Speaker 1 (00:24):
All right, Levis, Hey, what's up with y'all? That was Levish.
He'll be on just a second. Hey, interesting thing. The
cops will kill you. You didn't know the cops will
kill you. My mother taught me this as a child,
(00:48):
being a black kid raised up in Oklahoma. Like the
cops will they'll kill you. My mom said, you do
what the cops say to do. That's what you do
because they'll kill your black ass. And I can't help you.
(01:15):
If you're a T shirt, There's nothing I can do
for you. My mama said, you better do what them
white folks say, she said, And.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
I tell bikers the very same thing.
Speaker 3 (01:38):
I mean, like.
Speaker 4 (01:40):
Bikers, bikers, the cops will kill you. They will. They'll
kill you. Just you just be dead.
Speaker 5 (01:48):
You just be dead.
Speaker 1 (01:50):
You better do what them folks say. You better do
what them folks say. And when they say pull your
ass over, you do understand, like when you like like,
(02:11):
I don't know if you guys remember Rodney King. Probably
a lot of my bikers out here are like just
too young to remember, but Rodney King was a dude
that was running from the cops through several counties. If
I remember, right in this little bitty ass. It was
like a little white car. If I remember it closed
my eyes, I think it was like a Pinto or something,
(02:35):
a little white like hatchback looking thing. In my mind,
that's what I see. I could be wrong, but that's
what I see. And by the time they caught him,
they were so mad.
Speaker 4 (02:49):
How mad were they?
Speaker 1 (02:50):
They were so mad they just started women as ass.
They did studies on this, and they called it like
police reaction study theory. Like by the time a cop
(03:11):
has chased you through seven or eight counties and is
almost wrecked four or five times, and has almost killed
two or three people, by this time, when they get
you pulled over, there's so mad. All they want to
do is punch, kick, punch, beat down. You have the audacity,
(03:33):
the audacity to run for me, I'll get you, And
that's what happens. We're gonna look at a guy who
was not only almost killed, but run.
Speaker 2 (03:48):
Over, run over, knocked up his motorcycle.
Speaker 4 (03:56):
And run over.
Speaker 1 (03:58):
Yeah, they almost killed your boy. We're going to look
at that, and you know why, because he ran. And
it's crazy because like in some in some places, they
understand you can't chase somebody that's running. One hundred and
(04:18):
twenty thirty forty and fifty hundred and sixty seventy eighty,
one hundred and ninety. Some of these motorcycles do two
hundred twenty five miles. Now, you can't chase those people
for a license plate issue. Stop it. You'll kill somebu
You'll kill somebody. Stop it, stop it, just stop it.
Speaker 4 (04:41):
You can't do it. Let the helicopter get him.
Speaker 1 (04:49):
Let the helicopter get him. But no, in some places,
obviously that is not the rule. In some places, obviously
you're able to chase these kids down, these stupid ass
kids and kill them. Anyway, we're gonna be looking at that. Also,
(05:12):
we're gonna be looking at let me pull this up
real quick. That logic sent me. Uh, we're gonna be
looking at what else? And another oh yeah, murder charges
dropped in the barroom shootout, and another shocking twist of
biker justice, murder charges were dropped against the bicker accused
(05:34):
of killing two people during a barroom shootout. Now, this
court decision proves one thing. It's not over until the
fat lady seems. Just because they arrest you and charge
you with some stuff doesn't mean well, doesn't mean that
they're that that that that's what you're.
Speaker 4 (05:54):
Going to jail for. You might get the charges drop.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
This is interesting because he had.
Speaker 4 (06:00):
A plead deal. How all this worked was just really
like weird, bro, but it happened.
Speaker 1 (06:07):
Also, I think we might get a chance to see
the punishers law Enforcement Motorcycle Club. We don't talk about
them much. They don't like being the news a whole lot,
and that's a good thing. You don't want the cop
clubs in the news a whole lot, and they're doing
something for charity. I didn't get to quite read the story,
but we'll read it together. All of this we will
(06:30):
be covering, and of course we're going to be taking
a look at our calendar so we can see what's
going on this weekend coming up. And if you guys
got stuff to send me, send it in, send it in.
And I can't wait to tell you guys about this
wonderful shirt that I'm wearing from this company that makes
biker clubs. This is one of the coolest hoodies I've
ever had.
Speaker 4 (06:50):
In my life.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
All of that and a little more when we return
in a minute and seven seconds after this brief introduction,
Thank you so much for tuning in since twenty sixteen.
Speaker 6 (07:06):

Speaker 7 (10:37):
That's what's up.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
We got our boys from Canada down. Oh my goodness,
man is in the house Canada.
Speaker 4 (10:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:46):
And the cool thing about it is there's a.
Speaker 4 (10:53):
A new Toronto Gentleman.
Speaker 1 (10:58):
That's that just uh.
Speaker 5 (11:02):
Is a Toronto Gentleman? Is that position? Or am I?
Speaker 4 (11:05):
Just? Okay?
Speaker 1 (11:06):
So the Gentleman is a motorcycle club okay out of.
Speaker 4 (11:12):
Detroit. Okay, come from Detroit.
Speaker 1 (11:15):
There were lavishes and that's the mother chapter the Detroit Gentleman.
And they're all over now they're in there's Atlanta Gentlemen.
I believe there's Los Angeles gentlemen. I think there might
even be a San Diego gentleman. I know there's a
Memphis gentleman. My boy, flat line up there in Memphis.
Good good people. These gentlemen are good people. Good motorcycle club.
Speaker 8 (11:39):
There's a gentleman m see here in Dallas now yeah,
as far a year old.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Yeah, and now there is a Toronto one, a Toronto gentleman.
And we're going to talk about that because they should
have been Black Sabbath Toronto. But that idiot that we
have as a national president screwed it up, right or
dies screwed up another one man screwed up another one.
Speaker 4 (12:08):
Oh, I tell you what, Rode, I tell you what. Man.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
Just sad, just sad, just sad, Bro, just sad. Incompetence
on every effing level. Bro anyway, any old way, anyway,
because I know what you're gonna do. You're gonna get
on me.
Speaker 8 (12:35):
No, No, you're gonna go I was I'm not okay, Okay,
we always do.
Speaker 4 (12:43):
Yeah, don't don't.
Speaker 1 (12:47):
Lad has just called me. He said he was coming
on so uh. Ken Cromey says he ran, but he
wasn't able to out run down, he out ran him
for a while. Let's get on the story. Yeah, this
is this story is a MoPo bro story. Here, let
me find it. Ah here, Oh my gosh, they almost
(13:09):
killed this child. Man, they almost killed this child. What
if they'd done You know, I'm glad that my you know,
my kids that I had to raise. I am so
glad that they are grown folks now. Because if you
ran over my nineteen year old with your cruiser, and
(13:32):
you knocked my nineteen year old off of his motorcycle
in the rain, and he hadn't robbed a bank.
Speaker 4 (13:41):
Or something, we got a problem. We got a real problem.
Speaker 1 (13:46):
Especially if you killed them, you might not be getting
back home to see your loved ones. Because because some
stuff is just bullshit. There's no reason to kill this
kid because you can't catch him, there's no reason to
do that. And and that's a lot of times. And
I told her, like I said in the beginning, a
lot of this comes from the fact that the police
(14:08):
are so hyped up and ramped up. And a lot
of these cops are young. They're young, just like he is.
They might be five or ten years older, which is
still mentally about the same age. So you get this, uh,
this nut dropping thing going on and uh logic is
doing Bible study now, Oh wow, I just saw that.
Speaker 5 (14:29):
So where do you say that?
Speaker 4 (14:31):
Right here? Listen?
Speaker 8 (14:34):
Oh yeah, she joined our Bible study last night. Yeah.
We uh, we started streaming live Bible study on Wednesday nights.
I haven't been invited to the Bible Study.
Speaker 4 (14:45):
I invited.
Speaker 5 (14:45):
I put it on page.
Speaker 4 (14:46):
You don't.
Speaker 5 (14:47):
You don't read my page. I put it on my page.
Speaker 4 (14:50):
Uh why should I read your page? When we talk
every day? It could have been like I got I
gotta get you. People ain't no, people ain't no.
Speaker 5 (15:03):
People discovered the.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
Buck biker runover arrested in Abersham County following a chase.
This is this young kid right here. On October fifth,
Raven County issued a beyond the lookout.
Speaker 4 (15:17):
Is that called a bolo.
Speaker 1 (15:19):
For black sport for a black sports bike traveling at
high speeds through North Carolina coming into Georgia. Oh my goodness,
he was coming down from North Cakialac. Nineteen year old
David Karpov Karpov maybe Karpov, was reportedly the driver of
the motorcycle. According to incident reports accessed by wd UN
(15:45):
Police officers from Dillard and Mountain City reported that Raven
County Sheriff's Office that they checked Karpov going roughly one.
Speaker 4 (15:56):
Hundred miles per hour.
Speaker 1 (15:57):
You know that's not so fast, but were unable to
catch up to him during traffic. So your boy was
running down the road and they couldn't catch up to him.
He might not even known he was being chased at
that point. He's just running. I've had that happen when
they call ahead and they pulled me over. We've been
trying to catch you for an hour. I never saw you, yeah,
(16:20):
because you were two horizons up and we could never
catch you.
Speaker 4 (16:24):
Two horizons. Boy, you guys are running for a long
time behind me. Anyway.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
Police officers reported that they were unable to catch him
through the traffic. A few minutes later, now he's in
Clayton County, So now he's in Georgia. A few minutes
l god Dang, a Clayton County police officer tried to
catch him at around one hundred and ten miles an hour,
but lost him.
Speaker 4 (16:45):
At a red light.
Speaker 1 (16:48):
Damn well, he didn't run one hundred and ten through
the red light, did he? And then a RCO deputy.
I guess they were still chasing him. They I guess
they never broke off the chase, then made contact with
him on Old four to forty one and chased him
into Georgia. Wait, Clayton police officer, if you're in Clayton,
(17:10):
ain't you already in Georgia? Maybe I got it wrong.
Maybe it's not Clayton County. Maybe it's just Clayton, it's Clayton,
maybe a city. So anyway, they so they're still chasing them,
and now they've chased them into Georgia, into Georgia fifteen.
That speed's as high as one hundred and twenty miles
an hour. Now you got to understand, this kid's running
(17:34):
like this in the damn ring. This is this kid's
rolling reports into cake. Karpov was going into oncoming traffic
to maneuver around the deputies chase.
Speaker 4 (17:46):
Okay, so now we know he.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
Knows they're behind him, and he almost hit a van
with a family inside. And they made that sound bad too,
like I don't know. If a motorcycle is going to
hurt a van, you're gonna die. Eventually, they were able
to stop Karpov using a box in maneuver in to
Louis Falls. How they got around this, how they finally
(18:10):
caught up to this kid. It means everybody's driving like
an effing maniac at one hundred and ten and one
hundred and twenty miles an hour on highways with rain
on them. I think all those guys should have been fired.
Speaker 4 (18:24):
There's no.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Word that a bank has been robbed or anybody's been murdered.
What are you on roads with families on them, running
at one hundred and ten miles an hour in the
damn rain? And then what they did next to me
was unconscionable. They knocked this child off the damn motorcycle.
(18:46):
They knocked this nineteen year old off a motorcycle in
the rain, rolling down the road, and.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
Then they ran over him.
Speaker 2 (18:53):
They ran, they have over him.
Speaker 4 (19:04):
It was crazy. It was crazy. I mean, is this
Did they say? What happened to the deputies or what
do you hear the bullshit they say?
Speaker 1 (19:21):
Reports indicated he was okay, he was going oncoming travel.
Eventually they were able to stop him using a boxing
maneuver in to Lua Falls, ejecting him from his motorcycle.
And the video posted by Everything Georgia, I actually made
everything Georgia once me and my dog with my dog
standing on the back, riding down the road.
Speaker 4 (19:40):
Brave heart. They actually we were on that.
Speaker 1 (19:43):
They video everything Georgia and put it on there anyway,
And I am everything Georgia.
Speaker 4 (19:49):
I'm everything Georgia.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
Don't be thinking I'm not everything Georgia anyway. And a
video posted by Every Georgia on the chase through Rayvend
County and into Habersham County occurred while it was raining.
In the video, Karpov is seen being ejected from his motorcycle.
I like that way they write this scene being ejected
from his motorcycle. He just got ejected. He just ejected.
(20:17):
He was rolling down the road and just damned dejected.
How about how about he was seen ejected after the
police knocked his ass off his motorcycle, sliding up the
old roadway. And that's the picture you see on the
(20:40):
on the thumbnail. It's just him laying down. He's got
his he's got his. I guess his helmet, Camon. That's
got to be the only way that you got that video.
He must have had his helmet. Came on here he
is just sliding down the road like this and the
next thing you see is the police car run the
hill over the top of them. At that point, he
(21:01):
was run over by the SRCSO Deputy incidant. Reports obtained
by the RCSO indicated it was accidental.
Speaker 4 (21:10):
Okay, so listen to what they said.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
Deputy Michael Shed unintentionally drove over David and parked. Now
he's on top of David at this point, and parked,
exited his vehicle and drew his duty weapon. What do
you need your duty weapon for if you just knock
somebody off off a motorcycle and ran them over and
(21:35):
ran them over. He went around the passer's side of
the car to retrieve his K nine because he thought
David had fled into the woods. Obviously, you've never ridden
a motorcycle. When you get knocked off of it at
one hundred miles an hour, you get flee into the woods. Man,
Get the hell out of here with this. As I
was the last vehicle, I did observe David sliding up
(21:57):
the roadway and Deputy Shed and hintally driving over David.
I tried twice to via radio to tell Deputy Shed
to back up, but due to the close proximity of
our radios, he did not hear the transmission.
Speaker 5 (22:12):
Bro, what.
Speaker 4 (22:19):
So destroy each other so hard? Man?
Speaker 8 (22:23):
They if the radios are too slow, too close, they
don't work.
Speaker 1 (22:34):
Just sad, just sad, Bro, just sad, just sad. I'm sorry,
it's just sad. It's just sad. And I guess when
the radios are too close together, I guess you.
Speaker 5 (22:48):
Just I have to and radios right here.
Speaker 8 (22:53):
So if I turn these on, If I turned these
on and they're dis closed the size, squawking because they'll
get feedback.
Speaker 5 (23:03):
I'm not gonna do that.
Speaker 4 (23:05):
I'm not gonna do.
Speaker 8 (23:06):
Besides squawking because they'll get feedback.
Speaker 4 (23:08):
You need to tell me, I ain't gonna be able
to hear each other. Are you too close? Get further away?
Speaker 2 (23:15):
You got.
Speaker 4 (23:17):
That.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
It's sad. It's sad. It's sad that someone would write
this ship in the report.
Speaker 5 (23:25):
It's sad.
Speaker 4 (23:27):
No, No, what's sadder is that people will accept it.
Yeah mm hmm due to the closer community of our
radio as well. First of all, are you a radio technician?
This is this is the radios before anybody.
Speaker 1 (23:44):
Yeah, bail fans, everybody knows about bail fangs.
Speaker 4 (23:46):
I just want to know because oh yeah, yeah, I
got two of myself. I got two of those radio.
Speaker 8 (23:52):
Or anybody, no, no, because you know people are gonna ask
what kind of rails were they?
Speaker 4 (23:55):
Bail fans.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
Bail fans brought the radio game to a point that
everybody he could afford it.
Speaker 4 (24:01):
But you know what, if you get too close, you
ain't gonna be at it.
Speaker 1 (24:04):
They're made a career, I think, and they that radio
used to be when I was first in the Hams,
that was like a four hundred dollars.
Speaker 4 (24:11):
Rig and you got four of them.
Speaker 1 (24:14):
You can get the bail fangs for like twenty one
dollars apace or something. Yeah, but anyway, it's shameful. It's shameful.
Speaker 4 (24:23):
Due to the close proximity of our of our radios,
he was unable to hear me.
Speaker 1 (24:34):
I told him to back up, I told him to
get off of him, But due to the close proximity
of our radios, he did not hear the transmission. Does
the hearing go down when the radios are close together,
Deputy Jeffer Hooper said in his incident report. Hooper's report
indicates Karpov said he ran because his license was suspended
(24:55):
and he did not want to go to jail. The
Pennsylvania tags on his motorcycle were allegedly from another motorcyle
that belonged to his girlfriend. So your boy was all
the way wrong. But it was all It was all
license and traffic shit that he was almost killed for.
Speaker 4 (25:11):
Also, he wasn't killed. He was almost killed. He was
almost killed. Okay, Okay, I thought you say he lost
his life. No, I don't think so. Okay.
Speaker 1 (25:19):
I shouted to the other deputies on the scene that
the suspect was under my vehicle. I ran to the
driver's side, re entered the patrol car and reversed directly
backward to clear the suspect from beneath it. That just
sounds so cold, to clear the suspect from beneath.
Speaker 4 (25:36):
It still had their guns on him.
Speaker 1 (25:39):
Oh, I'm sure at the time I did not know
the suspect was underneath my patrol car.
Speaker 4 (25:43):
Well, I don't get it.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
If you re entered the crow charge reverse so you
could clear him from underneath it, how did you not
know he was underneath the patrol car.
Speaker 4 (25:52):
Interesting the vehicle.
Speaker 1 (25:53):
Came to a stop over him unintentionally, as he was
not visible from my seated position inside of the patrol car.
Speaker 4 (26:00):
I don't know, how do you miss the guy sliding
down the road? And you're right.
Speaker 1 (26:05):
Karpov was Transford to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Gainesville
for his injuries. He was charged with improper passing, driving
too fast for conditions?
Speaker 4 (26:14):
How come the cops were in charge?
Speaker 1 (26:15):
Or driving too fast for conditions, reckless driving, fleeing or
attempting to allude a police officer, driving with a suspended license,
removing a license plate with intent to conceal, failure to
maintain insurance, and improper and the operation of an unregistered vehicle.
All this traffic stuff, you know, fifteen hundred dollars worth
of stuff he almost died for. Karpov has both a Monroe,
(26:41):
North Carolina and an Auburn, Alabama address listed in the reports.
He's not currently listed as living. I listed in the
Raven County inmates list. So maybe they let him out
here is this is it? This is craziness. We'll get
(27:01):
to see it right now. This is the video that.
Speaker 4 (27:05):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (27:07):
Yeah, he's gonna get run over. It's not bad, huh.
I mean he gets run over. From his point, you
don't see the car run over him.
Speaker 4 (27:16):
Him.
Speaker 7 (27:18):
You don't have to turn off his screen.
Speaker 4 (27:19):
He's just not bad.
Speaker 1 (27:20):
We can't do anything horrible on here. All right, I'll
stop it right right when they get ready to run
his ass over, here we go action. Now you're running
in this rain like this. Probably I don't know if
it was raining from the very beginning, but at this
point that's probably why they caught up with him, because
it's raining like this. It's hard to run these motorcycles
(27:44):
in the triple digits in rain like this, when it's
the water starts pulling up and stuff.
Speaker 4 (27:55):
Oh yeah, so we're.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
Looking from his headcam. Now this is this is the
crazy part. This is in my opinion. I'm not a
police officer or nothing, but in my opinion, this is
just too much. By this time, you got to have
his license plate. Now we're just let him go. Well,
you know what, his license was fake, right, His license
plate wasn't even it was to his girlfriend. You would
(28:17):
have gone to his girlfriend's house. This is just too much.
Do you see that now? He was seen ejected. No,
he was knocked off his motorcycle right there.
Speaker 8 (28:37):
So he got he didn't get up from ship.
Speaker 4 (28:43):
He was under.
Speaker 8 (28:45):
Right.
Speaker 5 (28:46):
I thought he ran the wood.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
Second, is it possible that the officer didn't see him?
So he gets hit and ejected, like, look at the
why did they have to hit him? They had a
guy in front of him right here, and this guy
right here. They did have the box maneuver set up
quite correctly. I'll give them that. Your box maneuver, guys,
(29:11):
was was was own like a chicken bone.
Speaker 4 (29:15):
It was the box maneuver was looking nice. Bro.
Speaker 1 (29:19):
I don't understand why it was necessary to run him over,
because here we go act right there, there's like that's
not necessary. He's boxed in.
Speaker 4 (29:30):
And wow, here we go. Samn.
Speaker 1 (29:37):
Now he guy right here is the winner, right, I
don't know, No, I don't think that's it. I think
there's a guy over to the left that runs. Yeah,
so there's a guy right here that you don't see.
Look at this as you're looking at this as you're sliding,
looking happened to you?
Speaker 4 (29:59):
And like this guy runs him over on purpose. Look,
it almost looks purposeful.
Speaker 1 (30:10):
Here we go, Damn, I getting knocked off my bike
and I'm just sliding and then this guy turns. Oh my gosh,
oh it's like he turned into him. Like there's that
mother sucker right there getting get him Sierra two one
(30:33):
one seven. I've got him in my sights zero two
eleven nine two one make contact, contact initiated. Damn bag
He almost they almost knocked him into this car right here,
here we go. Bang Ah, I've got him, bro, What
(31:07):
do you think?
Speaker 4 (31:10):
Chuck? He says it chucky even in South Africa? He
said it looks like a timpid murder. Some slide bd An.
Speaker 1 (31:21):
He says he just he tried to kill that biker.
I'm just saying, Mota got a lawsuit will be filed, Lisa.
That's just insane. The driver definitely ran him over on purpose.
Death is not acceptable for an arrest attempt. I agree.
Pitts are not allowed for fugitives on a bike. This
(31:42):
is horrible. Man, Joseph is mad. All my bikers have mad.
The officers should definitely lose his job. That ain't happening.
That ain't happening, Moss.
Speaker 5 (31:59):
Heppened.
Speaker 1 (32:04):
Hey here in Georgia, they pitted a lady. She was
driving at one hundred miles an hour and they knocked
her car off the road and killed her.
Speaker 4 (32:15):
And the lady inside.
Speaker 1 (32:17):
And I got off up there in conn County.
Speaker 4 (32:23):
Yep, yep, and they got off. That's why I tell
you don't run from these people.
Speaker 2 (32:30):
You lost your mind.
Speaker 4 (32:31):
They'll kill you.
Speaker 1 (32:35):
Hey way, he said, So these cops basically said, if
we can't catch him, we don't mind killing them. I
don't know if it was on purpose or not. Steve
said that looked intentional to me. It does look suspect
as hell, like they're rolling down the road. You see them, Okay,
you see this motorcy How do you miss this? You
(32:55):
see this motorcycle right here? And you got to be
able to I mean, is it possible that from at
this point, does he not see the guy was knocked
off the motorcycle here? Is it possible he doesn't see it?
But then why pull off? If you didn't know that
(33:18):
the guy was off the motorcycle, why stop chasing him?
Speaker 4 (33:22):
And it just looks right here. He just turns directly
into the guy. It's horrible.
Speaker 1 (33:29):
And you're watching it all happen to you as you
go sliding down the road. You don't have no protection on,
you don't have no arm protection, you don't have no jacket.
Speaker 4 (33:40):
Why would someone knock you off a motorcycle like this?
Speaker 1 (33:42):
He just sliding, and then old boy just says, ah
ah eh, it's his craziness. My boy ran hard though
he ran for a good seven or eight counties. Bro,
(34:05):
you should have pulled over, my man. You should have
pulled that ship over, youngster.
Speaker 4 (34:11):
I'm glad he's still alive. I'm glad, aren't you glad?
I'm alive?
Speaker 1 (34:15):
Yeah, I am, because that could have ended way worse,
could have ended way, way, way, way worse. H my bro, Well,
I'm glad he's still alive. The cops, you know, it's
(34:39):
hard to it's hard. You can't be like, it's hard
to get them on attempted murder because they'd be trying
to do.
Speaker 9 (34:47):
Their jobs and and oh ship, yeah, here we go.
You know, it's always like that. They was trying to
do their job. They fear for their life. What about
(35:08):
I'm here, I'm afraid from my life now. In this instant,
this guy right here was trying to run. He should
have pulled over Black Dragon. I don't stop for LA enforcement.
I know they will never catch me. They have a
chip on the shoulder, jealous because they want to be me.
Speaker 4 (35:23):
This is a guy in South Africa. Y'all.
Speaker 7 (35:25):
Don't stop for the cups there either. What the hell?
Speaker 2 (35:31):
What the hell?
Speaker 1 (35:34):
What's wrong with you bikers worldwide? What's wrong with y'all?
None of y'all got no sense. I can't mess with
y'all no more. I'm retiring from bikering. I'm retiring from
it because y'all ain't years ago. Man, y'all ain't right. Oh,
here he comes with the noise, Here he comes. Are
(35:58):
you okay, mister Lavish?
Speaker 6 (36:00):
All right?
Speaker 4 (36:00):
Bro?
Speaker 7 (36:00):
Oh yeah, I'm all right.
Speaker 4 (36:02):
Did you steal them people's car yesterday?
Speaker 7 (36:05):
Yesterday?
Speaker 1 (36:07):
Wasn't that yesterday? You got off our day before? They
don't get to say anyway. Did When was the last
time you rode? A year ago?
Speaker 4 (36:21):
I wrote?
Speaker 1 (36:22):
My last time on the motorcycle was one year ago
this month.
Speaker 4 (36:26):
Oh crap, full crap.
Speaker 3 (36:29):
Oh crap, Okay, a year ago this month you were
still crying about being out bad.
Speaker 6 (36:37):
On the internet.
Speaker 4 (36:38):
Yeah, that's when it happened. One year ago.
Speaker 7 (36:40):
You wasn't riding a motorcycle. I was trying to get
you to ride.
Speaker 4 (36:43):
You wasn't riding a motor I was to riding. I
was the last time I rode my bike was October
last year.
Speaker 3 (36:50):
You got a line with the picture on the ball.
I just sitting and shaking his head patiently.
Speaker 7 (36:54):
Quiet, And you're like, man, I ain't even gonna comment
on this school.
Speaker 8 (36:56):
I don't have no doubt. Don't don't put me in
this conversation.
Speaker 1 (37:03):
It doesn't matter when I start writing, when I start
writing again, trying to be good, right you lavish.
Speaker 7 (37:12):
Man, We ain't talking about that. The question was when
was the last time you wrote.
Speaker 4 (37:16):
Man, October, I wrote a year ago?
Speaker 7 (37:19):
Bull crap?
Speaker 1 (37:22):
Okay, a year and a month ago, a year and
two months ago. It's about a year ago.
Speaker 4 (37:27):
And do you do it?
Speaker 7 (37:29):
Remember as a kid, do you swear to God?
Speaker 4 (37:32):
Yes?
Speaker 7 (37:33):
I do, one hand of the God of the God. No,
where's the heart?
Speaker 4 (37:43):
That's that's how y'all do it.
Speaker 3 (37:44):
And I was just saying, that's when we're a kid,
when you were a kid, you in elementary school.
Speaker 4 (37:53):
He heading O where the mic ball? Take care of Steve.
Speaker 7 (37:56):
That's a cool story, though.
Speaker 1 (37:57):
Man, anyway, your boy survived. Good for him, Amen, crazy
he's got all kinds of charges though he's going to jail.
Next story, this guy, this judge drops murder charges and
a double fatal shooting involving Columbus motorcycle club.
Speaker 4 (38:19):
So this was crazy.
Speaker 1 (38:20):
The Avengers Motorcycle Club was in This was about the
Avengers Motorcycle Club. I remember the story, I don't remember
everything that happened. So anyway, judge drops murder charges and
double fatal shooting involving the Columbus Motorcycle Club.
Speaker 4 (38:40):
Oh hi, key points. Well, let's not do the key points.
Let's just.
Speaker 1 (38:47):
Franklin Conny prosecutors just missed the murder charges against Brody
Sieber for twenty two barroom shooting.
Speaker 4 (38:54):
So this is twenty twenty five.
Speaker 1 (38:55):
So when you shoot somebody, look how many years it
took and how long you had to pay in a
turn just to be found. Just to have the charges drop.
You're doing this for three years. How much money did
it cost? Cyberclaimed the acting of self defense during the incident,
which left two men dead and two others wounded. Prosecutors
determined they could not disprove the self defense.
Speaker 4 (39:15):
So here's what happened.
Speaker 1 (39:16):
Franklin County prosecutors will now no longer pursue marty charges
against a man who said he fired a gun in
self defense during an August twenty two shooting at far
South Side bar involving a motorcycle club that ended with
two people dead. So that's ugly. You go to the
(39:41):
nightclub to have a good time. Why do you take
a gun in the first place? What do you need
a gun for?
Speaker 4 (39:46):
Why?
Speaker 1 (39:47):
Some people feel like they're in a perpetual state of
I need to protect myself. Other folks handle conflict a
little differently. They know they ain't never going to need
a gun. Some places, I believe Georgia is one of them.
They don't allow you to carry concealed any place.
Speaker 4 (40:05):
I know.
Speaker 1 (40:06):
Oklahoma's one where there's going to be alcohol. Even in
San Diego, one of the hardest places to get it
concealed carry permit you cannot. You can take it into
a bar, but you can't drink. But here in Georgia,
I don't even believe you can take it in the bar.
Rody Ciber forty one of Columbus was charged with murder
and felonious and salt on the August they got.
Speaker 3 (40:30):
You know, in Michigan, you're not supposed to take it
in the bar. Schools so many feet from you know,
no stadiums. I mean, there's some there's some stuff that's
wrinten people do they buye buy it and follow it.
Speaker 7 (40:47):
Not everybody.
Speaker 3 (40:48):
They will make an issue of Southern transpire because that's
just how they do. But they got a list of
places where you're not supposed to take, you know, your firearms.
Speaker 4 (40:57):
In what.
Speaker 3 (41:00):
I don't know too many people that's going to the bars,
that's leaving them in the car. Now you got to
worry about somebody breaking in the car, still on your.
Speaker 4 (41:07):
Firearm, right right, right, No.
Speaker 3 (41:10):
I've seen people you know going to schools unconsciously walking
in with them on same as with bars, drinking and
every tug o.
Speaker 1 (41:18):
Thing gels bad and Georgia. You can't take them to
a place that has stuff going on, You're right. You
can't take them to like open like a parade or
something like that. You're not allowed to. So it's very
similar rules. But you're right, nobody's following them rules. But
(41:40):
why do you need that? You should think about that,
especially people, you know. Back when I first got my
conceiled carry many many many years ago, in like nineteen
ninety five, by nineteen ninety seven, I actually stopped carrying
concealed for maybe six or seven months because I was
(42:02):
not mature enough and I realized that because every time
there was a road rating incident, every time something happened,
my hand was on my gun. And I was like, bro,
you've had your hand on your gun fifteen times now
in the last week. You you don't need this. I
actually I took my gun away from myself. I was like, bro,
(42:22):
if you had pulled out your gun in any one
of these incidents, Like who has twelve incidents in a
month that they need to touch their gun for?
Speaker 4 (42:31):
I had to stop carrying it.
Speaker 7 (42:33):
Man. You know, I'm I'm kind of the opposite. I'm
kind of the opposite.
Speaker 3 (42:40):
I'm more hot headed without it, ah, and with it,
I'm more love with headed. And that's because I know,
I know the responsibilities and things that come along with
using that, and nobody really think about that. I know,
(43:01):
right or wrong. I have the lawyer on speed.
Speaker 4 (43:04):
Now.
Speaker 3 (43:05):
I know right or wrong. You're automatically going to be
you know, deemed a problem. You know, and is it
worth it's I mean, it's I just I'm pretty much laid.
Speaker 7 (43:19):
Back with it.
Speaker 3 (43:19):
You know, I don't want no problems. He leave me
alone because I don't want to have to.
Speaker 7 (43:24):
Use this thing.
Speaker 3 (43:26):
And then and then you know, uh, from my from
my past and everything like that.
Speaker 6 (43:31):
Man.
Speaker 3 (43:31):
You know, I kind of I kind of lived my
life where I really don't take myself and put myself
in an environment where I might actually need it, even
though you know you got you know, you never know
what might happen. But I try not to put myself
in a predicament where you know I'll need it. Shit,
I'm a I'm a dead man at the end of
the day, kids, man, And.
Speaker 7 (43:52):
You know I'm not trying to have my kids bury
me at this point.
Speaker 4 (43:55):
In the game. No, No, that's part of that's part
of maturity.
Speaker 8 (44:00):
Like I was telling Black Dragon yesterday, for purpose, I
sold all my guns after I had shot somebody. I
looked for drama. I was that person. I looked for drama.
I liked to fight. I liked that. I used to
like to see quote unquote people bleed. That was my mindset.
(44:20):
So I had to do something different, and I sold
all my weapons. I got them away from me. I
stopped drinking, and then that's when my life started changing.
You know, I had I had to change my life
because I wouldn't be here right now. You know, people
wanted to kill me when I was in New York.
(44:40):
I had to change my life.
Speaker 4 (44:43):
And then you became a preacher.
Speaker 8 (44:46):
Well, I became becoming becoming a preacher, wasn't you know,
of course it wasn't on the goal.
Speaker 5 (44:52):
I first joined the church. That's when I started slowing down, drinking.
Speaker 4 (45:04):
Crazy.
Speaker 8 (45:05):
But you know, like like you said, like Laver, you know,
Leaver said he was more responsible with his I wasn't.
Speaker 4 (45:11):
I was. I was.
Speaker 7 (45:14):
Let me say, I grew I grew in. I grew
into that.
Speaker 3 (45:19):
I gotta say, as a as a as a teenager
in my in my early twenties, at least at the time,
you know, timeframe for me, you know, pulling your pistol off,
shooting at some people, you know, shooting him.
Speaker 7 (45:32):
It wasn't I don't want to say it wasn't a
big deal, because probably was. It wasn't a big deal.
Speaker 3 (45:38):
But you you didn't have people telling on you, you know,
you know, we didn't you know, you shoot, you pull
your gun out. Yeah, you know he pulled his gun
out on the old boy. You know, they were shooting
at each other, or he shot him in the leg.
Nobody was going telling the police man, you know. So
a lot of stuff changed, and then you know, for me,
(46:01):
somebody told the police, and that was like a no,
you called the police.
Speaker 7 (46:08):
You guys told the police, all right. That was like,
you know, you know one of those things man.
Speaker 3 (46:15):
And then when you sit back with the legal stuff
that goes along with it, you know, and the time
that you lose, when you lose your freedom, kind of
you reevaluate everything. And then when you get your gun
race back, you're like, listen, man, I'm not going.
Speaker 4 (46:30):
Through all that.
Speaker 7 (46:31):
And other people yeah, and then other people become a
teacher for you without even knowing, because you hear the
stories and you see what's going on, and you're like, oh, man,
you heard what happened to so and so. Man, this happened,
and you know, yeah, forget all that.
Speaker 4 (46:47):
Now.
Speaker 1 (46:47):
In the Black Sabbath Atlanta chapter, we actually had three
guys that killed people in self defense, and every one
of them was arrested and was charged by the prosecutor
and went through hell before they were not charged.
Speaker 4 (47:11):
Just like this guy.
Speaker 1 (47:12):
Douck says, I'd never legally, never been legally ever in
my life able to carry a handgun. The times I
did have a gun in my hand firing it. I
love the training, but always felt I am going to
be arrested and lose my gun unfortunately. Yeah, that must
be tough not to ever be able to legally have
(47:34):
a gun. So anyway, he was charged he was in
self defense shooting and it was two people dead. He
was charged with murder and felonious assault shooting at the
Old at the August first, twenty tween shooting at the
Old Landmark Tavern, located at one seventy six Rumsey Road.
(47:54):
The shooting left Nicholas Dowler just thirty four years old,
and A Glenn Clark fifty years old dead and two
of the men wounded.
Speaker 4 (48:02):
I think of that, you know, fifty.
Speaker 1 (48:04):
And thirty four, they're so young, Cyber said during the
first day of this bench trial, which happened October twenty first,
twenty twenty five, all these years later before Franklin County, comeon,
please court Judge Jeff Brown, that he shot the men
in self defense. On the next day, the assistant Franklin
(48:26):
County Prosecutor Jason Manning and Natalie Keller agreed to a
plea deal in which Cyber admitted to having a weapon
under disability, along with an unrelated felony charge connected to
non payment of child support. So we can't get you
for the murder, but if you a plea to a
felony charge. I did not know that not paying child
(48:48):
support could escalate to a effing felony. Oh yeah, so
having a weapon under disability an unrelated felony charge connected
to non payment child support. They took that as the
plea deal. Sieber was not allowed to possess a weapon
because of a twenty twenty twelve drug possession conviction. I
(49:10):
didn't know that just possessing drugs would stop you from
ever having a weapon again. That's crazy, but this according
to court records, Brown was sentenced. Brown sentence Seber to
three years of probation, so instead of double murder, he
got three years of probation. As part of the plea,
he dismissed the two counts of murder and the two
(49:30):
counts of fell felonious assault and lifted the house arrests
and GPS monitoring restriction Seber had been under while the
case was pending. So for the last three years this
man has been on house arrest, damn with a GPS
monitor All of this to get off of the murder count.
(49:51):
But still he picked up felonies. Manning told Brown the
decision came after prosecutors determined they would no longer be
able to prove that the shooting was in self defense.
They couldn't prove that it wasn't in self defense. In
self defense cases, Ohio law requires prosecutors to prove a
shooting was not self defense, rather than the defendant having
(50:12):
to prove that the shooting was justified. I think that's
the way it should be. Video from the bar showed
Siber and Dollan getting into a fight into a fenced
in backed area outside on the bar's patio. Seber pulled
a gun and fired at that Dollar and two other
men nearby, who were both wounded. Siber ran to the
(50:33):
front parking lot of the bar. The angles of the
video played during the trial prevented viewing of the entire interaction.
Seber and Clark had a shootout in the parking lot
in front of the bar, where both men were hurt.
Prosecutor said a bullet stroked Sieber in the neck and
Clark died from his injuries. Clark, Doller, and the other
two men were injured. They were members of the Avengers
(50:55):
motorcycle club. Prosecutor said. Kyler said the deadly fight stem
from a shooting that took several nights before. Were several
motorcycles sustained damage ball parked outside the bar. Seber, however,
was not involved in that incident. So hey, it's not
over to the fat lady sings and he did not
will not go to jail for that ah and he
(51:19):
got time served or whatever.
Speaker 5 (51:22):
I heard that was. There was rumors that on I
know it was on the internet.
Speaker 8 (51:28):
I was trying to find it while he was speaking,
that they're trying to something, trying to pass a law
plat past legislation or let it go through the Supreme
Court or something like that that people that are on
drugs or doing drugs should not be able to.
Speaker 4 (51:46):
Now you know, before this sad.
Speaker 1 (51:48):
And that's that's what they got Hunter Biden on. That
was that was how they that's what they charged Hunter
Bider with.
Speaker 4 (51:55):
They were going to put here in the.
Speaker 8 (51:56):
Gun because he was doing because he was doing both
been doing drugs.
Speaker 4 (52:00):
Mhmm. Because he had used RUSS.
Speaker 3 (52:04):
I thought it was because he lied on the gun application.
Speaker 4 (52:09):
That was part of it too, But the major part
was that he was a drug addict in possession of
a gun.
Speaker 5 (52:18):
So they wanted to put him in prison the rest
of his life.
Speaker 1 (52:21):
Well, you know it's partly politic it was, it was
absolutely political.
Speaker 4 (52:26):
Hey, But the same thing could be said about Trump.
You know.
Speaker 1 (52:31):
He said that that not the same thing could be said.
He said that they're doing this to me because I'm Trump.
They want to put me in jail for the rest.
Speaker 4 (52:37):
Of my life. The same thing happened to Hunter, and
the law is different.
Speaker 1 (52:42):
Listen, you can't have ye Why do you send your
laptop to to someplace to be fixed when it's got
all that damn stuff on it and you're the president's son.
Speaker 4 (52:52):
Get out of here. But let me tell you what.
Speaker 1 (52:57):
I don't want to hear anything about everybody mad at
paroles or pardons or any of that stuff. After Biden
pardoned his son and he said he wouldn't, I'm done.
Speaker 7 (53:10):
I mean, I'm gonna part my sons. You might, I
might tell you what you need to hear. Man, I'm
on my way out the dough anyway, So the hell
with y'all talking.
Speaker 1 (53:21):
I would partner my son too, absolutely, but I wouldn't
have lied about it. I've been like, would you pardon
your son?
Speaker 4 (53:26):
Absolutely? Bro, stop stop speaking on them. People. Stop speaking
on them, people, stop speaking on them people. Yes, sir,
there's only one person. There's only like a couple of
people out there that can that got that power.
Speaker 5 (53:43):
You know, we don't, we don't, we don't go deep
into we don't.
Speaker 4 (53:47):
Well, I just don't. Just you can't know.
Speaker 5 (53:49):
It's sometimes it's hard to slip.
Speaker 1 (53:50):
But you can't pardon your son after you say you're
not going to. I would have told them people, mister president,
would you partner your son? Absolutely? Matter of fact, I'm
glad you mentioned it. Let me partner his ass right now?
Speaker 2 (54:05):
Kill it real?
Speaker 8 (54:10):
Remember the story a long time ago, lavishly talking about
with the guy turned his son in and we had
that conversation.
Speaker 4 (54:16):
With you to remember that. Yeah, the guy turned the
son in for for killing U. Uh that for shooting
that guy. So I guess.
Speaker 5 (54:23):
So I guess black Dragon won't turn his son, would you.
Speaker 4 (54:26):
Hell no, no, I don't know.
Speaker 7 (54:30):
Uh no, you said you would pardon.
Speaker 4 (54:34):
My mom.
Speaker 1 (54:35):
My mom told me, well, this is what I wouldn't do.
This is what my mom said. I'm not coming to
get your ass out. Yeah I wasn't the same thing,
So maybe you are. She worked down at the police station.
Speaker 7 (54:47):
So I, yeah, you was a cops kid.
Speaker 5 (54:51):
No, No, she was a dispatcher.
Speaker 4 (54:52):
Me. Well, you say that. My father was a I
was a cops kid. I was a cop.
Speaker 7 (54:57):
My mother was a I used to love those kids
who had cop mothers. I love seeing them in a uniform.
When I was a kid, like man, look at his mom.
Speaker 4 (55:08):
I couldn't get a.
Speaker 5 (55:11):
My mother worked at she worked in dispatch for a while.
Speaker 4 (55:13):
My father worked at UH.
Speaker 5 (55:15):
He worked the poor Authority.
Speaker 4 (55:17):
I had a lot of that ship. Man. Look at
your mom in that little dress, bro, I'll kill you boy. Yeah,
I had. I had to go through that. Man.
Speaker 8 (55:31):
You know the funniest thing, we had summer food. With
summer food, I'm thinking about what we gotta do here
for the church. We had summer occupational programs in up state.

And I was in there where they you know, they
call in the license plate and everything that showed me
how to run it and everything.
Speaker 5 (55:52):
So what time they called in. This is the funniest
thing in the world.
Speaker 4 (55:56):
And I looked up the light and plate and I
saw the last name.
Speaker 2 (56:00):
Uh.
Speaker 8 (56:01):
And the guy said, yeah, that's who you think it is.
And he opened the door and he yelled, my mother's name,
your brother.
Speaker 4 (56:09):
Your brother is my uncle getting over for d w
y wow. Wow. As soon as I saw the name,
I just sat there like, Okay, what do I do?
Speaker 5 (56:20):
This is my uncle.
Speaker 4 (56:23):
It was funny. It was funny at the time. That's funny.
I was just taking pills.
Speaker 7 (56:28):
That's how. That's how you got to take a pill, man,
You got to do all.
Speaker 4 (56:31):

on about before the show. Y'all see what goes on
during the show, and Uh, Lavish, you wasn't here. But
you know Black Dragon lost again with me yesterday. You know,
he's like fifty two. What we're talking about in black,

read it.
Speaker 4 (58:27):
I don't know. I'm not gonna read it. Read I'm
reading kay Wayne's thing. Yeah, that's that's pretty bad, right,
especially with Lavish's mind in the gutter. Bro you can't.
Speaker 3 (58:39):
I probably would have revised the way that I would
have said something different.
Speaker 7 (58:45):
I don't even want to repeat it said.
Speaker 4 (58:47):

We were trick or treating until like four in the morning.
Speaker 7 (01:03:27):
Bro Hey, I remember the first time I heard of
the whole trunk of treat thing. I was so gistan
because I didn't know what it was.

Speaker 7 (01:04:12):
I didn't want to be a part of it. And
I swear the first because I didn't know what it was.
Speaker 3 (01:04:19):
It's trigger treating has always been going door to door
and all this other stuff. I didn't know what it
was until they posted pictures. And I've seen what they
were doing, and I've seen other people doing it. I
ain't never heard of the stuff. I mean, I'm used
to it now. But the first task, somebody asked me
about that, and you know, background of calibrat people that
