Speaker 1 (00:20):
Welcome, welcome back, for it has been a long time coming.
I am Noela Spell and this is my mad Matthew Parker.
Welcome to the Big.

Speaker 2 (00:28):
Island Sports talk Show.

Speaker 3 (00:30):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Match?

Speaker 3 (00:31):
I miss you, mama, Man, I miss you too.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Brother.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
Hey, look, I understand life happens. Man. I'm really glad
to hear you back on this podcast. I know there's
other people that have been waiting for an episode, so
I'm excited to get back to it. Man.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Uh huh, finally we get back to it. I'm so excited.
We had a lot to talk about.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
Yes, the last time I.

Speaker 1 (00:49):
W ST that was like in maybe in the middle
of football maybe or the beginning.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
I think was Yeah, we were definitely getting should we
were nearing the playoffs. I think the last time we
had an episode drop. So I got my cat jumping
all in the mix right now. He wants to be
in the episode too, but he's not going to be
our special guest today. We have a special guest today
joining us today, a special guest. You've heard him before.
He's been a special guest on this podcast. Kakole, what's

(01:17):
going on? My brother? How are you feeling today?

Speaker 2 (01:19):
Good?

Speaker 3 (01:20):
Good? Good to be bad man. It's good to have you.
We appreciate you taking time out of your busy weekend.
And speaking of busy, you have been really busy representing
the island in kauh this past season in wrestling. I
got to know about it. Man, How did that play
out for you?

Speaker 4 (01:36):
He kind of played out pretty well, but I knew
I could have done better or worked harder to achieve more.

Speaker 2 (01:43):
Nobody want to lose.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
Okay, So tell me to take me from the very
beginning here. So this is your first year, second year
of wrestling, second year, second year. Okay, So based on
how you did last year, you feel like, was it
an improvement this year?

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (01:59):
It was a big improved me. Okay, all right, tell
me what was the difference? Tell me? Tell me the difference.

Speaker 4 (02:06):
Well, it was just like with this with our team
teammates helping each other and with more experience too, and
like having like knowing what to do now and what
to work on, and having like an arsenal of like
moves and all that. I think we like you can
get it pretty down, like knowing what to do and

(02:27):
how to react to certain moves.

Speaker 3 (02:29):
Okay, okay, So that comes through with the experience you learned,
plus the coaching.

Speaker 4 (02:34):
Yeah, yeah, the coach he ate reted health a lot,
even though we only have like two coaches in there,
and we see like other schools with like five or like.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Four or more. Oh okay, so you really get it's
an underdog story. Then you're you're undermanned literally, you're somewhat
under coached, and yet you're still able to show some success.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Yes, pretty much.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
Oh what that comes with it? I mean, and know
you can have to test to that. That's life. You're
not always gonna have the same arsenal, you're not always
going to have the same resources, but you still need
to be able to forge your way through and overcome.

Speaker 2 (03:09):
So yes, you know.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
That's that's good. And it's good that you're in his
quarter also, So so talk to me. I mean, I'm
sure seeing your son overcome some of these hurdles, it's
got to make you a proud dad.

Speaker 1 (03:20):
Talk to me, I am, I'm a proud dad. Just
the way he shows up every time. I can see
he puts his heart and soul into it when he wrestles,
because when when when when he loses, I see him
get down on himself a lot. That that shows that
he really wants to win and very competitive. I'm his
biggest fan, but also i'm his biggest critic because I

(03:41):
just wanted to see him. I want to tell him to, uh,
you know, push forward when the times are done and
keep on fighting, keep on working, you know. And this
year has been I'm so proud of him from what
he was last year, even though he didn't get what
he wanted at the end, but uh, it was a

(04:02):
good year for him.

Speaker 2 (04:03):
And he's just a sophomore, so there's another two more
years to build off of.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
That. Absolutely great point to that. And KKR do you
feel that do you do you share that sentiment that
you got two more years to only get better.

Speaker 4 (04:16):
Yeah, it's like really weighing down on me, like just
only two years too understandable.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
I mean, look, time is always going to be against us, right,
I mean right now, you're a young man and your
athletic prime were coming into it. Actually you still got
you still got some some growth coming into it. But
but you mentioned you were a little bit disappointed with
the outcome. Talk me through the season. Did you start
off strong? Was it was it a strong start and
you kind of fell off or was it a I
had to kind of climb uphill well through.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
Practice, I felt like not ready or I was just missing.

Speaker 3 (04:47):
A few things.

Speaker 4 (04:48):
But at our first preseason match, I think I was like,
I really like under essaying myself because at our first match,
I went I went to and oh, and then I
was about to go for first, but you know they
had to close the thing early. And just from that,
like practice just went easy through. But until until our

(05:12):
second preseason match, it I went up like a weight
and I thought, and I just really went down from there.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
So you challenged yourself to move up in the weight
class or was that something the coaches pushed on you.

Speaker 4 (05:22):
Or the coach wanted to see or like how I
was about to be in that weight class. But in
the end I took one fifties And yeah, it was
really challenging to like get through it, even with like
with some people. It was not as bad as last
year because last year to go against state champions, biffs

(05:43):
and like all that, but this year I just had
to go against like people.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
My size and my mentality and all that stuff.

Speaker 3 (05:50):
Okay, No, that's you know what, that's good. It's good
that you pushed yourself and you got a good serious
test coming in as a freshman and going against state
champions by who is doing these weight classes?

Speaker 2 (06:01):
What's going on there?

Speaker 3 (06:03):
But in wrestling it's a different beast, right, You're talking
about one on one on the mat, right, So it's
good to see you know, where you stack up against
the current best of the best and for you having
you know, goals coming into your junior year and senior
year after that to represent UH and be the best
of the best. Now you know where the bar is, right. Yeah, no,

(06:25):
that's awesome. You know I never wrestled so so so
walk me through it. You said the team camaraderie was
better this year than last year. What is something that
you guys emphasize in practice that's that took you to
the next level.

Speaker 4 (06:39):
Like wrestlings like just one on one, but I practice
you're with like a team and this team and like
my team, Like I remember when I just one day,
I just cried because I lost like two matches that
I could have won. I just cried and like and
then and then it tried to be like fake, like oh,

(06:59):
I'll brush it off, you get up next sent No,
they're like serious.

Speaker 3 (07:02):
It's like hey, like.

Speaker 4 (07:04):
They actually came to me like they gave me the
support I needed. And like again, wrestling is like one
on one, it's just you and you. You have nobody
to blame. But like this team, we came like closer together,
like with the help and everything, I felt like like
almost sisters and like brothers at that point.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
Nice. No, that's huge, And you know when you when
you join a sport, you're hoping to have that foundation, right,
whether it's an individual sport or if it's a team
sport like football, which I know you guys probably got
off season training coming up pretty here, pretty soon here.
But the one thing you can count on is having

(07:46):
the accountability of the people that's in the trenches with you,
having that support that you mentioned that you needed at
the lowest point right to get you to where you're going.
And that's really refreshing to hear. Brother. No, I'm sure
for you you were there through the ups and the
downs you get to see at all, but you're not
there behind the scenes. You're not there at every practice. Right,
he might be the one down today, but it could

(08:07):
be someone else down and he hasn't picked him up tomorrow.
So to see that emotional maturity, you take all those
lessons through life, am I right?

Speaker 2 (08:14):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Yeah, I just seeing him like I, Like you said,
I don't see him at practice and what's what's going
behind behind doors?

Speaker 2 (08:21):
I just see him at meats. And I didn't wrestle
myself either, but I just can.

Speaker 1 (08:26):
I just gotta just keep on encouraging him for for
be better, work harder, you know, put in put in
that extra time that the people don't see you doing.
You know that that's how you can get better. And
then and and that's how you're gonna create your get
your craft down and and I'm just so proud of
him this year and not I just see the passion

(08:48):
in him that he wants to win. Who doesn't wants
to win? I can see that competitive in him and
and I and I told him next year, they they're
gonna know your name, definitely gonna know your name.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
We're gonna put in the work.

Speaker 1 (09:02):
We're gonna put in that extra work that you need,
and hopefully next year he can get where you wanted
to win.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
Biffs, absolutely, and you know, and it's one of those
things that I'm sure you know, Nicoin, like no one
could want it for you. But you have to want
it more, right, you have to. You're the one that's
doing the work. You think about it like sports, it's
like an iceberg, right, the majority of the iceberg is
below the water. You never see that. That's the hard work,
that's the dedication, that's the grind, the blood sweat. And here,

(09:30):
as they talk about, all we see is on game day,
on match day, which is above the water. Right, But
as the Titanic learned, you know you could do some
damage with that above the water. And I know I
have no doubt that you will. You know, I know
we've only spoke a couple of times, but you seem
to me like a very determined young man. Obviously, I
know you have great parents that show support to you,

(09:51):
and brother, that's all you need to have success. Like
that's more than a lot of people have. A lot
of people don't have that support coming from their parents. Right,
So you using that leg up but not leaning on it,
using that to propel you forward. I have no doubt
you're going to be state champion. I have no doubt.
Thank you. Yeah, that's absolutely one thing at a time.

(10:12):
And I will say this because you know winning is great,
but there is glory and just participating too, Like, these
are some good times as a young man you play
multiple sports. Enjoy this process. Don't don't be trying to
get to your senior year and be there. Like, enjoy
every grind at practice, the camaraderie you have with your teammates.
If you're just laughing and joking or helping somebody at

(10:35):
their craft, it goes by so fast. Brother, No am
I am?

Speaker 2 (10:38):
I right?

Speaker 3 (10:38):
We talked about it on the podcast.

Speaker 1 (10:40):
Yes, I wish I could go back if I know
now and I can tell my younger self what what's
to get better and how to kind of how to
approach the sports and not only did that.

Speaker 3 (10:52):
School that's the number one gotta be eleble.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
Well, one thing I preach about with the kids is family, school,
then sports.

Speaker 2 (11:00):
There you go, that's that's right there.

Speaker 3 (11:03):
Yeah, And to our listeners listening, there are people gonna
be tuning into this podcast thinking, ah, man, you're right,
I'm good when it comes to the sports. I'm a
good supporter, I'm the good cheerleader. But I need to
make sure they're getting on their grades because that's big picture. Like, yeah,
state champion in high school is great, but brother, you
could you could go on and get a scholarship wrestling
scholarship where they're paying you to represent, And that's when

(11:25):
you get on. You think about the national team. If
wrestling is your calling, right, it may not be feasible now,
but every step you take in the classroom and on
the map, it's gonna get you. Just like brother No said,
they will know your name and it comes through the grind.
Like I tell you, man, I was ineligible when I
was in playing football and ain't even on the bowling team,

(11:46):
if you can imagine that, because I didn't have somebody
on me saying, hey, it's your homework done. Are you
taking care of what you need to behind? Like, hey,
that stuff's important.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
That's important stuff.

Speaker 3 (11:59):
Yeah, just doesn't important as showing up on game day
and nutrition all of that. So No, I appreciate you
taking the time to share with me that you know
it's a big deal. It's a big deal, and I'm
glad that you're taking it seriously.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
Yeah, that's about a matchew. What what sports are you
taking up right now?

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Oh yeah, I was thinking about taking golf this year.

Speaker 1 (12:21):
Oh yeah, he hasked some questions about golf.

Speaker 3 (12:26):
Hey, listen, go for it. Listen to me right now.
Go for it. If your school offers the program, and
it's going to cost a little bit to get enrolled,
but you can be on a golf team and learn
the little things. It's ins and out of the game.
Go That's one thing I regret not doing in high school.
We had a golf team. I should have been on it.

(12:47):
I didn't pick up golf until about three years ago,
and it's so much fun. I honestly didn't think I
would enjoy it as much as I did. But if
you're thinking about doing it, I highly advise just taking
a crack at it, and if somebody is willing to
teach you, just listen. Golf is a disciplined sport that
means doing the same thing in and out. So if

(13:09):
you if you think about doing golf, I highly advise
you do it. I will. I will answer any questions
that you have, and I'll refer you to someone who
has really helped me improve my game as well.

Speaker 2 (13:20):
Do you have any questions for about the match? Anything? Anything?

Speaker 3 (13:24):
Yeah, there's a lot to it. I didn't even know
all the irons were different. Why are the clubs? Why
are some shorter and why are something longer? Right, I
didn't know what. I thought. You use a te on
every time you shoot. When I started, it's like no, no, no,
you only use the t in the Yeah, I didn't
even know how to put the bag on my back.
You see, they got the strap. Like, golf is confusing

(13:45):
and very exclusive. Right. But where you guys live and
where I learned to play, on the Big Island, there
are some beautiful golf courses.

Speaker 1 (13:52):
That yeah, like we like we was working on. We
have the most beautiful courses, I say, on the island.

Speaker 3 (14:00):
It's it's gorgeous, honestly, and you can play like for me,
because golf can be a little pricey, you know, brother,
No will tell you. I was looking for golf balls
all the time, brother, the ones on the side of
the road. I didn't care if they had a little scratching,
if they bounce, if they bounced through the lava rock, like,
just to have some balls so you could keep playing.
But the place I went to is macal A, which

(14:20):
is up there. It's up Malcolah, the top one. Yeah,
it's it's cheap. You can learn to play, and it's
a very difficult course. So if you can learn the
uphill and downhill lines. When you play flat, it's gonna
be so much easier.

Speaker 2 (14:33):
It's money. Yeah, it's so much better.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
Yeah. But now, yeah, how did this come about? You
heard about golf and just thought why not try it?
Or what? Yeah?

Speaker 4 (14:42):
Yeah, like I saw, like my grandma had some clubs.
It's say, if you everone tried, go, Yeah, I'm like,
and there's a golf team at on the cost.

Speaker 2 (14:52):
So it was like, all right, that's pretty cool.

Speaker 3 (14:55):
Oh it is cool and golf too. I tell you once, man,
you get into the fashion of it, you you make
it your own. You look good. Like not all golf
clubs are created equal, Like you know good that grandma's
got some clubs to start with, because you need some, right, yeah.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Total, it's an expensive sport. So if you really take
to it and like it, we'll get you. We get
you some new clubs, you know. Yeah, first, are you
going to continue playing it?

Speaker 2 (15:22):
First?

Speaker 3 (15:22):
Yeah? You don't got to go crazy spending the whole
lot nowadays, like like seriously, you could look on Amazon.
You can get a good set for a couple of
hundred bucks, not a couple thousand. I don't like, I
only have clubs because somebody left them to me too.
But you make it your own, and you know, you
get some new grips, make sure the grip is good,
have a good glove, and then just have fun with
it outside breathing fresh air. And you're playing the course.

(15:45):
You're not playing anybody else Woods. Yeah, you're not gonna
be Tiger Woods hitting the ball three hundred yards on
the first tee, but you will will.

Speaker 1 (15:55):
And I took them yesterday. Matter of fact, we right
on the day yesterday, done at the driver range. Okay,
and I've had enough cars to go out, but just
for use, the driving range was was perfect for you know,
just him for finding swing and to use irons.

Speaker 3 (16:13):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
Speaking of irons, then you have a question for brother
Matthew about irons.

Speaker 3 (16:17):
Talk to me.

Speaker 4 (16:18):
Yeah, yeah, I was like wondering, like it's the difference
with like the type of irons and like the height
and all that.

Speaker 3 (16:26):
Okay, So the bigger, the larger the number. So you
got a nine iron, right, that nine iron is gonna
be shorter than like a six iron, five iron. I
have a three iron, So I got a three iron
all the way through a lob wadge. So that's just
my iron. So so technics, So I give you the
terminology real quick, those who trying to learn golf. So

(16:48):
you got the driver, that's the one with the big
the big head right. Then you got the ones that
look like the driver a little smaller. Those are called woods.
So you got a three wood, a five wood. You
might have some hybrids in between.

Speaker 2 (16:59):
Hybrids.

Speaker 3 (16:59):
Yeah, we're not going to get into that real quick.
But then the irons, So most sets that you'll find,
which if you ever go to Costco. Costco's got a
good set of Kirkland irons and wedges. See that those
The rating on those are really good. So if you
can secure a set of those, you will probably have
them for years. But in terms of the lengths of

(17:19):
those clubs, all it is essentially is giving you different
distance settings. So if I have a long way to go,
say it's a long part four, part five, I keep
a three and a four iron in my bag, I'll
use that. Versus if I'm middle of the fairway, maybe
one hundred two hundred yards out, I'll use maybe a
nine iron or a pitching wedge.

Speaker 2 (17:41):
Right far closer distance.

Speaker 3 (17:43):
Yeah, So when you'll what I suggest you do when
you get your clubs. Next time you take a look
at them, lay them all out and you'll see the
size differences and say, huh oh, okay, so this one
is longer. The longer club, more distance, shorter club, shorter distance.
So that's the easy end right there. Now go Yeah,
and with that, of course, if you're used to say

(18:05):
you got a driver in hand, it's a long club,
so you may not have to sit in your stance
a little. You know, you can stand a little, yeah, exactly,
but when you get those lower clubs, you got to
you gotta sit in that stance because if you've ever
swung the ball and missed over the top, you know,
you know you were standing up too much or you pop.

Speaker 2 (18:23):
Yeah, you fucked up too much.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
Yeah. Big thing about golf is swing tempo. Don't overswing.
There's no need to try to crush the ball. If
you will, Yeah, let the club do the work. That's
that's some of the best advice I can give you.
Let the club do the work. And brother Noles, you
said you go to the driving range to find your swing.
You will see, Okay, with this club, I'm average about
one hundred hundred and fifteen yards, this club about one

(18:48):
hundred and thirty and that's how you learn. It's a
field sport, right, your one hundred and thirty yards is
a little different than mine. I may yards a pitching wedge.
I may I may use an eight iron for about
one thirty depending on the course, the.

Speaker 2 (19:03):
Wind, and the distance.

Speaker 3 (19:05):
Yeah, yeah, how you feeling that day? So oh that
makes me happy. And I also do have a golf
page called into Golf on Instagram. You can check it
out and just see the places that I played around.
I just always do videos. If you go to the
driving range, set your phone up, just take just take
videos of your swing. That's that's the best way I learned,

(19:25):
because you can see what you did wrong with every
swing or right.

Speaker 2 (19:29):
And well, like, did you ever use the track the
tracker man or man tracking? Oh?

Speaker 3 (19:34):
Absolutely, some courses, the really nice courses will have the GPS.
It'll tell you on the cart how far out you are,
and that kind of can help you, you know, check
it out. But one one device I suggest you get,
it's called a rangefinder.

Speaker 2 (19:48):
It's a rangefinder, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (19:50):
Little handhold tool. You can get one cheap thirty bucks
check Amazon and just kind of just kind of see
what does one hundred yards look like see with distance, Yeah,
I see it in yards like, oh, that's that's a
football field.

Speaker 1 (20:04):
So this he drives the ball two hundred yards like,
that's two football fields.

Speaker 2 (20:10):
Like, man, these two football fields right there.

Speaker 3 (20:12):
Yes, and yeah, that's letting the club do the work.
And if you're anywhere driving that in the two hundred
yard range with some technique and some practice, guarantee you're
gonna see you know, extra fifty seventy five yards on that.
A good tip to don't swing with all arms. Let
your legs and your hips do the work. That's where
you go.

Speaker 1 (20:31):
I was telling you use your whole body, don't just
use your arms or trying to muscle it.

Speaker 3 (20:35):
Yeah, and warm up too. I know you're you're a
young man too, but golf it's a lifetime sport. You
can play it literally into your seventies and eighties. But
make sure you have a good warm up routine because
you can hurt your back by just going out there
and trying to swing for the fences. So great, this
is this is awesome. I had no idea we're going
to be talking some golf on this episode, but I

(20:58):
ain't mad about it. A man, So Look, we'll take
a quick commercial break and when we come back, we're
going to talk about the super Bowl and of course
your Lakers because they were making some big moves the
last couple of weeks. We're going to talk about it
Big Island Sports talk show. Brother, no kakoi here.

Speaker 5 (21:21):
Clutter around your home could be the number one stresser
around the holidays. I just cleaned this garage and it's
gluttered again. It drives me nuts.

Speaker 2 (21:29):
Oh lord.

Speaker 5 (21:29):
And with the prices of storage units going up through
the roof, who can survive these days? Introducing a company
that not only gets you paid, but gives you your
peace of mind with your piece of space, not maybe
yes or no.

That's one eight hundred, hook them, Hook.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
Them in Hallam.

Speaker 7 (22:27):

of loaning agency, towing agency or mowing agency. Hook them

Speaker 3 (22:42):
All right, Welcome back to Big Island Sports talk show.
That was my commercial break right there. You know I'm
gonna throw something silly in there in the middle right there,
But we had to talk about Super Bowl. I want
to know, was it the outcome you guys wanted, that
the team win you wanted? Was it a good game?
Did you host talk to me, Well.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
The good good for them. Let's go Birds hard go?

Speaker 3 (23:05):
Yeah? Now, why why why the Birds over the Chiefs?

Speaker 2 (23:09):
Because the Chiefs is they've been lucky.

Speaker 1 (23:12):
Man, They're the lowest scoring team ever to go to
the Super Bowl.

Speaker 2 (23:17):
And I just knew.

Speaker 1 (23:19):
And the way Philly was riding high with Segon Barkley
and that offense and that defense man, that's crazy.

Speaker 3 (23:29):
That's a good team, Howie Roseman. The GM did a
great job putting that team together, I will say. And
they're gonna be dangerous for a couple of years. If
I'm a Giants fan. Oh, Giants fans, turn it off
right now.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
How you kicking themselves?

Speaker 3 (23:41):
How you let Sakuan go? He was an MVP candidate
throughout the year. Two thousand yards, had a chance to
break the NFL all time rushing record. I'm glad that they,
in hindsight allowed him to rest because they needed him
throughout the playoffs. And even though he didn't have the
best showing in the Super Bowl, he still proved to
be no just.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
His president, just as president itself. They put a lot
of guys in the box that opened up one on
one for Smith and aj Browne, and that was perfect
it played in perfect with them, and that defense was
just rod. I thought we was watching the Bucks game
again the way Mahomes was scrambling her out, and I
was like, damn poopy.

Speaker 3 (24:18):
As a Broncos fan, I was not feeling sorry for
Mahomes that day. I will say this, And you know,
I love sports history. I wanted to I love to
see it, be a witness to it. But I was
happy to see them lose, and especially in the fashion
that they did.

Speaker 1 (24:33):
Yeah, yeah, definitely and her, sir House he and Buckner, Hey, Karma, man,
Karma's you know, you know Karma.

Speaker 3 (24:43):
They took him off the field. He couldn't even do
the on side kick. He doesn't even do onside kicks.
By golly, he's a weasel, you suck. I had a
joke I posted on on Twitter X that he was
in the kitchen making sandwiches for the Eagles play because
they didn't need him. Right, wasn't he the one that
said women don't belong only belong in the kitchen or whatever.

Speaker 2 (25:07):
Yeah, you should be cooking.

Speaker 3 (25:09):
He was over there making hot pockets or something on
the sideline. They didn't need them. But no, you know what,
you you mentioned it the Eagles defense just spectacular. That
that defensive line is second to none.

Speaker 2 (25:23):
I mean, yeah, those Georgia boys can't play. I must say,
that's the Georgia defense right there.

Speaker 3 (25:28):
My goodness. And then you got you got what they
call exciting whites. You got two white cornerbacks and the
secondary Cooper, but the pick six and yeah, now there
was a lot of good storylines and I will say
I got the outcome that I wanted. I was excited Valerie.
It was just me and her chilling at home. So
she made all the food and made it very comfortable.

(25:48):
Because the super Bowl for me is my that's my holiday,
that's my second birthday. Because once I should have though
I should I should have went to Costco and got
that little box that they got. No, now we played
it low key. I don't need a whole lot. She
did some whole made meatballs. That's like the one time
of year I like meatballs karaoke style, you know, that's

(26:09):
the one. Yeah. I mean, you got to take care
of yourself to super Bowl because me and you we
started this podcast the day of the draft.

Speaker 2 (26:16):
The draft.

Speaker 3 (26:16):
Yeah, so for us to have that run this podcast
all the way through football season, you know, we mixed
in a little hockey and baseball when we when we could.
Some w n b ay. We're getting better at this.
But for me seeing the season come to a close,
it was a good season. Obviously the fan, I'm happy
they made the playoffs, even though I was wrong, y'all listening,

(26:39):
I was wrong, was wrong.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
I told you that the.

Speaker 3 (26:44):
Nicks, well listen, look, slow down, slow down.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
Wait a minute, Well that defense is give me yeah,
to give me cry about that defense. I told you
he got a good defense. You run the ball and
there's play safe for boone Knicks and that's all it
played out.

Speaker 3 (26:58):
Well they you know you're right. Look I got the
Defensive Player of the Year and patser Tan Junior, right,
I got that jersey. I should have put the jersey
on today. He did end up winning Defensive Player of
the Year, very well deserved as a short shutdown corner.
But where I was wrong was I said they'd go
nine to eight and missed the playoffs. And they ended
up winning Week seventeen against the Chiefs backups to get in.

Speaker 2 (27:19):
But a win, no it is.

Speaker 3 (27:23):
But let's let's let me let me take it back.
A couple of weeks a few weeks now when they
played the Buffalo Bills, and I told you, and I
told anybody listening that when that team plays a formidable opponent,
somebody that's not a Panthers or a Saints with a
backup team, that they fold like a bad handed poker. Right,
And they did. They got, They got malliwap, they got.

(27:44):
They got bamboozled by the Bills, who aren't great team,
but forty one to seven and you were up seven
to zero, and everybody's like, oh, both Nicks and Sean Payton,
Sean Payton, are you listening, Get off my team. I
don't want to hear it. Okay, I don't want to
hear it. And I like, I'm excited for what's to come,

(28:05):
but I am concerned the.

Speaker 1 (28:06):
Future is, right, Matthew, I said, like, I text you,
maybe one or two players off, maybe on the draft
and on the free agency.

Speaker 2 (28:15):
Maybe I guess you can make a run next year.

Speaker 3 (28:17):
Yeah, but let's let's talk about it and making it
a run. Okay. So we weren't competitive with the Bills,
who can't get over the hump and beat the Chiefs
and got molly wopped by the Ravens in a similar
score of forty one to seven, forty one to ten.
So like, there are tiers to this, right, I don't.
I didn't want my team to make the playoffs just
to say we made the playoffs at the first Sciences
twenty fifteen, I would have much rather been in position

(28:40):
for better draft capital, right, and not to mention, you
put a coach who I think is underachieving and is antiquated,
and Sean Payton on the hot seat to say, bon
Knicks who had a fantastic offensive line which was rated
amongst the very top. I would say top two or three.
And he has a tendency of his scaping a clean

(29:00):
pocket and throwing putting the ball in harm's way. So yeah,
there were some flashes and we got a good quarterback.
But I'm not gonna say, man, we made the playoffs. Like, no,
I'm not selling for no mediocrity. I'm critical of my team, okay,
and I think this should be should Yeah, No, I'm
looking between the lines to say we have a lot

(29:21):
more to do. As you know, the Raiders, Raiders, Raiders
just got a new head coach and Pete Carroll, you
offensive coordinator, like the ANC West is loaded.

Speaker 2 (29:32):
With the being to dision.

Speaker 3 (29:35):
Yeah, and and and the NFC. Let's let's not Let's
look at Baker Mayfield in the Bucks. Let's look at
Jaden Daniels and the Commanders.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
Unbelievable, Like the ball on this guy unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (29:49):
He deserved that Rookie of the Year out of doubt.
And uh look, I will say this football is my
favorite sport for a lot of reasons. But this years playoffs,
aside from a a couple of blowouts, was fantastic. It
was great ship. You had good storylines and I miss it.
I get a little sad around the Super Bowl. I
start tearing up knowing that it's over and I got

(30:10):
to do with baseball and.

Speaker 2 (30:11):
Hockey hanging there months away.

Speaker 3 (30:19):
Well, now that now that I got you back on
this podcast, I know we're gonna be able to make
it through because there is a lot of storylines like, hey,
perfect example, with some quarterbacks your rams, you might be
losing Cooper Cup and Matt Stafford. They gave him permission
to seek contracts with other teams just to see what
his So talk to me, Matt Stafford, walk away, who's

(30:39):
replacing him? How do you feel about that.

Speaker 2 (30:41):
There's an aging quarterback that used to be in the Netherlands.
They call him a a rod.

Speaker 1 (30:48):
Oh, he might be cheap, so he's enough, he's very
he's gonna be familiar with with with the scheme, being
with deals with Laffour for a couple of years, and
Lafleur was under McVeigh in those couple of years. But
I don't want to see Rogers in the rounds if

(31:08):
I want to, I want to keep Matchew Matching Stafford
in there. But then we got to decide on this
on this contract because he wants a lot of money.
He's due like forty eight mil a year, so and
and Cup two is another one man, here's another forty
million for his contract. I can see why we want

(31:29):
to trade him, trying to get some money back from
some sort of money. And we're we're we're young, we're
one of we're one of the youngest defense, defense and
team out there. So maybe we can hold on Matching
Stafford maybe for another two more years, three more year deal.

Speaker 2 (31:47):
Maybe hopefully they can they can get a.

Speaker 1 (31:50):
Fair contract for the team anium and hopefully we can
draft young maybe like another young receiver, and maybe the
line on another, uh quarterback we can build build on
in the near future, hopefully.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
Sounds like a lot of hope and wishing right there,
he's over here to talk about bringing a a a Ron.
You want an older quarterback than the Matt Stafford you got. Well,
you know what it could have been worse. I thought
you could have said Sam Darnold will come there or something. No,
I think they're gonna be Garoppolo.

Speaker 2 (32:25):
That's crazy. And you know, Minnesota might give him the
franchise side.

Speaker 3 (32:30):
I don't think that's such a bad idea. I mean,
let's consider it.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
And they're gonna keep Daniel Jones.

Speaker 3 (32:35):
Oh lord, that's the bad idea. Yeah, I think I
think from there, Well, that's Kevin O'Connell saying, watch what
I can do with Daniel Jones that no one else
could because he's supposed to be a quarterback whisper. He
did win Coach of the Year, which I thought Dan
Campbell of the Lions should have won. But I also
thought that Lamar Jackson should have won m VP over

(32:55):
Josh Allen. Yes, and he didn't, so that that's a
whole nother just gussion.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
It was an amazing year that he did forty.

Speaker 3 (33:03):
Touchdowns and less than five interceptions, never been done in
NFL history, and he didn't win. And then you look
at the head to head stats. You know, I really thought,
you know, there's definitely some voters fatigue when it comes
to it. But when you had the kind of season
that Lamar Jackson had and he didn't win Offensive Player
of the Year or m v P, it makes you

(33:25):
really look at what is the voting criteria and when
are we going to get it right? Because yes, an
absolute just atrocity.

Speaker 1 (33:34):
Right, look at the Mark, look at Dom, look at Chase.
He had a triple crown and he wasn't even even
talked talked about. You know how hard is to get
a triple crown? Those Yes, we did see it in
Cup a couple of years ago, maybe three years ago,
but before that, how long did it take for another

(33:54):
triple con winner. It's rare, I get it. It's a
it's a quarterback family league, and it's it's passing mostly
and it's gonna of course, they're gonna get more yards
and more touchdowns.

Speaker 2 (34:09):
I could, yeah, but he did. He did amazing. Man, No,
he did did amazing.

Speaker 3 (34:16):
You hit it on the head that when you explained
real quick for people who don't know what is the triple.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
Crown, receptions, touchdowns, and yards.

Speaker 3 (34:24):
That's right. He led in all three categories and was
not considered at all. I think he only got one
or two votes for Offensive Player of the Year and
none for MVP. What Yeah, it was, it was. It
was pretty substantial and and so you're right you mentioned
it is a quarterback league. A lot of people, depending
on who you talk to, will say it's a passing league. Well,
the quarterback has to pass the ball to somebody and

(34:46):
that is a wide receiver. Now, I want to be
objective and say the Bengals struggles. They always get off
to a slow start. So a lot of people are saying, yeah,
all those yards were garbage time and they put them up.
But but to balance that out, Joe Burrow was arguably
an MVP candidate as well, because that team was nothing
without him. I mean, he his statistics were better than

(35:07):
Josh Allen's two. But going back to Lamar Jackson real quick,
this tweet says he's the first player in NFL history
to have more passing yards, more passing touchdowns, fewer interceptions,
a higher completion percentage, more rush yards and a higher
rush average than the MVP that season. So Lamar Jackson
got jobbed. He absolutely got.

Speaker 1 (35:28):
Job big time. It was Lamar Jackson's MVP to lose. Yeah,
and the way he played this year is unbelievable.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
Yeah. Absolutely, And then looking head tohead, here's the breakdown
for the yards. Lamar Jackson total yards five eighty seven, okay,
to want five thousand yards of total offense. Josh Allen
forty two to sixty two. Okay, so almost one thousand
yards more. Lamar Jackson forty five touchdowns total, Josh Allen
had forty one. Lamar Jackson only had four interceptions, Josh

(35:57):
Allen had six. And then the QB here's a big
discrepancy one nineteen point six, which is third all time
only behind Aaron Rodgers, and Josh Allen had one on
one point four. So it's it's one of those things
where you look at.

Speaker 1 (36:12):
It's Robb's robbery right there.

Speaker 3 (36:16):
They called Josh Allen's MVP the DEI you know, you
know what I mean, And that's a big that's a
hot term nowadays right there. But when the flip, when
the script gets flipped, you know, people really don't like it.
So he played great. He is great without his team.
And now I hear that the Bills are not willing
to pay James Cook what he wants, which is next
for ten million dollars a year.

Speaker 2 (36:37):
He could this year. Cook, Yeah, he actually made that
team balanced.

Speaker 3 (36:42):
Yeah. Yeah, but you know we talked about it before.
Running backs are being devalued. Even though even though you
had Joe Mixon who left the Bengals to the Texans
thousand yards, you had Sae Kwon Barkley we mentioned left
the Giants went to the Eagles, Super Bowl champion to
j and Derrick Henry when I was gonna a thousand
yards with a new team. So the fact that these guys,

(37:03):
these gms and owners think all running backs are a
dime a dozen, it goes to show you just how
misguided some of these franchises are.

Speaker 1 (37:12):
Yeah, they are. They're very rare. You need to run
to balance out with the pass. If you're just gonna
pass past pass. As a defense coordinator, they're gonna catch
on it and be like, Okay, I'm gonna be bilitting
on this down. You're you're like, one hundred percent is
gonna pass on this down and I'm just gonna send
every the house and let's see what your quarterback can do.

Speaker 3 (37:33):
It's a shame because you do see it when the
playoffs come and the weather gets cold, you do. You
need a balance, You need a run game. You need
to at least have the defense not pinning their ears
back and going after your quarterback.

Speaker 2 (37:44):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (37:45):
We saw that with one of the greatest ever, Patrick
Mahomes running forwards life. They didn't have a run game.
We thought Isaiah Pacheco was gonna perform, or Carson Steel
or somebody, and it was just the Mahomes show. So
blame Andy Reid, right, but blame you know, I don't
even know who the offensive coordinator is because it ain't
Eric being in me. I know that. But but but

(38:05):
you know what it's that's football and there's a lot
to it. I would to stay with quarterbacks for just
one second. Here. We had a very famous quarterback, We're
very famous. Last name in Eli Manning, who did not
get elected into the Hall of Fame. Yeah, I just
want to know what are your thoughts on that.

Speaker 2 (38:24):
You should be in there. I don't know how long
it's gonna take, though, forget him in there. If you're
gonna do the numbers. Yeah, I can say that.

Speaker 1 (38:32):
But he won two Super Bowls man and against the Goat,
the Goat, he beat the Goat twice. That's Tom Brady's
daddy be talking about right there. Not only he beat him,
he beat him on that record breaking season that New England.
Everybody tolught Newland was gonna win the Super Bowl. Who
is this team the sixty? They ain't gonna weed and

(38:54):
win us. We're gonna in there and we're gonna smash
the hallo. And look what happened, Eli Manning, Eli Mann
and he brought him back and to win the game.

Speaker 3 (39:01):
I will always appreciate Eli Manning. Yeah he I mean,
just here's some statistics for him. I'm on the fence.
I don't know if he should have been in on
his first ballot. There are a lot of deserving names
on there. But let's break down his resume. A two
times Super Bowl champion, as you mentioned, two time Super
Bowl MVP in both of those wins there against the Patriots,

(39:22):
only made the Pro Bowl four times. He never was
all NFL. Never, he never was All Pro. But his record,
this is where kind of starts to go against him. One,
seventeen and one seventeen, So literally the definition of mid right.
Three hundred and sixty six touchdowns versus two forty four interceptions,

(39:43):
fifty seven thousand yards passing total, and he has the
record for the longest touchdown pass in NFL history. Now
that though rankings his yards fifty seven thousand, seventh all
time and seventh all time with his total touchdowns in
three sixty six, So you're talking top ten. More impressive
stats I thought was his iron Man stat started two

(40:03):
hundred and ten straight games two thousand and four seasons
twenty seventeen, and I think only Philip Rivers with two
twenty four and Brett fav had more to ninety seven.
So do I think Eli deserves the MVP or the
Hall of Fame? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (40:20):
Maybe further down the line, Yeah, Now I can see
there's a lot of much more better players than him
that should be there's deserving to be in.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
The Hall of Fame.

Speaker 1 (40:30):
Yeah, I can see down maybe a couple of four
or five years. Maybe down the line, he'll definitely get
in there. And like you said, he's made what seven
ranked top ten is in the top ten. I'm pretty
sure there's other guys below him in those rankings that
is in the Hall of Fame. Good, But we just
there's just too much good players in other positions. You

(40:50):
just got to give I think maybe three four years
maybe down the line. I would be surprised if he
does get him.

Speaker 3 (40:58):
Yeah, and I I mean, look, we'll see. I mean,
I honestly, with the last name he's got, I have
no doubt that he will be in and uh like,
but I'm not. I'm not losing any sleep at all
that he didn't get in first ballot. So I appreciate
your insight on that. I want to move to his
last topic here for this episode, the Lakers got to
talk about the Lakers real quick. They traded Anthony Davis

(41:22):
and in return that got Luka doncic and and with
last night showing defeating the Denver Nuggets, uh, it's it
seems to be working out now that Luca is getting
more on the ball and giving Lebron James and Austin
Reeves a chance to kind of you know, you know,
sit back get yeah. Yeah, I mean, because Luca is

(41:45):
the best on the ball. That's the way he's played
his entire career. And now we know Lebron James as
an impressive forty year old, the best forty year old
player in the NBA we've ever seen. But we know
he doesn't have the motor for the back half of
the season and throughout the playoffs. So so talk to
you saw this trade go down, What are your initial thoughts.

Speaker 2 (42:03):
I was thinking, Wow, did we actually got Luke all shocked?

Speaker 3 (42:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (42:09):
For Anthony Davis, oh, I'll take that any day, like
by like our friend ours, He's just a walking injury
prone man, Anthony Davis. And because the iron Man, you know,
he's gonna be there. He's he's gonna be there to
the end. And I'm so happy for this trade. I'm excited.
It's fresh, it feels fresh that the way we're playing.

(42:33):
I love the way we're playing with with with Comet
and a couple of the guys that's stepping up, and
I'm just so excited.

Speaker 3 (42:41):
Yeah, yeah, it's it's and then you know, don't connect
finally coming back from injury, Yeah, he was shooting lights out.

Speaker 2 (42:50):
So yes, we got two shooters on the corner finally.

Speaker 3 (42:53):
Yeah, man, Lebron James is gonna get what Lebron James wants.
And I know that MAVs fans were still upset about
the trade are having to cope and deal with that,
especially because to your point, Anthony Davis got hurt, you know,
a week within the trade, right, So, yeah, it's it's
you know, it's like the Lakers, they're known to have
superstar names. I'm just very surprised that that this trade happened,

(43:16):
and so is Luva Danci. She was caught off guard.
But man, that seventy seven looks good and Lakers yellow,
don't it?

Speaker 2 (43:22):
It does?

Speaker 3 (43:23):
It?

Speaker 2 (43:23):
Does? It? Really does. I'm think I'm gonna get one.

Speaker 3 (43:30):
Look, let's see, I've got to give credit to JJ
Reddick right now. You know. It's uh, they're they're looking
really good. And yeah, I we'll say, I will say,
you know, we'll see how it comes down the stretch.
I don't think, you know, all of a sudden, you're
just gonna just win the championship.

Speaker 2 (43:47):
No, No, We're a lot of ways from it.

Speaker 1 (43:49):
I'm just gonna take it day by day and see
how I'll be evolving and getting better.

Speaker 3 (43:55):
No, you're looking good. I mean you're fourth in the
West Western Conference right now, four and twenty one, eight
and two with the last ten games. So yeah, looking
at the Western Conference, you got the thunder at top
with forty five and ten, You're.

Speaker 2 (44:09):
Gonna go deep, I think, so yeah.

Speaker 3 (44:11):
I mean yeah, you're used to being at the bottom
where my sons are. Sons currently two games under five hundred,
twenty seven and twenty nine, three and seven in the
last ten games and looking kind of poopy, you know
what I mean. So late Lakers, you gotta be feeling
good about where you are, and I'm happy for you, man.

Speaker 1 (44:28):
Well, not only that, there's a lot of new faces
in new places. Yeah, like did Jimmy Butler on. I
think that's gonna help them way way better than what
Wiggins they're traded for Wiggins for.

Speaker 3 (44:39):
And they're doing good, I say, twenty nine and twenty seven,
currently ninth in the West, so yeah, they would make
the playoffs or the play in if you will. Yeah,
against the Kings, who can be rather dangerous.

Speaker 2 (44:53):
But I mean, oh yeah, Fox gone too, mano Foxes
about that.

Speaker 3 (45:00):
I like the arn Fox. I love his mid range game,
got the lefty pull up. I think he's gonna be
an absolute asset for for the Spurs. Him and Wimby,
you know, because Chris Paul was getting up there in age, right,
I think the.

Speaker 1 (45:15):
Begin of the future with this young young guys. Wimby
and Fox controls of this organization and going forward.

Speaker 3 (45:24):
Well. Yeah, on speaking on the Spurs, the news came
out yesterday about Greg Popovich, you know, legendary coach who
is suffered a mild stroke back in November. Is his
return to the league unlikely this season here, so we'll see,
you know, how that plays out and what that does
to the Spurs team which is currently twelfth in the
Western Conference.

Speaker 2 (45:45):
And I think the lost Wimby too over the season.

Speaker 3 (45:48):
Windy is out for the season. You're absolutely right with
a very similar internal injury that Chris Bosh faced uh
stly pertaining to the veins. Very dangerous right situation. So
if you're the NBA, uh, you've got to be on
high alert. You need the Luka, Doncic and Lakers. You
need the Knicks, who actually are surprised to some people.

(46:09):
Although they don't play well against the top teams in
the East, that's another story. But you need this because
the NBA rankings are in the tank, and look no
further than the All Star Game. Get rid of the
All Star Game. My goodness, is it terrible?

Speaker 2 (46:23):
Is it terrible? It's terrible. They're just Troy and balls
for the skill position.

Speaker 3 (46:28):
What is that?

Speaker 1 (46:28):
Destroying balls just for get time, the faster and faster time.
Oh man, also terrified.

Speaker 3 (46:36):
I watched the three point Contest because I always a
big fan of that. Congrats to Mac McClung for winning
the three peat for the dunk contest. The kid get you,
you know, but it goes to show you that it's
different skill in basketball, and it's entirety you know. I
don't know why he's not a full time player, but
he can. He definitely has some hops. I see John Morant,
Aaron Gordon, and Zach Levine hopefully gonna go against go

(46:59):
against the each other to try to knock him off
next year. I don't I don't even think all that
firepower can help the NBA All Stars. The players don't
take it seriously.

Speaker 2 (47:09):
And yeah, what do you think about that new format
that they're.

Speaker 3 (47:14):
I hated it. It was too much team. It's too much.
It's just just play ball. These guys making all this
money right here, like want the love of the game.
There's not enough of it. And this is what happens
when you got guys making too much money who can't
be incentivized to play hard. It's a long week for them.
I get it. But it's like, bro, you guys, you

(47:34):
guys play ball for a living, and like people pay
their hard earn cash. We're paying twelve dollars for cart
and the eggs and they got to fly here to
come see you guys. You know it's part of my language.
Half asset, all the way up and down the court.
And but the production is on Adam Silver. You had
less than forty minutes of actual gameplay and you had
two hours of commercials and Kevin Hart, get out of

(47:57):
here too much. That was too much.

Speaker 2 (48:01):
It was too much.

Speaker 3 (48:03):
Yeah, get rid of that.

Speaker 1 (48:05):
I came across a I was going through Twitter X
and I came across an old well I'm not quite old,
but a film about Isaiah Thomas telling Kobe Bryant to
miss the free chos for Michael Jordan's last last all
start so Mike can win. Kobe looked at him. He's like,
I ain't missing no freeos. I want to win as

(48:25):
much as Mike want to win.

Speaker 2 (48:26):
I want to win.

Speaker 1 (48:28):
Yes, that's the kind of competitive I want to see
at the All Start Oh did you fall?

Speaker 2 (48:36):
No, I don't want to see that.

Speaker 3 (48:37):
Let me just check up a three parter from half court, like,
good job for Staph even though Jason Tatum should have
been the m v P. I don't know the league
has against Jason Tatum, you know, but it's.

Speaker 2 (48:47):
Him is good man.

Speaker 3 (48:49):
When they when they get rid of the All Star Game,
which they probably never will take, the NFL Pro Bowl
with him, get out of here. The Pro Bowl is garb.
But I want to see so blank football.

Speaker 1 (48:58):
Just I want to see some Sean Taylor did blow
up a punter, Yes, that's what That's what I want
to see. I just want to see. I want to
see no flag football, and one don't want to watch that.

Speaker 3 (49:12):
You had. You had Russell Wilson and Drake May as
Pro Bowler quarterbacks, and I'm just like.

Speaker 2 (49:17):
Getta hit the right side of the barn.

Speaker 3 (49:21):
It's just it's watering down the game that I love
as much as I love football. Like I looked at
the Pro Ball, I just rolled my eyes. I couldn't
scoff any hard. I just I just couldn't. It was
just ridiculous. But but look we're going to end to this.
There's one one more topic I just want to touch
on here. Uh, serious topic, Justin Tucker or I should
call Deshaun Watson Junior. It's currently being investigated by the

(49:43):
NFL for sexual misconduct. I told of sixteen women have
come out across eight spots and have come out to
speak out about him exposing his genitals, leaving bodily fluids
on the tables. Uh, yeah, just being a complete ass
and and and the thing is, I hope and I
know he's a kicker, and Deshaun Watson was a quarterback,
but yeah, exactly, the outrage better be just as loud

(50:07):
and Justin Tucker doing these things even as a married man.
It explains why he struggled so much, missing all the kicks.

Speaker 2 (50:14):
Guy.

Speaker 3 (50:16):
Everything's coming out. And of course, so he's quoted as saying, uh,
it's unequivocally false that there's nothing that's true about this.
But again, it came out with just a few women,
and now you have sixteen total women coming out here,
Roger Goodell saying we'll look into this. And he's surprised
by the allegations. You think, by golly, he's a weasel.
You thought you this one time. Yeah, would be surprised.

(50:39):
So the NFL, they better handle this accordingly because you
have just these terrible things about what these women have
gone through in their profession to be exposed and degraded
in this way, justin Tucker, rible.

Speaker 2 (50:53):
Just terrible.

Speaker 6 (50:54):
Get your fingers off my phone.

Speaker 3 (50:55):
You really need me to put you lower than Harrison
Bucker right now, like and and people want to talk
about it. I listen to you know, sports talk radio,
and people were shying away from it, you know, but look.

Speaker 2 (51:07):
This guy is considered the greatest kicker ever.

Speaker 3 (51:10):
Yeah, it's and it's just terrible. So that's currently he's
not being charged, there's no civil lawsuit, but there's enough
coming out allegations against him. And I will tell, I
will tell NFL better do their due diligence. This has
been a great episode. Thank you, folks for listening to
the Big Island sports talk show. Brother No, I love
you so much. A good long episode for our listeners.

(51:34):
Thank you everybody behind the scenes that continue to support
this podcast, all those people that were pushing Brother No
to get back on the mic. Love you guys. I
appreciate you. Get some more content on the page. Let's
get a chee who and get out of here. Three
