One of our favorite guests at The BUZZ stopped by to talk about the latest season of, "Venice: The Series." Emmy nominated Gregory Zarian returns to the Emmy winning online series, and he promises that this season, fans will fall in love with...love! While we talked about the magic that is crafted for the stories told in the series, Zarian also shared his excitement on seeing/working with some heavy daytime drama hitters.

No stranger to daytime himself, Zarian had appeared on, "General Hospital," and, "Days of our Lives." One of the highlights of 2025 so far was the new addition to the CBS Daytime lineup: "Beyond the Gates." The new daytime soap centers around an African-American wealthy family, and the show set the internet ablaze! While voicing our love for the genre, and supporting the cast members who are involved in the series, that may or may not have stopped us from petitioning to appear in Fairmont Crest.

Rounding out the conversation was us getting us deep in the weeds and discussed what is happening in our world today. It gave us a chance to really reflect and speak from the heart, and you will hear our thoughts on what we wish we could see in our world today as a whole.

It's a conversation that is fun and thought-provoking all combined into one.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Buzz Buzz.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
The Buzz is on. The Buzz is on, the show.

Speaker 3 (00:05):
That gets you up close and personal with some of
the hottest stars.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Now here's your host, Novelle Jaylee.

Speaker 3 (00:12):
It's Novel jay Lee, and welcome into a new buzz
guest here at Buzzworthy Radio. Finally I had the chance
to sit down with Gregory's area. We've been trying to
make this happen for a while and it finally happened.
We got to talk about season seven of Venice, the series.
He is back in this season, and it's just when

(00:32):
you listen to what we talked about with what's to
be expected in this season, it's just I think the
best word to say is love. It's just full of
nothing but love, and you're gonna love who you love.
You're gonna hear it better coming from him than me.
But I love having him here. We get to talk
about not just what he's promoted, but then we get

(00:56):
to talk about real stuff because we'd like to get
deep in our conversations and we tend to bring it
to the show and I always love talking to him
about this stuff. It's just been an absolutely thrilled to
reconnect with him. Again and hopefully you guys feel the same.
So here it is our interview with Gregory's Arian. Check
it out. It's nice to have you back, really, it's

(01:17):
really is nice to have you back. I was so
happy when you reached out to me and asked me
to be on the show, and like, literally, guys, he
just messages me. Gregory's Arians joined me and he literally
just messaged me one day and goes, can we do something?
Can we do another show? And I was like, I
don't know exactly what I said, but it kind of

(01:37):
sounded like, bro, are you fucking kidding me? Yes? Week,
So thank you, ready, willing and able to have you
back here. It's just it's it was so much fun
the last time, and just getting you back here is
just absolutely Donal, I missed you a few months ago
because you were doing the event in the Project Angel Food,

(01:58):
and yeah, I was supposed to be there for that
and I wasn't able to get there and I would
love to see all you guys, but hopefully I'll be
there this year as well. But yeah, I watched it.
I was so glad to at least have been invited
to be a part of it. Donated to it. It
was just it was it was great.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
It was a great night, you know, because of that event. Actually,
Lawrence and I've become very good friends with Amanda Klutes
from Yeah Yeah, from Dancing the Stars, The Talk and
now Tyler Henry on Netflix, and she launched her own
health and wellness product last night in La And you know,

(02:38):
people love you when there are droves of people supporting
your cause, and you know, it's one of the gifts
of Project Angelford. So yeah, giving.

Speaker 3 (02:50):
Back, definitely giving back everybody was fantastic. Everybody was amazing
to get that lined up for it. It was just, it
was just it was just a wondful night to watch that.
I was very was very happy for it. But I
missed you guys.

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Well I miss you too because I see you that
I see that you're here and you don't call so
fuck off.

Speaker 3 (03:09):
Well a way to call me out of my audacity.
I love it, but so much to talk about. It
was to catch up on Venice just premiere the new
season and you of course are in it. And what
can people expect to watch in season seven?

Speaker 2 (03:28):
You know, uh, shout out once as always, thank you
for having me. I love you and you know in
this business, we get to meet some really great people
and you are one of my faves, and thank you.
You know, Venice Venice is a love story to its fans.

(03:48):
As you know, it was created years and years and
years ago by Crystal Chappelle Guiding Light with Jessica Luccia,
and when the show got canceled, she decided, Hey, you
know what, I still want to continue the story. Yeah,
so seven years later, seven seasons later, Crystal brought us
back to Venice, California. Season six, we were in New York,

(04:12):
and now we are back in Venice, California, and it's
the next chapter in their love story, and some really
exciting things happen. There's quite a few familiar faces and
some really really cool new characters. And you know, as

(04:33):
I say to you, when I've said to anybody that
asks what Venice a series is, it's a love story
and it happens just to be about two women, and
especially where we are in the world today and how
people tell you who to love and who you can't
love and blah blah blah blah. Yeah, you know, you
love who you love, and these two characters love each other,

(04:55):
and you know it reminds me of my marriage. It
reminds me of old relationships, reminds me of what you
will do to be with the one that you love.
And that's what season seven's is all about. And some
really cool things that I'm not going to give away
because you have to watch the show fair enough.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
And I will say there was a point that you
brought up. I wanted to get into that, actually, and
that's one of the reasons why I love talking to
you because we can. We tend to. If you've never
listened to any one of our shows or any of
our conversations that Greg and I have done, we tend
to get deep. We tend to get deep, and we're
about to get There was a comedy cent and I
want to get into the weeks with that a little bit.

(05:39):
But before I do, I just want to call out
Crystal Chappelle and Jessica la Chia number one. They are
absolutely phenomenal women. Not just actresses, They're phenomenal women. A
story I never got to tell you, Greg, who's when
I had Crystal on the show the first time I
had her on twice And when I first had Crystal

(06:00):
in the show, it was at the height of the
popularity popularity of Otalia at the time, and it was
just I was just so enamored with the way Crystal
was describing that storyline and just what these two characters
were feeling leading up to how the show ended with

(06:22):
those two characters. So it was it was just as
you said, it was a true love story. It was
a love story. I mean, we fell in love with it.
We wanted to see more of it. The show unfortunately
was canceled, so we couldn't see any more of it,
but we were able to see something of that nature
in Venice, and that story got to continue. So I

(06:43):
love Crystal for being able to do this not just
for the fans, but also for herself and as well
as you guys. So it was. It's one of my
fondest memories I ever have with her.

Speaker 2 (06:54):
So I love that. But let me let me just
send you jetually quickly too, though. Was Here's what's fastening
is Crystal and Jessica are both mary. They both have
their own children, and they just wanted to continue o'tala
o'talia as you said, right, they wanted to take the

(07:17):
love story and keep on telling it. And you know
who cares about who you love. And you know, Crystal
is fearless and I got to spend a lot of
time with her. Michael Sabatino, I love Michael, I love,

(07:38):
love love Michael. We really spent some great time together.
And you know, uh, because season six, I really kind
of fell in love with or Lacassidy, who played Doris.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
Oh my gosh, she's amazing.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
And you know, she was very much part of my
Immy nomination because it was that four minutes of just her.

Speaker 3 (07:56):
And I I remember that scene.

Speaker 2 (07:58):
Yeah, her husban been unfortunately passed recently, and so to
be connected with her and to be there for her,
and I'm like, and I even said to Crystal, because
of you, I now have this amazing friendship. And I
got to spend really great intimate time with Jessica Lechia
yead Nadia Bjoeming came back and she's one of my

(08:20):
nearest and dearest. And then I got to be come
super close with Harrison who plays Jamie. And it's Crystal
took this love story. She reached out to all her
soap opera fans. I mean, I'm friends from Susan c Fourth. Hey,
it's Peter Reckle to Ricky Paul Golden, to Kim Zimmer,
to all of these people that have played in the

(08:41):
genre and got to play in her sandbox. Christal Chappelle called,
they said, yes, here we are at season seven and
being in this business as long as I've been in it,
people calling, people don't answer the phone. Crystal Chappelle calls
and like, am I going to tell me where I
have to be? What do I got to do? Am
I kissing anybody?

Speaker 3 (09:02):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (09:03):
You know what I'm saying?

Speaker 3 (09:04):
And I do.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
She's one of my all time favorite favorite females. She's
she's as I say, you're just You're a ballsy broad
and I mean that the best of everything. She's sexy, sexy,
she's kind, she's generous, she tells great story and she

(09:30):
loves that abashably and uh, you know, recently she had
a loss in her family and I just want everyone
out there and so blended. You send her a lot
of love, she and and she still trudges this path
of I created a show. We're in season seven and
she is busting her butt talking about it, promoting it,

(09:52):
loving it. And as I know, Crystal, she's probably already
penned paper on season eight.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
She is a power and that's what we love about her.
I met Michael as well, and surprisingly everybody, I was
intimidated meeting him. She introduced me, she introduced me to him,
and he was just so charismatic, so nice. I literally
stood there scared to.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
Death because he played Lawrence Alamaine.

Speaker 3 (10:23):
I okay, so I will admit I did not watch
when he was Laurence on Days. I watched when he
was Anthony on Bolden and Beautiful.

Speaker 2 (10:30):
Okay, well did you see him on nots Landing before that?

Speaker 3 (10:33):
I did, as Chip, Yes, I did NOTTS was my show.
And yeah I did the rewatch when it did drop
on Plex as you well know I would. I was
sitting here watching it, so I got to relive all
of that. But yeah, I was so intimidated because all
of his roles, it's not we're villain, it we're villains,

(10:56):
and so that's what I grew up with him as
being a villain. And I just literally fat. They're going,
oh my god, literally was he has a heart.

Speaker 2 (11:08):
He has a heart this big and and here's you
know what's really special, and it's been all over the
news is he's having some health stuff go on and
he is just living his life and he is grateful
for every second of every day. And to go to

(11:28):
set every day and see Michael and see him support
his lot wife and give him a hug and a
kiss and he gave me a hug and a kiss back.
And what's I want to do a little fun fact
is Sherry Anderson Thomas, who was writing on Days of

(11:50):
Our Lives, is my twin brother's ex girlfriend and she
is now She's been a family, family friend. She was
writing four days at the time that she wrote the
character about Carly von Weisner, she wrote Lawrence and as
a shout out to both of us, do you remember

(12:12):
what the name of Lawrence's associate, No, Gregory. Lawrence's bodyguard
was Gregory.

Speaker 3 (12:21):
Interesting? Thank you interesting? Okay, and I still have not
been mentioned on the show yet, but okay, let's.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
I'll bring you up. I'll talk about you on a show.

Speaker 3 (12:33):
Yeah, I know you will, but everyone else, I'm like, listen,
I have a favor.

Speaker 2 (12:38):
All right, Can you please look at this Look at
this guy.

Speaker 3 (12:42):
Let's let's let's go, man, let's go. I I gotta
talk about something pleasant before I get the next topic.
But since we are talking about so the fact that
you've been in this soap game for a little bit.
You were on General Hospital as well. A new show
premiered at the end of February, and I literally love

(13:03):
everybody watching and loving and paying attention to it, beyond
the gate from CBS, and just the fact that I'm
sitting here at almost forty and seeing again that a
network has three soaps on three soaps, like we actually
have a lineup again since twenty ten once As the

(13:24):
World Turns left us and it left them now with
two to see three soaps on the air again, it's
so beautiful, It's so beautiful. What do you have to
say about the fact that it just we're coming, We're
basically we had a Specially when we first spent ten
years ago, we were under the impression that if you know,
everybody was saying soaps are a diagree, it's not going

(13:46):
to last long, it's on its last legs. But here
we are, something gets greenlit, it's cooling, amazing numbers and
everybody's talking about it. What do you have to say
about the fact that we are pretty much in a resurgence, literally.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
In advanced Thank you. I would love to work with you. Thanks.
You know, Here's well, here's here's what I love. First
of all, it's it's about a black family. That's what
I love. You know, With everything that is happening in

(14:29):
this country, the fact that it focuses on a black family,
I think is fantastic because just a family that happens to.

Speaker 3 (14:40):
Be it's a family that happens to be black.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
You know, and I you know, people are people. And
the fact that some of the big wigs are writing
on this show, that are opting this show. I've already
reached out to my team and I said, who do
I have to sleep with to be on this show?

Speaker 3 (15:02):
I already did. I already reached out to them and
I was like, listen, I don't know what I have
to do in order to get part on the show,
at least as a reporter or a small bit part somewhere.
But what do I need to do in order to
get to Atlanta to be on set for that?

Speaker 2 (15:16):
Hold on? We could do a little We could do
a little black and white and say, listen, you don't
know what you want? Hi? You know? When here's what
can I say? What's great too about it is Katie
mcclains on the show, and he was on Venice. Katie
directed me. She was the first director I worked with
with Hillary be Stman. Really yeah, she directed my first

(15:37):
episode on season five and giving kind Uh she's won
more Emmy's playing different characters than anybody, and soaped him,
I mean, and her husband joined her as he played
twins on General Hospitals. So they really reached. And what
I want to say about that is they really pulled

(15:58):
in great talent. You know, anybody, anybody can I'm not
I don't want to diminish anybody acting, but just to
really spend your time in finding talented people that tell
great story, you know, back to the characters that are
named on Venice. Talented people telling great story. I don't

(16:21):
know if dot Marie Jones from Glee Fame, who now
does everything that was on Rose, you know, the movie
A Billions Rose. You know, she was on two seasons
of Venice, the series and great people. Wanting to work
with great people that are talented. I'm thrilled and I

(16:41):
truly hope I get to play with any of the helps.
I'd love to come back on days. I'd love to
come back on gh why and r the Heads and
the casting. People at Why and R are very lovely
to me these days and have been. And you know,
in this business as an actor, people want to people
that really like you and love you. And I appreciate

(17:03):
what you do when I find you a job. So
big hug and love and gratitude to Greg and Why
and R because I would love to play with them
in Genera City. Beth Maitland and Tracy Brugman are two
of my nearest darest, and and you're also get to
pay play with people you love. So that was a
long answer, but I.

Speaker 3 (17:24):
Love the long answers, the long answers, and yes, Tracy,
and I've always seen pictures of you and Tracy I love.
I love that woman. She's absolutely nominal. I miss her dearly.
But you have already said kind of where I want
to segue into, because it's we're living and I hate

(17:45):
talking about it because we normally don't talk about this,
but I normally when I get on the horn with you,
I just let it rip and I'm always comfortable talking
about these topics with you. We're in a time now
where we just I feel like a lot of people
don't feel safe, a lot of people are not whether

(18:06):
they're not comfortable in their own skin and they're just
worried about what society is going to make of them,
what are they going how are they going to feel?
And my heart breaks for that, My heart breaks for
the fact that we are now in we're now in
times where people are not they're not happy. I think

(18:28):
that's the best way of saying it. We're none of
us are happy. None of us are happy, and seeing
stuff like this with them is seeing stuff like this
would beyond the gates, as you just eloquently pointed out,
in these trying times. It brings a smile to my
face because we are able to tell these stories that

(18:50):
appeal to us because we are these people and we're
watching and we're getting to accept these people in our hearts,
in our living rooms and everything, and it's just it's
so nice to have that release in the fact that
we have to deal with what's going on in our
real life. It's just it's just been I will say,
it's been difficult to watch, especially a lot of my

(19:12):
friends as well, feeling distrepidation, myself included. But we're making
we're pushing through day by day, but it's it's hard,
but you kind of were leaning into that story as
well with your comments earlier, so I kind of just
wanted to go back to that and talk about that

(19:34):
so more with you, because you know what's going on
in your head right now, with everything that's going on.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
I'm terribly sad. I'm disappointed in the humanity of this country.
You know, we are all we are more similar than
not than this similar human beings are more alike than
not alike. We all live, breathe, and eat, blank walk.

(20:09):
You know, who you love is who you love, and
that is our God given right. There is such a
conversation of this is how it's supposed to be and
who you're supposed to be, and people are believing it
and buying it and supporting it, and you know, I

(20:34):
you know, it's interesting when people talk about, you know,
the war in the Middle East, they're like, oh, you
don't get it. I'm like, yeah, I do. I'm Middle Eastern.
Well more Meenian, I get it. You know, there was
an Armenian genocide where one point something million or meanings
were massacred by the Turks. Massacred. Well, Gregory, you don't

(20:58):
get it, Well, yeah I do. I'm German. You mean no,
I don't mean my grandfather told the Nazis to fuck off.

Speaker 3 (21:06):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (21:07):
No, he took my mom and my grandma and he
went basically underground to Poland. My mom and grandma were
thrown off a passenger train. My grandmother was raped in
front of my mother. How do I not get that?

Speaker 3 (21:21):
Do you not understand?

Speaker 2 (21:23):
I lost? I lost half of my family on both sides.

Speaker 3 (21:27):
And because they're looking at you as faith value, they're
not understanding that you have so many facets to yourself.
That's and they're not understanding that you actually do understand
what the hell is going on?

Speaker 2 (21:41):
I do you know what it is? It's just it's
you know. I was working on a series in Berlin, Germany,
I'll Make This Fast, and it was counterpart on Apple
TV and it was great and it's damn good. And
I was doing a tour and a woman at the
end of the tour we were doing the underground Bunkers. She
was very, very, very emotional, and she said, I want

(22:03):
to let you know that when people think Nazis, they
just assume that Germans are Nazis. And she was crying
and she said, no, wow, are Germans And there are
Nazis and I am a German.

Speaker 3 (22:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (22:17):
You know, when we talk politically, there is this and
there is that. You know, you have the Democrats and
you are woke, you have plans, and you have maga, maga.
I feel that everything has swung so far that no
one's listening, no one's talking. And the one thing that
I see all over the place is we are accountable

(22:41):
for our words, our choices, our actions and who we
are right now today. And who I am is I
want to be a man that my nephews can look
up to, you know. I want to be a man
that my John's nephews look up to me and go,
he stood for that. What I stand for is you

(23:02):
know what Dennis is. It's we are anti bullying. We
are love who you love, We are conversation. We are
let's go through it to get to it. Let's wait,
what do you mean this is happening? We are groundbreaking
to get to the other side. And if we just

(23:23):
take a moment and say, hey, I'd like I don't
know what it's like to be a black man, talk
to me exactly. Tell me, you know. Terrence Torroland I
had an Instagram live years ago and I said, you know,
what's it like to be a black man? I don't know.
He was so lovely. He told me you could say, hey, Gregory,
what's it like to be a twin? It's conversation. Yeah,

(23:46):
it's just a conversation. Tell me why I believe in this?
Tell me why I don't believe in this?

Speaker 3 (23:52):
And I think you think everybody's scared to have that
kind of a conversation with people.

Speaker 2 (23:57):
Yes, we everyone's afraid, you know. I you know, my
side gig is to be a supermodel, and I I
am one of the come on. But one of the
companies that I work with now is Brunello Cucinelli and
it's this gorgeous brand and I spent the past two

(24:19):
days with them. But I was at this really beautiful
event last oh and somebody asked one of the big
wigs in one word described Brunello Cucinelli the brand said,
he said humanity? And I started crying, where are we?

(24:44):
But where are we today with our humanity? Like you know,
when the Twin Towers fell, you didn't care what somebody's religion, faith,
belief was a stranger, Lawrence and I los ange has
burned down. My house is in the middle of both
of them. I lived.

Speaker 3 (25:06):
I wanted to ask you that, like, how are you
guys doing?

Speaker 2 (25:09):
I lived, I lived with an evacuation warning on my phone,
packed ready to go? Do I have my dog's medicine?
Not medicine? Do I have this food? Do I have
my You know what I'm saying, like ready to go?
I was sweeping and raking the side of the house.
I was hosing down the roof. It's my home, it's

(25:33):
my city. I was born here, but I went to
Sharon Stone's sister did a pop up shop on Beverly
Boulevard where the masses came out and donated it close.
They eaton fire, Pacific Palisides Face, Pacific Palisades Fire Department,
Please come in, anybody. And Lawrence and I met these
two guys. They literally broke in our arms and sobbed.

(25:59):
No no one cared, gay, straight, black, white, Asian, Muslim, Hindu, atheist.
We just as a community and humanity came together. Yeah,
that's what I wake up every day and I go,
come on, you know better, stand up. And it's not

(26:22):
And I am not such a forest swinging this way
that I don't look at this way because I believe
all of this can come here. And what is this?
It's a prayer. So it's a long answer, and unfortunately
sometimes in my industry, I have to be careful with
what I say because it may affect one side or
that side. So my side is pray for conversation, be curious,

(26:46):
ask questions, Hey, help me understand what this is, and
say hi to people. Just say hi. Somebody said, somebody
said to me yesterday, you said hi to everybody. I said,
of course I do. How would let me ask you?
How were you with all of this?

Speaker 3 (27:10):
Wow? I first, with the fires, I was very I
think that was probably the first time in a year
I cried. I'll start there because seeing the devastation and
seeing my friends losing their houses, their homes, their their livelihoods,
their their memories, it was traumatic for me, and my

(27:34):
heart broke, and I just wanted to give everybody a
husband and do whatever I could do to just make
everybody feel okay. Somehow I was happy that they were okay,
but it's just seeing the devastation was just absolutely gut
wrenching for me. Sure, on the other side of the coin,
I'm seeing so many people worrying about the affairs of

(28:02):
our country, meaning that they can't love who they love,
or they can't be a person of color, they can't stay,
they have to worry about if an ice truck's going
to come and nab them and take them somewhere.

Speaker 2 (28:18):
They can't identify for who they feel they are in
their hoarse.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
So it's to me, I'm just sitting there and seeing this,
and I'm going I've never felt I never thought I
would have to grow up in a society where I
felt not just people surrounding me, but even me in
the back of my mind, having to worry about what
could happen to me, you know, what could happen to me?

(28:45):
And we do and I do, and everybody keeps saying
we're going back, we're going backward before the civil rights
movement because of what's happening in our society, and I
fear that that is what's happening. I keep why, and
I feel like I shouldn't be watching the news, I
shouldn't be following things on social media, I shouldn't be

(29:07):
doing any of this because it's just making me so
angry and sad and bitter and pissed off and and
everything of the sort. But I'm just watching this and
I'm just thinking it all in and I'm just going,
why can't we just love one another? Why can't we
just get through life just loving one another and just

(29:28):
be happy that. I call me naive, call me naive
on that, but that's how I feel because everyone knows
I'm a nice that everyone likes to say. I'm a
nice person like you. I say hi to everybody, and
I do that. But I'm also going, like, there's so
much disgusting heat in the world too, and I'm just going,

(29:49):
why why it's It's it's been tricky, it's been hard,
but with people like you and people who I know
dear to my heart that are very close to me
having them by my side, I'm making it through and
I really really love them for this. But my heart

(30:11):
also breaks for syone else as well. So not as
long winded, but it's also how I feel.

Speaker 2 (30:21):
Did you just call me long winded? I said that
with love, but Matt might love you. Matt, I said,
do I talk too much?

Speaker 1 (30:34):
And he said really, hmmm, so never did You've never
You've never thought that, listen, I I've I've had conversations
with you and we've gone long winded answers.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
If it's not you, then I want to given them
a long winded answer at times too. So I think
that's why we mesh, and that's why we call each
other mess But I appreciate long winded answers because when
you along with an answer, there's a story in it,
and I like listening to the stories. I like having
that kind of a conversation. And I really I always
appreciate the love. Whenever you stop by, I really, do you.

Speaker 2 (31:11):
Know, listen, I don't stop by crashing let me? Can
I say something because I don't. And we spoke. We
spoke about this a couple of years ago when we
did you know Venice, Yes, we talked a lot about
bullying and we talked about it being it was a pandemic.
I think it's an epidemic because the phone people commit suicide,

(31:32):
and you know, they are afraid to who be who
they are. And I just want to invite everyone that,
you know, be curious of the people that don't believe
in the same things you do. Ask questions. You know,
it's also our job now to be curious and see

(31:54):
things that maybe we may learn something from, you know,
protect one another, say hi to people you don't know,
you know, for anyone that is struggling. Now, you know,
with addiction suicide, every day we wake up somebody's killing themselves.

(32:16):
There are outlets out there, Freedom, Love of Who. I'm
still an ambassador to Trevor Project Glad Alcoholics. Anonymous people
have reached out to me about recovery hospitals here in La,
reach out to me, let me which I love. I
don't the the the platform that I get to do is,

(32:37):
you know, through the grace of God, I'll be sober
twenty years in August. I just celebrated twenty years of
no smoking.

Speaker 3 (32:47):
I just saw your post about that.

Speaker 2 (32:49):
Now, you know, one breath at a time. We there's
so many things that can take us down, and there's
so many things. Is that you know, people live on
their phone. People get so involved in what somebody says

(33:10):
behind the screen that they've committed suicide. The weip side
of all of that is you can do so much
good on this and this will save your life. This
computer will save your life. There are resources for everybody
and anybody like, hey, I don't understand what the liberals
think and I don't get what the Republican thinks, okay,
great Google difference is between Republicans in this. You know,

(33:34):
I posted something about Ronald Reagan and somebody came after
me and went, I can't believe you did that, And
I went, you know, they only gave twenty five thousand
to AIDS, And I'm like, stop. Well they finished, and
then I said stop. Ronald Reagan said, Gorbachev, tear down
that wall. My mother lived in Berlin, Germany. She lived

(33:56):
behind a wall. There's questions, there's answers, there's uncovering things
that we can all learn from. So I believe with
everything that we're possibly, that we are afraid of, that
we don't know what's going to happen. Extend your hand

(34:17):
a little bit more. See how you can be of
service to anybody and everybody, and saying hello to somebody
is the greatest thing you can do. Be kind, show
up and just make a difference in someone's day, even
if you call. You know, I write letters of compliments
to people all the time. Hey, so and so, Hey enterprise,

(34:39):
rontal car, so and so was awesome to me today.
We thought you were going to complain, you know what,
I'm not going to complain I want to just say
thank you for answering the phone, and Tory was awesome
today and I appreciate her. We have a choice to
do something different every day.

Speaker 3 (34:57):
And I don't want to keep you because I know
we're running running on time for you. But I just
want to say to that everybody's just so quick to
argue with your point with the Ronald Reagan post, like
everybody if it's it's such a difference of opinion, they
don't want to have the conversation. They want to argue
on the other side of the screen. And I don't

(35:21):
understand why, to your point, we want to have that conversation.
I'd rather sit here and have the conversation why do
you feel this way? Like, what what is it about?

Speaker 2 (35:32):
Help me understand?

Speaker 3 (35:33):
Help me understand? And nobody wants to do that. Nobody
wants to have that conversation. I see it. Maybe a
handful of people, literally a handful of people that want
to have that open conversation. They want to open that
door with them.

Speaker 2 (35:48):
Well, let me understand, and here's and here's as I said,
the pendulum. Oh maybe question and let me ask how
what is what do you mean? What do you think
any one. Two, Okay, how how great?

Speaker 3 (36:06):
Is?

Speaker 2 (36:06):
Okay?

Speaker 3 (36:06):
I just did something, But I just they're understanding of people.
Just to have that conversation, you get a better understanding
of people. But nobody wants to do that. They want
to just force their views on you because they feel
they're right and if you don't agree, you're wrong and
you shouldn't be a part of my life like that.
That's literally what it is. And I'm just sitting here. Wow,

(36:29):
A way to be so narrow minded. But it's I
completely one hundred agree with you.

Speaker 2 (36:35):
I think you know what we're say in sobriety. Would
you rather be right or be happy? I really err
on that. Let's be happy?

Speaker 3 (36:41):
Be happy?

Speaker 2 (36:43):
So can I can? I? Can? I go back to Happy?
