this comes out, the seminar isgonna have already passed because we're doing the
strong Man Seminar in Sacramento, California, Untamed Strength several nice Jim, So

(01:49):
if you're in that area in theSacramento area, make sure you guys will
check it out. Oh yeah,it's it's high qualt, you know what
I'm saying. But yeah, no, they they have strength equipment, strong
man equipment, power being equipment, plenty of racks, plenty of plenty of
platforms and uh you know they theyactually have what you need there for any

(02:12):
any capacity of trade, to evenhave a card that lifts in the back
and fingle fingers. Yeah, yeah, I think so that's Oh yeah,
so that that seminar is going tobe pretty fun tomorrow. So I'm you
know, for those who were there, thank you for showing up. For
those who can make it always nexttime. So before we get in today
into anything else, really, wehave two big announcements. The World Strongest

(02:37):
Man. Yeah you're pregnant nine monthsWorld Strongest Man has announced its time and
location. So we're heading back toMyrtle Beach and that is May first to
the fifth. So you know,uh, it was beautiful last year.

(02:58):
It was great. It was alittle hectic because I got we had the
latter fiasco because and it wasn't afiascos. It's just to show up,
especially Myrtle Beach because that that it'svacation town. So guess what you're getting
to have a vacation time, beachtime, the boardwalk time, and the
World Strongest Man happening all in between. Yeah, real nice, so far

(03:21):
ahead of time people could take vacation. So yeah, it really made a
difference. And they're doing the samething again. Uh, it's pretty much
gonna get the same venue I thinkis what they said. And they're gonna
have bleachers this time. Yeah, fig one platform this time, Yeah,
instead of too so that'll be that'llbe really cool with the back of it
being open. Yeah, so peoplecan still watch. But yeah, I
think that's gonna be pretty cool.Yeah, it's gonna be very cool.

(03:43):
I just wonder how they're gonna dothe vi P this year, because typically
the vi P is always in themiddle and so you can see from sight.
Maybe that open side that they hadshown, maybe it was just a
rendering that they'll have the vi Pand then the sections for seedings for everybody,
or maybe it's the VIP sitting sectionarea and the VP off to the
side, because that beach area waspretty large last year. You know,
there were a lot of room.I'm sure they're probably still if they do

(04:05):
a truck poll or anything like that, a bus pole or whatever, I'm
sure that will still be on thestreet. Oh yeah, ain't happening.
On saying not that much. Anduh, you know, for those gonna
be there, please sunscreen Nick, sunscreen me, sunscreen. You know what
I'm saying, no burning, Noburning because a couple of us don't have

(04:26):
that much hair. And uh,you know, you know what I'm saying,
very bad, very bad. Sowe're definitely looking at the world strongest
man. If you're listening, makesure you invite us, make sure that
we come, make sure that Nickdoes his magical things that he does in
the VIP. Yeah. They Ilike the fact that they're going back there.
That was fantastic. I like thefact that they're putting in seating and

(04:48):
stuff like that. That's really gonnabe me just can't wait to see this
go down. It's gonna be fun. Oh yeah, it's gonna be absolutely
fun. Like I said last time, oh my god, it you know.
And the thing too about it isthat day off because like you're gonna
get what three days of qualifiers orfour days of qualifiers? No, no,
it's a event. Yeah, sobut you always get the Remember they

(05:11):
gave us that Friday off before thefinals. There's two days of qualifying,
next day, one day off, three events for the finals, and three
events the next day for the finals. Yeah, so five days so you're
prepared. It's a lot, it'sa lot. We had a lot of
fun, but that that day offgave us opportunity to train, hang out,
do things, you know what I'msaying, play around and make a

(05:33):
lot of contents, you know whatI'm saying, lots of squads you know.
Uh, we will be at thePump House because that seemed to be
the gym, you know. Wealso went to the next level last year
too, and it was a coolgym, But the Pump House, I
like, you know, that's moreof my style of gym, heavy equipment,
heavy weights, you know, andjust the atmosphere alone. Yeah,

(05:56):
both were really nice gyms, butpump Houses a little bit more designed for
mea squat heavy you know, justjust a little bit more design. And
what's what's his name again? Theguy the bench who owns it. I'll
cut it Bello. Remember, likeI said, he was a big dude,
and god damn it, he liftedhard. I'm getting older, so

(06:25):
I don't remember. You know,it goes like that sometimes. But with
that being said, with that beingannounced, also to the announcement of the
events at the Arnold, So you'regonna get the Arnold a few months before
World Strongest Man. I believe youknow what I'm saying. So back to
back, yeah, I mean ArnoldI believe is in March. Yeah.

(06:48):
And then so you got Cooper Matteas, Tom Stalton and Evan Singleton, Maxine
Thomas, Seddon's Bobby Thompson, Noblecar Or Martins. Yeah Martine is that
he's Oscar. I'm not going totry to pronounce her name. My apologies.

(07:10):
And so that's gonna be that's gonnabe a fun show. There's eleven
guys, Yeah, eleven guys. You know that it should be good to
see. It's gonna be the elephantbar deadlift. That'll end up being a
max deadlift. I know the framewill be eight eighty yeah, because I've
already heard that, and that'll bethe usual thing, except I think it's
going to individually this time, butstyle could be ramp style. They could

(07:31):
be going in pairs, but Ithink it's individually, which would be cool.
The Denny stone carry, I don'tknow. I'd rather see the bell
tote in there. It's it's supposedto be a heavy contest and you just
different. I don't make those decisions. So that's what they're going with.
A Pam's wheel. That's a goodoverhead. Whether it's for Reps or Max

(07:57):
will see that. I haven't heardeither way. That'll that'll be a good
one because it's gonna get pretty heavy. Uh like it'll be a it should
be well over four hundred pounds probablyfor fifty and then uh stone medley,
yeah, which that should be prettyThat's always good. The stones are always
good, especially seeing what the weightsare going to be for the stones well,

(08:20):
and what their medley is going tobe, you know, whether it's
gonna be you know, smaller stonesor what and carrying them and then clean
the tombstone or what they're gonna dowith it. That's that should be interesting
me personally, I would like tosee the classic stone of a bar come
back. Yeah. Hey, Iwas just thinking I was like, why
are they going to bring the stoneover bar because goddamn that that's a hell

(08:41):
of an event. Never came out. Yeah, because I mean it's a
breaker, Yeah, it's it's it'sbrutal, and it's a great event that
offers also separates the men from theboys, and you've got to put a
lot of effort in to get thatthing off the round. Oh yeah too.
Oh yeah, and me tear rightnow. The last year World's Strongest
Man, Brian's last man. Theydid simmer Bar and god damn it,

(09:03):
he had to go against somebody whowas just beast Yeah, and he just
won the Masters. So it's like, you know, like how many to
go, like like look, almostcounts. So it was Brian's better at
the stones and probably everybody you know, even Tom. I mean Tom's like

(09:26):
unbelievably good at the stones too.So those two are probably the best two
guys in the world at stones, especially heavy ones. Yeah, I think
they got up to like eleven reps. Yeah, I was thinking twelve.
I was like, because it wasjust ungodly that they had to do that
much, because you know, it'sworld wrongs man, so it's full throttle
dump the clip, everything goes sothey can't perform exactly, you know what

(09:46):
I'm saying. But it was justlike man two beasts of a man to
go back to back like that, and I said, Brian still won,
but how many reps it took toget there was in the scene. Yeah,
So I I think that should beback in the Arnold Man. I
would think the six hundred pound recordthat's there would fall if they did that,

(10:07):
either to a max stone or justhave the heavy stone like they used
to set it at like six'ten or something. Yeah, so you
break a record and don't slaughter it, and then set the next one at
like five forty or something. Yeah, because almost all the guys at that
level should be able to get somethingpretty close to that, maybe even like
go drop down to like five thirtyor something like that, because it's forty

(10:28):
eight inches or forty nine inches,so it's not super high that you gotta
lean back. So even with that, nick like, what's the biggest mistake
on stone over bar? People make? You know, because like you know,
it's a lot of technique to grab, it's a lot of technique to
lift, but you know, there'sa lot of factors that come into into
play for stone over bar, what'slike the biggest thing that you always see

(10:52):
people falling short on. The biggestmistake on stone everybody you're gonna make it
is probably the guy's not being closeenough to the bar. Yeah, and
have to go forwards with the stone, And when it's a super heavy stone
like that, it makes it nearlyimpossible unless you're like six or five or
over and can lean forwards. Inthat lean, you'll still clean the bar,
clear the bar. But other thanthat, I mean, the biggest

(11:13):
mistake I see you guys not beingclose enough to the bar or picking them
wrong tacky, which that's hard todo in Columbus because it's actually really cool
in there. So whatever tack you'regonna use, it's gonna stick pretty good.
You don't have to worry about itget hot and slippery or anything like
that. Everything sticks to the stoneeverything, so uh, you know,

(11:37):
and any of the any of thetacky that's super strong won't won't break up
enough to spread because it's so cold, so I you know, all this
everything else will pretty much stick toit like glose. Yes, that part's
great, you know, Yeah, you're not gonna slide very much. So

(12:01):
it's that part's awesome. That's good. You know with the Apollo Wheel,
you don't get to see it veryoften in many of the events. Have
you ever had an opportunity to actuallyuse it? Yep, yeah, I
did clean it. Couldn't press it. Is that so I think the heavy
one that year was like four orfourteen or something and the light one was

(12:22):
like either three eighty something or threeninety. Yeah, and I was able
to clean it and get points becauseyou still if they aren't, if you
clean it, you get you geta point. Yeah, but it's it's
you know, I just could impressthem. It wasn't the greatest presser.
Yeah, well you know that don'tneed to do. I got to use
them. It's a beautiful implement.Yeah, it's neat. Yeah, it's

(12:45):
like that wasn't at all polish lastthe last time. The last time I
seen it was like all polished steel. Well yeah, it's almost like staining
steel. Yeah, yeah, prettynice. It's really Yeah. That's what
I love too, is like alot of times like we were not we
were talking about this not on thework, and I think we were actually
talking to this about with Phil Fisterwhen we're down and you know, OSG
that just happened. Right. Hewas talking about like it needs to the

(13:11):
implement or the lists need to beunimaginable, you know what I'm saying,
Like they have to have that bravado, that style that like this is insane
because like a lot of times peopleyou know, do you see weights but
there's no comprehension on like you knowthat's nine hundred pounds. Well that's what
was cool about the Hummer tire deadlift. Yeah, did it because there's Hummer
tires on that. Yeah, Sothem tuckers look heavy sack and the Hummer

(13:35):
tires like one hundred and thirty fivepounds a piece. So yeah, it's
it's heavy and it looks heavy. So it's different when you put plates on
the bar. Yeah. The coolthing about the Arnold is though, is
they have to really thick plates.Yeah, the wayside and it still looks
like a spectacle. Yeah, andit's an elephant that that we're talking about
right there, because that's gonna itlooked that that thing whips. Yeah,

(13:56):
that thing with oh yeah, isit gonna be like a messing up on
the approach of like they need tokeep it static or are they gonna or
is it gonna help them to rollit in and lift Because a lot of
people, that's a lot of thatwon't make a difference, won't make a
difference. That part won't make adifference. The difference will be is exploding
into the bar. You're gonna havesome guys that are exploding in the bar,

(14:20):
and you're gonna have some guys thatpost blow. Most of the time.
When the guys post blow and knowit's going to be a seven eight
second poll when it gets up totheir max, we're gonna be successful with
it. Yeah, the guys thatpull fast might get their openers and stuff
like that, but when it getsreally heavy, the whip is gonna throw
them off and they'll put them outa position and out there you go.
There. You also pay attention tothat when you guys are watching the live

(14:41):
stream or if you're there live youknow, and you know with those events
talking about let's actually cover a littlebit of og. Well, well,
let's you got four who just cameback and said you might hit it.
He hitted it, setting a newrecord with that thing. Yeah, so
that'll be kind of interesting, especiallykind of how fast he's coming back.
He's coming back to it. Butthen again, you already trained and got

(15:03):
ready for a power with the YEP, so he should be pretty well ready
by the time he comes back. But setting in your record with that because
he pulled on forty seven or something, Yeah, yeah, exactly. That's
that's staying something right there, Thatis saying something. And he's actually doing
both the US and the UK rightso week after weeks, Yeah, does

(15:28):
he use one for like a trainingweek the week before and going yeah,
because you usually don't want to bebeat on yourself that bad going into something
like this because the prize money isvastly different between Yeah, the two exactly
exactly. You want a place ashigh as you can at the Big RL
because yeah, it's exactly exactly. And you know, and here's the thought

(15:54):
process on this, with him alreadybeing a World Strongest Man winner, him
doing these two shows, you know, is there a possibility that there might
be a special invite? You knowwhat I'm saying, Because if you're a
past winner sometimes yeah, he's aformer champion if he's in shape. But
that's what I'm saying, special he'sa formal champion. If you're in shape

(16:14):
and you're a formal champion, Sothere we go. Colin said that last
year. Yeah, there isn't youknow what I'm saying that. You know,
I'm just doing two shows like thisback to back, and like you
said, one to tune up oneone, what's go? But what if
he's doing to tune up? Andthen you know, because the world is
not that far away from it?Right, Yeah? Because May first is
not a not that much for abreak. But if you're in shape and

(16:37):
you don't get hurt, yeah, then you're just you take a week rest
and then start mapping out what you'regonna do for worlds. Right, And
we still have having an event talkyet about World yet, so that hasn't
even even come close to even crossinganything yet. So he's still going to
have twelve events. Yeah, soyou know, basically you got six events
a day off and six more eventsexactly to make the finals, you know

(17:00):
what I'm saying. And with Brianretiring, how much does it really open
for everyone looking towards towards World, you know what I'm saying, Because like
Brian's always that in factor when Worldis coming, because like you know,
like it's any given day that anybodycan win and have a great day and
a bad day. But you know, like Brian looming over everybody, that's
a big shadow to step, youknow, to have to work within.

(17:25):
Yeah, I think running being outof it now it's going to provide more
opportunity because somebody else will make itinto the finals that didn't make it in
I mean, he made more finalsin a row than anyone exactly ever.
Yeah, so that's pretty impressive. So somebody knew that didn't make it last
year, or it's just going tomake it that much easier for another different

(17:47):
person to get into the finals.Yeah, that's good, that's good.
All right, Well let's step intoOSG. Man. What a week end
man, Like, you know,I have never even chilli. I meant
out jail, you know what I'msaying. He was released on his own
good behavior after about thirty seconds, but it was still funny. Oh yeah,

(18:11):
you know, I've never eaten thatmuch chilies in my entire life.
I was just having a about that. I think I've eaten chilies more times
than I ever want to eat again. So, like it was easy just
to walk through the mall and therewas a Chilis in there that had pretty
solid food, so we ate alot of meals there. Yeah, but

(18:32):
it was good. Yeah, fun. Yeah, it was a lot of
fun, a lot of events.Three with the final count was three hundred
and seventy five competitors. Good Godlike first day, Yeah, twelve classes
exactly and as men and women, and like I said, the first day
was a little rough. And andwhat I mean rough it is just long.
It was just long. Yeah,is that everything went smoothly, it

(18:53):
was going to go, but itwas just long, you know what I'm
saying. With that many competitors hitting, and you know there's gonna be injuries,
there's gonna be things like that whereit's gonna, you know, bring
down the pack. But at thesame time, it was a hell of
event. The third the stand andsubmit the melody, Oh man, it
really put people through the ringer.Well, that yoke really showed you why

(19:15):
straw Man, you have to beyou have to be able to do everything.
So you like, the people thatdo a lot of Olympic liftings stuff
like that could do their thing onthe first two because you can still jerk
a dumbbell. And then the firstthe first one, the wheel wheels with
the regular bar on it. Butwhen he got to the axle, especially
the anchor, because people were usedto like putting weight into it and then

(19:41):
coming up underneath it where the regularyoke, it's not gonna rock forwards all
the back. Yeah, And allthat kinetic energy was stored yep into the
anchor whatever forwards and they picked itup and it would swing out and I
mean and you saw it consistently.Yeah. And the guys that would hold
and like wait for it to stopswinging before they pressed it held it so

(20:04):
long you lose your tightness or theyjust held it too long time under tension.
Yeah. And the other part toois like, you know, the
people who figured out it needs tobe a strict press, those are the
people that nailed it. Yeah. But most of these coaches are coaching people
with strict pressing. Yeah. They'reOlympic they you know a lot of them

(20:26):
have crossed press lifting backgrounds and theydon't really have their people do a lot
of strict pressing. But the momentyou need there was a block in there
they should have strict press. Yeah. And that block was brutal too,
because not very many people nailed it. Well not that you've got to yeah
exactly. Yeah that that that anchor, that anchor yo, definitely messed everybody

(20:47):
up. So that was hell.It was still fun to watch, fun
to watch, you know, theguys who got too fast or the guys
that there were still guys that jerkthat. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,
there there was people like which thisyear strength it takes to do that.
But the people that did it thatwere super fast, that like,

(21:07):
I don't know, seemed they're greatoverhead pressers anyway. Yeah, as far
as the jerk go, there's ahandful of them, probably five or six
that just smashed right on through it. But you can see them struggling and
catch their balance and yeah, puttheir legs back together and stand her up
with it. Yeah, because that'sBlake couldn't be there. You had to
beat shoulder with apart straight together terriblywhen you finish. So and then you

(21:32):
know, people bring the block upthey said on their chest. They reached
down and they press it off andthat's going to be all strict pressing and
people still try to use their legsa little bit. But it was kind
of awkward. Yeah, because it'sthe bend. It's that bend that people
are using. There's only like twoor three people they saw do the flip
trick that you were talking about, where you're like hand like here and then
who and then there was no needto bend. It was just a straight

(21:53):
strip press. I mean you holdit in away where one's in the corner
and the other one's kind of likeon the side, and you can catch
it on your belt and you throwit up in the air, and as
it rotates, you just move onehand down and catch it in the middle.
And then this one is already inthe middle, so you move it
up and catch it here, andthen this one comes down and catch it
here, and you end up catchingit about chin level and then it's not

(22:17):
so bad to press it from thereso exactly, but it's a lot of
practice, and if you're not usedto it, I would be in the
back. I probably would have warmedup specifically and only with that implement to
figure out how to clean it whereit'll lighter way, because the waits in
the back a little bit lighter exactly. Learn how to do it, like

(22:38):
adapt to the best there. Imean, remember you want to keep things
as close to training as possible, but if you can't adapt to small changes
or big changes, just changes thatare going to be in the contest,
you're in the wrong sport. Yeah, because a lot of times you're gonna
run this. Nobody expected that.I think you're yoke. Yeah, that

(23:00):
was the key. That was thefactor there. The people that can adapt
to that while there were the mostsuccessful. That's it. And then man,
that frame was brutal sticks and stoneswell you know, let me tearing
people were and and that's the thingtoo, is like the frame was heavy
enough to where the women's frame andthe men's frame it was. It was

(23:25):
just enough to really decide who's theleaders in these packs? Yeah, yeah,
big time. You know, theguys who did grip strength lived through
it. And then those who gotto the Dennis Stones you could figure out
how to walk, or the DennyStones with the Michlstones, the Nickelstone when
he got to him, if youcould figure out how to walk with those,

(23:47):
they didn't going well well, Andyou know, we had the world's
strongest helper Mitchell Hooper, pushing, pushing he was he jumped in and you
know, like everyone really did takenotice, you know what I'm saying,
And you know that that was ahell of a first day, you know
what I'm saying. Yeah, itwas. It was unbelievable first day.
It was fun to watch. Itwas fun to watch, and then uh

(24:07):
we had uh what was the seconddate? Was the Carrying Drag? Yeah,
deadl Melody that and you know whatmetally Metally Metally medley. So the
Deadly Metally went really good. Uh, you know, people did extremely well.
You know, there was a lotless people hitting the max. Then

(24:30):
I thought there was going to bewell I mean yeah, eight fifty five
yeah yeah, so yeah, yeah, it's gonna be pretty serious. Even
fifteen was pretty heavy. Yeah,so it was good. A couple of
guys pulled it, yeah, somore power to them, and it was
it was pretty impressive to watch. But the strategy and stuff that that really

(24:52):
came into play. I mean,if you got a decent grip, you
know, you go through three orfour fast, that's could be good points.
Yeah, real good. And alot of guys do that, especially
for if you can get to fourfast, it's gonna be good points.
Like in all the classes for fourfast was good points. That's it.
So now those who you know messaround and use the figure eights or use

(25:15):
straps, it would take a littlebit longer he gets set up with those.
Yeah, definitely did. And itwas like it was a great event.
It's always a good vent to watch. But man, the the go
rock Survival. Yeah, then andthat's when the world's strongest helper, the
best helper, the best helper camein because Nick worked his ass off the

(25:37):
seven day because that worked pretty good. I mean, it was good.
It was fun to do. Youknow, it's fun helping everybody. And
I mean it was three hundred seventyfive three and seventy five you know rock
backs. Yeah, but it's okay, you know, try to carry them
in two at a time. Soit wasn't too bad. And we had
help and there's about five or sixof us back there that put them on

(25:59):
all the competitors. But it wasit was an interesting event because normally when
you do a medley like that, carry a drag. The carry is the
easy part, and the drag, especially in the latter way classes, your
feet can't get hooked up to thefloor and drag it back. This was
quite the opposite. If you gotto the drag, it wasn't that bad

(26:22):
because all that extra weight in yourback and you could just lean back and
it was back further. So itreally made the lean back a whole heck
of a lot easier. It madethe drags, the people that got to
the drags most of the time finished. Yeah, that was kind of cool,
the hard parts get to the drags. Oh yeah, and and too,
you gotta remember the carry part wasit was I can't remember the name

(26:45):
of the company or was it gothat made them. So they were so
sandstones, so with a bag fullaround like an Atlas stone bag sphere and
then and then well that's it.And man, people put some more serious
work into getting those things over there, because it really it really defined the

(27:07):
pack on that one to the last. And it also changed some things because
like normally I would meet me,I don't see making events harder than they
have to be. I would havewore like a lever belt, left it
loose and then catch part of thethe both both the bags on the belt
and make it where I could breatheand move faster and put the weight on

(27:30):
my hips instead of on my admomenas I'm running with it, and then
drop them into the throw them intothe back the back of the sled because
if you put them in the front, the front digs in it makes it
harder to pull. You throw themin the back, the front comes up
a little easier, it's easier topull. But yeah, I don't know

(27:51):
if you could wear the belt onthose because get getting them buckled was not
that easy. Yeah, yeah,no, definitely definite. Yeah, like
and you could see a lot ofpeople were just having a hard time with
that go ruck because definitely added itadded to the carry, not the drag
the dragon assisted carry. A coupleof people kind of went over Oh yeah,

(28:14):
yeah, which but it was agreat event. It tested what it
needed. Oh yes, yeah,it was. Yeah, I definitely enjoyed
it. It was It was aspectacle to watch. And so it's just
one of those things, Lynn,I think if you do that again,
which I definitely recommend, maybe wehang cables from the from the up part
and just hut the bags onto himand the guys can walk into him that

(28:37):
way. The idea of the ofthe side with the with them coming up
to the sitting in the chairs wasgood. Yeah, but the other part
it was just a little too high. We could adjust the well, I'll
tell you right now, Like evenlike a co wrack system where it's just
like a little little triangle eve withlike you said, a cable and you
can hook it on there and thenthey just slip on and you just the

(28:59):
concrete. Yeah, just just likethat's it. That's it. And then
uh finals, Man, finals wasfun as hell. Like we had sandbag
that's it, and them stones andsand bag. You know, I was
you know sometimes when you watch eventsand you're watching like clips and stuff like
that, the sand bags just goover so easily. But man, when

(29:22):
you got to do five bags, was it not? It was six bags?
Yeah, six bags, and man, that six bag for everybody was
a struggle, you know what I'msaying. And then you know, for
for each division it compressive, youknow, like, oh, nailed it
that like launched them into the atmosphere, things down, your hit the ceiling.
But for those who didn't really practiceit or train it or just didn't

(29:44):
have yeahs, that's that's what I'msaying. But some people fo that last
one. And you know that's thething about Strona too, is like you
know, you've got to be readyfor those kind of events, have that
kind of strategy. And like Isaid, some of them are going through
fast. And then when you havethat last one's like nah I or Kiki,

(30:04):
Yeah, Kiki did something different wheneverybody else did. She picked up
two at the time, dropped one, threw it, picked up the other
one and threw it. Yep,she had a great time. Yeah,
so it was pretty neat. Thestrategies that people come up with are really
interesting, exactly exactly, you knowwhen it comes to stones, and you
know it's always had, you know, you got to be prepared because we

(30:26):
were just talking about stones stone Manleystone over the bar, having the right
tack, he having anything. Butthe thing too is just being prepared to
actually just place the stones on thetop because like we had an unfortunate event
where someone nailed all the stones butdidn't take their hands off. He was

(30:47):
so exhausted his hands. Yeah, you know he did it though, don't
get me wrong, but unfortunately, you know there's a time limit. Well,
they'll give him five stones and fiftynine point Yeah, he finished him.
The clock didn't stop. All Yeah, that's it, that's it.

(31:07):
But you know, like I said, and then with with and then even
after that, like after after hewas done and we were getting ready to
go home. Phil Fischer ended upcoming to get us and well we went
to have lunch and then went straightto the y m C a gym.
Yeah, it was a lot offun. You know, Phil is definitely
a character. Phil is definitely youknow, uh, you know, still

(31:30):
a strong man champion at art.Well he's man, yeah, nothing,
nothing, and he's still great, dude. So that was a lot of
fun. I mean, we hada good time, got to coach some
of the other guys and then evenchow fill a different way how to do
turns and the farmer's walk. Soyeah, it was it was a lot

(31:51):
of fun. It was neat becausethat was the gym he trained in for
World Strongest Man. Yeah, soit was kind of neat and special being
in it. So really exactly kindof me doing a piece of history then,
yeah, exactly. We got tohang out with some of the greatest
people in the industry, so youknow that's something that's just nice. And
Lynn, thank you for inviting us, Thank you. Yeah. And Trey,

(32:12):
yeah exactly. Trey, you know, he's getting better, you know,
and you know he was if yougo back and watch the actual YouTube
video that we did we put upfor Trey was shoulder pressing a circus bell
honestly with a bad leg, withone leg. I'm like, Trey,
why he's I'm trying to show youguys. You know, well Trey is

(32:36):
God. Anything that was going topuss a string. That there's the reason
why he's the big ticket. That'sit. That's it. Well we had
it was. It was a greatweekend plane ride. You know, we
got home like it's just how itgoes sometimes. You know, that's traveling,
you know, you know when you'rea huge man, like uh,

(32:59):
the because we left Charleston to Chicago. Uh, there was so much mass
on that plane. A lot ofpeople were, you know that didn't know
what was going on. We're alittle worried. They were like, what
is going on? Human? Exactly. Everyone's just like like, what what
is going on? We're in thistiny, tiny plane and uh everyone was

(33:22):
like at least tens oh yeah, easily east easily at the minimum that many
because everyone was leaving, you knowwhat I mean, a lot of strong
macabinters, a lot of big boysand everybody, all the equipment. It
was a little rough, but wemade it. It's fun. Can't wait

(33:45):
for next year. You know bigsurprises. Well, we can't spoil the
surprise if you're wondering something too bad, you know what I'm saying. But
just understand it'll be a big surpriseand I can't wait. We can talk
about it, but it's Mum's thewords. Lips are sealed. But Liz,

(34:05):
if you see this, then you'rethe only one that's gonna know what
this is exactly exactly, Well, you know, Nick, it's a great
episode. We covered quite a bit, you know what I'm saying. Thank
you to our sponsors. Well, let these people know what they need to
