The 2008 federal grand jury proceedings against Jeffrey Epstein represented a moment when the full scope of his criminal conduct was beginning to come into focus at the federal level. Investigators subpoenaed witnesses, gathered victim testimony, reviewed flight logs and financial records, and presented evidence that went far beyond the limited state charges later pursued in Florida. That evidence pointed to a coordinated operation involving recruiters, enablers, and facilitators who helped Epstein access minors and maintain control over them. Despite the breadth of the federal investigation, the grand jury materials were sealed, the case was effectively abandoned, and Epstein was allowed to walk away with a non-prosecution agreement that foreclosed federal charges and kept both victims and the public in the dark about how extensive the case had become.

That secrecy has now been pierced by the newly unsealed documents released under the Epstein Transparency Act passed by Congress, which have given fresh life to what was once buried. The unsealing has revealed how serious the federal inquiry actually was and has allowed the public, for the first time, to hear directly from a federal special agent describing how investigators identified multiple co-conspirators during the grand jury process. These disclosures reframe the 2008 proceedings not as a weak or incomplete investigation, but as a suppressed one—where substantial evidence existed, names were known, and accountability was halted by design rather than lack of proof. With these records now public, the narrative that Epstein acted alone becomes increasingly untenable, and the focus shifts back to the network that federal investigators had.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're going to pick up
where we left off with the special agent that was
testifying before the grand jury down in Florida in two
thousand and eight. Question, now is the can you summarize?
Does your testimony cover the evidence supporting the allegations and

(00:20):
overt acts one through eighteen? Answer? Yes, it does. Question
and if I could ask you to refer to count two,
which appears on page thirty eight, is the evidence that
you have just summarized the basis for the allegation that
Jeffrey Epstein and redacted procured Redacted to engage in commercial
sex acts knowing that she was under eighteen? Answer yes.

(00:44):
Question so, if there is anything else that you wanted
to mention with respect to either redacted? Answer the only
other thing I didn't bring up was the gifts that
mister Epstein provided to Redacted. And mister Epstein would provide
her with lingerie. He gave her two it gets to
a concert, a local concert. He would also send her
via FedEx packages to her residence and then one of

(01:06):
those packages, Redacted informed us that there was a massage
for Dummies book that she received by FedEx from mister Epstein,
and the grand Jerry should know that we have received
records from FedEx which corroborate mister Epstein's address and packages
going to redacted's residents. Question and those documents they relate

(01:27):
to mister Epstein's address and packages going to his account.
Answer yes, Grandeur Redacted. Do we know how old she
was when mister Epstein asked her to bring younger friends?
Was she already in his eyes up there and he
wanted them younger? The witness when redacted was sixteen, about
midway through the sixteenth year redacted. At that point she

(01:50):
did not provide mister Epstein with any more massages. So
I know she went away for a time and then
she came back. You know, she redacted did not want
to do massages anymore, So at that point she may
have brought her friends as well as prior to that.
By Miss Villafana, question, do you know exactly when she

(02:11):
started bringing other girls? Answer? I don't know that. I
want to say that it was before or after. We
just know that she was asked by mister Epstein to
bring other females and he would pay her one hundred bucks.
The only other thing we haven't talked about is we
have massage pads or excuse me, message pads that were
recovered in the execution of the state search warrant on

(02:33):
mister Epstein's residence, and I think the grand jury has
seen copies of some of those message pads. We do
have a message pad for redacted that gives you an
example of and I can pull that out and read
that to the grand jury if you would like. Question
sure answer This particular message pad is basically it's a

(02:53):
carbon copy message that again was recovered during the execution
of the state search warrant at mister Epstein's residents and
this shows that this was dated on March eleventh, two
thousand and three. It's from redacted with her phone number,
and it's marked that she telephoned, and it's marked please call,
and it was signed by one of mister Epstein's employees.

(03:14):
So again the date that this contact here is March eleventh,
two thousand and three. Question and Redacted was still under
the age of eighteen at that time? Answer? Yes, she was.
Question Okay, now, if we could turn to redacted and
redacted and who she is? Next part redacted. Question has

(03:35):
she ever been interviewed? Answer yes. Question and during what
period of time did Redacted have contact with Jeffrey Epstein.
Answer beginning in or around two thousand and three to
two thousand and five. Question and how old was she
during that time frame? Answer? She was fifteen when she
first met mister Epstein. Question and how did she meet him? Answer?

(03:59):
Redacted brought Adacted to mister Epstein's house. They traveled by
taxi there, Redacted took Redacted upstairs to meet mister Epstein.
They provided mister Epstein a massage in their underwear, and
mister Epstein asked Redacted to leave, and Redacted finished the massage.
Mister Epstein masturbated in front of redacted on the first occasion,

(04:21):
and Redacted after the massage, she was paid two hundred
and she left the residence. Question all right. Answer on
other occasions after that, Redacted would be the one to
contact Redacted to come to the residents to provide massages
for mister Epstein. Question and you have phone records showing
calls from redacted phone to Redacted's phone? Answer yes, I do.

(04:45):
Question In addition to that, the masturbation during that massage
was there any other sexual activity that occurred between the
two of them. Answer yes, there was. Mister Epstein requested
that redacted rub his chest and nips while he masturbated.
He also used or redacted. Question Okay. I also wanted

(05:06):
to ask you about the victims who we have discussed today.
We have discussed AID victims redacted. Are you aware of
whether any of those victims have used illicit drugs or
had mental health issues in the past? Answer yes, question,
and can you summarize that for the grand jury next part?
Completely blacked out? Two old pages, three old pages, completely

(05:27):
blacked out. Question with respect to those Jane Does, did
you go about getting independent corroboration for their statements so
that they weren't relying exclusively on what they told you
about mister Epstein. Answer yes, We talked about that today,
specifically with redacted. We have her statement, but along with
that statement, we have a telephone record. These telephone records

(05:50):
indicate telephone contact with redacted. We have the message pads
recovered during the search warrant recovered during the execution of
the state serve warrant that indicates the contact. Here, we
have statements from other Jaine Does and witnesses that corroborate.
We also have received the FedEx records indicating packages were

(06:10):
sent to redacted from mister Epstein. When you look at redacted,
the same thing. We have telephone records that indicate telephone contact,
We have message pads recovered in the state search warrant
execution of the state search warrant. Then we have the
statements of other Jane Does. And in regards to Jane
Doe number nine, again we have the telephone records which

(06:33):
indicate telephone contact with redacted. We have the message pads.
In addition to that, we have the message pads that
were recovered by the state search warrant, and they also
found her high school transcript. It was found at mister
Epstein's residence. We have statements from other Jane Does, and
then we also have the records from her. And unfortunately

(06:55):
that's where it cuts off. But what it gives you
is another look at the kocin spirit or angle and
how these co conspirators were obviously taking part in what
Epstein had going on, and not only that, but a
crucial part. Do you think Jeffrey Epstein could do what
he did without having someone like Sarah Kelln Vickers or
Leslie Groth or Adriana Ross being involved. Of course he couldn't.

(07:20):
These people were not only scheduling, but they were making
the girls feel comfortable, they were normalizing the abuse, and
they were part of the whole grooming process overall. And
when I talk about co conspirators, when I talk about
people that should be hemmed up, we need to start here.
And I see a lot of people out there are
starting to call them the Core four, and I say good,

(07:42):
because that's what I've called them. I coin that term
all the way back in twenty nineteen. So whenever you
hear somebody calling them the Core four, know that your
boy came up with that term. And I think it's
fitting because without those girls, without the four women or
girls that were around them, forget it, there's no way
he could do what he did. And I think it's

(08:04):
a very important part of the story. And if you notice,
all four of these Core four women were granted immunity
under the NPA. Now, why would he want them to
have immunity under the NPA if they didn't do anything wrong. Well,
that's because he didn't want them ratting on them. He
didn't want them flipping and telling the Feds that they

(08:24):
were part of this gigantic operation working for Jeffrey Epstein
to help them abuse these girls. So instead, the federal
government decided to play ball with them, and he had
his hooks in Florida. Whoever was on the take, I
can't prove that, but I think somebody was, and he
was able to manipulate the situation into what we saw

(08:46):
when it should have been something completely different. This should
have been a Rico case the day the investigation began.
There is no excuse for this not being a Rico case, unless,
of course you're talking about the excuse being that the
government's trying to protect itself and protect its sources, protect
its assets, then it makes sense. But any other framing

(09:09):
it doesn't really make sense, does it. And then when
you start listening to all these different depositions, you start
hearing all this evidence they had, when they start talking
about how it was a weak case, it really falls
on deaf fears. And that's the whole entire point of
us going through all these documents. That way, when they
try to gaslight you, when they try to bullshit you,

(09:30):
when they try and tell you something, is that it
isn't you know. And the best way to get there
is to provide receipts. And I think that's what all
these depositions and all these emails are doing. They're providing
a bunch of receipts about things we already knew before
people get say, ah, that's just a big conspiracy. Oh

(09:51):
that's just a bunch of nonsense. Well, now there's receipts
backing this shit up, so it's no longer nonsense. It's
actual fact. And I think that one of the most
extraordinary things that has happened over the past few months
is how many people have been awakened to just how
corrupt things are behind the scenes. And I think people

(10:11):
are really starting to figure out that is horribly disgusting
and absolutely evil. As Jeffrey Epstein was, the system that
allowed him to do this, the system that continue to
protect him, the system that's still protecting them is even
more evil. And I don't think that's something that the
American people are willing to ignore. And I think we're

(10:32):
getting to the stage where the Department of Justice and
the powers that be are starting to find that out.
And the more they drag their feet, the more they
play games, the worse this fallout is going to be.
