The allegations that Prince Andrew participated in an Epstein-related orgy are among the most disturbing and consequential claims connected to the Epstein operation. Virginia Roberts Giuffre has stated consistently for years that she was trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein and forced to participate in sexual encounters with powerful men — including Prince Andrew — at various locations that were central hubs in Epstein’s network. One of the most serious accusations is that Andrew took part in an orgy on Epstein’s private island, Little Saint James, surrounded by multiple underage girls. Giuffre has described this event in sworn legal filings, interviews, and public testimony, asserting that she was 17 years old at the time and that Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell orchestrated the encounter.

These claims have never wavered, and they are supported by overlapping pieces of circumstantial evidence — from flight logs placing Andrew in the same locations as Epstein and Giuffre, to photographs, to supporting statements from other accusers who have described similar scenes involving groups of trafficked minors being exploited on the island. Rather than engaging directly with the allegations, Prince Andrew has relied on blanket denials and public relations maneuvers, including his disastrous BBC interview where he insisted he had “no recollection” of ever meeting Giuffre while dodging every detailed question. The combination of Giuffre’s consistent testimony, corroborating context from Epstein’s victims, and the sheer specificity of her descriptions has left many observers convinced that the alleged orgy was not an outlandish claim — but a glimpse into the true depravity and scale of Epstein’s trafficking machine, and the powerful men who believed they would never be held accountable.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Well,
a document dump related to Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell
would not be complete if we weren't talking about the
Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. You might know him
as Prince Andrew, but around these parts he's no better
than Joe Exotic. He's that kind of bumbling full the

(00:22):
kind of moron that you look at and you say
to yourself, how could this person even be real? That's
the same feeling that I get when I look at
Prince Andrew. Imagine having the whole entire world at your
fingertips from the time you were born, and then squandering
it the way this guy has. And any cage that
this idiot's living in is a gilded cage of his

(00:43):
own making. Because whenever you have the kind of privilege
in life that Prince Andrew had and you squander it
and you find yourself being talked about on a podcast
like this, chances are your bitch ass was bobbin instead
of weaving. And now, when all is said and done,
he just retreats back behind the walls of Buckingham Palace
and that's the end of it. Just hang out with

(01:05):
your brother King Creepy and just make pretend everything's okay
and just hope it all goes away, because that's basically
been the strategy from Jump Street with this moron and
taking it a step further. I don't want to hear
anything from somebody who pays out twelve, fifteen, seventeen million
dollars in a settlement about how they didn't admit any wrong.

(01:26):
Give me a break, Okay, what does seventeen million dollars
say to you. Seventeen million dollars says to me that
you were in the wrong, And let's not act like
you didn't have great legal representation. His lawyer was Andrew Brettler,
who is probably the best in the business when we're
talking about this sort of thing. There's not very many
people better than Andrew Brettler, and Prince Andrew had him

(01:47):
as his lawyer, and Brettler decided, with Prince Andrew the
one making the final decision, that a settlement was in
their best interest. Now, why do you think that. Do
you think that if they had the evidence and they
were going to go to and they were gonna smash Virginia,
Bretler would have felt like that. Furthermore, how do you
think Bretler would have made more money if they went

(02:07):
to trial? Right? Well, that didn't happen. So Prince Andrew,
for all of his bs, for all of his nonsense,
for all of his big talk, has done nothing but
bullshit us this whole entire time. So if you want
to believe him, that's your business. But as far as
I'm concerned, I don't believe a word that the guy
has to say. All right. Today's article is from The
Daily Beast, and the headline Prince Andrew accused of participating

(02:31):
in an underage georgy on Epstein's Island. And let's keep
in mind while we're here, that Prince Andrew has daughters
around this age of his own. Imagine being that big
of a disgusting prick. You're like, you know what, I know,
I have daughters around this age, But I'm gonna go
ahead and allegedly do what I'm gonna do over here
on this island. I just can't wrap my mind around it.

(02:53):
And I can't wrap my mind around how people can
be so absolutely and utterly evil. This article was authored
by Tom Sykes. Prince Andrew has been accused of participating
in an orgy with numerous underage girls at Jeffrey Epstein's
private island in the US Virgin Islands. The bombshell allegation

(03:13):
was made in the huge trove of court papers released
by US courts Wednesday naming associates of Epstein, and was
first reported by UK tabloid The US Sun. The papers
have been seen and reviewed by The Daily Beast. So obviously,
once I get those court documents in my hands, we'll
go through those as well. Right now, I'm working on

(03:34):
the Johanna Schoberg deposition, and I have about three episodes
of that hammered out, so we got through the whole
part of her being deposed by Sigared McAuley, and now
we're getting to the point where she's getting crossed by
Laura Meninger. So you can expect that very soon. And obviously,
when I get the rest of those court documents, same

(03:55):
old stuff, we're going to get them pounded out and
added to the catalog in a fourth right manner. Prince Andrew,
who is said to have been tormented by the prospect
of his name being dragged into the scandal again, no
longer has a formal press spokesperson and Buckingham Palace has
declined to comment on his behalf. However, The Daily Beast
has contacted a solicitor known to work with and advise

(04:19):
Andrew for comment. They have not responded. Has anybody reached
out to the lady Victoria Hobby? I thought she was
his unofficial mouthpiece at this point. Did anybody reach out
to her and see what she has to say? The
shocking new allegation is contained in a twenty fourteen document
in which two women identified only as Jane Doe Number
three and number four asked to be allowed to join

(04:41):
a case against the United States, alleging their rights under
the Crime Victim's Rights Act have been violated by the
US entering into a secret non prosecution agreement regarding Epstein
and his associates. Yeah, I would say that that's pretty criminal. Huh.
Imagine giving this guy an NPA. What sort of douchebag
comes up with that idea? Oh, that's right, Mukasey and

(05:02):
his friends over at the DOJ. The allegation against Prince
Andrew is made on behalf of Jane Doe number three,
who says she was recruited in nineteen ninety nine when
she was fifteen by Glenn Maxwell. The document alleges that
Maxwell persuaded the fifteen year old to come to Epstein's
mansion in a fashion very similar to the manner in

(05:22):
which Epstein and his other co conspirators coerced dozens of
other children. Let me say that again, children. When Jane
Doe number three began giving Epstein a massage, Epstein and
Maxwell turned it into a sexual encounter, as they had
done with many other victims, like for real, And it
took all these years to prosecute that, huh. And let's

(05:43):
not pretend that nobody knew. Let's just kill that shit
right away, Maria Farmer told people in ninety four ninety five.
There were many allegations after that, and even when thirty
or sold girls came forward down in Palm Beach, these
disgusting scumbags, meaning the prosecutors down there kersher and the
rest of them, and they're ineptitude, only decided to bring

(06:05):
one witness in front of the grand jury. And not
only that, but they destroyed their own witnesses testimony. Basically,
they destroyed her credibility talking about how she was kissing
a boy having a drink. Yeah, she's a teenager. That's
what teenagers do. They drink, they kiss boys or girls
or whatever. What we weren't teenagers before. Talk about some

(06:27):
low blow, low brow bullshit, And imagine being one of
these girls, and your representation is supposed to be the state,
but the state's cutting a deal with Jeffrey Epstein's high
powered lawyers. Yeah, there's no disparity of justice or anything,
no disparity of power. And one thing I fucking hate
is bullies. And that's exactly what all these people are. Bullies,

(06:48):
coward ass bullies picking on vulnerable girls, girls that are
coming from broken homes, girls that don't have much, basically
the kind of people I grew up with. So when
I read these stories, I see how easily this could
have been some of my friends. And it's straight up
disgusting that they had nobody meaning these girls, these victims,
these survivors, nobody working on their behalf. For a very

(07:08):
long time, it was supposed to be the prosecutors down
in Florida, but it wasn't. And that's because of Epstein's
high profile lawyers and the connections that they have behind
the scenes. Remember, when you hire a lawyer, it's not
only for what they're going to do in the courtroom.
It's about who they know outside of the courtroom, what
kind of deal they can get you on the golf course.
The document then goes on to a ledge perhaps even

(07:30):
more important to her role in Epstein's sexual abuse ring.
Maxwell had direct connections to other powerful individuals with whom
she could connect Epstein. For instance, one such powerful individual
Epstein forced Jane Doe number three to have sexual relations
with was a member of the British royal family, Prince
Andrew aka Duke of York. Jane Doe number three was

(07:53):
forced to have sexual relations with this Prince when she
was a minor in three separate geographical locations, London, at
Glenn Maxwell's apartment in New York, and on Epstein's private
island in the US Virgin Islands, in an orgy with
numerous other underage girls. Epstein instructed Jane Doe number three
that she was to give the Prince whatever he demanded

(08:15):
and required Jane Doe number three were reported back to
him on the details of the sexual abuse. Maxwell facilitated
Prince Andrew's acts of sexual abuse by acting as a
madam for Epstein, thereby assisting in internationally trafficking Jane Doe
number three and numerous other young girls for sexual purposes. Now,

(08:36):
chew on that shit for a minute. Imagine if any
of us was named in a document like this, You
think we'd be sitting around that home having a good time,
waiting for the ball game to come on. Or do
you think we'd be sitting in a police station somewhere
shit in our pants. And I'm talking about for a
lot less charge than what's being alleged here. I have
friends who did ten fifteen years stints because of drugs,

(08:59):
and I don't mean trafficking drugs. I'm talking about people
who have been nailed multiple times on possession and end up,
you know, multiple charges, end up going to prison three
four five years sometimes. Meanwhile, Jeffrey Epstein's supposed to be
in jail, but he's running around like a frat brother,
slamming back dollar Rita's and molesting girls three at a time.

(09:19):
The document adds Epstein's purposes in lending Jane Doe along
with other young girls to such powerful people were to
ingratiate himself with them for business, personal, political, and financial gain,
as well as to obtain potential blackmail information. Andrew settled
the sex abuse claim brought against him by Epstein's survivor,
Virginia Roberts in twenty twenty two for a reputed fourteen

(09:43):
million dollars, but has always denied any wrongdoing. Yeah, hand
over the bag, bro, I didn't do anything wrong. But
here's a quick fourteen million. No big deal. I'm just
going to retreat back to my mom's house and give
you fourteen million. Meanwhile, it's not even his own money.
So you really mean to tell me that this guy
is innocent of what he's being accused of. I won't

(10:07):
sit here and tell you with certainty that he did
this or he didn't do that. I wasn't there. What
I will say is I believe the allegations against them,
and I think that the allegations against them are credible.
I think they're strong enough to warrant a real investigation,
and that should certainly mean that Prince Andrew sits down
with the FBI and tells the FBI what he knows

(10:27):
under oath. Do I think that's going to happen? I
do not. In fact, I think that there's a better
chance of me hitting megabucks and I don't even play
the lottery, so that should tell you about how confident
I am in Prince Andrew ever being held accountable. At
this point, I just don't think it's going to happen.
But the more information that comes out, the more documented

(10:48):
information that comes out. That's not just he said, she said.
It just adds to the stack of receipts. And at
some point that stack of receipts is not going to
be able to be ignored by the legacy media or
by the authorities. So I say, let the documents keep
coming and let the bodies hit the floor. All right, folks,

(11:08):
that's gonna do it for this one. All the information
that goes with this episode can be found in the
description box.
