Speaker 1 (00:00):
So he makes this ointment, this mud pie, this clay pack,
and puts it on the blind man's eye and says
to the blind man, go wait a minute. I still
can't see. And if anything, I'm worse now than I
(00:29):
was before, because even if I could see, I can't
see through what you put on me. Decesed Brives, Greetings,
brothers and sisters. In Jesus' name, grace and peace be
(00:50):
multiplied unto you from God, our Father and the Lord
Jesus Christ. I'm so blessed and so honored to be
able to share this series with you. I believe that
it is a secret up into the serious soldier who
is ready to go in and take back what the
enemy has stole from them. I'm teaching on blind faith,
and particularly today, we're going to be talking about the
(01:10):
blame game. So many people spend so much of their
life blaming this one and that one and the other
one for what's going on in their life. Ah, shake
it off, move into your destiny. The blame game. This
is a word for you. I did not know that
God could be glorified through something that was not beautiful,
(01:38):
to something that was not perfect. He said, This man
is like this, not because of what his mother did,
not because of what his father did. But I planned
his blindness for my glory. That's why you single, so
I could be glorified in your single. That's why you're married,
(02:02):
so I could be glorified in your marriage. That's why
your home isn't perfect, so I could be glorified in
the imperfection. I made it what it is so you
could see glory in a way you couldn't see it.
Don't fix it, be glorified in it. Oh, y'all, don't
y'all don't want to talk to me. I wish I
(02:23):
had some help this morning. I wish I had some help.
I wish I had some help. The only reason we
have a need to blame is because we're disappointed in
the outcome. And the disappointment in the outcome suggests there's
something wrong with where you are. So the way you
(02:48):
cope with the disappointment with you is by blaming me.
So you make me your escapegoat. Christ already is that's
too theological. I'm not gonna bother that. I'm not gonna
I'm not gonna drop over to that. Christ says, don't
(03:11):
blame his mother don't blame his father. Whatever was wrong
with them, I could have made that work, he said.
If you're gonna blame anybody, blame me, because I'm going
to use his blindness for my glory. Ha ha ha, whoa.
(03:40):
I'm gonna use her brokenness for my glory. I'm gonna
use his emptiness for my glory. I'm gonna use her
thirstiness for my glory. Don't make them over, leave them alone.
Stop trying to fix him that it's my child. Leave
(04:02):
her alone. I made her this way because I have
an appointment with her, And when the time is right
and the stage is set, I'm gonna heal her where
I can get the most glory. Somebody help me pray.
In just ten seconds to five people say, you have
(04:28):
an appointment, you have an appointment, you have an appointment.
You have an appointment, You have an appointment, you have
an appointment, you have an appointment, you have an appointment. Yeah,
you have an appointment. You have an appointment. You don't
even know it. You don't even know it. You don't
even know it. You don't even know it. You're just
sitting on the side of the road, minding your own business,
not even realizing that you have an appointment with destiny.
You don't have to fast forward, you don't have to
(04:50):
pray for it, you don't have to beg for it.
All you gotta do is do you. And while you
do you, I'm gonna meet you in the middle lot
of road. Oh. I don't know who this is for,
but this is fuss. Somebody, sit down, Sit down. We
(05:16):
just talking about it. We're just talking about it. I
don't know why y'all keep jumping up, but I feel
the annoyingy of the Holy Ghost. I feel the spirit
of the living gods. I feel the glory of the Lord.
The blind man said nothing, and the miracle came to him.
Be still and see the salvations. See the salvation of
(05:44):
the Lord. Stand still, blind man, don't scream, don't holler,
don't cry oud. I'm gonna get the glory. All you
gotta do is be there when I get there. So
this is what happened. I'm still in the first verse.
(06:05):
I gotta get out of that first verse. Jesus passes
by seize the blind man. They have the discussion about
the blind man. The blind man says nothing at all.
Jesus of his own volition says, this man is blind
(06:27):
for my glory. That means there's nothing wrong with him.
He is doing what I created him to do. So
(06:50):
you think that in order for him to be right,
he has to be like you. And that's why you
blame people because you think that you are the standard
of right, when for him, being blind is right. I
need him to be blind because I'm gonna show. Oh, y'all,
don't hear what I'm saying. Okay, watch this, So, Jesus says,
(07:17):
can I go a little bit further. Jesus, he doesn't
do like the other man. Remember I was pretty few
weeks ago about the blind man. He's spat in his eye.
He doesn't spit in the guy's eyes. No, he doesn't
want you to fall in love with the method of
his last miracle. So he doesn't allow you to synchronize
(07:40):
five steps to be healed, because every time he does
it different, so that you don't fall in love with
the process, but fall in love with the God of
the process. Just because he brought you out through him
last time doesn't mean he's gonna use him next time.
He may use her. Because God wants you to know
that it's really not him, Him is God. Y'all, don't
(08:06):
hear what I'm saying to you? To watch this, watch this,
watch this. Can I think this text on that? Can
I think this text on that? So so so Jesus says,
need have done this. It's been done for the glory
of God. And then he spits on the ground, not
in the eye, on the ground, takes his water and
(08:32):
puts it in this dirt, this fallen stuff, and makes
annointment and puts it on the blind man's eyes. Blind
man still ain't said nothing, just standing where he's supposed
(08:56):
to stand, doing what he's supposed to do. The miracle
is coming to him. If you just stand where you're
supposed to stand and do what you're supposed to do,
the miracle wats this. So he makes this ointment, this
(09:27):
mud pie, this clay pack, and puts it on the
blind man's eye and says to the blind man, go
wait a minute. I still can't see, And if anything,
(09:48):
I'm worse now than I was before, because even if
I could see, I can't see through what you put
on me. Shot bocal shot abaha. Or have you ever
(10:09):
had God put something on you? And you say, Lord,
with all the stuff you put on me. I couldn't
get up even if I wanted to. And the Lord
said to me, and I were talking about the scripture.
He said, Watch the blind man go with more on
(10:32):
him than he had before he met me. Watch him
go weigh it down with stuff I put on him.
Watch the blind man experience my touch without my healing.
(10:55):
Watch the blind man that I touched and he still
can't see, and yet I told him to go blind.
Watch the blind man find his way to the pool
in the dark, he said, Because what I want you
to do is preach this, because I'm going to have
(11:19):
my children there who are going through a season in
your life that you have more on you than you
had before you met me, and you're trying to walk
out your faith, but you really can't see. He said.
I want them to understand that in order to get
your miracle, you have to take your first few steps
(11:40):
in the dark. For the just show up by faith,
not bless So whenever God tells you to do something,
you can't see you away clear, because if you could
see you away clear, it wouldn't be by faith. That's
how you know it's my faith. When you're walking it
(12:03):
out in the dark, slapping somebody's help. Walking it out
in the dark. Baby, I've walked it out in the dark.
I'm walking through this marriage in the dark. I'm walking
through this job in the dark. I'm walking it out
in the dark. I can't see, but I'm walking it out.
Speaker 2 (12:21):
Still to come on the Potter's touch.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
Still don't have extra money, but praising. Still not married,
but praising. Still got problems in the house, But praising.
Haven't got the test results back, But praising going through
a scarm But praiven. What you don't realize is while
you're praising him, you're dipping in the water. And the
(12:46):
more you dipping the water, the more you can see.
The emptiness of an open herd creates a cavity for
God to feel. Pol's mind never receives anything from God.
The only difference between you and the person you admire
(13:06):
is the perspective they have on life.
Speaker 2 (13:08):
When the one who gave you site says, follow me,
let me lead the way, it's time for blind faith.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
Don't allow people to anchor you down as an albatross
around your and that can leave you limited so that
they can have fellowship and you can have failure. If
you are disciplined in your perspective, you will be victorious
in your outdome.
Speaker 2 (13:28):
For helping us reach others with your best gift, we
would like to give you blind faith for insightful messages
on DVD and as a bonus, received pecking orders on
DVD with a twenty thirteen photo calendar, reminding you that
God wants to position you for impact, expose you to
powerful experiences, give the courage to step out in faith
and the knowledge to make a difference. Just visit our
(13:51):
website or call one eight hundred Bishop too today.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
I think the perspective is critical in order for you
to be and overcoming, to be victorious. It's not what
happens to you, it's how you feel about what happens
to you. The ability to manage problems and situations is
what determines the CEO from the janitor. I've been both,
and I can clearly tell you the higher up you go,
the more problems you encounter, and your ability to have
(14:20):
proper perspective under fire is critical. Frankly, it takes discipline
because no matter who you are, where you are, the
heart trembles with fear, your mind racist with possibilities But
if you can discipline yourself to hold on to your
perspective while you are under fire, you can overcome anything
that takes discipline, not emotionalism. You can't dance your way
(14:44):
into this. You have to be sober and be vigilant
because you're under fire. Your perspective is being attacked. The
enemy is trying to make you think that you are
not coming out, or that you don't have what it takes,
or that you can't do it, or that you can't.
You can't, you can't. But if you can hold on
to your perspective and be disciplined enough to keep the
(15:06):
car in the middle of the road even though the
wind is rocking from side to side, you'll drive through
the storm, and when the storm is over, you'll still
be standing. It's somebody help me preach? Will you help
me preach? Slap your neighbor in holl of Go go
go blind, go broke, Go without back up, go without support,
(15:33):
go without recognition. Go in the middle of controversy. Go
while they're still blaming people, Go while they're still talking
about your Go why you can't see your way? Clear? God,
whatever you do. Slap your labor in the holla go.
Your healing is in the going. Your healing is in
(15:54):
the doing. Your healing is in the stretch it out. YEA,
(16:23):
most of my life it's been like this, just walking
it out. I know you touch me, I know you
said go. I know you're from me, But I'm walking
it out in the dark. I don't know who to trust.
(16:47):
I don't know who to open up to. I don't
know who to talk to.
Speaker 2 (16:52):
I don't know who.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
My friends are. I'm not sure that he's really my enemy,
but I'm dealing with them all the same way because
I can't say. I can't see, I can't see, I
can't see, I can't see. All I know is that
He that had begun a good work in me shall
perform it up to the day of Jesus Christ. You
got to walk it out in the dark. Abraham, where
are you going? He said, I don't know, but I
(17:14):
know when I get there. Whenever God gets ready to
use anybody, there is a certain amount of blindness that
goes along with faith. So he says, Oh, I ain't
gonna get finished Jesus. So he says, he says, go
(17:35):
wash in the pool of saloon, which somebody says is interpreted,
you means sin. You sent me like this. You sent
me all broken, Yes, sir, yes, you sent me bleeding,
(17:56):
you sent me blind. Yeah, you me you mean you
can use me. Oh God, but lord, I'm still feeling
my own way, he said, yeah, yeah, the miracles in
the process. You got to make your first few steps
(18:18):
in the dark. Joshua had to set his foot in
the waters before the water's parted, Naming had to dip
seven times before he could see a change. Don't be
frustrated because you don't see immediate results. Keep on walking
out the process, keep on walking it out, keep on
walking it out. Told the women, keep pecking, keep pecking,
(18:39):
keep pecking, keep pegging, you'll get out. And if you
keep pecking, and so he he comes to the pool
of saloon. First of all women, we missed it. We
(19:00):
need to praise God because he made it. When now,
if anybody else would have come to the pool, we
went to praise God because they could see. But because
of his liabilities, his success is somebody else's normal. Nobody
(19:25):
knows how hard it was for you to get to
where you are. So you can't wait on anybody else
to celebrate because they don't know what you had to
go through to get where you are. But when you
made it with your blind self, when you made it
with your lowness health, when you made it with your
broke self, don't forget to praise God just because you
(19:50):
made it. Give him a praise. Pray then, because you
are there praving, because you're in the right spot at
the right time to get the miracle you need. Pray
(20:11):
then praising still can't see, but praising still don't have
extra money, But praising still not married, But praising still
(20:36):
got problems in the house. But praising hadn't got the
test results back. But praising going through a storm, but praven.
What you don't realize is while you're praising him, you're
dipping in the water. And the more you dipping the water,
the more you can see. So does your neighbors say, neighbor,
(21:10):
excuse me, while I praise him the Lord I'm praising,
I'm lossing this stuff out of it. For when praising God,
I said, when I'm praising God, I don't have no
(21:43):
time to blame anybody. I'm praising God for this is
the day, the name, the day, the day that the
Lord had made I well, m h, when stand up,
(22:21):
stand up? Well you're already standing. Uh uh, boy, you
get your exercise in this church. I can't finish it.
But when this man started seeing, he went back to
(22:47):
his neighbors, the same people who had seen him blind
convinced that he was blind. And then when he got
his right there was a dispute over whether he was
the same person or not. Because God can deliver you
(23:09):
so well if people don't believe your testimony, I'm gonna
say that again. God can deliver you so well that
people don't believe your testimony. We'll be right back after this.
The emptiness of an open heart creates a cavity for
(23:32):
God to feel, but a closed mind never receives anything
from God. The only difference between you and the person
you admire is the perspective they have on life.
Speaker 2 (23:42):
When the one who gave you sight says, follow me,
let me lead the way, it's time for blind fate.
Speaker 1 (23:48):
Don't allow people to anchor you down as an albatross
around your neck can leave you limited so that they
can have fellowship and you can have failure. If you
are disciplined in your perspective, you will be victorious.

Speaker 1 (25:27):
Gos's being good to you. God has sustained you, He's
touched It's undeniable. He's been there for you, or you
wouldn't be here this morning. But he wants to know you.
(25:52):
He wants to have a relationship with you, a relationship
that is not based on your blindness. He wants you
to come into an eye opening experience with him. And
he told me to tell you that he's been there
(26:13):
all the time, All while you were stumbling around in
the dark, trying to find your way to the pool,
trying to get yourself together, trying to get yourself up.
He's been there all the time. He's there when you
got your blessing, when you got your big job, when
(26:34):
your eyes popped open, when you found the one. He
was there all the time. But just because you've been
blessed by him doesn't mean that you know him. He
wants to reveal himself to you in a more intimate way.
(26:59):
He wants you to allow his goodness to bring you
to the cross. He's been good to you. This Sunday
is your Sunday. I don't know who you are. I
may not ever have another Sunday to reach you. But
the Lord gave me this message for you. He wants
(27:21):
to know you. He wants you to know him. He's
brought you through some close calls and some dangerous places,
and through some accusers that threaten to destroy you. He's
brought you through some tough stuff. It's time. This is
the time. This Sunday morning is your time. I don't
care if it's just one person, whoever you are. You
(27:42):
are important enough to God that he's been talking to
me all week about you. This is your Sunday. I'm
out of time, but it's been delightful to share the
principles and concepts and to use the biblical messages to
kind of set you on course for what God is
going to to do in your life and in your spirit.
(28:02):
You cannot spend another year waiting for everything to line
up for you to go forward. You can blame your
history for not grabbing your destiny. The blame game is over.
Walk by faith, not by sight. Let's get to step in.
You and I we got some stuff to do this year,
it says the park
