Over 20 years ago Sora healed herself of compulsive overeating by transferring her classroom "management" techniques to food "management" techniques (taught very challenged students in East New York, Brooklyn) and developed an easy to use eat and stop yourself no diet, weight-loss process.
I went on to teach hundreds of unhappy dieters how to lose weight using this process and her book
