Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
Epstein Chronicles. According to the director of the FBI, Cash Bettel,
there is no credible information that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked women
to anybody else but himself. And just like the Las
Vegas shooter, Jeffrey Epstein is now just a lone wolf,
(00:22):
just a guy that did everything on his own. That's
the narrative they're trying to pitch to you. That's what
they want you to believe. And why do they want
you to believe that? Because it's convenient politically, that's why.
Not because they truly believe that, not because there's no evidence.
It's because they refuse to act on the evidence that
they already have. And what they'll say is, oh, there's
(00:44):
nothing to see here. There is no credible information that
the FBI is holding or that the FBI's in possession
of when we all know that's a bunch of bullshit,
And whenever he was pressed about it, he just turned
the conversation somewhere else. Oh, look what we're doing about crime.
Look what we're doing about insert topic here, And hey,
that's great. I'm not going to sit here and tell
(01:05):
you that you know those other stories aren't important. They are.
Anytime we can get a human trafficker off the street,
no matter who it is, that's a victory, right And
I don't care who's in power. But that's not what
we're talking about here. And although what aboutisms in the
world isn't going to change the fact that the FBI
is not being truthful with the American people, and the
(01:27):
fact that they keep doubling down is just bananas to me.
The fact that they keep trying to tell us that
there's nothing more to see here when we all know
that there is is crazy. But unfortunately they're getting away
with it. There's really nothing anyone can do to force
the issue. They're going to do whatever they want to do.
Congress can play their games, they can stomp their feet
(01:48):
and act the fool. But the truth is this, All
those saying people you see in Congress right now, wagging
their fingers, acting crazy, yelling and screaming, none of them
could have been bothered to lift a finger during the
original fight against Epstein. They were nowhere to be seen.
In fact, they were calling us conspiracy theorists. And not
(02:09):
only that, For all you people out there that are
bummed about Jimmy Kimmel. Well, I hate to tell you
what these people were doing to people like me trying
to tell the truth about Jeffrey Epstein. I've had three
different podcasts censored. I've been shadow band, and these lamb
fucks even went so far as to threaten me. But
now they're the arbiters of truth. They're the people who
really care about Jeffrey Epstein. That shit falls flat for me.
(02:32):
And look, I'm not talking about regular citizens. I'm talking
about the lawmakers who are standing atop these ivory towers
talking down to the rest of us like they weren't
the ones who were in power who could have stopped
this previously, But now they want to get up there
and be all indignant and act the fool. So yeah,
the whole entire thing is a circus. It's a shit show,
and it's disgusting, from Cash Btel to the people asking
(02:55):
them the questions, because the truth is, none of these
people cared unless it was police expedient Cash Btel previously,
and all these Democrats now, whether it's lawmakers or people
in the media, because they had no interest in what
was going on either, zero interest no matter what they
could have broke stories. They could have ran the Amy
(03:15):
Robock story, they could have exposed what was going on. Instead,
they were writing all kinds of puff pieces and hanging
out with their boy over at his house. You know,
Katie Kork, George Stepanopolis, Charlie Rose, all these big news
people covorting with Epstein. I'm sure that had nothing to
do with the favorable coverage he was getting, right, So
(03:36):
they can save the bullshit for somebody else. They can
try and rewrite history all they want, and they can
try and cast this one as a villain or that
one as a villain, But the truth is they're all villains.
Today's article is from People and the headline Epstein survivors
blast FBI director Cash Battel for claiming no credible information
financier you mean pedophile traffic women to others. This article
(04:00):
was authored by Ben Brockfield. Several survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's
abuse signed a statement on Thursday, September eighteenth, blasting FBI
director Cash Pattel for claiming that there was no credible
information the pedophile financier had trafficked women and girls to
other powerful men. Well, isn't that interesting certainly goes against
(04:23):
what Cash Betel was telling us for all those months
on the campaign trail. Huh, remember how he was playing
this all up? Oh, Epstein's this He's that Bill Clinton's
gonna have a lot of problems. This one's gonna have
a lot of problems. Now, all of a sudden, nothing
happened here and everything was just a big mistake. Nobody
was on the island, nobody was traffic, nobody was abused.
Is that what you're telling us, mister cash Pattel. Pattel
(04:47):
made the claim during testimony to the US Senate Oversight
Committee on Tuesday, September sixteenth, remarking that despite having seen
a good amount of the Bureau's Epstein files, there was
an evidence that the notorious child sex predator had Ashley
trafficked women to anyone but himself. Well case clothes, folks,
Ragnar Patel has told us that everything is on the
(05:09):
up and up. So we can all just kick back
and relax and wait to go to Valhalla. Right, nothing
left to see here, nothing left to do, nothing left
to experience. We can all stand down. Cash Patel has
the watch. Maybe he should try and be a little
bit less. Jon snow and more. FBI director, probably a
good idea. On Thursday, ten Epstein survivors, plus the brother
(05:32):
and sister of late Virginia Roberts, said in a statement
that they were shocked by Patel's comments. They specifically cited
Robert's deposition in her sin settled civil suit against Clann Maxwell,
Epstein's convicted madam, co conspirator, general, all around scumbag and
bipedal serpent. That's what you mean, right, in which Roberts
brought up several rich and famous men she alleged Epstein
(05:54):
and Maxwell trafficked two and nothing ever came of it.
No investigations. That's all I've ever asked for. How about
an investigation. I'm not going to sit here and tell
you this one's guilty, that one's guilty. The problem is
we've never had a robust investigation, So how do we
know what's what? We should? Just believe Cash Betel, I
(06:15):
mean cool. If that's what you want to do, great,
go for it. I'm not doing that. I need evidence,
and the best way to get that evidence is to
release the files. I mean, that's the simple fix that
fixes it for everyone. If there's nothing to hide, great,
If there is something to hide, then the people that
are responsible not only for enabling or taking part, but
(06:36):
the people who hid this information, they should be on
the clock too. If you're getting some kind of pension,
well that might have to go away. Why should the
American people pay people pensions and the rest of it
who did nothing but light of them and cause grief.
They also brought up a claim by Representative Thomas Massey,
Republican of Kentucky, who said it a separate hearing Wednesday
(06:57):
that FBI had a list of at least twenty people
Epstein had allegedly trafficked women and girls too, including a
Hollywood producer, a rock star, a prince, a high profile
former politician, and at least six billionaires compile from witness
interviews with the bureau, and no investigations. And if you
did do an investigation, let's see the paperwork. Especially if
(07:20):
the survivor signs off, what excuse do you have? Then
who are you gonna blame? Then at some point the
blame game has to end and somebody has to step
up and do the right thing. And with all the
talk that Cash, Battell and company were doing, a lot
of people thought that this is going to be the
time they thought that Cash Battel and Donald Trump and
Pam Bondi and the rest of them were gonna come
(07:42):
and give that transparency that they talked about, only to
end up not only being lied to, but being defamed, demeaned,
and called all kinds of names because they wanted people
to stand behind what they said on the campaign trail.
No way, man, It's about accountability, and if you can't
be accountable for the shit you say, then how can
you be accountable for anything. So it's their own fault
(08:06):
if they didn't run around talking about how they were
going to release all this stuff. Sure I'd be critical,
but nowhere near as critical. And that's because there's truth
to what he's saying when he says the other administrations
didn't do shit about this either. They didn't. They didn't
do a thing, and that goes all the way back
to the first Clinton administration all the way through. But
that's not the topic here, is it. And I'm really
(08:27):
tired about what about ism. We'll get to that later on.
We've been talking about that for years. But right now,
in this moment, you're the one in control of mister Pttel.
You're the one that can change things. You could be
a hero. Instead you turned heel and now you're the villain.
Director Petel's testimony, he raises more questions than answers, the
(08:48):
survivors wrote in the statement. For years, he's railed about
the incompleteness of previous investigations, and he's right about that
previous investigations were indeed incomplete. So what's his plan to
make sure that a thorough and unbiased investigation is conducted
at last? And is that too much to ask? Come on, folks,
(09:09):
they're not asking for too much here an investigation. No
one's asking for public lynchings. No one's asking for anybody
to be dragged from their home and you know, brought
to the gallows. I'm asking for a robust investigation, the
same kind of investigation we'd all want if it was
our daughter, or our wife or our sister. And look,
a lot of people out there might have grown up
(09:31):
differently than me, and I get that. But when I
look at these girls, these women, now I see a
lot of people that I grew up with. I didn't
grow up with money. I didn't grow up, you know,
running around in some suburbs somewhere your boy was born
in the South Bronx, then he lived in Yonkers and
then east side of Las Vegas. So the places I've
(09:53):
lived in my life, my friends, a lot of them
have come from broken homes, a lot of them have
been vulnerable, and I see a lot of them in
these girls. So maybe that's why I take it so personally,
because these women could have easily been some of my
best friends that I grew up with that I'm still
friendly with today. But even putting that aside, right is
(10:13):
right and wrong is wrong. An investigation is necessary, and
if cash Bettel doesn't want to engage in one, then
we have to go over his head. We need a
special counsel. I've already called for that. Now's the time.
I think that's the best way to shine some light
on what happened here. Right, let's figure it all out,
who was involved, when were they involved, what did they
(10:34):
know and when did they know it? And then from
there let the chips fall wherever they're going to fall. Right,
people are going to get in trouble, so be it.
People are going to be embarrassed, so be it. The
survivor suggested that Bettel could release a series of witness
interviews known as FD three to zero two's that were
taken during the investigation leading up to Epstein's twenty nineteen indictment,
(10:56):
which are not subject to the broad non prosecution agreeing
in Epstein and his co conspirators reach with the Justice
Department in two thousand and eight. That has to be
the first thing that gets tackled. How many times do
I have to say it? And you notice nobody's talking
about the NPA and going after it and dismantling it. Right, Well,
this is why they understand that if the NPA goes away,
(11:17):
this whole entire thing gets blown out of the water.
That's why the government acquiesced to it. They could have
their asset blown, right, they can have his cover blown.
They couldn't have anyone know that Jeffrey Epstein was working
in a clandestine manner for the US government god forbid.
Under questioning by Massy, Petel evaded answering whether the Bureau
(11:38):
would release those files or whether the individual's referenced would
be investigated or prosecuted. Asked if the FBI deemed the
witnesses not credible, Petel said that wasn't his opinion, but
the opinion of previous US attorneys that had investigated Epstein. Well,
if that's not your opinion, then bring them in and
talk to them. Just keep in mindful, folk, that Colain
(12:01):
Maxwell was talked to, but not any of the survivors.
They didn't bring the survivors in for a little fireside
chat with Todd Baby Billy Blanche, did they? No, that
was only for the bipedal serpent who ended up getting
accommodations for nothing. Another thing that they need to be
accountable for and explain. Those previous administrations are the ones
(12:22):
that cash Ptel spend years accusing of a cover up,
The statement continued, Now he will pass the buck to
them to decide that information about other men in the
Epstein Maxwell trafficking ring is not even worth following up on.
There are victims and witnesses who to this day have
still not been interviewed. Will they continue to be ignored? Unfortunately?
(12:42):
I guess so. The statement signed by Epstein survivors Jess Michaels,
Rachel Benavidez, Danielle Bensky, Margique Shartouni, Annie Farmer, Marina Leserta,
Laura Bloom McGee, Charlene Rochard, Ashley Ruber, and Liz Stein,
plus Robert's brother Sky and sister Amanda as head of
(13:05):
the FBI Director Pttel can work now to remedy that
in a way that finally centers survivor of voices and
finally pursues the whole truth. The statement reads, the public
demands it, the victims deserve it, and our system of justice,
without fear or favor, requires it. The Justice Department did
not immediately return a request for comment. Well, of course not.
(13:27):
They're not going to say anything about this. They'll just
ignore it and hope it goes away. The Trump administration
has come under intense scrutiny in recent months after the
Justice Department made a sudden about face on the Epstein files,
from Attorney General Pambondi claiming the disgraced child molester's client
list was on her desk to claiming it did not exist. Well,
(13:51):
we all know that story, and I told you all
the way back when people were first talking about a
list that one didn't exist. There was never going to
be some kind of list that was revealed that was
going to be a roadmap to justice. That was never
going to happen. The saga has raised further questions about
President Donald Trump's on involvement with Epstein, with whom he
(14:13):
was associated for years until a falling out. Those questions
reached a fever pitch when Congress released a letter allegedly
sent by Trump to Epstein for the financier Pedophiles fiftieth birthday,
written in the outline of a naked woman, where Trump
allegedly said that the two have certain things in common,
that whole entire letter is creepy as fuck, and if
(14:35):
it's from Trump, like they say, it is even creepier.
Trump denied writing the letter and sued the Wall Street
Journal for ten billion dollars after the newspaper first reported
its existence. Epstein first faced sex crimes in mid two thousands,
but ended up serving only a year in jail after
(14:55):
reaching a controversial non prosecution agreement with the FEDS, which
require him to register as a sex offender and plead
to state prostitution charges. He was under a new sex
trafficking indictment in twenty nineteen when he died in a
Manhattan Jel cell in what was ruled a suicide by hanging.
So look, real talk. Betel's declarative line is not neutral observation.
(15:18):
It's a challenge. There's the public to accept an incomplete story,
there survivors to accept dismissal, and there's history to forget.
We shouldn't accept that there. We should demand documents, interviews,
and accountability until every question has been tested in every claim,
either confirmed or disproved in the light. Because if we
(15:38):
let a single smug, politically convenient line be the final
chapter on a scandal this large, we're all complicit in
the erasure and to cash Betel personally, if you want
to wear the hat of an investigator, wear it honestly.
Don't pick and choose your credibility like you're choosing filter
settings for a propaganda reel. Investigators ask, they pry, they release,
(16:00):
They don't declare sweeping absolutes while files remain sealed and
witnesses say otherwise. If your premise is nothing to see here,
then the honest compliment would be to step aside and
let actual transparency do its job. If you're committed to
protecting the institution, fine, at least be honest about it,
but don't dress protectionism up as impartiality. That's the sort
(16:23):
of clownish theater that erodes trust and embolden's cover ups
and so cash. Betel leaves us with a parting gift,
the smug illusion that Epstein with some loan pervert in
a vacuum, a one man crime syndicate, floating untethered from
the powerful friends who lined up for his hospitality. It's
the kind of fairy tale you tell when your job
(16:43):
isn't to pursue the truth, but to protect the club,
you know, the one, the velvet rope Society of Untouchables.
But the record won't stay buried no matter how many
dismissive sound bites but Tell tosses into the fire. The
survivor of voices are louder than his denials. The evidence
outlives his spin, and history will remember his performance for
(17:03):
what it was achieved, shield held up in front of
a crumbling wall of lies. All of the information that
