Welcome to Laway Coffee Chats, Simple Shifts, Powerful alignment. Today
we're going to chat about something I love, which is
pre paving. Pre Paving is a superpower, subtle and incredibly
powerful when used consistently. When you wake up, how much

thought do you give to how you want your day
to unfold. Most of us wake up and tumble into
the day. The alarm goes off, Mine's already busy, to
do list kicks in, and we're off to the races.
If we're not deliberate with our energy, the day happens

(01:28):
to us instead of being consciously created. And that's where
prepaving comes in. Prepaving is about directing your thoughts ahead
of time, choosing the energetic tone you want to bring
to a meeting, errand phone call, or even your morning routine.

When you prepave, you say to the universe, this is
what I want to line up with. This is is
the vibration I'm offering. This is how I intend for
things to go. And Laway responds in kind. Let's break
it down. You're about to head into a team meeting

at work. You can prepave with I'm going to feel
calm and confident. This meeting is going to be productive
and everyone's going to contribute in a positive way. Or
maybe you've got a dentist appointment later and normally that
triggers anxiety. You prepave by thinking, I'm going to feel

relaxed and cared for. Everything is going to go smoothly
and easily. You can prepave your commute, you can prepave
how you want your grocery shopping to feel. You can
prepave a conversation with your partner. You can prepave the

the entire vibe of your day. The best part prepaving
is quick. You don't need thirty minutes of journaling or
a full blown visualization session. It's about pausing for a
few seconds and deciding how you want to feel and

what you want to experience. But here's where people get
tripped up. They prepave and then immediately cancel it out
with doubtful, contradictory thoughts. Let me give you an example.
You say this meeting is going to go well. I'll

(03:41):
speak clearly and feel confident. But then you think, oh,
but that one person always shoots down my ideas and
I never get a word in edgewise. Well, you just
muddled the vibe. The universe gets mixed signals. You can't
prepave with intention and then backpedal into worry or negativity.

(04:08):
So my advice when you prepave, do it clearly, Let
it be pure, Let it be a sacred moment between
you and the universe. Now, what happens when things don't
go as you prepaved? Because I think that's a great question.

(04:30):
Prepaving isn't about controlling external circumstances. It's about choosing your
vibration in advance. And when you do that consistently, yes,
external circumstances begin to reflect your vibrational shift. But the
real magic is how you feel going in. You're not reacting,

You're leading with energy. It's like tuning an instrument before
a concert. You wouldn't want to show up and wing
it with an out of tune violin. Same with your vibration.
Prepaving is how you tune up before the concert of

your day begins. Now let's get even more practical. Here
are three ways you can start using prepaving today. Number
one morning momentum when you first wake up, before the phone,
before the emails, Take one minute to prepave the vibe

of your day. Say things like today is going to
unfold with ease, I'm going to feel good. I'm going
to focus on what matters and be guided to what's
most important. Number two transition points. Use prepaving anytime you

shift activity. You're going from work to home, pause and say,
I'm going to be present and connected with my family.
I'll bring my best energy into the room. Number three
high stakes moments. Do you have a presentation, an interview,

or a date, prepave You could say it's going to flow,
I'll feel aligned, I'll have fun, and the outcome is
going to serve me perfectly. The more you practice prepaving,
the more you'll start to see its impact not just

(06:42):
in how your day unfolds, but in how you show up.
And that's the heart of law of attraction. It's not
about wishing and waiting. It's about offering a vibration on purpose,
in advance and letting the universe meet you there. So

the next time you feel tempted to rush into your
day on autopilot, pause, you take a breath, decide what
you want pre pave it. Your future self will thank you.
