Speaker 1 (00:00):
So tonight our article is about our good friend mister
Les Wexner and how he is being dragged right on
in to the discussion why it's taking this to bring
him in. Well, that's a whole another subject for another
podcast that would take us about three hours. But the
(00:23):
fact of the matter is this, Les Wexner is being
credibly accused right along with Alan Dershowitz, Glenn Dubin, Prince Andrew,
Bill Richardson, Marvin Minsky, et cetera, et cetera, directly implicated
(00:43):
in taking part of the abuse. That is the message
that should be spoken loud and clear about Les Wexner.
He should be given every chance to defend himself, right,
he should be given every chance to speak out, but
he won't because he knows, just like his buddy Jeffrey Epstein,
(01:08):
that he does not have a defensible position. And that
is the case for all of these people who have
been caught up with Jeffrey Epstein's criminal organization and this
sex trafficking ring. None of these people have presented any
evidence that would move me to think that they are
(01:30):
telling the truth. And as everybody who's been listening to
this podcast knows, I am a believe the evidence. Guy,
I don't believe just all women. I don't believe all men.
I don't believe all toddlers or whatever. Right. I believe evidence.
And that is exactly what I have done in this case.
I have clinically went through every piece of information that
(01:53):
I could possibly get my hands on, and there is
no way that, with the evidence available to us, that
anybody can convince me that these survivors are not telling
the truth. The evidence is as high as Mount Everest, folks, Okay,
(02:14):
And that's just circumstantial evidence. That's none of this stuff
that they're fighting tooth and nail to keep sealed. This
is just the evidence that we have on the books,
the stuff that we know, the pieces that we have
put together. But now with the unseilings and all of
the different holes in the damn that are starting to
(02:37):
pop up, it is only a matter of time before
a wave comes crashing over all of these predators, and
we're seeing the start of it now as they begin
to eat their own. Our article tonight is from the
Daily News, and this article is about Les Wexner and
(03:00):
him getting dragged into this battle by Alan Dershowitz trying
to basically get some information from him, and in my opinion,
pull the spotlight off of himself Dershowitz, and try and
put it on Wexner. You know how it goes. There
is no honor amongst thieves, and there is certainly no
(03:21):
honor amongst child traffickers. So we've said that this was
going to be the case from the jump here. Once
the rubber meets the road and the going gets tough,
none of these people are built for this life. Oh
they're good with committing the crimes when they're insulated. They're
cool with abusing people and degrading people and ruining people's lives.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
Oh that's fine when it's happening when they're protected. But
when the walls close in and the long arm of
justice comes swinging their way, the pissing in the pants
and the ratting begins. Headline ex Victory secret CEO Leslie
Wexner tries to dodge legal fight between Alan Dershowitz and
(04:05):
Jeffrey Epstein. Accuser The author of this article, Steven Rex Brown,
former Victorious secret CEO Leslie Wexner, is refusing to turn
over documents relevant to Alan dershowitz nasty legal battle with
a Jeffrey Epstein accuser. New filings revealed Monday. And you
(04:26):
see what's going on here, right, You see how they're
positioning themselves.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Wexner is doing everything in his power to stay out
of this, to stay out of the news, to keep
his his I don't know name, I guess as clean
as possible for as long as possible. But that's only
amongst the unsullied, right, that's only amongst those who have
not been following the case. Because anybody who has followed
this case for even a few minutes understands the role
(04:53):
that Les Wexner played, and they also understand what occurred
on his property in Ohio with Maria Farmer. And that alone,
my friends, is enough for him to get slapped with
a subpoena. Never mind all of the other stuff that
we know about. And just think, with all of the
(05:16):
stuff that we know, all of the incredibly convincing, circumstantial
evidence that we know, can you imagine what they're fighting
tooth and nail to keep quiet. Can you imagine how
explosive that must be? And remember, with these sort of documents,
(05:37):
there could be tidbits in there that connect the pieces
of things we've been talking about for months and years
almost in some circumstances. So it's very interesting to see
what goes on before these documents are unsealed, and to
see how these people battle with each other and do
(05:57):
everything in their power to keep these documents from coming
to light. Dirty Dershowitz has sued alleged Epstein's survivor, Virginia Roberts,
for defamation. The prominent Harvard law professor charges that Roberts
falsely accused him of sexual abuse as part of a
plot to extort Wexner, who once had close ties to Epstein.
(06:21):
They all had close ties to Epstein, all right, And
I'm sure that Dershowitz and Wexner aren't unfamiliar with each other.
I'm sure that they have rubbed elbows together, and in fact,
I'm sure that they have spent time together in the
presence of Jeffrey Epstein. I don't have evidence to prove that, obviously,
but you know, guess what, if it walks like a
(06:42):
duck and it talks like a duck, it's probably a duck.
In a new letter filed in Manhattan Federal Court, Dershowitz
writes that Wexner and his attorney John Zieger refused to
sit for depositions or turnover documents relevant to the court
fight with Roberts. Again, I'm sure Wexner doesn't want to
(07:03):
get caught up in this if he can all avoid it.
He knows that the pressure is on Dershowitz. He knows
that people are talking about Dershowitz now, and he knows
that nobody really is talking about him as far as
the legacy media is concerned. So if he can keep
his head down and try and avoid the firing squad,
that is exactly what Leslie Wexner is going to try
(07:26):
and do. And on the flip side, Dershowitz is squarely
in the sights and he wants out. He doesn't want
people making podcasts about him or questioning him on Twitter. No,
he wants that all of that, all of that attention
(07:47):
on somebody else, and who better than Less Wexner. With
Wexner refusing to produce any documents or appear for a
deposition and Zieger refusing to produce documents or by testimony
absent the entry of a protective order, which would severely
hamper Professor Dershowitz's ability to use the discovery in this litigation.
(08:09):
The parties are at an impasse. Dershowitz attorney Howard Cooper wrote,
and you know, look, if anybody thinks that Dershowitz doesn't
know what he's doing here, he does. He is a
guy that as much as I dislike him, as much
as I think he is an absolute serpent, he knows
(08:32):
his craft. He's a man who understands the court. He's
a man who understands the loopholes, and he is most
certainly a man who knows how to navigate the underbelly
that is our justice system. So him coming into this,
you know, he had a plan, and he is looking
to stick to that plan, and he's trying to blow
(08:53):
this out of the water and make it so the
spotlight is off of him. That is exactly what's going
on here. It's clear as day to me. Dershowitz is
asking Judge Loretta Presco to compel Wexner eighty two and
his lawyer to sit for depositions and hand over records.
The dispute could potentially open the door for further scrutiny
(09:14):
of Wexner's odd, largely unexplained ties to Epstein. And I'll
tell you what, mister Rex doesn't tell you here. What
he means by that is that Les Wexner has a
lot to answer for. Les Wexner was the number one
bag man of Jeffrey Epstein's. Jeffrey Epstein's had the keys
(09:35):
to Wexner's kingdom, was able to do whatever you want,
and he exploited that to abuse girls, and, if reports
are to be believed, launder a shit ton of money.
And to try and tell me that a guy like
Les Wexner, one of the richest men in the world,
one of the most successful businessmen in the world, had
(09:57):
no idea what his protege was up to is an
absolute joke. I guess Darth Sidius had no idea what
Darth Vader was up to, right, That's what you would
have me believe. The convicted sex offender had extraordinary control
over Wexner's finances and charitable endeavors. Epstein's Upper east Side
(10:19):
Mansion of Horrors was previously owned by Wexner, and remember
Epstein purchased it for a dollar according to reports. Yeah,
that's not like you know, that's the kind of deal
you get from somebody who's not really close to you. Huh.
A mansion worth seventy seven million dollars for one fauzul huh.
I wish I had some friends like that. Roberts claims
(10:42):
that Epstein loaned her out to have sex with Dershowitz,
beginning when she was sixteen. Dershowitz was part of Epstein's
powerhouse legal team that helped him avoid serious federal sex
trafficking charges in two thousand and seven. So that means
Dershowitz knew what was up with Virginia because he, according
(11:03):
to Virginia's account, was taking part in it. And yet
he still went and negotiated a non plea deal that
benefited him. It's beyond the pal I don't know how
this guy is not he should he They should disbar him.
I'll straight up say it, Alan Dershowitz should be disbarred.
(11:24):
The defamation lawsuit is a proxy war between Dershowitz eighty
one and a prominent lawyer, David Boyse, whose firm represents Roberts.
Wexner stepped down as CEO of Victoria's Secret in February
amid questions about Epstein's role as money manager. He said
that he was unaware of any illegal activity by Epstein.
(11:45):
The financier Pedophile hanged himself one year ago while awaiting
trial for sex trafficking of miners. He also stepped down
as CEO of L Brands, not just Victoria's Secret, but
the whole, the whole, the whole thing. So he's not
He's part of the board still of L Brands, but
he is not making the decisions anymore. And speaking of
(12:07):
L Brands, while we're on the subject, they have to
cut a bunch of corporate jobs. And again, usually I
don't take any joy in people losing their jobs, right,
but anything that affects Less Wexner's bottom line I'm okay with.
At the end of the day, this guy is an
absolute dirt bag. He needs to be put on blast
(12:28):
and more legacy media reports need to delve deep into
the fact that he is also being incredibly accused of
partaking in this sex trafficking ring. I read a couple
of articles earlier that say he's not being accused of
taking part in any of this or that is just
patently false, and it just goes to show you that
(12:52):
the legacy media really has no idea what they're talking about.
In this case, they truly don't understand what has gone on.
They don't understand how deep and far the tentacles reach,
and they most certainly do not understand the depths that
this goes because they just scratch the surface with their reporting,
(13:14):
right and it is it's mind boggling to me how
Les Wexner can be mentioned in the media and the
fact that he's being credibly accused of partaking in the
abuse of Virginia not being mentioned. It's just I just
don't understand how that works. But that's okay, because we'll
(13:35):
continue to bring it up here on The Jeffrey Epstein
Show for sure, and will continue to hammer home the
point that every single person that has been fingered by
Virginia or one of the other survivors that has taken
part in the actual abuse, those are the people that
I have my site set on, and those are the
people who will we will continue to discuss right here
