My name is Scott Gilbert and I am your host.
Today we are going to talk about synchronicity and cover
uncover what it is. I just want to be clear here.
According to Google, synchronicity refers to the meaningful coincidences that

(00:39):
appear to be connected but have no discernible casual relationship. Now,
we're not going to go into that because we don't
even know what the hell that means. We're going to
actually talk about what it really is. And again I'm
not saying these people are wrong, and people are all
talking about synchronicity and you have to look for this,
and you gotta look for that. We're going to just
dig right into it and see and talk about what

it actually is. What's actually going on in the universe
that is synchronizing. I'll explain that in just a second.
Before we go into this, I just want to do
a quick check in with you guys and ask you
how are you guys doing in terms of your manifestations,
in terms of your attracting, in terms of changing your

(01:22):
point of attraction so that you're actually bringing into your
life into your lives the things that you want. I
am reminding you that if things are not changing, I
want to be sure that you know that this is
not just to be listened to, but it needs to
be applied. So all the things we talk about about
how the universe works, and about how to raise your

(01:44):
vibration and what it means to be aware and raise
your vibration and be on the same frequency, and how
you're in a being talks to you, and all that
crap we always talk about, and I say crap lovingly.
Of course, if you're not applying this stuff, it's not
gonna really do much. I mean, your awareness of it
might shift things slowly, but we really need to actually

(02:06):
do this kind of stuff. We need to actually do
our affirmations and our visualizations. You don't have to do everything.
You don't have to do visualizations. You might want to
just do, you know, your practicing of your meditations. Whatever
it takes for you to put your thoughts in a
place that make you feel good, which is your indication

(02:27):
that you are attracting your desires as opposed to resisting them.
Whatever it takes, you got to do it, all right.
So I just want to reiterate that I want to
be clear about that. I'm here to help and I
want to make sure that you're actually applying this stuff
because my job, my responsibility, my self induced responsibility, is
to simplify the law of attraction so that we all

(02:50):
can benefit from it. Okay, so let me get back
to where I was again. So what is synchronicity. Let's
just talk about what people think about synchronicity. It's like
I'm looking at the clock and I see one one
one one eleven eleven. Ooh, that's synchronicity. Well, you know
it actually is, But what does that mean? Where is

(03:10):
it coming from? Why are you looking there at that
very moment. Let's let's go into this for a quick
second and realize that everything that you desire, everything you
desire is noted and virtually tended to by your inner being.
And for those of you who are tuning in for
the first time, your inner being is the non physical you.

(03:32):
You exist simultaneously as a part of your consciousness in
this body, and the greater part of your consciousness is
in non physical form. When you came here into this body,
you kind of jettison the peace of your consciousness, and
you're being guided by your non physical self. Some people

(03:53):
call it your inner being. Some people call it your
higher self. Some people call it your soul, your guardian angel.
It doesn't matter what you call it. It really doesn't matter.
It's the same thing. So that's what I mean when
I say you're being tended to by your inner being,
it basically means you're being guided. Now, a lot of
people have trouble understanding or believing this, but when you

really think about it, consciousness and why are we here?
Who are we? How could we think? I'm not going
to go deep into that stuff. I'm just going to
talk about synchronicity, but I'm giving you a little understanding
that you are non physical. You are in a physical body,
and you're being guided all the time by you. It's
your energy, it's your source. What guidance you get isn't

(04:39):
the guidance I get. Because we have different desires and
we're being guided by ourselves, if that makes kind of
sense to you. So the reason why that's important when
it comes to talking about synchronicity is because you synchronicity
is part of that guidance. See, the thing is this,
when you understand that you're being guide by your inner

(05:00):
being by your soul, you tend to pay attention to it.
And when you're paying attention to it, you're going to
take action on it. When you take action on it,
you're going to see the results. I mean, how many
times have you gone through something in life and say,
damn it, I knew I should have done that. You're
being guided, you know it. But people are expecting these

(05:22):
massively huge things to appear for guidance, and it doesn't
really work that way. It's it's subtle, it's small. Can
it get big? Sure, but you got to believe it
and work your way there. So we're being guided to
the point of what we're ready to be guided for.
Your inner being, your source energy, knows what you're ready for.

(05:44):
And no one's gonna, like, you know, appear before you
this amazing whatever. I'm just creating some shit, you know.
Just it's not going to just appear before you in
some grandiose way when you're not ready for it. So
what's going on here is your inner being is guiding
you and nudging you along to see that that there's guidance,

(06:07):
and that's what synchronicity actually is. So let's give an example.
You know, everybody talks about again, the eleven eleven. It's
not just about the eleven eleven. Why do people want
to see eleven eleven? Because everyone's talking about it, and
now you believe that, and that's what you want to see.
And so your inter being is saying, all right, you
want to see eleven eleven, I'll show you eleven eleven.
But understand, your inner being is not changing the time.

(06:29):
Your inner being is providing you with a nudge with
the right timing. It's all about timing. That's what synchronoicity is.
It's about timing. It's about your inner being knowing what
your path is that you're ready for at this very moment.
And you know, it's wonderful when you realize that you

(06:50):
are being guided because when you do, you'll feel that
emotion and once you recognize that, it will dovetail and
grow and it will become stronger. And that's the tension
of this. So you know, for me, it's not just
eleven eleven. Very often, excuse me, excuse me, very often,
I notice when it's exactly on the hour or exactly

(07:13):
on the half hour, I just feel this nudge to look,
and I look, and then you know, I see my
phone number the least four digits, and my phone number
often come up. I see my birthday come up often
all the time. You know, I'm tuned into it. I
realized it's my owner being nudging me, and I have
this smile on my face every time it happens. Does

(07:33):
it happen every time? No, of course not. You know,
you're not playing games with yourself here. You're trying to
guide yourself. And the point is is that when you
do have that knowledge that you're the one guiding yourself
and that you've got that and you've got it, you really,
you know you you felt the nudge to turn around
and look at the clock at that moment. That's what

(07:55):
it feels like to be guided. It's just this little
tiny thing inside it. It could or strong, but don't
don't underestimate how important it is that these little things happen.
I'll give you an example. Earlier today, I was, uh,
I was doing some posting on Instagram. Actually, I have
a new Instagram account for think let's well, I'll try

(08:15):
to tell you about that in a second. But anyway,
so I'm new to that and I'm posting it to
cross post to a Facebook page, and I started. I
just started doing that, knowing I can do that and
prous do the content. So I was doing it manually
for the posts I've already done, and I'm doing it
again and again and again and again, and something just

(08:36):
came across me. You know, maybe you're doing too much.
Maybe you're doing too much. Slow down. I felt that,
but I kept going anyway. And after two or three
posts more, a notice came up on the screen on
my phone. It said Instagram is I don't remember the
exact words, but the gist is stop doing that. It's on.
It's not natural, and you know it. We're gonna We're

(08:59):
gonna penali you essentially if you keep doing that. So
I stopped. The point that I'm making is I felt
the nudge. I didn't take action on it. I felt it,
I didn't take action on it. I knew it was there.
I was being guided and I didn't take action on it.
So why am I sharing that? Because I want you
to realize that it's often very very small, it's very
tiny nudges. The more you become aware of what's going

(09:22):
on around you and what the universe and when I
say the universe interchangeably with your inner being is guiding
you towards you realize that every single thing that you
desire in your life, that you've ever desired, is waiting
for you. All you need to do and me too.
It's not always easy. I get that is to align

(09:43):
yourself on the frequency of what you're desiring, which is
always a high frequency. The highest frequency is the frequency
of love. Any positive emotion is going to indicate you're
attracting what you want. Any negative, where I shouldn't say
any no bad feeling emotion is indicating that you are

(10:05):
resisting what you want. Now, I'm not saying that emotions
are bad or good. They're not I say positive or negative, bad, good.
What I'm really saying is all emotions are good, but
they don't all feel good. It's kind of like you
have a temperature gauge in your car and it's telling

(10:25):
you that your car is overheating. You know, is it
a bad gauge because it's giving you something that you
don't want to hear. No, it's just indicating the temperature
of your engine. It is not heating your engine, it's
not causing it. It's just telling you what's going on.
So you could shut it off, cool it down, do
whatever you need to do, take it into a shop,

(10:47):
and take care of the issue. That's what your emotions do.
So when you're feeling a negative emotion, it's not a
bad thing, it's a good thing. It's telling you need
to do something about it. And what do you do.
You change what you're thinking about. You do something that's
going to make you feel good. For one of the
things I do, you've probably heard me say it if
you've listened to me before. I often turn on music,

(11:07):
music that I love, crank that up, and suddenly I'm
in a great mood, even if I'm in the middle
of a work day, or take a walk around the block.
You know, there's a lot of things we can all,
you know, look into ourselves for things we like to
do and get our mind off of whatever was bothering
us or whatever was producing that negative emotion. Some people
turn to me, and I've had emails and people saying,

(11:29):
but I don't want to do that because I don't
want to ignore it. I don't want to ignore something
that needs attention. And I'm going to say the universe
works the opposite way. Anything you put your attention on expanse.
That is the nature of the universe. Whatever you're thinking
about is emitting a point of attraction or a vibration,
and the law of attraction, which is more physics than

(11:51):
anything else, brings in other events, people, situations, and circumstances
that are on the same vibration and they enter your experience.
So I'm going to tell you, if you've got shit
going on that you think you have to solve, that's
going to keep it in your experience, what you need
to do is think about something else and just let
it fade away. Yeah it might sound too easy, but

(12:14):
that's the way it works. And it's not always easy.
I get that. When you have stuff going on, it
builds momentum and it gets stronger and it's hard to
think about. For instance, money is a big subject for
a lot of people. You can't pay your bills, how
you're going to pay your rent? You know what? You
got to take your mind off of it. Now. I'm
not saying you don't take the right actions to do

(12:35):
things that need to do to make money and bring
the cash in, but it's more vibrational. It's more thought
based than you think it is. When you take an action.
If you're feeling like shit when you do it a
negative emotion, it's not helping, it's hurting. You got to
find a way to feel good about it. If you
can't feel good, a way to go out and do

(12:56):
something that'll help. Then take your mind off of money
and think about something. Because when your vibration rises from
some other subject, that it rises for everything because now
you're in a better place. So anyway back to synchronicity.
I know it's all connected. That's why I could speak
in different ways around it to bring it all together.

(13:19):
You know, I get onto the to this microphone and
I start talking about a particular area of the law
of attraction. I try to go deep into it, but
I really want to connect it. So if you never
listen to any of the other content, that you're starting
to understand how it all plays together. All right, So
what will eventually happen is you're going to get good

(13:40):
at tuning into your your emotions, your awareness, and by
doing so, you could make changes. And by making the changes,
you will rise. Your vibration will rise, and you'll start
attracting differently. Now it's not like it rises and it's changed.
Permit lead things happen throughout the day. We go up

(14:02):
and down, we have things happen, people call, and now
you're thinking about something else or whatever. It's important to
try to get yourself in a good state of mind
before entering a different circumstance. But we can't always do that,
so it's normal for stuff to happen. But I do
promise you that when you put your attention on learning something,

(14:23):
you get better at that. It doesn't matter what it is,
whether it's fishing or learning to play guitar or knitting,
I don't care what it is. When you put your
attention on learning something new and you keep doing it,
you get better and better at it. When you want
to learn it, which is critical for being good at it,
it becomes easier and easier and easier. And learning how
the law of attraction works, learning how synchrisity synchronicity works,

(14:48):
and what's really going on here. There really are no coincidences.
We create them all and when you recognize that it
helps strengthen it. It gets exciting. So don't take anything
too seriously, don't beat yourself up. Just realize that this
is the way it works, and it's the way it's
supposed to be and it's wonderful because it's one hundred

(15:11):
percent consistent. So once you start doing that and taking
the right actions and being aware, you're going to see
changes happening happening in your life a lot quicker. All right,
