 4 (25:55):
So it's the school in the librarian.

Speaker 5 (25:58):
So it's up to the school to the When it
comes to the admin, the principal okays who's going to
put the books in the library, But it's really the
focus of the librarian. So the librarian can remove books
at books and that's why the librarians were the ones

(26:19):
advocating to not all librarians, just some. We're advocating to
have this bill to where they had immunity from being
suit and I'm like, why would you, why would you
want that?

Speaker 4 (26:36):
What are you hiding?

Speaker 1 (26:37):
So do you know whether there is some type of
meeting with the school administration and the parents about books
or is this just done by the school and the
administration and the librarian no input from the parents is there.

Speaker 5 (26:55):
They're talking about what they're going to do moving forward
as far as the librarians, but they have not included parents.
They're saying what their ideas are and moving forward, and
they're bringing it to the meetings at CCSD. But I

(27:15):
honestly think they should do a focus group and include
the parents and acts what their thoughts is on it,
because as parents.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
We should actually have a say.

Speaker 5 (27:25):
We shouldn't have to wait one meeting a month and
give two minutes of talking time on what we feel
based off of their timeframe. There should be focused groups
and every parent should be able to have a voice,
just like they did for the superintendent that they did
all those focused groups spit our millions of dollars for

(27:49):
our taxpayer dollars for a superintendent to look all over
the United States and they wind up picking a superintendent
in Nevada. Do the same thing for these children.

Speaker 1 (28:00):
Okay, our number is seven zero two two two one
seven two eighty three.

Speaker 2 (28:05):
And let me do another shout out to the lovely,
beautiful Patricia Brinkley. And I know because she actually is
my wife, so we're together a lot. But it's her
birthday in just a couple of days July second. I
will not tell you the year.

Speaker 1 (28:23):
Thank you, and.

Speaker 2 (28:26):
Again don't forget our conservative town hall on July third.

Speaker 1 (28:31):
So I want to get back to you when you
were running for office, was it difficult running for office
with young children and would you advise other mothers of
young children to run for a political office.

Speaker 5 (28:44):
Well, I would say that my family is a different breed,
so when I ran for office, it was easy with
my kids because they are advocates as well. They were
so excited to door knock, They were very excited to
talk to people. They asked questions to everybody that was

(29:05):
running for office, anybody that had legislation. They read all
their all of their paperwork, they've been read you guys
a's paperwork when you guys ran My kids, they really
are involved, so it was really easy. They want to know,

(29:25):
and me and my husband we want we taught them
that way. We want them to be involved because we
want them to grow up as involved into politics because
that's what it says in the Bible.

Speaker 1 (29:38):
And we saw you and your family together on several occasions.

Speaker 4 (29:42):
Oh yeah, at different events.

Speaker 5 (29:44):
So just as as a family, I think it's important
for people to involve their children because if you want
to build up your children to be a proper steward
of the Lord, you want them to be in politics.

Speaker 1 (30:01):
Oh we have another caller.

Speaker 8 (30:03):
Hello, caller, Hello, caller, No, I'm kidding.

Speaker 9 (30:08):
Hey, Miss Patricia Brinkley.

Speaker 3 (30:11):
This is the one and only miss behegging me.

Speaker 1 (30:14):
Hi, Hello, how are you doing?

Speaker 2 (30:17):
So?

Speaker 1 (30:17):
What's your question?

Speaker 4 (30:20):
I am wonderful.

Speaker 8 (30:21):
I don't have a question.

Speaker 4 (30:22):
My birthday is tomorrow too.

Speaker 8 (30:23):
I know you're a camper and I just wanted to
say happy birthday.

Speaker 1 (30:26):
Well, thank you so much. I appreciate that, and thank
you problem, thank you for calling. Okay, so during your
campaign you had a podcast, Yes, yes, and we both
appeared on it. Did you enjoy that experience.

Speaker 5 (30:44):
I loved the podcast. It was it was really important.
It actually got pretty far, and it was very valuable
to everybody that came on. So I loved meeting all
of the candidates. I loved understanding what everybody wanted to represent.

(31:05):
I wish that other people would have said yes when
I reached out to them, but it was very informative
and we got a lot of good feedback and a
lot of calls in.

Speaker 4 (31:17):
So I wish that for people would take heave to
how valuable that this type of setting is.

Speaker 1 (31:27):
Yes, And so after September, we're going to have more
candidates coming on the show, but we're just getting, you know,
for the summer. We want our audience to get familiar
with the format and to meet other people that aren't
particularly candidates, because I'm sure a lot of our listeners
don't know or didn't know about Moms for Liberty being

(31:47):
here in Clark County. And the next one is going
to be our next question is going to have to
do with Blexen. You're directing for Blexing for Nevada. Yes,
so we are. You're listening to talk with a conservative.

You're listening to talk with the Conservative which tradition meets truth.
Stay with us more truth, more insight, and more straight
talk coming up next. The phone number is seven oh
two two two one seven two eighty three. I know
a lot more people out there have phones and you
can enter this number in your contact list and call.

(34:57):
So we want to hear from you. We want you
guys out there to call in and tell us what
you think and to meet the people that's here.

Speaker 1 (35:05):
Okay, So, as I was saying with our guests, Datcha Jones,
she's also the director of BLESIT for Nevada. For our
listeners who are unfamiliar with BLESIT, please tell us a
little bit about it and your role with the organization.

Speaker 4 (35:21):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (35:22):
So, I'm the state director for BLESIT. What we do
is we work with individuals to embrace the minority spectrum
and give a personal a personal component of being give

(35:42):
like freedom, family.

Speaker 1 (35:43):
Values, of preservative value.

Speaker 5 (35:46):
Yeah, it's more or less of a structured nuclear household entrepreneurship.
We want people to know that they could pull themselves
up and if you need help, that we can educate
you on it. Instead of looking for a handout, do
the research, instead of going off of hearsay. And that's

(36:09):
the biggest issue in the minority community.

Speaker 4 (36:12):
I hear a lot.

Speaker 5 (36:12):
Of people say, oh, well I heard instead of I
did the research myself.

Speaker 1 (36:20):
Yes, yes, and so you know, I believe Candas Owens
was one of the original co founders of BLESI she
walked away from that.

Speaker 5 (36:29):
Yes, so it was Kennis Owens and Officer Brandon Tatum.
They're the founders of Blexit. They're not part of blexit anymore.
We're ran by fifty chapters. We're all over the United States.
We are growing every single day. We have so many
people involved, it's amazing. We have a liberation event coming

(36:50):
up on July thirteenth, and if I'm not mistaken, Florida.

Speaker 1 (36:58):
Okay, we have a no their caller, caller, Who am
I speaking with?

Speaker 6 (37:05):
This is Cody Whipple.

Speaker 1 (37:06):
Good evening, Cody. How are you? How's everybody doing tonight?

Speaker 8 (37:11):
Well?

Speaker 1 (37:11):
Well, thank you? And what is your question for our guests?

Speaker 6 (37:15):
Well, I have I just have a comment.

Speaker 2 (37:18):
I wanted to.

Speaker 6 (37:19):
Tell tell uh I believe it's h How great is
he doing? And my question, my question is pronounce that
for me one more time?

Speaker 8 (37:34):
Yea, Dasha?

Speaker 6 (37:36):
Okay, who do you think is more handsome?

Speaker 2 (37:39):
JB?

Speaker 6 (37:40):
Or myself?

Speaker 1 (37:44):
Come on, Cody, Okay.

Speaker 2 (37:50):
Do you have to see JB with a cowboy hat on? Right?

Speaker 6 (37:54):
Well? I could I could get him a cowboy hat.

Speaker 4 (37:57):
When I see the cowboy hats, I answer.

Speaker 8 (38:00):
Okay, all right, well, hey, you're doing a wonderful job.
I wanted to say hello to the Brinkley tonight.

Speaker 6 (38:06):
And you guys keep doing great work.

Speaker 1 (38:07):
Thank you so much, Cody, thank you all right, so
good night. So as we were saying okay, in your bio,
you said it that you are guided by a strong
faith in Jesus Christ. Yes, please expound how your faith
guides you.

Speaker 4 (38:23):
Please, absolutely so.

Speaker 5 (38:25):
And that's one of the reasons why I'm a part
of a blecksit. So when it comes to blexit, like
I said, it's build around a nuclear family, and that's
really important when it comes to having a structured home.
My husband is the stronghold of our family. Is God,

(38:47):
the man, the mom, and then the children. And without
God and the man, then how can we how can
we build those children up to be strong.

Speaker 4 (38:58):
Stewards of the Lord.

Speaker 5 (39:00):
And when when we go to church and we're reading
the Bible, there's a lot of components where it comes
into play where they're like, as the man brings up things,
how I can't teach my son how to do things
as a as a man can.

Speaker 1 (39:19):
Yes, that's very important. And people don't realize that from
a biblical since it has always been a father and
a mother.

Speaker 5 (39:27):
Exactly, and you just have to have that that moral
compass and when it comes to having that structured nuclear household,
and that's a huge issue with because I used to
be a Democrat and uh not saying when it comes
to blacksit we are nonpartisan, but we do have independence

(39:49):
in our organization. But me specifically, I used to be
a Democrat and I no longer am.

Speaker 4 (39:57):
And it wasn't.

Speaker 5 (39:58):
That I it wasn't that I'm not. I didn't think
this before. It's just that I was in the wrong
party from the jump and I just didn't know it.
So I believe that the man is supposed to take
care of the household. The man is supposed to help
provide for the wife and the children. And the problem

(40:21):
was that when it comes to the Democrat household, they're like, no,
you can do this on yourself. Be that independence. They
got so many songs out there, I and the I'm
like they throwing independent everywhere, and even Beyonce, how many
independent songs she got. But yet you got a whole husband,

(40:42):
and you got all these kids, and you telling all
these women to be independent.

Speaker 4 (40:48):
So now you got all the ratchets out here.

Speaker 5 (40:50):
Telling you to leave your husband, leave you, leave your
kids because while they at your concert, your kids at
home by they self eating noodles.

Speaker 1 (41:00):
And they don't realize that she is a multi mill
if not a multi Bryan.

Speaker 4 (41:07):
Teke.

Speaker 1 (41:07):
Yeah, and so there they can't see that they are
on different economic levels.

Speaker 4 (41:13):
It makes absolutely no sense.

Speaker 1 (41:15):
It does not. So let's see here, let's.

Speaker 2 (41:20):
See I want to break in again with one more
shout out to Patricia Brinkley, the lovely, the gorgeous Patricia Brinkley.
And it's like, I'm doing this because I want to,
not because I've been threatened. And again, her birthday is
July second, July third. We actually have a conservative town hall,

(41:43):
and so come to that you'll actually meet the candidates
or many of the candidates for the c c RCC
executive board candidates for that. Again, our phone number is
seven O seven no, no, seven oh two two to one,
seven to two eight, go for it.

Speaker 1 (42:06):
We're not in the Bay area. It's seven two two
to one, seven two eight three.

Speaker 2 (42:12):
That's right, yes, yes, that's why she gets a shout out.

Speaker 1 (42:16):
And so let's I know that you were extremely busy
during the legislative session. Oh yes, yes, Can you tell
us a little bit about what your role was during
that time?

Speaker 5 (42:29):
A little bit of everything. So when the legislative session,
what's going on? We did a lot of events, We
did a lot in legislation, advocating, letting people know what's
going on. Like I said, our homeschool, so I'm part
of a co op. I was letting the parents know
what was going on in the community, letting them know
how to get on new list, how to advocate for themselves,

(42:50):
how to advocate for them their children, letting them know
how to talk to their legislators, how to talk to
the governor because it's important. And I was showing them
how to read the bills and why they're important. If
you look at the demographic and just in Clark County alone,
it's so many people that live in a bubble. They're like, well,

(43:13):
that has nothing to do with me, and it actually does,
because let's just take one little example. So they're like, well,
little Johnny reading that book has nothing to do with me. Okay, well,
when little Johnny come and shoot up your house, then
what now?

Speaker 4 (43:30):
One has something to do with you.

Speaker 1 (43:32):
Yeah, see, there's so much apathy.

Speaker 5 (43:34):
Yeah, I'm like, people like to stay in their bubble,
but you need to You really need to pay attention
to the person next door. You need to advocate for
your community, because when you don't and you start to complain,
then you're like, who can I talk to? Don't complain
if you're not doing anything about it.

Speaker 1 (43:53):
Yes, and that's another thing of the apathy is so thick.
You know, it's hard to get people to vote, ye,
to pay attention. Oh, we have another.

Speaker 4 (44:04):
Caller now, So.

Speaker 1 (44:08):
My whole thing is to talk with a conservative.

Speaker 7 (44:28):
