Speaker 1 (00:00):
Of getting all the points that you can. It's the
end of the day, it's the points that matter.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
You're listening to the best experience, what they can best.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
All right, this is the best experience. And Nick is
live in studio.

Speaker 1 (00:52):
Yes, all right, we are Benz.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
That's it. California, that's it.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
Where the world from this for we got four days,
four days, We got four days the World's Strongest Man Thursday, Friday, Saturday,
and Sunday. All right, Nick, that was the fan, yes.

Speaker 4 (01:14):
Because we're doing audio.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
Oh yeah, audio, Okay, well we'll suffer, so cool. So yeah,
the World Strongest Man is Thursday, Friday, May fifteenth, and
then Friday May sixteenth the qualifying heats, and then May
seventeenth and eighteenth of the finals. Because they get no rest,
the top the top ten rewarded with dix more events,

(01:37):
which is pretty cool. But yeah, it's gonna be interesting.
In the qualifying heats, ten am is gonna be loading Medley.
So if you're anywhere near here, come watch this.

Speaker 3 (01:50):
There will be a free section with a jumbo tron
for those that want to watch. You know what I'm saying,
because if you weren't able to get tickets, but there are.
There's gonna be also what a not an expo, but
it's like a little fan gathering.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
There's a fan zone and there's also gonna be a
bunch of vendors and boosts and stuff like that, so
it will be exactly like an XPO, just right there
in front of it. So that'd be kind of cool.
So Thursday May fifteenth, they're gonna start with the loading medley,
and they're gonna go to the deadlift and then the
overhead medley, and then Friday May sixteenth, they're gonna start

(02:24):
at ten am with the Titan Toss Titans Toss, so
that should be pretty cool. And then we'll have the
stone Medley, which they'll be overprint, pressing, carrying, and then
loading stone. So that's gonna be pretty neat to watch too.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
Oh yeah, so we're gonna get a far toss, a
Titan toss.

Speaker 1 (02:39):
Yeah, so we're gonna go over kind of qualifying heats
with that. So in Heat one, we're gonna have Austin
Andrade from Mexico which he's also from Texas, h Thomas Evans,
Jack from the USA, Jacob schoon Winkle which is pretty
strong kid.

Speaker 4 (02:59):
Very strong. Can we saw him. Yeah, yeah, yeah, so.

Speaker 1 (03:04):
Tom Stoltman, which is he's the reigning world strongest man,
and Eddie Williams. Yeah, he sings, and he's also like
a you don't realize how big he is to get
up on him. He's like over four hundred pounds. He's gigantic.

Speaker 4 (03:17):
He's a big guy, and.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
He's pretty darn strong. So it's gonna be kind of
interesting to watch this heat. But loading Medley, I think,
I mean, Austin and Thomas are faster than you'd think.
Eddie's pretty quick too. I give this one to Tom.
If he's fast, he's long, he's got long levers. But

(03:39):
if if if anything goes wrong and Austin and Thomas
Evans get ahead of him, that's gonna be that's gonna
be rough.

Speaker 4 (03:48):
That's it.

Speaker 1 (03:48):
But that could cause that. So look for that. Look
look out for that. I mean, if he doesn't win that,
it's gonna be a problem.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
So, and Austin and Thomas will push him. Jocko and
Eddie will also do the same. Everybody in that heat
is gonna be out for everything. They're gonna have to
get every point out of every event. So the next
event is gonna be the deadlift. Austin in that group
is the heaviest deadlifter out of all of them. That

(04:19):
being said, Thomas Evans is a pretty darn good deadlifter.
Spoon Winkle is also a pretty good deadlifter. Tom of
course is a good deadlifter, and then Eddie Williams and
also pull over four hundred kilos pretty confidently. I think
he's pulled like four to twenty five, so yeah, he is.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
There's gonna be some serious competition.

Speaker 1 (04:38):
Now, this is for reps, so strategy is gonna come
into play. Being able to do reps instead of just
max way it's going to come into play. But I
could actually easily see Austin winning this event, which that
could be big. That could be really big. That's good
points and Tom, I could see Tom, you know, I
can see Evans sneak it up in there in the
top three on that one.

Speaker 4 (04:59):
Yeah, pushing it, pushing it.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
So and he's hungry.

Speaker 1 (05:02):
Stolman can't take any room to breathe on this event
unless some of the guys are hurt and they just
haven't said anything. But you know, that's the only way
this isn't gonna be like a deadlift heat from Hell. Yeah, yeah,
all right. So that being said, we get back to
the overhead medley. Austin's really good at the overhead so's

(05:25):
Tom Stoltman. But I think Austin's even better at overhead
pressing than he is, so we'll see how that happens.
Thomas Evans is also very very good at overhead pressing.
I mean, this is gonna be the reason why they're
doing this heat is too You're going after it to
see what's what. You can't just go, well, here's the
reigning world strongest man. He's gonna win this one. Yeah,

(05:47):
not in this heat, because everybody can take points from
everyone in this heat in all three of these first
events so far. Now we get today two Titan sauce.
I'm sorry, Tom's got this one hands down. But if
Austin and Evans can be in the top three in
those that could do some things at the points, as
well as Jocko and Eddie. I mean, if if whoever,

(06:11):
I think Austin's gonna be right there, either right with
Tom or just right right there with him the whole
way through. But if one of these other guys jumps
in and gets up in there, it's gonna be some
serious points, serious serious points and serious trouble. Yeah, and
then he got the stone medley and again I gotta give,

(06:31):
I gotta give the nod.

Speaker 3 (06:33):
Yeah, you have to. He's not on that.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
He's a monster on stones. But it's also overhead pressing
and doing some carrying some other stuff, so you just
don't know. But Tom's really good at carrying events too.
I mean, Mitchell kind of got him on that, but yeah,
he's not in this. He beat everybody else carrying, so
Tom's gonna do that. Should the last two events should
be very very very good events for Tom. He's just

(06:58):
got to hold his own and stay ahead and those
other events and might not even need to do that
good in one or two. Just need to keep the
point total up, yeah, keep it tight. All right. That
was group. So my predictions of making it over to
the finals is probably Tom, Saltman and Austin. That's who
I think we'll make it in. I could see Thomas

(07:19):
Evans popping in there and Jocko if Jocko is healthy.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
Last time he was looking strong.

Speaker 1 (07:25):
He was super strong, but he got hurt pretty bad.
So if he's healthy, he can be a threat to
even win the heat. And then Eddie Williams is just strong.
If he has a good day, any of these guys,
if they have a good day, this heat's gonna be tough,
all right. Group two Wesley Dorinsky, strong Canadian competitor, fast guy,

(07:47):
Petty Haynes say from Great Britain.

Speaker 4 (07:50):
Mitchell Hooper, Yeah, you got to give him a nod
World Strongest.

Speaker 1 (07:54):
Man, and he's won all four of the major shows.
He's gonna be hard to beat. We'll see what's going
on with his head right now. He's going to do
some things, so if he can keep that together, he
should be okay. The thing I we'll say is anybody
runs a marathon, they're pretty mentally tough and can get
through anything. I think he'll be all right. Bryce Johnson, big,

(08:16):
massively huge, strong guy. I see him winning the Titan
Toss for sure. Yeah, but I think he'll surprise some people.
This will be really good for him. And then Matthew
Ragg who's on Godly Strong from New Zealand. I mean,
that guy's you gotta watch out for him too. Now,
Loading Medley, I'm gonna have to give the nod to
Mitchell on that one because he's really fast, but I

(08:39):
can see Patty or Wesley, He's those two guys being
in the top three on that event. On the deadlift,
I don't think anybody's gonna be Hooper in the deadlift,
but Rags is gonna be right on him in a
really good deadlifter, and Drawinsky's not too bad either. Neither's
Patty or Bryce. So Bryce has been training because that

(09:01):
looks pretty hard, so that should be interesting. But I
do see Hooper kind of out and getting ahead of
that one. Yeah, Okay. Then we go to the overhead medley,
and again I see the same thing. I mean, Hooper's
a great overhead presser, very well rounded, very Yeah, I
don't see anybody getting passed him on those.

Speaker 3 (09:22):
He's been literally sharpening his tools this entire time, improving
everywhere he's been lacking. That's the one thing that we've
seen consistently with Mitchell.

Speaker 1 (09:30):
I don't think he's had a place, but.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
That's what I'm saying. That's what I'm saying. He's picked
up the slack on places that were like maybe this
or you know, like he's had trouble at events where
he's like, oh, I didn't place where I should have.
But you know, he somehow his head around those things.

Speaker 1 (09:46):
He holds himself pretty accountable. He is high self expectations
for that. So he's probably his hardest critic, to be
quite honest with you. That's it. So the next comes
over Overhead made the Titans toss. Wesley is a great,
great tosser he is with the sandbag toss, keg toss,

(10:07):
he's really great at so super and then Bryce is
like nearly seven foot tall, so I think he's gonna
be pretty good at the toss, so that that should
be pretty interesting. And then the Stone Medley. Everybody in
this heat is gonna actually probably do very well with
the Stone med Ley. Yeah, and at that point, I
think when you get to that, Hooper will just need

(10:27):
the points to finish it off and he should be fine.
Then it'll be who's battling out first the second second position.
I'm gonna have to give Dowinsky the my my guess
for being in the second if he's healthy, he can
do that. But Matt ragg is gonna be not to
be overlooked to you. It should be pretty interesting. In

(10:47):
Patty's Patty's pretty solid. He's kind of a freak, so
you never know what he's gonna do when he gets
into a position like this. A lot of guys get
into the big show. They struggle, a lot of guys
getting the big show in the Excel. So we'll see
what happens. Okay, Group three, Shane Flowers, Lucas Hatton, Matteas Kletzakowski,

(11:10):
Evan's Nana and uh Raino and now from South Africa.
No Reino is supposed to be kind of a freak,
a freak athlete, so it's gonna be fun for me
to watch him this year. We'll see what he does.
Matteos has been there, done that, very experienced, uh these events.
Loading medleys is gonna be fast. Deadlift is gonna hurt Matias.

(11:34):
That's always been his soft spot. So loading medley, I'd
have to say, Matteas Lucas Hatton is going to surprise
a lot of people with his speed because not only that,
he's pretty quick. So I can see them going one
and two in that the deadlift. I don't think anyone
in this heat will necessarily out deadlift Hatton. Yeah, so

(11:58):
I think he can put the points, pull the points
in the deadlift. Dame Flyers has done allowed improving, so
we'll see what happens and Evans. Evans is a strong kid,
he just like Reno, so we'll see what goes on.
My guess is Lucas and probably honestly, Rena will probably
go one and two in the deadlift overhead medley, Lucas

(12:20):
Hatton and Matyas Matteas will probably go one and two
in that event. They're both really good at these things. Yeah,
Matyas had the I don't know if he's still got
the world record or had the world record in the dumbbell,
so he's very good at overhead pressing and Lucas Hatton
just preuss six hundred pounds behind his head. Yeah yeah,

(12:42):
So right there, they're gonna be doing pretty good the Titan.
Then he come into the Titans toss. I'm just gonna say, Klitzakowski. Now,
I watch him do the toss for god knows how long.
He's very good and very proficient at it. Lucas is
also pretty solid at it, so that'll be one where
they could actually go one and two in that event,

(13:04):
but other guys can get in. Shane's pretty explosive. Evans,
you know not not, He's a good kid. He he
could just go off and surprise everybody. And then Reno
I haven't really seen too much of, but I think
he's there for a reason, and there's also a chance
for him. But I'm just going to say in the
toss it's probably gonna be Lucas and Mattas.

Speaker 4 (13:25):
Hey, I agree with that too, that those are solid people.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
Hopefully they surprise me and don't get offended. Guys, but
you know I'm old, so it'll it'll be. That'll be
really interesting. It's gonna make it work. Look, these guys
being so close at things, it's gonna be really interesting
to watch. Yeah, and one guy messes up under the pressure,
don't worry, guys, there's only like four hundred million people
watching worldwide. No pressure, no pressure, nothing could go wrong.

(13:53):
All right? Group four, Oh, we've got the Stone Medley
Sorry still Medley? Uh that one, I'm gonna say. Mattias, yeah,
all day. I agree with it. He's pretty good at that.
Then it's gonna come down to Lucas and maybe Reno
on that as far as that goes, but you never
know what happens. But it's getting through though. I think
it'll be miteyas and Lucasas for sure, but Reno might surprise.

Speaker 4 (14:19):
We'll find out, all right.

Speaker 1 (14:21):
Next group four, Maxim Woudreaux and I probably just messed
that up. Sorry, sorry, bro. Tristan Hoath, Trey Mitchell, and
Luke Richardson are gonna be in this group. That's it now.
The cool part is there's no grip event in this
one yep, so that's gonna be good for Trey, and

(14:42):
then Trey's been working on his grip anyway. Yeah. Loading Medley,
Max is actually pretty fast. Yeah, so Max is gonna
do well, Trey's doing pretty good, and Lucas back to
back to what I would say full strength. He did
really great, really good in his last show. Yeah, he's
covered well from that torn lat Yeah. I remember talking

(15:04):
to him about that when that happened to him, having
been through that myself, and it's good to see him
doing so well.

Speaker 2 (15:10):
That's good.

Speaker 1 (15:12):
Yeah. So for the Medley, you know, Max is really quick,
Tristan's not slow, Tray Tredy knows it's on the line.
Tray will be fast and Luke will be fast. So
that's gonna be a rough one. I see Max doing
really well and probably Luke getting in there with Trey
probably yeah, getting third for points on that, which should

(15:34):
be pretty good. Oh yeah, deadlift. There's nobody in this
heat that's got out deadlift tray.

Speaker 4 (15:39):
Yeah, this one in the bank.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
He's pulled one thousand and thirty six. He's a beast,
so and then he's been.

Speaker 3 (15:48):
Pulling no no.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
Now, this this event will hurt Max because it's normally
his one of his bad lifts, so that's gonna put
him down towards the bottom and make it hard for
him to get into the final. Luke Richinson's a pretty
solid deadlifter, so it's it's it's gonna be kind of interesting.
This would be good points for Trey, that's for sure.
And Tristan's not a bad deadlifter either, so this would

(16:11):
be good points for Trey and Luke that's that's for sure.
So that'll be kind of interesting to see how that
works out. All right. Overhead medley, I'm just gonna say
Trey and Max will kill this event. They're they're both
unbelievable overhead pressers. I think they'll go one and two

(16:32):
in that, and then maybe Luke and some of the
other guys sneak in there and get some good points,
But Trey's a phenomenal overhead presser. If he's got his
head screwed on straight, Trey is gonna be rough to
deal with in this event. He really is. And Max
has got the experience and he's just a great overhead presser,
so that'll be kind of good for points, all right,

(16:55):
Titans toss. Both Max and Trey are very good at
the toss. Yeah, they can switch places in first and
second that I think pretty easily. Tray surprise a lot
of people will being able to toss the way Tray
can toss, and Max, if he's on, he'll throw everything
like super fast. So it just you know, is he

(17:16):
are they healthy? What's going on? Based on past experiences
and things I've seen, I think that's what we'll see
one and two in the toss, and then probably Luke's
Luke or even Andre sneaking in there and getting some
points out of that. Yeah, okay, next Stone Medley, Axe
and Tray. They're probably going to destroy the Stone Medley. Yeah,

(17:40):
they're both good at pressing. Yep, they're both good at loading.
I don't see either one of them having a problem.
Karen Stones acts might go a little faster and trade
with the carry. But I think Trey will load faster.
Tray doesn't need techy, you know, Tray can just grab
the stone and throw unload it. So which getting through

(18:03):
I'm gonna say that'll probably be Traying, Trey, and that
one's gonna be close because Tristan, Luke. It might be
Luke and Trey, it might be Trey and Max. It
depends on how bad the deadlift hurts Max. If the
deadlift doesn't hurt Max, that bad. Max has got a
massive All the rest of the events are going to
be good for Max. There we go, So it's just

(18:25):
gonna how many points can he where can he make it? Like?
You know, fourth, fourth would make a different, a massive
difference for him in the deadlift if he can make fourth. Yeah, okay,
So next group Group five, the last group Andrew Flynn,
Nick Gerdion. Yeah, love that guy, Love that guy.

Speaker 3 (18:49):
Sorry, he don't make it right.

Speaker 1 (18:54):
So Pablo kodiaka Evan Singleton and Luke Stultman. This is
all gonna be another death heat.

Speaker 4 (19:01):
Yeah, this is a stack.

Speaker 1 (19:05):
You know Nick's coming in. This is his first one.
He's done some big shows already, so he just needs
to come in, relax, and just go lay it out
on the line. Every single event he does, you know
tomorrow he just needs to go lay it down and
just go go all out. And he's good enough to
make the finals this year. If he doesn't, he will

(19:28):
make it. Yeah, and I think he's even got what
he needs to win the whole thing. It's just gonna
take him a few more years to develop. If he
does it slow, methodical, he'll get there and he'll stay
there for a while. He's that good. Pablo cordiaca good overhead,
real fast, real fast. I don't see anybody beating him

(19:48):
in the loading.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
Megley, I agree with that statement.

Speaker 1 (19:52):
That being said, Luke's in there and so is Evan,
and both of those guys can go pretty fast.

Speaker 4 (19:56):
Too if they're dialed in.

Speaker 1 (19:59):
If I think comes in with the right head, I mean,
can win World Strongest Man.

Speaker 4 (20:03):
Yes, Yes, he's on the cusp.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
He's he's just got to come in mentally focused and ready,
not worry about. All he needs to do is worry
about the event and getting off the field. Don't celebrate,
don't do anything, just focus on what you have to
do to win. Then celebrate like a maniac. After you
win the title on the trophy, everything else, all that
energy stays bottled up, all the focus stays right on.

(20:26):
You just go out there and execute each event as
you face it. If anything goes wrong, you have a
short term memory and go get all the points on
the next event. If he does that, oh my gosh,
he's gonna be She's going to be deadly. And my
phone just got rid of that. Okay, So and Luke,
Luke's just Luke's been around us. I think this is
his tenth World Strongest Man. That makes eight of us

(20:49):
now that have done World Strongest Man ten times. He
is the eighth one. Congratulations. It's pretty cool. So with
the loading medley, I'm gonna say Cordiaca and I mean
that's gonna because he's so fast. Singleton can get in there. Luke,

(21:09):
I've seen when he's in shape, he can move. Nick.
Nick can move. This is gonna be kind of like
a really fun one to watch.

Speaker 4 (21:18):
Like I said, this is a loaded heat here.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
I want to see Evan do it. Yeah. I love
the kid, and I want to see Nick do it too.
I got too many people I'm rooting for you, see,
so reality hits I mean Pablo and maybe Evan because
he's got the experience, but he's got to have his
head screwed on straight. If not, you know, I could
see Singleton or Nick getting getting the second place in Okay, deadlift,

(21:46):
let's get to the deadlift kind of a kind of
a heel for Cordiaca a little bit. He will be
a good deadlifter in time.

Speaker 3 (21:54):
He's not. He's not one of the biggest guys four or.

Speaker 1 (21:56):
Five years from now when he feels all the way
look out, look out. But he's improving on that lift.
But in all honesty, the best deadlifter in this event
is Evan. He doesn't If he doesn't win that event,
he's got to be injured. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (22:13):
Yeah, I'd like said he that boy can pool and
I've seen it many a times.

Speaker 1 (22:18):
Yeah, and Nick's Nick's not bad at it. He's not
great at it. Oh, he's great at it. But I mean,
top ten guys in the.

Speaker 4 (22:26):
World, that's it bake experience many we're at the one.

Speaker 1 (22:30):
But he's getting better at it. He keeps improving. He
also trains to Austin. He's a great deadlifter, so he
could come in here and surprise a lot of people,
and I really hope he does. Luke's Luke's a solid deadlifter,
not solid so deadlifting. I see Evan winning and either
Nick or Luke in the second second positions and that

(22:53):
which would be good for both of them for point wise. Yeah,
all right, Now we go to the overhead medley. That's
gonna be really interesting because Pablo's really good at overhead
and he's fast. Evan's really good at overhead and he's
pretty fast if he stays under control, and Luke, well, Luke,
Luke's extremely good at overhead. Yeah, so that's gonna be

(23:15):
one to watch between those three guys, it really is.
Do I think Nick can sneak in or Andrew? Sure,
I do think they can sneak in, but I think
Evan's probably either Evan or Pablo is probably gonna walk
away with that. But Luke might have something to say about.

Speaker 4 (23:30):
That and.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
Get them both. So yeah, yeah, so Luke's Yeah, Luke
might be able to get that one, but I I
see Pablo or Evan pushing if they go fast. I
see them being a little bit quicker with it than Luke.
But Luke's in great shape this year. He's shredded. So yeah,

(23:54):
wanting to win could be be a pretty special year
for Luke. So but point where I think this puts
Evan in a really good spot because he can do
well in the loading medley, he can win the deadlift,
he can do well in the overhead. Then it comes
to the toss. Now, these guys can toss. Yeah, so
flip a coin on those Yep, you know, Luke can
toss pretty good. Evan's great at it, Pablo's great at it,

(24:16):
and so's Nick and I think even Flynn's pretty good
at it.

Speaker 4 (24:19):
So they're all big guys. They're all big guys.

Speaker 3 (24:23):
They're all closer than that top.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
Yeah. So I mean I see Kodiaka being able to
go pretty fast with them. But whoever goes quickest, the
smoothest and doesn't lose focus and stays concentrating and moving
efficiently and quickly, not not to the point where they're
coming off the rails, but efficiently, they're gonna win this one.

Speaker 3 (24:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (24:44):
I think Evan can win this one, but I also
think Kodiaka can too. But either way, you know, those
those would be good points for for those two guys.
Then we got the stone meed. Yeah, after that. Now
that's gonna be really interesting cause you're gonna have to
press carry and uh load. In all honesty, I see
Evan doing very well with this. I see Krdiaka doing

(25:08):
very well at this. Nick. Nick will probably do pretty
good at it too. It's just could be not making mistakes. Yeah,
and then Luke will be Luke will be solid at this.
Yeah he's so, but speed wise everything else, I mean,
Luke's in shape. Luke could actually I think Luke and
Evan could probably both walk away with this one. Yeah,

(25:31):
in the finals. In all honesty, I see it being
Luke and Evan, but Nick could sneak in there. I
think the Dead Life's gonna throw Kardiaca back a little
too far for him to make up. Andrew's probably gonna
step in and make good points on a few things
and shake some things up. Nick has the ability to
make it in there, but he's got to come in

(25:54):
on point and not make any mistakes. If he does that,
you know, it'll be a good learning experience for him
his first Can he make it in Yes, so it'll
be fun to watch. So that's kind of how we
go with that. In the finals, we're gonna have the
neck Carrian hoist, so that's gonna be pretty interesting. That

(26:15):
hoist looks really cool, so that one's gonna be pretty interesting.
That'll be, you know, a little bit of a grip event,
so that'll be kind of rough. On Trey. I think
Tom will kill that events. It should be pretty interesting.
Evan will kill, absolutely kill that event. He is good
at that stuff. Let's see here, Austin. If he gets

(26:41):
to that, I think it'll be pretty interesting, but I
think he'll do well at it. I think Hooper will
kill that event. He's very good at those things without
a doubt.

Speaker 4 (26:54):
Good at figuring it out.

Speaker 1 (26:55):
Yeah, and he's probably the best one at figuring things out.
But if he doesn't know, he asks somebody he trusts
and he'll he'll get really good advice. Mittaus will do
good at that and Lucas. Lucas will actually surprise people
on that a little bit.

Speaker 4 (27:12):
I think.

Speaker 1 (27:14):
Trey that that'll be one depending on the grit portion
of that where Trey could that could hurt Tray a
little bit. And Evan, well, yeah, ive already talked about Evan.
Evan will probably do really well on that. Now max
eighteen inch deadlift, we could be seeing a new world
record on that, And honestly, I think Austin will pull

(27:34):
very good on that. I think Mitchell mitchellill pull whatever
he needs to on that. I think, Yeah, I mean
we could see twelve hundred go down. I think I
wouldn't be surprised if six hundred kilos goes down on that.
Lucas Haden will pull really really well on that as well,
because all the guys that are about stix foot two
or a little bit less are gonna do pretty good

(27:56):
on that. I think Trey will pull very well on it.
And Evan, if he puts his head out there, he
could actually do pretty well with that. But his height
is gonna maybe hurt him a little bit on that. Yeah,
but I that one, I just gotta say, Hoop's probably
gonna run.

Speaker 3 (28:14):
Off with that, you know, I can see that happening.

Speaker 1 (28:17):
Hercules hold Tom's gonna do pretty good that. He's pretty
solid at the hercules hold well.

Speaker 3 (28:24):
He get a lot of practice with it out there
in uh in England, cause he do it quite a bit.

Speaker 1 (28:28):
Yeah, I think Hooper will do okay in that one.
Kochakowski will do pretty good at that one. Hatton not
too bad. Trey will actually surprise people on that one
because those handles aren't real thick. Yeah, so that that
one will actually be pretty good for Trey. Max will
hold it forever if he gets in the final. Uh

(28:49):
and Evan Evan. If Evan sets up right, Evan can
hold that a long time. So that would be a
fun one to watch. Yeah. Next will be the Flintstone Barrel.

Speaker 4 (29:00):
And this is on Sunday, first event.

Speaker 1 (29:03):
Yeah, so this is the first event on Sunday, will
be that behind the Neck press and we all saw
what Lucas did. Yeah, I think Lucas might take that event,
but I think Trey and Mitchell will surprise some people
on that. I think Mitchell, if he can't win that event,
he'll be in the top three in that event pretty easily.

(29:25):
And then Tom Stultman did pretty solid on it last
time as well. And then of course Atlas Stones Tray
and Tom will just absolutely kill that. And then Mitchell's
actually improved so much of that he'll be right up
in there as well. Yeah, and then Evan Singleton, He's
got a pretty good shot at doing pretty well with
the stones as well. Let's not forget Austin and a

(29:47):
couple of those other guys can sneak in.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
Oh yeah. Like I said, we're talking about the top
percent here. Yeah, these guys are all finely tuned.

Speaker 1 (29:56):
But with the speculation and stuff, there's a reason why
we do it because if the end of the day,
it's about going on getting it done exactly. Not you
don't just win because that's what people think, exactly. You
gotta go out and see what's what. Yeah, So I mean,
in all in all honesty, I think if Hooper's got
his head screwed on straight and steps in, this could

(30:18):
be a very good contest for him. I think he
can win a second title. Yeah. I also think Trey
can win this. I also think Evan can win this,
and even Austin for that matter, Lucas I think can
actually win this. Lucas might surprise well.

Speaker 3 (30:33):
He's been getting more more rounder with everything he's been doing.
And like I said, he got invited to last year's
World Strongest Man but declined because he just wasn't He
didn't feel he was prepared.

Speaker 4 (30:45):
But guess what, he's prepared prepared this year.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
So and I know how is gonna let him unprepared.
So it's gonna be good. I can't wait to see this.
I'm really super excited on seeing what actually ends up
happening and just all the competitors. Love you guys. I
just kind of giving people kind of what I see

(31:08):
and what I think we're supposed to do. Hey, if
you guys sneak in there and you surprise me or
you just destroy my predictions, God bless I'm I'm rooting
for you. I want to see everybody win, and since
that can happen, I just want to see everybody go
out and do the absolute best they can to leave
it all on the playing field.

Speaker 5 (31:25):
So exactly, and before we get out of here, Nick,
if everyone's watching this video all the way and give
me two tips for one for each day of what's
so much should be prepared for.

Speaker 3 (31:36):
Remember, we're gonna be in Sacramento. It's gonna be about
eighty degrees. You know, it's not super hot, but we
will be directly in the sun. So that's that's that
one of those things.

Speaker 1 (31:46):
They'll be able to go back, Yeah, they will, but
they'll have them. Like really, in all honesty, eat your food,
relax and enjoy the ride. Focus on what you have
in front of you. What the next event is. If
you do good in the event, that's great. Go out
to the next event like you place last and you
need all the points you can get in it. If

(32:07):
you didn't do good, have a short if you mess
up an event, have a short memory forget about it
and show up and just go after the next event
with everything that you have, getting all the points that
you can because the end of the day, it's the
points that matter. If you beat a guy by twenty seconds,
it doesn't matter you. All you have to do is
beat the guy by zero point one seconds or point
zero zero one. There you go. So keep your head

(32:28):
screwed on straight, go out and enjoy the experience, have fun,
and you know, take it one event at a time.
Do not count your eggs, and do not cry over
spilt melt. Just get out there, go have fun and
do what you get to do. Because there's so many
people that would be out there, you know, doing this
if they could and they can't. So go out there

(32:48):
and have fun and just enjoy yourself and lay it
on the line. Leave everything on the game field. That's it.
Just be smart. If you if you pick up something,
you see a different way of picking up something. Here's
a step here, or a movement there. Save the movements.
Everything counts. That's it.

Speaker 4 (33:05):
So I'll take us out of here, all right.

Speaker 1 (33:08):
Well, if you enjoyed this like sharing, subscribe and as always,
train hard, train smart, and be the best you can be.
And thanks Ben for having me at your place.

Speaker 3 (33:17):
We'll see you guys in Sacramento. And if you see
us walk around yes tomorrow, don't be shy, Come take
a picture, come say hi.

Speaker 4 (33:24):
All that good stuff.

Speaker 1 (33:25):
Love me and people. It's good to see you guys.

Speaker 4 (33:27):
That's it. Thank you guys.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
Next time, your best experience, what best
