Speaker 1 (00:21):
Oh yeah, uh, that's interesting. Let's see how we get
that fixed. Interesting.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Hey everybody, good morning, Welcome to Black Dragon Biker News Network,
biker news you can trust, and as always I like
to think you guys for tuning in where it is
in the world you happen to be. I want to
wish you all a happy New Year today logic and
lavish her out on the new year, enjoying today, which
(00:57):
I probably should be too. I don't even know how
many of you guys aren be on here, probably like four,
but hey, we're here. I'm very excited because you know,
t and I have this thing, and it's really kind
of interesting. We have this thing that if ever I'm
into some kind of a a thing like a back
(01:19):
and forth with my club or something like that, Tia
always says, I want you to do something to make
money before you do something silly like go back and
forth with unimportant people. And so I decided five days
ago that I would write a book and to answer
(01:47):
in response to some gobbledy group I was going through.
I decided I would take five days out and write
a book. And I didn't know if I could do
that or not. And I want you guys to know.
At six o'clock this morning, my newest book. It went live.
(02:11):
At six o'clock this morning, my newest book went live.
It is absolutely amazing for me to be able to
go on Amazon and you know what this is. I
(02:35):
am so amazed and blessed and God drenched with blessings,
drenched like being drenched by the sun. If you go
on Amazon and you type Roberts rules or motorcycle clubs,
(02:57):
he had enter.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
Look at that, man, My book comes up.
Speaker 2 (03:03):
My book comes.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
Up, My book comes up.
Speaker 2 (03:17):
I I still, I still, I can't believe it. Five
days ago, this was a a thought in my mind,
like I wonder if I could write a book and
make some money. Yes, but now it exists. Oh my god,
check this out. You can and you can get the hardcover,
(03:43):
paperback or kindle and in a week or two I
will do the audiobook. But there it is. In motorcycle clubs,
church isn't just a meeting. It's where decisions are made,
brotherhood is tested, and the club's future is shaped. Too often,
passion turns in the chaos, shouting matches, rushed votes, politics
(04:05):
and resentment that tears clubs apart. Roberts Rules of Order
for motorcycle clubs. Running Church the Right Way changes that
Written by Black Dragon, a former national president with nearly
forty years in the life, this book adapts the proven
parliamentary system of Roberts Rules, specifically for motorcycle clubs. You'll
(04:28):
learn how to run fair, efficient meetings with clear structure, quorum,
professional debate, proper motions, secret ballots for sensitive votes, and
the sergeant at arms enforcing respect without fists. No more
who yells loudest wins. No more illegitimate decisions or kangaroo courts.
(04:50):
Just real respect, real participation, and real communication the foundation
of lasting brotherhood. Whether you're resident, started at arms or
a full patch tired of drama, this book gives you
the tools to make church something brothers respect again, fair church, equal,
(05:13):
strong club. Get yours running the Right Way. Yeah, man,
this is very exciting to me to have accomplished this
(05:36):
in such a short time. So anyway, there's actually going
to be two covers. I'm going to publish the other
one later today. There will be two covers that you
can select from. They're both the same book, but there'll
be two different colors. And it's just really really really
(05:57):
cool that I was able to get that done. Hey,
today we're kicking off the new year. Bro Come on man.
The motorcycle clubs who two charts after stabbing involving the
Pagan's motorcycle club members and Taswell Tennessee. You remember that
(06:17):
stab and flee. Well they got two guys arrested. Also,
there was a biker brawl at Jolly Dolphin. It leads
to a lifetime ban. This is over in South Africa.
You bikers can't act right nowhere. Man claims of Bryan
(06:38):
police captains. Possible ties the Bandidos led to detextas firing
in Arkansas. So a detective was accused of having ties
with the Bandidos and the person that made that complaint
got fired.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
She was a cop.
Speaker 2 (06:55):
Bug Riders motorcycle club members plead guilty to racketeering. So
they've lost another one in this huge case up in Dayton, Ohio,
the federal ongoing federal reco case. Another guy has taken
a plea. I believe, Yeah, I think that's it. Yeah,
(07:18):
pleaded guilty. Also Outlaw motorcycle club incident. The Pagan incident
now has sparked concerns in Erie Pennsylvania. That's interesting. We'll
hear what their concerns are. Judge rules against gang testimony
and Iron Wings motorcycle club assault hearing. This one I
(07:39):
thought was very very interesting because I have entered this
new realm of being a motorcycle court gang, motorcycle gang
expert witness, motorcycle club expert witness, bicker gang, whatever they
want to call it. I've entered that realm working for
the defense with the these motorcycle clubs. And so I
(08:02):
thought that was really crazy that a judge ruled against
biker gang expert guy. They ruled against his testimony. And
it's the Iron Wings motorcycle club assault hearing. That's something
that happened in twenty twenty four and they were going
to use this biker gang expert witness. Now this guy
(08:25):
worked for the prosecution and the judge has struck for
now his testimony. So we're going to be looking at
all that this morning. And it's just me today. My
co hosts are taking that day off much needed rest.
Very proud of those guys for this last year's hard work.
(08:47):
Proud of Lavist Williams for becoming police Commissioner. Lavist Williams
and winning his district with a landslide vote, and so proud.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
Of the preacher for all the amazing things he's doing.
Speaker 2 (09:03):
And so those guys are off doing more stuff and
taking time with their family and all that kind of
stuff today and you guys got me. Hey, listen, I'll
be back in a minute and seven seconds, uh after
this brief introduction, and we will get right to the
topics at hand, like Dragon Blacon news, it's on your tomb.

Ah, trying to get trying to get over this cold man.
Let's holy moly, let me get something to drink. Here,
it was that already then I did it all right,
here we go. Well, I'm not used to taking a
(12:20):
water break and then somebody's not talking. Man, Can I
even do a show by myself? Let's see, m.
Speaker 1 (12:31):
My, my bros.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
Has been holding me down for so long. It's like
ala bunga. Okay, So here we go. Uh, first story
if I can find the first story here? Oh my goodness.
Uh normally, uh, we're talking and having fun while well
(12:55):
I'm bringing up the story.
Speaker 1 (12:56):
So here we go.
Speaker 2 (12:58):
First story right here actually, and get over here to
the comments. All right, get rid of this. Here here
we go, and let me try to make this a
little bit bigger.
Speaker 1 (13:14):
Take that off. Okay.
Speaker 2 (13:17):
Two charge after stabbing involving members of the Pagans Motorzart club.
Lease say, now, you guys remember the story. We got
it from chatting with Stacks. He said in his story
that they were after an ex member who maybe who
went over to another club, That's what he said. And
they were taking that guy's vest off of them. He said,
(13:38):
they accidentally stabbed him. It turned into a race across
the county. And so we now know two people have
been invested. Let's see if this comes up and gives
us the story. It will in three seconds to one,
here we go.
Speaker 5 (13:55):
Two details. Tonight, police say two people are accused of
stabbing another man at a convenience store in Taswell and
leading police on a multi county chase. The men we're
wearing clothing representing the Pagan Motorcycle Club the Tennessee excuse me.
The Taswell Police Department says it happened at Cat Daddy's
Market Saturday. Cody Henderson went to the hospital after being stabbed.
(14:16):
Police say they chased the motorcyclists across multiple counties. Patrick
Warren and Christopher Hughes are now facing charges including aggravated assault,
kidnapping and robbery.
Speaker 2 (14:28):
Yeah so uh yeah, they're going to throw the big
charge aggravated assault, kidnapping, robbery. Let me see if I
can actually get into the story. So the sad part
about it is these guys are you know, not on
that old Tasel Police Department has released updated information regarding
(14:52):
Saturday stabbing. The two individuals that have been charged in
connection involved multip motorcyclist. So I'm sure they'll be searching
for more people, but so far they've got too. They
say they're affiliated with the Pagans. They say Pagan here
they mean Pagans with an apostrophe. Yes, that's the correct
(15:14):
way to pronounce that club's name. They are the Pagans,
not the Pagan motorcycle Club. Rent of the Pagans, Patrick
Troy Warren born on May twenty fifth, and nineteen ninety
one of Cleveland, Tennessee, faces charges of aggravated assault. Christopher
(15:34):
Hughes born in nineteen eighty and Johnson City, Tennessee, is
charged with aggravated assault, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery.
Speaker 1 (15:44):
I don't know what the difference between.
Speaker 2 (15:49):
Kidnapping and aggravated kidnapping is, Like, is there a big difference?
What is what is the difference between hiddenapping and aggravated napping.
I'm just wondering if there's like a difference. The main
difference is that kidnapping involves unlawfully restraining or moving someone
(16:12):
against their will, while aggravated kidnapping escalates this by adding
specific serious factors such as holding the victim for ransom,
Well they didn't do that, using them as a hostage,
they didn't do that. Inflicting bodily harm, well he did
get stabbed, or committing sexual abuse, or terrorizing them or
(16:37):
terrorizing them or making them, making it a much more
severe felony with harsher penalties. Essentially, aggravated kidnapping includes aggravating
circumstances that elevate the crime beyond basic unlawful confinement or movement.
So yeah, uh, I guess it's safe to say they'll
(16:58):
be throwing the book. Actually I don't didn't need I
didn't want the clapping sound. I wanted to this one.
They're throwing the book at him.
Speaker 1 (17:09):
Who that is?
Speaker 2 (17:12):
Uh, that's the battle cry sound. They're throwing the book
at those guys. Man with the whole aggravated kidnapping thing out.
Aggravated assault, I guess that's a higher assault than regular assault.
And he just aggravated everything, even aggravated robbery. I'm just
(17:34):
you know, I just be curious about these things. What
the hell is aggravated robbery? What is aggravated robbery? Aggravated
robbery is more severe form of robbery that involves additional
dangerous factors, making it more a much more serious feeling,
often called armed robbery. Ah, so if the guy got stabbed,
(17:57):
then somebody was armed. It occurs when someone takes property
by force or threat that did happen. We think it's
allegedly that happened, but the crime is escalated by using
a deadly weapon or causing serious bodily injury, or targeting
a vulnerable victim like an elderly or disabled person. Also,
if you go beat up some elderly dude, you can
(18:20):
get aggravated robbery if you take an older guy's cut.
You guys might want to keep that in mind. If
you want to take some older guy's crutting man, it
might not work out good for you.
Speaker 1 (18:35):
So if the guy's like sixty, maybe you don't take
his cut.
Speaker 2 (18:46):
Aggravated robbery has usually a deadly weapon and a serious
body injury vulnerable victim, Oh sixty five or better? Okay,
so sixty two year old like me, because I was
going to get somebody's ass for aggravated but I got
to be two more years, three more years older, or
has a disability. Uhha, there you go. All you guys
(19:10):
with PTSD out there, you have a disability, they better
not mess with you accomplices. If you have accomplices or
it's a home evasion, that's also aggravated robbery.
Speaker 1 (19:20):
So those are the things.
Speaker 2 (19:23):
Both individuals were wearing clothing representing the Pagans Motorcycle Club
at the time of the incident. The victim, a guy
named Cody Henderson, was born in March two, nineteen ninety two.
All these guys that are fairly young of Maynardville, Tennessee,
was treated and released from the University of Tennessee Medical Center.
All parties involved are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
(19:44):
A wall these individuals were charged. The individuals that were
charged were allegedly directly involved in the incident. Sharon said,
how did the kidnapping and Aubrey come in? And somebody
said yeah. Jake said, well, they took us cut off them.
(20:08):
They are considered uh, that's considered personal property. So people
out there know. Tony Wilson says, correct. However, I'm certain
club by law state that those cuts are organizational property. Yes,
if they had been taking their own cut, that's interesting.
Tony Wilson, I don't know you, but that's an interesting point,
(20:31):
and it won't make the charges go away.
Speaker 4 (20:35):
But those.
Speaker 2 (20:38):
Those are the rules for most motorcycle clubs and riding associations.
He correctly points that out. But you still I don't
care whose property it is. You can't beat anybody up
and take it. We all know that, I hope we
know that. If we don't know that, you'll find out.
You will find out, which goes to our next story.
(21:08):
Pink aggravated means you have a weapon.
Speaker 1 (21:11):
There we go.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
I should have looked over there at first, right, I
just looked over here, Lake Saint Martin, First Nation, Minnitoba, Canada. Hey,
good to have you, Lake Saint Martin. Good to be here.
What's up, Larry Denton? Tell me more about how you
are too much of a pathetic coward to be a seal? Yeah? Well,
(21:34):
would you like to know I'm too much of a
pathetic coward to be a seal? And so is everybody
else out there like you? Where's your seal team credentials?
I want to see them.
Speaker 1 (21:51):
Where that come from? So and.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
Let's see, let me see going on here? Moving on,
Happy New year, Lissa. So here we are.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Next is.
Speaker 2 (22:17):
Leads to this next story. Outlaw motorcycle club incident sparks
concerns in East Tennessee. So what's going on here is
that the incident that happened over there has created concerns.
(22:45):
And so as we see these concerns, let's take a
look at it. Knoxville, Tennessee. A recent altercation and police
pursuit in Claiborne County involving riders connected to an outlaw
motorcycle club renew concerns about biker groups in East Tennessee.
While incidents like that are rare, they often raise border
(23:07):
broader questions about motorcycle clubs in East Tennessee says the story,
including how common they are and what they're really about.
The former FBI agent Scott Paine said most writers are
not the problem. Ninety nine percent of motorcycle riders are good,
law abiding sentienzens Pain said, it's just the one percent
(23:29):
that are rowdy and breaking the law. Federal agencies are
often used often used the term one percenters to describe
a small subset of outlaw motorcycle clubs or gangs, and
a label that dates back decades. Experts say the vast
majority of clubs in Tennessee are legal writing groups. Pain said,
(23:49):
East Tennessee isn't overridden without law groups, so I don't
know what's the concern then, But he said some well
known national groups have established the presence East Tennessee overridden
with one percent of biker clubs. No have more come
in since, Like I mentioned, the Pagans are here and
the Hells Angels are here. Yeah, so could there be
(24:12):
a propensity for violence as I said before? Yeah, Pain said,
even without law groups when they exist in the region.
That doesn't automatically mean violence. In fact, most times it doesn't.
He explains law enforcement focuses on criminal behavior, not membership alone.
That's good. If they are focusing on criminal behavior, then
(24:35):
we shouldn't have to worry as biker is about being
pulled over and you know, stereotyped and all that kind
of stuff, profiled and everything. The officer said, I am
a biker. I am a biker, but I've never had
any issues. Obviously, I went undercover in this. We took
(24:56):
down a lot of people, but as far as me riding,
I've never had any issues. And if you see a group,
they usually keep their own.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
If you guys know about the whole paining Officer Pain thing,
you can check him out on Hollywood's channel. In Sane Throttle,
Hollywood talks about the officer Pain and not in any
kind of glowing terms, because, as he admits in his
story that he was an undercover person who so go
(25:26):
check out. Hollywood has done a lot on this guy's story.
Pain stresses that incidents like the one in Claiborne County
are typically isolated. He encourages the public to avoid assumptions
and remember that most writers in East Tennessee are here
for the road, not the trouble. And in that case,
(25:47):
you know that that has taken place that has caused
the concern. It's just interesting whenever, whenever these kinds of
cases come to light, you'll always have one of these guys,
especially like one of these guys that goes under cover.
(26:09):
You'll you'll they'll always come in and have something to say,
and it's always very interesting to hear what they have
to say. Most of the time it's to spark concern
and stuff like that. And here, let's do this. Let's
(26:30):
hear the video of that action. Oh, we need some
sound action.
Speaker 6 (26:36):
County race questions about motorcycle clubs.
Speaker 1 (26:39):
We'll start from the beginning.
Speaker 6 (26:41):
Recent incident in Clayburn County. Race questions about motorcycle clubs across.
Speaker 7 (26:45):
East Tennessee and what they actually represent.
Speaker 5 (26:48):
Many riders say most clubs are legal, community based and
focused on the ride, not the crime. Six on Your
Sides Clarissa Dela Cruz took a closer look at how
common motorcycle clubs.
Speaker 2 (26:59):
Really are in our area.
Speaker 6 (27:02):
A recent altercation in police pursuit in Claiborne County involving
writers connected to an outlaw motorcycle club renewed concerns about
biker groups in East Tennessee. While incidents like that are where,
they often raise broader questions about motorcycle clubs across East Tennessee,
including how common they are and what they're really about.
Speaker 7 (27:20):
Ninety nine percent of all motorcycle riders are good law
by the citizens. It's just a one percent that are
that are routy and bad and breaking the law.
Speaker 6 (27:28):
Federal agencies often use the term one percenters to describe
a small subset ab out law motorcycle gangs, a label
that dates back decades. Experts save the vast majority of
motorcycle clubs in East Tennessee are legal riding groups.
Speaker 7 (27:40):
Is East Tennessee over ridden with one percent or biker clubs?
Speaker 8 (27:43):
No?
Speaker 7 (27:44):
Have more come in since? Like I mentioned, the Pagans
are here, the Els Angels are here.
Speaker 2 (27:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (27:50):
So could that be a propensity for violence? As I
said before, Yeah, it could be.
Speaker 6 (27:55):
Pain says even when outlaw groups exist in a region
that doesn't automatically mean violence. Explain's law enforcement focuses on
criminal behavior, not membership alone.
Speaker 7 (28:04):
I am a biker, you know, but I've never had
any issues. I mean, obviously I want undercover and we
took down a lot of people, but as far as
me riding around, I've never had any issues. And if
you see a group then they're usually keep to their own.
Speaker 6 (28:20):
Pain streusses that incidents like the one in Clayborn County
are typically isolated. He encourages the public to avoid assumption
and remember that most writers in East Tennessee are here
for the road, not trouble. In Knoxville, Clarissa Della Cruz
six on your Side Law Enforcement says most motorcycle clubs
in East Tennessee operate without issue and are not targets
of investigation unless a crime happens. Focuses on criminal behavior.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
You know, I've found something interesting in this guy's background.
Speaker 1 (28:49):
This is former FBI agent Officer Pain. Why does he have.
Speaker 2 (28:58):
Like this outlaws thing here like that belongs to them?
Why is that hanging up in his office? That's like
completely really uncool right there. I don't I don't know
why that's there. Uh huh, Well, it's a it's a
(29:24):
support thing support. Maybe maybe civilians can have that. I
just uh, I wouldn't know why their colors would be
up in his office. There there there singy thing here. Oh,
can you guys see it? Let me move this out
of the way.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
Boom.
Speaker 2 (29:44):
Yeah, I don't know why this thing is here. Very interesting.
M hm yeah, I don't know why that's there. I
don't know why that would be in his office. M interesting.
Uh yeah, that was crazy. Anyway, did he say he
was a biker? He did say he was a biker. Uh,
(30:07):
and he wasn't undercover at one point.
Speaker 8 (30:09):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (30:10):
That's the club he infiltrated when he was in the FBI. Ah,
he infiltrated the actual outlaws themselves. His vlad interviews are
pretty good. Pain story is all right, okay, says you
you k U k kid Uh uh interesting. So yeah,
(30:35):
well I was wondering why that was there, Like, okay,
so that's his uh, his badge of honor or.
Speaker 1 (30:42):
Having uh done that. So yeah, anyway, moving on to.
Speaker 4 (30:49):
The next story.
Speaker 2 (30:51):
And before we moved that next story, I got to
tell you guys, hey, the number one metric in all
YouTube as to whether or not a club is doing
well is well, you know, the like button. So please
hit that like button for us like and share, and
if you could just give us that support, like and
(31:12):
share and consider a channel membership. A channel membership would
be very exciting and we would absolutely appreciate having your
channel membership. So in this new year of twenty twenty six,
we are absolutely looking forward to having many more channel
(31:35):
memberships and you guys helping us out. So let us
play real briefly this public service announcement for you guys.
Speaker 1 (31:49):
Oh shoot, it's not firing. Okay, well, yeah, that's.
Speaker 8 (31:57):
Maybe you need to donate some freaking money. Donate, donate.
Maybe you need to do freaking money. You need to
donate money, donate, domate, donate. Maybe you need to don donate, donate.
Speaker 1 (32:16):
Yeah, appreciate that. All right, moving on to the next story.
Speaker 2 (32:20):
Here we go. Uh, this is an interesting one. Chief
of Bryant Police Captain's possible ties to the Bandito's biker
gang led to another detective being fired. A lawsuit says,
now this is kind of interesting. Oh shoot, they took
(32:41):
that story away. Let me see if I can go
over here, uh and find it on grock because this
was an interesting story. I think I looked it up already,
but I'll look it up again real quick. I only
take a second to get it. Uh, this was really
(33:04):
kind of interesting. Let me uh yeah, we'll go to uh,
we'll go to Grock for this and to the stage here.
We'll go to Grock. Uh and we'll put in.
Speaker 1 (33:16):
The question question please, There we go.
Speaker 2 (33:26):
Claims of Bryant police captain's possible ties to the Bandido's
biker gang led to a detector's firing. Come on, Grock,
give it to us, man, give it, give it to us,
give us the story. Searching the web twenty results here
we go, be right here in just a second. Well
(33:51):
this is it must be heavy usage. Everybody's at home,
I guess, because here we go.
Speaker 1 (33:56):
Here we go.
Speaker 2 (33:57):
Uh So, former Bryant, Arkansas detective Shanna Hastings is suing
city mayor and police chief over the alleged retaliatory firing
tied to the Bandido's concerns. Which is this story here
that was first reported by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. And
(34:25):
we'll go back here in December twenty twenty five. Shanna Hastings,
that was last month, a former detective with the Bryant
Police Department Seline County near Little Rock, Arkansas. She filed
a civil lawsuit against the city of Bryant, Arkansas Police
Chief Carl Mendon also spelled Carl Midden in some reports,
(34:49):
and Mayor Chris treat So. She said, the city, the
police chief, and the mayor. Her lawsuit alleged retaliatory termination.
Speaker 1 (34:59):
Oh wow.
Speaker 2 (35:00):
She was fired after whistleblowing after Hastings raised concerns about
a police captain's possible ties to the Bandido's Motorcycle Club
at designated one percent outlaw motorcycle gang the croc AI
says key allegations from the lawsuit. In June through July
twenty twenty five, Hastings investigated a disturbance at a local
(35:23):
bar establishment known as the Bandido's Hangout, concerns that she raised.
She observed off duty captain Nate Johnson or John Stutton
arriving at scenes in ways she found suspicious, for example,
sitting without interacting and texting before leaving. Hastings believed this
(35:47):
indicated inappropriate associations interfering with cases. The whistleblowing part she
reported to her superiors, Prosecutor Chris Walton, and requested in
internal investigation, viewed as duty to flag potential corruption. The
(36:07):
retaliation shortly after, in July, her ass was terminated for
insubordination and policy violations, signed by none of them, the
chief himself. Law out her claims is that her first
(36:29):
mimit free speech was violated. The Arkansas Whistleblower Act was violated,
which protects people who report wrongdoing. She said that was violated.
Her Arkansas Civil Rights Act rights were violated, and there
was no due process. She had no notice before her
(36:50):
firing and no hearing. I guess she didn't get counseled
or any of that kind of stuff that people do before.
She wasn't put on a personal improvement plan or.
Speaker 1 (36:59):
None of that.
Speaker 2 (37:00):
And she also is charging defamation from public statements against
her character. Additionally, there was an attempt to decertify her
and revoke her law enforcements, her law enforcement credentials. Damn,
they went after your girl hard later denied by the
(37:22):
State Commission. So they went after her to decertify her.
But the State Commission said, no, she ain't done nothing
to be decertified. You might not have her at your place,
but she can take her butt somewhere else like a
whole bunch of incompetent cops do, and go somewhere else
and be serving over there. Yeah, but we don't know that.
(37:51):
We don't know that she was incompetent or anything like that.
What we do know is that her desertification was denied.
Hastings had a strong record. She had commendations over ten
years of service, so she was a decorated cop and
independent hearing officer found so they had an independent officer
(38:15):
that heard her case for this thing. He found that
there was no job misconduct for unemployment, so she didn't
do anything to be no misconduct to be on fire.
So therefore the state declined to decertify her. That's pretty strong.
(38:36):
That's pretty strong on your girl. City department response. As
of late Deceimber twenty twenty five, the city has not
formerly served or responded in court. So the termination cided
(38:57):
policy breaches. Of course, they're going to protect their own boats. Yes,
she breached policy, and they also they released documents supporting
claims of insubordination. But this independent hearing officer found that
there was no job misconduct for unemployment. Interesting, they're battling
(39:18):
that out the broader contexts. The bagandidos are active in Arkansas,
and it says stuff that they're known for. We are
even going to that cases filed December twelve, twenty five
and Saline County Circuit Court highlights whistle risks in small departments. Yeah,
if you live in a small town with a small
(39:39):
department and you get to making waves like we used
to say in the Navy, stand by for heavy waves
departments and blurred l EMC lines.
Speaker 1 (39:51):
Ongoing no trial date.
Speaker 2 (39:53):
Hastings seeks damages for lost wages, reputation, and emotional distress sources.
Uh Democrat is that uh may my Saline Arkansas First News.
So this is where all these sources were, uh for
that story. So wow, wow and wow, maybe uh she
(40:17):
might win some money, she might even get her job back.
Here's my question to you, do you go back on
a job that fired you? If you went it back,
let me know in the common section, would you go
(40:38):
back to a job like that where now you got
all these people that you have to depend on to
have your back, and if you're like, you know, maybe
you have a call and they don't they don't come
to the call to help you, like you know one
(41:01):
Adam twelve fourteen Sierra Delta two.
Speaker 4 (41:04):
Send back up, Send backup?
Speaker 2 (41:06):
Right?
Speaker 4 (41:06):
Why I send back up? A be shut.
Speaker 1 (41:10):
And you don't hear anything. It just be like crickets,
like nobody comes to your rescue.
Speaker 2 (41:21):
I don't know if I'm going going back there, man,
I don't know if I want that job back. I
don't want that job back, do you. I don't want
that job back. Hey, what's up, Joseph? So, yeah, poor thing.
(41:44):
I don't know what you're gonna do, but I wouldn't
want that job back.
Speaker 1 (41:48):
They can have that job.
Speaker 2 (41:50):
I ain't going back there, bro. I will take my
back pay though, if you don't mind. Hey, let's go
over here. Is this it South Africa? Maybe?
Speaker 8 (42:02):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (42:03):
This?
Speaker 1 (42:03):
If I got a video for this?
Speaker 2 (42:06):
Yeah, here we go. So I don't know what's wrong
with you bikers around the world, Like, what's up with
my South African bikers? They went and tore down a
club of some sort of nightclub or whatever is it?
Do I have the video I thought I might have. Yeah,
here's the video right here. Uh, we can't have the music,
(42:30):
all right? Check this out. They are fighting a bare
knuckle brawl or upset Jeffrey's Bay Pub. This just looks
like a bunch of old guys, Like what's this guy
doing right here?
Speaker 1 (42:43):
Okay?
Speaker 2 (42:43):
Pushed the prospect back maybe. Uh, like, this is not
a very impressive fight. I ain't no, there won't be
any ain't no punk awards given. They've got to pick
up their poor brother off the ground here. Oh, somebody
just threw a wild hey man and didn't hit anything
but air. Somebody just came out of their shirt. I
(43:04):
don't know why that guy didn't have his shirt on.
When I was looking at these colors, I was like,
what colors? I've never seen colors like this was South Africa. Uh,
And I guess bikers are going to do what bikers do, uh,
which in a lot of cases we just stand around
and make a lot of noise. You got the prospect
(43:25):
holding a guy up or is that a Is that
a female? I couldn't tell if that was a female
or not. Somebody had a bun? Is it a man
bun or a female bun?
Speaker 8 (43:38):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (43:39):
This okay, this guy's got his shirt off. But inn't
them South African bikers be be putting hell. Y'all fit
right in over here and nobody got no sense.
Speaker 4 (43:52):
Come on over America.
Speaker 2 (43:55):
We got some bars that tear up here. Now they're
on the floor, on the floor. There are on the
floor they're falling all down. Nobody can seem to keep
their footing. Come on, come on, come on, stand back,
let me let me get this noise. Oh I see,
(44:16):
we're seeing it for the second time. Uh yeah, I
don't know. It's not too bad of a fight it
Uh why why do they have to show out at
these people's being Oh wow, somebody? Oh wow, did you
see that guy come in with all the force? I
don't know why your boy came out of a shirt.
Why that was necessary? Oh, I don't know if you
(44:38):
saw this woman right here? She this woman, this little
skinny woman pushed that big biker back here. It is
right here in the background, right there, she's gonna push
him back. Wow, go ahead girl. Uh and she and
now he has to grab her. I don't know if
you guys can see, he's got to grab her. She
pushed them back and uh, here she is pushing him back.
(45:02):
Did she punch him?
Speaker 1 (45:05):
And then this guy right here comes back all very interesting?
Oh that is crazy. I heard something outside.
Speaker 2 (45:25):
Uh so yeah, that that is this story here. So
it looks like fish flying while Jeffrey's Bay Pub brawl.
Speaker 1 (45:39):
We saw the bral.
Speaker 2 (45:40):
Here's a guy on the ground there. Boxing Day lived
up to its name. I don't know what Boxing Day
is over in South Africa. Uh, maybe we can get
some context. What is Boxing Day in South Africa?
Speaker 1 (45:58):
Yeah? Here it is. Somebody else already looked it up.
Speaker 2 (46:02):
In South Africa, Boxing Day December to twenty sixth is
officially known as the Day of Goodwill, a public holiday
focused on charity, family and unity, shifting from its colonial
roots by emphasizing inclusivity, community spirit, and acts of kindness
rather than just gifts. Oh, I mean it must be
(46:22):
boxing like boxing gifts up, not boxing your brother's ears off.
Celebration often involves relaxing with family, heading to the beaches,
having barbecues which they call bryos, and engaging in charitable giving,
reflecting South Africa's summer season.
Speaker 1 (46:43):
Ah, it's beautiful.
Speaker 2 (46:45):
It's South Africa renamed Boxing Day in nineteen ninety four
to distance it from the colonial routs. It's a day
of goodwill, so it's not supposed to be a day
of boxing, boxing, but rather a day of goodwill. So
Boxing Day, which kind of like I guess our Christmas Day,
(47:06):
lived up to its name. And Jeffrey's Bay when drunk
rival bikers went at each other in a bare knuckle
brawl at a public local pub. The fight escalated so
severely that police were called to the scene at Jolly Dolphin.
After the sheer mayhem, the Jolly Dolphin issued a statement
(47:26):
apologizing for its fish fueled frenzy and stating.
Speaker 4 (47:31):
That everyone involved had been been.
Speaker 2 (47:35):
Permanently. So, I guess it's a small town. Everybody knows everybody,
and you can't come back here no more. And what's
going to be interesting about that is that if you
see some signs over there that say something like no
(48:01):
police or no colors allowed, you'll know why it was
those guys that caused all that.
Speaker 1 (48:08):
In any event, you have.
Speaker 2 (48:12):
Everybody was banned and after the sheer Mayhem and then
police spokesman Warrant Officer Jola Nicole stated the incident occurred
on Friday afternoon. Police can confirm that they attended a
complaint of fighting that broke out between the two groups
(48:33):
of bikers and Gamma Road, and Nicole told the Iol
the law enforcement agencies managed to contain the situation, but
up to so far there has been no criminal case,
so nobody was arrested. The fight was caught on cell
phoned videos seen by IOL. The video shows men swinging
(48:54):
at each other well dance for music blasted on a
woman then jumps in.
Speaker 1 (48:58):
I told you I saw her taunting one of the fighters.
Speaker 2 (49:03):
Partygoers tried to step in, but the bikers refused to
back down. The fight got so rough that one point
two men ended up on top of each other on
the floor, trading punches. One man even ripped off his
shirt while another.
Speaker 1 (49:17):
Man face was full of blood. Yeah now, FEU mean?
Speaker 2 (49:28):
The shirtless biker kept lunging on at his opponents, swinging
with full force and a shocking twist. A woman leaps
onto a table. We didn't see that, curling what looks
like booze everywhere. Panic patrons watched and shock while others
ran for the exits. Scattered across the tables were seven
hundred and fifty mili liter brandy and an ice bucket,
(49:51):
beer bottles and a cider bottle. In a statement seen
by IOL, the Jolly Dolphins said the fight was unacceptable.
Speaker 4 (50:00):
Unacceptable. Don't come over here with that shit.
Speaker 2 (50:09):
Yeah, that's unacceptable. We don't condone that. We would like
to make it very clear that the Jolly Dolphin does
not condone violence of any kind of any sort, and
does not stand for such bit. I mean behavior. They
didn't say byes, they said behavior. The safety, well being
and enjoyment of our patron, staff and community remain our
highest priority. In response to this incident, we have implemented
(50:32):
stricter security measures with immediate effect. Security checks will now
be conducted more thoroughly, and our overall security presence has
been significantly increased. We also have added professional bouncers. Yeah,
you probably needed some professional bouncers that day from sm
Heart Security. Oh, the further strength and the safety of
(50:53):
our premises. It has further said all the individuals involved
in the fight that been permanently ban permanently ban from
a Jolly Dolphin, permanently banned, Like they don't want your
butt there, theyn't want your money, they don't want none
of that. You're out of here, and you know that's
(51:19):
how they see it. They probably abandoned folks. We sincerely
regret the incident and any discomfort that may have caused
that the Jolly Dolphin. We would like to reassure our
patrons that security is guaranteed day and night, and every
possible step has been taken to ensure a safe and
enjoyable environment. The Jolly Dolphin is no stranger to controversy. However,
(51:41):
it's erstwhile owner, Vast the Opperman, was arrested at the
end of.
Speaker 1 (51:46):
Twenty twenty four.
Speaker 2 (51:48):
She was slapped with more than twenty charges of fraud
after she allegedly scammed people out of millions of rands
to her investment scheme Arcus Invest. She is on forty
thousand rand bail. I don't know how much rand has worked,
but forty thousand.
Speaker 1 (52:06):
Of them is too much.
Speaker 2 (52:14):
Raised bike says they're watching too much TV, American TV,
or maybe they're just rowdy over there in South Africa,
like you know, bikers all over the country. Man are.
Speaker 1 (52:27):
All over the world.
Speaker 2 (52:28):
Man, y'all just don't y'all don't know how to. I
don't know what they he'll be wrong with y'all.
Speaker 1 (52:33):
Man.
Speaker 2 (52:35):
I'm getting ready to drop being a biker. I'm gonna
become a preacher or something. It's attached to y'all. Man.
People are always hell, how's the biker gang of yours doing?
I'm not in a biker gang, that's.
Speaker 1 (52:50):
Anyway.
Speaker 2 (52:55):
Yeah, did I report this yet? Thug writer Dayton Ohio
another member of the Thug Writers Mozart Club, which faces
remarkable allegations including murder, arson, and racketeering, has taken a
plea deal.
Speaker 1 (53:10):
This is Brent Eagleston.
Speaker 2 (53:12):
He's called Bees. He's just thirty six years old from
a place called Xenia, Xenia, Xenia. Agreed to the charges
against him for following crimes commission of a violent crime
and anaidive racketeering. Attempted assault with a dangerous weapon. That's
not too bad, because these guys had murder and racketeering
(53:35):
and all kinds of stuff. He only pleaded guilty to
two things. Commission of a violent crime in aid of racketeering,
but I don't know if that's the gang enhancement, and
then attempted assault with a dangerous weapon. That's not too bad.
Maybe he can get off with, you know, a few years.
He's just thirty six. The other members of the Thug
(53:57):
Writers Mozart Club were also facing charges, and there's a
whole bunch of them want too. Oh so this is
what the some of the stuff blowing up a former
members vehicle, killing a man during a shootout, shooting over
one hundred and ninety live gunfire, rounds into a rival
motorcycle gangs clubhouse. These guys were just on swell out there,
breaking the leg of a patron at Toby's tavern, attacking
(54:20):
a rival gang member at Chris's band box, engaging in
a shootout at a different motorcycle gangs clubhouse, they say,
physically assaulting members of another motorcycle gang. And I don't
say gang. This stuff here says the gang stuff. I
try to say club, but I am reading so threatening
(54:40):
and exhorting former gang members. So this is all the stuff.
And these all the other people that have pled guilty
and have been charged. So it's quite a number of people.
And it seems like almost every day, or at least
every week or every month, somebody else is getting it
and going on ahead and and facing the music and
(55:03):
taking the plea. You know, it's hard. They have like
a ninety win rate, these these prosecutors. Our last story
for this morning is let me go back over here
(55:24):
and find this story here. Yeah, this is an interesting
one as well. I thought that this was really interesting.
Speaker 1 (55:36):
And here we are.
Speaker 2 (55:39):
Yes, I judge rules against gang expert testimony. Now let
me find this is another one where I found the story.
But they wouldn't let me get to it is this,
let me find that. So I had to go find
the story out on again.
Speaker 1 (56:03):
Do I have it here? No? I because they wouldn't
give it to me. So yeah, here it is.
Speaker 2 (56:12):
So here's the actual story here and back to the screen,
add to the stage. Here's the actual story it was
on Go Eerie. Judge nix is the gang experts testimony
for the upcoming Iron Wings hearing ten reported members of
(56:34):
an Eerie motorcycle club charge with what was described as
an assault on four members of a rival club at
a wake nearly two years ago. Our scheduled to return
to court February eighteenth for the continuation of their preliminary hearing.
But when the hearing resumes, whatever testimony prosecutors present won't
(56:56):
include that of the gang expert. And then they just
like the storyway like, and you give us one hundred
and nineteen dollars a year and you can have the story,
or you you can give us a dollar for the
first month and then one hundred and eighteen other dollars.
And I was like, Wow, I wonder if Rock knows.
(57:19):
I wonder if krocknos so because I have the X
dot com blue check mark, which means I pay for it.
They give you this free account with ROC for It's
(57:43):
not free, it cost right, but it's part of your package.
Speaker 1 (57:47):
So you can go ask ROC.
Speaker 2 (57:49):
Hey, a judge ruled against a gang expert testimony in
the Iron Wings motorcycle club AsSalt. Herey an eriot, can
you can you find out something? So here's my query
Judge Nix's gang experts testimony for upcoming Iron Wings hearing, and.
Speaker 1 (58:05):
Grox says, oh, yeah, I know. It's the case where
the judge ruled.
Speaker 2 (58:10):
Against the gang expert testimony in the Iron Wings motorcycle
club assault hearing in Erie, Pennsylvania. This December twenty twenty five,
a judge in Erie County, Pennsylvania has barred prosecutors from
calling a gang expert to testify in the upcoming preliminary
hearing for members of the Iron Wings motorcycle club. Charts
in the January twenty twenty four assault at a local
(58:33):
social hall. So that matched perfectly with this story, and
so I wanted to find out more about it. The
background is this, There was an incident that happened in
January twenty twenty four, a fight at the Saga Club
Washington Avenue Erie during a Teamster's motorcycle club event. The
defendants were sixteen Iron Wings members, including alleged leader Christopher
(58:58):
Mintulski Junior, charged with the aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy, and
related counts. Allegations are that about forty of these members
arrived in their own cuts.
Speaker 1 (59:16):
WHOA, what happened? Uh? Here we go back to the story.
It's up here somewhere. Yeah, uh.
Speaker 8 (59:33):
It? Uh?
Speaker 1 (59:36):
Oh goodness, what happened? What happened? It took it from me.
Speaker 2 (59:41):
Let me.
Speaker 1 (59:43):
I hate that when that happens. Okay, they gave it back?
Did it give it back? Oh?
Speaker 2 (59:56):
My goodness, it took it from me when I tried
to enlarge the screen. Oh I see, I see what's
going on here. Okay, Okay, I just got to go
back up here. Yeah, all right, we're back.
Speaker 1 (01:00:20):
We are back.
Speaker 2 (01:00:20):
Okay, case background back here, We're back now. So the
defendant sixteen Iron Wings members, including the alleged leader, charged
with the aggravated salt robbery, conspiracy, and related accounts. Allegations
that about forty Iron Wing members allegedly arrived wearing their
(01:00:41):
cuts and assaulted four members of the rival Varen Varren Verinians.
That is is that it varn Varian Veringians, maybe ver
ver Indians mc Vreingians. I want to say, please, these
guys forgive me for messing up the name of your
(01:01:02):
club Verringians.
Speaker 1 (01:01:04):
I think.
Speaker 2 (01:01:06):
That's what I phonetically looks like to me for Ringians
motorcycle club. So forty guys attacked four. It says here
they're ruling prosecution plan. They wanted a gang expert, likely
a law enforcement specialist or one of these undercover dudes,
to testify on motorcycle club structure patches and how they
(01:01:30):
indicate organized gang activity. That's what you guys have to
face that they bring these experts in. How are you
an expert in motorcycle club structure when you were just
an undercover cop and you only made it the like
prospect or something like, you are an expert to testify
(01:01:53):
on MC structure and all this kind of stuff.
Speaker 1 (01:01:57):
Very interesting, But the judge didn't buy The judge did
not buy it. That didn't buy it. And this is why.
Speaker 2 (01:02:13):
So it was likely a police enforcement, law enforcement specialist
he was going to testify him she structured patches and
how they indicate organized gang activity. Trying to tying the
enhanced charges under Pennsylvania law. And if you don't have
your own motorcycle gang expert witness to combat that, they
(01:02:36):
got this cop decorated.
Speaker 1 (01:02:37):
Guy with all this stuff to go against you.
Speaker 2 (01:02:42):
You need your own biker club expert.
Speaker 1 (01:02:47):
You need that.
Speaker 2 (01:02:48):
Defense objected in this case, they argued that his expert
testimony was prejudicial. It was also irrelevant for preliminary hearing,
and there were probable cause, stage or unqualified speculation. Now,
one thing that a expert is allowed to do is
(01:03:10):
speculate a little bit. Like no one can speculate in
a courtroom except an expert. So they can say, well,
in your opinion, what could have happened if this happened,
and and and that happened to me? And I said, well,
I don't want to that. That's speculation.
Speaker 4 (01:03:31):
And she said, you're an expert, you could speculate.
Speaker 2 (01:03:41):
I was like, damn, and and I did read up
on that, And experts are allowed to speculate. In this case, however,
they said he was his speculation would be unqualified, and
they were probably able to argue that this is an
(01:04:01):
unqualified expert, at least for this part of the trial.
So the judge gave his decision two days ago the
twenty ninth, was that two days ago or three days ago,
and he said that he would exclude the expert testimony.
It wouldn't be allowed in the hearing. So the impact
(01:04:21):
is that this is going to weaken the prosecution's organized
game narrative. For now. Hearing proceeds without the expert for now,
which is good on them. Man, they did good.
Speaker 4 (01:04:34):
Thank you, thank you, my god.
Speaker 2 (01:04:44):
They did good. They had good attorneys to get that
expert thrown out. And I can tell you that's what happens.
Whenever you show up with an expert, the other side
tries to get rid of your expert. They try to
get them thrown out, and in this case, it worked.
This follows an earlier Iron Wings cases in twenty twenty
(01:05:06):
five raids federal drug charges against the leader. Club has
history of okay, yeah, not trial data set pre liminary hearing.
Upcoming case involves ATF. So the Iron Wings is a
small outlaw motorcycle club. I asked it for the history.
The small outlaw motorcyzer club based in Erie, Pennsylvania. They
(01:05:31):
are classified as a one percenter club by sources like
the one percenter Bikers.
Speaker 1 (01:05:37):
That's a for those who've never seen that. That's a.
Speaker 2 (01:05:41):
Online it's a page that talks about the history of
one percent bike clubs. They have a reputation for territorial
disputes and violence in the local area. They were founded
because of their low profile. They don't know when they
were officially founded, but they officially incorporated in mid twenty ten.
(01:06:01):
Centered in Erie, Pennsylvania. They have a clubhouse. They say
even how much the thing is worth. It faced a
three year zoning dispute with the local government. It was
denied variants initially in twenty twelve, fine multiple times, but
finally it was able to get rezoning in twenty fifteen
(01:06:25):
and establish itself as a private club.
Speaker 4 (01:06:27):
So they fought with the government until they got their cutoff.
Speaker 2 (01:06:31):
Yeah, and they're attacked with the skeleton riding a motorcycle
with wings on each side. They think they have three
chapters in Pennsylvania. And then this is some of the
stuff that they've been into it with the law and
there's a few things, and they're still active. They have
(01:06:54):
a social media present called it supports your Local nine
twenty three doing their thing. They're not a national club.
They're local, and it says they have a rival history
of conflicts with the club calls the restless Souls and
the var Ringians, and so who are the Vingians? They
(01:07:19):
are often stylized as the Virgins.
Speaker 1 (01:07:23):
M See.
Speaker 2 (01:07:24):
It's a military support and veteran focused motorcycle club. Wow.
Founded by active duty personnel and veterans. It's not an
outlaw one percenter club, but a mixed, open to various
backgrounds riding club emphasizing safety, mentorship, and reducing veteran suicides,
deaths related to motorcycles, and post war issues. Founding and
(01:07:46):
purpose founded by active duty military and veterans. Exact date
is not public, but active since at least the early
twenty tens based on the website's history. So maybe they
were found at the name time inspiration after the Aringian Guard.
I hope I'm saying this word right. Elite Viking mercenaries
(01:08:08):
who served as bodyguards to Byzantine emperors ninth and fourteenth centuries,
known for loyalty and ferocity. Wow, that's a cool name
to have, it seems. Let's see the Varingian Guards, elite
(01:08:29):
unit of the Byzantine army serving as personal bodyguards look
at that man. I wonder if it'll say how to
pronounce the word. Yeah, no it doesn't, but I tried.
Speaker 1 (01:08:47):
Yeah. Anyway, there they are the Varingians. That's what we'll
call them right now.
Speaker 2 (01:08:54):
So yeah, they come from an esteemed name, elite Viking mercenaries.
Their mission rising motorcycle related deaths. So they want to
fight against rising motorcycle related deaths and suicide among veterans.
Speaker 1 (01:09:09):
That's their mission.
Speaker 2 (01:09:10):
Citing stats, over half of Iraq and Afghanistan vets struggle
with physical, mental and health issues. These guys provide brotherhood,
support channels and positive outlets for returning service members from
those wars. Membership open to honorably serving or honorably discharged military,
active reserve Guard bus supporters who fit the ethos quality
(01:09:36):
over quantity screening similarity to military standards, and their patch
colors feature similism tied to military service and Middle East
Southwest Asia wars multiple chapters, nobody knows how many, and
they ride for charity, community support, mendership for you, it
(01:09:57):
doesn't seem like they would be a rival to anybody.
The Vingian MC dot com promotes rides and events and
they don't have a bunch of like this other club
has all these these run ins with the law. They
