really feel it and in such towards the season, and

Absolutely, And I think it just starts to be disciplined,
which is go to bed all time. Make sure you're
giving your body what it needs, which is you know food,
like think about food like fuel. Right what you're putting in,
you're getting out. And then you know, you made a
great point, which is you when everybody's tired and gas
in the third or fourth quarter, you're gonna have that

extra reserve to keep going because you put in the
work in the off season.

It's a big deal in the sense of, oh, you know,
the air is just cleaner. You just feel better what
football is in the air, you know, I mean it's

like uh, free agents and all that. You see all
they're doing with their with their team, getting good with
their new team, and yeah, it's gonna be exciting once football.

I just want to make the playoffs first. The playoffs, Well,
the first goal is trying to win the West.
