A fierce legal battle is now erupting over Virginia Roberts’ estate after it was revealed she died without a will, leaving the distribution of her assets open to contention. Under Australian inheritance law, her estranged husband, Robert Giuffre, would normally receive a lump sum and roughly one-third of the estate by default. However, that expectation has been shaken by the existence of a letter Virginia allegedly sent to her lawyer, explicitly stating that she did not want her husband to receive anything in the event of her death. That letter, while not a formal will, may now become a critical piece of evidence in court as her children and siblings argue that her true wishes should override the standard legal formula. Instead of clarity, the lack of a legally binding will has opened the door to conflict, emotion, and potential litigation among those closest to her.

The situation is further complicated by the unresolved lawsuit involving Rina Oh, which must be factored into the estate’s value before any division can occur. With substantial money at stake and multiple parties claiming rightful authority, the probate process is set to become a long, messy fight that could drag on for months or even years. What should have been a time of collective mourning has instead become a battlefield, with each side preparing to weaponize legal arguments, personal history, and Virginia’s final communications to support their claims. For someone whose life was defined by survival, struggle, and fighting systems of power, the tragedy now lies in watching her legacy become entangled in a war over control, money, and interpretation.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
Epstein Chronicles. One of the most unfortunate things in the
wake of somebody passing away, if they had some money
or some assets, that money and those assets has to
be distributed to the people that are still alive, that
were a part of the family or that were in

(00:20):
the will. Well, in Virginia Roberts case, there was no will,
and now it has become an absolute battle royal over
her money and her estate, and it's just sad to see. Look,
let's be very clear, the only people that should get
any of her money are her kids. Anybody else that
shows up with their hand out, well, in my opinion,

(00:42):
you should put your hand back in your pocket and
go get a job. Today's article is from the Deli
Mail and the headline Virginia Roberts family is at war
over who gets Andrew's multimillion dollar payout after she died
without leaving a will. The author of this article is
John Brady. The family of Virginia Roberts, who accused Andrew

(01:04):
Mountbatten Windsor of sexual abuse, is set to battle in
court over who is entitled to her multimillion dollar estate.
It's just a bad look. And I hope to God
that if I ever passed away, and I was ever
in this kind of situation, that my family wouldn't go
crazy over the money. I mean, this should all be
a non issue, right, Her kids should get that money.

(01:26):
How is this even a debate? Miss Roberts, who took
her own life at her farm near Perth in Australia
in April, died without a will, leaving the future of
her vast wealth uncertain. The forty one year old had
amassed a substantial fortune through compensation and civil lawsuit payouts
over allegations that she was trafficked by Glenn Maxwell, to

(01:49):
Jeffrey Epstein and then to Prince Andrew. So every dollar
that gets made from that book, every dollar that Virginia
had in the bank, besides whatever has to be used
for debt or whatever, should be distributed to her children.
This is the easiest debate we're ever going to have.
In my opinion, It's not bad enough that these kids

(02:11):
are going to have to live without their mom. Now
they have to watch the family dive into this whole gruesome, ass,
disgusting display. It's just a bad look all the way around.
Among the payouts was a settlement from mister mount Batten Windsor,
thought to be as much as twelve million pounds, which
he paid her in twenty twenty two to see off

(02:31):
a civil case. And there's no doubt that he paid
her a gigantic bag. Now, the same people that wanted
to tell you that the picture that Virginia and Andrew
took together was fake, well they want to tell you
that she didn't get that much money from them. They're
lying to you. Virginia got a bag, big time dough

(02:51):
and guess what every dollar was deserved. And in my opinion,
all of that money should go to her family, her kids,
everybody else. They should wait in line. Now if she
owed somebody some money, yeah, those creditors they all get,
you know, dealt with. But after that, how is it
even a debate? How is it even a debate? Who
gets this money? She also received five hundred thousand from

(03:14):
Epstein in two thousand and nine when he settled sex
trafficking and sexual abuse claims against them, and an undisclosed
amount from Maxwell in twenty seventeen. Maxwell remains in prison
serving a twenty year sentence in the US under spousal
inheritance laws in Western Australia, Miss Jeoffrey's husband, Robert Jeoffrey,

(03:34):
will be entitled to a lump sum and a third
of the remaining estate. What does that even mean? Entitled
to a lump sum? How much is that lump sum?
And we all know the reports that were making their
way around before this happened with Virginia about her having
marital problems, and if she sent her lawyer that letter,
well that should end the discussion. As far as I'm concerned.

(03:58):
He gets not the case, get everything, and like, if
you're a good dad, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
I know if I collected a bag after my mom
passed away, I'd be taking care of my dad too.
But it always comes down to goddamn disgusting money, doesn't it.
It's always about who can get the most whenever they can,

(04:19):
always a double handed grab. And this is why I
highly suggest that everybody out there has some kind of will,
even if you don't have much right, make the process
easy on everybody else that's going to be left behind. However,
it's been reported that Miss Roberts emailed her lawyer to
say she did not want him to have any of
her money after he initiated divorce papers two months before

(04:43):
she died. Well, you're getting divorced in the process of it,
Why should he get any of that money now? Maybe
from like previous time together, he should get a few
bucks or something, But the vast majority of this money,
once again should go to her children. And as far
as anybody else in the family goes, I don't think

(05:03):
they should be entitled to any of it, unless, of
course Virginia promised them something and it's in writing. But
besides that, why should anyone else be entitled to her estate?
Prior to her death, Miss Roberts became a strange from
her husband, who remains at her two and a half
million dollar beach side home in Western Australia, one of
four properties she owned, including the farmhouse in near Gabby.

(05:25):
She had alleged that he'd become controlling, and it was
later claimed that he was responsible for an assault that
put her in the hospital in January. Like, how could
you even think of putting your hands on this woman?
After all the shit she's been through, you're gonna put
your hands on her? Shit is just baffling to me.
How can you claim to love somebody and then beat

(05:46):
the living shit out of them. I can never come
to grips with that. I just don't understand it. Robert's
behavior became more controlling, she claimed in private diaries. The
stronger I became, scarier he became. And there are people
out there like that, right. I'm not going to comment
too much about their personal relationship because I don't have

(06:07):
any information about it, but I'm talking about in general.
Sometimes people want to be that caretaker, if you will,
the person that's watching over you. And then if you
start to spread your wings, you start to become a
little bit more independent. Well, that takes a toll on
the other person. And if they're crazy, who the fuck
knows what they're gonna do. And according to Virginia, in

(06:29):
these reports, it became physical. But mister Jeffrey was later
granted a restraining order against his wife and was given
temporary custody of their younger children. Last month, he declined
to answer questions from the Daily Mail reporter in Australia
on the future of her estate. His lawyers have declined
to comment on the abuse allegation, citing ongoing court proceedings.

(06:52):
Her younger brother Sky Roberts and half brother Danny Wilson
have hired a lawyer to oppose his claim. They're also
said to want to contry roll or charity for sex
trafficking survivors speak out act reclaim. Look, I'm not gonna
comment on that because I just don't know what the
internals are. And if somebody is gonna take that organization over,

(07:14):
they should be somebody that's going to treat it with
a proper amount of respect and care. And if that's
her brother's, great, If not, it should be somebody else.
But again, what I will say is this, if it
was me personally and it was my sister, I'd be
fighting for every single dollar to go to my niece
and nephew, not anybody else, Not myself, not the ex husband,

(07:37):
not my parents, not Jesus Christ himself, those kids. Several
million dollars of Andrew's payout were pledged to soar, but
are still being held in a bank account controlled by
a third party, as The Male reported in August, but
Robert's paternal aunt, Kimberly Roberts, says that her family does
not believe the brothers have a claim to the money.

(07:58):
She told The Telegraph we don't believe they have a
right to it. The estate should go to her children
only big time. That's it. Anybody trying to fight for
crumbs in the wake of Virginia passing away like this,
when her children are alive and well and have their
whole lives ahead of them, should really reevaluate what they're
doing because it's not a good look. And in my opinion,

(08:20):
and remember I only speak for myself, I find it disgusting.
Her sons, Christian nineteen and Noah eighteen, had made a
bid to take control of the administration of her estate
in June this year, but on Monday, Western Australia Supreme
Court appointed lawyer Ian Torrington Blatchford to take interim control
of the estate. The Guardian reported, following a legal challenge

(08:43):
by Robert's lawyer Carrie Lowton and housekeeper Cheryl Myers. What
does that even mean? Why are they involved? Why does
Cheryl Myers want anything to do with the estate? It's
sad and it really shows you who cares about Virginia
or who cared about Virginia and who will only wants
to benefit. It means that several challenges to her estate

(09:04):
can go ahead as well as other civil cases, including
a defamation suit brought by Rena oh who claims miss
Roberts made her out to be and accomplished of Jeffrey
Epstein rather than one of his victims. And that is
a lawsuit that's been going on for quite some time.
We've talked about that a little bit previously, and maybe
we'll go through some of the court documents, but it's

(09:26):
a contentious battle that was being waged at the time
of Virginia's death, and now the estate is going to
have to continue waging that battle. Right it's a defamation suit,
and even though Virginia isn't with us anymore, that defamation
suit now moves over to her estate. The court orders
also state that mister Blatchford is authorized as her legal

(09:47):
personal representative with regards to her memoir, Nobody's Grow, which
was published in October and held by the Males Janmar
for its immediate impact on Andrew's legacy after his royal
titles stripped away. It included allegations at our father Sky Roberts,
molested and raped her as a child. Mister Roberts has

(10:07):
denied the claim and maintains that his daughter did not
commit suicide. Well, I have no idea, but if Virginia
said he did that, why would she lie? What would
she gain from that? So I have to lean towards
Virginia telling the truth, and that opens up a whole
last other conversation that is disgusting as fluck he claimed,

(10:31):
I'm Puris Morgan uncensored earlier this year, prior to the
book's publication. There's no way that she committed suicide. Somebody
got to her. And look, I don't know. I have
no idea the official reports at suicide, but we all
know how official reports are. But I think that the
likelihood is that Virginia, unfortunately did take her own life.

(10:53):
Now I won't tell you that that's for sure because
I don't know, but I will say that she was
going through it, and sometimes when you're going through it,
things get rough. Right and after everything this woman has
been through to finally get to a point where she
should be enjoying some of the success of the lawsuits,
the children she has, you know, instead, she has this

(11:17):
relationship with her husband that's not going so well, and
according to her, she's getting beat on. So I can
only imagine the trauma that was resurfaced when all of
that was going on. Western Australia police say her death
is not being treated as suspicious. This week, the vast
majority of Brits said Andrew should travel to the US

(11:38):
to testify before Congress over his links to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein,
who died by suicide in prison in twenty nineteen. Allegedly,
you gov polling showed seventy five percent of people believe
mister mount Batten winsor should tell us lawmakers what he
knows of Epstein's history. Well, yeah, what do you think
the people in the UK are okay with this shit?

(11:59):
They are not. I can assure you from the emails
I get from people across the pond, they're more fired
up than people in the US over some of this shit.
Despite saying in his disastrous Newsnight interview that he would
help investigators, Andrew has yet to respond to calls to testify.
The Prime Minister has added his voice to calls for
Andrew to keep his word, saying anybody who has got

(12:22):
relevant information in relation to these kinds of cases should
give that evidence to those that need it, and that's
them asking you to do the very basic amount of
work right, a bottom level of work, come forward and
talk about what you know. And if you're too scared
to do that because you might end up getting hammed
up yourself, then I think that's a pretty good tell

(12:44):
as to your level of involvement in all of the
allegations made against you. So, of course we don't have
the evidence right to say definitively that this is what
Andrew did. But when you start building the case with
all that circumstantial evidence, how do you get anywhere else?
So for me, there's no doubt that Andrew did everything

(13:05):
that Virginia said, And there's also no doubt that Virginia's
fortune or whatever's left of her estate should go to
her children, and in my opinion, anyone standing in the
way of that is part of the problem. All of
