Speaker 1 (00:06):
I don't know queen.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
Hi, this is Danny Fought and you're listening to the
Danny Felt Podcast. On today's episode, we are diving into
self care. Now you might be wondering, Danny, how do
I get started with self care? Like? Word I even?

(00:30):
What do I do? Like? What does self care actually mean? Well,
self care can honestly mean a lot of different things,
but ultimately it just is important to ask yourself what
do I need? What does my body need? What does
my mind need? Am I hungry? Do I need to sleep?

(00:53):
Do I need to call a friend? See, when we
don't take care of ourselves and our mental health is
like really stressed out, and we're in anxiety and we're
in fear, and where our nervous system isn't regulated, then
it's gonna be a lot harder to really be there
for the people in our life. It's so important to

(01:17):
really step into your self care no matter what. So
sometimes that means taking a nap, Sometimes that means going
for a walk, Sometimes that means calling someone on the phone.
But it's just it's really important to prioritize your self care.

(01:37):
This could also be things like getting a haircut, getting
your eyebrows done, getting your nails done, taking a nice shower,
going to the spa, booking a massage. It could also
be like creative time. Maybe you crave creativity and you
just want to write a song, you just want to
write an entry in your book, you just want to

(01:59):
get creative. It could be I'm gonna go cook a
new recipe, I'm gonna go learn something new, I'm gonna
go take a class. All of this can be under
self care. And when we are doing what makes us
feel good, then we are going to be helpful for
other people. When we are when our nervous system is

(02:22):
not regulated and we're really stressed out and all these things,
then it's gonna be a lot harder to actually get
things done to be productive. Our sales is going to
suffer as an entrepreneur. If we're an artist, our performance
isn't going to be as good. So it's like really
important to carry yourself, your mind, body, soul.

Speaker 1 (02:46):

Speaker 2 (04:07):
Another part of self care is how are you eating?
Are you just having tons of sugary things and like
crashing out, or are you like taking care of your
body and like eating healthy. It's so important to eat
healthy and to just take care of yourself, whether that's

(04:28):
going to the gym, working out at home, you know,
whether that is eating salads every day, which you should
definitely do anyway. But I'm not a dietician, so you
don't have to listen to me about that. But like,
when you eat better, you feel better. And when we
feel better, we're gonna track more sales. We're gonna track
more opportunities, we're gonna be more in alignment, and our

(04:48):
frequency is gonna be higher. So self care is really
important to raise our frequency. And when our energy is higher,
our frequency is higher, we're gonna track more opportunities, we're
gonna attract better things, we're gonna get paid more, we're
gonna attract more sales. So self care is basically the
foundation of everything. So if you're not feeling well, if

(05:12):
you're tired, then rest. If you're not feeling well, rest.
If you need food, go make food, go order food,
go do whatever it is that you need to do
to take care of yourself so that you can be
in your best. Because when you're in your best, you
are going to be able to be more successful in
your business and in your life. When we are tired,

(05:34):
when we don't feel like doing anything, you know, it's
not the time to push ourselves. It's not the time
to be like I need to grind right now, I
need to just like NonStop, be burnt out, no no, no.
Self care is key to making more money, to being
happier everything, sooner to ask yourself on a daily basis,
like what do I need right now? Do I need

(05:56):
a nap? Do I need to eat? Do you need
to take a walk? Do I need to move my body?
Do I listen to music? Do you listen to podcasts? Like?
What do I need right now? So self care is
number one, and then do whatever it is that you're
trying to accomplish that day. But if you don't take
care of your mind, your body, your soul, it's gonna

(06:19):
be harder to accomplish anything else. So thank you guys
so much for listening, and I will see you guys
in the next episode. Hi, this is Danny Felt, and
thanks so much for listening to the Danni Fel Podcast.
Stay tuned for the next episode. See you then.
