The 2008 federal grand jury proceedings against Jeffrey Epstein represented a moment when the full scope of his criminal conduct was beginning to come into focus at the federal level. Investigators subpoenaed witnesses, gathered victim testimony, reviewed flight logs and financial records, and presented evidence that went far beyond the limited state charges later pursued in Florida. That evidence pointed to a coordinated operation involving recruiters, enablers, and facilitators who helped Epstein access minors and maintain control over them. Despite the breadth of the federal investigation, the grand jury materials were sealed, the case was effectively abandoned, and Epstein was allowed to walk away with a non-prosecution agreement that foreclosed federal charges and kept both victims and the public in the dark about how extensive the case had become.

That secrecy has now been pierced by the newly unsealed documents released under the Epstein Transparency Act passed by Congress, which have given fresh life to what was once buried. The unsealing has revealed how serious the federal inquiry actually was and has allowed the public, for the first time, to hear directly from a federal special agent describing how investigators identified multiple co-conspirators during the grand jury process. These disclosures reframe the 2008 proceedings not as a weak or incomplete investigation, but as a suppressed one—where substantial evidence existed, names were known, and accountability was halted by design rather than lack of proof. With these records now public, the narrative that Epstein acted alone becomes increasingly untenable, and the focus shifts back to the network that federal investigators had.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
Epstein Chronicles. One of the going themes from the FBI
has been that there are no co conspirators, that nobody
else was involved, that Jeffrey Epstein was a lone predator
besides his you know, girlfriend, Glenn Maxwell, and that nobody
else had anything to do with what Jeffrey Epstein was

(00:22):
up to. Well, if we go back to two thousand
and eight, a whole ass different tune was being sung.
And in this episode, we're going to begin taking a
look at more grand jury testimony, this time from a
special agent. And you know what, the headline of this
document is United States of America plaintiff verse Jeffrey Epstein,

(00:44):
Sarah Kellen, Adriana Ross aka Adriana Mushinska, and Nadil Marsenkova,
or as I coined them all the way back in
twenty nineteen, the Core four. So why don't we take
a look at what the federal government had to say
about these co conspirators before they were trying to gaslight
you into believing that Jeffrey Epstein acted on his own.

(01:10):
So the name of the special agent that is testifying
is redacted. And the person asking the questions is Marie
Villa Fauna. The four person's name redacted, and once again
this is a federal transcript. The four person, do you
solemnly swear that the testimony you give will be the truth,

(01:30):
the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. So help
you God, the witness, I do. The four person, thank you,
Please be seated now. It's Marie Villa Fauna asking the questions. Question,
good afternoon, Special Agent redacted. Would you just remind the
grand jury of your name and for whom you work? Answer?

(01:50):
I am redacted. My official name is redacted, and I
work for the FBI here in West Palm Beach. Question
all right, and you are still one of the cases
agents on Operation Leapyer. Answer yes, I am. Question have
additional subpoenas been issued on behalf of this grand jury
regarding Leapyer? Answer yes they have. Question and have documents

(02:13):
been received in response to those subpoenas? Answer yes they have.
Question what subpoenas were issued and what items were received? Answer?
The items that are received are in this box for
your review at a later time. But starting with the
first subpoena that we received documents back from, would be
from American Express. The subpoena was issued and we received

(02:35):
credit card account information. Question okay, answer, do you want
me to just question? You can just go through them answer.
A subpoena is issued to Jay Epstein, Virgin Island Foundation Incorporated,
Jay Epstein, the Company, Epstein Interests Financial Trust Company, Incorporated,
and we receive documents on all three of those except

(02:57):
for all four of those except for Effy Epstein and
Company Jay Epstein in Company, which we received a letter
of no response. The next subpoena was issued to the
Palm Beach County School Board and we received transcript request forms.
The next grand jury subpoena was issued to redacted Airport
Executive town Car Services. We received verbal that there were

(03:21):
no records from mister Epstein, and we issued a grand
jury subpoena to the custodian of the records for redacted,
which we received ticketing records. Four. We issued grand jury
subpoena or you issued a grand jury subpoena for the
custodian of records at the redacted and we received ticketing records.

(03:41):
We issued a subpoena for the custodian records for the
redacted and received a letter of no records response. We
issued a subpoena for the custodian of records for redacted
and again received a response letter of no records. We
issued another subpoena for the custodian of records from redacted
and that we did receive some ticketing records. We issued

(04:04):
subpoena to bear Stearns and Company, Incorporated, and we received
personnel files and account information. We issued a grand jury
subpoena for the Wolf Camera and we receive transaction records.
We have issued a grand jury subpoena to Amazon dot
Com and received other records. We issued a grand jury
subpoena to a federal express and received shipping records, and

(04:27):
all of that is contained in this box. Question all right,
miss Villa Fauna, and at the end of our preservation,
you will be welcome to look through any of those records,
and we will also bring them to the next session
the Grand juror. I have a question, Miss Villa Fanna. Yes,
Grand jur we subpoenaed information from the theater. I heard

(04:48):
you say, ticketing information or records from a few of them.
Did we subpoena that information to establish location of the
defendant or I guess he is not a defendant yet, witness,
just as corroborating evidence of testimony provided by the girls
their statements provided to us. Grand juror Okay MS Villafana.

(05:09):
Question Okay, special Agent redacted. Each member of the grand
jury has before them a copy of a chart. Do
you also have a copy of this chart entitled Revised
Indictment Summary Chart? Answer? Yes, question, and then you also
provided to everyone a list of Jane Does with photographs.

(05:30):
Answer yes, I did. Question Okay, can you just explain
to the grand jury how which Jane Does we are
going to be talking about today. Answer. We're going to
be talking about redacted, and what you have here is
a redacted and we will be going through the redacted.
As you can see if you look at these two columns,

(05:50):
you'll see in the indictment we have before you is
going to have the new Jane Doe and her number
in the column to the right of that shows what
their Jane Do number used to be, so redacted. When
we spoke about those two before, and we will go
through that a little bit later, we refer to those
as redacted. From here on out, we will refer to

(06:11):
them as redacted. A grand juror, I have a question
about redacted, and Amy pointed this out. The date of
birth is redacted. The range of activity date is nineteen
eighty eight to two thousand and three, the witness. That's
a typo. That should be nineteen ninety eight, Miss Villa Fauna.
Thank you for catching that, Grand duror. I was about

(06:32):
ready to have a problem here. I was having a
real problem, yeah, Miss Villa Fana. Okay, thank you. A
grand juror, I was about to take the law into
my own hands, the witness. Let there be noted on
the summary chart there is a typo correction for redacted.
The range of activity for her is nineteen ninety eight
to two thousand and three. This chart is a chart

(06:55):
that we put together because I have testified in the
past as well as you may have her other testimony
regarding some of the Jane does, and we are going
to be talking about them today and in a later session.
We provided this to you sort of as an aid
so that you can go back and access the grand
jury transcripts and go to the date that the testimony

(07:17):
was provided. If you look at the last column where
it says grand jury transcript pages on this form, it's
going to tell you the date of the grand jury,
who provided that testimony, and the page number where you
can find testimony related to those specific overt acts and
substantative counts. So the two columns next to that, let's

(07:37):
just take redacted and run through that real quick. Redacted
we have not testified about before, so that is their
number and will always remain her number. Her date of
birth is redacted. The range of activity That reflects the
range of activity that we have her connected to mister
Epstein and to assistants. The next two columns are the

(07:58):
overt acts and the associated substance additive counts. The overt
acts support those substantiative counts. And again the last column,
you would at that point go to my testimony on
May eight, two thousand and eight, and look on the
transcript on pages six and seven, and that would be
my testimony for the overt acts, the supporting evidence and
testimony for overt acts one through eighteen. Miss Villa Fauna

(08:22):
question but special agent redacted. Just so that it's clear
when you testified back in May, you weren't testifying specifically
about redacted, but her name came up in with respect
to one of the other Jane does answer exactly. Question okay,
so any information related to those Jane, does that would
be in the transcript pages? Answer? Yes, Miss Villa Fauna.

(08:45):
Does that make sense to everyone? How we have organized that,
Miss Villa Fauna? Now, special Agent redacted? If you could
look at the proposed indictment and I'm looking at the
background section of the indictment, specifically paragraph one through nine,
which deal with mister Epstein's background and who he employed.
Have you testified about the material in that past? Answer? Yes,

(09:08):
I have question and let me just direct you to
over two, which is at the top of page two.
There's a reference to redacted. And I don't believe we
have talked about redacted before. Can you tell the grand
jury who that is redacted? Question? All right? And just
for the court reporter redacted and redacted? Is redacted? Is

(09:29):
that correct? Answer? Yes? It is? Next section redacted? Question?
And if you look at the summary chart on the
second page, there are columns for redacted. Do you see
those at the bottom of page two? Answer? Yeah, I
see them. Question and those referred to redacted? Where you
testified about them before or were redacted who testified about them?

(09:51):
Answer yes, Question I know that you have testified about
mister Epstein's residence here in Palm Beach. But if you
could look at paragraph five of that intro inductory section,
which is on page two, are you can you provide
the grand jury with the location of mister Epstein's New
York residents. Answer mister Epstein currently has a property located

(10:13):
at nine East seventy first Street, New York, New York.
Question if I could direct you to page five of
the proposed indictment, in paragraph eighteen through twenty five of
the introductory section, can you tell the grand jury about
where the various victims in this case attended high school? Answer?
I can starting with paragraph eighteen. Would you like me

(10:34):
to just run through them? Question sure, next part redacted,
Next part redacted. I should state that all of those
or these high schools are located in Palm Beach County.
Next section completely redacted. And the Jane Doe and Jane
Does attended the high schools during some point of contact

(10:54):
with mister Epstein. Question now, special Agent, and I know
that each and every one of the Jane Does is
listed in this did some of the Jane does leave
school before they began their relationship with mister Epstein. Answer, Yes,
they did. All right, folks, that's going to wrap up
part one, and in the next episode we're gonna pick
up where we left off. All of the information that

(11:16):
goes with this episode can be found in the description box.
