Speaker 2 (00:21):
W MOE and the Moller Broadcasting Network present It's the
Burt Bathyani Show, featuring the head coach of Moeller Football,
Bert Bathynni. The show is sponsored by Comy and Shepherd Realtors.
I'm Jeff Schneiedele with the Moeller class of nineteen eighty
four and with Komy and Shepherd Reeltors, able to handle
all of your real estate needs locally, regionally, across the country,
(00:44):
even globally. It's always great to catch up with my
favorite head football coach. That's Bert Bathyany coach. How we
doing today, morning sneeze, How are you doing great? Well?
Last week? Great trip to Nashville. It was it didn't
start out well. We lost the coin flip.
Speaker 1 (01:00):
I knew you were going to say that too, well
we lost the coin toss and but no, But in
my mind I said Jesus is gonna make a comment
about this, absolutely, the one who cares about the coin top.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
But did our fortunes change? We lost the coin flip,
but we came out like the beginning of a country concert.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
Everything, everything that you're talking about went through my head
when they came off the field.
Speaker 2 (01:22):
No way stop.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Yeah, all right, Well I wanna hear about this from
sneeds on Thursday.
Speaker 2 (01:27):
Why didn't you point up to us? Did you see?
I had the big molar flag up there where we
were broadcasting from from.
Speaker 1 (01:32):
The tiny little press box up there.
Speaker 2 (01:36):
I forgot about that. Yeah, that table set up, Yeah,
I forgot about that. Well, let's not say ready to roll,
because I had all the equipment, had to do the
production and Rob Foltz and I and Rob wasn't there yet,
and I packed, I unpack everything. He's great, except there
was no power cord to the main box.
Speaker 1 (01:54):
Yeah, we had the same issue down where we were too.
We had figured out. But don't tell me how rocky
the sea is. Man bring the ship home a good.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
Rob Foltz was the man we had to just we
just had to figure out how to power everything up.
And one thing I was thinking, is man I came
all the way down here to sit and watch the game,
and no one's gonna know what's going. Yeah, but we
got it done. The cord was found right here, right
right here in the studio. Can you imagine that? How
about that? Anyway? Anyway, it was all good. So uh
(02:22):
so we lose the coin flip, but uh man it
uh we we came out pretty well. We'll talk about
that in the first segment. But uh but uh, just
a change of fortunes from the first three games. Coach, So.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
I al, I care about the outcome from that standpoint.
You go, they got out. You're not gonna get every
single one. Obviously, we like to defer and get the
ball in the second half, so that's always the first
thought you go through your mind. But then we get
the ball on offense and we get that, we get
the roll. So it ended up working out for us.
Speaker 2 (02:53):
All right, Well, coach, I mean what you said is
you knew I was gonna say that. So what you're
saying is, I'm pretty predictable. Unfortunately for our opponents. Our
offense isn't good at maya. I'm good at like picking
up out there there you go, there, you go. Hey, Well,
that's maybe I'm observant. Maybe that's why you're the head coach.
I don't know, you know, getting it done, huh, getting
(03:14):
it done. But uh, nonetheless, we'll talk about that game
and that trip to Nashville in our first segment, and
then the second segment we go into basically a new season.
We had the first four games, yep, and coach, those
are tough games. I tell you what. You know, Princeton's
gonna be a little bit different animal, I think as
they progress through the year and the Uh. I don't
want to say we were lucky to get them early
(03:35):
because we might see them again. But but that's a
good football team. And of course they beat They beat
Lakota West fairly handily. Uh took advantage of some things.
But uh man, what a what a what a first
four games that we had.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
Yeah, I mean we knew that going into it. I mean,
you play an emotionally charged game against your arrival. There's
a trophy involved in that game and it goes back
all the way to the seventies and eighty, so you know,
obviously that's a big one for our school. And then
you go, I want to say, on the road, because
we had the game with Trinity, but then you have
those three games of state champions from different states, so
(04:09):
I want to know if there's another team in the
country that's done that. And then through all that with
that travel weekend, now you get into your conference play, right,
so you get your three conference games, and then you
have the boys from from Cleveland coming down, which is
like pretty much a conference game as well. So there's
no rest for the weary right there. But we are
in that new season where we're excited to play in Ohio,
(04:33):
We're excited to play in Cincinnati, yes, and we don't
have to travel I think for another four weeks until
we go to ED. So that makes me really happy.
Speaker 2 (04:42):
Why don't we just expand the GCL and just add
in Ignacious and ADS and then we can have a
six team league. We're playing them already, I mean, why not.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
I guess that goes for people who are smarter than
me making those decisions, But I think every coach deserves
to to control their schedule from that same point. And
I know we play Ignacious and EDS and that, but
like that, that is still a challenge for all those
schools that the travel and this and that. So you know,
I'd love to have that as a conference game. It
would definitely make scheduling a lot easier. But even though
(05:16):
right now, I mean we have, you know, pretty much
a back door handshake with eds ignationis and we're going
to play every year. So it works out and we're
excited about it.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
They get us, we get them. But we could keep
the GCL name it just called the Greatest Conference League. Yeah,
greatest competition League. How about that? I'm in.
Speaker 4 (05:33):
I'm in.
Speaker 2 (05:34):
Well, it seems like they're in the GCL. Anyway goes
moves right in.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
Shoot that you had the team, I mean just regionally,
you could do something really cool with that where you
add in the Catholic schools from Indianapolis and then down
in Louisville, and then it's just the problem is like
from Cleveland, the Louisville or Cleveland that Indianapolis is ever
we're the ones who selfishly would fall into that. It'd
be nice to, you know, have some other teams from
ohiogame getting that as well. But that would definitely scheduling
(06:00):
a lot easier. Well, coach, I like that. But then
what we could do is we could have like a
big conference day of games right here in Cincinnati. Yeah,
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (06:11):
I think it would be tremendous. I mean we could
have like four game skeeds will be tremendous. I don't know,
start to finish. People would buy tickets. It'd be great.
I got something I gotta start thinking about. Maybe maybe
put let's put you in charge of that one and
maybe just build a stadium just with that. I'll find
some way. We'll do that, just for this league. You know,
if you don't choot for it, you never get it.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
Scared money, don't make money.
Speaker 2 (06:34):
That's right. Then the Lord hates a coward. Someone out
there is listening and saying, I like this idea.
Speaker 1 (06:39):
Are they saying like these guys are a bunch of
idiots and they need to stop. Move on the next segment, coach.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
They I hear that about myself anyway. So it's a
big deal. What's what's another notch in the in the
in the woodwork. It's all good. So all right, coach,
let's take a break. We'll come back and we'll talk
about that forty nine to twenty eight win. Down in Nashville.

(08:26):
which features the head coach of Moler Football. Bert Bathyani
Show is sponsored by Comy and Shepherd Reeltors, and I'm
Jeff Schniudel with the class of nineteen eighty four and
with Kby and Shepherd Realtors. Always great to catch up
and of course our first segment is all about last
week's game. Coach, we go down to Nashville Are I
talked about it, lost the coin flip, but man, did
(08:46):
we come out right on target and of course you
know Matt had three touchdown passes right there in the
first quarter. Great scene, Cooper McCutchen back in the mix, yep,
and things just got rolling from there.
Speaker 1 (08:57):
Well, that was a point of emphasis all week was
starting fast and we haven't done that the previous three weeks,
so that was the main focus during practice is offense, defense,
special forces. We have to be able to start fast,
and I thought we did in the first quarter. Offensively,
we had three touchdowns. Marshall ball right down the field,
converted on some good third downs. Our kickoff team was
(09:17):
banging it in the back of the end zone. Jack
Malibar had an awesome day. And then yeah and then defensively,
we had that big we we had an early stop
and then the fourth down stop and that just like
when you're playing complimentary football, good things happen. That's how
you end up with a twenty one nothing lead. What
I'm not happy about is how we relaxed and we
(09:38):
allowed them back in the game and we got to
eliminate big plays on defense, which we have to do
a better job of. Is we gave up a I
believe there's a screen pass to their back. Is an
incredible player and he was able to go score and
that was based on miss tackles. And then we we
we had that we had the punt that we kick
(09:58):
off and we had a chance to make a tack.
We have three guys right there and we we whiff
on the guy. But give that kid a lot of credit.
That's a kid going Alabama. Our punter was not supposed
to kick it to him, and he kicked it right
at him right. So there's there's things that happened out
on the field, and you know, you just kind of
shake your head and all of a sudden you're in a
fourteen point swing. It's twenty one to fourteen.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
And now you're like in the dog fight, and it's like,
this isn't as easy as you thought it was.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
And then you get the ball back and we had
two fourth down conversions on that next drive, both going
to Cooper. We were able to give a little bit
of wiggle room and make it twenty eight fourteen. And
then we had the drive to end the half, which
I didn't like how we I liked how we handled
that drive until the last play. Until the last play
we messed up the protection MAT's trying to make a
(10:46):
play happen. The ball should have been thrown out of bounds.
We can kick a field goal. But wasn't happy with
those things going in the first half. But then you
go back out, you go at halftime, and you're up
twenty eight fourteen, and the point of emphasis is come
went out and getting a stop right away, and then
we give up a big play and they get down
and they score. So now it's twenty eight to twenty one,
(11:07):
and then we're just at a sync from that standpoint.
But then we were able to settle down. Special Forces
still did a good job kicking the ball in the
end zone. So that was a huge factor in the game.
Was the average starting field position. We beat CPA by
seventeen yards in that category. So with those touchbacks, their
(11:29):
average starting field position I think was the minus twenty
two and we were the minus thirty nine and a
reason because that was a fourth down stop. We did
a pretty good job on kickoff return and then that
punt that went over the guy's head, we were able
to get that. And then there's another one where we
were able to get pretty good field position. But the
field position battle played a huge role in that game.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
Coach really unique with that a couple of things. I mean,
how many times you see one team get up on
someone twenty one or fourteen to nothing, and I mean
you never think the game's over. Actually first, you know,
first quarter and this is at all levels, and then
all of a sudden things don't even out. But you
know you're playing a really good team and it's not
You're not going to go like the forty two to
nothing on a team like that. So, I mean that's
(12:11):
kind of the nature of football a little bit. And
I know you said kind of relax a little bit.
I mean it's kind of like human nature. Yeah, I mean,
it's kind of like hard, but you know, you just
got then you gotta get the twenty eight. You gotta
do whatever you can to get the if you can
get there, because just too good of a team. The
other thing is every both teams scored in every quarter
of the game, So you know, I mean it was
certainly an entertaining game by all means. With that, you know,
(12:34):
and again, uh, you know, Matt really on target twenty
five of thirty one. I mean, you know, we can
talk about the numbers and four touchdown passes. I just
think that that that many completions with out of the
attempts is just is phenomenal.
Speaker 1 (12:48):
He was he was making good decisions and he and
he always makes good decisions. I think the only the
only player I was really mad at him for was
the the one where he didn't throw away where he
could have kicked a field goal. But that's a learning opportunit, right, Like,
we got to do better in that moment, and he's
held to a high standard, so he needs to do
better in that moment. But I mean, when if you
think we had sixty five plays and sixty four out
(13:09):
of sixty five home, he was really really good, right,
and he made some really good adjustments to pass protection,
really good decisions do on the field, getting distributing the
ball to all the weapons that we have, and he
executed the game plan flawlessly. From from my perspective, I
thought he did an awesome job and he took what
(13:29):
the defense gave him right it was. And then Reggie
Watson I think had fourteen catches.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
Fourteen catches for twenty.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
Six catches in two games. I mean, that's that's awesome.
Like just Johnny on the spot just making great plays.
The offensive line was doing a good job. Our backs
we started off a little slow, I thought, but we
picked it up near the end with Dante and Tyler.
I thought their defense did a really good job just
flying to the football and getting their fits correct. For
(13:57):
the most part, we were able to wear them out
and break a couple, but for the most part, their
backers did a good job flying over the top and
then fitting up on our gap scheme stuff. They did
a good job of that. We knew going in they
would do that. We didn't do a good job I
thought executing our assignment to be able to counteract that.
But overall, really good job by Matt and and executing
(14:18):
the offense.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Coach. I really feel bad for Landon Adams and Carson
ko as far as missing time as their senior year,
as far as our top two returning wide receivers. But
they have Reggie Watson, you know, kind of step up.
Maybe he doesn't step up like this if they're both
healthy and playing. So in a strange way, as unfortunate
as it is to not have your two top receivers
(14:41):
all of a sudden, someone else and then some other
guys are even emerging just because I don't want to
say they have to, but that's gotta throw the ball
two people.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
That's the next man up mentality, And that's as a coach,
you just got a as a football program, you just
have to move on, right, Like you get an injury
and it stinks, and especially in high school or college,
it's like the senior year and everything's building up to that.
Like you never want to see that happen to anybody,
but the fact of matters. You can't just sit there
and soak about it. You got to move on. So
(15:10):
that's another opportunity for someone else in your football team
to step up. And that was the same thing with
Jocelyn last year, right Like he's at running back, got
moved there from quarterback, kind of an unknown I think
to everybody. But then it was this game last year
he runs for ninety nine yards against a really good,
say next defense, and then he took off right like,
you got to take advantage of those opportunities, and you
(15:32):
never know when they're coming. So that's why you always
got to stay ready. You got to stay prepared for
when that moment comes, you can grasp it, you can
take a hold of it, and then never let it go.
So Reggie's doing a good job of that, and he's
earning that trust with Matt every single day in practice.
And that's how that stuff develops. Like what you see
on Friday night just doesn't like, well, that just doesn't
(15:53):
magically happen. It is built upon throughout the summer. It's
build upon throughout August and all that with just the nature, maths,
schedule in the summer and Reggie's with baseball. It took
a little while to kind of figure that out in July,
right like that that relationship was not flourishing the way
it is right now. It's more come during the season,
but that trust has been built in practice, And kudos
(16:17):
to Reggie, I say all the time Thank God for
Reggie Watson. He's killing it right now.
Speaker 2 (16:21):
And coach now, you know, we know about the two
senior tight ends who you know, are just outstanding, but
now it seems like we have like two more tight
ends emerging. And now it's like we got a crowd
of like four really good tight ends.
Speaker 1 (16:38):
Yeah, there's a really good room that Jackson Meridank's a
really good player. Tristan Jackson's really good player. And they
bust their tails in the weight room too. I mean,
the amount that the commitment from those two has been awesome.
And then there's another young man that people don't is
will Omen. I think will Omen is a really good
tight end as well. That room is just really really good,
and they're they're getting coached up and they're taking anger
(17:00):
of their opportunity. Now we're we're able to get in
the different personnels that some teams aren't able to do.
Just the nature of that position.
Speaker 2 (17:07):
What a fun night, What a fun game down and
uh down in Nashville and uh you know, eight kickoffs,
five touchbacks. We only punted once, you know, maybe good
we didn't punt another time. It was the case, so
that's okay. But things we got to address things we
got to do. So, uh, we we go three and
one in that first Uh, first, I'll say segment of
(17:28):
our schedule and uh and really we just we played
some really good football coach.
Speaker 1 (17:33):
Yep, absolutely, but but that's fun, Like those are the
teams that we want to play much rather playing those
games than you know, and.
Speaker 2 (17:41):
You know, fifty five to three, and because you're.
Speaker 1 (17:43):
Always questioning how good are we? You know, you're always
questioning that. So sometimes it's when you play those good teams,
it could be a wake up call or it could
be a confidence builder, right, it's usually one or the other.
But the season is a process and we're trying to
get better every single week so we can prove it
be you know, going in the right direction by the
(18:04):
time it really really matters, and it's it's you know,
do or die.
Speaker 2 (18:08):
Certainly entertaining football coach the first four weeks. Now the
fun continues.
Speaker 1 (18:12):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (18:12):
We'll talk about that in the next segment. As you're
listening to the Bert Bathyani Show, which is heard here
on w MOE and the Molar Broadcasting Network, and the
show is sponsored by Comy and Shepherd realtorch we'll be
right back with segment number two. I think you know
what that is coming up. I'll be right back. Moller fans,

In a right right up the middle. He's crashing. He's
trying to take people and he doesn't to the end zone.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
Crusader touchdown.
Speaker 2 (19:07):
They are gonna fake it. They are going to try
to throw to the end zone. They doo under pressure
and the balls loose on the term Crusader touchdown. Buller
Crusader football takes it around the right side. He riaks through.
He is going at the party fifty forty.

Moeller Football Crusaders, Bert Bathyan. Any show is sponsored by
Comye and Shepherd Realtors. I'm Jeff Schneidel with Come and
Shepherd Realtors, but really with the class of nineteen eighty
(20:09):
four Molor High School coach, going back to the beginning
when we started playing football, you know, and natural rival
came out in our league, and here we get to
go through our league schedule, which I like how our
schedule really sets up because I don't think the other
schools have this where we go three conference games in
a row. I think you can keep that focus and
(20:31):
let's not kid ourselves. That's kind of like the first
crown jewel of the season that we won is we
want to win the GCL. And of course Saint X's
is a really good team. They're undefeated and you know
it's going to set the tone for someone. So tell
us a little bit about St. X as far as
what we got looking forward, as far as Friday.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
Night, I mean, they're really good. Again, They're always good
so impressed with them. On defense. I think they're giving
up five points a game and one hundred and fifty
yards of total offense. I mean, they're they're dynamite. They
they fly to the football, they communicate really well, and
they look like they have fun playing defense. And I
think that's a tip of the cap to them. But
(21:11):
they got some really good players, like five Power four
kids right now on their team. So they do a
good job of getting their players in the right position
to make plays, and they do a good job of that. Offensively,
they pose a lot of threats as well. They got
the new quarterback from that you know, the transferring from
I believe it was back Actually no, right then, his
(21:31):
dad was the samee XT guy. But they got some
weapons at wide out, they got a good running back,
they they got a strong offensive line. They're gonna be good,
right like they're it's sane X. So we expect them
to be completely sound in every facet of the game.
And you know, it always comes down to the water
with this game anyway. I think, you know, even if
you look at the last yeah, like you look at
(21:52):
the last four games, I think that the difference has
always been what happens in the red zone, right, Can
you score points in the red zone? Can you know
if you kick field goals? That's it's good to get points,
But at the same time, you want to be able
to put the ball on the paint. So I think
it usually comes down all that, and they're really good
with their red zone defense. So we when we get
(22:13):
down there, we got to put the ball on the paint.
And if they ever get down there right like hopefully
they don't, we got to be able to force them
the kick or force the takeaway and make a big
play that way. So it's nothing when you get in
the games like this, it really just comes down to
the fundamentals and who can eliminate the most mistakes, right
like who can eliminate big plays, who can create big
plays on offense? How are you taking care of the football,
(22:35):
how are you playing in the red zone? And then
who can get off the field on those money down
situations and who can continue drives and be able to
flip the field That adds to that average drive starting analysis.
So those are the key points that we look at,
and in games like this, these are usually what the
term and the outcome.
Speaker 2 (22:53):
Coach we've eaten saying next six times in a row,
And it probably really doesn't matter the kids, because, especially
if you're a senior, you just want to take care
of your senior year. Of course, last year, you know,
we got way ahead on Saint X and they mounted
a comeback and they got within striking distance. I mean,
hats off to them, And that was in the league
play and then of course seeing them again, and it's
always tough in the playoffs. You know each other really well.
(23:15):
It's not like you're playing some team where you just
you know, the only homework you can get is watch
them on film. You don't get to see them or
get kind of the feel against them. Lie, But we
did and we get to play them and another tight
game in the playoffs. So but the six in a row,
I know everyone probably outside the team, our team knows that.
But probably for the kids, it really doesn't matter to
(23:38):
them because this is their senior year. This is just
another year.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
Well it shouldn't matter to them because all the last
six games like that doesn't matter now, right, Like this
is this year's team, this is the twenty twenty five team,
and for both squads, if you focus on the past, right,
they ain't gonna help you for the future. There's there's
no way, shape or form what happened in the past
helps you with the future. It's just whatever that team
is then and there. So if you get caught up
(24:02):
and thinking about all that stuff that doesn't matter, right,
you're probably not gonna play at your best. But if
our guys can focus on the task in hand and
just play with incredible effort every single play, have nasty
intentions every single play, and then focus on their execution,
usually good things will happen. And that's always been the focus,
so we really try not to worry about the opponent
(24:24):
too much. Obviously, you game plan, but the main focus
every single week has always been on us and our
playing our brand of ball and eliminate mistakes. And usually
when you do that, you can the scoreboard takes care
of itself. And I know I say that all the
time and it probably gets redundant and boring sometimes, but
that's usually what leads to victory. So we don't get
caught up in the past, Like, we're focused on this
(24:46):
game right now and our guys are gonna be excited.
It'll be an emotionally charged game and as a coach,
you're more just trying to bring normalcy back to this
week more than anything. When it's not a normal week.
Speaker 2 (24:58):
No, it's a travel very far. Well, that's a plus, coach.
Just in regards to Jackson fry I mean, not like
ever playing against him. I know you can probably watch
tape of him at Bexley in the first four games.
You know he comes in with eight touchdown passes to interceptions.
Obviously he's doing a good job running their offense. I
do want to just talk about his dad, just briefly,
Greg Frye back in the eighties. I think it was
(25:20):
Class eighty six, probably one of the most entertaining games
in the series. We've had a boatload of him, and
that was in nineteen eighty four. I believe it was
the Class of eighty five, but it was fifty six
forty two, and I remember at that game it was
like watching a tennis match. I mean it was literally
back and forth, back and forth. I mean Greg fry
(25:40):
had just an outstanding aerial show. Yeah, and I believe
Mark Campus for us, I mean it was, I mean
fifty six forty two was oundstanding.
Speaker 1 (25:48):
I don't think there's a coach in America that wants
to play in a game like that, right, Like when
it's just back and forth, especially, you know, you just you'd.
Speaker 2 (25:57):
Rather play much better on these almost like where's the
tipping point? How can we just how can we know?
Speaker 1 (26:02):
I know those games are exciting for the fans, right,
but I know as coaches, I don't think there's a
coach in America that everyone wants to win. I mean,
we all want to win by one. That's the ultimate goal, right, Like,
would much rather win ugly than lose pretty. But I
don't think anyone wants to play in a fifty six
to fifty two whatever the score is kind of game like.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
That fifty six forty two. But you know last year's
score wasn't, I know, forty seven. I mean that that's
not that.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
Far I would I would say Coach Speck to myself,
would both say they they they were playing a game
like that if they can be victorious, But overall they
would not want to play in a high scoring game
like that because that means defensively we're struggling. But you know,
I have all the confidence in the world our defense
and and and what we're able to do. And you
know this when you get through these rivalry games, throw
(26:47):
all the stats out the window, throw everything out the window.
It's just they're unpredictable. And especially the gCO games, the
intense he will be up, the passion will be up,
that the fans will be excited. So it's a special,
special time and gCO ball is pretty special, especially downe
in this corner of Ohio.
Speaker 2 (27:06):
Well, and it's not just the GCL. I mean, it's
almost like the fan bases, the kids that are all intermingled,
you know, you kind of you really kind of know everybody,
and it's like, but you know, they want to beat
us as bad as we want to beat them.
Speaker 1 (27:20):
That plays a difference too, right, Like we just got
done playing three to the four games. Our kids don't
know their kids at all. They have no idea. They're
seeing them on film. But even on film, you can't
get a good idea of how tall long. I mean,
you get the heights and the weights, but those are
never accurate, right.
Speaker 2 (27:36):
And someone looks a little different when you get the
pads on them.
Speaker 1 (27:38):
Yeah, and they run a little different, but now here
Like a lot of these kids grew up playing on
the same teams and their friends or their their front
of me's or they're they're they hate each other. It
just there's there's a familiar familiarity between both fan bases,
between the parents, the alumnis the faculty, right like the players,
And that's what intensified everything.
Speaker 2 (28:00):
And you know how I tune in. It's going to
be a little warm tomorrow and as far as the weather,
but hey, we've been there before. But hey, at least,
I mean, it's gonna be dry, uh, you know, and
it does seem to get the sun out. The sun's
setting a lot earlier, so at least it'll uh, it'll
kind of the temper temperature will start to do cool.
Speaker 1 (28:19):
There's no doubt.
Speaker 2 (28:19):
Man, it'll be electric. And yep, not a ticket to
be found.
Speaker 1 (28:23):
That's that's what I heard.
Speaker 3 (28:24):
You know.
Speaker 2 (28:24):
The other thing I really love about doing this is
is all now all the the texts and calls that
I get, Hey, man, can you can you find me
a ticket? Can you do this? I'm sure, I'm sure
you get a lot of strange requests, but it's like, hey,
I mean, everybody's fighting for every ticket.
Speaker 1 (28:38):
The hard thing is that it is just you can't
say yes to everybody.
Speaker 4 (28:41):
You know, you want to, You want, you want to,
but you know, but there's got to be a cut
off point.
Speaker 1 (28:46):
And then the moment you say yes to one person,
that person tells everyone else. And then when they come
back and you can say no, then it just causes
a rick.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
I know you've got me those two and can you
squeeze me two more?
Speaker 1 (28:57):
Hey you got Johnny two tickets?
Speaker 2 (28:59):
Can you get me?
Speaker 1 (29:00):
Oh? Yeah, that makes it tough, but that's what makes
it cool too.
Speaker 4 (29:04):
You much rather be in that environment, right, What about
the other way where you can't get to go with
the game goes.
Speaker 1 (29:09):
Handing them out. So it's much I'd much rather have
this than the opposite.
Speaker 2 (29:13):
All right, Well, this happens on Friday night, seven o'clock
out in Claremont County. So I guess this will be
the first time Mueller and say next for ever, we're
gonna play out of Hamilton. No, it won't be out
of Hamilt County because we played in Dayton. So but hey,
just another county to put on on the list. So
Montgomery County, Hamilin County. Now Claremont County gets gets its
taste of GCL. How about that? So all right, coach uh,
(29:37):
I know it doesn't. It's not going to take a
lot to get these kids revved up and going. So, uh,
let's have a good game tomorrow night. Let's let's put
on a good show, best entertainment value around without a doubt,
and uh, let's go tee it up and get it done.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
Yep, thanks man, appreciate you.
Speaker 2 (29:51):
