After Virginia Giuffre filed her lawsuit against Prince Andrew, major inconsistencies quickly emerged between Andrew’s formal legal claims and the established facts already in public record. Andrew repeatedly asserted in legal correspondence and interviews that he had no memory of ever meeting Giuffre — yet the well-known photograph showing Andrew with his arm around her waist, with Ghislaine Maxwell in the background, stands in direct conflict with that claim. In addition, Andrew insisted he had never been in locations tied to the allegations, including the London townhouse where the photo was taken and Epstein-connected properties. Flight logs, witness statements, and travel records, however, placed him in the same cities and environments at the same times cited in the lawsuit. These contradictions fueled widespread skepticism regarding his denials.

Andrew also attempted to argue, through legal filings, that Giuffre’s 2009 settlement agreement with Epstein released him from liability, and tried to frame the case as outside the court’s jurisdiction. The known facts did not support those arguments. The settlement never named Andrew or clearly released unnamed third parties, and the judge ultimately rejected the effort to dismiss the case based on that claim. Furthermore, Andrew publicly insisted he could not have been with Giuffre on a date she identified because he was at a Pizza Express birthday party with his daughter — an alibi widely viewed as improbable and poorly substantiated. When the legal and factual record was compared to Andrew’s statements, the discrepancies only intensified the perception that he was attempting to distance himself through evasive explanations rather than truthfully addressing the allegations.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Hope everybody's off
to a great Thursday morning so far, and hopefully the
rest of your day is even better. Last night we
were talking about the new legal filings that were submitted
by Prince Andrew. Now this was the first time that
he formally answered the charges made against him by Virginia Roberts.

(00:25):
And in these legal filings, Prince Andrew made some pretty
bizarre claims, folks, some pretty ridiculous claims in fact, and
the chief among them, in my opinion, is the fact
that he says him and Maxwell weren't really close. That's
like me saying I don't have a beard. Are you
kidding me? Right now? You can see that I have
a beard, just like we can see that Maxwell and

(00:48):
Prince Andrew were super close. And for him to assert
anything different, he truly believes the rest of us are stupid.
That could be the only answer here, right. He can't
really think that this is going to go over well.
I pointed it out yesterday as soon as it happened,
and today we have an article here in the Sun

(01:10):
talking about seven of the bizarre claims that he made.
And when I'm talking about this stuff when it comes out,
when the news breaks. It amazes me, honestly that we're
still at this point where this guy thinks this is
going to work. I said it yesterday and I'll say
it again today. This line of thinking, this kind of

(01:32):
strategy not a good idea. Now, don't get it twisted.
I'm just some knucklehead, right, just some guy sitting around
making some content giving you his opinion. I'm the high
profile lawyer like Brettler or Singer or any of these
other guys, and I would think that they know what
they're doing, right. I mean, there's a reason they make

(01:53):
so much money. But when it comes to these sorts
of specific charges and we're talking about sexual assault, the
old way of going about it and the attacking and
demeaning of the accuser, that's not gonna work anymore. And
it's not up to society to change itself to fit

(02:14):
back into the patterns of these sick fuckers. It's up
to them to get with the way society is thinking now,
because guess what, if they want to be dinosaurs and
they want to be archaic, then that's fine. They're gonna
go extinct. Eventually, people are gonna have enough of it,
and regular people like me, because I'll tell you what

(02:35):
anybody who knows me knows. I'm not some kind of advocate.
I don't sit around, you know, all day thinking about
you know, this group or that group, or who I
can I don't think like that. But when you take
a look at what happened here and you're looking at
it from a surgical perspective, a clinical perspective, I don't
know how you can't be mad about people like Prince

(02:58):
Andrew and those who are hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein.
You don't need to be an advocate or somebody who's
locked into these issues to be fired up about this. Remember,
there's people rotting right now in wherever you live, if
you live in America, your local state facility, people for drugs,
people for crimes that they should even be locked up for,

(03:21):
to be honest with you, And yet people like Prince
Andrew and Sarah Kell and Vickers and you know, Darren
Kahn and Indy these guys are running around free still,
so they're you know, they talk about equitable justice all
the time, and really what it comes down to, and
anyone will tell you, is if you're poor, you are

(03:43):
ft in this country, hell around the world. You don't
have a fighting chance in the legal system if you're poor.
But if your Prince Andrew, well, you have every bit
of power, prestige and influence at your fingertips and you're
seeing them use it. But what worked in the old

(04:06):
days is not going to work anymore, folks, and I
am convinced of that. You're going to have to prove
your point here. If you're somebody who has all these
allegations against you, you better have some rock solid alibis
to put you somewhere different on the night of the
events in question, because if there's five, six, seven, eight

(04:27):
ten people coming out saying you did this, then I'm
inclined to believe the seven, eight ten people who are
saying it. Why would all of these people who don't
know each other, by the way, can cock the same
story to go after you, But they'll have us believe
that everything's made up, everybody's chasing the bag, everybody just

(04:47):
wants some more money, when in reality, what people really want,
at least in this case specifically, because I can't talk
about anything else because this is what we're talking about, right,
they want justice here A lot of them already got
the bag. A lot of them already got money from
the estate or other lawsuits, and they're still pursuing justice.

(05:11):
So save the Oh, it's a money grab shit for
somebody else, and Prince Andrew and his team trying to
frame it like that is going to fail, and it's
going to fail in spectacular fashion. That is my prediction.
All right, folks. So let's take a look at this
article from the Sun and let's see what author Anthony

(05:34):
Blair has come up with headline Royal Showdown. Seven bizarre
claims from Prince Andrew's legal papers that spark more questions
than answers in rape lawsuit. And we said it last night.
There was a whole slew of comments made in those
filings that had me shaking my head and asking myself,

(05:55):
is this real life? Are these guys really filing this
paperwork and thinking that this is going to be the
right way to get up this mountain? Because I gotta
tell you, there are a lot easier pathways to the top.
And when you're talking about a publicized case like this
and you're attempting to frame it like the accuser is

(06:16):
the bad guy, you're in for a long, long road,
my friend. And it's no longer you can just jump
on the TV cable networks and you know, run your narrative.
The cable networks are being lapped by independent content creators.
At this point, independent journalists. Nobody wants to be force

(06:37):
fed the bullshit these people are pumping down your throat.
People want the real people want hard news. And it's
okay to have bias, right, It's okay to have opinions,
But if you're a journalist, you got to learn how
to stuff those bias and look at things from a
clinical perspective. I don't want to hear about how you're
a maga or your Biden. Come on, Kamala Harris twenty twenty,

(07:02):
Blue Way, what is that? What are you rooting home
your sports team? We got real problems here, of folks.
We got the so called elite running around doing whatever
the fuck they want. And I'm not talking about some
lizard people in some back room, okay, I'm talking about
a handful of the richest people in the world who

(07:22):
literally make things move in the financial sector. These are
the people we're dealing with. The Leon Blacks of the world,
the just Stalias of the world. Can you name bigger
people in the financial sector that were in an orbit
of somebody like Epstein's dealing with real powerful people here, folks,
and these are the kind of people that need to

(07:42):
be lit up by the legacy media. They won't do it, though,
so that's why they've been lapped, and that's why all
of you are here with me and elsewhere on a
daily basis. Prince Andrew Is issued a defiant response to
the sex abuse claims brought against him as he faces
charges of assault in the US. The Duke of York

(08:04):
Is denied being a close friend of Glenn Maxwell, the
convicted sex trafficker, while his lawyers say he wants a
trial by Jerry to contest the claim brought against him
by Virginia Roberts. I mean, yeah, like I said before,
if he's not a wasn't great friends with Maxwell, then
I don't have a big ass beard. Is this guy
for real? You can all obviously see that I have

(08:24):
a beard, and we can all obviously see that he's
a liar. The emails, the parties, the hanging out, the
adventures at bal Immoral, I mean, come on, now, does
this guy really believe that you're going to believe this.
Fuck his own teddy bears don't believe this. Roberts claims
in two thousand and one she was trafficked by Maxwell

(08:46):
and billionaire financier ped File Jeffrey Epstein to have sex
with Andrew in London when she was seventeen and a
miner under US law. She also alleges she was forced
to have sex with him at homes belonging to Epstein
in New York and the US Virgin Islands. So we
all know the charges by now, and we all know

(09:09):
the accusations, and Virginia's been saying the same exact thing
for a long time now. And as we move forward,
as it evolves, as we see this all bloom in
front of us, all we have seen so far are
receipts provided by Virginia and those corroborating her stories. As
far as Prince Andrew, the only evidence we have so

(09:30):
far is some third rate ex US intelligence officer who
had a falling out with Andrew and Fergie who says no, no, no,
he can't sweat. That's the only evidence that's been provided
so far. Now, look, I am more than willing to
follow the evidence wherever it goes. If you were to
show me some evidence tomorrow that would prove that Andrew

(09:55):
is innocent, I wouldn't be biased against it. I would
consume it, I would check it, would make sure it's legit,
and we'd go from there. But up until now, we
haven't seen any of that from these people. And that's
my biggest point. I'm trying to make you know. You'll
have people talk about, well, this is a big Obviously
Andrew's not involved. This is all bs. You got to

(10:15):
provide some proof of that, especially when the person who
is accusing you is stacking receipt after receipt after receipt.
Andrew faces damages which could easily be in the excess
of fourteen million pounds if he loses the civil case.
According to lawyers, the Duke has consistently denied all the allegations,

(10:37):
and on Wednesday, his lawyers officially filed documents to court.
A trial is scheduled for later this year. Here are
seven bombshells from Prince Andrew's court documents. And again, folks, look,
I wasn't there, No one was there. We don't know,
but I've been calling for this trial, for this look
into what happened forever, because I know that the evidence

(11:02):
that's been provided, the evidence that's just circumstantial, is enough
for a conviction, just like it is with Maxwell and
with all of the people that are willing to come
and corroborate that they've seen them together. You add the
flight logs, you add all of this stuff together, and
it paints a very grim picture for the Prince of
Nothing doesn't admit to knowing whether Epstein was a registered

(11:27):
sex offender when he visited. In twenty ten, Andrew went
to visit convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein at his Manhattan home,
staying there for several days. When speaking to BBC Newsnight
in twenty nineteen, he said he went to visit the
disgraced financier pedophile so that he could end the friendship again.
I don't want to beat a dead horse here, but

(11:48):
it's necessary. Why are you flying across the Atlantic Ocean
on the taxpayer's dime, I'm guessing to go and break
up with Jeffrey Epstein's bitch ass. Don't you just ghost him?
Have your ass distant miss Thrask call him and say, hey,
look this is it. Prince Andrew wants nothing to do
with you anymore, but you thought it was necessary. You

(12:09):
were so close to him that you flew to New
York to quote unquote break up with him, but you
didn't spend much time with him, right, give me a break,
And you didn't know he was a registered sex offender.
Your security team's terrible. They should all be fired. Then.
It is beyond the realm of believability, folks, at least

(12:31):
in my opinion. He said. At the time, I felt
it was the honorable and right thing to do, and
I admit fully that my judgment was probably colored by
my tendency to be too honorable. But that's just the
way it is. Is this guy for real that he's
too honorable, So he's so honorable that he goes and
hangs out with a convicted sex offender, and then that honor,

(12:55):
to cry makes him to come to a point where
I'm gonna fly back across the Atlanta to break up
with him, because shucks, I'm an honorable fellow. Meanwhile, Jeffrey
Epstein is already a Level three sex offender in New
York City, Level three sex offender register, one of them
little red dots on the computer. The whole fucking deal.
But Prince Andrew's over there cavorting with them, same with

(13:18):
you know, the Mike Wallace is the same with the
George stepanopolises, the same with the rest of them. And
then they'll all tell you, well, we had no idea
like Google didn't work in twenty ten. These people would
have you believe they're the smartest amongst us. Well, it
sure looks like they're pretty damn stupid to me. In

(13:39):
her legal papers, Robert's lawyer's right. In twenty ten, after
Epstein had served a sentence and registered as a sex offender,
Prince Andrew was photographed with Epstein in Central Park and
stayed at Epstein's New York City mansion. Andrew's lawyers, responding
to this point say, he admits to staying at the
fifty million dollars townhouse, but he doesn't admit or deny

(13:59):
whether he knew Epstein was a registered sex offender at
the time. I mean, really, he doesn't know? Huh. I
really can't wait for this dude to get up there
in court and get absolutely hammered. Has anyone ever deserved
a fall into disgrace such as this man does all

(14:19):
that power, all that privilege, and this is what he
did with it, denies being close friends with Maxwell. Prince
Andrew has admitted to admitted befriending pedophile Epstein, but denies
being close pals with Glenn Maxwell. Robert's legal team is
alleged Prince Andrew was a close friend of Glenn Maxwell,
a British socialite who spent years overseeing and managing Epstein's

(14:43):
sex trafficking network and actively recruited underage girls, including plaintiff.
The Duke's lawyer said he denies being close friends with
Maxwell and admits he lacks sufficient information to admit or
deny the remaining allegations. Oh of course you do, so.
I can't wait for all of the people to come
forward who used to see Gleanne Maxwell at the palace

(15:04):
all the time? What was she doing there? She was
going over there to what garden? She's a gardener? Now,
how do these people really think that we're gonna believe
what they're saying when we know all of the opposite
to be true. And again, all you have to do
is listen to the context episodes I've been uploading. If

(15:24):
you haven't listened to the podcast from the beginning, and
you'll know what I mean, it's rather obvious Andrew and
Glenn Maxwell were very close. That's like them telling us
the sky's not blue. It comes after it was reported
Maxwell visited Buckingham Palace up to four times in one day.
Speaking on the ITV documentary Glaine, Prince Andrew and the Pedophile,

(15:47):
former Royal bodyguard Paul Page said, from the way Maxwell
was allowed to enter and exit the palace at will,
we suspected that she may have had an intermitt relationship
with Prince Andrew. Does that with that shock anybody wouldn't
shocked me. We all know that the Prince of Nothing
over here is a basically somebody with some gross proclivities, right,

(16:09):
somebody who has been known to be a handsy, disgusting dude.
Why wouldn't he have a relationship with Maxwell? Britz socialite
pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's co conspirator, general all around scusbag and
bipedal serpent, Maxwell's sixty, was convicted last month on five
counts of sex trafficking and other charges for grooming and

(16:31):
recruiting teenage girls for Jeffrey Epstein between nineteen ninety four
and two thousand and four. She faces up to sixty
five years in prison when she is sentenced in New
York later this year. Claims he wasn't a frequent guest
of Epstein. The Duke has denied that he was a
frequent guest in Epstein's various homes around the world, including

(16:52):
New York City, where he has been accused of sexually
abusing Roberts. In his eleven page answer and affirmative defenses
to Robert's civil complaint, the Duke said he met Epstein
in or around nineteen ninety nine. Oh yeah, right in
the middle of Epstein and Maxwell's crime spree. Hunh. But
you knew nothing, You saw nothing, you heard nothing, You

(17:13):
are nothing. Andrew was pictured with Epstein in New York
City Central Park in twenty ten, and admitted to staying
with him for several days despite knowing he was a
convicted sex offender. When questioned about why he stayed at
a pedophile's mansion by Emily Maitliss on BBC's Newsnight in
twenty nineteen, he replied it was a convenient place to stay. Look,

(17:37):
you're the Prince of England. I've said this a million times.
You could call the Waldorf Astoria, you could call any
hotel you want and be put up in a sick
ass suite. Instead, you chose to go and stay at
the level three sex offender's house. Would you crash on
his couch? Did you guys do some beer bongs the
night before? Guys watching some animal house? Come on, man,

(17:58):
we all know why you were at at why were
over at Epstein's? During his stay, many young women were
reportedly seen coming and going from the house, and literary
agent John Brockman claimed to have seen the Prince getting
a foot massage from a young Russian woman alongside Epstein,
something he has denied. So why would John Brockman, a

(18:20):
fast friend of Epstein, part of the Edge Foundation, you know,
gigantor in the literary community as far as scientific books
and shit like that. Why would he lie about this?
Now we know he's a scumbag, right, we know he's
a fellow traveler of Epstein's and somebody who facilitated a
lot of those scientists around Epstein. But why would he

(18:40):
lie about this dude getting a foot massage? Doesn't know
if Virginia Roberts picture exists. I mean, this is another
one that is almost defies reason. By far the most
damaging photo of the Duke of York appears to show
him with his arm around the seventeen year old the
seventeen year old while Maxwell watches on in the background.

(19:02):
The picture was allegedly taken by Epstein at Maxwell's London
house after the four of them went to Tramp nightclub
before Roberts alleges Andrew had sex with her. In court papers,
Andrew says he lacks efficient information to admit or deny
that he was pictured with Maxwell and Roberts. Oh, yeah,
he's gonna deny this right. I have no idea. That's

(19:24):
not me, that's my cousin Joe. Yeah. You guys didn't
know about my twin brother that they've had hidden in
the iron mask up in the Tower of London. They
only let him out when I have to do crime.
That's about as ridiculous as what they want us to believe. Here, Bro,
I'm looking at the picture of you and your dumb ass,
stupid shirt, your dumbass black pants pulled up too high

(19:46):
by the way, with your arm around Virginia, with your
pal Glene Maxwell having a gas in the background, and
I'm guessing that sick fuck Jeffrey Epstein behind the camera.
What are you even talking about right now? You lack
sufficient information to admit her deny you epic moron. On
News Night, the Prince claimed he had no recollection of

(20:06):
the photo being taken and said it could have been doctored.
Oh yeah, you know, and I could be the son
of the Rockefellers. What the what are you talking about?
Andrew insisted that he had never been upstairs at Maxwell's
house where the photo was taken, and said he always
wore a suit and tie in London. Yeah, you know,
that's just going out kit in London. This is despite

(20:27):
the fact he was previously pictured wearing a similar looking
open necked blue shirt after a night out at London's
China White Club. Again, who wears a full on suit
to a club? Stop it? Unless you're John Gottie and
you're going there to, you know, conduct business in a booth.
You're not rocking a suit to a club. Doesn't know

(20:47):
if he invited Epstein to Beatrice's eighteenth birthday, Oh, I
have no idea. Who knows. In August two thousand and six,
Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson's eldest daughter, Beatrice, celebrated her
eighteenth birthday with a Victorian themed coming of aged masked ball.
They love their masked balls, don't they. These weirdos pictured

(21:07):
at the party together were Maxwell, her on and off partner,
Jeffrey Epstein, co conspirator, and now disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein.
How can you fit so much scum in one picture?
By the way, I don't know that there's enough room
on the memory card of a camera or in the
world for all of this scum in one picture. Furthermore,

(21:28):
this idiot is wearing navy seal pins a navy seal suit.
What an absolute piece of garbage Jeffrey Epstein is was
will always be. Beatrice wore a ten thousand pounds dress
designed by Georgina Chapman, who at the time was dating
the sex offender film producer. Chapman married Weinstein in two

(21:48):
thousand and seven, but separated from him in twenty seventeen
after more than ninety women came forward with accusations of rape,
assault or sexual harassment against him. Perfect guy for Jeffrey
Epste to paler around with, right, and a hell of
a guy to be invited to your daughter's birthday party.
You're gonna invite all these sex offenders to your daughter's
birthday party. That's real good, look, Pops. Epstein was photographed

(22:13):
at the Windsor Castle bash, despite the fact that he
had already been charged with procuring a minor for prostitution
a month earlier. Andrew has not denied inviting Epstein to
Beatrice's birthday party, but said he lacks sufficient information to
know if he did. No, he just showed up. He
crashed the party. Epstein showed up, crashed the party, and
he had, you know, a couple bottles of Mad Dog

(22:35):
twenty twenty with him. You know, what do you mean?
You don't know how he got there? You invited him,
You invited Maxwell. We all know it doesn't know whether
he emailed Maxwell about Roberts in twenty and fifteen. Robert's
legal team alleges Prince Andrew emailed Glenn Maxwell in early
twenty and fifteen, after she had publicly accused the duke

(22:56):
of sexually abusing her. Andrew was reported to have ritchen,
let me know when we can talk. Got some specific
questions to ask you about Virginia Roberts. So that's pretty interesting, huh.
He have some specific questions to ask about a girl
you don't even know exists, about a girl you never
took a picture with. Huh okay, Prince, we believe you said.
Nobody ever responding, Andrew's lawyers claim he lacks sufficient information

(23:24):
to admit or deny whether or not he sent this email.
Claims Roberts and others were responsible for her own alleged abuse,
and this is where the rubber hits the road and
where they're going to have the biggest problem. When you're
coming at people like this, you're really not understanding how
human trafficking works. And you would think that all of
these rich, powerful people would bring in experts on human

(23:47):
trafficking to try and get a handle on how this
all works and what Stockholm syndrome is, and how people
are groomed and molded when they're young to commit acts
for somebody because they think it's a normalized procedure. They
should talk about that too. The Prince has refuted Robert's

(24:08):
major claim of sexual abuse and rape when she was
under the age of eighteen. His lawyers have stated, assuming
without admitting, that Roberts has suffered in any injury or damage,
Roberts and or others who are not Prince Andrew contributed
in whole or in part to the alleged damage. Andrew's
legal team has also listed consent and the doctrine of

(24:30):
unclean hands, alleging Roberts acted unethically related to the accusations
among his defenses. Again, it's blame everybody else. It's everybody
else's fault. It's Virginia's fault for being abused. That's basically
what he's saying here, folks. Robert's alleged causes of action
are barred in whole or in part by her own
wrongful conduct. So again, it's Virginia's fault and everybody else

(24:55):
is to blame and not Prince Andrew. Well, unfortune for
Prince Andrew and his high profile, high priced lawyers. Everybody
is blaming him. Okay, we all are. We've all seen
the evidence, and unless you have you provide something new,

(25:15):
something groundbreaking, this is going to be the way of it.
You're going to be mocked, you're going to be laughed at,
and then eventually you're going to catch an l in
the courtroom. All right, folks, that's gonna do it for
this episode. I will be back later on with an
evening update and certainly some context episodes coming your way.
