first up, and this is huge. Taylor Swift will not
be deposed in the Justin Baldoni Versus Blake Lively case.
Judge Lewis Lyman denied Baldoni's request to extend the deadline
to depose Taylor, saying they failed to show good cause

for why they couldn't depose her earlier. The judge basically
called them out for waiting six months and then claim
Taylor's schedule was the problem. Taylor's lawyer, Doug Baldridge, submitted
a letter stating Taylor did not agree to give a
