Speaker 2 (00:36):
You know why why I got to talk to you, man,
and we got to talk about sports.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
You all sweet right here? Look at that.

Speaker 2 (00:43):
Yeah, I miss you, my man.

Speaker 3 (00:44):
No, I do. I miss you too. I appreciate your patience,
you know, obviously I'm three hours ahead. I'm coming to
you from Las Vegas, the Ninth Island, if you will.
You know, we were supposed to record a couple of
days ago. Then I got food poisoning and then you
know that was terrible, you know, So you know, I
appreciate that you having patience with me. But I'm glad
you're on the mic. We're here. We're here for the people.

(01:05):
Lots of talk out in the world of sports. You know.
We got NFL. I got to hear about your Rams
fantasy team. Uh. The mean, look, there's just there's just
so much going on right now it is. We get
some w n B A oh man, we'll talk about
some WNBA. I saw one of the most exciting games
I ever saw in Game one of the w NBA

(01:25):
Finals tonight. So we will talk about the Minnesota Lynks
and the New York Liberty. Will get to them down
the line. But first thing, everything's going good with you.
Family's good, everybody's.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
Good that how are you and your family?

Speaker 3 (01:38):
Man, I'm good. It's really cool to be down here
and beginning extra time to spend with my mom. You know. Yes,
I moved out to the Big Island eight years ago.
You know it was it was great, twenty six nothing
holding me here, but you know, I miss a lot
of family events. You know, people come out to see me.
But you know, I really do miss kind of having
family on hand. And me and Valerie are getting adjusted

(01:59):
really well here. I finally got a job offer, a
nice to go to. So I start my job Monday.
I'm really excited. So we'll see how that goes, you know,
because I mean, you got bills, got they don't wait,
they don't care that you moved, yep, got to get paid.
You know. You know what they're saying, show me the money,
Show me the money. That's what they're saying. I can

(02:21):
even hit the button. So I'm really excited about that,
just to start a new chapter. You know. Definitely been
checking out the sports books, getting my little parlays in
nothing crazy, you know what I mean. I already got
some money in the fantasy league, you know what I mean.
So I'll do a five dollars parlay.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
Yeah, you know what I mean, if something small, you know.

Speaker 3 (02:38):
Well, let me tell you about these parlays when I
when I left, when I was living in Reno before,
I would take my five dollars and you go talk
to the person at the counter and you do a
five team parlay, right, five dollars, you know, one, ten, one,
twenty whatever.

Speaker 4 (02:50):
Bro.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
Nowadays they got these, they got these kios sports chios,
they got apps. Now you can do it from your phone.
I can play this is crazy danger. So look, I'm
staying with my five dollars. I'm not getting into deep.

Speaker 4 (03:04):
That's the limit for you. Five bucks is the limit
for you.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Because for me, I get to end on Sunday. I
don't really need to have a bet on it. I'm
already investing in my fantasy league, right, but it's nice
to have five dollars so I can watch the Brown Jaguars.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
You know what I mean, like makes it interesting, you know, yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
And it's it's pretty cool. But you know, I'm really
excited about that, especially with all the football we got
going on. I slinked and all of a sudden, my
Broncos are three and two. Man, I don't know what's
going on here.

Speaker 2 (03:32):
What I said, Man, you just got to give him
time for that, that rookie. Give them my running games,
give them a nice defense.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
Well that's the thing. Okay, So you mentioned the running game,
which it still not existing. We cannot run the ball
versus the Raiders versus Jets cannot run the ball, you know.
And I'll give credit to Sean Payton because you know,
last time we talked, he was on my hot seat
saying he had done and they went up to New
York beat Aaron Rodgers and the Jets, which for me

(04:00):
ugly game, but got the job done. No it is.
I'll take it if we can look back. But I'm
looking at my quarterback, bro he had sixty yards passing
sixty sixty We could go throw in the parking lot.
Sixty yards? Are you kidding me? At one point this
man had negative passing yards.

Speaker 2 (04:19):
Right, oh lord, Well, the second thing I said it
was defense and knowing and behold, it's a defense.

Speaker 3 (04:26):
A passer ten two interceptions in the Raiders game, the
Raiders victory this past this past weekend. He was really
cool to sit with my nice, tall big Wave. They
actually had some out here. I asked for long boards.
She told me they had it, and she came back
with Big Wave. I'm not complaining that the glad. The
mug was cold, and I.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
Was in good for anything.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
It was cold.

Speaker 4 (04:44):
I was just about to say anything.

Speaker 3 (04:45):
It was cold, and my team won, So you know,
it was nice to see finally beat the Raiders for
the first time in a long time. I didn't know
they had an eight game win streak on us, but
so I got to give my coaches and my players
credit for that. Defense does look tight. Still can't run
the ball. I would like to see a little bit
more at of boat knicks. But he put the ball

(05:06):
in the air forty fifty yards and it went right
through the wide receiver's hands like he should have had
another touchdown added on to that, so that I'm not
going to fault him.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
But it's a young season.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
He can grow into it, and you never know, maybe
halfway down to the season, he might be dropping dimes.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
You know. No, yeah, look, he's as long as they
continue performing, I can't complain. You know, I already predicted
them nine to eight, which nine wins is good for
Ricky quarterback to come. But I did say on this
podcast that they are missing the playoffs, so I'd have
to go back and check my list because I hadn't
gained by game to see exactly where I'm laying up.

(05:43):
But you know what, I can't complain. What about your Rams?
How are you feeling about him? This year?

Speaker 4 (05:48):
Last in our division? One in four?

Speaker 2 (05:50):
Your team ain't going No, doesn't look doesn't looking too good.

Speaker 4 (06:01):
We beat the Niners, and that's my super Bowl for
the year.

Speaker 3 (06:04):
You know, that was a great game because that was
a typical Matt Stafford, come from behind fourth quarter win.

Speaker 4 (06:11):
Yeah, aroound his.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
Career with the Lions. Now with the Rams and you're right.

Speaker 4 (06:15):
The lead with three seconds left into the game.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Yeah no, that was I love a game winning field
goal because you know, we always harp on those kickers
and you say, we only have one job, just make
the kick, and so often it's not the case. So
it was honestly it was. That was a really, really
good win to see. Honestly. Mean, you know how I
feel about Mike Shanahan obviously, Mike Shannon and Kyle Shanahan. Yeah,

(06:40):
I can't get the can't get the job done. Uh
he did so tonight. Give him credit. Yeah, showed up
against the Seahawks on the road.

Speaker 4 (06:47):
The defense showed up.

Speaker 3 (06:48):
Defense did show up after I dropped them on the
waiver wire, mind you. But oh love, that's okay, it's
all good. I picked up Minnesota's defense. They work for me.
They're on a buy this week, so I had I
had to jumble some things around. But you know, I
give credit when it's due. And let me just get
this out of the way. You know, I was bagging
on George Kittle. He gonna go ahead and score two

(07:08):
touchdowns tonight at twenty two fantasy points and all this
So are George Kittle Niner fans, you can get your
kickback this time. I'm looking at my stats. He's got
five receiving touchdowns on the season.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
So yeah, it's more than last year.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
I can tell you that because I had him last
year and he wasn't doing squat exactly.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
I was like, man, I don't want to hear it.
So good job for brock perty and his Niners. But
here's the thing about the Niners. While I'm on them,
they can't stay healthy. Brother, No, and this is that
now we find out Christian mccaffery's got ten to nighters
in both of his thing that the calf injury was
reported back in week seventeen last year, so they knew

(07:46):
this was coming. So they were very fortunate he didn't
break down in the playoffs and or worsehip because that
was his INMO while he was running with the Carolina Panthers,
right could not see. So you know, I'm looking at
this team and it's nice is that they keep churning
out running back after running back that can you know, produce.
But I'm looking at Deebo Samuel, he got hurt with

(08:07):
his hand earlier today, came back into the game. Same
with George Kittle, although the speculation on Twitter is that
he just had to go number two, so he running
back on the field.

Speaker 4 (08:18):
But they do know off with draft running backs. I
must give him that.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
No, they do.

Speaker 4 (08:22):
You're right, because Mason got out.

Speaker 2 (08:24):
He didn't, but that other kid came in and he's
he started doing work.

Speaker 3 (08:28):
So but that other kid, yeah, four to three speed
coming out of the fourth round pick, you know. And
so it's it's good to see because the running back position,
although these owners want to devalue it and not pay
these guys what they're worth. You need a solid running game.
You have to do take the pressure off your quarterback.

(08:48):
I don't care who the quarterback is. Right, Why did
the Ravens go get a big, big name in Derrick
Henry Because you it's important to have the run game,
you know, yes, So, I mean, look, we'll see how
this comes down.

Speaker 4 (09:01):
The running game is very important to this game.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
You don't have a running game, you're just one the
dimensional offense, and all they're gonna do is just play
fast against you. So you need that balance, I say.
And and in the in the in the pros, at
the NFL.

Speaker 3 (09:17):
How's he bought Kyle Williams doing? Is he producing?

Speaker 2 (09:20):
Do you have him one to this?

Speaker 4 (09:22):
This is the only bright side on our team. He's
doing real good.

Speaker 2 (09:27):
He scored five touch strongs in the last five games. Nice,
let's keep it out of the street going even though
I didn't draft them. But yeah, it's good to see
him much.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
No, it is, You're right, and you know, somebody's got
to score touchdowns because I mean poking the coup is
still out right, Cooper cups still out. Somebody has to
be producing and it ain't too too that well, that's
all I'm saying because that's one time and you.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
Know worthing tend that's a good pickup. But by the rams,
I guess they're trying to go for that. That the
prototype like cup, big physical. We use our receivers to
as tight ends out there, use them for for block
and he get nice I'll just call that no route running.
I like his route running good clean yeah, and on

(10:14):
the breaks is real clean.

Speaker 3 (10:16):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
I like that.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
He doesn't have top speed top end speed, but nice
route running will get you open.

Speaker 3 (10:24):
And Metts staff always appreciates the chain movers, right, you know,
like that's and that's that's really all it's about. One
of the biggest overlook stats I think in the NFL
is time of possession. And when you can watch team,
a big team that that does this is Philadelphia. They
get the ball and they are so just but the.

Speaker 2 (10:44):
Milk the whole quarter man, like ten minutes in one
quarter they're holding the ball, which.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
Is good if you have the under but I mean sometimes,
you know, but most of the time ending it with
a field goal.

Speaker 2 (10:56):
But but but for a team trying to win every
every that's the formula right there. Run the ball, get possessions,
keep the offense off on the field, and play good defense.
Yeah yeah, and that's as I think it's that's the
same recipe that you have in Denver right now.

Speaker 3 (11:14):
Yeah. But I mean I'm looking at at my running
backs and look, Javontain Williams is a great back, very athletic.
I saw he know, the little receiving he had from
bon Knicks moving to his left, try to hurtle over
somebody got over them, you know, but got popped in it.
But consistently moving the ball. I mean, I think they're
averaging something like three and a half yards of carry.
And that's between him and you know McLoughlin. And like

(11:37):
I said, for a rookie quarterback, you definitely need to
have a run game. And that's just something that Sean
Payton offense that has yet to be established. When the
weather gets cold, and you know, defense is tightened up
because they've seen you on the schedule, they have twelve
weeks of film. You need to be able to take
the pressure off. I've seen boon Knicks dress back and past.

(11:59):
There's been some shining lights, you know what I mean.
I do think he was worthy of his where he
got drafted and you know, picked up. But you know,
with long term, I'm thinking he's not. He's not as
mobile as proc proty is. The way he was scrambling tonight,
He's not definitely exactly. And Jayden, who I love. I

(12:21):
like the way, especially commanders get a hit with him.

Speaker 4 (12:25):
But on four and one are one in the division.

Speaker 3 (12:29):
Yeah, and we called it. Then we talked. I think
we both.

Speaker 4 (12:33):
I told you, I told you those commanders.

Speaker 3 (12:36):
See, that's why we hit record, because then you can
go back and say, yeah, episode sixteen, brother No called
them saying that they might finish, you know, first or
second in the a f C East or in the
NFC East. So you know it's I'm absolutely blown away
and honestly the game I'm most looking forward to. And
Matt Parker's best bet of the of the weekend, Ravens

(13:00):
Amanders take the over.

Speaker 2 (13:01):
I don't care if it's gonna go over.

Speaker 3 (13:05):
Yeah, And here's why because Jadon Daniels has a command
of this offense. They're not asking him to do anything
that's crazy, and I know he's you know what, they.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
Got a good running game over there. They got a
two headed monster.

Speaker 5 (13:15):
Right.

Speaker 3 (13:15):
We talked about Brian Brian Robinson, Brian Robinson Jr. He
is a bell cow and he runs.

Speaker 2 (13:23):
So angry and when he gets tired, then you put
in Eckler. It's like the same guy.

Speaker 3 (13:28):
I picked him up last week on the waiver wire.
He was somebody dropped him so he was able to
get me.

Speaker 4 (13:34):
He's averaging fifty yards and a touch.

Speaker 3 (13:37):
Yeah, that's perfect. No, it's good now. And I think
he was very underutilized. I think he would have been
under you actually let me. Let me. Don't want to
overspeak because hardball is a Jim Hardball always getting mixed
up with the Sandy Senio with the La Chargers. Loves
now to run the ball. So maybe Austin Eckler, if

(13:57):
he was there, you know, one more year, he would
have some crazy fantasy numbers, but they didn't see he.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
Can use them like a quorum. Here's a perfect quorum.
It's a prototypable like a quorum.

Speaker 5 (14:09):
Shout yeah, mobile, Yeah, but look, this is jayde and
Daniels is good and I can't say Chicago missed because Caleb.

Speaker 3 (14:21):
Willis Bears are finally coming into their own.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
He's in a role I think you score three straight
three hundred yards.

Speaker 3 (14:28):
Yes, if I'm not mistaken, he can play. He can play,
and I'm and look as a football fan, they got
him on a number A numerative of primetime games, so
you're going to see the number one draft pick in
Caleb Williams. So it's nice to see flashes of if
you give him time, he will find DJ more down

(14:49):
the field. And twice last weekend, so that was wonderful
to see. But I mean, look, Caleb Williams, Jade and Daniels.
Drake may is slated to going to start, yes, which
I'm a little bit worried for him because if you've
been watching New England, that offensive line is probably the worst.
And I feel bad up there. I mean you you

(15:09):
lost to Miami Dolphins and I couldn't even tell you
it was that Tyler Huntley starting for them last last week. Yes, goodness,
no disrespect to the brother, but he only been there
a week and a half and he would have talks
for her and put the hurting on them. So, you know,
kind of hard to kind of take if you're a
Patriots fan. But again, you guys did so much winning

(15:31):
in my lifetime, I don't want to hear it.

Speaker 2 (15:33):
All right, you got enough ready in my lifetime. I'm
not sure in our lifetime.

Speaker 3 (15:38):
I'm not feeling bad for you at all.

Speaker 2 (15:39):
Let's get back to this. Jane and Daniels, kid man.
I like him so much. I might say a rookie
of the year offensive rookie of the year.

Speaker 3 (15:48):
That's not a stretch at all. And and and here's
some stats for you. Jane and Daniels is the first
quarterback in history to have a thousand passing yards and
fifty rushing yards in the first five games. In the
first five games, so you know, he historic numbers here
that he's putting up. And I mean, you compare that
to Robert Griffin the third.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
His passer pretty similar, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (16:11):
Slightly higher, you know, touchdowns and rushing passing touchdowns, rushing touchdowns,
very similar trajectory. Of course, we know he Robert Griffin
third was electrifying and did win the Rookie of the Year.
Some thought it should have been Andrew Luck. I think
r G three could have, but I think he earned that.

(16:32):
And both quarterbacks turned around mediocre franchises. They did a
good job with that.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
But and I think we get the same same predicament
as this year. I think came in, went up and
Jane Daniels is going to be neck and neck all
the ways you to.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
Yeah, and and I had those numbers while I'm looking
at it here. According to NFL and CBS, Robert Griffin
the third one oh one passer rating, four touchdowns, one
pick through five games. Excuse me, uh, eight total touchdowns.
That's including his rushing eleven sixty one pass yards two
hundred and forty one rushing yards. Now, the kid Jayden

(17:07):
Daniels Jadan Daniels one oh six point two passer ratings.
That's five and a half points more. Uh, four touchdown passes,
two interceptions, and that one of those interceptions just looked
a little bit careless in the red zone last game.

Speaker 4 (17:22):
He's a rookie, you gotta give them.

Speaker 3 (17:23):
Yeah, eight touchdowns, two turnovers, eleven hundred and thirty five
pass yards, so right underneath RG three and three hundred
rush yards. He doesn't ever seem to be moving that fast,
but he really is.

Speaker 2 (17:35):
He is. I guess his stride is so long and
lanky that he takes two steps that's five yards. Yeah,
that's crazy.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
But he can also uncork it to tarry scary Terry
down there.

Speaker 2 (17:46):
My man got on armed. My man's got on arm,
and not just on arm.

Speaker 4 (17:50):
It's accurate. Yes, he's not on the run. He dropped
the diants on the run.

Speaker 3 (17:55):
And that's that's the thing too, because Caleb Williams has
got a very talented arm as well. Yes, you see
him tend to overshoot sometimes.

Speaker 2 (18:02):
Yes, I see some rookiing mistakes that he did, but yeah,
it's his rooky year. Come on, guys, don't don't be
stressing out that much because he still got a little
learning to do. But at the end of the year,
I think he's gonna be more. Like I said, it's
gonna be a neck connect with Jen and Donalds the year.

Speaker 3 (18:20):
And that's a good thing for us, great thing for
Commander fans and for Bear fans who we know have
been in quarterback just turmoil the last.

Speaker 2 (18:30):
I mean twenty years.

Speaker 3 (18:32):
Yeah, if you look at me, if you google all
of the Washington football team. You know our Skins jerseys
and you see everybody's from Carson Winz and Donovan McNabb
and every you know, all the names. You know. I
think Kirk Cousins was there at some point who had
a little bit of success as well. Yeah, the same
team with Robert Griffin the third. I think they actually
got drafted in the same year.

Speaker 4 (18:53):
The same year. Yeah, team draft.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
But as as football fans, we win. So if you're
tuning in to see Ravens and Commanders this Sunday, I
mean that's that.

Speaker 4 (19:04):
If you got them your local channel, yeah, jump on it.
Watch it. It's gonna be electric.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
And I really like the red zone. But that's one
I'm going to be paying close attention to because again,
you're getting two guys in their prime. Lamar Jackson's passing
this year has been fantastic. Yes, yes, he's numbers seven
touchdowns zero interceptions in the last two games against Josh
Allen and the Bills and Joe Burrow and the Bengals.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
So two competitive teams right there.

Speaker 3 (19:32):
He's having a great, great year and I have him
as my fantasy quarterback. He literally want me.

Speaker 4 (19:39):
Lucky Lucky man, I want him. I'm giving up. I'm
giving the whole kitchen seek for him. But the guy
ain't budget.

Speaker 3 (19:46):
No. Well, okay, and I don't blame him one bit
because Lamar is coming into his own and look the
Ravens are. He's doing all this despite a terrible defense.
We talked about it last time. The Ravens cannot all
the lead worth anything, and.

Speaker 2 (20:03):
Every time whoever plays them, it's Yeah.

Speaker 3 (20:06):
And then on top of that too, his terrible coach.
You know how I feel about John Harnball. He was
on my hot seat saying he's costing his team with
these ill advised turned timeouts, and he did it again
this past week right before the half.

Speaker 4 (20:20):
Is that a pattern of what you can see it?

Speaker 3 (20:23):
I don't understand because if it's not your forte and
this is a Super Bowl winning coach, mind you right,
if it's not your forte, put somebody in place so
that these blunders don't happen. Because when you you you're
costing your team points. Like the Ravens. The fact that
they came back and won, I mean it was very
lucky that they came back.

Speaker 4 (20:41):
He got a lot of weapons over whatever.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
Yeah, And if I'm Joe Burrow, I mean I'm I mean,
you see all that blonde hair he had, it's fading out.
I don't know if he's pulling it out in the locker.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
Is that white hair stressed?

Speaker 3 (20:52):
It might be, it might be. It started out as
a real slim shady and now it's turned into just
Joe Burrow smirk. But I'm not sure, am Sharania. But
I'm gonna drop a sham bomb on you since and
say Joe Burrow wants out right, So that means Jamar
Chase is not gonna get paid. They say they're not
gonna pay him, even though they should, like he is fantastic.

Speaker 4 (21:13):
They should. That kid is good man.

Speaker 3 (21:16):
He's got more seventy years touchdowns than the most everybody
that's not Tyreek Hill. And it's an amazing thing to see, honestly.
And I had I think I got a chance to
get it's chemistry.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
Gill's played from college only to now it's chemistry, man.

Speaker 3 (21:30):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (21:30):
And if you're to get jermy race and chemistry.

Speaker 3 (21:34):
Yeah, you're right, now, you're right. And and then even
t Higgins is coming to live for that. Yes, So
it is a very very good thing to see. And uh,
I don't know I'm I'm excited, man. But one of
the things I'm really excited about, I just want to
transition to the MLB real quick.

Speaker 5 (21:51):
Take me out to the ball game, Take me out to.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
The Crown.

Speaker 3 (22:01):
Show. Hail tiny worth every dime, the seven hundred million dollars.
I hope they gave it to them all up front
and in cash.

Speaker 4 (22:07):
Best player in the MLB, my goodness.

Speaker 3 (22:09):
All right, So I just want to shout out his
fifty to fifty season. First time in MLB history that
a player hit fifty home runs and stole fifty bases.
In fact, fifty four home runs total, fifty nine stolen bases,
batting average three to ten. So you can't say that
he was just swinging and getting strikeouts. One hundred and
thirty RBIs those ribbies. If you call him on one

(22:32):
hundred and ninety seven hits, the guy was bald balding.
So how do you feel? How do you feel about
your Dodgers in this season? Then the situation they're currently in,
it's been a.

Speaker 2 (22:42):
Roller quister, right, first, get the wed then we get
back at home and we got we gotta lad.

Speaker 4 (22:50):
Him out, Yeah, by a good, good Padrea hitting team.

Speaker 2 (22:53):
They those guys could hit man and they got and
they got good pitching. Two no wonder, they'll be on
our heels and in our division. They're they'rey good, they're
they're they're actually legit.

Speaker 3 (23:06):
It's been a good rivalry and and of course to
to Dodger's credit, you know, they won eleven of twelve
you know, West titles, right, So that's that's fantastic if
you know, some Dodger fans are seeing that saying, okay,
we've seen it done before, you know, but they've won
two of the last three, uh in that series against
the Padres to clinch that and like you said, chomping

(23:28):
at the heels. So they really had some note up.
And that was without Freddie Freeman, right who was injured
right there, and I know he's injured again. I think
I watched not last night's game, but the game before
that when he came down on first base and you know,
I don't know if it was an ankle or whatever
in his foot, but he was out of the lineup yesterday.
They didn't need him, thank goodness, with the season on

(23:48):
the line, but but man.

Speaker 2 (23:51):
Out of feeling yes after since that that blew up,
we did when we we give up the lead was
I think it was like six zero or six to one,
and we hold him the whole the mostly the whole game.
They didn't score one run after that m and we
lost by one point. And then I knew it was

(24:12):
gonna win the next game, because it's a momentum thing.
You know. Once you get that momentum going right, it
you know right as much as you can. And all
I'm saying is is if we get a chance to
play in Game five at home, I think we got
a shot.

Speaker 3 (24:28):
And they are right because the last two we're in
San Diego, so they're going to be playing at home
in Raymond James Stadium. Oh I don't think Sorry, Raymond
James Stadium. I was staking Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I'm talking.
I'm thinking Baker Mayfield right now. But I mean, it's
a really really cool to see. This the most baseball
I've watched quite some time, you know, since we really

(24:48):
started this podcast, and I was kind of on an
everyday tip but very exciting games. And even last night
watching that game, it felt like five runs wasn't enough.
Six rounds, no, because of the bats of San Diego.
I mean, Tattis junior.

Speaker 2 (25:04):
Mike, he's been on a hitting stream man and yeah, hot,
he's hot hot.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
His his on base percentage was through the roof. Like
I think it was like third or fourth highest in
postseason history when they showed that. So, you know, and
he's not alone, Manny Machado, you know, my goodness, like
they they it's it's great, And I think this is
great for baseball. I know across the country you got
the Kansas City Royals and New York Yankees battling out,

(25:33):
and you know, the Cleveland Guardians are doing their thing
as well. There's this is the Mets October. Yeah, I
mean Mett's Phillies right that that series. I'm not sure
where it stands exactly right now, but it's nice when
they're split in going back to back.

Speaker 4 (25:48):
And back and forth, back and forth.

Speaker 3 (25:50):
It's yeah, best of five really puts the pressure on.
And I got to give it to Dave Roberts. He
brought everything to the table managing that team yesterday day.
He I'm glad that he didn't have to use, uh,
some of the big name pictures, but man, he was
deep in the bullpen.

Speaker 4 (26:06):
Yes, no, man, he was.

Speaker 3 (26:08):
Yeah, and I think he managed a really really good game.
You said, I would say the only blunder came from
the seven hundred million dollar man when he expected that ball.
I'd never seen a ball hit an umpire like that
and stopped. Yeah, kind of you know, wraps around him
and throws show hal Tani out at home and even

(26:29):
the look on his face he was like, WHOA, what's up?
But on the replay, when do you put it in?

Speaker 4 (26:34):
When the balls in he hit his arm, the UMP's arm.

Speaker 3 (26:37):
Yeah, but you could see the third base coach saying
who stuff and and and show hello. Tony didn't look
up at all. He was kind of just coasting around.

Speaker 4 (26:47):
That bag, kind of up in mind when he left second.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
Yeah, that he was going around right there. And I
think those are the kind of things that you really
have to tighten up.

Speaker 2 (26:57):
Yeah, in the playoff, shaid, this game seriously really kind
of be affording to making those mistakes.

Speaker 3 (27:04):
Yeah, and you mentioned it. It's momentum and a lot
of people who think baseball is boring. It's look at
all sports are boring ains some time, right, But the
things that the MLB is implemented with the bigger basis
so that it's more action. We mentioned sho hal Tany's
ninety two stolen base rate, you know, and you know,

(27:25):
it's a really really cool thing to see baseball coming
into its own. But man, that the these balls are
jumping off of these bats right here, and it's it's
really really really cool to witness. And for you to
have your team in the mix. You got your Dodgers
hat on right now, that's got to be a great feeling.
You know, I don't have an MLB team right now.

(27:46):
Maybe it'll be the A's when they move here in
Vegas in a couple of years.

Speaker 1 (27:49):
Yeah, but yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:51):
They just knocked down the Tropic Canada, you know, to
make way for that new stadium just went down a
couple of days ago, so that it's it's happening. They
will be here in twenty twenty eight. So nice, you know,
but you think your dodge's going all the way or what?

Speaker 2 (28:07):
Of course, not just that, y'all.

Speaker 3 (28:12):
Y'all couldn't see the video. He got real comfortable sitting back.
And then of course you still got to get through tomorrow.

Speaker 2 (28:20):
Okay, if it's just me, I'm good at all. But
tomorrow is gonna be a tough game. But hope we
bring our a game and they're bringing the air game,
and I just want to see good baseball.

Speaker 3 (28:29):
And it's one for the ages, right, because you're hat
if it's a good game, you know, but if it's
if it's show hay up and you're down to with
a man on in the bottom of the ninth, I
don't want to see him.

Speaker 4 (28:41):
Any big industry comes up, you know.

Speaker 3 (28:43):
Yeah, But I don't want to see him battling with
the because he doesn't fight it. But sometimes he doesn't
agree with those calls because they've been getting him high
and outside playing at Petco Park, so they've been getting
out that home field advantage for sure. But I don't
want to see the seven hundred million dollar man taking pictures.
He should go down swinging when he about that.

Speaker 2 (29:05):
I think so, yeah, I think so. It's not I
never he has people back. He's too good for that's
the best player in m MLB.

Speaker 3 (29:14):
Yeah, And then you got somebody like Mookie Betts right
behind him. I didn't know.

Speaker 4 (29:17):
I love your baby red socks.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
He had never had back to back postseason games.

Speaker 4 (29:22):
Not the back to back Jacks baby.

Speaker 3 (29:24):
Yeah. So that was that. That was really and that's.

Speaker 4 (29:27):
What I like, No, And he was on a slump.

Speaker 2 (29:29):
He was like, oh for eighteen twenty or something, he
did it, he was he was really struggling, like the
Homer that he did it at San Diego. It went over,
but it looked like the guy robbed him again. Yeah,
like he robbed him.

Speaker 3 (29:47):
He but did you see him running the bases that
he Yeah, he was good.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
Yeah, that's how down he is on his hitting. Yeah,
they got he's gotten about once. He once then I
would say it was a home run. Think I'll switching off.

Speaker 3 (30:01):
Well, it got in his head, man, it got in
his helmet. Man, he's you know, and he's a champion himself.
So I think he'll bounce back. You know, he'll bounce
back better than hopefully Josh Allen does jump jumping back
to the NFL. You see that man's head bounce off
the turf.

Speaker 2 (30:16):
Oh lord, yeah, Mike, are they doing nothing?

Speaker 3 (30:19):
Who where's the spotters? Where's the inter player safety? This man,
this man went nine for thirty growing and this this
was some people's MVP shouting it from the rooftop just
two three weeks ago before the Ravens came in.

Speaker 4 (30:32):
He's too good to get ninth for thirty. Something was up.
It must have been spinning or headaches or it wasn't
seen right.

Speaker 3 (30:40):
They said, it's the lowest completion percentage in a single
game over thirty years for quarterback with thirty plus stamps.
And then you're to want bad coaching because you know
I threw John hardball under the bus earlier. What is
Buffalo Bill's head coach doing throwing the ball two times
from their own three yard line in the regulation? Like,

(31:01):
I don't understand this. You paid run some time off
the clock, forced force the Houston Texans to burn their
time outs. Coaching costs them that game. And I just
you know what, like do some of these coaches can
get away with it and some coaches can't. And I'm
just gonna leave it at.

Speaker 2 (31:20):
That because he makes some crazy calls and but he
executed him. He executed those calls.

Speaker 3 (31:30):
Yeah, look, man, all I know is that. And look
for me again about the entertainment value. Josh Allen's a
great athlete. He's a good quarterback, arguably two or three
or four depending on how you rank them, depending on
how they play. That was tough to see, and you know,
I get flashbacks to seeing what would happen to we
talked about in the last episode. I don't want to

(31:53):
see so much quality of life getting cut short because
the NFL doesn't have the player's best interest in mind.
You've got these spotters here who cleared him to go
back in that game. I think there was that showed
him do the smelling salt or whatever and just clip
it clearly didn't help him, you know, And I just
I think every time we see this weekend and week

(32:14):
out and and these these the NFL is basically, you know,
doing a disservice to these players who, yes, get paid
a lot of money to go out there and play
a game, but a very dangerous game. Football is not
a contact sport. It's a collision sport. Watch somebody's head
bounce on it off these turf right here. If you've
ever played on turf, you know it's very unforgiving.

Speaker 4 (32:35):
That's concrete patting.

Speaker 3 (32:39):
Yeah, it's not a good look. And you know, I
don't know, Like I said, I just I hate to
see it because it just it really makes you think
that's all. That's all that that you're right, that's all
that's the little black pellets. You've see him if you've
got a high definition TV, you could see those things
kicking up. So it's not even fully in play. You're right,

(33:00):
it's just with some padding. But my goodness, you know
that that's the downside to when I'm watching these watching
these games, moving staying in the in the AFC East,
there's a head coach that's out of a job, Robert
Salah out as the head coach of the New York Jets,
and their speculation to think that Aaron Rodgers has something

(33:21):
to do.

Speaker 1 (33:21):
With it, By golly, he's a weasel.

Speaker 3 (33:25):
I don't think he thinks.

Speaker 4 (33:26):
I know.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
It's the body language and the way he on the
sideline when they when they do put the camera on
like after a third and maybe manageable, Yeah, got get
into like the play got blown up and he's walking
through the sideline and he had to discuss on his
face like why we're running that play? You know. Yeah,
But Aaron Rodgers is the coach and a player on

(33:51):
the field. So yeah, and coming from Salah being a
defensive defensive coordinator, I think that don't don't mix on ideas.
You know, maybe he has an idea of how to
run the offense, but Aaron Rodgers has his own way
around his run, the offense and how he's playing the game.

Speaker 3 (34:10):
No, you're right, and as a future Hall of Fame,
one of the best to ever do it, and you
know has great delivery. But what I didn't here is
the accountability. I mean, did did Robert Solid throw three
interceptions against the Minnesota Vikings across the pond in the
UK last sunder? There was that Aaron Rodgers. Right, I'm
not saying that it was all him. You had wide

(34:30):
receivers just can't catch the ball. Alan Lazard two or
three drops crucial.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
Yeah, crucial drops, right, but again the sticks kind of drops.

Speaker 3 (34:39):
No, exactly, but again Aaron Rodgers through the three interceptions.

Speaker 1 (34:43):
Right.

Speaker 3 (34:43):
What I hear from this guy is me, me, me,
I I I failed. I let the team down this
and it's always somebody's fault. So for him to get
on the Pat McAfee show and say that it was
patently false that he didn't, well, the call was confirmed.
The owner Wood Johnson called him, well, you think they
were talking.

Speaker 2 (35:01):
About yeah, and there wasn't talking about the holidays coming up.

Speaker 4 (35:06):
Let me tell you that I'm talking.

Speaker 3 (35:08):
About a darkness retreat or some Higahwaska or anything they
were talking about. Okay, this guy's gotta go. Yeah, And
then you hear the report comes out that Robert Salah
was gonna fire Nathaniel Hackett, right, which is Aaron Rodgers guy.
And then Bay yes, and then twelve twelve minutes later,
now he's out of a job. You think that's a coincidence.

(35:30):
I don't not add all.

Speaker 2 (35:33):
Nope.

Speaker 3 (35:34):
And I look, and I know, I think I don't
know where we put them where you had up with
the Jets when we talked about the afcast.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
I think I'm at they're talented, they're a good team,
getting well, I think I had him first. Then I
think I think I think I took the Jets. Then
I took two, then the Bills then.

Speaker 3 (35:54):
And then look, we will see. Because the thing about football,
we always say not for long. Well it's not for
long before Monday night comes and they're facing the Buffalo Bills,
who are spiraling in their own right, and.

Speaker 2 (36:08):
Please can we get some actual playmakers for Josh Allen
look like he's putting the whole team on his back
and they trying to march in it down the field
by himself.

Speaker 3 (36:17):
Well, that's kind of the game he always played, but
they gave Stefan Diggs away. Who Stephan Diggs is in
some hot water of his own?

Speaker 4 (36:23):
Which was it that breaking news not too long ago.

Speaker 3 (36:26):
I don't even know if I want to bring it
up on this podcast because this man's accused of somebody
and uh no, no, I'm just this is this guy
Stefan Diggs or is he P Diddy? I don't even
understand what's going on?

Speaker 4 (36:39):
Is any cousins?

Speaker 3 (36:43):
Can I even say that on this podcast? I got
to put the laugh track in. I'm going to put
all of this in just because but like, that's the
thing about it, there's so much going on in between
these episodes. We're just bouncing around. There's one more thing
I want to hit in the NFL before we take
a quick commercial break, and that's Will Levis. Man, let
me clown on Will Levis for one second, because you

(37:05):
know how I feel about him When we talk about
mediocrity and in the NFL and guys that continuously get
a chance. This guy is creating a new meme for
himself every week, right, just bonehead after bonehead play and look,
I always thought he was overdrafted. I'm glad that he had.
Oh my goodness, they would love Ryan Tannehill back and

(37:27):
whatever shell of a self he could get. But you
know what, this is why I don't trust Will Levis.
And it's not his decision making, it's not you know
who he is as a person. I don't know the guy.

Speaker 1 (37:37):
Golly, he's a weasel.

Speaker 3 (37:39):
But anybody that puts mayonnaise in their coffee, I'm looking
at you sideways. This man got a mayonnaise. Cologne, bro,
I'm not even joking.

Speaker 1 (37:46):
C the let.

Speaker 3 (37:49):
This man got a mayonnaise. I couldn't even tell you
what mayonnaise smells like. Mike. I'm just I just want
to just throw up in my mouth just thinking about it.
I think mayonnaise is the most vile thing. And I
don't want to disrespect anybody iland was listening to it.
I know y'all put mayonnaise. R I want to give
me Max s Allen on type of Max Allen on
top of and I just I can't. I can't stand it,

(38:09):
you know, I just I can't. But for him to
be getting benched for a guy named Mason Rudolph, Rudolph
the Randoms Reindeer. Yeah, I got his head bashed in
Bye by Garrett Miles. Garrett just sad, sad, and I
just feel for Tennessee fans. I feel for DeAndre Hopkins,

(38:29):
who is still got plenty of talent.

Speaker 2 (38:33):
You might be adding, ending his career there, and it's
sad that he has a quarterback like this.

Speaker 3 (38:39):
Yeah, but look, it can always be worse. Just ask
Devanta Adams, who's also asking out or you know, fake
in the hand. I'm not gonna say he'spaking. I don't
have any sources on that. But the man's hamstring injury.
All of a sudden, he doesn't want to play and
this started in the.

Speaker 2 (38:53):
They're using that so he can stay healthy for a trade, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (38:57):
Of course, a trade to wear the Jets so he
can be reunited with his boy, a a ron like
I don't I don't know. Maybe in New Orleans, didn't
he want to go to the Raiders. Wasn't that his choice?

Speaker 2 (39:07):
Yes?

Speaker 4 (39:08):
Because his boy was there Derek Carr.

Speaker 3 (39:10):
Yeah, but then he okay, his boy and the bag
didn't go get more.

Speaker 4 (39:13):
Yeah, show me the money.

Speaker 3 (39:15):
Exactly, show me like we hit the button over here
if I can find it right here. But the thing is, yes,
he got the money, show me the money.

Speaker 2 (39:21):
Yeah, go play.

Speaker 3 (39:22):
Football, Devonte. And look, it's different when guys hold out
for money like Jamar Chase was doing right there. They
want to get their money. I get it. It's not
for long. Their body, there is everything that's their bag
for them. But when you choose to go to a
place and you got the title professional athlete and you're
supposed to be a courting So how do you look
at the other fifty two guys on that roster.

Speaker 2 (39:43):
Yeah, just because the guy shove over your head like
five times, don't come on the bed and say I
don't want to play no more. Yeah, I'm gonna get hurt.
I don't want to play no more.

Speaker 3 (39:53):
You play football, and in your son speed.

Speaker 4 (39:54):
He got any money for play?

Speaker 2 (39:56):
They pay you for all go out there and catching
the ball, and for you doing that the teammates, I
don't want to play anymore?

Speaker 4 (40:03):
Probably did Damn Field?

Speaker 2 (40:04):
You know?

Speaker 4 (40:04):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 3 (40:05):
Imagine how it's expensive to go to these games. We
talked about its one hundred dollars to park your car.
You're paying fifteen sixteen dollars for some nachos with some
cold cheese on it, some curly fries that I haven't
even got no crunch on it. Probably been sitting in
the oil. They ain't even change since Week sixteen, the
last year. I got to sit there and watch eight
and O'Connell throw the Jacobi Myers. Yeah, that's why I

(40:28):
sit at home on my red zone and watch my
TV because I'm like, I don't want to go now. Listen,
I am still going to the Niners and Cowboys game
on the twenty seven, So that's well.

Speaker 2 (40:38):
My sister actually and her her husband, they went up
to Vegas, so go watch the Pittsburgh and Readers gaming up.

Speaker 4 (40:47):
That's for their anniversary.

Speaker 3 (40:49):
So nice.

Speaker 4 (40:49):
Well have you guys listen capt the university shout out
to the universary and you know, Pittsburgh win.

Speaker 3 (40:54):
Please me too. Honestly, not only Raiders in my division,
my Broncos are there. But I still want all the
other teams around us to lose, because apparently the Kansas
City Chiefs can't lose, you know, they just can't not lose.
Patrick Mahomes having six touchdowns and six interceptions.

Speaker 4 (41:13):
Maybe he guys get chance to beating them with their
tough deal over there.

Speaker 3 (41:16):
I hope. So we didn't beat them once last year
I'm not optimistic about it, but again, just looking at
what I'm seeing in the whole NFL scope. You know
the Bengals, Look at the Bengals wanted four even though
Joe Burrow's got twelve touchdowns.

Speaker 4 (41:32):
Too, and they got a good team over there.

Speaker 3 (41:33):
They yeah, yeah on paper, but they again like kicker
can't do his job. Make the kick Ravens, you know
what I mean. So it's just been crazy to fell.
But look, we're gonna take a quick commercial break. When
we come back. A certain former Bengals wide receiver chan
Ocho Cinco has got some MMA b with a former Steeler,

(41:58):
I guess and Patriot and Bengals and James Harrison. All right, brother,
Noel Big Island sports talk show will be right back.

Speaker 6 (42:13):
Hey, folks, don't you just hate when you're in an
argument and their spouse so you just got laid off
and some happy ass music is playing on your TV.
There're gona those damn happy ass whistles like everything's okay,
and it's not. Oh well, that's okay. We can't offer
you anything that's gonna deal with this sadness other than

(42:33):
you just need.

Speaker 1 (42:34):
To suck it up.

Speaker 4 (42:35):
I like the balls on this guy.

Speaker 6 (42:37):
And if you think for one second that I'm being mean,
that's the point because I don't care.

Speaker 1 (42:41):
By golly, he's a weasel.

Speaker 6 (42:44):
Now, I'm gonna hurry up and get out of here
before those whistles come back and piss me off.

Speaker 1 (42:47):
I suggest you too.

Speaker 4 (42:48):
Oh there they go.

Speaker 3 (42:49):
Gotta go, all right, folks, welcome back to Big on
a sports talk show. Matt Partner, Brother Noel here, like
I said, and the teaser Chad Ocho cinko. That's eighty
five for you, layman who don't speak Espanol out there
and has challenged James Harrison to an MMA fight. Now,

(43:10):
there's just some background. Both of these guys. You've heard
these names. They are both forty six years old, and
they are going to battle it out into octagon in
New Orleans prior to the Super Bowl. Brother, no, what
are your thoughts on this?

Speaker 4 (43:23):
What is crazy?

Speaker 2 (43:25):
He's gonna?

Speaker 3 (43:27):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (43:28):
Do you know who's Jean Harrison?

Speaker 3 (43:31):
You see his workouts?

Speaker 4 (43:33):
Damn you will grab your ripiopark and put you back.

Speaker 2 (43:37):
I don't know what he's thinking about, hey, but good
luck to him if he is.

Speaker 3 (43:42):
He's confident. He says his ground game is spectacular and
that nobody can touch him, and that everybody better just
tune in and see what happens. I don't want to
see a man die. We talked about Jake Paul and
Mike Tyson fighting, and thank goodness that fight got called
off because I didn't want for the culture to see
Mike Tyson and get his block knocked off as an
old man stumbling around in the ring. Did not want

(44:05):
to see that. And I definitely don't want to see
Chad Johnson get maimed by James Harrison in the ring.
I don't. I'm definitely not gonna pay for it. Somebody
out there is going to pay for it, but I'm not.
And look, just give some background. Chad Johnson or Ocho
Sinco nuts to disrespect him, that is his name. He's

(44:25):
a great athlete, I mean, like I said. Drafted by
the Cincinnati Bengals in two thousand and one, played there
until twenty ten, second round draft pick. After that, went
to New England Patriots, then Miami Dolphins. Finished his career
in the NFL in twenty twelve, but then wasn't done
with football because he went to the Canadian Football League
and played for the Montreal Alouettes in twenty fourteen, twenty fifteen,

(44:47):
and then again for the thunder a Demon I came
to pronounce. I can't even look at my handwriting, but
even wasn't done. This man went and played semi professional
soccer for Boca Ratan, and yes he did so he's
an athlete. But you mentioned that you're gonna watch this
man get ripped apart and then put back together by
James Harrison, who is an athlete in himself. Right, he

(45:08):
is a Super Bowl champion with the pitts.

Speaker 2 (45:10):
You guys don't know who is James Harrison, and please
go on YouTube. Please look at this guy and these workouts.
It's beyond crazy.

Speaker 3 (45:17):
The first team will come up is the immaculate interception
as they're calling it, one hundred yard return that the
Super Bowl. Yeah, basically you know, ensured them to win.
I know it was right before halftime against the Arizona Cardinals.
That was back in two thousand and nine. Man, I
feel old. I was. I just graduated high school in
two thousand and eight, so I don't know how you feel,
but imagine it. Imagine just having to see these two

(45:40):
athletes go at it. I don't want to see it.
The last time I saw two former NFL stars in
the ring, I think it was Le'Veon Bell and Adrian Peterson.
I don't want to remember these guys like that right now.
I remember Adrian Peterson getting knocked on his butt by
Le'Veon Bell. I want to remember him running over guys
and coming.

Speaker 2 (46:00):
And taking in for like eighty yard for a touchdown.

Speaker 3 (46:02):
Yes, his twenty twelve MVP, I think he was the
last running back to be an NFL MVP. If I'm
m mistaken, it might have been Ladanian Tomlinson. I'll have
to double checked on that. But just just seeing what
I saw and hearing about this, I'm not with it.
I'm not buying it, and I'm glad that we're on
the same page about it now. One thing I am

(46:22):
on board with and will jump to the w NBA
because the finals just started today. My goodness, the Minnesota
Links come down from eighteen points today to defeat the
New York Liberty by one overtime. Man, it was one
of the most exciting games, you know, and for us,
you know, we talked to little w NBA this season.
We try to talk some hockey, which is starting up again,

(46:43):
it's already crazy. But on the FISA Collier and Courtney
Williams absolutely went off today. And man, as I'm learning
these names and seeing these skilled athletes out there the
w NBA, you guys listening this mic is more than
just Caitlyn Clark phenomenal as well. Hey, Asian Wilson, three
time MVP. Uh you know, got taken out in the

(47:06):
last round by the New York Liberty in a good series.
But my goodness, if you were not tuning in to
see the w NBA Finals and you think it's boring
or slow, you don't know who, you don't know basketball,
and you just sound silly.

Speaker 4 (47:19):
So like we said when we started this podcast, the
girls can hoop you up. You get here. This girl's
got skills, yes.

Speaker 3 (47:27):
And they are showing it. It was It was an
exciting game. I've got to give a couple of technicals
to the officiating because they were terrible tonight and it
almost cost the Links that come back game. But my goodness,
I cannot wait to tune in on Sunday in between
watching football. Of course, because Sunday is big football game.
I'll try to have the red zone on.

Speaker 2 (47:46):
I'll probably miss that I'll probably miss that game, but
I'll try try to sneak a peek caring Darren, I
mean maybe on commercial questioning stuff.

Speaker 3 (47:53):
I'll shoot you the link and just play. Hey game
is game is on and worth watching?

Speaker 4 (47:58):
Please do the man, please do. If I'm not, I
want to take it.

Speaker 3 (48:00):
Out if nothing else. Just watched the fourth quarter because
you think if if you're watching the Minnesota Timberwolves with
Aunt Edwards and they're down eighteen points, you're probably turning
that game off, right, But no, you watch these ladies
in the way they hoo can come back like one.
I think they finished on a twenty three to two
or twenty three to three run that game. And that

(48:24):
was after the New York Liberty Sabrina and Escu and
Breonna Stewart had an eighteen to two run themselves or
thirteen to two.

Speaker 4 (48:32):
Something goes back and forth.

Speaker 3 (48:34):
Oh man, it was back and forth and just this
this game literally came down to the last shot.

Speaker 2 (48:38):
Mando's better than Thursday Night Football.

Speaker 3 (48:41):
That's why I was watching that instead of the game,
because I saw Gino Smith overthrowing wide receivers and metcalf
round and out routes like they started out hot, but
it's a poorly disciplined team. You let a fifty two
yard touchdown pass from Gino Smith to DK Metcalf go
because Kenneth Walker is not set?

Speaker 4 (49:00):
Are you those a set?

Speaker 3 (49:01):
Are you kidding me? Like? And that's why I know
I live in Vegas now when you're talking about these
over unders and how pay attention to how close they
get to these numbers sometimes and these calls that are made.

Speaker 2 (49:11):
Like a point or two different.

Speaker 3 (49:13):
There's a lot of money changed in hands, and you
know it feels good to just, you know, be on
the winning side of it. But man, that is not
the case. So look, man, brother no, I love you
so much, thanks for jumping on this podcast. I'll give
a lot to all of our listeners on the Big
Island shout out to you guys, go get your eyes
checked the doctor Coojima's go go get your corner crack.

(49:34):
I actually have a bag of corna crack and I
am babying it. I'm eating like little bits at a
time just to kind of savor it because I don't
know when I'm going to be back to Big Island
to get some.

Speaker 2 (49:44):
So or maybe if we got a chance to go
up there all telling Melanie, well, we'll.

Speaker 3 (49:48):
Send it, make make, make.

Speaker 4 (49:49):
A pack and send you up a care package.

Speaker 3 (49:52):
I would appreciate it. I missed my ocean, bro. I
gotta put on lotion and chapstick every day. Man, I'm
getting my ankles are so dry, about to start a fire.
I get up and walk away from this dance. That's
how ashy I am, you know. But I love you, man,
Thank you so much for great job with the sports Talk.
Sports fans keep following us.

Speaker 2 (50:09):
We're back. We're back for a while, but we're back.

Speaker 3 (50:12):
We love you guys, and we are. Let's get a
cheat who and get out three two one shy.

Speaker 4 (50:40):
We have some shame, oh lord

Speaker 3 (50:43):
And it's one two strikes her out at the
