Speaker 1 (00:01):
Most of us ignore the whispers of our bodies until
they become screams. For Bania Limb, decades of guiding others
in healing could not have prepared her for the moment
everything fell apart. But in the silence that followed her
greatest losses, Banya uncovered a secret. The body remembers how
to heal even when the mind has given up. Tonight

(00:23):
you'll hear how one woman's fall became the spark of
a movement that's changing lives around the world. I'm Scott Allen,
and you're listening to the Enlightened Life podcast, where we
explore the mysteries of the soul's journey, healing and transformation.
Let's get started. Hi, Bania, I'm so glad you're here

(00:51):
with us today. I've been looking forward to this conversation
and I know that our listeners are going to get
so much out of your story and wisdom. So thanks
for joining me here.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
On the show. Thank you, Scott, Thank you for having me.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Yeah, what was your earliest experience of this wisdom in
your own life?

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Earliest?

Speaker 2 (01:10):
My mom used to take me this bud, this temple
when I was young, and she this is when I
was living in Korea, and she always choose to go
to this temple far far into the mountain, like you
in the desert area that no other towns or houses around,
and after walking a long way, you'll find this little temple.

(01:36):
I remember, I don't know if I put this.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
On my website.

Speaker 2 (01:39):
I did have a room my website, and I don't
know if if I still do. I remember this main
monk was talking about how we are connected to everything
and every living and not living things, that how we
are all one. And I remember I was just just
playing outside in a little pond with a fish, and

(02:00):
there was frogs as well, and I hear him saying this,
and I don't know, maybe I was six or seven
years old. I had this instant moment of feeling connected
to everything that was around me, the birds, frogs, fish,

(02:22):
and I just feel like when he said, like we
are all one, but not as worse, but as a
I had this spircual reaction within my body, like I
am the bird, I am the tree, I am this water.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
There's no separation.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
And after of course coming back home going to school,
and I've forgotten about it, but the sensation never left me,
and I feel like all my life, everything that I do,
I'm always trying to get back to that experience, get
back to that awareness and really truly deeply understand what

(03:04):
that really means, is what it means, exactly means that
we are all connected, that we are all one, and
not only trying to get back but also proved to
myself to others that this is real and this is true. Right,
So how did.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
You so you know you created your system, the g
Mastery system, how did you come up with this unique
combination of energy, healing, somatic work in meditation.

Speaker 2 (03:31):
Well, I myself who went through a lots of difficult
times and it kind of comes to the point that
everything kind of manifesting so many levels on a physical level.
And this was I was when I was in grad school.
I had a very bad depression and at the same time,
I had a lot of gastro intestinary issue. I have

(03:53):
an IBS and that it was turning into also a
lot of the clients and basically my body couldn't process
any I just or process food like it would go
through me and I would just I just I looked
like a ghost. At the time, I was pale, and

(04:14):
I didn't have energy, any energy.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
I decided to.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
Kill myself through meditation and movement. Those two two things
are very important when I talk about this more in
detail later later and after a while, I remember there
was a moment that emotions and thoughts are choices. And
I remember this like looking into it's like the menu

(04:43):
board and a restaurant, or you know, when you're going
to McDonald and there's menus there. And I realized, I
keep choosing this negative emotion and thoughts over and over
because that's what I was used to. And at the
same time, I realized, I have this array of other
things and other emotions and does that I can choose,
but I have not been doing that. So I decided

(05:06):
to purposely choose different emotions and thoughts. It didn't really
work initially, but eventually it got easier and easier just
by having the awareness that we have a choice, and
we are choosing these thoughts and emotion to make us
feel heavier negative. We were literally doing this because that's

(05:29):
what we're used to, maybe made that's comfortable with. It's
like you're putting your hand on those stoves. It burns
your hand, but that's what you used to.

Speaker 3 (05:38):
You keep doing that over and over.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
I have to there are other choices that we have,
other things that we can choose from. And of course
this is something that we are all. We all know
and when I'm talking about I'm sure you know this,
But for me, it was just such awakening for me
that I can choose different thoughts, I can have a
differently and I think that was the turning point. In

(06:04):
two months and a half, about three months or so,
I had this moment of my emotion and thoughts in
my mind and body and start to work together. And
this is also anothernfisiary experiences that I have, and I
can feel the heaviness is start leaving me within my body,

(06:25):
and this is where symptoms went away. Now I am
much more healthier than when I was in twenties and thirties.
And that's.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
I want to tell you something interesting, and it's on
this line because we had a man on the show
last week and his episode hasn't aired yet, it will
have aired by the time that your episode comes out.
It'll be just you know, a couple of before years.
He had muscular sclerosis, bipolar disease, and a bunch of
other things. He was at the point of needing a
wheelchair full time. He slipped into this and his whole

(07:03):
thing too. It's about the body. Can heal your mindset?
Can heal? Meditation can heal? So it's very, very similar.
He's no longer even needs a cane. He's considered in remission,
and he's been in remission for over fifteen years. He's
no longer considered bipolar. He doesn't take any medication at
all for anything, and he's just completely changed his life

(07:26):
and all his life. He was told this is the
path that you will be on. Stop listening to that
diagnosis because it becomes your reality. So when you talk
about words, that's huge. I've just had a conversation with
someone too. Work this week is going to really be lousy. Well,
he says that every week, So you know, yes you
need to work, Yes you need to be there, but

(07:47):
change the words, change the You can change the way
you perceive this and live with it. So I love that.
For someone new into energy work, I really want to
ask you this too, How can you explain the idea
of clearing energetic blockages, like in practical terms, how would
someone do that if they're just new to this.

Speaker 2 (08:08):
I think first step is learning to listening to a
biody is very important. And then basically the basis of
oriented medicine and acupuncture and actual energetic and spiritual part
has been lost for many decades. And me and my
mom my mom is an occup was an acupuncturist, or

(08:32):
we're trying to bring back this old like ancient tradition
which is a spiritual aspect of acupuncture. And start first
part of listening to the body and how to listen.
That's always a question people like understand, I think that's
sort of a makes sense.

Speaker 3 (08:52):
But how do you do that?

Speaker 2 (08:54):
First? Know that our bodies are constantly telling us things,
constantly telling us what to eat, where to go, who
to interact with, what kind of colors of clothes to wear,
which side of the house to clean, and so on.
So there are two main theories guide us in oriental medicine,

(09:17):
in and Young theory and five element theories in and
Yang is in and Yang. I'm sure you saw the
just round thing with the shape basically saying that one
cannot exist without the other. If there is all, there
has few that's right, there's a left, there's.

Speaker 3 (09:33):
A right one.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
How did you pronounce that?

Speaker 2 (09:36):
How did you pronounce it in and yang.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
Why I nd yeah, why we.

Speaker 1 (09:42):
Crazy Americans call it ying and yang. So for people
who are listening, maybe didn't understand that, but you know
what it reminds you of. It was a little center
of a forty five I don't know, you maybe not
be old enough, but when used to have forty five
records back in the day, you would put something in
the center of it so it would fit on your
stereo system. And that's what it looked like, round with
a little thing on either side.

Speaker 2 (10:09):
So young. Basically like if if there's left, there's right,
there's open right there, the darkness there has to been
left light as well, and applies to everything else everything
within our body and also externally by element is water, metal, earth, fire,

(10:31):
m hmm, but and so on. And it also applies
to everything that we know in the world. It applies
to directions south west, northeast, tastes sour, sweet, salty, and
so on, colored green, yellow, and so on, correct and

(10:53):
our stories applies to organs, liver, gall bladder, kinney.

Speaker 3 (10:58):
So woods.

Speaker 2 (11:01):
For example, woods organs a livery and gall bladder, and
its color is green and its own emotion is anger.
Oftentimes when you wake up in the morning. Sometimes that
happens when you wake up in the morning. You don't
know why you get drawn to this color of shirt

(11:22):
or the color of pants, but you want to wear
that for no parent reason. And it's when you really listen. Intuitively,
your body is trying to tell. So that's the most
harmonizing color for you to wear today.

Speaker 3 (11:35):
You you've been you've been spending too much.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Time being angry at your in laws, whatever they might be.
This is the time for you to release this emotion
through wearing green color something like this. And also it
applies to direction and woods. Direction is eastside and it's
there in organs a livery and gall bladder.

Speaker 3 (12:00):
And this always happens.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
Liver and gall bladder. If people who have any liver issues.
The east side of the house is always messy.

Speaker 1 (12:12):
And think that you mean that in a in a
You don't mean that literally their home. I mean they
suppose it could be, but do you mean like really, Okay,
so literally you go to their home and it's messy
and they have gall bladder. Yeah, it's not their body
you're talking about. It's both both, Okay.

Speaker 3 (12:28):
It affects both.

Speaker 2 (12:30):
This is the thing this is base of a bunshue
face energy your body, your energy also affect that space.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
That's interesting. Yeah, And by fixing the space, does that
therefore have that impact on the body as well?

Speaker 2 (12:53):
That most definitely this is a base of bong shue.
When you move orniturn into slightly, you know, fifteen degrees,
all of a sudden start to feel the pain on
your shoulder alleviated. Because of that affects your energy. And
this where you occupies the space, it could be your

(13:17):
home or your office where a lot of time it
does work with you energetically.

Speaker 1 (13:26):
Interesting. So what types of things can your system heal it?
Does your system take into consideration function as well? Is
it a multifaceted approach?

Speaker 3 (13:42):
If your system can change.

Speaker 2 (13:47):
Function?

Speaker 1 (13:49):
I didn't get on Well, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. So
what types of things? I mean? Obviously there are people
that and I always like to put this out there
because there are some people that need Western medicine. They
need medication for cancer and for other things. Right, we're
not telling people not to get treatment for their illnesses. Rights.
That's a big part of it. You can't just you know,

(14:10):
meditate your cancer away. You need to be aware of that,
but there are lots of things you can change. And
what are the some of the things that you've seen,
what are some of the transformations or obstacles that you've
seen moves because.

Speaker 3 (14:23):
Of this, Like Liversaurus is like finally.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
Separtitis. My god, that's incredible. I mean, truly, truly incredible.
So some people would say, I mean critics, and I
am not one of them, by the way, So yeah,
because I do this show, I'm really not one of them.
But some would say that energy healing is just a placebo?
How do you respond to that? But would you say
to someone who tried but also.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
We were that actually should We found that percive works works.
A lot of research found out it's actually the persive
is the one that actually creating, and it changes in
Paper's body, creating healing in the body. I think we
use the word miracles miracles it happens. The word miracle

(15:16):
exists because it happens in the world, just like what
happened to me with my body over time when I noticed,
when I realized the choices that I'm making, that I
made a conscious choice to do things differently. It's definitely
a process, and it also didn't happen to me overnight,

(15:41):
like I said, in twenty half a month to three months.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
I think it was pretty.

Speaker 2 (15:45):
Short in any way.

Speaker 3 (15:49):
For me to heal myself.

Speaker 2 (15:51):
That that drastic drastically, So it happens, but that but
also at the same time, it's a it's a process,
it's a.

Speaker 3 (16:03):
Mindfulness. But or is this awareness changes.

Speaker 2 (16:07):
In your awareness? And I know we are creatures that
a habit, so we keep doing the same thing over
and over and changing the pattern. Sometimes it takes the time.

Speaker 1 (16:20):
Yeah, yeah, well, and we're going to send people to
your website if we get a little later on in
the show. But what what can people expect if they
reach out to you? And what makes your system different
than say other self improvement programs that might be out there.
What can they expect from from the cheap master.

Speaker 3 (16:37):
System that.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
This probably people heard this many times too. But what
you're looking for is truly within your body energetical form
and what do you consider negative experiences that you have
in your life, both emotionally, career wise and physically. That

(17:05):
blockages is within the body. And when we do the
work through the blockages, where of a goal that you
want to get to, you can reach there.

Speaker 1 (17:20):
Do you see a place for integration between let's say
Western medicine and the work that you do, or do
you think the divide is just too great?

Speaker 3 (17:28):
Absolutely? Absolutely for a while. Actually, I work with my.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
Friend who's a Western medicine doctor, Allo Packt, the doctor
internal medicine. So we create a clinic together, so combining
Western medicine and instant medicine together. So I absolutely believe
that we have to work together and we actually give
the best of healing reality public if we learn to

(17:54):
work together.

Speaker 1 (17:57):
Yeah, what does a typical g masteries say should look like?
For someone who's brand new to this, what could they expect?

Speaker 2 (18:04):
Well, I was going to tell you this later, but
for your audience out for our free clarity session. You
can sign a clarity session. Then you can meet with
me and you can we can talk about what kind
of goals you might have whatever Google It could be physical, emotional,
relationship wise.

Speaker 3 (18:23):
It could be an even career and we'll work on.

Speaker 2 (18:30):
Figuring out how to reach their go goal. The nature, God, universe,
whatever you want to call it. Want us to have
all the things that we want to have we want
to have. It could be health wise or even monetary wise,
and we end up creating blockages because either we don't

(18:52):
believe it because certain belief system that we might have,
we hold on to that. And I think humans are
the want that hold on to negative thoughts more than
any of the animals that's out there, because whatever the

(19:14):
emotion blockages, it started with the thoughts and beliefs. And
that's an emotion and thoughts. An emotion creates a blockage
within the body, but that's an emotion.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
As an energy, it forms an energy.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
But energy wise, it passed through us, usually especially heavy
and negative one. But we hold on to it with
with the negative thoughts. You know that as an energetically energetically,
as an emotion, emotion, it only stays within that body
only thirty seconds.

Speaker 3 (19:48):
Have you heard of that? Is that a scientifically reuben?

Speaker 1 (19:52):
Really?

Speaker 2 (19:53):
Yes? So we just like we think about it and
just let it be. It just passed through. We hold
on to it. We keep thinking about this and over
and over. The animals are very good at making it,
making it pass through. They will fight with each other
like like we literally try to kill it, but after

(20:14):
a while they check it away then they peacefully walk away.
But humans, they hold on to the thoughts and then
like or I hate you, I hate you, or have
had mess up whatever that might be, and end up
being staying in the body. But there's a way to
get to that blockages through certain meditation that I guide

(20:39):
people to do that, and when you get to look
at it, you will work with it and you work
on it, and then we will find a way to
release it or build a or build a different relationship
with that blockages. Because there's a reason why we create
the blockages. Everything has happens in our body. Everything energetic

(21:02):
happens with our body. It happens for reasons. And we're
own consciously trying to help ourselves create the blockages because
that would become a default making, default protective mechanism we
started early on without realizing that it's not helpful, helpful

(21:22):
to us later in our lives.

Speaker 1 (21:26):
Yeah, when when you talk about just just because we're
gonna I'm gonna mention this again at the end of
the show, but when we talk about a clarity session,
is it clarity about what your goals are or what
you can achieve? Is that what you're is that what
you're talking about when you talk about clarity, A.

Speaker 2 (21:43):
Lot of your session, people, I like to ask people
to come in with a specific goal, hm, whatever that
might be. With that goal, we'll figure out what the
blockages are and we have a session to actually delve
into that, working with the blockages and also working with

(22:05):
and releasing it. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:08):
And do you have people come in who want to
try this but are somehow skeptical and therefore blocked And
how do you manage that when someone because you know,
we all have we all want to believe, right, but
sometimes we have difficulty with that. We've suffered with whatever
it is we're suffering with for so long that how
all of a sudden now is just going to make

(22:28):
the difference. What do you say to people that come in?

Speaker 3 (22:31):
Yeah, I love skeptics.

Speaker 2 (22:33):
I don't care as long as you come in. That's
the first step, and we will figure out where to go.
And I am not trying to prove anything but for
people to but for people to have an experience.

Speaker 1 (22:49):
Right, Right. And I always say there's a difference between
cynicism and skepticism, right. I think we can all be
a healthy skeptic, but cynicism is something entirely different.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
And I think all of those those healthy Yeah, it.

Speaker 3 (23:02):
Was to have.

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Speaking of experiences, for someone listening right now who feels stuck,
whether it's in health, relationship, or career, whatever it is
that they have, what would be the first step that
you'd recommend for them?

Speaker 2 (23:19):
Okay, think of the goals that you have, whatever that
might be. It could be I want to lose one
hundred pounds, I want to be a CEO CEO of
a company.

Speaker 3 (23:29):
Let's say those are the goals, and.

Speaker 2 (23:32):
I want you to just tune into your body, feeling
the body. I realize not everyone's used to it because
we leave our body all the time, and also our life,
social media and everything so designed to bring our mind
outside of a body and our awareness outside of the body.
But energy goes away, your mind goes We literally lose

(23:55):
energy every second, every minute when we do that, and
which is okay, but if it becomes a habit, we
literally lose our energy and our body cannot sustain without
that energy. And I want you to bring back that energy.
So let's set whatever the goal that might be. When

(24:18):
you're tuning into your body, it's easier to close your eyes,
but you don't necessarily have to. What is the block
is that comes up? For you. The first thing comes
into your mind. Let's say I want to be a
CEO of my company. I I don't think I am
smart enough. I don't think I am smart enough or

(24:42):
I am experienced enough.

Speaker 3 (24:44):
So basically energy is I am.

Speaker 2 (24:46):
Not good enough. Okay, let's say block is not good enough.
When you tune into your body, you can actually locate
that energy within the body. And there's a way to
do this where I will regard you and if it
has actually it has its own ZIP code, believe it

(25:06):
or not.

Speaker 1 (25:08):
Wow, anyway, no, go ahead, I'm sorry.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
And while would be the opposite of that not good enough.
I am good, I am capable, I am smart, I
am intelligent, I am powerful, whatever that might be.

Speaker 3 (25:24):
Let's say I am.

Speaker 2 (25:25):
Powerful and just say the word I am powerful. The
minute you say I am powerful, your body recognized it
and was also guide you to get there. There is
also location for I am powerful. Let's say I am

(25:46):
not good enough. It's in your chest. I am powerful
is in your throat, usually in one of the chakras
for some reason. Sometimes they're located in the arm. That's
sometimes they located in the legs. But oftentimes I notice
that it's one of the chakras and you let them communicate.

(26:08):
So once who are listening to me, you can do
this literally right now and then wherever whatever the sensation
in the heart, I am not good enough. Usually if
it's a negative energy, you feel it as a heavy energy.
Usually it's a tense, heavy one of those things. And

(26:33):
they start to connect, they'll start having communication, and you
will let them have a communication. There is a whole
process of having them communicate, communicate and having dialogue. It's
under very deep meditation. Can you share.

Speaker 1 (26:58):
Probably, uh, one of the most profound transformations you've seen
with one of your clients. Obviously no names, but I
mean just something that that has just changed someone's life
is a huge way.

Speaker 2 (27:10):
I hadn't known artist music, music or artists, and she's
she was very talented, but she also had this one
but biggest one was I'm not safe. I'm not safe nowhere,
bring my face out there. And we located over within

(27:30):
the body. By the way, if that negative, heavy, tense
energy stays in the body long enough, it turns into
something much more serious and we're even contuning to disease.
And that's what happened to me, and happened to my body.
Once we let go of that heavy emotion, my body

(27:52):
just heal itself and that that's that's exactly what happened
to me. So when we had let her have communication
with the two parts of the body, we read the
part was just trying to help her in some way.
So she started to have a different relationship with that

(28:13):
part of energy and what she.

Speaker 3 (28:16):
Wants to do.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
And also we also find a way to set different
goals to reach the actual ultimical that we're trying to reach.
So once she started to have the communication with those
two parts, this part that's powerful gave her all the
information what she needs to do.

Speaker 1 (28:40):
Would you like to share something that we haven't talked about,
anything that you'd like to share with our listeners before
we close out today.

Speaker 2 (28:47):
Listening to the to our body is about becoming intuitive
and intuitive, and that's actually natural state of who we are.
Start with just following one of the instinct that comes
to us in the morning and also every day two
things something different, because that helps us to create different

(29:09):
patterns in our brain. Like you know, it's that neuroplasticity.
When we just keep choosing one thing over and over,
our brain get hard wired. So two things differently every day,
do some things differently. Do something challenging that you've never
done before. It could be as literate as if you
never had lemon before. Try lemon today, beautiful.

Speaker 1 (29:34):
