More tragedy in a biker club world. More tragedy in
the biker club world. We had Oh my goodness, it
was crazy. A biker got into a shootout with a

(00:40):
biker in the middle of the street and his club
brother witness the biker. One biker got shot, the club
brother witnessed it and ran the other biker down with
his motorcycle. It's a crazy story. Two fathers left dead
as violence continues to permeate our motorcycle club world. We're

(01:02):
going to be looking at that story and a couple
of others this morning, but that story is the one
that has dominated the headlines this weekend. It's absolutely crazy,
and we're also going to be looking at the international headlines.
A glam motorbike influencer was killed in the horrifying crash.

(01:27):
A lot of these women have been finding motorcycling and
finding the spotlight of it, and they want to bring
a sexiness to motorcycle riding. And you see a lot
of these women riding with bare mid drifts and oh
my gosh, high heeled spike shoes and all kind of

(01:50):
silly shit that motorcycles they're not designed for you. You
have to dress for the slide, not the ride, because
the ride can be beautiful, but the slide can be
absolutely horrendous. That and we're gonna be looking at some
motorcycle clubs that have been giving back to society, you know,

(02:15):
the Christmas stuff and Thanksgiving stuff. We're going to be
looking at some of that this morning. We will be
back in a minute and seven seconds. This is a
horrible story between two motorcycle clubs, very well known Vogos
versus the rock Machine or rock machine versus the Vogos,
however you want to say it. One man was gunned down.
After one man was gunned down and another man was

(02:38):
run down, the result is two dead fathers. So we'll
be looking at that in a minute and seven seconds
after we return. Thank you all for tuning in, consider liking, sharing,
and subscribing. We need you to do that and also
think about your channel memberships. I'm Black Dragon, thanks for
following since twenty sixteen. We'll be right back in a

(02:58):
minute in seven seconds.

was the first to do it, an the only one
in the wast old house, and it was black dragging
none in me and you have none most land. He
traded that uniform for the best, for the mighty Black Sabbath,
and I'm no bad. I'm talking about the mighty Black

the world with our very own doctor logic in the house.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
S let's have everyone was going on Black Dragons.

Speaker 1 (05:06):
So I can hear it. I left my roadcaster on
too long, and when I leave it on too long,
it starts spitting and sputtering, and it's going to go
out during this show. I have to actually turn this
road caster off and turn it back on. I need
to send this thing in. That's got to be a fly,
you know. I wanted to send my you know, mind's

(05:26):
pretty brand new. I wanted to send my mine in,
but off and on switch until we talked saying no,
you got to hit it.

Speaker 6 (05:34):
You can't just click it like that. You got a
holding click and they so just send it in. I said,
I want to send it in.

Speaker 1 (05:39):
It doesn't work well. That off and on switch is
a pressure switch you gotta hold for six seconds or
some dumb crap, and mine's not working well either. This
is there's some flaws in this roadcaster thing. It's it's
it's a pretty great machine, but there are some flaws
in it. Hey, listen, let's get right into this store here.

(06:02):
He said he's coming, said he's coming. I called him. Uh,
let's get in the story. This is a horrendous story.
It's a horrible story, and it was on social media
like crazy, you get to you know, we're not gonna

(06:22):
show this thing in its entirety, but out of just
out of respect for the clubs, nobody wants to see
their club brothers actually being killed on screen. It's it's,
it's absolutely horrible, but it's it is all over the
internet this weekend, and uh, it debuted on mini channels.

(06:43):
I got all kinds of calls about it, and it
was just horrible. So in in the biker club world,
we're not going to particularly We'll show you some pictures
of this in a little bit, but we're not going
to just do the whole thing. So it starts off

(07:09):
a Voggo's MC member who allegedly killed rock Machine MC
member was then instantly hitting killed by another Rock Machine
MC member buy a car. So this is a picture.
This looks like a challenger to me, and this is
a picture of this man's last few seconds on planet

(07:35):
Earth after he just allegedly So this is allegedly a
Vogos member and he allegedly just shot a Rock Machine member.
And he's walking either away from the shooting or away
from his bike. And as he's walking, it just so
happens either that a phone call was made and a

(07:58):
Rock Machine brother was called, or he happened to be
near but he watched or witnessed his brother being shot down,
so immediate instant retaliation. He runs over this man, and
you're seeing the last second of it here. And when
he hits this man, the man flies in the air

(08:20):
twelve ten twelve fifteen feet maybe end over end, and
comes down in a heap behind this car thats just
driven through him, and you can see the car has
been completely decimated in the front. You can see the
car actually sliding a little bit before the video goes off.

(08:43):
So I think we may have So this is the
video that this is the news reporting that had gone
on this weekend, and it doesn't appear to be improved

(09:03):
any in terms of any updates.

Speaker 3 (09:09):
Let me see, the news didn't show the whole video, did.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
They The news didn't even have the video. The video
didn't surf are still social media. So this is what
the news is was saying. Let me know if you
can hear this.

Speaker 5 (09:21):
Shoot looking to finally get your hands on a smart
pet tracker, get off tractive to keep your pets safe.

Speaker 1 (09:27):
Well, a bizarre scene can you hear that? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (09:31):
Okay?

Speaker 7 (09:32):
Action folded in North Phoenix late last night. Two motorcycle
riders are dead after a crash, a shooting, and then
another crash. This all happened near Seventh Avenue in the
I seventeen. Police say two motorcycle riders crashed into one
another and then those two riders got into a fight.
Shots were fired during that fight, with one of those
riders hit by gunfire. Police say a nearby driver saw

(09:55):
this all at this incident unfold and that driver actually
hit the shooter with his car. The shooting victim and
the alleged shooter were taken to the hospital where they
both died. The driver was detained, but they have been
released pending further investigation.

Speaker 1 (10:10):
So yeah, that's what the That's what the news had.
Are you echoing or not?

Speaker 3 (10:15):
No?

Speaker 6 (10:16):
No, So they didn't think so they don't think that
the guy in the car did it intentionally if they
just let him go. Ah, well they so that was
what they had two days ago. Okay, Okay, I'm just
saying that's what the report.

Speaker 3 (10:31):
He's like, Oh, they let him go pending investigations.

Speaker 1 (10:34):
Wow. Okay. If you were to see this video, I
don't want to see the video. Well I'm not going
to show the video. But if you were to see
this video, you understand that this was not that. So
here's the story as it has a folded. I've combined
two or three articles together and then written a little
bit myself. Two men have died after a fight between

(10:56):
two motorcycle riders escalated the gun in a vehicle collision
near Seventh Avenue at Interstate seventeen in Phoenix Friday night.
So I made that bigger and lost my place.

Speaker 3 (11:13):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
In Phoenix Friday night, according to Phoenix Police, officers say
they responded to the area just before eleven PM four
crash involving motorcycles. While officers were headed to the crash,
they learned two motorcycle riders that had gotten into a
fight that led to a shooting. So I'm not sure
if there was a crash or not. According to police,
the men the man who fired the shots was then

(11:36):
hit by a vehicle. Both the shooting victim and the
man hit by the car were transported to the hospital
with life threatening injuries. Authority say both men died at
the hospital. Detectives aren't investigating the incident. That was the
first story that came out. Details about the shooting and
the crash were limited, but social media post then exploded
around the internet with the actual horrific video of the

(11:59):
actual track after the shooting. The gruesome video is titled
rock Machine Versus Voggos, and in it you can see
a rider, allegedly a Voggos, walking away from a motorcycle
and crossing the street, presumably seconds after emptying his gun
into a rock Machine member. It is possible that the
Rock Machine member was injured at or under the motorcycle

(12:19):
the Vugust member was walking away from, so he was
either walking away from his bike or walking away from
the shooting. He was crossing the street. A car resembling
a white Dodge Charger can be seen bearing down on
him while gaining speed with it souped up engine grumbling
with increasing RPMs. The alleged Vago member does not see

(12:39):
the car bearing down on him until the very last second,
if he even saw it at all. I think he
may have turned and see it at the last second.
So this guy saw him shoot his club brother, allegedly,
and you can see this car bearing down on him,
and you can hear that engine, you know, increasing an rpm.

(13:04):
And so if he saw it, he didn't see it
to the last second, but he didn't have any time
to react as the car slams into him squarely and intentionally, allegedly,
And the alleged Vaggos has thrown perhaps ten feet or
more into the air end over end and slams into
the street behind the charger. So he flies up over
the charger as it ran through him, knocked him into

(13:27):
the air, and then he came down almost directly down
behind the charger as it kept rolling and through as
the charger that plowed through him. In the end of
the video, a body is seeing lying on the ground.
It is unclear which victim was pictured. Was that the
guy who was shot or was at the guy who
was run over. Upon arrival, police found one of the

(13:50):
motorcyclists suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. So you know, that's
where we wonder if he didn't, you know, allegedly just
empty his clip into his magazine into him, because he's
got multiple gunshot wounds and the other motorcyclist is suffering
from life threatening injuries from being hit. The Phoenix Fire

(14:11):
Department took both of the motorcyclists of the shooting, the
shooting victim and the man hit by the vehicle to
the hospital in critical condition. Unfortunately, both of the men
later died at the hospital. Authority said, two different guys
from two different clubs. Police located the driver and the
driver and the vehicle that hit him alleged rock Machine

(14:34):
member near the scene, and they detained him for questioning,
authority said, but he was subsequently released pending a further investigation.
So is it a good thing that he was released
or is that now they're just getting their ducks in
a row to really put some bad charges on him.

(14:55):
Detextaves have since taken over the investigation, which remains ongoing. Now,
what led up the motorcycle shooting, It's hard to know,
but this is another report that I read, So I've
basically put several reports together. After an initial investigation, authorities
believe both motorcyclists were stopped at a traffic light near
Seventh Avenue, so there might not have been a crash

(15:17):
between the two at all. As previously reported, they were
both stopped at a traffic light near Seventh Avenue and
Interstate seventeen, when one motorcyclist, allegedly the Vogo SIMC member,
shot the other allegedly the rock EMC Machine MC member.
The driver of the vehicle, allegedly a Rock Machine m
C member, was nearby and witnessed the alleged Vago shooting

(15:37):
before running him down with his car, authority said. A
confidential source familiar with the incident shared with me that
both men were fathers, one leaving behind six children. So
this was absolutely horrendous and you know, the fear now

(16:00):
will be of course, the retaliation if such will happen.
Maybe there won't be any retaliation. Maybe you know, each
side lost one, maybe that can end there. It is
just a horrible thing. We definitely send our condolences out
to the families, and we definitely, you know, are thinking

(16:25):
about the children. Two children who have lost fathers, unfortunately
have lost fathers. This is the actual video here, and
we're not going to show this thing, and it's entire
or anything like that, but you can see where the

(16:49):
man was walking away from the motorcycle. And as he's
walking away from the motorcycle, I think I can do
this in slow motion. Yeah, you can see where let's see.
Let me get to I don't want to accidentally show anything, okay,
So you can see him walking here and then you

(17:10):
can see this car and you can hear it, and
this car is bearing down on him, and that is
about as far as we'll take it, and you can
just imagine from there. It's a horrendous sound. Everything is
just terrible about it. So we're not gonna definitely not
gonna show all that, but it ah, it's it's horrible,

(17:34):
and you know, I just I just I just wish
that these clubs could figure out ways to get away
from this this stuff. And seeing Will's is good to see,
you man. He says that the video was definitely brutal,

(17:55):
and there was there were other sites that put but
the motorcycle genre guys that put it up did take
it down out of respect for the clubs. So we
can definitely give kudos that Bill Stacks had had put
it up and he brought it down out of respect

(18:17):
for the clubs. So these kinds of things, I don't know, man,
it's just horrible Barker news, kind of a good morning,
good to see you man, hey Wayne. So it's just horrible,
and we hope that it can, you know, be stopped
there and not go further. But you know that's going

(18:39):
to be up to the clubs involved. But I was
told that one of the fathers had six children. I
was told that both of the fathers, both of the
men were fathers. So let's see. To me, I said,
retaliation or a last minute just a moment too late

(18:59):
attempt to defend I don't know. I wasn't there. I
couldn't speculate, but this is some of the things that
we've heard, and so that's what we're reporting. It's all alleged.
We know exactly, and we won't know until but the
one guy was was turned loose, so at this point

(19:21):
he's not charged ast least his last week could hear
So anyway, that's that story. You can go to Black
Dragon Biker News, the Bikerliberty dot com and check the
story out and the links to all the places that
you can find more information on the story and and

(19:41):
follow those links from there. Anyway, Preacher, Yes, sir, how
was your Thanksgiving?

Speaker 3 (19:52):
It was good?

Speaker 1 (19:54):
It was good.

Speaker 5 (19:54):
It was good.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
No complaints. It's good.

Speaker 6 (19:59):
My wife, my wife, she had got compliments from the
family because she cooked the best and the stuffing that
she has ever done. You you got, I said, did
you do a new recipe? I mean, my wife can cook,
but this this daggon stuffing. I said, this is stuffing
better than everything else in the kitchen.

Speaker 3 (20:20):
So it was good.

Speaker 1 (20:23):
Tea sister made some stuffing that was probably the best
stuffing I've ever eaten. I gained six pounds this weekend.

Speaker 3 (20:34):
I didn't gain no weight.

Speaker 1 (20:35):
I gained six pounds because I have been on a
diet so tight, and all I did was kept I
only ate one meal. I didn't even have leftovers. And
but I ate other bad stuff too, so I had
I I had bad stuff. Back in News Canada said

(20:56):
he put it on his channel. He said he it
a lot of folks did. It's hard not to jump
on that stuff. You want to jump on that stuff,
but because you know it gets a lot of views,
I'm not even gonna lie. So story like that, video
like that can make you a lot of money. But
it's just tragic. I don't I just you know, I'm

(21:21):
always torn when I report those stories because it's just
just damn tragic, and because I am still very tightly
close to so many clubs. I try to move away
from that stuff man in as much as I can.
I you know, sometimes I'll put things up. Sometimes I
want there. I get a lot more that I don't

(21:43):
put up. I think we all do. We get a
lot more that we don't put up. Then we get
that we do put up. Next story biker tragedy. This
so these girls, girls are girls, have always been bike riders, right,
but with the social media craze of get cute, get cute,

(22:04):
be sexy, be sexy, there is pressure on a lot
of these young social media content creators to be more
sexy and blah blah blah. So you got people riding
motorcycles looking like this, and and this is crazy. I mean,
it's it's nice to look at the black Dragon always

(22:24):
wants to see, uh, some booty on a bike. It's beautiful.

Speaker 3 (22:29):
I love it.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
It's just it's just the most amazing thing that any
woman control is booty on a motorcycle. It just makes
you want to. But really, ladies, you you shouldn't be

(22:55):
riding a motorcycle like this. You you should not be
so taken by trying to glamorize it. There's nothing glamorous
about riding. Most motorcycles are adventurous, they're fun, they are
the absolute bomb, but they're not glamorous. You should you
should be dressing for falling off them bad boys, because

(23:21):
you're not going to look like this no more. Sliding
across the road is like like being on fire. And
most of these motorcycles, you know, you got this big
six gallon or more gas tank if you've got a
newer bikeen Now, if you got one of them choppers,
it's only three a ninety five mile gas tank, right,

(23:46):
two three gallons, But you got the six gallon gas
tank here. And most of the time in those front
end collisions like we saw with the Black Sabbath Motorcycle Club,
those things explode and they throw oil GasHole over your
body and you burn up until somebody can get you
put out. And most of these I see, the people

(24:06):
are so shocked that your asses walking around on fire.
They stand around a good two or three minutes and
just got like she's on fire. And before they even
take any kind of move, they're just gottam and you're
just like, you know, can you put the girl out?

Speaker 2 (24:27):
Man?

Speaker 1 (24:27):
Can you put her out? So this is crazy that
you ride like this and then these tiny shoes, these
tiny shoes are made of nothing, but these canvas. Tiny
shoes are made on like paper. Your feet fall off
when you get into recks like that. Oh but she
got a helmet and some gloves on. It's crazy anyway.

(24:48):
She was a Glam motorbike influencer and she was killed
after falling underneath the wheels of a Laurie. I think
a Lauri is a truck of some kind after losing
her glasses. She reportedly lost control a motorcycle while passing
between a car and a truck. So a Glam motorbike,
Glam motorbike influencer. We need to get all Glam motorbike influencers. Hey,

(25:10):
we have the great Lavishtee Williams. What's up, man, what's up?

Speaker 8 (25:15):
What's up?

Speaker 2 (25:15):
Man?

Speaker 1 (25:15):
I'm here. What's up, commissioner man? It's good to see you.

Speaker 8 (25:23):
Oh man, the same man, what's happening?

Speaker 2 (25:25):
What up?

Speaker 1 (25:30):
Good to see you? Bro? What's your Thanksgiving?

Speaker 2 (25:32):
Good?

Speaker 8 (25:33):
Thanksgiving was fair. I spent I spent my Thanksgiving weekend
working in this room.

Speaker 1 (25:40):
Logic, get together. Look at your room.

Speaker 6 (25:43):
I'm looking that's the UK, Wayne, I'm looking up the
room while y'all talking.

Speaker 3 (25:47):
I'm just waiting for him to get that window in there.

Speaker 1 (25:50):
Window.

Speaker 8 (25:50):
I'm hoping.

Speaker 1 (25:51):
I'm hoping that that window get in here.

Speaker 8 (25:53):
I'm hoping that that window get in here this week.

Speaker 6 (25:56):
Man.

Speaker 8 (25:56):
I'm hoping.

Speaker 9 (25:57):
Man, that's like one of the finish touches that I
gotta do, man before I decorate the wall and uh,
some of the other stuff in here.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
But he's gonna have that Lavis shop though. You notice
he gonna have that Lavishop.

Speaker 9 (26:10):
It's definitely gonna be up there. I'm working, you know,
I gotta you know the desk. You know when I
showed you my desk, Man, I made some upgrades to
the desk. I'm now on dual monitors right now. I
ain't got the science down yet, you know, I'm still
playing with the you know, the dual monitors and two screens,

(26:31):
you know, from left to right. I got to buy
another arm for my camera. I wanna have wanna have
two cameras. I'm gonna have one directly in front of me.

Speaker 8 (26:42):
And a shot from the side where you get all
that other stuff.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
Man, you have your you have your your switcher, your
your You have a you don't have the ATM. You
have a big switcher, right.

Speaker 9 (26:54):
I gotta I got a big rolling HD switcher, man.
But for the for what I'm one, I'm gonna get
the ATM switcher because it takes up less space, is
direct and we'n put that in there. And to be
honest with you, ECAM got a built in switcher.

Speaker 1 (27:11):
So yeah, I know I use AM switcher. I have one.
It's all software too, it's not the real thing. Let's
let me and kill this thing. I have that. So
for those who don't know what the switcher is, a
switcher is a machine or software that switches between your

(27:32):
camera angles. So if you got two or three cameras,
you're just sitting here, it's like having your own crew.
But it's all a fingertips.

Speaker 8 (27:40):
It's all in the front of your finger logic.

Speaker 3 (27:45):
Yeah, look at this man.

Speaker 9 (27:47):
I want you to check out this man. I ain't
got the slides, shows and stuff together yet, but black
Dragon as well. When I go ahead.

Speaker 8 (27:57):
I was trying to do it. I was trying to
do it before I got on here.

Speaker 9 (27:59):
But because of my lens, I got this prime lens,
it blurs out the background. So but you see that
background behind me, put like the logo, like the thumbnails
and some stuff back there.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
You make me go to the drum board. I can't
do nothing here though.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
Man, yeah you're gonna, yeah, you're going.

Speaker 7 (28:23):
Now.

Speaker 1 (28:24):
Let me say this. None of this ship is necessary.

Speaker 10 (28:31):
It's part of your personality, of the personality, part of
the setup, is part of the you know, engagement because
when people watch man, when people watch you know, they're
looking at all that.

Speaker 1 (28:42):
Let me tell you something. In order to have a
successful show, you need quality content. Period. This is just icing.
This is dressing. It's not necessary. There are people that
have a phone and a microphone around. He's just mad
because he.

Speaker 3 (29:01):
Don't have it.

Speaker 1 (29:01):
You know, green screen, bro, I have that all day long.
I've got screen and screen, mini screen, dual screen. I
got atm mini switchers right here, I got all that.
Let's see.

Speaker 3 (29:15):
Let's see, let's see.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
Let's see.

Speaker 2 (29:17):
Uh uh, my.

Speaker 1 (29:20):
Background is moving. You don't see this, you don't see the.

Speaker 6 (29:24):
I want to hear, black Dragon. The thing is the
thing is the thing is what is the thing? The
thing is when you walk into your studio or your
office and you see that set up, you want to feel,
you want to feel.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
You feel good.

Speaker 8 (29:42):
Productivity goes up.

Speaker 6 (29:44):
I think I got when I took when I showed
that picture when I was at the last place and
I showed that picture of my silo.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
And my orange walls and my degrees and all that,
I felt good.

Speaker 1 (29:57):
Then them on, bro, you know that I have a
studio here that is just monitors everywhere.

Speaker 3 (30:06):
Evidently you don't feel good in there?

Speaker 8 (30:08):
Feel good?

Speaker 1 (30:09):
I got switcher. I got every damn thing, a t
M Mini switcher, I got all of that stuff.

Speaker 8 (30:16):
So here's here's the thing, black Dragon.

Speaker 1 (30:19):
I got. I got, And I want to tell you this.
Hold on, I want to tell you this the one
that you need to.

Speaker 8 (30:25):
It's the dB.

Speaker 1 (30:26):
The dB. Yes, that's it's one hundred dollars more.

Speaker 8 (30:29):
I'm going to get that one. I'm going to get
the dB.

Speaker 1 (30:32):
They have that on the Breakfast Show, the Breakfast Club.
The dB. Yes it's yeah. I saw that, and I said,
let me make sure to tell you.

Speaker 9 (30:42):
Yeah, No, that's the one I want to get. I
want to get, but to go back listen, as you
build your audience. We we built an audience. You have
your platform. Then we have our platforms and we have
you know, you have your platform.

Speaker 1 (30:57):
Slapping you in the mouth right there.

Speaker 8 (30:58):
It did, we have we have another you know, we
have our individuals platforms.

Speaker 9 (31:03):
So we build the content. As you grow and build
the content, you want to elevate. So for me, is
elevating is switching it up. It's like, wow, what are
other people doing?

Speaker 8 (31:16):
What's working?

Speaker 9 (31:16):
So as long as you got the content, yes, content
is important. You can have all that stuff, boring stuff.
But as you grow that audience and you get more engagement.
Me personally, I want you to let the audience see, hey,
we're growing over here. And also with the audience watching,
there's people that send us stuff.

Speaker 8 (31:36):
I want to be able to advertise. I want to
be able to have it.

Speaker 9 (31:39):
In the background when people are having flyers and events
coming up. We might forget them all we might, but
if we got them on a slide show and they're
flashing in.

Speaker 8 (31:51):
The background, you know, we're doing a lot of stuff.

Speaker 9 (31:54):
So the engagement is going to and it's going to
be enhanced your presentation going up. The engagement is changing.
People are saying to themselves, he cares.

Speaker 8 (32:05):
About what he does.

Speaker 9 (32:07):
He's putting work, in effort and time and money into
whatever it is that he's doing. So that's just that,
and it doesn't it doesn't take a lot of money.
It takes money, it doesn't take a lot. You just
got to know how to use your resources. Because right
now I got this four thousand dollars camera in front

(32:29):
of me, and no, no, listen, listen, this is what
I say about resource and it doesn't take a lot.
When you sit on YouTube all day, you look at reviews,
those reviews that have you spending money on stuff you
don't need. I like this camera when I'm outside the
studio doing stuff because you know I'm out in dark
areas low lighting. I got a one point I think

(32:50):
this lens is a one point forever. But then I
got a one point two lens. You know it's a
prime lens when I'm out is very good in low lighting. However,
for this, I can go on Facebook Marketplace and give
me a Sony prop sensored camera sitting here for a
few hundred dollars and go get a decent lens.

Speaker 8 (33:07):
That's those are the things that you learn as you
go on a budget. You don't need audit. You're not recording.

Speaker 1 (33:15):
Streaming people out here that want to be It really
wasn't again a slight against you or anything like that.
I was just saying that for our people out here
that want to get into this. Uh, this is this
is advanced. You know large Lavish has been doing this
for a year now with me. So a year later
he's putting all this stuff together. This is this is
more advanced.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
You Lavis always had the camera.

Speaker 1 (33:39):
He always had the camera.

Speaker 3 (33:40):
Oh my god, No, no, he had more than a year.
He already had. He wasn't doing nothing.

Speaker 1 (33:47):
He just bought it.

Speaker 6 (33:47):
He walked into No, no he might not. He might
not have been doing what he's now city you got camera.

Speaker 1 (33:59):
Camera man.

Speaker 6 (34:00):
When Lavish did his videos, when he went to locations
in the video or top notch and they.

Speaker 1 (34:07):
Had that shinn Heiser microphone.

Speaker 3 (34:13):
So so it's not like he new to this. He like,
you know what, let me now, now, let me build
a studio.

Speaker 8 (34:19):
You see.

Speaker 9 (34:20):
It's yeah, because you know what to be honest, and
this is like behind behind the scenes. What people don't
realize every day that I was podcasting or been podcasting.

Speaker 8 (34:29):
I've been in my dining room. See that's my dining room.
That great background in that banner, that's been my dining
room table.

Speaker 9 (34:38):
I just got tired to have that stuff on my
dining room table because I have to move it, shuffle,
let people come. So yeah, let me go ahead and
create this room that I'm not barely using and create
a whole live studio. And now that kind of, you know,
it kind of makes me more motivated, because, like logic
acts last week, when do you plan on getting back
and doing your podcast? One of the things up, One

(34:59):
of the things is is the motivation. I don't really
be that motivated because I'm like, man, I got to
go in here. Man, I gotta clean this area back up.
I gotta set this camera and stuff back up. So
having your own workspace makes you more motivated. I can
come in here for ten minutes and say, hey, listen up, y'all,
just just happen.

Speaker 8 (35:18):
Break your news. You're not gonna believe it.

Speaker 9 (35:20):
Black Dragon actually rode his motorcycle. Now they probably won't
believe it.

Speaker 2 (35:24):
What I.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
Wanted to probably won't.

Speaker 3 (35:31):
Fall.

Speaker 8 (35:33):
That's another thing I want to do man like I
want you guys won't see it.

Speaker 9 (35:38):
And here's another thing I'm gonna be on Facebook Marketplace
when I look for it. The sound deadening patty mm hmm.
A lot of that stuff you can get on marketplace,
you can get on face.

Speaker 1 (35:50):
All over my walls. All my walls and my ceiling
is all covered with sound deadening poam.

Speaker 8 (35:57):
Yeah, I'm getting that. I'm putting some of that of
a here out of the sight of the camera.

Speaker 9 (36:03):
I don't even know if it's an echo because of
the microphone that I'm using, but I know when I'm
talking loudly, I can hear echo while I'm in the
room or whatnot. But on on do all that kind
of stuff. I won't put the LED lights behind the TV.
So at night I'm trying to feel like Shannon Sharp
and O Show o Cho Senko on the Nightcap podcast.

Speaker 8 (36:23):
I'm trying to get my vive to guess.

Speaker 1 (36:27):
Yeah, I think that would be cool. I didn't do that.
I don't do the back lining. I just prefer the
I just prefer the uh the the green screen because
I can just you know, drop uh a different background
behind it. I prefer to do that then all that

(36:50):
I think it's a preference thing. I just prefer yeah
to do it.

Speaker 9 (36:54):
Like, yeah, I'm going to so what I want to do,
just like Mike Mike Ball was talking, I'm gonna get that.

Speaker 3 (37:00):
That got my nighttime screen backdrop.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
Yeah, that's all. That's that el Gotto backdrop. I prefer that.

Speaker 9 (37:10):
That's going to be a straight shot, no angles, just
so you can just see the backdrop four days that
I want to have a backdrop on there.

Speaker 8 (37:17):
I just want to be able to have that flex
that flexibility m hm, you know.

Speaker 9 (37:22):
And then on the back of the room right here,
if I want to do if I want to do
a talking head shot or if I want to do
a real I'll just move the chair back, have a
conversation with myself uploaded. So I can do two different
things in his room and it just it just boosts
the motivation of morality.

Speaker 1 (37:38):
What I can't do in my room is I can't
in my office. It's not set up to interview. And
that's the next thing I want to do is set
up to interview, like the breakfast club or something I interview.
I do my interviews downstairs in the dragons Layer. I
want to interview up here, and that was the thing.

Speaker 3 (37:56):
Did I show you this? I was looking for this
while y'all were talking, Did you say this.

Speaker 1 (38:04):
Show that?

Speaker 3 (38:07):
See that's how my room used to live.

Speaker 2 (38:11):
I like that.

Speaker 3 (38:11):
I like that.

Speaker 8 (38:12):
Is that orange or red?

Speaker 3 (38:14):
That's orange red?

Speaker 8 (38:16):
Hey, I'm just.

Speaker 6 (38:22):
It's orange. And and now now that you know I'm by,
I'm getting a new debt. No, I don't live here
no more, but I'm getting a new desk and get
the desks you can lift up and everything that. I'm
getting new new monitor stands and everything, so I'll have
I'll have six monitors and everything. But people don't want
to know why I have that many monitors.

Speaker 3 (38:40):
I do trading. And just to let Black Dragon know,
I've been losing money since I've been on the show. Anyway,
thank you. That's how the room used to live, and
I had to have my orange. But I just didn't
do this room like this. That's why it's paying ugly color.

Speaker 1 (38:57):
I think a cool video would be that's the doc
that's the walk around over your bikes with the script
right there.

Speaker 3 (39:03):
That's the doctrine. That's the doctrine degree right there.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
Well, that's it.

Speaker 3 (39:07):
That's it, right, there, and that's.

Speaker 6 (39:08):
My ordination and all that church affiliation stuff in some
of my certifications.

Speaker 3 (39:14):
I got thirty six certifications and.

Speaker 1 (39:17):
You went to Sturgis in twenty twenty. Yep, Okay, we
like your room, Lavish. It looks nice. Hey, it's beautiful.
I see you put the wall in and stuff. Okay, yeah,
I don't know how to do that.

Speaker 8 (39:32):
Is more is more to come, man with this room. Man,
I'm gonna get some portraits.

Speaker 9 (39:37):
Put some portraits up there, black and white, you know,
just to kind of righten up the room with some
black and white pictures.

Speaker 1 (39:47):
All right, Now back to the I guess the story story.
Uh so this glam this glam girl here, glam motorbike influencer.
As I was saying, they I hate it when I
see them dressing like this because I I know what happens.
I've been her before. Yes, we did a story on

(40:08):
her before. And now she's dead.

Speaker 3 (40:10):
Right Oh really yeah?

Speaker 8 (40:12):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (40:13):
Oh wow, yeah, you're right, Lavish, good good, good memory.
We did a story on her, a couple of stories
on her. She's known as a BikeE girl, Columbian girl,
and she's not dead. She reported lost control of her
motorcycle while passing between the crown of truck. A Glad
motorbike influencer was tragically killed after she fell underneath the

(40:34):
wheels of a truck and a horror road accident. Her
name is Queen Sophia queer we Rose Ramirez, better known
as bike Girl, suffered fatal wounds when her motorcycle crashed
after she lost her glasses. Uh, this is her. She
was a really cute girl down, a Columbian girl. She

(40:55):
was a social media influencer. Here's another picture of her
with her glamorous, beautiful purse and the crazy boots and stuff.
But those are not high heels. Those those bunch you
can ride in.

Speaker 3 (41:09):
Can't you.

Speaker 1 (41:11):
Look how big those hills.

Speaker 3 (41:12):
When I think of high heels, I think of the
point it was, I know.

Speaker 1 (41:16):
Not wearing but I have some shoes. Yeah, I've seen
girls wearing those pump high heels. These these wouldn't probably
be too horrible to ride in, especially if you were short.
They could elevate you, lift you so you could ride
that bike. This is her on her bike. They caught
her a jickster. I don't think that's no jickster. If

(41:37):
it is, it's a strip down.

Speaker 3 (41:38):
This is not.

Speaker 1 (41:39):
Is this a jickster?

Speaker 3 (41:40):
I guess it is.

Speaker 1 (41:41):
Damn What kind of jicks are you got to know?

Speaker 9 (41:44):
You know a lot of you know a lot of them.
I don't know what kind of bike that is. That
look like a five hundred or two fifty, but you
know some of those star riders. I'm not sure she's
start rider or not, but you know they take a
lot of that fair and stuff off.

Speaker 1 (41:57):
Right right right, naked bikes. There's another. They also said
she loved her tattoos. You know, just a cute little
girl and just playing up the glam thing. And this
is exactly where you do the glam thing off the motorcycle.
You don't need to be riding no motorcycles looking like this.

(42:18):
This is not how you need to be riding a
motorcycle down the street. But you know they're young and
they believe they'll live forever. The action occurred when the
twenty five year old woman was trying to pass between
two vehicles while riding on a highway in Columbia. However,
she reportedly lost control of the motorcycle and collided with
a Chevrolet Spark car on one side before falling underneath

(42:38):
the wheels of the lorry on the other side. Despite
the best efforts of paramedics, she died at the scene,
according to local reports. The motorbike enthusiasts had forty five
thousand followers on Instagram and TikTok, apparently predicted the accident
hours before it happened. Just hours before the accident, she
posted on our social media that she had lost her
glasses that she usually wore on her bike rides. She said,

(43:01):
I hope I don't crash because I'm driving without my glasses.
Oh that's scary man, that's her followers interpreted this as
a premonition, as she would crash hours just hours later.
Transport official Jahar Andreas said the most likely hypothesis for
the accident is that the motorcyclist was traveling between two vehicles,

(43:23):
but the situation will be subject to an investigation. The
Prosecutor's office will proceed to clearly and precisely determine the
cause of this fatal traffic accident. We will carry out
corresponding investigations, conduct the respective interviews and witnesses, and analyze
the CCTV footage. I guess if there is any The
investigation in the case continues as well as sharing content

(43:45):
about her biking inventions on her Suzuki jickxir. Karen was
also passionate about her tattoos gone way too soon.

Speaker 6 (43:54):
Bobby Schaeffer says, but if there were no cameras, would
women riders be doing this?

Speaker 3 (44:00):
Yes, I think yeah, it's not just for the cameras.
They out there.

Speaker 6 (44:04):
They out there, they profiling for the cars, for the busses,
for the trucks, and just like the ride like that.

Speaker 9 (44:10):
And not only that they be they be at these meats,
they'd be at these strips like before I could speak
on the crotch rocky days.

Speaker 8 (44:17):
When I was riding.

Speaker 9 (44:18):
Man, before they was doing all that social media vlogging
and floors and stuff. It was a lot of those
women out there that was they were doing airy thing
locally around here. So just imagine around the world. You know,
it's just that we don't see as many women as
we see men out here doing it. And there'd be
some pretty hot chicks mm hm. So you know they

(44:40):
already get they already you know, had a wret before
the cameras for the people that was doing it at
that time, Like.

Speaker 8 (44:46):
Man, you know that one girl, it's a girl that
come down here, that do x y Z that be riding.
All the guys try to.

Speaker 3 (44:52):
Talk to her.

Speaker 9 (44:55):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (44:56):
Somebody said that that motorcycle she's driving is not a
available in the United States, and it's not a chickser.
It's uh he thinks it's called a matt Have a
Sazuki matd have, and I have found a picture of it,
and I think he I think this is more like
the bike she had mad Have Sazuki, that that looks

(45:21):
more like what she has mm hmm, rather than that
being a jickster. She just has jicks written on it.
But that's not like anygypsure I've ever ridden.

Speaker 3 (45:35):
So you can do that. You can change the name
of the bike.

Speaker 1 (45:39):
So yeah, you Roguelie.

Speaker 3 (45:41):
If I have a Roguelide, I can write street Glide
on it.

Speaker 1 (45:43):
You can write street glide on it if you have
if you have a Corvette, you can put Lamborghini on
that sucker too. And some people may believe you anyway,
she's gone way too soon.

Speaker 8 (46:01):
Maybe they call it over there. Maybe they just call
it that over there.

Speaker 9 (46:04):
You remember what that uh when we were when we
were online with the African and I forgot what it was,
but uh, they call the ninja, uh, something different than
the you know z x nan or ZX seven. They
call it something different than what we we call it
z x nins z X seven's and they were calling
it something else.

Speaker 8 (46:25):
Maybe it's you know, terminology over there might be different.

Speaker 1 (46:27):
Maybe they call it a jister over there. Maybe they
can't get chicks.

Speaker 8 (46:32):
Uh, those the.

Speaker 1 (46:34):
Third world things. Listen the number one metric and all
of YouTube as to whether a show is doing well
or not? Is that like button? Likes, share and subscribe.
Likes are free, So we asked that you send us

We would absolutely appreciate it. Uh, and your donations are

(46:58):
really needed and wanted. As a matter of fact, it's
time for a word from our spot.

Speaker 2 (47:02):
You need to donate some freaking money. Donate, don't maybe
you need to donate.

Speaker 3 (47:09):
Maybe you need to donate money.

Speaker 1 (47:27):
Thank you, guys, We absolutely appreciate it. Thank you so
much for everything you guys do. All right, moving on
to the next story. Some cheer we have asgard Motorcycle
Club spreads holiday cheer and it's forty first annually to
annual toy run and charity motorcycle ride. Let's check them out.

Speaker 8 (47:49):
Slow down, turbo man, you have a rab fod with
it police thirty nine months. I'm bout it right now.

Speaker 3 (48:02):
Okay, here we go action.

Speaker 5 (48:04):
Every Christmas, the ass Guard Motorcycle Club has made sure
no child goes without a present under the tree. Koodie
Hastar takes us to the club's annual Toy Run charity
motorcycle run.

Speaker 1 (48:15):
It's always about the kids.

Speaker 11 (48:17):
For forty one years, the Asgarden Motorcycle Club has spread
holiday joy by collecting toys that will be wrapped in
place under Christmas trees across South Mississippi.

Speaker 4 (48:25):
Getting gifts to the kids is one of the big
things about being in this motorcycle club, and it's a
wonderful willing to be able to help kids that are
a little less fortunate.

Speaker 6 (48:33):
You know.

Speaker 4 (48:33):
Sometimes there's kids out there don't get a toy and
we're able to provide that for them, and it's a
wonderful thing.

Speaker 11 (48:38):
More than five hundred bikers came together to load trailers
with thousands of toys and clothes and sharing children across
the coast will have gifts.

Speaker 4 (48:46):
That means everything to me, you know, it means that
I don't have anybody left in my life as far
as kids go in family.

Speaker 1 (48:51):
My daughter's grown and everything.

Speaker 4 (48:53):
So it's nice to be able to help the community
and get these kids a good Christmas.

Speaker 11 (48:58):
The crowds have grown, the trailers are fuller, but the
club's mission every Christmas stays the same.

Speaker 1 (49:03):
I've seen it grow up to.

Speaker 4 (49:05):
Eight hundred motorcycles and I've seen it be five hundred motorcycles.
It buries up and down, you know, but what is
consistent is no matter what people bring the gifts, whether
they're in a motorcycle or not, they will show up
and give the gifts.

Speaker 11 (49:16):
Even the big man himself is happy to have the help.

Speaker 1 (49:19):
I couldn't imagine the kid waiting.

Speaker 3 (49:20):
That was nothing on the tree.

Speaker 1 (49:22):
You know, this kid, we let it get anything, to.

Speaker 8 (49:24):
Get a toy bicycle or something, and it's just gonna
be great with him.

Speaker 5 (49:29):
A great plus to just know what he gets.

Speaker 1 (49:31):
That he's gonna be that happy, because that's gonna make
that kid happy.

Speaker 11 (49:34):
In Hancock County. Cody Heaster of Yellow X News.

Speaker 1 (49:38):
Now man good on the ass Guard Motorcycle Club. Man.
That was good stuff. Man, Keep doing the great stuff
you guys are doing. Out there for the world as
guard motorcycle club man. That was that was just you know, beautiful.

(50:01):
It makes me want to you know, shed a tear.
I want to cry when I see that. It's just beautiful, man,
So much better than the tragic news stories that we cover.
You guys know you know what I mean.

Speaker 3 (50:18):
Also, second, I got to answer them.

Speaker 1 (50:22):
We have a Buffalo motorcycle club that has done some
beautiful things. Buffalo Motorcyc Club serving free Thanksgiving meals to
the community in need, no questions asked. Motorcycle Club gave
out free Thanksgiving turkey dressing insides to anyone in need
on Broadway Street in Buffalo on Thanksgiving Day. A Buffalo

(50:45):
sart club spread the Thanksgiving cannons through the community on
Thanksgiving Day by serving free hot mills to anyone in need,
but no questions asked. Motorcyc Club distributed turkey dressing, green beans,
and mac and cheese at thirteen thirty four Broadway Street
in Buffalo. I guess it's Buffalo, New York. The meal
distribution began around three pm on Thursday afternoon and continued

(51:07):
until the food ran out. Anyone that needs a hot meal,
They're welcome to come down and get a hot meal
at Thanksgiving, real hot meal, macaroni and cheese, dressing, greens,
green beans, the real works. Cush said. Kaus serves as
secretary for the No Questions Asked Motorcycle Club. Tank, the
club's president, emphasized the welcoming atmosphere that they aimed to create.

(51:32):
That must be Cush and Tank right there. Come in
and enjoy yourself, feel home, feel loved, feel us. We
want everybody to know that they have someone out there,
no matter who you are, where you're from, where you're

Facebook page. So hey man, good stuff, man, Thank you

(52:18):
very much, really, thank you. I think that's it, bro,
I think that's it. That's all our news for today.

Speaker 3 (52:33):
Yeah, that's it.

Speaker 1 (52:34):
Uh, that's it.

Speaker 3 (52:37):
That's it.

Speaker 1 (52:39):
But why do you when you go look at something,
they just blast you with it on you. I want
to go to Tim you to look at something, and now, man,
they got all kind of stuff. I didn't go look
at this, but I don't know why they put her
on here.

Speaker 8 (52:53):
Man, are you sure you didn't go look at that?

Speaker 1 (52:54):
I didn't go look at that, but I mean we can.

Speaker 9 (52:57):
They just so having to put it up there. I
was looking and that's something. I mean, anything I think
about and I put in Google, it starts popping up
on my Facebook, on my Instagram, you know whatever those
cookies or bites or I don't know, but whatever it is,
it starts popping up.

Speaker 7 (53:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 8 (53:14):
Sometimes I'm glad of do bees. And sometimes I'm like,
oh man, I didn't.

Speaker 3 (53:18):
Go look at this.

Speaker 1 (53:19):
I mean I'm glad that they've decided that I need
to see it. But yeah, okay, Tim you. I am
thinking about becoming a tim you. What do they call them?
Where you? They have an influencer program so that if

(53:43):
you go buy stuff, people go buy stuff from them,
you get paid, Like they will give you like four
thousand dollars in whatever you want. I'm getting one of
these for damn sure. And then you know that's seventy
one dollars.

Speaker 8 (53:59):
Man, you better go get you some quality stuff.

Speaker 1 (54:02):

You read it, give you others have some quality.

Speaker 1 (54:07):
Man, seventy one dollars. Bro that it does seem a
little bit inexpensive, but that's all you need. You just
need that with a ten eighty camera on it and grow. Yeah,
I think I i't. And you know something that's funny
because this guy has a show. This guy did a

(54:32):
a YouTube thing. So I was looking at this right here.
I wanted to consider becoming a TIMU affiliate, and so
I went to YouTube and looked up a guy who's
a TIMU affiliate. He said he made fifty thousand dollars.
He made fifty thousand dollars in ten months on tim

(54:52):
You This guy said, here's the guy right here. He
said he made fifty thousand dollars in ten months.

Speaker 8 (55:00):
And of affiliate commission, and.

Speaker 1 (55:03):
He said, if you're going to do this, he said,
what you just said. One thing you have to be
careful of if you're going to expose this to your
two hundred thousand some subscribers, that you have to make
sure you only show them goods, quality stuff, because it's
a way you can destroy your own reputation by showing
them garbage. So you were right about that. You better

(55:27):
get you some good stuff. But yeah, I was thinking
about becoming a Timu affiliate, bro, and I'm just trying
to look at that.

Speaker 3 (55:38):
Look at that.

Speaker 1 (55:38):
I didn't know that you can just buy service dog
vests off tim You. That's cheating. What the hell? Yeah,
that's cheating. Hold on these guys, what kind of stuff
is that? Anyway? Yeah, you can get your service dog
vest off tim you the whole nine. They got everything here, man,

(56:01):
they got everything. What is a vest box, bro, media
streaming machine? I don't know, man, we shall see. Uh.
Mama Iron Mangers said it's crap. It's a crapshoot, just
like Amazon can be. I've ordered off both. Some things
are the same. Oh yeah, she said, Amazon can be nasty.

Speaker 8 (56:22):
No, because you gotta keep the mad.

Speaker 9 (56:23):
You got stuff that they settling on these sites that are,
you know, good stuff, just as well as you got
bad crap.

Speaker 2 (56:30):
You know.

Speaker 9 (56:30):
Sometimes we sit up here, we see these random miscellaneous
things that look great on the internet, look at a
few reviews, and then when you get it. It's a
piece of crap, easy to break. Life expectancy not.

Speaker 1 (56:42):
Long at all. Yo, Mama's house girl or or brother.
Get with the times. Ain't nobody pulling over looking at
roadmaps anymore unless you're doing the hkah hey or something. Okay,

(57:05):
mount thing and use your damn phone. Put put a
get a housing for your phone in case it's raining, uh,
and use your damn phone to navigate yourself around. I

Speaker 2 (57:21):
I do.

Speaker 6 (57:22):
I do.

Speaker 1 (57:23):
One, just at least those things are Those things can't
take the rain your phone.

Speaker 3 (57:29):
I took my phone off my bike. If that's why
I bought the.

Speaker 1 (57:32):

When it's really really wet out, the phone charger is
going to say, ah, we sense moisture and that's it. Uh,

other than that, other than intense rain, man, I use

(57:53):
my phone.

Speaker 3 (57:55):
When you ride.

Speaker 1 (57:56):
When I'm a saying.

Speaker 3 (58:01):
When when you're get on, I gotta get on the meeting.

Speaker 6 (58:04):

The Burden

The Burden

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. Two decades later, Pulitzer winner and podcast host, Maggie Freleng (Bone Valley Season 3: Graves County, Wrongful Conviction, Suave) launched a “live” investigation into David's conviction alongside Jason Baldwin (himself wrongfully convicted as a member of the West Memphis Three). Maggie had come to believe that the entire investigation of David was botched by the tiny local police department, or worse, covered up the real killer. Was Maggie correct? Was David’s claim of innocence credible? In Death and Deceit in Alliance, Maggie recounts the case that launched her career, and ultimately, “broke” her.” The results will shock the listener and reduce Maggie to tears and self-doubt. This is not your typical wrongful conviction story. In fact, it turns the genre on its head. It asks the question: What if our champions are foolish? Season 4 - The Burden: Get the Money and Run “Trying to murder my father, this was the thing that put me on the path.” That’s Joe Loya and that path was bank robbery. Bank, bank, bank, bank, bank. In season 4 of The Burden: Get the Money and Run, we hear from Joe who was once the most prolific bank robber in Southern California, and beyond. He used disguises, body doubles, proxies. He leaped over counters, grabbed the money and ran. Even as the FBI was closing in. It was a showdown between a daring bank robber, and a patient FBI agent. Joe was no ordinary bank robber. He was bright, articulate, charismatic, and driven by a dark rage that he summoned up at will. In seven episodes, Joe tells all: the what, the how… and the why. Including why he tried to murder his father. Season 3 - The Burden: Avenger Miriam Lewin is one of Argentina’s leading journalists today. At 19 years old, she was kidnapped off the streets of Buenos Aires for her political activism and thrown into a concentration camp. Thousands of her fellow inmates were executed, tossed alive from a cargo plane into the ocean. Miriam, along with a handful of others, will survive the camp. Then as a journalist, she will wage a decades long campaign to bring her tormentors to justice. Avenger is about one woman’s triumphant battle against unbelievable odds to survive torture, claim justice for the crimes done against her and others like her, and change the future of her country. Season 2 - The Burden: Empire on Blood Empire on Blood is set in the Bronx, NY, in the early 90s, when two young drug dealers ruled an intersection known as “The Corner on Blood.” The boss, Calvin Buari, lived large. He and a protege swore they would build an empire on blood. Then the relationship frayed and the protege accused Calvin of a double homicide which he claimed he didn’t do. But did he? Award-winning journalist Steve Fishman spent seven years to answer that question. This is the story of one man’s last chance to overturn his life sentence. He may prevail, but someone’s gotta pay. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago. Season 1 - The Burden In the 1990s, Detective Louis N. Scarcella was legendary. In a city overrun by violent crime, he cracked the toughest cases and put away the worst criminals. “The Hulk” was his nickname. Then the story changed. Scarcella ran into a group of convicted murderers who all say they are innocent. They turned themselves into jailhouse-lawyers and in prison founded a lway firm. When they realized Scarcella helped put many of them away, they set their sights on taking him down. And with the help of a NY Times reporter they have a chance. For years, Scarcella insisted he did nothing wrong. But that’s all he’d say. Until we tracked Scarcella to a sauna in a Russian bathhouse, where he started to talk..and talk and talk. “The guilty have gone free,” he whispered. And then agreed to take us into the belly of the beast. Welcome to The Burden.
