W tym odcinku zajmujemy się tematem znaków czasu. Pojawiał się on już kilka razy w naszych rozmowach, ale zawsze na ich marginesie. Tym razem stawiamy go w centrum uwagi. Czym są znaki czasu? Czy to jest zupełnie nowa kategoria teologiczna? Jakie wartości wnosi, a jakie ograniczenia jej towarzyszą? Jak ją zmieścić w strukturze źródeł teologii? Zauważamy, że wyrażenie "znaki czasu" ma stosunkowo niedługą historię, ale że sama wrażliwość na potrzebę interpretowania każdorazowych "czasów współczesnych" w świetle nadprzyrodzonego Objawienia oraz odnajdywania w nich znaków od Boga towarzyszyła Kościołowi i teologii od dawna. Krytycznie spoglądamy na dążenie do tworzenia "katalogów" znaków czasu, wskazujemy raczej na potrzebę ciągłego rozeznawania otaczającej nas rzeczywistości, rozumianej jako miejsce przemowy Boga, skierowanej dziś do nas.
