Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to that Bigfoot podcast, where we believe in free speech,
open discussion, and having a laugh. If that offends you,
well we're not sorry. We talk a lot and we
stand by most of it, unless you're a snowflake, in
which case just assume we didn't mean it. This podcast

(00:23):
is a mix of truth, nonsense, and humor, so buckle
up and don't take it too seriously. Listener discretion is
strongly advised.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Why what's going on here?

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Brian?

Speaker 3 (00:44):
What's going on? Buddy? How you doing?

Speaker 2 (00:45):
I am hanging in like a limp haer in a
soggy biscuit, ungry all of a sudden. Oh got it.
If a limp hare and a soggy biscuit makes you hungry,
we have got to get you mentally checked out. Dude.
There's something wrong with you now. I tell you. When
I was growing up as a kid, I ate this
thing called I called it soggy. It's probably going to
gross you out, but I'm gonna tell you anyway. When
I was really little, I used to love to sip

(01:08):
coffee with my grandmother. This was my dad's mom. She
passed away when I was relatively young. I would sit
around with her and we'd drink coffee and she would
make homemade buttermilk biscuits. I would dip the biscuit into
the coffee, then let it dissolve. I'd put a whole
fucking biscuit into a cup of coffee and eat it
with a spoon. I called it soggy. Woh god, one

(01:29):
of the weirdest things you could probably ever do. And
I don't really think I've ever told anybody that. So
there you go. I didn't know I was going to
say that this morning. You didn't know you were going
to hear that, or you talking like black coffee. No,
And I still do this to today. I like a
little bit of coffee with my half and half, so
it was always overly half and half, if that's a thing.

(01:51):
So it was a lot of cream, a little bit
of coffee, and a frickin biscuit that would get soggy,
and I would eat it right out of the coffee
with a spoon.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
I've watched my dad, and I've recently learned a lot
of people do this. Eat corn bread and buttermilk, like
corn bread inside of glass of buttermilk, and then with
the spoon eat it out. I can't do it. I
can't bring myself to try it.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
I have never done it with buttermilk, even though I
love buttermilk biscuits. I obviously use buttermilk to make corn bread.
I've never been able to drink buttermilk. But I've done
that in what we call here in the South, what
we call sweet milk or whole milk. Y'all call it
sweet milk up your way in Tennessee.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
I've heard it called sweet milk, but I've never called
it up Yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:32):
So there you go, folks. You never know what you're
going to get here. On that big podcast. We started
with some weird ass shit that I like to eat.
But other than that, man, we've been trying to get
things done. Started the new true crime podcast Did Any
and our working or ass off were putting three episodes
a week out, So in addition to all the other
stuff that we're doing already, it is quite the load

(02:52):
as far as our production schedule. So I've been busier
than a one iron paper hanger. I frankly had to
cancel a couple of trips recently that I had coming
up this month and next month, just because I don't
have time to travel Honestly, I have to stay home
and do as much on content creation as I possibly can, because, frankly,
those other things just don't pay the bills. Really, you

(03:13):
know what it's like to travel. It's an ordeal, man.
You got to pack stuff up, you got to get
where you're going, you got to get back from where
you're going. And we're still trying to get the area
ready for hopefully doing some of the camp outs and
guided hikes on the property. I've still got to fifteen
or twenty down trees down in this area to the road,
and I just haven't been able to get down there
and do it because I'm trying to do it all

(03:33):
myself with my seventy five year old neighbor. We're old
as fuck, dude. We don't know work that hard. So
I think I'm going to have to hire some young
bucks to come out here and finish the project at
some point. But I do have a couple of listeners
that have already reached out and said they want to
do that whenever we get the opportunity. Before we get
too deep in here, I want to say this. There's
a listener who is a big fan of the show.
He's listened to my show for years. He loves this show.

(03:55):
He's been reaching out to me privately. And I've had
a lot of health stuff going on and a lot
of things going on behind the scenes that I'm dealing with,
and I've been rather emotional about a lot of things.
Over the last few weeks. I got a message from
Zachary that his wife passed away, just out of the blue. Zachary,
who I don't want to say his last name. I'll
say it privately because I do want to respect this privacy.

(04:16):
He has put this out on Facebook, so it's public
for his friends and family obviously for people on Facebook,
and he obviously sent me the messages privately that she
had a health issue and she was in intensive care and
it didn't look like she was going to make it.
She didn't. She passed away. It was a really surreal
moment for me in a number of ways that I

(04:37):
won't get into all of them. At this point, she
was forty seven years old, They've got kids, and it
just wasn't her time. But on top of that, it
was just the fact that it was weird and surreal
to me that this man was going through what he
was going through. With his family and losing his wife,
he had enough of a connection to reach out to
me and share it with me, and then me be

(04:58):
able to go back and forth with him. All sounds
weird saying it out loud, but I just I felt
humbled at the moment of feeling like we had that connection.
It's just because a bigfoot in the show. We say
it all the time, how these connections we form and
these families that we build, like our friendship together Tiffany,
her husband, Zach, all the people that we have these

(05:19):
phenomenal relationships with were born from this subject that we
love so much. It just touched me in a lot
of ways. Man, I know Zach's probably gonna hear this.
I talked to him briefly this morning. We messaged back
and forth on Messenger, me just checking in, and he
said to me he couldn't believe that I responded to
him and actually cared about what was going on in
his life. I was like, dude, that's one of the

(05:40):
worst things anybody could ever experience, the love of your life,
just dropping dead overnight and leaving you and your kids, Like,
why would I not if I'm a human being that
cares about other people. Of course, I'm going to take
the time to respond to that. I talk to people
about fucking bigfoot all day. I never not respond to messages.
It may take me a while, but even about a
big Foot encunter, I'm eventually going to get back to somebody.

(06:02):
Of course, I'm going to get back to somebody and
talk about your wife passing away suddenly. Of course I'm
going to do that. So I know it's tough, Zach.
Just remember what I told you privately, man, hanging there.
You got to be there for your kids. Take care
of yourself. Tomorrow's not promised to anybody, man. I guess
that's the point. Because there are other petty bullshit things
going on in the Bigfoot community. That's one of the

(06:24):
reasons that I think I touched on it one of
the last shows that we did a couple of weeks ago.
One of the trips that I was going to take
here in May, I'm canceling because of some of the
Bigfoot bullshit drama that's going on. I just don't want
to be around that anymore. I don't want to do
it behind the scenes. I frankly don't want it to
play out publicly on the show. I don't give a
shit about drama anymore because there's so much in life

(06:46):
that's so much more important, even Bigfoot, and certainly be
any of the Bigfoot bullshit drama that comes out of
this subject that we have to put up with. I
know that was a little heavy in the beginning. I
went from talking about eating soggy biscuits and coffee to
talking about something sad about somebody's wife passing away. But
that's just where I'm at. That's one of the things
about the show is we don't hold these things back.

(07:07):
We talk about things that most people don't talk about
on Bigfoot Podcast, whether it's calling out hoaxers or talking
about soggy biscuits. We're going to go there on that
Bigfoot podcast.

Speaker 3 (07:16):
Se y'all can't see it, but I had a feeling
who he was talking about, and I pulled him up
on my phone and held it up and Brian confirmed it.
I've spoken with him as well. Good dude. He's just
a really good dude. That breaks my heart.

Speaker 4 (07:27):
Man.

Speaker 3 (07:28):
I hate hearing that. I hate that he's going through
that forty seven years old. I'm forty six. I mean,
that's not enough time forty seven years is not enough time.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Man.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
That breaks my heart. And I'm going to reach out
to him when we get done here.

Speaker 2 (07:41):
I know he would definitely appreciate that, but he's going
through discuffling with it this morning. It's a tough thing. Man.
Any of us that knowing well enough to reach out
to him is important at this point. All right, we
got a couple of voicemails before we get into a
few things that we're going to talk about today. We
haven't done a voicemail in a while. Let me play
this first voicemail about a minute and a half and

(08:01):
it comes from across the pind from my friend over
in Australia.

Speaker 4 (08:07):
Hey, guys, long time no voicemail. It's Jerremany from Australia here.
Just listen to that latest episode of that Big Sol podcast,
which is as I just want to start with, it's
always amazing love what you guys do, and the real
ones that are listening do as well. I just want
to say, we're copying it here as well. In Australia.
With the negativity in this industry, we've got people that

(08:27):
have way more subscribers, that have monetized their channels that
just speak out of bullshit ride coattails who have even
been coming out to my area after watching my videos
to talk about my videos and saying that we're wrong. Though,
if you want to film do this. Since then, I've
unsubscribed from them as I try and support as much
people as I can without bullshit, and I'm not going
to be dragged down into their negative lifestyle, which is

(08:49):
why I'm leading this voice made of you guys. I
really don't want you to leave, Brian. I don't think
anyone does. Wayne doesn't want you to lead it and
then you still be in touch.

Speaker 3 (08:56):
The real wants here.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
Love what you do, and we need someone let you guys,
in this industry, we need to have the truth spoken.
And yes it's going to come with negative territory, but
as long as we keep our libration and energy high
and we don't stoop down to their levels and just
speak the truth, we just go to try and let
that go. But I just wanted to say, guys, just
love what you do. Keep it up, Please keep it up.
I'm always listening. Just flight out was lost and trying

(09:18):
to get out to research. That's where the lack of voicemails.
But yeah, guys, I just I want you to know
we love you.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
We all love you.

Speaker 4 (09:25):
Keep it up, stay strong, stay positive. Every day is
an adventure. Cheers guys.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
As always, we appreciate it. Jeremy, I guess he's talking
about a couple of episodes ago, because last week I
put out the live that we did, and then this
week I put out the little Easter story that I
wrote and put out over on sasquatch Otasey and backwards
Bigfoot stories for everybody to enjoy. So it's been a
couple of weeks since you and I have actually recorded
a new episode of the podcast, and I was obviously
going through it. Then I think we actually got a

(09:52):
comment over on Spotify that said, boohoo, I guess about
some of my whining about some of the things that
was going through behind the scenes with some of the
people in Bigfoot. But I think it really does boil
down to that for me, is there is so much negativity.
I see it all the time when people post posters
about conferences and things. I saw Steven Strufford over it

(10:13):
the Coalition for Critical Thinking group had a couple of
posts that he had done on Facebook about why another conference,
what the fuck difference does it make? Dude? It's like
asking why do they continue to play baseball games or
why do they continue to play basketball games or football
games or hockey games. It's because people enjoy it. They
want to go out and be around like minded people

(10:34):
and talk about a subject that they enjoy. I'm into gymstones.
I love gemstones, I love geology. I go to those
things when they're close to us. I like gun shows.
I got a lot of fucking guns, but I enjoy
going to see gun shows because new things cool people.
You make new relationships, you make new friendships. That's all
it is. But just the fact that you can't see

(10:57):
that about a bigfoot conference and just read your sure that,
oh that's cool. I'm not into that. I'm not going
to go good for them, good on them. What happened
to the good on you scenario in life? It just
doesn't seem to exist anymore. Nobody can see anybody being successful,
or nobody can see anybody just enjoying their life and
doing what they like to do and just say, hey,

(11:17):
good on you. Not my thing, dude, but it's good
on you because you enjoy it. Like, why can't we
do that? And it just so infuriates me at this
point that it's affecting me. It really does make me
want to walk away from something that I love more
than anything in the world, and it's my livelihood. I'd
literally have to go get another shitty ass job to

(11:40):
walk away from this. I don't want to do that.
Instead of doing that, I am trying to insulate myself.
Even said it to me when we started recording. It
feels like we haven't talked in weeks. I haven't talked
to a lot of people in a long time because
I'm insulating myself. It's the only mechanism. It's the only
line of defense I have left is to just draw back,
cancel places I was going to go, cancel trips, to

(12:01):
do Bigfoot stuff, to just become more of an introvert.
That is my nature by default. I am an introverted person.
When you see me out, do I appear to be
an introvert. No, I'm not, But at my core, I
am an introverted person. I'm a very private person. When
those things happen. When I get these external pressures like

(12:22):
some of the people in Bigfoot that I'm having these
issues with, it pushes me back to that point of
going back to my default, and I don't like to
be that person. I enjoy doing camp outs, I enjoy
going to conferences. I enjoy being around and seeing people
at festivals and doing all the things that we do.
I enjoy interviewing people and interacting live on YouTube and

(12:42):
all the things that we do. But when I get
those pressures from people that are frankly just negative, they're
not great people. And I've tried so hard to continue
to either build on those relationships fix those relationships, but ultimately,
over this last week, I just decided that I have
this core group of people around me that I've insulated

(13:04):
myself with that I trust wholeheartedly, and that's it for me.
And I hate to be that way, but I'm just
closed off at this point to I don't trust people anymore.
I don't trust some of the people that I've had
conversations with just in the last three weeks because things
have gotten back to other people, and I know it's
had to come from somewhere. That's a rare thing because
I trust very few people in this world. So when

(13:27):
I say those things and then that trust is broken,
I'm done with you. So if I figure out who
it is. I'm definitely done with them, let's just put
it that way. But ultimately it just comes back to
what Jeremy was saying. The negativity in the community and
the negativity around this subject has just become such a
fever pitch over the last few months. It's made me
want to withdraw from it and do the bare minimum

(13:50):
of doing the shows and doing the things that I
know I have to do every day. I don't want
to do anything extracurricular. That's one of the reasons outside
of just time and frankly, it's hard fucking work. Why
I haven't went out and finished the project to build
the parking pad to get people the ability to come
on to our property as much as I've wanted that.
Now I'm thinking to myself, am I going to trust

(14:11):
any of these people? Can I bring them where I
live and trust enough that they're in this for the
right reasons and they're not trying to fuck me or
they're not trying to get something over on me. I
don't want to be that person. I don't want to
become what's that conspiracy theorist guy that screams all the time,
Oh my god, his face is you know who Alex Jones.
I don't want to become Alex Jones, where everybody's out

(14:33):
to get me, the government's listening on my phone calls.
I don't want to be that person, but God, I
feel like I'm being pushed in that direction so badly,
and the only thing I can do is throw out
the anchor and stop the boat right where it's at
and keep myself insulated. Does any of that make sense?
Do you want to have me committed now that I'm no?

Speaker 3 (14:51):
It does make sense, man, And I hate that you're
feeling that way. I think we all have, certainly the
ones that the content creators. Anyway, I felt that at
one point or another my response to Stephen asking why
what's the point in having another? I think the real
question Steven needs to ask is why is he so negative?

(15:12):
Why is he so bitter? What has happened? Something's happened
in his life that has made him this way? Obviously
there's another conference because people feel there's a need for it.
People are going you have a conference, people show up
that shows that they're interested in it.

Speaker 5 (15:29):
Stay tuned for more of that Bigfoot podcast. We will
be right back after these messages.

Speaker 3 (15:38):
So what's your point in asking something like that, Brian.
I'm not a NASCAR fan at all, never have been.
I'm down here in the South. I probably get hate
mail for saying that, but I've never been able to
get into it. Well anybody that does, especially in this
part of the country. I'm the minority. Two hundred thousand

(15:59):
people will show up Talladega and watch that race. I'm
not going to be one of them, but I don't
fault them. I don't ask why why are you doing that?
Why are you wasting your time? That's just so stupid.
I don't get it. I don't believe in mermaids, but
I don't belong to a single mermaid group on Facebook,
and I don't go on there and make fun of

(16:19):
people that do. And that's what that group, Coalition of
Critical Thinking, seems to me. That's what they do a
lot of They make fun of people for something that
they believe in, and that's not right.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
Yeah, I agree. I had the opposite thing happen just
a few weeks ago. I was out at Cheryl's place
in Murphy, North Carolina. We did that camp out. I
think we had six or eight people that ended up
coming on the camp out that was the one Chris
and her husband were trying to get to. They had
tickets back when we had to cancel it because of
weather back in I think it was October of last year.
We redid it and we went out a couple of times.

(16:54):
We went out and did a night investigation. Had an
amazing time. Got to meet with a guy who had
an experience back in I think it was twenty fourteen.
He was active duty police, active duty firefighter in this
area there in Murphy, North Carolina, and he had seen
one of these creatures standing. We were actually just a
few feet away from where he had that, which is

(17:15):
really cool for me because I don't typically get to
do that. You don't get to interview somebody and have
a conversation with somebody who had an encounter where they
saw one of these creatures and you actually get to
see the spot. And he was explaining that you go
over it was basically a bridge that goes over the
road and this thing was standing next to this cement
base of this bridge. And to go over there and

(17:36):
actually be able to look up and see how tall
this thing was based on what he was telling it
was just a really cool experience, and that is where
I was at my best. I had such a great
time that weekend. I was on my phone very little,
we had very little cell service out there. We were
camping out, having good food, sitting around the campfires at night,
talking and telling stories and laughing, getting out in the woods.

(17:59):
We did a day hike next day. Just being in
nature and having those conversations with truly, legitimately good people
was amazing and recharged my batteries. And then I came
out of that and came back into the quote unquote
real world, where all of these issues, I'm having to
cancel trips because this person doesn't like me, and this
person doesn't want to be involved in that drama, and

(18:20):
all the other bullshit that's going on behind the scenes,
And I thought, there's no reason for any of those
things to be happening. We're talking about Bigfoot. Really, we're
literally at our core. We're talking about something that most
people don't believe even exists, and the people who are
into that are still infighting about all the other shit
that's happening. It just blows my mind.

Speaker 4 (18:42):
Now.

Speaker 2 (18:43):
I get a little confused sometimes when I look at
these conferences and I see one of the keynote speakers
as Turtleman, and now I have to say, and I'm
not shooting shots as Turtleman. Okay, I am ye. If
that's what people are into. That didn't make me think
twice and gave me a little bit of pause.

Speaker 3 (19:02):
It is what it is, live action.

Speaker 2 (19:05):
Live action. I don't fault those people. There's probably eight
or ten people that are going to go specifically because
Turtleman's there. And I have no qualms with this. People whatsoever.
That is your life. You have the ability to do
it and live it however you want. I'm not upset
about it. I'm not angry about it. We're literally joking
and laughing about it. I don't understand why other people
can't do that. You have to realize, and this has

(19:29):
happened with people before. We've talked a little bit about this.
If you get a little bit of Bigfoot fame, ie,
you gotta show that a few people listen to and
people feel like you're a celebrity of some sort in
Bigfoot whatever. People get this. It's almost like celebrities and
people who are put on that pedestal. People start to
disassociate the fact that you're just another person. You're just

(19:52):
a human being with feelings. You do get upset when
people say shit about you. You get upset when people
don't like you, You get upset when people constantly say
that they don't like whatever product. So we're all human beings,
is my point. And I wish we could just get
back to treating each other like human beings, having general discourse,

(20:14):
conversations and disagreements. But we just can't seem to do that.
It's a tough place to be when you enjoy this
so much and you try to wade through those waters
and do a show like this. It's an interesting dichotomy
for us. You do an encounter's based podcast that's bigfoot centric.
I do an encounter's based podcast that's bigfoot centric. Wait,
I guess we should be fighting, shouldn't We shouldn't we

(20:35):
be enemies because we compete, Our shows compete, So let's
just have an on air fight, right quick. In all seriousness,
there's a dichotomy and a show like that having these
encounters into doing a show like this where we do
call people out for bullshit. We do call people out
that we believe are hoaxing or that are just ridiculous
We're going to talk about at least one of those
here in a few minutes. You have to weigh those waters,

(20:58):
and it makes it more difficult for us. We chosen
to put ourselves in this position. Nobody twisted our arm
and made us start the show or any show, frankly,
So I'm not saying it's anybody's fault other than ours,
but you have to realize and all I'm asking for,
I guess, is a little grace in understanding that we
are in this position. And we try to walk these lines,
and we try to be honest and open and tell

(21:19):
our thoughts and feelings about things and evidence and people
and situations. But it is difficult because we have the
flip side of the coin that we have to be
aware of. We do ask people to come on and
tell their encounters, right, so we have to separate this too,
and it becomes very difficult sometimes when some of the
outside pressures and the other things that are going on

(21:40):
behind the scenes push us into a direction because I'm
not in a very good place right now. Just be
honest with you. I am pissed off at the world.
It's what it feels like, and I don't like being
that person, because if you know me personally, if you
know me well enough to know, I am definitely not
that person. I'm not that person at all, and I
don't like feeling that way.

Speaker 3 (21:58):
And I'll tell you I've been worried about you. You
can ask Tiffany. Before we came on today, I text her.
I said, have you talked to Brian lately? She said,
text him a couple of days ago off the show,
and he responded yesterday. But other than that note, I
haven't heard from him. He is not responding. He's been
kind of short, and that's not like him. I'm kind
of worried about him, and I don't know. Man, it

(22:21):
will get better. Keep your head up. I know you're
going through some stuff behind the scenes and you've gotten
some kind of shitty news, but it's going to get better, dude.

Speaker 2 (22:30):
All right, So let's move on. We have a short
but very sweet voicemail that I want to play before
we move into anything else.

Speaker 3 (22:39):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:39):
This is from parts unknown from persons who shall remain anonymous.
Here we go, gets creditor the Afgan Rise. You fucking
guys have to stop having your customers talk till god
damn past. Nobody can hear it sucks.

Speaker 3 (22:59):
Wow, Oh, let's got you really feel there, Earl, Well,
I don't even know.

Speaker 2 (23:04):
What you say to that. He has got to be
talking about the interview that I did with I can't
remember his name from up in Canada. He was a
tied standing ish talker in that he was pretty fast
and he had that Canadian accent going on, so I
get it. I tried to clean it up as best
I could. I've gotten a couple of comments about the
edit on that show, and I tell you, the edit
is choppy like that because there was a couple of things.

(23:26):
There was a little bit of issue with the audio quality,
and there was some issues with just all the extra
stuff that I had to take out of that episode.
So it was a little choppy, it was a little fast.
I get it. But we'll try to do better with
our customers in the future.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
Yeah, yeah, might need to give a refund YEP.

Speaker 2 (23:43):
We don't want a bad customer service review, so we'll
try to do our best in the future to have
them slow down and make it a little bit easier
for you to here, because we don't want it to suck.
And you clearly said that episode sucked, all right, let's
get into the main thing that we were going to
talk about here. You brought a couple of things to
the tape. Let's start with this dude that calls himself
the Bigfoot Expert. I have seen these going around Facebook

(24:09):
in several different places over the last year or two
when this guy popped up on my radar. But you
sent this to me, So why don't you tell everybody
how you got exposed to him? And what's the deal
with this the Bigfoot Expert.

Speaker 3 (24:21):
I don't know a whole lot about him. I remember
seeing him. It was last year around the time that
I saw him, because he's got this real creepy ass
picture of a bigfoot face as his Facebook image, and
he calls himself on Facebook it's a Bigfoot expert, and
he is not shy about bragging about his abilities. He's

(24:46):
been invited to all these conferences, but he turns them down.
He knows where they're at. He can do this, do that,
and you tell you what they're thinking when they're thinking
it and why. Apparently he has a YouTube channel as well.
I haven't checked that out, but I remember last year, Brian,
you sent me a screenshot of his Facebook logo image,

(25:09):
and you said, I think word for word, I can't
tell if this dude's serious or not because it's that blatant.
You don't know if he really thinks this highly of
himself or if he's making fun of every single one
of us. You just don't know. But our good buddy,
mister Steve Coles or the Squatch Detective, did a show

(25:31):
about him, and I watched just about all of it,
and I sent you the link. I don't know if
you had a chance to watch it or not. Steve
did a little bit of a deeper dive, or quite
a bit deeper dive than I've done. Steve claims that
were being pumped, and I don't think Steve even really
knows if this guy is serious. He did bring up
the point where he's accepting donations to PayPal, so he's

(25:55):
trying to make money off of this. Seems like I
know a guy that bought some trading cards, Bigfoot Expert
trading cards that were autographed that this guy put together.
Have you seen those?

Speaker 4 (26:09):
Ryan?

Speaker 2 (26:09):
Okay? Somebody posted about it on Facebook and I reached
out to them. I think I commented on the Facebook
posted they did and asked were they serious? Is this
a serious thing? And he was like, absolutely not. It's
a complete joke.

Speaker 3 (26:21):
Johnny Tucker. Yes, my good buddy, Johnny Tucker. Yeah, he's funny.
But yeah, this dude, this same is selling like baseball cards,
but Bigfoot cards. And he goes to the trouble of
autographing them and everything. Johnny says something like, for the
low price of sixty nine to ninety nine, you can
own autograph Bigfoot Expert cards yourself.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
And just his voice.

Speaker 3 (26:44):
He's got the cigar and that hat. He's out in
the woods talking about right there. He's right there. I
just don't know what to make of it. Dude. I
know something else I thought was really funny that Steve
talked about in his live episode. He talked about either
the YouTube or something somewhere people can leave reviews sound
like us. With the podcast, he has four reviews. Two

(27:09):
of them are people talking like us. This dude's crazy.
He's full of it. Are you okay, dude? Something like that,
And then it has two that's raving on him when
I'm saying, this guy is so knowledgeable. If you have
any questions, this is the guy you go to. And
another one something similar to that. Well, Steve did some
digging and the accounts that made those comments are owned

(27:31):
by him.

Speaker 2 (27:32):
Of course they are.

Speaker 3 (27:34):
That is Oh, I ain't thinking about himself. I just
I don't know it's comedy gold, but I just I
don't know how mad you can be at him, because
I don't know if he's serious or if he's just
giving us some good entertainment.

Speaker 1 (27:53):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
Oh man, he's got to be punking us, dude, because
I remember the text message I sent you a while back,
like last year, like you said, could not believe this guy.
He's got to be full of shit, Like he's got
to be punking us. It's got to be he's in
on the joke. I'm looking at his Facebook now. The
Bigfoot Expert, top notch bigfoot expert, anti hero with unique

(28:14):
deep Woods experience and divine knowledge. No one takes you deeper.
And that's all caps. Yeah, yeah, I think there might
be some play there because it's all in capital letters.
Than I do. Into the dark and Dangerous Rainforest of
the Pacific Northwest. I think I heard Steve and his
video say he's out in Washington State an ongoing Sasquatch odyssey.

(28:39):
Buckle up sis and enjoy the ride. I think we
should go ahead and have that cease and desist letter
written up because I have that trademarks. My friend can
just be using the Sasquatch Odyssey. But yeah, I'm looking
through the Facebook and he's got nine point two thousand
likes and forty four thousand followers on Facebook.

Speaker 3 (28:59):
He oh yeah, uh.

Speaker 2 (29:00):
But some of the posts that he does are bizarre.
It's just him on a green screen looking at what
looks like a bigfoot in the background, and he's smoking
his pipe and he's nodding his head. He's even doing
kung fu in one of them. He's got a staff
and he's out of his kung fu moves. Yeah, there's
a lot of laughing emojis when he's doing his everybody

(29:24):
was kung Fu fights he now.

Speaker 3 (29:27):
Is he's got that bostaff working overtime.

Speaker 2 (29:30):
Yeah. Three point two thousand views with forty five reactions
and twenty six comments. Yeah, I think the guy is
punking this dude. I think he is just one of
those guys that is not serious at all. I think
this is a person and I'm going out of a
limb here. I could be totally wrong. It sounds like
I need to reach out to this guy and see
if I can get him on the show. He sounds like
a hoot to have as far as an interview's concerned.

(29:51):
Because if he is serious and he is calling himself
the Bigfoot Expert, and he really believes that he's doing
these things, that is a conversation I want to have.
And if it's the opposite, that is also a conversation
I want to have. He's a win win as far
as I'm concerned. He looks like entertainment gold.

Speaker 5 (30:08):
Stay tuned for more of that Bigfoot podcast. We will
be right back after these messages.

Speaker 2 (30:17):
But yeah, it's interesting that people like Steve and Chris's
cohosts were doing a show about this guy. But I
think it needs to be said that again, there are
people that believe this guy. I guarantee you, no matter
what is happening with him, whether this persona is real,
whether it's a creative persona, I don't know, but there
are people that are buying what he's selling. I guarantee it.

(30:39):
If you get deep into the comments, I guarantee you
would see it. Oh my god, that's amazing. I can't
believe how great you are. You're the greatest thing ever,
and he's probably laughing all the way to the bank
and punking these people. I think it's worth sussing out
and trying to figure out if this guy is pretending
to be Legit or is he just pretending to be
this persona to get a laugh or get a following.

(31:01):
Whatever his end deal is on his stick, I don't
really care. I'd just like to know if it truly
is a stick, because we're just guessing at this point.
What is your gut feeling. Do you think he started Legit?
Do you think he's really into Bigfoot? Do you think
it's a combination of all the above, or do you
think he's just fucking with everybody.

Speaker 3 (31:17):
I hope he's just fucking with us. I hope it's
just a big joke, that he's just poking fun. I
hope he's a believer like us, but he's just having
fun with it, you know, That's what I hope. I
really hope that he's not serious, because we have enough
of those. We have enough sasquatched Ontario's and odd Standings
and all the others that we talk about. There's enough

(31:41):
of them. I just I don't know it would be
interesting to reach out and see if we could get
him on your show. I don't think Steve has the
answer after you're doing the show. I don't even think
he knows.

Speaker 2 (31:52):
Now. Yeah, I watched the majority of that video. You
sent me the link to it yesterday and we'll post
it over on the blog so you guys can watch it.
I think it's entertaining. I think you'll get some information
from Steve and Chris, so we'll put it up on
the blog for this episode, so you guys can go
over there and check it out. Paranormal World Productions dot
Com go to that Bigfoot Podcast blog at the top
of the page and you can see what we're talking about.

(32:12):
But I got that feeling that they were laughing so
hard during this whole thing, they got off topic, and
they didn't really present a whole lot of anything about
this guy. Steve probably thinks there's just this guy's just
probably punking everybody, But is that really the case. I
think there needs to be a little bit more digging
done and maybe suss out the truth about the Bigfoot expert,

(32:33):
because just that in and of itself is one of
those huge red flags. We talk about it all the time.
There's no experts in bigfoot, so just calling himself that
as a slap in the face to some people who
are into this take a more serious approach to it,
because we are the ones that are already saying there's
no such thing as a bigfoot expert. But then you
got this guy. That's his whole fricking stick is that

(32:54):
he is the bigfoot expert. It works. Man. He's got
forty four thousand followers. I don't have forty four thousand
followers on Facebook, so something he's doing is working. I
haven't really taken a look and went back into the
archives to see how long he's been doing what he's doing,
or how long he's been putting stuff out there, as
far as how many years or whatever he's been on
the radar, But I'm definitely going to look further into

(33:16):
maybe seeing if we could reach out and get an
interview with this cat, because I think either way, I'm
definitely thinking it's going to be entertaining. And just for
the record, he has a little teaser. There is a
listener to the show who has a connection with a
very well known Hollywood actor entertainer who is also into bigfoot,

(33:38):
and they're trying to broker a meeting with me and
this person. So I'm going to keep that under wraps
for the time being, but I'm going to suss this
out and fill it out over the next couple of
weeks and see if we can make that happen. If
I have any opening to any door, I'm going to
stick my foot through it and then I'm going to
stick the rest of my body through it and I'm
going to go barreling in because i may only get
one shot at this, So I'm going to work this

(33:59):
angle as much as possible. And I am very appreciative
to this listener that reached out and said they would
offer to help facilitate that. So I'm hoping, keeping my
fingers and toes crossed, it will happen at some point
in time in the future, and if it does, we'll
probably play that interview for you guys over here as well,
because I think it's going to be a doozy. You
also sent me something else, Wayne, Why don't you talk

(34:19):
a little bit about this video clip that you sent
me that you wanted to talk about and what do
you feel about it as far as whether you think
it's real or not.

Speaker 3 (34:28):
This has secretly always been one of my favorite bigfoot clips.
I have always had this gut feeling that it was real.
I have been proven wrong so many times, though, so
it would not surprise me. Two thousand and nine is
when this was released. It is the deer and the foughts.

(34:53):
There's two deer and one fox and they are frozen
like in fear, looking at this thing at the end
of this road. The thing looks like a bigfoot to me.
It's i'd say one hundred yards away, maybe a little more.
People have always argued that this was an old man

(35:14):
in a blue coat with khaki pants. I don't think
that at all. Are you're looking at it now, Brian?
If you look at the grass around where hit the
thing's waist is what color is that? That's white? That's
light right, So of course Hit the bottom half of
him is going to look like that. That's the sunlight
coming through. And then from the waist up looks black

(35:37):
to me. And when this thing turns and starts walking,
it looks like Paddy's walking away. The long arms and
how they're swinging. What do you think about it?

Speaker 2 (35:49):
I think I've actually reposted this in the past over
on some of my social media maybe last year, but
I didn't study it very well. It was more of
one of those clickbait experiments that I was doing to
see if people would have comments, and most people will
come in and say, hey, that was proven to be
a hoax or no, I've always thought that was real. Whatever.
I didn't really study it and still haven't really went
in depth with trying to change the contrast and maybe

(36:11):
zoom in a little bit. I was trying to zoom
in on my phone, but I didn't have the ability
to do that on Facebook. So I'm going to try
to see if I can figure out a way to
zoom in on the video and take a closer look
at it. I think the thing that got me about
it is it's clearly an old video, like you said
from two thousand and nine. It's not AI. It doesn't
look like CGI. To me, it looks like a legitimate video,
like it is either a person or a sasquatch. I'll

(36:33):
just put it out there. The interesting thing to me
is a couple of things a those two deer and
a fox. How often in the middle of the day
do you look down a road and see two deer
standing that close together, as close as they appear to
be to the person who's filming this, with a fox
on the other side of them, and then on the
other side of them is what looks like a bigfoot.

(36:55):
I think the interesting thing to me just watching it
back a couple of times, as you were talking about it,
is this thing, whatever it is, if it's a person
or if it's a sasquatch, it doesn't seem to be
interested at all in the fact that there's a fucking fox,
too deer, and a person standing one hundred or so
yards away from it. Right. It looks like it throws

(37:17):
up a glance maybe and says, oh, there's a person there.
I'm just gonna meander on over here. It's not in
a hurry. It just seems weird to me, the odd behavior,
because I would think, if that's a person, if I
am that person, I e. The potential sasquatch here, if
I am in that position in this video, I'm gonna
be like, holy shit, there's a fox, Holy shit, there's

(37:40):
too deer. Holy shit, there's a person standing there filming me. Yeah,
I'm something's gonna happen, right. I would be interested in
those things. This thing does not appear to be interested
at all. There's a couple of things that could make
Is it a person that is a part of this hoax?
I'm gonna stand out here and look like a bigfoot,
so I'm not gonna do any of the natural things

(38:01):
that it seemed that a sasquatch or even a person
would do in that scenario. I don't know, man, it's
weird to me, so it looks like it could be legit,
But at the same time, it doesn't seem like natural
behavior because any other animal is going to be interested,
in my opinion, in the fact that there's this weird

(38:21):
scenario where you've got a fox and two deers standing
staring at you, i e. A person or a creature
in the middle of the day while somebody else's videotaping.
There's just a whole lot of weird shit going on there.

Speaker 3 (38:33):
Wouldn't you think if it's a person that the deer
and the fox you're looking at, that they would run away.
These things seem almost either afraid or intrigue, and what
they're looking at is something that they don't typically see.

Speaker 2 (38:48):
Yeah, that's the other point, because they are standing perfectly still.
The fox notices this thing as it's walking off and
starts to walk a little bit in that direction, when
whatever this is in the foreground walks off, and the
deer just they wait until it starts to walk off
before they move, and they do stop as soon as
this thing is right there and frame. I would love

(39:08):
to have a conversation with the person who filmed it.

Speaker 3 (39:12):
I want that backstory. I've never heard the backstory. Anybody
out there that knows it, please contact this and let
us know.

Speaker 2 (39:19):
Yeah, it's all about the backstory. Man. There's quite a
few comments on this particular post. People are saying that
some dude standing in tall grass. Of course, you can
go down the rabbit hole with all the comments. I'll
probably do that at some point and see if anybody's
got something as far as an analysis that somebody's done
that may have shed more light on it, or maybe
somebody's come out and told the backstory. I don't know,
but that's the danger we've always talked about. When you're

(39:40):
posting things like that and you go down the rabbit
hole with no backstory, you're just left to look and ponder,
which is exactly what I'm going to be doing for
the rest of the day now, because it does look weird. Man,
it just doesn't make sense that these animals would be
standing there in the middle of the day and not
run off when person walked out, because that's what happens naturally.
You might have that if you jump a deer walking

(40:01):
across a trail, they stop immediately, they look at you,
and as soon as they know you've seen them, they're bolting. Right,
most of them could jump out. I don't know about
fox behavior. I've not been around too many foxes. Other
than them killing their chickens here, a lot of that
shit goes on during the day. But yeah, it's interesting, man.
We'll try to post a copy of this. I'll figure
out a way to rip it off the phone or whatever,
and we'll post a copy of it over on the

(40:22):
blog so you guys can take a look at it
and give your opinion, because it's definitely interesting. I would
love it to be real because if it's an old
farmer or an old man in the background, he's a
big dude, he is. That's a wide load. I called
that short round. I can't really tell how tall whatever
the creature is, but it's definitely wide.

Speaker 3 (40:41):
Give him a wide berth.

Speaker 2 (40:44):
It's definitely it's an interesting gait too. To your point,
it's a very interesting gate when the thing is both.

Speaker 3 (40:49):
Those long arms too that are swaying just like Patty.

Speaker 2 (40:52):
Yeah, there you go. Could be real, could not be again.
You guys usually know more than Wayne and I, so
probably seeing this done an analysis. If you have any information,
please send us an email Brian and Orwayne at Paranomoral
Productions dot com, or you can leave us a voicemail
just like our friend who shall remain nameless.

Speaker 3 (41:12):
Earl Earl.

Speaker 2 (41:13):
We're gonna call him Earle. Yeah, Earl plow your customers there.
You appeace her shit, Get out my lawn, fucker, Jeremy.
Of course, it's always got nicer voicemails. He's always got
our back and best interest at heart. We appreciate it, Jeremy,
and we totally understand.

Speaker 5 (41:28):
Man.

Speaker 2 (41:28):
We want you to spend more time in the woods
instead of sending us voicemails. If you guys want to
be involved in the show, we'd love to get them
from you. You can always hit the button right here
in the show notes. But you're never gonna get this.
There's only one person that always gets the last word
on this show. It is the Sasquatch savon himself. That
is you Wayne.

Speaker 3 (41:46):
All right, everybody, thank you so much for all of
the continued sport, all of the love, the well wishes,
everything you guys do. It's awesome. Please continue to rate
and review every chance you get. That helps us out
so very much until we get to talk to y'all again.
Y'all take care of yourselves, take care of each other.
