Restringir la alimentación es algo que muchos quizás hacemos sin mucho ánimo, pero con la motivación de un objetivo final. Ahora imagíne que su alimentación es restringida 24/7 desde el día que nació, y muy probablemente durante toda su vida. Es el caso de la pequeña Fátima, cuya enfermedad Acidemia o Acidosis Metilmalónica exige seguimiento de una dieta estricta para evitar un brote de sínotmas provocados por este raro padecimiento metabólico. Su madre Judit nos cuenta como es para Fátima y su familia vivir con la enfermedad.
