The Change Zone is delighted to present episode #64: " "Life As a Video Game with Dr. Miriam Zylberglait!"

Can you imagine life being a sequence of learning cycles instead of a unidirectional Line? Dr. Z. presents this new paradigm in her book 'The 3 G Cycle of Life: the Secrets to Achieving Joy, Meaning and Well-Being'. She is a triple Board-Certified Physician and a passionate advocate in the areas of well-being, burnout, mental health, and leadership development. Dr Z took a look as her roles: a mom, daughter, friend, wife + save the world, and knew her/our goals, grit and growth needed a new perspective. She released her book on these topics this past January.

Dr Z: brings her insights and stories into play to provide a broad vision of how to use each component of the 3G Cycle in your favour: learning how to bounce back after adversity and achieve growth and fulfillment. Originally from Peru, Dr. Z has two awesome sons, a caring husband, and a supportive family. Her dream is to help others achieve lives full of joy, meaning, and well-being.
Miriam Zylberglait, MD (Dr.Z)"In the 3G Cycle of Life, Dr Zylberglait combines personal storytelling and scientific insights to offer readers a framework for a happier, healthier life. This book tackles the threats to our well-being, and the strategies to improve it. -Jennifer Moss, Award -winning author of 'The Burnout Epidemic, and Unlocking Happiness at Work'.
