we're exploring eleven fresh distinctions powerful mindset shifts to help
you step into receiving mode. Think of these as little
check ins with your vibration. Let's dive in. Number one,

alignment versus misalignment. Alignment isn't a mystery, it's simply feeling good.
Misalignment that stress, frustration, irritation. Alignment is your GPS to receiving.
If you want to manifest more, check in how am

I feeling right now? Because that answer will tell you
if you're in receiving mode or not. Number two Ease
versus struggle. This is a biggie. Ease is light, open,
trusting is Struggle is tight, effortful controlling. One client told

me I'm hustling so hard to manifest. I lovingly said,
that's why it's not showing up. Hustle and flow are
different vibrations, and receiving happens with ease. Number three Allowing

versus resisting. You want something and still resist it. That's wild.
Right resistance shows up as doubt, impatience, unworthiness. Allowing means
you feel now how you think you'll feel. Then want

the dream job. Feel empowered now, that's allowing. Number four
uncontradicted versus contradicted desire. This one changed everything for me.
You want abundance, but keep telling stories of not enough.

You want love, but complain about dating. That contradiction muddles
your vibration. Clean it up by focusing only on what
you want. Number five feeling good versus feeling bad. Your
emotions are your manifesting compass. If you're feeling bad, you're

not attracting what you want, no matter how much action
you take. A feeling good isn't a luxury. It's your job.
If you want to manifest intentionally. Number six receive versus block.
Here's a truth bomb. If you deflect compliments, reject help,

or minimize appreciation your practicing resistance, you're blocking mode includes
small things. Say thank you, let someone treat you to coffee.
These tiny yesses tell the universe. I'm open to receive.

Number seven Focus on wanted versus unwanted. Where is your attention.
So many of us talk about what we want and
then pile on everything we don't like. That split focus
weakens your signal. Choose to tell the story only of

what is wanted. Practice it until it becomes your dominant vibe.
Number eight downstream versus upstream. Downstream is flow, upstream is struggle.
You know your upstream when you're obsessing about how downstream

is trusting, listening for nudges letting things unfold. So which
direction are you paddling today? Downstream or upstream? Number nine
non resistant versus resistant thought. Pay attention to butt. I

want to launch my course, but I don't have time.
I want love, but dating apps are the worst, but
splits your energy. Instead, say I want to launch my
course and I'm open to new ways to make space.
That opens the door. Number ten toward what you want

versus away from it, And you can tell which direction
you're focusing by how you feel. If thinking about your
goal excites you, you're facing it. If it stresses you,
out quote, you're thinking away from it. Pivot your thoughts gently,
ask what would feel better right now? Number eleven Connection

to source versus disconnection, gratitude, appreciation, joy. These are your
direct lines to source, complaining, comparing, self judgment, that's the static.
You don't have to be perfect, just reconnect again and again.

Appreciation is the easiest way back to alignment. Choose one
of these distinctions and play with it today. Notice how
your energy shifts when you lean into the receiving end
